Abstract
INTRODUCTION This work aims to illustrate the evolution and ongoing challenges of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) management with targeted therapy over 20 years, using a cohort study from the world's oldest society. METHODS Data were obtained from FIRST registry, a multicenter cohort of patients with RA treated with biologic/targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (b/tsDMARDs). Patients were followed for 60 months and assessed for drug efficacy, retention, and reasons for discontinuation. RESULTS Analysis of 5130 treatments over 16,616 person-years revealed shifts in strategies and demographics. Despite an aging population (51.9-64.3 years) with increasing comorbidities (lung disease: 11.1-36.2%, malignancy: 2.2-13.1%), b/tsDMARD use expanded to include patients with lower disease activity. With better disease control, discontinuations due to adverse events decreased, and particularly infections fell from 2.1 to 0.7 per 100 person-years. Remission rates improved over time in the naïve group but remained largely unchanged in the prior b/tsDMARDs group. Retention rates varied by bDMARD class, with TNF inhibitors (TNFi) showing a decrease over time and IL-6 receptor inhibitors (IL-6Ri) and CTLA4-Ig showing an increase in retention. TNFi had high remission rates but low retention, whereas CTLA4-Ig and IL-6Ri had lower remission rates and higher retention. Changes in functional improvement were modest overall, and in patients aged 75 years and older, functional gains remained limited. CONCLUSIONS The study highlights the evolving landscape of RA management in an aging society, noting gains in efficacy and safety. However, unmet needs persist, particularly for patients not fully achieving treat-to-target goals and those with limited functional improvement.

Abstract
Background Accumulating evidence suggested the potential role of exercise in alleviating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, whether exercise improves physical function (walk test, grip strength, muscle strength, joint assessments) and inflammatory biomarkers in patients with RA is unclear. This umbrella meta-analysis aimed to examine the effect of exercise in patients with RA. Method PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, and Cochrane Central Library databases were systematically searched for meta-analyses of randomized control trials (RCTs) to retrieve relevant studies. The effect sizes were pooled using a random-effects model, with standardized or weighted mean differences (SMDs or WMDs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) as summary statistics. Results Seventeen studies were included. The improving effects of exercise on fatigue levels (SMD = -0.28, 95% CI: -0.44, -0.13), pain intensity (ES = -0.50, 95% CI: -0.87, -0.14), disease activity score in joints (DAS) (WMD = -0.54, 95% CI: -0.99, -0.09; and SMD = -0.47, 95% CI: -0.64, -0.30), and ESR (ES = -0.85, 95% CI: -1.66, -0.03) were significant. No significant impact on the hand grip, muscle strength, walk test, joints and inflammatory biomarkers was observed. Conclusion Exercise significantly reduces fatigue, pain, DAS, and ESR in RA but shows no impact on grip strength, muscle strength, walk test, joints, or other inflammatory biomarkers. This highlights its role in symptom management rather than broad physiological changes.

Abstract
Objectives This study aims to examine whether aerobic exercises, in addition to home-based exercise (HBE) program, had anti-inflammatory effects, evaluated by disease activity, acute phase reactants, and cytokine levels in axial spondyloarthropathy (axSpA). Patients and methods This two parallel-group, unblinded, 12-week, prospective, randomized-controlled trial (RCT) included a total of 54 participants who were followed for axSpa and the patients were equally allocated to the aerobic exercise group or HBE group. The aerobic exercise group included 27 patients (8 males, 19 females, mean age: 43.9±9.0 years; range, 27 to 58 years) and the HBE group included 27 patients (8 males, 19 females, mean age: 42.4±10.5 years; range, 23 to 63 years). The patients were evaluated using the Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS), Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI), chest expansion measurement, 6-Min Walk Test, and Ankylosing Spondylitis Quality of Life (ASQoL), Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) levels at the beginning of the study and after treatment completion. The HBE group was provided conventional exercise program. The second group ran on the treadmill in addition to their HBE program. Exercise sessions were performed three times a week for a period of 12 weeks. Results After treatment, only the aerobic exercise group showed a significant improvement in disease activity (p<0.001). Both HBE and aerobic exercise groups showed a significant improvement in pain levels, functional statement, spinal mobility, chest expansion, functional exercise capacity, and life quality (p<0.001, p<0.001; p<0.001, p<0.001; p=0.03, p<0.001; p=0.008, p<0.001; p=0.004, p<0.001; p<0.001, and p<0.001, respectively). Only the HBE group showed a significant decrease in TNF-α levels and ESR (p=0.015, p=0.014). After treatment, the aerobic exercise group showed more improvement in disease activity, pain levels, functional exercise capacity, and quality of life compared to the HBE group (p<0.001, p=0.005, p<0.001, p=0.038). The change in post-treatment ESR, CRP, TNF-α, and IL-17 levels compared to pre-treatment did not show a statistically significant difference between the HBE and aerobic exercise groups (p>0.05). Conclusion Adding aerobic exercise to a conventional exercise program may have an anti-inflammatory effect by reducing disease activity and help to manage disease.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The study aimed to evaluate the synergistic effects of Majoon-e-Suranjaan with and without isometric exercises in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). METHODS A prospective, pragmatic, community based, parallel group, single blinded randomized controlled trial conducted at Muhammad Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic and Rehabilitation Centre, Multan, from May to October 2023. The trial was approved and registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT20230202057310N5). Ninety-five patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Group A received Majoon-e-Suranjaan (5 g orally, twice daily). Group B received the same dosage of Majoon-e-Suranjaan along with The isometric exercises. The exercise protocol for group B consisted of three weekly sessions, each lasting 40 minutes. Patients were evaluated at baseline and at the 24th week based on serological markers, including rheumatoid factor (RF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), disease activity score (DAS), and C-reactive protein (CRP), as well as X-ray findings such as nodules and bone degeneration in affected joints. Pain, morning stiffness, and functional activities were assessed using the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) and the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). RESULTS Of the 95 patients randomized, 90 completed the 24-week treatment. Among them, 60 (66.6%) were female, and 30 (33.3%) were male. Group B showed significantly greater improvements compared to Group A in in WOMAC activities of daily living (P=0.001), WOMAC stiffness (P=0.004), WOMAC pain and DAS (P=0.000), NPRS (P=0.001). Additionally, Group B demonstrated significant improvements in RF (P=0.001), ESR (P=0.002), and CRP (P=0.003) compared to group A. CONCLUSIONS This study demonstrated the synergistic effect of Majoon-e-Suranjaan and isometric exercises in RA patients, highlighting the potential for more effective RA treatment strategies.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Normal quality of life is an ultimate target in the therapeutic approach to inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), encompassing Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) in the context of which regular physical activity (PA) is often a chimeric parameter that is not standardized in terms of quality/quantity. The study aimed to profile a sample of IBD patients about the relationship between PA-partner status and social network support. PATIENTS AND METHODS A post hoc analysis of the "BE-FIT-IBD" study was set up by stratifying the data of PA with that of partner status and the support that the patient's social network (i.e., relatives, friends) provided in inciting the patient to practice regular PA. RESULTS In the 219 patients included, there was a greater tendency for patients with stable partners to view the risk of reactivation/worsening of IBD as a barrier to conducting regular PA (p<0.0001). Single patients considered PA more as a protective factor (p=0.045). Patients without a PA-supporting social network retained IBD-related treatment as a PA barrier (p=0.016) and PA as a risk for IBD complications (p=0.01), with less confidence that PA could improve the course of IBD (p<0.001). Rectal syndrome was an IBD-related barrier more represented in patients with PA-deterring social network (p<0.0001). CONCLUSIONS These factors are potential targets for recovering the IBD patient's adherence to regular PA.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIM Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is the major contributor to mortality in between chronic lung diseases. ILD originates from voluminous pathophysiological factors. One of the reasons is connective tissue diseases (CTD). According to experts, patients with CTD-ILD may have a stable disease activity and not need conventional treatment. Also, with pulmonary rehabilitation (PR), these patients may benefit from improving clinical outcomes and regression in mortality. However, the characteristics of these patients and whether they have stable disease activity in practice are not known. METHODS The systematic review was performed via the AI-powered tool with six databases to conduct literature research. The methodologic quality of the studies, risk of bias, and level of evidence were assessed. RESULTS According to the final four included studies PR benefit moderate levels of evidence for lung functions and diffusion capacity, functional capacity, quality of life, dyspnea severity, and fatigue level. However, there was limited evidence for respiratory, and peripheral muscle strength for CTD-ILD patients. CONCLUSIONS The literature shows that the use of PR for CTD-ILDs wasn't widespread. Our findings suggest that PR can be used in CTD-ILDs to recover clinical parameters like, lung functions, quality of life, dyspnea severity, and fatigue level. More comprehensive studies should be conducted to reveal the effect of the PR in the evidence-based frame.

Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease with destructive arthritis as its main clinical manifestation, which is a major cause of disability. It is very important to formulate and update a guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of RA that adhere to international guideline development standards and can be applied to clinical practice in China. This guideline is endorsed and developed by the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases, collaborated with Rheumatologists Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Rheumatology Rehabilitation Branch of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, Rheumatology Branch of Chinese Research Hospital Association, and Rheumatology Branch of Beijing Association of Holistic Integrative Medicine, based on grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation (GRADE) and reporting items for practice guidelines in healthcare (RIGHT). Evidence-based recommendation were developed for 10 clinical scenario that are most relevant to Chinese rheumatologists, aiming to improve and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of RA in China, which may finally improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease affecting multiple organs, characterized by flares and remission. Treatment aims to reduce flare severity and prevent long-term damage, but remission is often elusive, and patients may still experience flares and a reduced quality of life (QoL). This had led to a growing interest in non-pharmacological therapies to improve patient wellbeing. OBJECTIVE We aimed to assess and summarize the efficacy of lifestyle interventions in SLE patients on disease activity and QoL. METHODS A systematic search on lifestyle interventions, SLE, disease activity, and QoL was conducted in PubMed/Medline, Embase and Clinicaltrials.gov in August 2024. Included studies were randomized controlled trials on lifestyle interventions in adult SLE patients. Each trial was appraised using Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) criteria, with participant numbers, study duration, intervention type and outcome measures detailed in separate tables. RESULTS A total of 3564 articles were screened, resulting in the inclusion of 25 randomized controlled trials with 1521 patients. Study quality varied from high (11 studies) to low (6 studies) with considerable intervention heterogeneity. The interventions fell into five categories: physical activity, psychotherapy, lifestyle coaching, supplements and dietary interventions. Physical activity (2 studies, 116 patients), psychotherapy (5 studies, 507 patients) and coaching (1 study with 30 patients) had no significant effect on disease activity, while fish oil supplementation showed a slight benefit in two studies with a total of 102 patients. Quality of life generally improved with physical activity (4 studies with in total 253 patients) and psychotherapy (9 studies with in total 623 patients), with significant mental health benefits, but coaching (3 studies with in total 186 patients) showed no effect. CONCLUSION Various lifestyle interventions influence quality of life in SLE patients. Consistent with recent guidelines, both exercise and psychotherapy may positively impact the health-related quality of life in these patients. However, some studies were biased due to self-reported outcomes and the Hawthorne effect, where participants' behavior changed from receiving extra attention. Further research with larger patient cohorts is necessary to reduce the influence of heterogeneity across different studies and to better understand the potential of these promising therapies.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Cardiovascular disease (CVD) presents a significant challenge in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a systemic chronic ailment affecting the joints and causing systemic inflammation. Effective RA management, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, is crucial for mitigating cardiac risk. Pharmacotherapy, though effective, can have adverse effects, leading many patients to seek complementary therapies. This study investigates the impact of physical medicine and rehabilitation on RA management in patients with cardiovascular disease, analyzing clinical data to assess the efficacy of integrated therapeutic approaches. METHODS This retrospective monocentric study draws upon data from patient records at the Rheumatology Department of the Regional Clinical Hospital of Shymkent, Kazakhstan, spanning 2019 to 2022. Data collected included demographic information, diagnoses, comorbidities, medical anamneses, lab results, and treatment regimens, including physical medicine and rehabilitation interventions. Data were summarized in Microsoft Excel. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics (version 26.0). RESULTS An analysis of 350 patients with RA identified 143 cases of concomitant CVD, with arterial hypertension being the most common cardiovascular disease. The prevalence of CVD among patients with RA was 40%, with a mean age of 58 years, peaking between 50 and 65 years. The majority of patients were women. A strong association was found between increased RA activity and elevated cardiovascular risk. Despite the widespread use of glucocorticosteroid therapy, rehabilitation coverage remained limited. A significant proportion of patients had elevated cholesterol and C-reactive protein levels, while those who engaged in physical therapy and rehabilitation had lower cholesterol levels. Comparative analysis of yoga integration into rehabilitation programs for patients with RA, alongside other modalities (kinesiotherapy, balneotherapy, and pilates), showed that yoga participants exhibited lower pain levels, reduced morning stiffness duration, and lower mean DAS-28 scores compared to those using alternative rehabilitation methods. CONCLUSION Integrating physical medicine and rehabilitation, particularly yoga, with pharmacological treatments appears promising for improving patient outcomes. Yoga has demonstrated benefits in reducing pain, morning stiffness, and disease activity. Continued research is essential to refine these approaches and enhance RA and CVD management in patients.

Abstract
Objectives Although physical therapy is recommended as part of the non-pharmacological management of patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA), the evidence is still unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to systematically review and appraise the quality of research on physical therapy in the management of patients with PsA. Methods In June 2024, a systematic literature search using four different databases (Medline, Embase, Web of Science and the Cochrane Library) was performed to include interventional and observational studies examining physical therapy in patients with PsA (PROSPERO ID 255501). A risk of bias assessment was conducted. Due to the wide variety of interventions and outcomes, a narrative synthesis was used. Results Of 9442 abstracts, 15 papers examining physical therapy uptake in clinical practice (N = 2) and different physical therapy interventions (N = 13) were included: cardiorespiratory exercises (N = 5), resistance exercises (N = 2), therapeutic modalities (N = 4) and mixed rehabilitation programs (N = 2). A low risk of bias was scored in only one RCT assessing cardiorespiratory exercises. The well-tolerated 11-week high-intensity interval training resulted in a long-term increase in peak oxygen uptake and a short-term decrease in truncal fat percentage in patients with low disease activity. Resistance training in patients with active disease did not increase muscle strength, but improved functional capacity, disease activity, pain and general health after the intervention. Evidence for other modalities was inconclusive. Conclusion High-quality evidence on physical therapy in PsA was scarce. Cardiorespiratory and resistance exercises demonstrated promising results to positively influence cardiometabolic risk as well as disease-related outcomes. Future research on physical therapy in PsA with adequate methodological quality is needed.

Abstract
Background Almost half of the global population face significant challenges from long-term conditions (LTCs) resulting in substantive health and socioeconomic burden. Exercise is a potentially key intervention in effective LTC management. Methods In this overview of systematic reviews (SRs), we searched six electronic databases from January 2000 to October 2023 for SRs assessing health outcomes (mortality, hospitalisation, exercise capacity, disability, frailty, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and physical activity) related to exercise-based interventions in adults (aged >18 years) diagnosed with one of 45 LTCs. Methodological quality was assessed using AMSTAR-2. International Prospective Resister of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO) ID: CRD42022319214. Findings Forty-two SRs plus three supplementary RCTs were included, providing 990 RCTs in 936,825 people across 39 LTCs. No evidence was identified for six LTCs. Predominant outcome domains were HRQoL (82% of SRs/RCTs) and exercise capacity (66%); whereas disability, mortality, physical activity, and hospitalisation were less frequently reported (≤25%). Evidence supporting exercise-based interventions was identified in 25 LTCs, was unclear for 13 LTCs, and for one LTC suggested no effect. No SRs considered multimorbidity in the delivery of exercise. Methodological quality varied: critically-low (33%), low (26%), moderate (26%), and high (12%). Interpretation Exercise-based interventions improve HRQoL and exercise capacity across numerous LTCs. Key evidence gaps included limited mortality and hospitalisation data and consideration of multimorbidity impact on exercise-based interventions. Abstract
Chronic pain conditions pose a significant global burden of disability, with epidemiological data indicating a rising incidence. Exercise training is commonly recommended as a standalone or complementary approach for managing various chronic pain conditions like low back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia syndrome, and neuropathic pain. Regardless of the specific condition or underlying cause (e.g., autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation), exercise training consistently leads to moderate to large reductions in pain. Moreover, exercise yields numerous benefits beyond pain alleviation, including small-to-moderate improvements in disability, quality of life, and physical function. Despite its efficacy, there is a lack of comprehensive research delineating the optimal intensity, duration, and type of exercise for maximal benefits; however, evidence suggests that sustained engagement in regular exercise or physical activity is necessary to achieve and maintain reductions in both clinical pain intensity ratings and the level that pain interferes with activities of daily living. Additionally, the precise mechanisms through which exercise mitigates pain remain poorly understood and likely vary based on the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying each condition.

Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a prolonged multifactorial autoimmune disease of unknown etiology. With the global population aging, the incidence of RA is increasing, highlighting the need for more effective treatments. Exercise interventions have been recognized as safe and effective for managing pain, improving function, and reducing fatigue in RA patients. However, the existing literature in this field lacks a thorough, organized, and clear line of analysis. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the 20-year literature on exercise interventions for RA, aiming to identify hotspots and cutting-edge trends. Our objective is to provide subsequent researchers with valuable ideas and references. Using Cite Space, VOS viewer, and R-bibliometrix software for visualization and analysis, we compiled the main dataset from the web of science database, consisting of 1790 articles on exercise interventions in RA published between 2000 and 2023. Among these articles, the United States contributed the highest number of papers (433), while Karolinska Institutet ranked first institutionally with 90 papers. The study focused on the keyword's quality of life, cardiovascular disease, aerobic exercise, social support, psychology, and multidisciplinary care. The research highlighted the importance of clinical efficacy studies that investigate different types of exercise modalities (cardiorespiratory aerobic, resistance, aquatic, and neurological) either alone or in combination, to improve pain and function and reduce cardiovascular disease risk in patients with RA. Additionally, sedentary behavior, fatigue, and multidisciplinary care were identified as potential areas for further research. Overall, this study provides a scientific perspective on exercise interventions for RA and offers valuable insights for academics, funding organizations, and policymakers.

Abstract
Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) remain at an increased risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and mortality. RA CVD results from a combination of traditional risk factors and RA-related systemic inflammation. One hypothetical means of improving overall RA CVD risk is through reduction of excess body weight and increased physical activity. Together, weight loss and physical activity can improve traditional cardiometabolic health through fat mass loss, while also improving skeletal muscle health. Additionally, disease-related CVD risk may improve as both fat mass loss and exercise reduce systemic inflammation. To explore this hypothesis, 26 older persons with RA and overweight/obesity will be randomized to 16 weeks of a usual care control arm or to a remotely Supervised Weight Loss Plus Exercise Training (SWET) program. A caloric restriction diet (targeting 7% weight loss) will occur via a dietitian-led intervention, with weekly weigh-ins and group support sessions. Exercise training will consist of both aerobic training (150 minutes/week moderate-to-vigorous exercise) and resistance training (twice weekly). The SWET remote program will be delivered via a combination of video conference, the study YouTube channel, and study mobile applications. The primary cardiometabolic outcome is the metabolic syndrome Z score, calculated from blood pressure, waist circumference, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose. RA-specific CVD risk will be assessed with measures of systemic inflammation, disease activity, patient-reported outcomes, and immune cell function. The SWET-RA trial will be the first to assess whether a remotely supervised, combined lifestyle intervention improves cardiometabolic health in an at-risk population of older individuals with RA and overweight/obesity.

Abstract
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a major health threat to women worldwide. In addition to traditional CVD risk factors, autoimmune conditions are increasingly being recognized as contributors to adverse CVD consequences in women. Chronic systemic autoimmune and inflammatory disorders can trigger premature and accelerated atherosclerosis, microvascular dysfunction, and thrombosis. The presence of comorbid conditions, duration of the autoimmune condition, disease severity, and treatment of underlying inflammation are all factors that impact CVD risk and progression. Early identification and screening of CVD risk factors in those with underlying autoimmune conditions may attenuate CVD in this population. Treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, disease modifying agents and biologics may influence CVD risk factors and overall risk. Multi-disciplinary and team-based care, clinical trials, and collaborative team-science studies focusing on systemic autoimmune conditions will be beneficial to advance care for women.

Abstract
Thiazolidinediones (TZDs) are a group of diabetes medications currently being investigated for anti-arthritis effectiveness, one of which is pioglitazone. The purpose of this scoping review is to evaluate the potential use of pioglitazone in the treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) arthritis. The criteria of eligibility were studies with the diagnosis of arthritis and pioglitazone treatment with a change in any inflammation index as an outcome. Of the 1169 records initially identified following the selection process, two animal studies and four clinical studies were included in the review. Improvements from the baseline were observed in each treatment group for each inflammation indicator. The results of the animal studies on the temporomandibular joints and on patients with rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis indicate that the drug in question may have potential to treat arthritis, including within the temporomandibular joint.

Abstract
PURPOSE To describe the observations of studies that have explored the effects of exercise on inflammation and tissue remodeling in animal models of inflammatory arthropathies including Rheumatoid Arthritis and Spondyloarthritis. METHODS A search was performed at Pubmed, Scopus and Web of Science databases from 2010 to 2021. The selected articles were classified into those who reported positive and negative effects of exercise, and the characteristics of their experimental designs, including the animal model, the study groups, the exercise intervention and the evaluation techniques, were detailed. RESULTS Thirteen original articles that met the selection criteria were included. The effects of exercise on the joint biology of mice with inflammatory arthritis were controversial. Although exercise benefits have been observed in some experimental designs, the majority of them have shown that exercise leads to exacerbation of inflammation, tissue remodeling, and processes associated with arthritis such as oxidative stress and hypoxia. CONCLUSION Further research is necessary as the existing guidelines do not consider the negative effects of the exercise evidenced in animal models. The potential risks of exercise for patients should be considered.

Abstract
Although the management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has improved remarkably with new pharmacological therapies, there is still a significant part of patients not reaching treatment goals. Difficult-to-treat RA (D2TRA) is a complex entity involving several factors apart from persistent inflammation, thereafter requiring a holistic management approach. As pharmacological treatment options are often limited in D2TRA, the need for non-pharmacological treatments (NPT) is even more pronounced. The mechanism of action of non-pharmacological treatments is not well investigated, NPTs seem to have a complex, holistic effect including the immune, neural and endocrine system, which can have a significant additive benefit together with targeted pharmacotherapies in the treatment of D2TRA. In this review we summarize the current knowledge on different NPT in rheumatoid arthritis, and we propose a NPT plan to follow when managing D2TRA patients.
