Abstract
PURPOSE Brain metastases in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) pose significant treatment challenges. This study aims to analyze whether the combination of targeted therapy and antiangiogenic therapy may bring greater clinical benefits. METHODS We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of targeted therapy combined with antiangiogenic therapy in patients with brain metastases from NSCLC. Pooled odds ratios (ORs) and hazard ratios (HRs) were calculated to determine the overall effect of combination therapy on clinical outcomes. RESULTS Among the six included studies (n = 669), five studies used EGFR-TKI + Bevacizumab for combination therapy, and one study used EGFR-TKI + Endostar. Combination therapy significantly improved disease control rate (DCR) (OR = 3.98, 95 % CI: 2.56-6.18, p < 0.001) and response rate (RR) (OR = 6.63, 95 % CI: 2.89-15.22, p < 0.001) compared to controls. Progression-free survival (PFS) was markedly prolonged (HR = 0.52, 95 % CI: 0.39-0.69, p < 0.001), and overall survival (OS) improved significantly (HR = 5.75, 95 % CI: 3.22-10.29, p < 0.001). Subgroup analyses confirmed higher rates of hypertension and proteinuria when compared to targeted monotherapy (both p < 0.001). Other common adverse events showed no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS Targeted therapy combined with anti-angiogenesis treatment significantly enhances clinical outcomes in NSCLC patients with brain metastases, including DCR, RR, PFS, and OS. Nonetheless, this combination increases the risk of adverse events, necessitating careful management.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES In the randomized phase III TASUKI-52 trial, nivolumab with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab significantly prolonged the progression-free survival (PFS) of treatment-naive patients with advanced or recurrent nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Here, we report the long-term outcomes of patients treated with nivolumab plus carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab with 3 years of follow-up. METHODS Patients with stage IIIB/IV or recurrent nonsquamous NSCLC without sensitizing EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations were randomized (1:1) to receive either nivolumab or placebo, in addition to carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab, every 3 weeks. Treatment was continued for a maximum of six cycles. The endpoints included PFS, overall survival (OS), and safety. Exploratory analyses included efficacy and safety in subgroups. RESULTS A total of 550 patients were randomized to the nivolumab arm (n = 275) and placebo arm (n = 275). At the minimum follow-up of 36.1 months, PFS was consistently longer in the nivolumab arm than in the placebo arm (median, 10.6 vs. 8.2 months; hazard ratio [HR], 0.59; 95 % confidence interval [CI], 0.47-0.73; P < 0.0001), with PFS rates of 20.2 % vs. 4.9 %. The median OS was 31.6 months (95 % CI, 26.8-36.5) in the nivolumab arm and 24.7 months (95 % CI, 21.1-28.0) in the placebo arm (HR, 0.71; 95 % CI, 0.57-0.88), with OS rates of 44.2 % and 32.3 %, respectively. Of note, PFS and OS favored the nivolumab arm across patients with different PD-L1 expression levels, and regardless of baseline brain metastasis status. Grade 3-4 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 76.2 % and 74.9 % of the patients in the nivolumab and placebo arms, respectively, while no new safety concerns were identified. CONCLUSION Nivolumab, in addition to carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab, remained to demonstrate significantly longer PFS and long-term OS benefit compared with placebo in the first-line treatment of patients with nonsquamous NSCLC. The extended follow-up identified no new safety signals.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to explore the effect of different organ metastasis on the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS Patients with distant metastatic NSCLC were selected from Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database during 2016 to 2019. The incidence of different organ metastasis and their association with clinicopathological factors were explored. Overall survival (OS) and lung cancer-specific survival (LCSS) for metastatic NSCLC were calculated, and multivariate Cox regression analysis was performed with a nomogram for OS being constructed based on Cox regression. RESULTS Total 26,210 patients with distant metastatic NSCLC were included in this study. Around 48.9% of the metastatic NSCLC were multiple-organ metastasis and bone was the most commonly involved organ (44.4%). For patients with single-organ metastasis, the prognosis for lung or distant lymph nodes (LNs) metastasis was better than others (with median OS of 15 and 16 months for lung and distant LNs metastasis, respectively), and liver metastasis resulted in the worst prognosis with median OS of 8 months. A nomogram was constructed to visualize Cox regression model, along with the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve demonstrated good discrimination for the predictive model with 1- and 2-year area under the curve of ROC of 0.687 and 0.702, respectively. CONCLUSION The prognosis of NSCLC patients with distant metastasis was poor. Liver metastasis results in the worst prognosis among the single-organ metastasis. The nomogram developed based on the Cox regression model has provided a useful tool to estimate the probability of OS of the metastatic NSCLC.

Abstract
Introduction: The 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has reshaped oncology practice, but the impact of anti-angiogenic drugs on the severity of COVID-19 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains unclear. Patients and Methods: We carried out a retrospective study involving 166 consecutive patients with NSCLC who were positive for COVID-19, aiming to determine the effects of anti-angiogenic drugs on disease severity, as defined by severe/critical symptoms, intensive care unit (ICU) admission/intubation, and mortality outcomes. Risk factors were identified using univariate and multivariate logistic regression models. Results: Of the participants, 73 had been administered anti-angiogenic drugs (termed the anti-angiogenic therapy (AT) group), while 93 had not (non-AT group). Comparative analyses showed no significant disparity in the rates of severe/critical symptoms (21.9% vs 35.5%, P = 0.057), ICU admission/intubation (6.8% vs 7.5%, P = 0.867), or death (11.0% vs 9.7%, P = 0.787) between these two groups. However, elevated risk factors for worse outcomes included age ≥ 60 (odds ratio (OR): 2.52, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.07-5.92), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 2 or higher (OR: 21.29, 95% CI: 4.98-91.01), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (OR: 7.25, 95% CI: 1.65-31.81), hypertension (OR: 2.98, 95% CI: 1.20-7.39), and use of immunoglobulin (OR: 5.26, 95% CI: 1.06-26.25). Conclusion: Our data suggests that the use of anti-angiogenic drugs may not exacerbate COVID-19 severity in NSCLC patients, indicating their potential safe application even during the pandemic period.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who experience brain metastases are usually associated with poor prognostic outcomes. Whole-brain radiotherapy (WBRT) is one of the standard treatment strategies for NSCLC. It is interesting to combine angiogenesis inhibitors such as bevacizumab with radiation therapy. This study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) with WBRT combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of brain metastases. METHODS A total of 21 patients with brain metastases from NSCLC were treated with bevacizumab and WBRT-SRS, while 28 patients were treated with WBRT-SRS only. The bevacizumab average dose was 5-7.5 mg/kg, approximately 2 cycles during radiotherapy. Tumor responses were evaluated every 3 months based on Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1. RESULTS The median follow-up time was 13.5 months (range 2.7-88.4 months). The ORR and DCR of patients who received WBRT-SRS with or without bevacizumab were similar (p = 0.458, p = 0.382). OS(42.63 years VS 25.23 years, p = 0.02)and LPFS (39.53 years VS 23 years, p = 0.047)were better in WBRT-SRS with bevacizumab groups. After radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy, the volume of peritumoral edema was significantly reduced in WBRT-SRS with bevacizumab groups(45.62 ± 24.03 cm3 vs 63.03 ± 25.44 cm3, p = 0.036;8.63 ± 6.87 cm3 vs 15.62 ± 10.58 cm3, p = 0.021). The main adverse reactions were similar in the two groups except for Venous thrombosis with bevacizumab (0 patients vs 5 patients, p = 0.006). CONCLUSION Bevacizumab with radiotherapy improved the overall efficacy and reduced the peritumoral edema of BM from NSCLC.

Abstract
Aims: The optimal timing of brain radiotherapy (BRT) for lung adenocarcinoma patients with brain metastases (BM) remains controversial. In this retrospective study, we performed a retrospective review to investigate the differential benefit of upfront versus deferred BRT for lung adenocarcinoma patients with BM. Methods: A total of 354 lung adenocarcinoma patients with BM treated in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shandong University met the inclusion criteria for the study. Patients were divided into two groups: upfront BRT and deferred BRT. Intracranial progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were measured from the date of brain metastases. Subgroup analyses according to gene mutation status were also performed. Results: Among the entire cohort, the median intracranial PFS with upfront BRT (16.3 months) was longer than that with deferred BRT (11.3 months, p=0.001). However, the median OS did not differ significantly between patients who received upfront BRT and deferred BRT (27.6 and 31.5 months, respectively, p=0.813). Subgroup analyses indicated that upfront BRT yielded a significantly longer intracranial PFS than deferred BRT (p=0.003) for patients without EGFR (19 or 21) mutation. In both subgroups, the median OS showed no significant difference between upfront BRT and deferred BRT. Conclusion: This single-institutional retrospective study showed that in lung adenocarcinoma patients with brain metastases, upfront BRT was associated with a significantly longer intracranial PFS but not improvement in OS compared with deferred BRT. Considering the neurocognitive toxicities of BRT previously reported in the literature, deferred BRT might be considered as an acceptable therapeutic option for the treatment of patients with lung adenocarcinoma and BM.

Abstract
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors and has high morbidity and mortality rates. Central nervous system (CNS) metastasis is one of the most frequent complications in patients with NSCLC and seriously affects the quality of life (QOL) and overall survival (OS) of patients, with a median OS of untreated patients of only 1-3 months. There are various treatment methods for NSCLC CNS metastasis, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, which do not meet the requirements of patients in terms of improving OS and QOL. There are still many problems in the treatment of NSCLC CNS metastasis that need to be solved urgently. This review summarizes the research progress in the treatment of NSCLC CNS metastasis to provide a reference for clinical practice.

Abstract
PURPOSE We report the final analysis of JVDL (NCT02789345), which examined the combination of the EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) osimertinib plus the VEGFR2-directed antibody ramucirumab in patients with T790M-positive EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). PATIENTS AND METHODS This open-label, single-arm phase I study enrolled patients with EGFR T790M-positive NSCLC, who had progressed following EGFR TKI but were third-generation EGFR TKI-naïve. A dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) period with as-needed dose deescalation was followed by an expansion cohort. Patients received daily oral osimertinib and intravenous ramucirumab every 2 weeks until progression or discontinuation. RESULTS Twenty-five patients were enrolled. No DLTs were observed. Median follow-up time was 25.0 months. Common grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events (TRAE) were hypertension (8%) and platelet count decreased (16%); grade 5 TRAE (subdural hemorrhage) occurred in 1 patient. Patients with (N = 10) and without central nervous system (CNS) metastasis (N = 15) had similar safety outcomes. Five patients remain on treatment. Objective response rate (ORR) was 76%. Median duration of response was 13.4 months [90% confidence interval (CI): 9.6-21.2]. Median progression-free survival (PFS) was 11.0 months (90% CI: 5.5-19.3). Efficacy was observed in patients with and without CNS metastasis (ORR 60% and 87%; median PFS 10.9 and 14.7 months, respectively). Exploratory biomarker analyses in circulating tumor DNA suggested that on-treatment loss of EGFR Exon 19 deletion or L858R mutations, detectable at baseline, correlated with longer PFS, but on-treatment loss of T790M did not. Emergent genetic alterations postprogression included C797S, MET amplification, and EGFR amplification. CONCLUSIONS Ramucirumab plus osimertinib demonstrated encouraging safety and antitumor activity in T790M-positive EGFR-mutant NSCLC.See related commentary by Garon, p. 905.

Abstract
Chemotherapy has played a minor role as adjuvant therapy in treatment of cerebral metastases from solid cancers. The blood-brain barrier and cerebral metastases' considerable machinery of self-preservation have been significant obstacles to delivery and efficacy of chemotherapy. However, several methods intended to surmount these challenges have arisen alongside advent of technology and with the development of targeted molecular therapies. Focused ultrasound and molecular Trojan horses represent two such novel means of increasing permeability of the blood-brain barrier to effector agents. Published data on efficacy of these targeted therapies remain mostly restricted to retrospective studies and phase II prospective clinical trials.

Abstract
This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab (BEV) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with brain metastases (BM) by performing meta-analyses of response and survival indices. Seventeen studies were included. BEV treatment was associated with a lower new BM incidence (hazard ratio: 0.30 [95% confidence interval (CI): 0.14, 0.46]) during follow-up. Disease control rate (DCR) of BEV-treated patients with BM was 91% [95% CI: 85, 95]. However, intracranial DCR was relatively higher (94% [95% CI: 87, 98]) than extracranial DCR (86% [95% CI: 74, 96]). DCR of NSCLC patients with BM was significantly better with BEV than with control therapies (odds ratio: 2.71 [95% CI: 1.26, 5.86], P = 0.01). Progression-free survival (PFS) of BEV-treated patients with and without BM was 7.1 months [95% CI: 6.2, 8.0] and 7.4 months [95% CI: 6.3, 8.4], respectively. Intracranial PFS of BEV-treated patients with BM was 8.0 months [95% CI: 6.0, 10.0]. Overall survival of BEV-treated NSCLC patients with and without BM was 13.5 months [95% CI: 11.4, 15.6] and 12.5 months [95% CI: 10.2, 14.8], respectively. The incidence of bleeding/hemorrhage in the central nervous system was 1% with BEV treatment.

Abstract
Patients diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma with brain metastasis usually result in poor prognosis with limited survival time. Palliative systematic therapy has emerged as the primary choice for non-small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastasis harboring wild-type drive genes. However, the objective response rate and long-term survival for patients treated with this therapy remained unsatisfied. Herein, we present a case with lung adenocarcinoma accompanied with symptomatic brain metastasis who achieved radiologic complete response after receiving combined therapy including stereotactic body radiation therapy, anti-angiogenesis, and chemotherapy. He has achieved a duration of disease-free survival of thirty-six months, and is still in extension.

Abstract
Background Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a major cause of brain metastases. Nonetheless, patients with central nervous system (CNS) spread are poorly represented in clinical trials. We sought to evaluate the overall survival (OS) of patients with NSCLC and CNS metastases. Methods Patients with NSCLC and CNS metastases treated at A. C. Camargo Cancer Center from January 2007 to December 2017 were selected. The primary endpoint was OS following the diagnosis of CNS metastasis. The Kaplan-Meier method was applied to calculate OS. Prognostic factors were assessed by the Cox Proportional Hazards model. As an exploratory analysis, a survival tree was generated based upon the two most statistically significant variables in the multivariate model and one additional clinically meaningful variable. Results In total, 311 patients were included. Median OS was 10.3 months (95% CI, 8.7-13.1 months). ECOG performance status 2-4 (HR 2.12; 95% CI, 1.40-3.20; P<0.01) and the absence of a driver mutation (HR 3.30; 95% CI, 1.85-5.90; P<0.01) were strongly associated with worse OS. A Modified Recursive Partitioning Analysis (mRPA) was developed based on the curves generated by the survival tree. mRPA stratified our cohort in four subgroups with significantly different OS (3.1 to 43 months) and it outperformed both RPA and GPA in predicting OS in our population. Conclusions OS in our cohort was better than previously reported. However, prognosis is widely variable and is mostly dictated by performance status and the presence of a driver mutation.

Abstract
Recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma has become one of the most frequent causes of major cancer incidence and mortality worldwide according to its frequently gained resistance to chemotherapies. In this study, we identified a poorly-studied kinase pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase isoform 2 (PDK2) as the most up-regulated kinase encoding gene in Cisplatin resistant lung adenocarcinoma. Additionally, PDK2-dependent Cisplatin-resistance promotes tumour growth of lung adenocarcinoma both in vitro and in vivo. Clinically, PDK2 expression was up-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma and was correlated to the poor prognosis of lung cancer patients. Mechanically, PDK2 promoted cell growth and Cisplatin-resistance of lung adenocarcinoma via transcriptional regulation of cyclin and CBS domain divalent metal cation transport mediator 3 (CNNM3), indicating that PDK2-CNNM3 signalling axis could be a potential therapeutic target for Cisplatin-resistant lung adenocarcinoma.

Abstract
BACKGROUND We described the treatment rationale and procedure for a phase II study of docetaxel plus ramucirumab for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with brain metastasis (RAMNITA study: University Information Network Clinical Trials Registry identification no. [UMIN]: 000024551). Combination therapy of angiogenetic inhibitor with chemotherapy improved the outcome of patients with brain metastasis in previous reports; however, the efficacy of ramucirumab, a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 monoclonal antibody, for brain metastasis has not been shown. PATIENTS AND METHODS This RAMNITA study is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm phase II study designed to evaluate efficacy and safety of docetaxel and ramucirumab for advanced NSCLC patients with brain metastasis. Eligible patients will receive docetaxel (60 mg/m) and ramucirumab (10 mg/kg) every 21 days until disease progression. The primary endpoint is progression-free survival (PFS), and secondary endpoints are overall survival, intracranial PFS, response rate, and safety. Sixty-five participants will be recruited from September 2017 to December 2019 and followed up for 1 year after final registration. The results from this study may suggest a treatment option for brain metastasis in NSCLC. ETHICS The protocol was approved by the institutional review board of each study center. Written informed consent will be obtained from all patients before registration, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.

Abstract
Brain metastases (BM) continue to represent an unmet clinical need in oncology. Immunotherapy and targeted therapy hold great promise in the treatment of BM. Emerging data are confirming the activity of these agents in patients with BM. Genomic studies have confirmed that clinically actionable mutations are present in BM and they can be used in clinical studies to link targeted therapies with their genetic targets. Furthermore, as molecular signatures associated with sensitivity and resistance to immunotherapies are developed, we will better be able to select BM patients who will most benefit from these therapies. Understanding the genetic and immune evolution within BM should drive the next generation of immunotherapy and target therapy, as well as increase the accuracy of the selection process for these therapies.

Abstract
Controversial value of prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) in NSCLC in terms of survival benefit prompted us to explore the possible risk factors for brain metastasis (BM) during the course of EGFR-TKIs therapy from EGFR-mutated advanced lung adenocarcinoma and identify the potential population most likely to benefit from PCI, because BM remains a therapeutically challenging issue. We retrospectively reviewed the records of 134 patients with EGFR-mutated advanced lung adenocarcinoma between 2008 and 2012. The cumulative incidence of BM was calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method, and Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to assess the independent risk factors for BM. Thirty-four patients (34/134, 25.4%) developed BM during the course of EGFR-TKIs therapy. Moreover, the Multivariate analysis indicated that age ≤ 53 years (HR: 2.751, 95 % CI: 1.326-5.707; p = 0.007), serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) ≥ 23 ng/mL (HR: 3.197, 95 % CI: 1.512-6.758; p = 0.002) and EGFR exon 21 point mutations (HR: 2.769, 95 % CI: 1.355-5.659; p= 0.005) were the independent high-risk factors for developing BM, which could offer important insights into the individualized treatment. Further studies are warranted to validate our findings.

Abstract
We evaluated the safety and efficacy of intrapericardial bevacizumab (BEV) for treating symptomatic malignant pericardiac effusion (MPCE) in seven advanced cancer patients. All patients had previously undergone multiple lines of systemic therapy. Each patient received paracentesis and intrapericardial infusions of 100 or 200 mg of BEV every two weeks. Systemic treatments for primary tumors continued for all patients during BEV treatment. Of the seven patients, three achieved a complete response, two achieved a partial response, and two showed no response with regard to MPCE after BEV infusion. The median overall survival time was 168 days (range, 22-224 days). In six of the seven patients, effusion did not recur before death. Toxicity associated with BEV treatment was mild and manageable in all patients. This study provides preliminary evidence that intrapericardial BEV may be an effective and safe treatment for MPCE in patients with advanced cancers.

Abstract
Administration of bevacizumab to patients with brain metastases (BM) is controversial due to concerns about the increased risk of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). This meta-analysis assessed whether the risk of ICH increases in BM patients receiving treatments that contain bevacizumab versus without. PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and annual meeting abstracts of the American Society of Clinical Oncology up to 13 November 2016 were searched for studies that referred to ICH complications due to bevacizumab in patients with BM. Eight studies involving 8713 patients were included in this analysis. Compared with the control arm without bevacizumab, the bevacizumab treatment arm did not exhibit a significant increase in ICH [odds ratio (OR) 1.20; 95% confidence intervals (CI) 0.69–2.09; P = 0.53]. Subgroup analyses with retrospective studies showed a similar result, although subgroup analyses with prospective studies failed. This meta-analysis revealed that bevacizumab does not significantly increase the risk of ICH in solid tumor patients with BM.

Abstract
Recent studies demonstrated a significantly increased frequency of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutations in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with malignant pleural effusions (MPEs). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of first-line and second-line EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in the treatment of NSCLC with MPEs harboring exon 19 deletion and L858R mutation. From 2010 to 2015, 203 NSCLC patients with MPEs harboring EGFR mutation treated with EGFR-TKIs were reviewed. The efficacy were evaluated with Pearson chi-square or Fisher's exact tests, Log-rank test and Cox proportional hazards model. The objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) for patients treated with first-line and second-line EGFR-TKIs were 21.9%, 91.4% and 14.7%, 85.3%, respectively. The overall median PFS and OS of enrolled NSCLC patients with MPE were 9.3 months (95% CI, 8.4-10.2 months), 20.9 months (95% CI, 18.9-22.9 months) after first-line TKIs, and 7.6 months (95% CI, 6.6-8.6 months), 15.3 months (95% CI, 13.6-15.9 months) after second-line TKIs. The exon 19 deletion arm had a longer median PFS (9.4 vs 7.1 months, p=0.003) and OS (16.8 vs 13.8 months, p=0.003) compared with the L858R mutation arm after second-line TKIs. In a conclusion, EGFR genotype was an independent predictor of PFS and OS. No significant side effects differences between the two mutation groups was observed for first or second-line EGFR-TKIs. This study demonstrated that EGFR mutations are significant predictors for advanced NSCLC patients with MPE receiving second-line EGFR-TKIs treatment.

Abstract
At present, non-small cell lung cancer is one of the highest incidence of cancers in the world, and its incidence increased year by year, this situation prompted people to continue to seek a variety of treatment in order to extend the survival of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. This review aims to discuss the progress of bevacizumab in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, through the clinical data so far to explore the clinical use of the drug, the choice of patients and the future direction of development.

Abstract
Brain metastases are frequently encountered in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality. Antiangiogenesis therapy plays a major role in the management of brain metastases in lung cancer. Bevacizumab have become the novel method for the treatment of lung cancer with brain metastases beyond the whole brain radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and chemotherapy. Recently, more and more studies and trials laid emphasis on the bevacizumab for NSCLC with brain metastases treatment. The key point is the efficacy and safety. In this review, bevacizumab therapy of NSCLC with brain metastases were summarized.
