Abstract
Cerebral palsy is a disorder characterized by abnormal tone, posture, and movement. In clinical practice, it is often useful to approach cerebral palsy based on the predominant motor system findings - spastic hemiplegia, spastic diplegia, spastic quadriplegia, extrapyramidal or dyskinetic, and ataxic. The prevalence of cerebral palsy is between 1.5 and 3 per 1,000 live births with higher percentage of cases in low to middle income countries and geographic regions. Pre-term birth and low birthweight are recognized as the most frequent risk factors for cerebral palsy; other risk factors include hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, maternal infections, and multiple gestation. In most cases of cerebral palsy, the initial injury to the brain occurs during early fetal brain development. Intracerebral hemorrhage and periventricular leukomalacia are the main pathologic findings found in preterm infants who develop spastic cerebral palsy. The diagnosis of cerebral palsy is primarily based on clinical findings. Early recognition of infants at risk for cerebral palsy as well as those with cerebral palsy is possible based on a combination of clinical history, use of standardized neuromotor assessment and findings on magnetic resonance imaging; however, in clinical practice, cerebral palsy is more reliably diagnosed by 2 years of age. Magnetic resonance imaging scan is indicated to delineate the extent of brain lesions and to identify congenital brain malformations. Genetic testing and tests for inborn errors of metabolism are indicated to identify specific disorders, especially treatable disorders. Because cerebral palsy is associated with multiple associated and secondary medical conditions, its management requires a sustained and consistent collaboration among multiple disciplines and specialties. With appropriate support, most children with cerebral palsy grow up to be adults with good functional abilities.

Abstract
Background Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone analogs (GnRHas) play a significant role in addressing gynecological diseases, central precocious puberty, and cancer. However, ensuring the safety of GnRHas in real-world applications requires continuous vigilance. In light of this, we undertook a disproportionality analysis focused on adverse events (AEs) associated with GnRHas using data from both the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) and the Japanese Adverse Drug Event Report (JADER). We evaluated GnRHas-associated AEs and characterized the clinical priority of unlisted AEs caused by each GnRHa from the different databases. Methods In the disproportionality analysis, we applied two adjusted algorithms to identify signals related to GnRHas in the FAERS and JADER databases from 2004 to 2023. Additionally, we utilized the Statistical Analysis System (SAS, 9.4) to examine potential and high-aROR (adjusted reporting odds ratio) signals associated with GnRHas. We performed clinical priority assessment for suspicious PTs and an analysis of serious/non-serious outcomes. We also gathered information on the onset times of AEs linked with GnRHas from both databases. Results From January 2004 to September 2023, FAERS and JADER recorded a total of 50,360,413 and 1,440,200 AEs, respectively. Employing two algorithms, the suspicious preferred terms (PTs) related to leuprolide (Leu) were 562 potential PTs (44 unlisted in specifications), followed by goserelin (Gos) with 189 PTs (28 unlisted), triptorelin (Tri) with 172 PTs (28 unlisted), and Leu-JADER with 85 PTs (10 unlisted). At the same PT level, the differences in GnRHas between the two databases were observed, such as cardiac failure, diabetes mellitus, liver disorder, dementia, suicidal ideation, interstitial lung disease, urinary disorders, and hypertensive crisis. In an analysis of serious vs. non-serious outcomes, a total of 43 AEs of Leu were more likely to be reported as serious AEs with p < 0.05 (such as asthenia, urinary retention, diabetes mellitus, interstitial lung disease, gait disturbance, and so on), following by Tri (6 AEs), and Gos (4 AEs). Based on the clinical priority score, 41 PTs of Leu, 26 PTs of Tri, 24 PTs of Gos, and 8 PTs of Leu-JADER were graded as weak. There were 3 PTs of Leu, 2 PTs of Tri, 4 PTs of Gos, and 2 PTs of Leu-JADER that were graded as moderate. Notably, in the assessment of the relevant evidence, 2 PTs (loss of libido and urinary tract toxicity caused by Leu), 1 PT (electrolyte imbalance caused by Tri), and 2 PTs (anorexia and suicidal ideation caused by Gos) showed a strong level of evidence with "++." The differences in the signal strength of the same PTs from two databases were also worth noting. Moreover, the median onset time for GnRHas (Leu, Tri, and Gos) was 23 days (0, 298), 22 days (0, 181), and 217 days (29, 706), respectively, as median (Q1, Q3). Conclusion An examination of two databases revealed suspicious AEs associated with GnRHas. Our study found potential new AE signals of GnRHas and supported continuous clinical monitoring, pharmacovigilance, regional differences, and further studies of GnRHas.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This trial was to investigate the effect of different treatment methods on the clinical efficacy and fertility outcome of patients with adenomyosis. METHODS In total, 140 patients with adenomyosis were evenly and randomly allocated into group A (laparoscopic surgery), group B (laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs [GnRH-a]), group C (ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation), and group D (ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with GnRH-a). On the 3rd day after surgery, patients in group B and group D were subcutaneously injected with GnRH-a (Leuprorelin Acetate SR for Injection) at 3.75 mg/time, once every 4 weeks, for a total of 3 months. The therapeutic effects of the 4 groups were compared, including menstrual volume, dysmenorrhea score, uterine volume, clinical efficacy, luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels, CA125 levels, recurrence, pregnancy status, and pregnancy outcomes. RESULTS After treatment, the menstrual volume of 4 groups was lowered, dysmenorrhea, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score, LH, FSH, E2, and CA125 levels were reduced, and uterine volume was decreased. The menstrual volume, VAS score, levels of LH, FSH, E2, and CA125, and uterine volume were reduced in groups B, C, and D compared with group A, and the decrease was more significant in group D. The total effective rate of group D was 100.00%, which was higher than that of group A (71.43%), group B (80.00%), and group C (82.86%). After one year of drug withdrawal, the recurrence of hypermenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, uterine enlargement, and excessive CA125 in group D was significantly lower than that in groups A, B and C, and the recurrence in groups B and C was significantly lower than that in group A (P < 0.05). Compared with groups A, B, and C, group D had a higher pregnancy rate, natural pregnancy rate, and lower in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer rate (P < 0.05), but showed no significant difference in pregnancy outcomes. CONCLUSION Ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with Leuprorelin Acetate is effective in the treatment of adenomyosis, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, protect postoperative ovarian function, reduce recurrence rate, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life.

Abstract
IMPORTANCE Zika virus (ZIKV) infection in pregnant women during the third trimester can cause neurodevelopmental delays and cryptorchidism in children without microcephaly. However, the consequences of congenital ZIKV infection on fertility in these children remain unclear. Here, using an immunocompetent mouse model, we reveal that congenital ZIKV infection can cause hormonal disorders of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, leading to reduced fertility and decreased sexual preference. Our study has for the first time linked the hypothalamus to the reproductive system and social behaviors after ZIKV infection. Although the extent to which these observations in mice translate to humans remains unclear, these findings did suggest that the reproductive health and hormone levels of ZIKV-exposed children should receive more attention to improve their living quality.

Abstract
GnRH is the pivotal hormone in controlling the hypothalamic-pituitary gonadal (HPG) axis in humans and other mammalian species. GnRH function is influenced by a multitude of known and still unknown environmental and genetic factors. Molecular genetic studies on human families with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism over the past two decades have been instrumental in delineating the kisspeptin and neurokinin B signalling, which integrally modulates GnRH release from the hypothalamus. The identification of kisspeptin and neurokinin B ligand-receptor gene pair mutations in patients with absent puberty have paved the way to a greater understanding of the central regulation of the HPG cascade. In this article, we aim to review the literature on the genetic and clinical aspects of GnRH and its receptor, as well as the two ligand-receptor sets directly pertinent to the function of GnRH hormone signalling, kisspeptin/ kisspeptin receptor and NKB/NK3R.

Abstract
The delivery of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in a pulsatile mode to the gonadotropes has long been known to be essential for normal reproductive function. There have been numerous studies aimed at dissecting out the mechanisms underlying GnRH pulse generation. The discovery of kisspeptin as an upstream regulator of GnRH attracted the possibility that pulsatile kisspeptin governed the pulsatile secretion of GnRH. Subsequent studies have shown the importance of the neurokinin B (NKB) system in modulating kisspeptin secretion and this GnRH. A number of studies in laboratory rodents have supported this notion. By contrast, we present data from clinical studies in men and women, in a range of contexts, showing that continuous infusion of kisspeptin 10 at receptor-saturating levels gives rise to an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH) (GnRH) pulse frequency. This has been demonstrated in normal healthy and hypogonadal men, in normal women during the mid-cycle LH surge, in men and women with mutations in the genes encoding NKB or its receptor, neurokinin 3 receptor (NK3R), in women with polycystic ovary syndrome treated with NK3R antagonist, and in women treated with NK3R antagonist during the LH surge. These finds indicate that pulsatile secretion and action of kisspeptin on GnRH neurons is not required for the generation of LH (GnRH) pulses in humans. We also report that there is an absence of desensitization in humans exposed to continuous infusion of kisspeptin-10 at receptor-saturating concentrations over 22 h and briefly review GnRH, kisspeptin and NKB analogs and their clinical application.

Abstract
Male infertility is a multifaceted disorder affecting approximately 50% of male partners in infertile couples. Over the years, male infertility has been diagnosed mainly through semen analysis, hormone evaluations, medical records and physical examinations, which of course are fundamental, but yet inefficient, because 30% of male infertility cases remain idiopathic. This dilemmatic status of the unknown needs to be addressed with more sophisticated and result-driven technologies and/or techniques. Genetic alterations have been linked with male infertility, thereby unveiling the practicality of investigating this disorder from the “omics” perspective. Omics aims at analyzing the structure and functions of a whole constituent of a given biological function at different levels, including the molecular gene level (genomics), transcript level (transcriptomics), protein level (proteomics) and metabolites level (metabolomics). In the current study, an overview of the four branches of omics and their roles in male infertility are briefly discussed; the potential usefulness of assessing transcriptomic data to understand this pathology is also elucidated. After assessing the publicly obtainable transcriptomic data for datasets on male infertility, a total of 1385 datasets were retrieved, of which 10 datasets met the inclusion criteria and were used for further analysis. These datasets were classified into groups according to the disease or cause of male infertility. The groups include non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA), obstructive azoospermia (OA), non-obstructive and obstructive azoospermia (NOA and OA), spermatogenic dysfunction, sperm dysfunction, and Y chromosome microdeletion. Findings revealed that 8 genes (LDHC, PDHA2, TNP1, TNP2, ODF1, ODF2, SPINK2, PCDHB3) were commonly differentially expressed between all disease groups. Likewise, 56 genes were common between NOA versus NOA and OA (ADAD1, BANF2, BCL2L14, C12orf50, C20orf173, C22orf23, C6orf99, C9orf131, C9orf24, CABS1, CAPZA3, CCDC187, CCDC54, CDKN3, CEP170, CFAP206, CRISP2, CT83, CXorf65, FAM209A, FAM71F1, FAM81B, GALNTL5, GTSF1, H1FNT, HEMGN, HMGB4, KIF2B, LDHC, LOC441601, LYZL2, ODF1, ODF2, PCDHB3, PDHA2, PGK2, PIH1D2, PLCZ1, PROCA1, RIMBP3, ROPN1L, SHCBP1L, SMCP, SPATA16, SPATA19, SPINK2, TEX33, TKTL2, TMCO2, TMCO5A, TNP1, TNP2, TSPAN16, TSSK1B, TTLL2, UBQLN3). These genes, particularly the above-mentioned 8 genes, are involved in diverse biological processes such as germ cell development, spermatid development, spermatid differentiation, regulation of proteolysis, spermatogenesis and metabolic processes. Owing to the stage-specific expression of these genes, any mal-expression can ultimately lead to male infertility. Therefore, currently available data on all branches of omics relating to male fertility can be used to identify biomarkers for diagnosing male infertility, which can potentially help in unravelling some idiopathic cases.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Leuprorelin is an analog of gonadotropin-releasing hormone that is used for the therapy of central precocious puberty (CPP). The aims of this prospective, open label, multicenter clinical trial were to establish its efficacy and safety during long-term use. METHODS Patients, who were all children, were treated with 1.88 to 3.75 mg leuprorelin subcutaneously once every 4 weeks for a total of 96 weeks between 2015 and 2018. The primary endpoint was the rate of occurrence of adverse events (AEs) and the secondary endpoint was no progression in the Tanner stage or regression by week 96 compared to baseline. RESULTS A total of 307 CPP patients, 305 (99.3%) females and 2 males (0.7%), completed the 96-weeks of treatment. Due to limited data for male patients, they are not discussed in the efficacy results. Treatment-emergent AEs (TEAEs) were reported for 252 (82.1%) patients, mostly (79.5%) being mild or moderate and only 33 (10.7%) of patients experienced TEAEs related to leuprorelin therapy. The most frequent (>2%) drug-related TEAEs were injection site induration (4.6%, 14/307) and vaginal bleeding (2.3%, 7/305). After treatment, 83.5% of patients had regression or no progression in the Tanner stage (95% confidence interval: 78.68%, 87.62%) and the majority had decreased gonadotropin-releasing hormone-stimulated peak luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone concentrations, as well as reduced sex hormone concentrations and a reduction in the bone age/chronological age ratio compared to baseline. CONCLUSIONS The trial revealed that CPP was effectively treated in most patients who received leuprorelin for nearly 2 years. Any drug-related AEs were reported with low incidence (<5%) and were consistent with the known safety profile of leuprorelin. Abstract
Simple Summary GnRH and FSH play an important regulatory role in the reproductive activities of mammals. At present, many artificially synthesized GnRH analogues have been used in the regulation of cattle reproduction and the clinical treatment of various reproductive diseases. This study explored the potential mechanism of miR-488 in GnRH regulation of FSH synthesis and secretion and provides a theoretical basis for the application of GnRH analogue in cattle artificial breeding. We hope to provide a research foundation for improving the processing procedures of cattle estrus control and the domestic application of hormone products. Abstract Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which is synthesized and released by the hypothalamus, promotes the synthesis and secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), thereby regulating the growth and reproduction of animals. GnRH analogues have been widely used in livestock production. MiRNAs, which are endogenous non-coding RNAs, have been found to play important roles in hormone regulation and other physiological processes in recent years. However, the roles of miRNAs in GnRH-mediated regulation of FSH secretion have rarely been studied. Herein, we treated bovine anterior adenohypophyseal cells with an exogenous GnRH analogue and found that miR-488 was differentially expressed. Through a combination of TargetScan prediction and dual luciferase reporter analysis, miR-488 was confirmed to be able to target the FSHB gene. Based on this finding, we verified the expression of Fshβ and Lhβ mRNA in the rat adenohypophysis before and after exogenous GnRH treatment in vivo and in vitro. Experiments on rat anterior adenohypophyseal cells showed that overexpression of miR-488 significantly inhibited Fshβ expression and FSH synthesis, while knockdown of miR-488 had the opposite effects. Our results demonstrate that GnRH relies on miR-488 to regulate FSH synthesis, providing additional useful evidence for the significance of miRNAs in the regulation of animal reproduction.

Abstract
GnRH immunogens have been extensively employed in immunocontraception of animals. While they are effective, they are not 100% efficacious and of limited duration. GnRH secretion is dependent on upstream stimulation by kisspeptin. We therefore hypothesised that a dual immunogen combining GnRH and kisspeptin may be more efficacious through targeting two levels of the axis. We have previously shown GnRH immunogen elicits permanent sterilisation when sheep are vaccinated neonatally suggesting that the efficacy of GnRH immunisation may be dependent on the stage of reproductive development. We have now studied over 300 days the efficacy of immunisation with a dual immunogen comprising GnRH linked to kisspeptin via a hepatitis B T helper peptide sequence (GKT) administered to male and female rats prepubertally, pubertally and as adults. At all stages of development all immunised animals produced antibodies to GnRH, kisspeptin and GKT but differentially in titre with respect to sex and stage of development. In immunised adult, prepubertal and pubertal males testosterone and testes length was markedly reduced by 60 days and remained at low levels until day 150. Thereafter, testosterone recovered to pre immunisation levels and testes length increased to a maximum of about 40% of controls. 80% of males were infertile in three matings over 250 days. In prepubertal and pubertal female rats a single immunisation at day 0 reduced estradiol to low levels by day 60 which remained low until termination of the experiment on day 300. In matings of these females with fertile males on days 90, 120 and 250, 74% of prepubertal females were infertile and impressively, 100% (10/10) of pubertal females were infertile after a single immunisation on day 0. These findings set the scene for exploration of immunosterilisation of wild and domestic animals after a single immunisation.

Abstract
Ovarian cancer (OC) remains the leading cause of mortality due to gynecological malignancies. Epidemiological studies have demonstrated that steroid hormones released from the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis can play a role in stimulating or inhibiting OC progression, with gonadotropins, estrogens and androgens promoting OC progression, while gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and progesterone may be protective factors in OC. Experimental studies have indicated that hormone receptors are expressed in OC cells and mediate the growth stimulatory or growth inhibitory effects of hormones on these cells. Hormone therapy agents have been evaluated in a number of clinical trials. The majority of these trials were conducted in patients with relapsed or refractory OC with average efficacy and limited side-effects. A better understanding of the mechanisms through which hormones affect cell growth may improve the efficacy of hormone therapy. In the present review article, the role of hormones (GnRH, gonadotropins, androgens, estrogens and progestins) and their receptors in OC tumorigenesis, and hormonal therapy in OC treatment is discussed and summarized.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of active immunization against GnRH in Nelore (Bos indicus) cows repeatedly used as oocyte donors that developed chronic cystic ovarian disease (COD). In the first experiment, ovarian and uterine features were first compared between COD cows (n = 15) and healthy cows (n = 22, cycling control group) from the same breed and herd. Cows with COD had a greater number of large (P < 0.0001) and medium follicles (P < 0.01) but lesser small follicles (P < 0.05) than cycling controls. Mucometra was diagnosed in 73.3% of COD cows, but in none of the controls. No difference in average thickness of the endometrium was detected between groups; however, endometrial thickness and mucometra score were negatively correlated (R = -0.73, P = 0.0029) in COD cows. In the second experiment, COD cows were randomly allocated into two experimental groups, which received two 1.0 mL SC injections of either an anti-GnRH vaccine (COD immunized group, n = 8) or saline (COD control group, n = 7), given 28 days apart. Cows were examined weekly by transrectal ultrasonography during nine consecutive weeks after the first injection to evaluate the number and distribution of follicles among size classes, endometrial thickness, and presence of clinical mucometra. Vaccination against GnRH resulted in a progressive suppression of follicle growth and a reduction in the average size of the largest follicle, as well as in the number of large follicles (P < 0.01) in COD immunized cows compared with COD controls from week 7 onwards. Conversely, the number of small follicles in the COD immunized group increased after week 5 and was greater (P = 0.0023) than controls on week 9. Endometrial thickness and mucometra score were not affected (P > 0.05) by immunization against GnRH. In the third experiment, the COD immunized cows with effective suppression of follicle growth four weeks after the 2nd injection (n = 6) were submitted to three consecutive ovum pick-up (OPU) sessions (weeks 10, 11, and 12) for in vitro embryo production (IVEP). Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC) collected from slaughterhouse ovaries were used as controls for IVEP. COD cows with produced 25.0 ± 3.8 COC per OPU session with no apparent detrimental effect of anti-GnRH vaccine on oocyte developmental potential in vitro, i.e., we observed similar cleavage rate (P = 0.5914) and greater blastocyst rate (P = 0.0177) in immunized cows compared with COC from slaughterhouse controls. Finally, in the fourth experiment wave emergence and follicular dynamics after follicle ablation were compared between COD immunized cows with effective suppression of follicle growth and a subset (n = 6) of the cycling, control group. No follicles grew beyond 4 mm diameter after follicle ablation in the COD immunized group, whereas a normal follicular wave emergence occurred in cycling controls. Antral follicle count was similar between cycling controls and COD immunized groups at 24 h and 96 h post-follicle ablation (P > 0.05), but greater in cycling controls at 48 h and 72 h post-follicle ablation (P < 0.05). In summary, our results suggest that active immunization against GnRH is effective to induce the regression of follicular cysts as well as increase the number of small follicles growing on the ovaries, in oocyte donors diagnosed with chronic COD, with no apparent negative effect on oocyte developmental potential in vitro.

Abstract
Extra-hypothalamic GnRH and extra-pituitary GnRH receptors exist in multiple human reproductive tissues, including the ovary, endometrium and myometrium. Recently, new analogs (agonists and antagonists) and modes of GnRH have been developed for clinical application during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation for assisted reproductive technology (ART). Additionally, the analogs and upstream regulators of GnRH suppress gonadotropin secretion and regulate the functions of the reproductive axis. GnRH signaling is primarily involved in the direct control of female reproduction. The cellular mechanisms and action of the GnRH/GnRH receptor system have been clinically applied for the treatment of reproductive disorders and have widely been introduced in ART. New GnRH analogs, such as long-acting GnRH analogs and oral nonpeptide GnRH antagonists, are being continuously developed for clinical application. The identification of the upstream regulators of GnRH, such as kisspeptin and neurokinin B, provides promising potential to develop these upstream regulator-related analogs to control the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis.

Abstract
Breast cancer is the most frequently occurring cancer in women. Chemotherapy in combination with immunotherapy has been used to treat breast cancer. Atezolizumab targeting the protein programmed cell death-ligand (PD-L1) in combination with paclitaxel was recently approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), the most incurable type of breast cancer. However, the use of such drugs is restricted by genotype and is effective only for those TNBC patients expressing PD-L1. In addition, resistance to chemotherapy with drugs such as lapatinib, geftinib, and tamoxifen can develop. In this review, we address chemoresistance in breast cancer and discuss Akt as the master regulator of drug resistance and several oncogenic mechanisms in breast cancer. Akt not only directly interacts with the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathway to affect PD-L1 expression, but also has crosstalk with Notch and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways involved in cell migration and breast cancer stem cell integrity. In this review, we discuss the effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitors on Akt activation as well as the mechanism of Akt signaling in drug resistance. Akt also has a crucial role in mitochondrial metabolism and migrates into mitochondria to remodel breast cancer cell metabolism while also functioning in responses to hypoxic conditions. The Akt inhibitors ipatasertib, capivasertib, uprosertib, and MK-2206 not only suppress cancer cell proliferation and metastasis, but may also inhibit cytokine regulation and PD-L1 expression. Ipatasertib and uprosertib are undergoing clinical investigation to treat TNBC. Inhibition of Akt and its regulators can be used to control breast cancer progression and also immunosuppression, while discovery of additional compounds that target Akt and its modulators could provide solutions to resistance to chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Abstract
Central precocious puberty (CPP) is defined as an early pubertal development that occurs before the age of 9 years in boys and 8 years in girls. It results from premature activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (GnRHa) have been the gold standard therapy for CPP for more than 30 years. These compounds have a high affinity for the pituitary LHRH receptor and are resistant to enzymatic degradation. Through continuous stimulation, GnRHa inhibit the pulsatile secretion of gonadotropin, resulting in hormonal suppression, cessation of pubertal development, and normalization of growth and skeletal maturation rates. The goal of therapy is to halt pubertal progression and delay epiphyseal maturation that leads to improvement of final adult height. There are no widely accepted guidelines for how long to continue treatment with a GnRHa for CPP, and individual practice varies widely. Furthermore, conflicting results have been published on the long-term effects of GnRHa therapy in patients with CPP. Therefore, we reviewed the current literature focusing our attention on the long-term effects and the significant adverse drug reactions (ADRs) observed during treatment with GnRHa in patients with CPP. Our review may provide the necessary data to enable clinicians to administer GnRHa in the safest and most appropriate way. Further studies are necessary to identify the mechanisms of development of potential adverse drug reactions related to GnRHa therapy in CPP.
