Abstract
INTRODUCTION Targeting IL-17A using Secukinumab, a humanized monoclonal immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1)/κ against IL-17A is a therapeutic option for immune-mediated disorders such as psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis. The US Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency have approved it for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, active psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and non-radiographic axial spondylarthritis. Recently it has also been approved for use in children with severe plaque psoriasis, active psoriatic arthritis, and enthesitis-related arthritis. AREAS COVERED This review focuses on the role of Secukinumab in the management of children and adolescents with enthesitis-related arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. We discuss the salient findings of pivotal RCTs and other studies supporting the use of Secukinumab in adults and children, in particular, focusing on its safety and efficacy. EXPERT OPINION Secukinumab is a therapeutic target for psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and spondyloarthropathies in both adults and children. No major safety signals are observed with its use in short-term follow-up. Thus far, Secukinumab has not been found to significantly increase the risk of tuberculosis (TB).

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW This review summarizes latest developments in treatment of juvenile spondyloarthritis (JSpA), specifically enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) and juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA). RECENT FINDINGS There has been addition of biologic disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) beyond tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi) for JSpA such as IL-17 blockers, IL-23 blockers, and janus activating kinase inhibitors with favorable safety profile. Conducting robust clinical trials for this subpopulation of JIA remains a challenge; extrapolation studies are being used to obtain approval from regulatory agencies. SUMMARY Newer drug therapies have expanded the scope of treatment for patients with JSpA. bDMARDs such as adalimumab, etanercept, infliximab, and secukinumab have demonstrated clinically significant treatment efficacy in ERA and JPsA. Based on extrapolation studies, intravenous golimumab, etanercept, abatacept, and ustekinumab have gained Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for JPsA. Long-term follow-up studies continue to demonstrate acceptable safety profiles. There is need for more real-world data on drug efficacy from Registry studies and research on effective de-escalation strategies.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES In our study, we investigated the presence of subclinical enthesitis by ultrasonography (US) in asymptomatic patients with enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) and sacroiliitis associated with familial Mediterranean fever (FMF). METHODS A total of 50 patients, including 35 patients with ERA and 15 with sacroiliitis associated with FMF, were included in the study. All patients were evaluated with US by a paediatric radiologist. Enthesis of seven tendons (common extensor and flexor tendons, quadriceps tendon, proximal and distal patellar tendon, Achilles tendon, and plantar fascia) was examined on both sides. RESULTS Subclinical enthesitis was detected in 10 ERA (28.5%) and three FMF (20%) patients. Enthesitis was radiologically diagnosed in 16 (2.3%) out of 700 evaluated entheseal sites. The most frequent sites of enthesitis were Achilles (37.5%) and quadriceps (31.3%) tendons. All patients were in clinical remission and had no active complaints, and acute phase reactants were within normal limits. Therefore, the patients were followed up without treatment change. However, disease flare-up was observed in three of these patients (23.1%) during the follow-up, and their treatments were intensified. CONCLUSIONS Our results showed that the US can be particularly helpful in detecting subclinical enthesitis and predicting disease flare-ups.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Secukinumab is an anti-interleukin (IL)-17A monoclonal antibody indicated for multiple immunological disorders. Here, we aim to summarize secukinumab safety in clinical trials (CTs) and post-marketing setting (PMS) until 25 June 2022. METHODS Adverse events (AEs) were summarized with crude reporting rate (RR) per 100 patient-years (PY) in PMS for all reported indications and with exposure-adjusted incident rates (EAIR) per 100 PY in pooled 47 CTs for approved indications. RESULTS Secukinumab exposure totaled 1,159,260 PY in PMS and 27,765 PY in CTs. AEs were mostly (> 80%) non-serious in PMS. EAIR for serious AEs was 7.0/100 PY. Nasopharyngitis (RR 0.59/100 PY, EAIR 16.08/100 PY) and pneumonia (RR 0.14/100 PY, EAIR 0.17/100 PY) were the most common infection and serious infection, respectively. Candida infections (RR 0.20/100 PY, EAIR 2.16/100 PY) were the most common fungal infections. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) was observed in PMS (0.14/100 PY) and CTs (0.26/100 PY). Most (76%) patients with prior IBD did not report IBD flare during CTs. PMS monitoring identified paradoxical skin reactions including dyshidrotic eczema (RR 0.006/100 PY) and pyoderma gangrenosum (RR 0.003/100 PY). CONCLUSION Secukinumab safety profile with increased patient exposure remained favorable. Paradoxical skin reactions were identified in post-marketing monitoring.

Abstract
In the past two decades, the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) has evolved markedly, owing to the availability of a growing number of novel, potent and relatively safe therapeutic agents and the shift of management strategies towards early achievement of disease remission. However, JIA encompasses a heterogeneous group of diseases that require distinct treatment approaches. Furthermore, some old drugs, such as methotrexate, sulfasalazine and intraarticular glucocorticoids, still maintain an important therapeutic role. In the past 5 years, information on the efficacy and safety of drug therapies for JIA has been further enriched through the accomplishment of several randomized controlled trials of newer biologic and synthetic targeted DMARDs. In addition, a more rational therapeutic approach has been fostered by the promulgation of therapeutic recommendations and guidelines. A multinational collaborative effort has led to the development of the recommendations for the treat-to-target strategy in JIA. There is currently increasing interest in establishing the optimal time and modality for discontinuation of treatment in children with JIA who achieve sustained clinical remission. The aim of this Review is to summarize the current evidence and discuss the therapeutic approaches to the management of non-systemic phenotypes of JIA, including oligoarthritis, polyarthritis, enthesitis-related arthritis and psoriatic arthritis.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The management of refractory juvenile idiopathic associated uveitis (JIAU) or childhood-onset chronic anterior uveitis (CAU) is a challenge. There is no clear consensus or evidence base for to suggest the most appropriate therapy after primary or secondary failure of biweekly adalimumab. In this scenario, most clinicians advocate switching to another anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha inhibitor; however, there are a variety of other disease modifying agents to choose from albeit with a differing levels of evidence. AREAS COVERED We discuss how to define nonresponse and potential treatment options for patients with JIAU and CAU refractory to biweekly adalimumab. EXPERT OPINION Uncontrolled CAU and JIAU remain one of the most challenging diseases to manage and can lead to irreversible loss of vision in a third of those affected. Amongst the possible choices, weekly adalimumab, infliximab, tocilizumab and abatacept have more evidence to support their use. JAK inhibitors seem to be a promising option. Golimumab and Rituximab has also been thought to be partially effective in some refractory cases, whereas IL-17, IL-23, and IL-12 inhibition along with apremilast seem not to be a therapeutic option currently. The route of administration should also be considered as there can be significant pros and cons for different children.

Abstract
Juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) is a heterogeneous type of non-systemic chronic inflammatory arthritis affecting children and young people. This review focuses on highlighting challenges in harmonising recommendations for the use of available therapies in JPsA, according to its distinct clinical phenotypes, and explores the similarities and differences between the disease classification and management across age. We further explore the emerging therapeutic landscape, summarising the recently completed clinical trials in JPsA, and ongoing studies in both JPsA and adults with psoriatic arthritis, highlighting unmet needs and barriers for translational research in JPsA. The novel therapeutic agents in clinical development in JPsA range from monoclonal antibodies targeting interleukin (IL)-17, IL-12/23 and IL-23 blockades to synthetic small molecules targeting Janus kinase and tyrosine kinase and phosphodiesterase-4 inhibition. In addition, there are head-to-head clinical trials comparing tumour necrosis factor-α blockade with both IL-17 and IL-23 inhibition. Most of these new therapies have been tested in adults with psoriatic arthritis and have advanced to the phase III stage of drug development or received license for use, suggesting promising signals for efficacy and potentially acceptable safety and tolerability for JPsA. Further translational research in JPsA is required to improve our understanding of the impact of age at onset on treatment efficacy, as well as to provide opportunities for better management of refractory disease and improved long-term outcomes in JPsA, for ultimate patient benefit.

Abstract
Background Intravenous iloprost has been widely used for the treatment of systemic sclerosis peripheral vasculopathy. No agreement has been found on the regimen and the dosage of intravenous iloprost in different scleroderma subset conditions. This study aimed to evaluate the modalities of intravenous iloprost administration within a large cohort of systemic sclerosis patients from the SPRING Registry and to identify any associated clinical-demographic, instrumental or therapeutic data. Patients and Methods Data of systemic sclerosis patients treated with intravenous iloprost for at least 1 year (case group) were retrospectively analyzed, including different timing and duration of intravenous iloprost session, and compared with those of untreated patients (control group). Results Out of 1895 analyzed patients, 937 (49%) received intravenous iloprost treatment, while 958 (51%) were assigned to the control group. Among cases, about 70% were treated every 4 weeks, 24% with an interval of more than 4 weeks, and only 6% of less than 4 weeks. Most patients receiving the treatment every 4 weeks, or less, underwent infusion cycle for 1 day only, while if it was scheduled with an interval of more than 4 weeks, a total number of 5 consecutive days of infusions was the preferred regimen. The comparison between the two groups revealed that patients treated with intravenous iloprost had a higher frequency of DUs (p < 0.001), pitting scars (p < 0.001), diffuse cutaneous involvement (p < 0.001), interstitial lung disease (p < 0.002), as well as higher rates of anti-topoisomerase I, "late" scleroderma pattern at nailfold videocapillaroscopy. These findings were confirmed by multivariate analysis. Conclusion Our data provide a picture on the Italian use of intravenous iloprost among systemic sclerosis patients and showed that it was usually employed in patients with a more aggressive spectrum of the disease. The disparity of intravenous iloprost treatment strategies in the different centers suggests the need of a rational therapeutical approach based on the clinical characteristics of different patients' subsets.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a prevalent childhood chronic arthritis, often persisting into adulthood. Effective transitional care becomes crucial as these patients transition from pediatric to adult healthcare systems. Despite the concept of transitional care being recognized, its real-world implementation remains inadequately explored. This study aims to evaluate the thoughts and practices of healthcare providers regarding transitional care for JIA patients. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted among pediatric and adult rheumatologists in Turkey. Based on the American Academy of Pediatrics' six core elements of transitional care, the survey included 86 questions. The respondents' demographic data, attitudes towards transitional care, and practical implementation were assessed. RESULTS The survey included 48 rheumatologists, with 43.7% having a transition clinic. The main barriers to establishing transition programs were the absence of adult rheumatologists, lack of time, and financial constraints. Only 23.8% had a multidisciplinary team for transition care. Participants agreed on the importance of coordination and cooperation between pediatric and adult healthcare services. The timing of the transition process varied, with no consensus on when to initiate or complete it. Participants advocated for validated questionnaires adapted to local conditions to assess transition readiness. CONCLUSIONS The study sheds light on the challenges and perspectives surrounding transitional care for JIA patients in Turkey. Despite recognized needs and intentions, practical implementation remains limited due to various barriers. Cultural factors and resource constraints affect the transition process. While acknowledging the existing shortcomings, the research serves as a ground for further efforts to improve transitional care and ensure better outcomes for JIA patients transitioning into adulthood.

Abstract
Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) is a rare childhood chronic inflammatory disorder with risk for life-threatening complications including macrophage activation syndrome and lung disease. At onset, sJIA pathogenesis resembles that of the autoinflammatory periodic fever syndromes with marked innate immune activation, expansion of neutrophils and monocytes, and high levels of interleukin-18. Here, we review the current conceptual understanding of sJIA pathogenesis with a focus on both innate and adaptive immune pathways. Finally, we consider how recent progress toward understanding the immunologic basis of sJIA may support new therapies for refractory disease courses.

Abstract
Enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) represents 5-30% of all cases of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and belongs to the spectrum of the disorders included in the group of juvenile spondyloarthritis. In the last decade, there have been considerable advances in the classification, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of ERA. New provisional criteria for ERA have been recently proposed by the Paediatric Rheumatology INternational Trials Organisation, as part of a wider revision of the International League of Associations for Rheumatology criteria for JIA. The increased use of magnetic resonance imaging has shown that a high proportion of patients with ERA present a subclinical axial disease. Diverse instruments can be used to assess the disease activity of ERA. The therapeutic recommendations for ERA are comparable to those applied to other non-systemic JIA categories, unless axial disease and/or enthesitis are present. In such cases, the early use of a TNF-alpha inhibitor is recommended. Novel treatment agents are promising, including IL-17/IL-23 or JAK/STAT pathways blockers.

Abstract
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a common form of arthritis that occurs in children, typically with an onset before the age of 16 years. It can affect joints in any part of the body. As per the International League of Rheumatology, JIA is classified into systemic arthritis, oligoarthritis, extended oligoarthritis, polyarthritis (rheumatoid factor positive), polyarthritis (rheumatoid factor negative), enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA), juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA), and other arthritis. JIA is treated with disease-modifying antirheumatic medications (DMARDs), which include both nonbiologic agents like methotrexate (MTX) and biologic agents like inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6, and T-cell co-stimulation modulators. As per recent studies, in December 2021, Secukinumab, an IL-17A inhibitor, is one of the most recent biologic agents approved for active ERA and JPsA. A few reports have suggested Secukinumab is related to new-onset inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs). We present a case of a 20-year-old female who was being treated with Secukinumab for JIA, and six months into therapy, she developed symptoms suggestive of Crohn's disease (CD). The diagnosis was confirmed with colonoscopy, histopathology, and radiology results. Her symptoms completely resolved four weeks after discontinuing Secukinumab and oral steroid therapy. The efficacy and side effects of Secukinumab have been studied mainly on middle-aged populations who were being treated for psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis (AS); however, there is limited literature on younger populations. With this case report, we would like to highlight the possible relationship between the development of IBD and Secukinumab therapy in the adolescent population and emphasize the importance of regular screening for IBD in this population.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) diagnosis and classification is currently still based on clinical presentation and general laboratory tests. Some joints such as the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and sacroiliac (SI) are hard to assess and define as actively inflamed based on clinical examination. This review addresses these difficult to assess joints and provides the latest evidence for diagnosis and treatment. RECENT FINDINGS Recommendations on clinical examination and radiological examination are available. Recent 2021 ACR recommendations were made for TMJ arthritis and in 2019 for sacroiliitis. SUMMARY New evidence to guide clinical suspicion and need for further investigations are available for these hard to assess joints. These guidelines will help healthcare providers in diagnosis and treatment assessment.

Abstract
In childhood arthritis, collectively known as Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), the rapid rise of available licensed biological and targeted small molecule treatments in recent years has led to improved outcomes. However, real-world data from multiple countries and registries show that despite a large number of available drugs, many children and young people continue to suffer flares and experience significant periods of time with active disease for many years. More than 50% of young people with JIA require ongoing immune suppression well into adult life, and they may have to try multiple different treatments in that time. There are currently no validated tools with which to select specific treatments, nor biomarkers of response to assist in such choices, therefore, current management uses essentially a trial-and-error approach. A further consequence of recent progress is a reducing pool of available children or young people who are eligible for new trials. In this review we consider how progress towards a molecular based approach to defining treatment targets and informing trial design in JIA, combined with novel approaches to clinical trials, could provide strategies to maximise discovery and progress, in order to move towards precision medicine for children with arthritis.

Abstract
Enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) is a category of juvenile idiopathic arthritis which belongs to the spectrum of diseases that are included in juvenile spondyloarthropathy. In recent years, there have been significant advances in understanding pathogenesis, tools to assess disease activity, early recognition of the axial disease, and targeted therapy using IL-17 inhibitors and small molecule inhibitors. The current narrative review highlights these new advances. Among many hypotheses linking HLA B27 to ERA, one of them is the effect of HLA B27 on gut dysbiosis. However, recent data suggest that gut dysbiosis is probably not determined by HLA B27. Though children present with arthritis and enthesitis, axial disease is present in 50-60% on MRI. Using data-driven approach, discriminative MRI finding for active and chronic diseases has been defined for children. This will help in the early recognition of disease. An abridged version of juvenile spondyloarthropathy disease activity (JSpADA) score without the need for acute phase reactants and Schober test performed as well as the original score may increase its acceptance in routine practice. Secukinumab (anti-IL-17 antibody) has shown a more than 75% response rate in children with ERA and may be a good alternative to anti-TNF therapy. Initial data with tofacitinib also look promising. All these will translate into better outcomes for children with ERA.

Abstract
Seronegative spondyloarthropathy (SpA) usually starts in the third decade of life with negative rheumatoid factor, human leukocyte antigen-B27 genetic marker and clinical features of spinal and peripheral arthritis, dactylitis, enthesitis and extra-articular manifestations (EAMs). Cases can be classified as ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis, enteropathic arthritis, or juvenile-onset spondyloarthritis. Joint and gut inflammation is intricately linked in SpA and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), with shared genetic and immunopathogenic mechanisms. IBD is a common EAM in SpA patients, while extraintestinal manifestations in IBD patients mostly affect the joints. Although individual protocols are available for the management of each disease, the standard therapeutic guidelines of SpA-associated IBD patients remain to be established. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are recommended as initial therapy of peripheral and axial SpA, whereas their use is controversial in IBD due to associated disease flares. Conventional disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs are beneficial for peripheral arthritis but ineffective for axial SpA or IBD therapy. Anti-tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibodies are effective medications with indicated use in SpA and IBD, and a drug of choice for treating SpA-associated IBD. Janus kinase inhibitors, approved for treating SpA and ulcerative colitis, are promising therapeutics in SpA coexistent with ulcerative colitis. A tight collaboration between gastroenterologists and rheumatologists with mutual referral from early accurate diagnosis to appropriately prompt therapy is required in this complex clinical scenario.

Abstract
Juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) accounts for 1-7% of all cases of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and its definition has been a matter of controversy among pediatric rheumatologists for many years. The traditional attribution of JPsA to the spondyloarthropathy group was challenged in the early 1990s, whereas the recent demonstrations of its heterogenous nature have led to questions about its identification as a distinct category in JIA classification. It has been shown that children with the phenotype of JPsA can be divided in two subgroups, one presenting with the features of early-onset ANA-positive JIA, and another that belongs to the spectrum of spondyloarthropathies. The few studies that have compared the clinical characteristics and genetic determinants of JPsA with those of the other JIA categories have obtained contrasting findings. The debate on the categorization of JPsA as a distinct entity within JIA classification is still ongoing and has prompted the revision of its current classification.

Abstract
Psoriasis (PsO) is a chronic, systemic, immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease affecting 1% to 5% population worldwide. In one-third of patients, the first symptoms of PsO manifest in childhood, with a mean age of nine years. Psoriasis in children under 16 years of age constitutes 4% of dermatological problems in this age group. Chronic inflammation of the skin observed in PsO is associated with a development of potentially serious comorbidities, including psoriatic arthritis, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, depression and anxiety. It is reported that among children with psoriasis between 5 and 16 years of age health-related quality of life is reduced by 30.5%. Early diagnosis and effective treatment are crucial in pediatric psoriatic patients to avoid future complications and stigmatization. Treatment for psoriasis consists of a range of topical medications, phototherapy and non-biologic and biologic systemic therapies. Approved biologics for PsO in pediatric patients include etanercept, adalimumab, ustekinumab, ixekizumab and secukinumab. Secukinumab, a recombinant, fully human monoclonal antibody targeting IL-17A, was approved by the EMA (2020) and FDA (2021) in pediatric patients above 6 years of age for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy. This review discusses the selection and acceptability of secukinumab in children with psoriasis.

Abstract
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), the most common chronic rheumatologic condition in childhood, remains a cause of significant morbidity, particularly in those with spondyloarthropathy, including psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA). While secukinumab was recently approved for the treatment of children and adolescents with ERA and PsA, there is limited published data on its use in JIA, particularly in refractory cases, despite its efficacy in the treatment of adult arthritis. We aim to examine the use of this therapy in JIA in a single pediatric rheumatology center. A retrospective chart review was performed and 10 JIA patients who received treatment with secukinumab were identified. Data extracted included disease activity, patient demographics, comorbidities, medications, and laboratory data. Seven ERA, 2 PsA, and 1 poly JIA patient were treated with secukinumab at our center between April 2011 and July 2021. These patients had notably resistant disease, with a mean disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) failure rate of 3.8. One hundred percent of patients who underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after being on at least 3 months of secukinumab therapy demonstrated improvement in their MRI findings. One patient developed a flare of uveitis while on secukinumab therapy, with no other adverse events recorded in our patients. Secukinumab therapy was recently approved for children and adolescents with ERA and PsA, and may offer an efficacious option given its demonstrated improvement in imaging and joint examination, as well as qualitative reports of pain, even in those who have failed other therapies. However, caution may be warranted in those with a history of uveitis and warrants further study.

Abstract
Background and Objectives: Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is a cytokine family consisting of six members and five specific receptors. IL-17A was the first member to be identified in 1993. Since then, several studies have elucidated that IL-17 has predominantly pro-inflammatory activity and that its production is involved in both the defense against pathogens and the genesis of autoimmune processes. Materials and Methods: In this review, we provide an overview of the role of interleukin-17 in the pathogenesis of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and its relationship with IL-23, the so-called IL-23-IL-17 axis, by reporting updated findings from the scientific literature. Results: Strong evidence supports the role of interleukin-17A in the pathogenesis of JIA after the deregulated production of this interleukin by both T helper 17 (Th17) cells and cells of innate immunity. The blocking of IL-17A was found to improve the course of JIA, leading to the approval of the use of the human anti-IL17A monoclonal antibody secukinumab in the treatment of the JIA subtypes juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) and enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA). Conclusions: IL-17A plays a central role in the pathogenesis of JIA. Blocking its production with specific biologic drugs enables the effective treatment of this disabling childhood rheumatic disease.

Abstract
Spondyloarthritides (SpA) are a family of interrelated rheumatic disorders with a typical disease onset ranging from childhood to middle age. If left untreated, they lead to a severe decrease in patients' quality of life. A succesfull treatment strategy starts with an accurate diagnosis which is achieved through careful analysis of medical symptoms. Classification criterias are used to this process and are updated on a regular basis. Although there is a lack of definite knowledge on the disease etiology of SpA, several studies have paved the way for understanding plausible risk factors and developing treatment strategies. The significant increase of HLA-B27 positivity in SpA patients makes it a strong candidate as a predisposing factor and several theories have been proposed to explain HLA-B27 driven disease progression. However, the presence of HLA-B27 negative patients underlines the presence of additional risk factors. The current treatment options for SpAs are Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), TNF inhibitors (TNFis), Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs (DMARDs) and physiotherapy yet there are ongoing clinical trials. Anti IL17 drugs and targeted synthetic DMARDs such as JAK inhibitors are also emerging as treatment alternatives. This review discusses the current diagnosis criteria, treatment options and gives an overview of the previous findings and theories to clarify the possible contributors to SpA pathogenesis with a focus on Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA).
