Abstract
Purpose This study delves into the epidemiology of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection and its link to precancerous lesions among perimenopausal (40-59 years) and elderly (60-65 years) women in a Chinese county with a notably high incidence of cervical cancer. By uniquely focusing on these age groups in underdeveloped regions, the research aims to offer novel strategies for the management and prevention of cervical cancer. It seeks to inform targeted interventions and public health policies that could significantly benefit women at heightened risk for HPV, addressing a critical gap in current prevention efforts in economically disadvantaged communities. Methods This observational study was conducted at the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Centre in Lueyang County, from September 2021 to January 2022. It assessed 2008 women aged 40-65 for HPV screening, with 342 undergoing further cytological examination. The study evaluated the prevalence of HPV infection across different age groups and risk categories. It utilized a questionnaire to collect participants' basic information, health behaviors, and other relevant data to analyze factors influencing HR-HPV infection. Statistical analyses comprised chi-square tests, trend analysis, logistic regression, and multiple imputation techniques to address missing data. Results The prevalence of HR-HPV infection among women aged 40-65 years in Lueyang County was 18.43%. Older women exhibited a higher incidence of HPV infection, abnormal ThinPrep Cytology Test (TCT) results (Shaanxi Fu'an Biotechnology Co. Ltd., Baoji City, China), and low/high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL/HSIL) (P<0.05). The most prevalent HR-HPV genotypes in the overall, perimenopausal, and elderly groups were HPV-52, -53, and -58; HPV-52, -53, and -16; and HPV-58, -52, and -53, respectively. The prevalent HR-HPV genotypes in the abnormal The Bethesda System (TBS) results were HPV-16, -52, -33, -58; -16, -52, -58; and-16, -33, and -52. HPV-16, -18, -33 prevalence increased with increasing lesion severity (P<0.05). In this study, factors affecting HR-HPV in the three age groups were found to be mainly related to sexual behavior and education level, including history of lower genital tract diseases, multiple pregnancies, contraceptive methods without tubal ligation, age at first marriage greater than 18 years, never washing the vulva after sex, abstinence from sex, education level of junior high school or above, and spouse's education level of high school or above. Conclusions These findings suggest that the elevated rate of abnormal TBS in the older age group may be attributed to the higher prevalence of persistent infection-prone HR-HPV genotypes (HPV-58, -52, and-53), multiple infections, and potent oncogenic HR-HPV genotypes (HPV-16 and -33). Additionally, the higher HR-HPV prevalence in older patients may be related to lower education attainment, reduced screening rate, and limited condom usage. Therefore, strategies targeting perimenopausal and older women should prioritize enhancing health awareness, increasing screening rates, and encouraging condom utilization.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Persistent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the primary cause of cervical cancer. However, this can be prevented through vaccination and screening. This study aimed to clarify the relationship between behavior, knowledge, and attitude toward cervical cancer and regular screening and HPV infection among women in Lueyang County. METHODS Women who underwent cervical cancer screening at the outpatient department of a maternal and child health center between September and December 2021 were invited to participate. In total, 2,303 women completed the questionnaire. Women who underwent regular or irregular screening were 1:1 matched for age. Differences in knowledge of HPV and attitudes toward HPV vaccination among different populations were assessed. Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the factors influencing HPV infection. RESULTS In total, 417 pairs of women who underwent regular and irregular screening were successfully matched. Multivariate logistic regression results indicated that age is a risk factor for HPV infection (OR=1.056 95%CI: [1.031 1.082]), while regular screening acts as a protective factor against HPV infection (OR=0.174 95%CI: [0.117 0.259]). Additionally, regular screening was associated with a higher level of knowledge about HPV among women compared to those who did not undergo regular screening (p<0.001). CONCLUSIONS Women in Lueyang County have low levels of knowledge regarding HPV and cervical cancer. Regular screening is a protective factor against HPV infection. The regular screening group demonstrates a higher level of HPV knowledge compared with the irregular screening group. These findings highlight the importance of regular screening and the need to strengthen public health education.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) is a relatively rare but aggressive type of urologic cancer that includes renal pelvic tumors and ureteral tumors with a poor prognosis. Full-length nephroureterectomy plus sleeve bladder resection is the standard treatment for the disease, but patients are prone to recurrence of bladder tumors after surgery. Intravesical infusion therapy is the main means to prevent the recurrence and progression of bladder cancer. Epirubicin and gemcitabine are widely used in clinical practice as first-line or salvage therapy for intravesical chemotherapy; however, the efficacy of these agents is rarely discussed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of epirubicin and gemcitabine on the occurrence of bladder cancer after radical nephroureterectomy for UTUC and to analyze the risk factors affecting the recurrence of postoperative bladder cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS A total of 215 patients with diagnosed UTUC and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into an observation group (120 cases) and a control group (95 cases) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with epirubicin, while those in the observation group received gemcitabine. All patients were followed up by telephone or outpatient examination for 12 months to record the occurrence of adverse reactions. The occurrence of bladder cancer was recorded at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after the surgery. According to the occurrence of bladder cancer after surgery, the patients were divided into a bladder cancer group (63 cases) and a non-bladder cancer group (152 cases). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of bladder cancer after surgery. RESULTS The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 49.47%, which was higher than that in the observation group with 15.00% (p<0.01). The incidence of bladder tumors in the observation group and the control group was 0.00% and 2.11% at 3 months, 5.00% and 8.42% at 6 months, 13.33% and 15.79% at 12 months, without significant difference (p>0.05). After 12 months of perfusion, the levels of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before perfusion (p<0.05). In the observation group, the levels of these three factors were slightly decreased compared with those in the control group, without a significant difference (p>0.05). Between the bladder cancer and non-bladder cancer groups, there were significant differences in tumor location, number of lesions, tumor stage, preoperative ureteral examination, and preoperative history of bladder cancer (p<0.05). The above indexes were all risk factors for postoperative bladder cancer (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Epirubicin and gemcitabine reduced the occurrence of bladder cancer and effectively inhibited tumor angiogenesis after radical nephroureterectomy for UTUC. The tumor location, number of lesions, tumor stage, preoperative ureteral examination, and preoperative history of bladder cancer were risk factors for postoperative bladder cancer.

Abstract
Absolute quantification of biological samples provides precise numerical expression levels, enhancing accuracy, and performance for rare templates. Current methodologies, however, face challenges-flow cytometers are costly and complex, whereas fluorescence imaging, relying on software or manual counting, is time-consuming and error-prone. It is presented that Deep-qGFP, a deep learning-aided pipeline for the automated detection and classification of green fluorescent protein (GFP) labeled microreactors, enables real-time absolute quantification. This approach achieves an accuracy of 96.23% and accurately measures the sizes and occupancy status of microreactors using standard laboratory fluorescence microscopes, providing precise template concentrations. Deep-qGFP demonstrates remarkable speed, quantifying over 2000 microreactors across ten images in just 2.5 seconds, with a dynamic range of 56.52-1569.43 copies µL-1 . The method demonstrates impressive generalization capabilities, successfully applied to various GFP-labeling scenarios, including droplet-based, microwell-based, and agarose-based applications. Notably, Deep-qGFP is the first all-in-one image analysis algorithm successfully implemented in droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (PCR), microwell digital PCR, droplet single-cell sequencing, agarose digital PCR, and bacterial quantification, without requiring transfer learning, modifications, or retraining. This makes Deep-qGFP readily applicable in biomedical laboratories and holds potential for broader clinical applications.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the association between waist circumference (WC) and ischemic stroke (IS). Methods: The data for the present study were from the prospective cohort study of China Kadoorie Biobank in Qingdao. Using baseline information and IS events of the participants, the Cox proportional hazard regression model and restricted cubic spline (RCS) were used to analyze the association between WC and IS. Results: A total of 33 355 participants were included in the study, with 302 008.88 person-years of follow-up. A total of 1 093 new cases of IS were observed. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model analysis showed that compared to the respondents with normal WC (male <85.0 cm, female <80.0 cm), respondents with excessive WC (male ≥85.0 cm, female ≥80.0 cm) had a 78% higher risk of IS incidence [hazard ratio(HR)=1.78, 95%CI: 1.51-2.10], and the risk increased by 72% (HR=1.72, 95%CI: 1.40-2.12) and 83% (HR=1.83, 95%CI: 1.40-2.39) in men and women. According to the RCS, the increase in WC and the risk of IS showed an "S" trend of nonlinear dose-response relationship. Conclusions: The risk of IS would increase with the WC. Keeping a normal WC is important for preventing IS.

Abstract
The family of Janus Kinases (JAKs) associated with the JAK-signal transducers and activators of transcription signaling pathway plays a vital role in the regulation of various cellular processes. The conformational change of JAKs is the fundamental steps for activation, affecting multiple intracellular signaling pathways. However, the transitional process from inactive to active kinase is still a mystery. This study is aimed at investigating the electrostatic properties and transitional states of JAK1 to a fully activation to a catalytically active enzyme. To achieve this goal, structures of the inhibited/activated full-length JAK1 were modelled and the energies of JAK1 with Tyrosine Kinase (TK) domain at different positions were calculated, and Dijkstra's method was applied to find the energetically smoothest path. Through a comparison of the energetically smoothest paths of kinase inactivating P733L and S703I mutations, an evaluation of the reasons why these mutations lead to negative or positive regulation of JAK1 are provided. Our energy analysis suggests that activation of JAK1 is thermodynamically spontaneous, with the inhibition resulting from an energy barrier at the initial steps of activation, specifically the release of the TK domain from the inhibited Four-point-one, Ezrin, Radixin, Moesin-PK cavity. Overall, this work provides insights into the potential pathway for TK translocation and the activation mechanism of JAK1.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Limited-angle CBCT (LA-CBCT) is of great clinical interest, because the scanning time and the patient dose are proportional to the scanning range of gantry rotation angles of CBCT. However, the image reconstruction for LA-CBCT remains technically challenging, which suffers from severe wedge artifacts and image distortions. This work aims to improve LA-CBCT by developing deep learning (DL) methods for real clinical CBCT projection data, which is the first feasibility study of clinical-projection-data-based LA-CBCT, to the best of our knowledge. MATERIALS/METHODS Targeting at real clinical projection data, we have explored various DL methods such as image/data/hybrid-domain methods and finally developed a so-called Structure-Enhanced Attention Network (SEA-Net) method that has the best image quality from clinical projection data among the DL methods we have implemented. Specifically, the proposed SEA-Net employs a specialized structure enhancement sub-network to promote texture preservation. Based on the observation that the distribution of wedge artifacts in reconstruction images is non-uniform, the spatial attention module is utilized to emphasize the relevant regions while ignores the irrelevant ones, which leads to more accurate texture restoration. RESULTS SEA-Net was validated in comparison with analytic (FDK), iterative (TV), image-domain DL (DDNet and FED-INet, data-domain DL (DCAR), dual-domain DL (Sam'Net), and various unrolling DL (hdNet, CTNet, FSR-Net, CasRedSCAN) methods. Among all methods, the SEA-Net had the best image reconstruction quality as quantified by root-mean-square error (RMSE), peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), and structural similarity index (SSIM), for various LA-CBCT problems of 90°-180° projection data. In addition, LA-CBCT via SEA-Net provided comparable accuracy for both patient setup (quantified by image registration accuracy from planning CT (pCT) to CBCT) and dose calculation (see the table), with full-view CBCT. CONCLUSION We explored various DL methods and developed an image-domain-based method termed SEA-Net that provided the best image quality for clinical projection data. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first feasibility study of the real clinical-projection-data-based LA-CBCT. Moreover, LA-CBCT via SEA-Net can potentially provide comparable accuracy for patient setup and dose calculation, with full-view CBCT.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Although shift work has been reported as having a link to dementia, evidence remains inconsistent, and a comprehensive dose-response meta-analysis of the association is still lacking. We therefore conducted this meta-analysis to explore the association between shift work and the risk of dementia. STUDY DESIGN Systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis. METHODS PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases were systematically searched. Fixed or random-effects models were used to estimate the summary relative risks (RRs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). Generalized least squares regression was used to estimate dose-response associations, and restricted cubic splines were used to examine possible linear or non-linear associations. RESULTS Five articles (10 studies) with 72,999 participants and 23,067 cases were eventually included in the meta-analysis. The summary RRs and 95% CIs of dementia risk with shift work and night shift work versus daytime work were 1.13 (95% CI: 1.05-1.21, I2 = 46.70%) and 1.13 (95% CI: 1.03-1.24, I2 = 9.20%), respectively. The risk of dementia increased by 1% (RR = 1.01, 95% CI: 1.01-1.02, I2 = 41.3%) with each 1-year increase in the duration of shift work. We found a non-linear dose-response association between the duration of shift work and the risk of dementia (Pnon-linearity = 0.006). Though the shape of the curve was steeper with the duration of shift work <7 years, the increase was more gradual after 7 years. CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that shift work may be a risk factor for future dementia and that controlling the length of shift work is a feasible measure that may contribute to prevent dementia.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Not all radiation therapy (RT) treatments/fractions have CBCT acquired, but two orthogonal projections (i.e., KV radiography) are always available. This work demonstrates the feasibility of two-orthogonal-projection-based CBCT (2V-CBCT) reconstruction and dose calculation for RT from real CBCT projection data, which is the first 2V-CBCT feasibility study using real projection data, to the best of our knowledge. MATERIALS/METHODS 2V-CBCT is a severely ill-posed inverse problem for which we propose a coarse-to-fine learning strategy. First, a 3D deep neural network that can extract and exploit the inter-slice and intra-slice information is adopted to predict the initial 3D volumes. Then, a 2D deep neural network is utilized to fine-tune the initial 3D volumes slice-by-slice. During the fine-tuning stage, a perceptual loss based on multi-frequency features is employed to enhance the image reconstruction. Dose calculation results from both photon and proton RT demonstrate that 2V-CBCT provides comparable accuracy with full-view CBCT based on real projection data. RESULTS The proposed method was evaluated on real HN data acquired from on-board CBCT scanners rather than the low-resolution simulated data or down-sampled data. Both visual assessment and quantitative analysis demonstrate that the proposed coarse-to-fine learning strategy has the potential to produce satisfactory volumetric images from two orthogonal projections. Furthermore, we assessed the utility of 2V-CBCT in RT. The results show that the dose distribution maps, dose-volume histograms, and dose parameters calculated using 2V-CBCT have comparable accuracy with the counterparts calculated using the corresponding full-view CBCT for both photon and proton RT. In the table, the methods under comparison are pCT (planning CT), FV-CBCT (CBCT reconstructed with full-view projection data), and 2V-CBCT (CBCT reconstructed with two orthogonal projections). CONCLUSION A new effective 2V-CBCT reconstruction method is proposed and validated using real CBCT projection data, which can potentially provide comparable dose calculation accuracy for both photon and proton RT.

Abstract
(1) Background: Cell proliferation (Ki-67) has important clinical value in the treatment and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, current detection methods for Ki-67 are invasive and can lead to incorrect results. This study aimed to explore a deep learning classification model for the prediction of Ki-67 and the prognosis of NSCLC based on FDG-PET/CT images. (2) Methods: The FDG-PET/CT scan results of 159 patients with NSCLC confirmed via pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and the prediction models for the Ki-67 expression level based on PET images, CT images and PET/CT combined images were constructed using Densenet201. Based on a Ki-67 high expression score (HES) obtained from the prediction model, the survival rate of patients with NSCLC was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier and univariate Cox regression. (3) Results: The statistical analysis showed that Ki-67 expression was significantly correlated with clinical features of NSCLC, including age, gender, differentiation state and histopathological type. After a comparison of the three models (i.e., the PET model, the CT model, and the FDG-PET/CT combined model), the combined model was found to have the greatest advantage in Ki-67 prediction in terms of AUC (0.891), accuracy (0.822), precision (0.776) and specificity (0.902). Meanwhile, our results indicated that HES was a risk factor for prognosis and could be used for the survival prediction of NSCLC patients. (4) Conclusions: The deep-learning-based FDG-PET/CT radiomics classifier provided a novel non-invasive strategy with which to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of NSCLC.

Abstract
Several thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials have been studied and developed to realize high-performance organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, TADF macrocycles have not been sufficiently investigated owing to the synthetic challenges, resulting in limited exploration of their luminescent properties and the corresponding highly efficient OLEDs. In this study, a series of TADF macrocycles is synthesized using a modularly tunable strategy by introducing xanthones as acceptors and phenylamine derivatives as donors. A detailed analysis of their photophysical properties combined with fragment molecules reveals characteristics of high-performance macrocycles. The results indicate that: a) the ideal structure decreases the energy loss, which in turn reduces the non-radiative transitions; b) reasonable building blocks increase the oscillator strength providing a higher radiation transition rate; c) the horizontal dipole orientation (Θ) of the extended macrocyclic emitters is increased. Owing to the high photoluminescence quantum yields of ≈100% and 92% and excellent Θ of 80 and 79% for macrocycles MC-X and MC-XT in 5 wt% doped films, the corresponding devices exhibit record-high external quantum efficiencies of 31.6% and 26.9%, respectively, in the field of TADF macrocycles.

Abstract
Organic persistent luminescence (pL) systems with photoresponsive dynamic features have valuable applications in the fields of data encryption, anticounterfeiting, and bioimaging. Photoinduced radical luminescent materials have a unique luminous mechanism with the potential to achieve dynamic pL. It is extremely challenging to obtain radical pL under ambient conditions; on account of it, it is unstable in air. Herein, a new semialiphatic polyimide-based polymer (A0) is developed, which can achieve dynamic pL through reversible conversion of radical under photoexcitation. A "joint-donor-spacer-acceptor" molecular design strategy is applied to effectively modulate the intramolecular charge-transfer and charge-transfer complex interactions, resulting in effective protection of the radical generated under photoirradiation. Meanwhile, polyimide-based polymers of A1-A4 are obtained by doping different amine-containing fluorescent dyes to modulate the dynamic afterglow color from green to red via the triplet to singlet Förster resonance energy-transfer pathway. Notably, benefiting from the structural characteristics of the polyimide-based polymer, A0-A4 have excellent processability, thermal stability, and mechanical properties and can be applied directly in extreme environments such as high temperatures and humidity.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of SINC, a secreted protein of Chlamydia psittaci, on autophagy of host cells and the role of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway in mediating SINC-induced autophagy. METHODS RAW 264.7 cells treated with recombinant SINC were examined for changes in expression levels of LC3-II, Beclin-1, phosphorylated and total ERK1/2 using Western blotting. The expression level of LC3 in the treated cells was detected using immunofluorescence analysis, and the formation of autophagosomes and autolysosomes was observed with transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effect of pretreatment with U0126 (a specific ERK inhibitor) on the expression levels of LC3-II and Beclin-1 in RAW 264.7 cells exposed to different concentrations of SINC was examined using Western blotting, and LC3 puncta in the cells was detected with immunofluorescence analysis. RESULTS The expression levels of LC3-II and Beclin-1 were the highest in RAW 264.7 cells treated with 2 μg/mL SINC for 12h. Immunofluorescence analysis showed exposure to SINC significantly increased the number of cells containing LC3 puncta, where the presence of autophagosomes and autolysosomes was detected. Exposure to 2 μg/mL SINC for 15 min resulted in the most significant increase of the ratios of p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2 in RAW 264.7 cells. Pretreatment of the cells with U0126 prior to SINC exposure significantly decreased the ratio of p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2, lowered the expression levels of LC3-II and Beclin-1, and decreased LC3 aggregation in the cells. CONCLUSIONS SINC exposure can induce autophagy in RAW 264.7 cells by activating the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway.

Abstract
The development of photoinduced luminescent radicals with dynamic emission color is still challenging. Herein we report a novel molecular radical system (TBIQ) that shows photo-controllable luminescence, leading to a wide range of ratiometric color changes via light excitation. The conjugated skeleton of TBIQ is decorated with steric-demanding tertiary butyl groups that enable appropriate intermolecular interaction to make dynamic intermolecular coupling possible for controllable behaviors. We reveal that the helicenic pseudo-planar conformation of TBIQ experiences a planarization process after light excitation, leading to more compactly stacked supermolecules and thus generating radicals via intermolecular charge transfer. The photo-controllable luminescent radical system is employed for a high-level information encryption application. This study may offer unique insight into molecular dynamic motion for optical manufacturing and broaden the scope of smart-responsive materials for advanced applications.

Abstract
Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a highly invasive type of head and neck cancer. Circular RNA (circRNA) acts as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) and involves in pathogenesis of many diseases. However, the circRNA-miRNA-mRNA network and relationship between ceRNA and immune infiltration in OSCC remain unknown. In this study, we established a ceRNA network, including 89 circRNAs, 43 miRNAs and 223 mRNAs, and found that 233 genes are mainly related to malignant signalling pathways (including "Integrin family cell surface interactions" and "Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition" pathways) and five potential biomarkers (SLC20A1, PITX2, hsa-mir-135b, hsa-mir-377 and hsa-let-7c). Meanwhile, we established a prognostic model based on clinical risk, and revealed the relationship between immune infiltrating cells and biomarkers in OSCC. Taken together, our study is helpful to reveal the pathogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

Abstract
Crystalline thin-film organic light-emitting diodes (C-OLEDs) can achieve a large light emission and a low Joule-heat loss under low driving voltage due to the high carrier mobility of the crystalline thin films. However, it is urgent for the C-OLEDs to improve their external quantum efficiency (EQE). Here, a novel strategy is proposed using a doped "hot exciton" material to sensitize a high PLQY blue emitter in C-OLEDs. Benefiting from the capability of the "hot exciton" material harnessing triplet/singlet excitons, the C-OLED exhibits an efficiency breakthrough with a maximum EQE of 6.2%, a much enhanced blue photon output with pure blue emission Commission International de L'Eclairage (CIE) (0.14, 0.15), a low turn-on/operation voltage of 2.6 V(@1 cd m-2 )/3.8 V (@1000 cd m-2 ), and a maximum power efficiency (PE) of 9.4 lm W-1 . This work unlocks the potential of C-OLEDs for achieving high photon output with high EQE.

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship among information processing, risk/benefit perception and the COVID-19 vaccination intention of OHCs users with the heuristic-systematic model (HSM). Methods This study conducted a cross-sectional questionnaire via an online survey among Chinese adults. A structural equation model (SEM) was used to examine the research hypotheses. Results Systematic information processing positively influenced benefit perception, and heuristic information processing positively influenced risk perception. Benefit perception had a significant positive effect on users' vaccination intention. Risk perception had a negative impact on vaccination intention. Findings revealed that differences in information processing methods affect users' perceptions of risk and benefit, which decide their vaccination intention. Conclusion Online health communities can provide more systematic cues and users should process information systematically to increase their perceived benefits, consequently increase their willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccine.

Abstract
Sensitizing fluorescent materials is an effective way to maximally use excitons and obtain high-efficiency blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, it is a persistent challenge for present amorphous thin-film OLEDs to improve photon emission under low driving voltage, severely impeding the development of OLED technology. Here, we propose a novel OLED architecture consisting of a crystalline host matrix (CHM) and embedded "hot exciton" nanoaggregates (HENAs), which effectively sensitize blue dopant (D) emission. Owing to the advantages of the crystalline thin-film route, the device exhibits largely enhanced blue photon output [Commission International de L'Eclairage coordinates of (0.15, 0.17)], with a low turn-on/operation voltage of 2.5 V (at 1 cd/m2)/3.3 V (at 1000 cd/m2), an extremely low Joule heat loss ratio (7.8% at 1000 cd/m2), and a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) up to 9.14%. These areal photon output features have outperformed the present amorphous thin-film blue OLEDs with high EQE, demonstrating that the CHM-HENA-D OLED is promising for future OLEDs.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) has increasingly been reported as linked to cardiovascular (CV) events; however, reported results have been inconsistent, and no meta-analysis has been undertaken to quantitatively assess this association. METHODS We searched PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases for cohort articles published up to December 1, 2020. Fixed or random-effects models were used to estimate the summary relative risks (RRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) of CV events in relation to IGF-1. Restricted cubic splines were used to model the dose-response association. RESULTS We identified 11 articles (thirteen cohort studies) covering a total of 22,995 participants and 3040 CV events in this meta-analysis. The risk of overall CV events reduced by 16% from the highest to the lowest IGF-1 levels (RR 0.83, 95% CI 0.72-0.95), while the occurrence of CV events reduced by 28% (RR 0.72, 95% CI 0.56-0.92), but not for CV deaths, however (RR 1.00, 95% CI 0.65-1.55). We also found linear associations between IGF-1 levels and CV events. With each per 45 μg/mL IGF-1 increase, the pooled RRs were 0.91 (95% CI 0.86-0.96), 0.91 (95% CI 0.85-0.97) and 0.91 (95% CI 0.84-0.98) for overall CV events, for the occurrence of CV events, and for CV deaths, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Our findings based on cohort studies support the contention that any increase in IGF-1 is helpful in reducing the overall risk of CV events. As an important biomarker for assessing the likelihood of CV events, IGF-1 appears to offer a promising prognostic approach for aiding prevention.

Abstract
(1) Background: Vaccine literacy (VL) of the public is crucial to deal with anti-vaccination rhetoric. This study aims to (1) develop a Chinese COVID-19 Vaccine Literacy Scale and examine the factor structure and psychometric characteristics, and (2) explore the association between COVID-19 VL and sociodemographic characteristics and other variables; (2) Methods: An online cross-sectional survey was conducted among 362 Chinese residents from 23 May 2022 to 31 May 2022 using snowball sampling; (3) Results: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the scale of 15 items, consisting of three factors, functional, interactive and critical vaccine literacy, explained 63.3% of the total variance. Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.885 for the overall scale: 0.838, 0.891, and 0.857 for three subscales, respectively. The results showed a medium level of vaccine literacy (M = 3.71, SD = 0.72) and significant differences among functional, interactive, and critical vaccine literacy (p < 0.001). The level of vaccine literacy grew with the level of education (p < 0.001) and age (p = 0.049). Men, participants who were single, or those living in rural areas had a lower level of vaccine literacy; (4) Conclusions: The Chinese COVID-19 VL Scale has adequate validity and reliability for assessing vaccine literacy among Chinese residents. A deep understanding of the factors that affect vaccine literacy is needed.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (hrHPV) is the main cause of cervical cancer. Thus, the effective treatment against HPV represents an opportunity to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. Although various treatments are effective in treating HPV infection, they still provide limited benefit in reducing the rate of cervical cancer due to the lack of implementation of a standardised protocol in many low/middle-income areas. This proposed cohort study aims to describe the status quo of treatment, attributions of the treatment decision-making process and potential factors influencing treatment decisions. METHODS AND ANALYSIS This is a mixed-method, 5-year prospective longitudinal study in Lueyang County, China, one of the areas with the highest cervical cancer incidence rates and lowest mean income in China. We will enrol women with hrHPV infection (at least one HPV type in the 13 high-risk subtypes) diagnosed via a county-wide HPV infection and cervical cancer screening programme. The study procedures describe the treatment patterns and explore the potential influencing factors in treatment decision-making through questionnaires, laboratory examinations and in-depth interviews. All participants will be evaluated at baseline and at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. The primary outcome is the treatment pattern, the type and duration of which will be described later. The secondary outcomes include guideline compliance and changes in the HPV infection status. The HPV impact profile, intimate relationship satisfaction, and costs within different management groups are also described and compared. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION This study was reviewed, and all of the relevant approvals were obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Maternity Service Centre of Lueyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital (2021-001). The findings from this study will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and academic workshops. TRIAL REGISTRATION NUMBER ChiCTR2100053757.

Abstract
(1) Background: With the continuous advancement of internet technology, use of the internet along with medical service provides a new solution to solve the shortage of medical resources and the uneven distribution of available resources. Online health communities (OHCs) that emerged at this historical moment have flourished with various advantages, such as being free from location and time constraints. Understanding users' behavior changes via engagement in OHCs is necessary to support the development of internet medicine and promote public health. (2) Methods: The hypotheses of our research model were developed based on the protective action decision model (PADM) and heuristic-systematic model (HSM). A questionnaire was developed with seven constructs through previous studies and verified using a presurvey. Our survey respondents are online health community users. We used structural equation modelling to test the research hypotheses. (3) Results: The results of the analysis of 290 valid samples showed that the research model fit the data collected well. The perceived benefits (PB) positively affect information needs (IN) (beta = 0.280, p < 0.001, R2 = 0.252), thereby promoting users' engagement in OHCs (EOHCs) (beta = 0.353, p < 0.001, R2 = 0.387); EOHCs has a significant positive impact on health behavior change (HBC) (beta = 0.314, p < 0.001), and it also significantly positively affects users' health behavior change through systematic processing indirectly (beta = 0.252, p < 0.001, R2 = 0.387). (4) Conclusions: Our study offers support for the usefulness of the PADM and HSM in explaining users' health behavior changes. For practitioners, this study introduces influence processes as policy tools that managers can employ for health-promoting with mHealth.

Abstract
Three dissociation methods, including collision-induced dissociation (CID), electron capture dissociation (ECD), and electronic excitation dissociation (EED), were systematically compared for structural characterization of doubly charged glycopeptide. CID produced distinctively different tandem mass spectra for glycopeptide adducted with different charge carriers. Protonated species produced mainly glycosidic cleavages in high abundance. CID of magnesiated glycopeptide formed more cross-ring cleavages, whereas doubly sodiated species produced cleavages at both glycan and peptide moieties. The effect of charge carriers on the fragmentation in ECD and EED was lower than that in CID. ECD produced mainly peptide backbone cleavages but limited cleavages at the glycan moiety, whereas EED of glycopeptide resulted in extensive fragmentation throughout the molecular ion regardless of the charge carriers. Magnesiated species gave, however, more cross-ring cleavages than other charge carriers did. These results demonstrated that EED of magnesiated species could be used as a one-step dissociation method for comprehensive structural analysis of glycopeptides.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of postoperative serious cardiovascular adverse events (CAE) on outcomes of patients undergoing craniotomy for intracranial aneurysm clipping. METHODS This retrospective cohort study was conducted among the patients undergoing craniotomy for intracranial aneurysm clipping during the period from December, 2016 to December, 2017, who were divided into CAE group and non-CAE group according to the occurrence of Clavien-Dindo grade ≥II CAEs after the surgery. The perioperative clinical characteristics of the patients, complications and neurological functions during hospitalization, and mortality and neurological functions at 1 year postoperatively were evaluated. The primary outcome was mortality within 1 year after the surgery. The secondary outcomes were Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) score at 1 year, lengths of postoperative hospital and intensive care unit (ICU) stay, and Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score at discharge. RESULTS A total of 361 patients were enrolled in the final analysis, including 20 (5.5%) patients in CAE group and 341 in the non-CAE group. No significant differences were found in the patients' demographic characteristics, clinical history, or other postoperative adverse events between the two groups. The 1-year mortality was significantly higher in CAE group than in the non-CAE group (20.0% vs 5.6%, P=0.01). Logistics regression analysis showed that when adjusted for age, gender, emergency hospitalization, subarachnoid hemorrhage, volume of bleeding, duration of operation, aneurysm location, and preoperative history of cardiovascular disease, postoperative CAEs of Clavien-Dindo grade≥II was independently correlated with 1-year mortality rate of the patients with an adjusted odds ratio of 3.670 (95% CI: 1.037-12.992, P=0.04). The patients with CEA also had a lower GOS score at 1 year after surgery than those without CEA (P=0.002). No significant differences were found in the occurrence of other adverse events, postoperative hospital stay, ICU stay, or GCS scores at discharge between the two groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION Postoperative CAEs may be a risk factor for increased 1-year mortality and disability in patients undergoing craniotomy for intracranial aneurysms.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features of fumarate hydratase (FH) deficiency uterine leiomyoma. Methods: The data of 38 patients with FH deficiency uterine leiomyoma were screened and analyzed. The expressions of FH, S-(2-succino)-cysteine (2SC), desmin, p16, p53, CD10 and cell proliferation associated nuclear antigen (Ki-67) proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry, and their clinicopathological features were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) Clinical features: the median age of the patients was (42.5±7.4) years old. Twenty-one cases (55%) of them were myomas found in physical examination, and the median maximum diameter of the tumor was 6.0 cm (range: 5.0-7.5 cm); myomectomy was performed in 23 cases (61%), total hysterectomy with or without bilateral appendages in 15 cases (39%); laparoscopic surgery in 27 cases (71%), open surgery in 11 cases (29%); none of the patients had renal cell carcinoma. (2) Histological features: atypical nuclear cells were distributed locally or diffusely, eosinophilic nucleoli and intranuclear inclusion bodies could be seen, glass like globules could be seen in the cytoplasm, nuclear division was 0-4/10 high power field (HPF), and antler like blood vessels and pulmonary edema-like changes could be seen in the stroma. Among 38 patients with FH deficiency uterine leiomyoma, FH was negative in 37 cases (97%), and positive in 1 case (3%); 2SC, desmin, p16, p53, CD10 and Ki-67 showed focal positive expression in 38 cases (100%), including 35 cases (92%) with Ki-67 index<10% and 3 cases (8%) with Ki-67 index ≥10%. (3) Follow-up: 4 cases (11%) recurred, and there was no death. There were significant differences in age, family history, distribution of atypical nuclei and mitosis number between recurrent group and non-recurrent group (all P<0.05). Conclusions: FH deficiency uterine leiomyoma is a rare tumor, which needs pathological examination,immunohistochemical examination and clinical history. Patients younger than 43 years old, with family history, histologically atypical diffuse nuclear distribution and mitotic number ≥3/10 HPF should be alert to the risk of recurrence.

Abstract
An eleven-year-old boy visited the Department of Ophthalmology due to visual acuity loss accompanied by high intraocular tension in the left eye for one year. Besides glaucoma, the typical ocular manifestations of neurofibromatosis type 1 such as bilateral Lisch nodules of the iris, multiple patchy choroidal nodules and retinal microvascular abnormalities were identified, and Cafe-au-lait macules appeared on the body skin. Based on the medical history, clinical presentation and auxiliary examination results, the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis type 1 with secondary glaucoma in the left eye was confirmed.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aims to prospectively explore the association between sedentary time and the risk of all-cause mortality in adults based on a cohort from rural areas of China. METHODS The study population included 20,194 adults at baseline (2007-2008) who participated in the Rural Chinese Cohort Study. Cox's proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze the hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) of sedentary time and all-cause mortality, and a restricted cubic spline was used to model the dose-response relation. We also carried out a series of sensitivity analyses to verify the robustness of our main results. RESULTS The median follow-up duration was 6 years, with a total of 17,265 participants (response rate 85.5%) followed up, and 1,106 deaths observed. Data for 17,048 participants were analyzed, with the mean age of participants being 52.00. Compared with sedentary time <4 h/day group, the risk of all-cause mortality was significantly increased in the 8-11 h/day (HR=1.27, 95%CI:1.03-1.56) and ≥11 h/day groups (HR=1.48, 95%CI:1.20-1.84). With increases in sedentary time, the risk of all-cause mortality increased gradually (Ptrend <0.001). For each 1 h/day increase in sedentary time, the risk of all-cause mortality increased by 3% (HR=1.03, 95%CI: 1.01-1.05). Sensitivity analyses showed our main results were consistent. CONCLUSIONS Prolonged sedentary time increases the risk of all-cause mortality in the adult rural Chinese population. Reducing sedentary time may have important implications for reducing mortality risk.

Abstract
Background The self-management ability of patients with hypertension is poor, and self-quantification increases gradually with the development of electronics. Self-quantification for patients with hypertension has important implications for individual health. However, there is a lack of relevant scales at present, and we aim to develop a self-quantified scale for patients with hypertension. Methods The instrument was developed based on protection motivation theory with literature review, a qualitative interview study and focus group discussions, and pilot testing. A total of 360 patients with hypertension were investigated using the scale. The psychometric properties of the scale were evaluated concerning validity and reliability employing internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability, test-retest reliability, content validity (S-CVI/Ave and I-CVI), and construct validity (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis). Results The final scale had 30 items with seven sub-domains. The Cronbach's α for all domains was 0.900 with a range of 0.817–0.938. The split-half reliability coefficient for all domains was 0.743 with a range of 0.700–0.888. The test-retest reliability coefficient for all domains was 0.880 with a range of 0.849–0.943. The S-CVI/Ave for all domains was 0.922 with a range of 0.906- 0.950, and the I-CVI of each item was a range of 0.800–1.000. The result of confirmatory factor analysis of this scale showed that χ2/df was 2.499, RMSEA = 0.065, GFI=0.865, NFI=0.894, IFI=0.934, TLI=0.914, CFI=0.933, RFI=0.865. The Pearson's coefficients between the total scale and every domain were ranging from 0.347 to 0.695, and each domain ranged from 0.130 to 0.481. Conclusion The scale has good validity and reliability and can be used as a self-quantification scale for patients with hypertension.

Abstract
Adequately harvesting all excitons in a single molecule and inhibiting exciton losses caused by intermolecular interactions are two important factors for achieving high efficiencies thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF). One potential approach for optimizing these is to tune alignment of various excited state energy levels by using different doping concentrations. Unfortunately, emission efficiencies of most TADF emitters decrease rapidly with concentrations which limits the window for energy level tunning. In this work, by introducing a spiro group to increase steric hindrance of a TADF emitter (BPPXZ) with a phenoxazine and a dibenzo[a,c]phenazine, emission efficiency of the resulting molecule (BPSPXZ) is much less affected by concentration increase. This enables exploitation of the concentration effects to tune energy levels of its excited states for obtaining simultaneously small singlet-triplet energy offset and large spin-orbital coupling, leading to high-efficiency reverse intersystem crossing. With these merits, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using the BPSPXZ emitter from 5 to 60 wt% doping can all deliver EQE of over 20%. More importantly, record-high EQEs of 33.4% and 15.8% are respectively achieved in the optimized and nondoped conditions. This work proposes a strategy for developing red TADF emitters by optimizing the intermolecular interaction and energy level alignments to facilitate exciton utilization over wide doping concentrations.

Abstract
The development of pure organic magnets with high Curie temperatures remains a challenging task in material science. Introducing high-density free radicals to strongly interacting organic molecules may be an effective method to this end. In this study, a solvothermal approach with excess hydrazine hydrate is used to concurrently reduce and dissolve rigid-backbone perylene diimide (PDI) crystallites into the soluble dianion species with a remarkably high reduction potential. The as-prepared PDI powders comprising radical anion aggregates are fabricated by a subsequent self-assembly and spontaneous oxidation process. The results of magnetic measurements show that the PDI powders exhibit room-temperature ferromagnetism and a Curie temperature higher than 400 K, with a vast saturation magnetization that reaches ≈1.2 emu g-1 . Elemental analysis along with the diamagnetic signal of the ablated residue are used to rule out the possibility that the magnetism is due to metal contamination. The findings suggest that the long-range ferromagnetic ordering can survive at room-temperature in organic semiconductors, and offers a new optional way to create room-temperature magnetic semiconductors.

Abstract
PURPOSE Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) frequently presents a favorable clinical outcome, while aggressive invasiveness can also be found in some of this population. Identifying the risk clinical factors of high-volume (> 5) central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in PTMC patients could help oncologists make a better-individualized clinical decision. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed the clinical characteristics of adult patients with PTC in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database between Jan 2010 and Dec 2015 and in one medical center affiliated to Chongqing Medical University between Jan 2018 and Oct 2020. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to determine the risk factors for high volume of CLNM in PTMC patients. RESULTS The male gender (OR = 2.02, 95% CI 1.46-2.81), larger tumor size (> 5 mm, OR = 1.64, 95% CI 1.13-2.38), multifocality (OR = 1.87, 95% CI 1.40-2.51), and extrathyroidal invasion (OR = 3.67; 95% CI 2.64-5.10) were independent risk factors in promoting high-volume of CLNM in PTMC patients. By contrast, elderly age (≥ 55 years) at diagnosis (OR = 0.57, 95% CI 0.40-0.81) and PTMC-follicular variate (OR = 0.60, 95% CI 0.42-0.87) were determined as the protective factors. Based on these indicators, a nomogram was further constructed with a good concordance index (C-index) of 0.702, supported by an external validating cohort with a promising C-index of 0.811. CONCLUSION A nomogram was successfully established and validated with six clinical indicators. This model could help surgeons to make a better-individualized clinical decision on the management of PTMC patients, especially in terms of whether prophylactic central lymph node dissection and postoperative radiotherapy should be warranted.

Abstract
Objective The main objectives of this study were to use the effect of information framing (different expressions of the same issue, e.g., positive messages and negative messages) to explore key factors that influence the attitude of and intention of the public toward wearing masks and to understand the internal and external factors of intervention on information framing perception. Methods This study performed an online questionnaire survey to explore the influence of demographic characteristics, information framing, social norms, and information credibility on the attitude of the public toward masks and their intention to wear them. Results (1) Information framing had a significant impact on the attitudes of people toward masks and their intention to wear them, and the persuasion effect of gain-framed messages was higher than that of loss-framed messages. (2) Gender, income, occupation, educational background, and residence have no significant difference in attitude and intention to wear masks. There was a significant correlation between age and wearing of masks (p = 0.041 < 0.05). (3) Social norms affected people's perception of information framing and their attitude toward wearing masks, but only the impact of loss-framed messages on intention was significant. (4) Information framing affected people's perception of information credibility, which had a positive impact on their intention to wear masks; however, information credibility only had a significant impact on attitude toward wearing masks under the gain-framed messages and played an intermediary role. Conclusion The impact of information framing on the attitude of people toward masks and their intention to wear them varies. Individuals involved in the publicity of health information related to this issue should pay attention to the influence of information framing and content on the public wearing masks as a means of enhancing public health awareness.

Abstract
Sulfonic acid groups with C3ν symmetry can coordinate with metal ions to produce multidimensional structures due to their flexible coordination modes. They can also penetrate into supramolecular structures through an intriguing bridging pattern and weak interactions. Herein, a novel heterocyclic sodium sulfonate supramolecular structure, namely [Na(Pyr-SO3)(H2O)]n where Pyr-SO3H is pyrazine sulfonic acid, is synthesized by utilizing NaBF4 to coordinate with the P–SO3H ligand through the solvent evaporation method. The single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) data indicate that the as-formed structure belongs to the Pbca space group. Additional properties are characterized by powder XRD, thermal analysis, and solid-state fluorescence. In particular, the introduction of a soft alkali metal ion can coordinate with the oxygen atom of the sulfonate ligand and form a Na–O bridging configuration that can not only significantly improve the pyrazine sulfonic acid ligand coordination ability, but also provide a reference for the extended study of functional sulfonate polymers in the future.
