Abstract
The current global trend in sustainable business practices is to optimize green innovation performance. To protect the environment and maintain their own survival, organizations must strengthen their green innovation capabilities. Drawing on the recourse-based view and ecology modernization theory (EMT), this study examines the direct effect of green strategic orientations, green entrepreneurial orientation, green market orientation, green innovation orientation, and green organizational culture on the firm's green innovation capability, as well as the mediating effect of green innovation capability on the relationship of these four factors and green innovation performance. Besides, this study also explored the moderating effects of green management system implementation and firm size on the association between green innovation capability and green innovation performance. To test the hypothesized model, a questionnaire survey was administered to gather responses from 293 medium-sized and large manufacturing firms operating in Pakistan. The partial least squares method was used for data analysis. The results revealed that green entrepreneurial orientation, green market orientation, green innovation orientation, and green organizational culture positively impacted green innovation capability, which subsequently positively influenced green innovation performance. Moreover, effective implementation of green management systems can bolster the effect of green innovation capability on green innovation performance, and the mediating effect of green innovation capability has also been confirmed. These indicated that the management of medium and large manufacturing firms operating in Pakistan should focus on encouraging green innovation and training employees regarding the latest eco-friendly technologies to attain performance and sustainable development goals. Policymakers should implement green business development programs and offer rewards or penalties for promoting compliance. The present study contributes greatly to the literature by applying EMT as an alternative to address the mediating role of green innovation capability and the moderating effect of green management system implementation in enhancing firms' green innovation performance.

Abstract
As a safe alternative to hazardous agrochemicals, food waste compost could prevent human health hazards and environmental degradation. Food waste composting has not garnered much popularity among farmers given their sole dependence on synthetic fertilizers for high yields and commercial returns. Hence, this study aimed to identify the factors influencing farmers' adoption of food waste composting for regular use. Empirical data were collected from 399 farmers residing in different second-tier cities in China through face-to-face interviews using a structured questionnaire. The partial least squares-structural equation modelling was used to statistically examine the models and construct correlations. Based on the study outcomes, the perceived usefulness of food waste compost, awareness of the consequences, social influence, anticipated guilt, and attitude towards food waste composting substantially impacted food waste composting intention. Intriguingly, the perceived value of sustainability and ascription of responsibility did not have a significant impact on food waste composting intention, whereas food waste composting intention substantially influenced food waste composting behavior. The results of the multi-group analysis revealed differences in the relationship between awareness of consequences and food waste composting intention across genders and educational levels. This intriguing finding provides new avenues for future research and offers novel insights into the practical applications and promotion of food waste composting. These results will improve the relevant aspects among farmers for eco-friendly farming practices, innovate food waste management strategies, and mitigate environmental deterioration resulting from hazardous agrochemicals. This study expands the current body of literature by providing government regulators and other social enterprises with effective laws, policies, and strategy development guidelines for adopting natural composting on a large scale and enhancing the nutritional value of food to prevent unforeseen health risks caused by toxic chemicals.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the mediating effect of the intention to use wearable payment devices (WPD) between perceived ease of use (PE), perceived usefulness (PU), social influence (SI), perceived trust (TR), and lifestyle compatibility (CM) on the adoption of WPD. Examination was made on the moderating effect of age and gender to improve the understanding of the adoption of WPD as a new payment system. Empirical data was collected through an online survey from 1094 respondents in Malaysia. Furthermore, this study employed dual-stage data analysis through partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the causal and moderating effects, including artificial neural network (ANN) to examine the predictive power of the selected model. As a result, it was found that PE, PU, TR, and CM had a significant positive influence on the intention to use WPD. Furthermore, facilitating conditions and the intention to use WPD exhibited strong positive impacts on the adoption of WPD among Malaysian youth. The intention to use WPD positively and significantly mediated all predictors of adoption of WPD. Following that, ANN analysis confirmed high prediction accuracy of the data fitness. Overall, the findings for ANN highlighted the importance of PE, CM, and TR on the intention to adopt WPD and the impact of facilitating conditions on the adoption of WPD among Malaysian youth. Theoretically, the study extended UTAUT with two additional determinants (e.g., perceived trust and lifestyle compatibility), which were found to have significant influences on the intention to use WPD. The study results would be able to help payment service providers and the smart wearable device industry offer an innovative spectrum of products and present effective marketing tactics to encourage the prospective consumers of Wearable Payment Devices in Malaysia.

Abstract
Menopause is a normal physiological period that is characterized by the completely stoppage of endometrial cycles in women between the age of 45-55 years due to lack of ovarian follicular function. Several postmenopausal syndromes such as hot flushes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, depression, irritability, headache, and sleep disturbance can occur more frequently in this period which hampers the standard of life. This study was done to assess body mass index and fasting serum glucose changes in postmenopausal women in contrast with reproductive women. This cross-sectional analytical type of study was conducted in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Bangladesh from January 2021 to December 2021. Total 140 women subject's age ranged between 25-65 years were involved in this study. Among them 25-45 years aged 70 (Seventy) reproductive women were involved as control group (Group I) and 45-65 years aged 70 (Seventy) postmenopausal women were taken as study group (Group II). By Anthropometric measurements, Body Mass Index (BMI) such as height and weight were taken in meter and kilogram respectively and fasting serum glucose was measured by GOD-PAP method. Results were expressed as mean (±SD) and by unpaired Student's 't' test, statistical significance of difference among the group was calculated. The mean±SD of BMI of Group I and Group II were 23.05±4.43kg/m² and 29.01±3.12kg/m² respectively. The mean±SD of body mass index is notably increase in study group in contrast with control group. The mean±SD of fasting serum glucose of control Group I and study Group II were 4.77±2.04mmol/l and 6.11±1.61mmol/l respectively. In study Group II fasting serum glucose was increased. Due to increased fasting serum glucose caused by lower level of female sex hormones specially estrogen hormone increased chance of cardiovascular diseases in postmenopausal women. Assessment of these parameters are important for early detection and prevention of complication related to high BMI and fasting serum glucose level for leading a better life.

Abstract
The present research aims to extend the value-belief-norm model by including health values, health consciousness, healthy eating beliefs, and trust in organic food as the impelling factors. This study empirically tested the holistic framework to understand the important factors in consumers' decision-making processes concerning organic food consumption. A web-based survey was performed to collect data from a convenience sample of 571 organic food consuming university students in China. The hypotheses were tested using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Based on the findings, health values and health consciousness had substantial impacts on healthy eating beliefs, which in turn positively affected personal norms and awareness of consequences. Additionally, awareness of consequences and ascription of responsibility had major effects on personal norms. Likewise, personal norms and trust in organic food had a profound influence on the intention to consume organic foods, which in turn significantly induced actual consumption. The findings not only provide novel insights for researchers to understand the aspects of organic food consumption but present a guideline for marketers to develop appropriate marketing tactics to grow the organic food business. This study recommends that policymakers should focus on increasing the awareness and knowledge of organic food, encouraging organic food production, and prioritising campaigns showcasing the unique health benefits of organic food to stimulate increased consumption.

Abstract
Due to the major shift in online purchasing during the COVID-19 lockdown, celebrity endorsement marketing has gained traction. Concurrently, COVID-19 has also transformed consumers' attitudes toward using eco-friendly products, such as green skincare products, to ensure a healthier lifestyle. This study developed a comprehensive framework based on the stimuli-organism-response theory and the parasocial interaction theory to empirically evaluate the impact of celebrities' credibility attributes and consumers' interests in celebrities on their attitudes towards advertisements for endorsed green skincare products, their intentions to make a purchase, and their willingness to pay a premium price for these products. 778 Malaysian consumers participated in the online survey, and their responses were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed the positive effects of credibility traits (trustworthiness - β = 0.100, p-value = 0.026; exquisite personality - β = 0.075, p-value = 0.028; dignified image - β = 0.152, p-value = 0.001; expertise - β = 0.221, p-value <0.001), and customer attention to celebrities (β = 0.184, p-value <0.001) on their attitudes toward endorsed advertisements. Likewise, credibility features (exquisite personality - β = 0.116, p-value = 0.002; dignified image - β = 0.112, p-value = 0.017; expertise - β = 0.207, p-value <0.001) and customers' companionship with celebrities (β = 0.142, p-value = 0.001) also have a significant positive impact on attitudes towards brands. Finally, consumers' purchasing intentions and willingness to pay premium prices for green skincare products were strongly influenced by their attitude toward advertising (β = 0.484, p-value <0.001) and brands (β = 0.326, p-value <0.001). Evidently, the findings of this study may help players in the cosmetics industry enhance their marketing and promotion tactics for eco-friendly beauty and personal care products.

Abstract
Menopause, in between the age of 45-55 years every woman faces it, that means completely stoppage of menstruation because the decrease level of estrogen from the normal level. In this period the quality life is disturbed due to hormonal imbalance specially estrogen. This study was done to evaluate the changes of body mass index and blood pressure in post-menopausal women in comparison to reproductive women. This cross-sectional analytical type of study was done in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh and the period is from January 2021 to December 2021. Total 140 women subjects age ranged between 25-65 years were involved in this study. Among them 70 post-menopausal women (45-65 years) were involved as study group (Group II) and 70 (seventy) reproductive women (25-45 years) were taken as control group (Group I). By anthropometric measurements, Body Mass Index (BMI) such as height and weight were taken in meter and kilogram respectively and systolic and diastolic blood pressure by aneroid sphygmomanometer (ALPK2, Japan). Findings were expressed as mean±SD and by unpaired student's 't' test, analytical significance of difference among the group was calculated. The mean±SD of BMI of Group I and Group II were 23.05±4.43kg/m² and 29.01±3.12kg/m² respectively. The mean±SD of body mass index is significantly higher in study group in comparison with control group. The average (±SD) of systolic blood pressure of control group I and study group II were 118.29±10.00 mm of Hg & 134.00±11.91 mm of Hg respectively. The mean±SD of systolic blood pressure was significantly higher in study group in comparison with control group. The mean±SD of diastolic blood pressure of control group I and study Group II were 79.21±6.46 mm of Hg and 89.00±6.23 mm of Hg respectively. The mean±SD of diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher in study group in comparison with control group. Post-menopausal women with high systolic and diastolic pressure have a chance of development of cardiovascular diseases, stroke. So assessment of these parameters are important for early detection and prevention of complication related to high BMI and Blood Pressure for leading a healthy life.

Abstract
Urban agriculture has become increasingly popular as a viable solution to the global food insecurity, but the uncontrollable expansion of cities and populations has led to the significant decrease in cultivable space for conventional soil-based farming. Unlike conventional agriculture, soil-less hydroponic farming allows sustainable food production in urban areas without compromising the environment and public health. Using both theory of planned behaviour and knowledge-attitude-behaviour theory with four additional factors, the current study examined the intention and adoption of hydroponic farming among Chinese urbanites. An online survey, which involved 661 respondents from different cities in China, was conducted. The results of partial least squares structural equation modeling revealed the significant influence of tolerance of diversity, innovativeness, and knowledge about hydroponic system on attitude towards hydroponic system. Additionally, knowledge and attitude towards hydroponic system, perceived need for hydroponic farming, and hydroponic farming compatibility were found to significantly influence the intention of adopting hydroponic farming, which was also found to exhibit significant influence on its actual adoption. This study presented valuable insights that contribute to the development of a framework that promotes effective farming practices and strategies. The obtained findings can benefit marketers, practitioners, and policymakers in the agricultural and environmental fields, particularly in their efforts of planning, designing, marketing, and strategizing to promote modern agricultural practices and create a favourable environment for urban hydroponic farming in developing countries.

Abstract
The oral contraceptive pill, 'the pill', was introduced in the starting of the 1960s. Presently, worldwide about 100 million women are current users of combined hormonal contraceptives (COC) most frequently used in the western world. The most frequently used agents are a combination of drugs containing both the estrogen and progesterone. This combination is considered to be highly efficacious, generally considered 99.9% and a use effectiveness of 97.0% to 98.0%. This study was done to evaluate the changes of Body Mass Index (BMI) and Blood pressure ( BP) in combined oral contraceptive pill users in comparison to non- users. This cross sectional study was carried out in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh from July 2021 to June 2022. Total number of 120 reproductive aged women, age ranged from 15-55 years was included in this study. Among them, sixty (60) combined oral contraceptive pill users subjects were taken as study group (Group II) and sixty (60) age matched oral pill non users subjects were taken as control group (Group I). Data were expressed as mean±SD and statistical significance of difference among the group was calculated by unpaired students' 't' test and Pearson's correlation coefficient test. The mean±SD of BMI of control group (Group I) and study group (Group II) were 22.50±1.50 kg/m² and 27.64±1.28 kg/m² respectively. In study group (Group II) BMI was increased. Result is statistically highly significant (p<0.001). The mean±SD of systolic blood pressure of control group (Group I) and study group (Group II) were 111.17±8.51 mm of Hg and 127.50±6.14 mm of Hg respectively. In this study the mean±SD of diastolic blood pressure of control group (Group I and study group (Group II) were 75.58±5.05mm of Hg and 87.00±4.89 mm of Hg respectively. In study group (Group II) diastolic blood pressure was increased. Result is statistically highly significant (p<0.001). So the assessment of this parameter is important for early detection and prevention of complication related to combined oral contraceptive pill use for leading a healthy life.

Abstract
While the public sector authorities and governments struggle to ensure socioeconomic balance at all levels of society, social entrepreneurship is widely known as the optimum solution to societal issues, such as unemployment, social disparities, and ecological imbalances. Despite the fact that the younger generation holds the highest potential to be future social entrepreneurs, a few studies have been conducted to explore the factors that influence their social entrepreneurial intentions (SEI) in developing countries, such as Bangladesh. Furthermore, the empirical studies based on the value-belief-norm (VBN) theory for addressing SEI were scarce in the existing literature. The study aims to measure the influence of Altruistic Values (AV), Traditional Values (TV), Personal Normative Beliefs (NB), Awareness of Consequences (AC), Ascription of Responsibility (AR), Personal Norms (PN), and Social Norms (SN) on SEI implementation of the VBN framework. A combination of web-based and hardcopy surveys was used to collect data from 797 students of higher educational institutes in Bangladesh. The hypotheses and associations between the factors were statistically analysed using structural equation modelling. As a result, it was demonstrated that AV and TV had a notable influence on NB. Similarly, NB showed a significant positive impact on PN and AC, while AC and AR were reported to have a substantial influence on PN. Finally, PN and SN showed a strong impact on SEI. The holistic social entrepreneurship model proposed in this study should be effective for socioeconomic development by incorporating commercially feasible and sustainable principles. Overall, the study findings would assist researchers, current social entrepreneurs and organisations, educational institutes, government agencies, and individual potential entrepreneurs with accurate knowledge and insight to construct their strategies and efficiently pursue social ventures. Abstract
Purpose
Cashless payment is gradually replacing physical currency in almost every financial transaction across the world. Even though cashless payment methods have been available in Malaysia since a decade ago, their usage has remained relatively low in comparison to other countries. This study aims to analyse the elements that affect the Malaysian youth’s adoption intention and actual use of cashless payment by extending the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model with two key factors (perceived security [PS] and lifestyle compatibility [LC]).
Design/methodology/approach
Data were gathered online from 364 Malaysian youths and processed using partial least squares structural equation modelling.
Findings
The findings revealed that performance expectancy (PE), LC and PS had a positive and substantial effect on the intention to use cashless payment (ICP). In contrast, effort expectancy (EE) and social influence did not have any considerable influence on ICP. Furthermore, ICP had substantial mediating effects between the adoption of cashless payment (ACP) and PE, LC and PS. In the analysis of the moderating effect of age, gender, experience and voluntariness, only experience had moderating effects on the associations between PE and ICP and between FC and ACP.
Research limitations/implications
This study’s findings will be highly useful for marketers and the management as they plan their promotional and marketing tactics, with a focus on the factors that inspire customers to adopt cashless payments. Besides, architects and designers can benefit from the study results while designing and updating their services by consolidating consumers’ lifestyle standards as well as enhancing security features. Finally, governments may support service providers with security building through legislative measures and policy campaigns to strengthen the trustworthiness and mass adoption of contactless payment.

This study extended the UTAUT model with two new variables, i.e. PS and LC.

Abstract
Purpose
The world has been forced to implement movement restriction strategy because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and industries have to embrace online technologies and social media marketing activities (SMMAs) to continue their business operations. Considering the aftermath of COVID-19 on the business world, this study aims to explore the determining elements of SMMAs and analyse how these factors affect brand equity (BE), relationship equity (RE) and purchase intention (PI) among smartphone consumers in China. Five constructs of SMMAs, namely, entertainment (EN), interactivity (IN), trendiness (TR), customisation (CU) and electronic word-of-mouth (WM), were examined to examine the effects of SMMAs on BE and RE. Subsequently, the mediation effects of BE and RE on the relationships of all constructs of SMMAs with PI were analysed.
Design/methodology/approach
An online survey was conducted with the participation of 347 Chinese consumers who used social media platform managed by the smartphone brands as their marketing activities during COVID-19. The data were analysed via structural equation modelling using SmartPLS.
Findings
This study’s result showed the significant and positive influence of CU, TR and WM on BE and the strong and positive influence of CU, IN and TR on RE. Furthermore, BE was found to fully mediate the relationships of CU, TR and WM with PI, while RE was found to mediate the relationships of TR and CU with PI. The performance and impact factor analysis revealed RE as the most important factor for PI, followed by BE, CU and TR.
Originality/value
This study extended the authors’ knowledge and understanding about social media marketing, BE and smart phone PI during COVID-19. Findings of this study can assist smartphone brands in China to develop the most effective strategies for SMMAs, which can be tailored for consumers to maximise profits, even during any crisis when physical business activities are deemed difficult. Moreover, this study’s findings can benefit the government and policymakers in developing and regulating rules and regulations for e-commerce and social media commerce for all industries and areas.

Abstract
Adolescence explained as a period of age between 10 to 19 years. This is a major contributing period to build up the health of girls. Ferritin is an intracellular protein that contains iron and releases it in a controlled fashion and it reflects body iron stores and systemic inflammation during adolescent period. It is considered the best single test for the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia during adolescent because its concentration is directly proportional to total body iron stores in adolescent period. This study was done in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh to evaluate the changes of serum ferritin levels among iron deficient anemic adolescent girls in comparison to healthy adolescent girls in Bangladesh. This was a cross sectional, prospective, analytical type of study. This study ranged from 10-19 years of adolescent girls. Seventy (70) healthy adolescent girls, as control group (Group I). Seventy (70) iron deficiency anemic adolescent girls as study group (Group II). Serum ferritin was estimated by Micro-particle Enzyme Immunoassay Test Kit. Data were expressed as mean (±SD). Statistical significance of difference among the Group I and Group II were calculated by unpaired students 't' test. The mean±SD level of serum ferritin among Group I and Group II were 26.22±4.03μg/L and 13.33±3.18μg/L respectively. Mean values ±SD of serum ferritin significantly lower in (Group II) in comparison with (Group I). Higher numbers of adolescent girls are still suffering from anemia along with low level of serum ferritin in Bangladesh. For combat this situation, immediate, sustainable and long term public health intervention and nutritional supplementation must be required.

Abstract
The most common cause of premature death in developing countries like Bangladesh is ischaemic heart disease. Cardiac troponin-I (cTnI) is 100 percent tissue specific for the myocardium which has been shown to be a very sensitive and specific biomarker for acute myocardial infarction. As acute myocardial infarction is a stressful condition so, plasma glucose level may also increase in this condition which is stress hyperglycemia and also plasma glucose level may be used for prediction of outcome as it is a cheap and easy available test. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of the elevation of troponin-I level with plasma glucose level of non-diabetic patients in ST-elevation myocardial infarction. This study which was comparative type of analytical and cross- sectional study carried out in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh from January 2021 to December 2021. Data was collected from Cardiology Department of Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, Mymensingh. A total number of 70 subjects participated in this study and were grouped as normoglycemic ST elevation myocardial infarction- Control group (Group I) and non-diabetic hyperglycemic ST elevation myocardial infarction- Study group (Group II). The results were calculated and analyzed by using SPSS. Serum troponin-I was measured by Fluorescence Immunoassay (FIA) and plasma glucose estimated by GOD-PAP method. Data were expressed in mean±SD and statistical significance of difference among the groups were calculated by unpaired Student's 't' test. The correlation between different parameter was done by Pearson's correlation coefficient test. In this study, the result suggests that there is significant positive association between serum troponin-I and plasma glucose level in study group (hyperglycemic non-diabetic STEMI) in comparison to control group (normoglycemic STEMI). So, by this study we recommend that routine estimation of these parameters is important for prevention of complications related to acute myocardial infarction.

Abstract
The serum Alanine Transaminase (ALT) activity has been regarded as a reliable and sensitive marker of liver disease. In the context of obesity ALT may also be a good indicator of overall health. Obesity has been reported as a risk factor associated with elevation of ALT, which is a surrogate marker of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Elevated ALT may correlate with the severity of NAFLD in obese female. This study was done to evaluate the changes of serum ALT in obese female age ranged 30-60 years in comparison to normal healthy female of same age. At the same time we can know the relationship between body mass index and serum ALT concentration in obese female. This analytical cross-sectional study was carried out in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh from January 2020 to December 2020. A total number of 100 female subjects were included in this study. Among them fifty (50) normal healthy female were taken as control group (Group I) and fifty (50) obese female were taken as study group (Group II). The level of serum ALT was determined by Ultra violet (UV) method. Data were expressed as mean±SD and statistical significance of difference among the group was calculated by unpaired Student's 't' test. Pearson's correlation coefficient test was done to find the correlation of serum ALT with BMI by using SPSS (version 21.0). During interpretation of results, p values of <0.001 were considered as statistically highly significant. In this study, serum level of ALT was significantly higher (p<0.001) in obese female compared to those of healthy control female. In addition, there is a positive correlation of serum ALT with BMI. From the results of the present study, it can be concluded that, elevated ALT was significantly associated with high BMI as well as with other feature of NAFLD.

Abstract
Coronary artery disease is the leading cause of death and disability globally. The presentation of Non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) is heterogeneous, with different risk levels in terms of death, infarction and recurrence of infarction. Current evidence suggests that plasma glucose level or hyperglycemia is a mediator of worse prognosis of MI. The objective of the study was to correlate on admission plasma glucose level in non-diabetic patient with in-hospital outcome of patients after first attack of NSTEMI. This prospective analytical study was conducted among purposively selected 280 patients with NSTEMI admitted in coronary care unit of Mymensingh Medical College Hospital during the period of June 2016 to May 2017. Data were collected from the informant by face to face interview, clinical examination and investigations using a pretested semi-structured case record form. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Patients were categorized into two groups; Group A: NSTEMI with admission plasma glucose level below 7.8mmol/l, (n=150, Male-110, Female-40). Group B: NSTEMI with admission plasma glucose level ≥7.8mmol/l, (n=130, Male-95, Female-35). Group B (n=130) is divided into two subgroups. Subgroup-I: NSTEMI with Hyperglycemia (7.8-9.3mmol/l), n = 67 (male 44, female 23), Subgroup-II: NSTEMI with Hyperglycemia (≥9.4mmol/l), n = 63 (male 51, female 12). All Patients were non diabetic excluded by HbA₁c. The mean left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of Group B, Subgroup-II was significantly less than that of Subgroup-I (p<0.05). Correlation between LVEF levels and on admission plasma glucose level showed statistically significant moderate negative correlation, suggesting that the higher was the level of on admission plasma glucose level; the lower was the LV ejection fraction level in first attack of NSTEMI patients. Correlation coefficient between Troponin-I and plasma glucose level on admission of the study population (r=0.030) suggesting that the higher was the level of admission plasma glucose level the higher was the Troponin-I level in first attack of NSTEMI patients. The more was the plasma glucose level, less was LVEF, more was the heart failure and prolonged hospital stay. The study showed a strong predictor of adverse in-hospital outcome in the various levels of plasma glucose and NSTEMI. There was association between the concentration of the plasma glucose and the extent, severity of disease in the means of mean LVEF, the rate of heart failure and duration of hospital stay. The importance of this finding is even clear that RBS is a standard, valuable diagnostic tool for evaluation of severity and prediction of outcome of patients with NSTEMI.

Abstract
With the increasing use of mobile devices and new technologies, electronic payments, such as near field communication (NFC) mobile payments, are gaining traction and gradually replacing the currency-based cash payment methods. Despite multiple initiatives by various parties to encourage mobile payments, adoption rates in developing countries have remained low. The purpose of this research is to explore the prime determinants of NFC mobile-payment adoption intention and to develop a model of mobile payment adoption that includes perceived risk (PR) as one of the major elements by extending the UTAUT2 theory components. An online survey was used to acquire data from 370 NFC mobile payments users for the current study. To validate the components and their correlations, structural equation modelling (SEM) was implemented. According to the findings, performance expectancy (PE), hedonic motivation (HM), social influence (SI), and facilitating conditions (FC) have substantial impacts on the consumers' intentions to adopt NFC mobile payments (INFC). Effort expectancy (EE) and PR were reported to have no considerable effects on the adoption intention. In addition, INFC is revealed to be a major mediator between the associations of the actual adoption of NFC mobile payment (ANFC) with PE, HM, and SI. The findings of the study would assist providers and marketers in better understanding of the consumers' behavior, designing effective marketing strategies to enhance the consumers' positive intentions, and achieving the mass adoption of NFC mobile payments in different environmental contexts.

Abstract
Menopause is one of the natural parts of women's life when menstrual cycle stops due to lack of estrogen, which occurs in middle age. Various health problems occur in this period which hampers quality of life. This study was done to evaluate the changes of body mass index and serum calcium level in post-menopausal women in comparison to reproductive women. This cross-sectional analytical type of study was done in the Department of Physiology, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh, Bangladesh from January 2021 to December 2021. A total number of 140 female subjects age ranged from 25-65 years were included in this study. Among them 70 (seventy) postmenopausal woman (45-65 years) were taken as study group (Group II) and 70 (seventy) reproductive women (25-45 years) were taken as control group (Group I). Body mass index was measured by Anthropometric measurements such as height and weight taken in meter and kilogram respectively and Serum calcium level was measured by colorimetric method with O-Cresolftalein-complexone (OCC). Data were expressed as mean (±SD) and statistical significance of difference among the group was calculated by unpaired Student's 't' test. The mean±SD of BMI of Group I and Group II were 23.05±4.43 kg/m² and 29.01±3.12 kg/m² respectively. The mean±SD of body mass index is significantly higher in study group in comparison with control group. Serum calcium of Group I and Group II were 10.95±0.77 mg/dl and 7.99±0.55 mg/dl respectively. The mean±SD of serum calcium level was significantly lower in study group in comparison with control group. Post-menopausal women with low serum calcium level have a chance of development of osteoporosis. So, assessment of this parameter is important for early detection and prevention of complication related to low serum calcium level for leading a sound life.
