[Spontaneous neonatal gastric perforation: about a case]

La perforation gastrique néonatale spontanée est rare. Nous rapportons un cas survenu chez un nouveau-né de 4 jours issu d'une grossesse à terme. L’enfant a nécessité une réanimation à sa naissance. Au deuxième jour de sa vie, une distension abdominale importante était notée. La radiographie de l'abdomen sans préparation a montré un pneumopéritoine. La laparotomie a objectivé une perforation au niveau de la petite courbure gastrique de 1,5cm de diamètre qui a bénéficié d’une suture simple chirurgicale. L'évolution était marquée par le décès au premier jour post opératoire.

[Lymphangioma of the breast: about a case]

Lymphangioma is a benign lesion of the lymphatic vessels. It is a rare paediatric condition and it is exceptional among adults. It mainly occurs in the neck, armpit and abdomen. It rarely occurs in the breast. We report the case of a 18 year-old female patient seen in consultation for a mass in her left breast, which had evolved over the last 23 months. Management was based on surgery. The patient underwent complete tumor resection. Anatomopathological examination showed lymphangioma of the breast. Patient's evolution was favorable and the patient had a median 10 months follow-up with no recurrences identified.

[Neonatal obstruction associated with duodenal diaphragm: about a case]

Le diaphragme duodénal est l’une de rare forme d’atrésie duodénale décrite, qui provoque l’occlusion intestinale pendant la période néonatale. La cause est embryologique. Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’un nouveau-né de 17 jours, hospitalisé et prise en charge aux cliniques universitaires de Lubumbashi pour occlusion duodénale et dont le constat per opératoire était un diaphragme duodénal. Son évolution était bonne après l’intervention chirurgicale.
