Abstract
OBJECTIVE To learn about the experiences of nurse entrepreneurs in building their careers and business trajectories. METHOD A descriptive and exploratory, qualitative study carried out with nurse entrepreneurs, recruited using the snowball technique. Interviews were conducted via Skype and audio-recorded between June and July 2021, which were transcribed and subjected to content analysis. RESULTS 15 nurses participated. Three thematic axes were identified: "Entrepreneurship in nursing with the use of technologies", which presented niches of activity and the use of technologies; "Desire to innovate even with fear of the new", which reports feelings and motivations related to entrepreneurship, especially innovation; and "What nurses need to know before starting a business", which presents the risks and benefits of entrepreneurship, as well as the skills needed by entrepreneurs. CONCLUSION The entrepreneurial experience presents challenges for nurses. Thus, encouraging knowledge about entrepreneurship makes it possible to strengthen autonomy and gain new opportunities in nursing.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To learn about the perceptions of the professionals who work in Primary Health Care about mental health care. METHODS Descriptive and qualitative study, carried out with 29 health workers through open and individual interviews. The IRaMuTeQ® software was used to organize the data which, then, was submitted to a content analysis process in the thematic modality. RESULTS Three classes emerged from the content analysis: "Perceptions about the mental health care provided in the city", "The biomedical paradigm in mental healthcare", and "Elements for the construction of a new way for professionals to act in mental health". FINAL CONSIDERATIONS It was found that, despite the good infrastructure of the services and the elements pointed at by the professionals to create a new way to act, they do not do so, and the responsibility falls, mostly, on the psychologist to carry out these activities.

METHOD explanatory, qualitative study, whose methodological framework was based on Grounded Theory. A total of 12 Family Health Strategy nurses from a municipality in southern Brazil participated through semi-structured interviews, between December 2018 and February 2019. RESULTS the experience was understood by the phenomenon "Lapidating management competencies daily to play the role of a nurse in the context of the Family Health Strategy". As action/interaction strategies, the following categories emerged: "Evidencing the management skills of Family Health Strategy nurses" and "Recognizing the need for strategies to work on specificities in the context of the Family Health Strategy". FINAL CONSIDERATIONS according to the meanings attributed by nurses, there are several essential management skills for the work in the Family Health Strategy, but they are still little worked and developed in this context, mainly because it is a complex health care scenario.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to describe the perceptions of women, prisoners or partners of imprisoned men who experience/experienced intimate partner violence, and how they cope with this situation. METHOD a descriptive exploratory study with a qualitative approach conducted with 21 women. Empirical data collected between March and August 2018, through audio-recorded semi-structured interviews, were submitted to thematic content analysis. RESULTS women reported experiencing different forms of violence, which triggered suffering and negative commitment in their lives, far beyond the act itself, especially by the emotional and physical marks and their consequences. They also realize that coping with violence is individual responsibility, lived in the counterpoint between the desire to overcome it and passivity. Final considerations: intimate partner violence was uniquely revealed by women as a solitary experience, with permanent consequences in the physical, emotional, patrimonial, sexual and moral spheres, and limited internal and external resources make it difficult to cope with it.

Abstract

Abstract
ABSTRACT Objective: to measure the organizational climate in the work of professionals from Family Health Strategy (FHS) teams. Method: a cross-sectional study carried out with 458 professionals belonging to 72 FHS teams in a municipality in Southern Brazil. Data collection occurred between March and July of 2016 with self-application of the Team Climate Inventory (TCI). Data were analyzed by means of a non-parametric ANOVA. Results: “Team Participation” was the best-rated domain (8.11), while “Task orientation” was the worst (7.51). Nurses obtained the highest mean in TCI (8.05), and dentists, the lowest (7.45). Conclusion: TCI is an appropriate and innovative tool for assessing the teamwork climate at the FHS. Identifying fragilities such as “task orientation” and relationships among professional categories of the team supports the planning of actions for organizational climate improvements and teamwork at the FHS.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To synthesize the best qualitative evidence regarding the perception of family members, patients and health professionals about family presence during cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive procedures. METHOD Systematic review with meta-synthesis performed in the databases of Web of Science, Scopus, CINAHL, PsycINFO, LILACS, MEDLINE, Embase and VHL. Articles published between 2010 and 2017 were included and evaluated with use of the Qualitative Data Extraction Instrument. RESULTS In total, were found 2,391 articles, out of which 26 were selected, and 24 were analyzed. The identified meta-theme was 'A pendular perspective: different views on family presence during cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive procedures', which is supported by the following themes: Benefits resulting from family presence; Disadvantages and/or limiting factors of family presence; and Context: environmental, sociocultural and care factors influencing the perception of family presence. CONCLUSION The perception of family members, patients and professionals about family presence is still controversial. The sensitization of these subjects can potentiate the practice by making it more systematized and qualified.
