Challenges for heat stress: Intestinal culturable bacteria of Lohmann Brown chickens

This study aimed to assess how heat stress, specifically within the range of 35-38 °C, affects the populations of culturable intestinal lactobacilli, enterococci, and Escherichia coli, as well as the expression of Heat Shock Proteins (HSP70), in Lohmann Brown chickens. It also explored the influence of the chickens' blood transferrin and ceruloplasmin genotypes on these responses. Thirty chickens underwent eight hours of heat stress, maintained at an average temperature of 37 °C and a relative humidity of 75-80%, with continuous access to food and water. Behavioral monitoring was conducted throughout to prevent excessive heat-related mortality. The Lohmann Brown chickens from the Yerevan "Arax" poultry farm were initially classified based on their blood transferrin and ceruloplasmin genotypes to investigate potential correlations between intestinal bacterial composition and variations in these polymorphisms. A significant correlation was found between heat stress and the abundance of culturable enterococci within the intestinal microbiota, regardless of chicken TfAB, TfBC, CpAB, CpCC and TfAB, TfBC, CpAB, CpCD genotypes. Heat stress led to nearly double the HSP70 levels in chicken blood, along with a reduction in the culturable enterococci population by at least 10,000-fold in the intestinal microbiota. These findings are significant for targeted management strategies to mitigate heat stress in chicken populations.

MANIFESTATION OF CREATIVITY AMONG MODERN MANAGERS AS A FACTOR IN PROMOTING PERSONAL MATURITY AND MENTAL HEALTH

The purpose of this article is to investigate the manifestation of creativity levels and criteria, conditioned by the ratio of personal qualities, motivational orientation, and contributing and hindering factors. These elements are regarded as pivotal factors in ensuring mental health and socio-psychological maturity. The study involved 300 managers from the private and public sectors of the Republic of Armenia. The research contributes to the academic discourse by introducing novel correlations between scientific concepts of creativity, enriching the theoretical foundations of creativity and motivation, creativity and personal qualities, and creativity and its contributing and hindering factors. Findings suggest a high level of creativity among managers, characterized by fluency, flexibility, and originality. Notably, power and altruism emerge as significant motivational orientations within the manager's psychological profile. Moreover, modern managers do not perceive reward or competition as hindrances to creativity. Essential factors conducive to creativity include dominance, competition, reward, freedom of thought, and a willingness to take risks in decision-making. The proposed creativity research and development model holds promise for informing a scientific approach to the psychological selection and training of managers.

THE PROBLEM OF COMPETENCIES MODELING IN THE SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL CRISIS CONDITIONS

This article delves into a profoundly significant subject: competency modeling, now an imperative for maintaining high-quality professional standards in Armenia. The contemporary landscape, shaped by post-pandemic and post-war repercussions, alongside the prominence of online education, necessitates an exploration of new prerequisites for professional expertise. The article introduces a meticulously crafted three-level model (3/2) of professional psychosocial abilities, meticulously curated to guide the trajectory of professional development - from personal growth to a pinnacle of professionalism. This comprehensive model comprises upper, middle, and lower levels: the upper level encompasses general skills, the middle level intricately incorporates the specialist's activities, work orientation, and motivations, while the lower level intricately details the emotional and behavioral voluntary attributes of individuals. Through the nuanced reshaping of professional psychosocial competencies, the article culminates in the presentation of a three-level model tailored for several high-demand professions. This presentation is grounded in a foundation of theoretical studies, empirical research, expert insights, practical recommendations, and a thorough comparative analysis.

AN INVESTIGATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL FACTORS AFFECTING PERFORMANCE IN ADOLESCENT JUDOKAS

The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological and physiological factors affecting performance levels in adolescent judokas. The research was performed in the "Sport EMI" scientific-research center of Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport. Participants' performance levels were assessed based on their kyu rankings, a hierarchical ranking system in judo. The psychological assessment involved the completion of the Well-being, Activity, and Mood (WAM) test. The physiological assessment focused on heart rate variability (HRV) measurements, which were obtained using the Varikard 2.51 complex equipment. A total of 23 male teenage judokas, aged between 10 and 16 years, were randomly selected from a judo club to participate in this study. Participants demonstrated high levels of well-being, activity, and positive mood, indicating positive psychosocial outcomes associated with judo practice. Analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) revealed deviations in certain variables, suggesting potential irregularities in autonomic nervous system regulation. Specifically, the Index of Activity of Regulatory Systems (IRSA), low-frequency power (LF), and total power (TP) exceeded normal ranges, indicating increased tension and overall activity in the regulatory systems. In addition, one-way analysis showed significant main effects of age, training duration, and high-frequency power (HF) on the participants' performance level (Kyu). The findings suggest that psychological and physiological factors play significant roles in the performance levels of adolescent judokas. Coaches and practitioners should consider both aspects in optimizing training strategies for young athletes.

A STUDY OF SPATIAL ORIENTATION AND CONSTRUCTIVE PRAXIS DISORDERS IN NORMALLY DEVELOPING AND MENTALLY RETARDED CHILDREN AGED 8-11

Aim- to study spatial orientation and constructive praxis disorders in normally developed and mentally retarded children aged 8-11. The research was performed in the research laboratory of the Faculty of Special and Inclusive Education at the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan and Armenian state institute of physical culture and sport. A total of 131 children aged between 8 and 11 years participated in the study, including 73 healthy schoolchildren and 58 children with mild mental retardation. The results of the experimental study of task performance show that interesting data have been obtained which will serve as a basis for the development of necessary means, methods, and conditions for the development of elementary practical orientation in mentally retarded elementary school children. The analysis of the results of the study allows us to highlight the following important points: - Mentally retarded younger pupils lag behind their healthy peers in all the studied indicators. - 8-9-year-old have less developed practical spatial orientation skills than their older counterparts. The results of the conducted experimental research testify to insufficient development of elementary practical orientation and understanding of spatial relations of objects in mentally retarded elementary school children.

THE FEATURES OF EMOTIONAL PROFILE OF BULLYING PARTICIPANTS

The high dynamism of modern world changes, the amplitude, contradiction, and format of information provision, is a great load on the person's psychic, behavior, on its various manifestations. Adolescents are vulnerable to the effects of the above-mentioned changes, when aggressive and deviant behavior is already normal and regular into force those physiological, psychological, and social changes that occur during this period. One of the manifestations of deviant behavior, which has recently become very widespread, is bullying. The aim of this study was to identify the emotional profile and its behavioral manifestations as determinants of bullying among teenagers. The study used survey and testing methods. In the blank the researched filled in their acronym, age, social status, marital status, number of children in the family, and more. Within the framework of the testing method, 3 tests were used: E. Norkina's "Bullying Structure" Questionnaire, K. Izard's "Scale of Differential Emotions", Bass-Perry's Method of Diagnosing Aggression. It is revealed that the victims are characterized by high level of direct aggressiveness, as well as passive and latent aggression. While the bullies are characterized by the high level of humor, positive self-sense, and curiosity. In adolescence, unequal bullying role distribution is recorded: bullies, defenders and victims are of a large group. The peculiarities of emotional profile of bullying participants are demonstrated, particularly negative emotions, latent aggression, negativeness, etc. are of great significance in the emotional profile of victims, while bullies and defenders are characterized by physical aggression, joy, curiosity, and positive self-feeling expression.

THE FUNCTIONAL AND STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF STUDENTS' PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING

The goal of investigation - the content and functional components of the psychological well-being of students have been studied. Questionnaire and testing methods were applied. The gender, the age, the profession, the university, the average annual income in the family, availability of the COVID-19 vaccination, and the degree of involvement in the IT sector were determined through the questionnaire. In the frames of the testing M. Rosenberg's "Trust Scale", K. Riff's "Psychological well-being scale", subjective well-being scale and A. Batrashev's "Job Satisfaction" tests were used. The obtained results underwent quantitative and qualitative analysis. 108 students from universities of different regions of the RA took part in the study. Statically significant positive relationships between the psychological well-being and job satisfaction and its components, trust, self-assessment of health, as well as subjective well-being and its components was revealed. Meanwhile, there have been no links between subjective well-being and trust, job satisfaction, as well as some components of psychological well-being. There are also no reliable links between psychological well-being and the degree of IT involvement, average annual income, as well as vaccination rates from COVID. One-way analysis showed that the formation of psychological well-being is significantly influenced by such variables as satisfaction of professional activity, life, professional achievements, relationships with management and health assessment. It was shown that the person's orientation to the discovery and improvement of one's own resources as necessary determinants of psychological well-being effect a person's trust, attitude towards life, and the level of subjective well-being.

PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL CORRELATES OF STUDENTS' WELL-BEING IN ARMENIA

This article focuses on develop the model of psychophysiological bases of well-being, for what Psychophysiological features of well-being of Armenian' student was investigated. For diagnosis of well-being was used the WHOQOL-1. The indicators of functional state were registered the indicators of heart rate variability. All student participated in anonymous research. The purpose of our study is to identify the relationship of students Psychological Wellbeing with physiological indicators as an indicator of physical health. The sample consisted of 140 voluntary respondents from different HEI (High Education Institute) from Armenia (45% female), aged 18-25 years (median age 22, 4), who participated in anonymous research. In the first stage, the students answered WHOQOL2. After the questions of the questionnaire Measuring Quality of Life, the functional indicators were registered in the laboratory "Sport Cab" of Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport. To identify the relationship between the indicators of functional state (physiological indicators) and the components of well-being of the students in the RA, a Pearson correlation analysis was performed. Psychological well-being was positively correlated with tension indicators and High Frequencies indicators. Negative correlations were found between almost all other indicators and psychological components of well-being. More interesting are those facts that no reliable links have been found between the "physiological indicators" of well-being and social relations. The obtained correlations between the studied indicators of psychological well-being and physiological indicators allow us to consider the indicators of the cardiovascular system not only as factors of physical health, but also as components of psychological well-being.
