Abstract
Penoscrotal elephantiasis (PSE) is defined as an increase, sometimes considerable, in the volume of the external genitalia, which will be responsible for an unsightly appearance, a sexological impact and a psychological harm. The cause may be primary or secondary to a parasitic disease (filarsiosis) or to intrinsic or extrinsic lymphatic obstruction. The diagnosis is essentially clinical, with penoscrotal involvement being the most frequent. The etiological research implies the realization of certain complementary examinations according to the circumstances. Surgical treatment ideally consists of excising the mass. followed by reconstruction using grafts or local flaps of healthy skin, which is an important way of restoring comfort to the patient. We report two cases of penoscrotal elephantiasis treated surgically with good functional and aesthetic results. We update, through our own experience, aspects of the diagnostic and therapeutic care of penoscrotal elephantiasis.

Abstract
After the first report of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ) in 2003, it has increased significantly since then. We report a very rare extensive case never seen before in our experience of bone exposure with necrosis reaching the mandibular inferior border. Although the treatment modalities are not yet established, most researchers have recommended conservative approaches. The surgery was to be as conservative as possible, with a resection of the mandibular range followed by reconstruction using titanium plate with space maintainer. The authors would like to share their approach, management, and awareness.

Abstract
Introduction: An amalgam tattoo is the most common form of exogenous oral pigmentation caused by the diffusion of dental amalgam into the soft tissue. Observation: Here we describe a case of diffuse pigmentation of amalgam on the hard palate. Discussion: Mucosal hyperpigmentation can occasionally be confused with melanotic lesions, thereby requiring a biopsy for differential diagnosis. Once the diagnosis of an amalgam tattoo has been established, the removal of the lesion is not necessary, except for aesthetic reasons.

Abstract
Introduction: The tongue flap is a surgical option to stop oroantral communication (OAC). Observation: An OAC secondary to a palatal cystic adenoid carcinoma was treated with a tongue flap. The intervention consisted of creating a pedicle flap to close the gap, which was then used to close the communication 3 weeks after the first procedure. Discussion: The tongue flap allows for the closure of the relatively large OAC, it has the advantage of being reliable and easy to perform; however, its main disadvantage is the need for two separate surgical interventions. Between the two procedures, the patient’s diet must be exclusively mixed.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Severe ptosis of more than 4mm with poor levator function of less than 4mm is treated via the frontalis muscle suspension technique using autogenous temporal fascia. TECHNICAL NOTE The surgery was performed under general anaesthesia. The eyelid crease was incised and the tarsus exposed. An incision centered on the mid-pupillary level was then made just above the eyebrow with exposure of the frontalis muscle. The temporal fascia strip was sutured to the tarsus at three points. Every free end of the strip was then slid through the adjacent forehead subcutaneous tunnel to emerge together through the medial forehead incision. The eyelid crease was re-formed by suturing the skin with the graft. DISCUSSION Frontalis suspension using autologous material is a harmless procedure, which does not alter the upper eyelid structures. It is an effective procedure in the long-term.

Abstract
Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a very rare malignant and aggressive tumor that can involve the maxillary sinus. We report the case of a 46 y/o male who presented a tumor of the right maxillary sinus with extension to the right nasal cavity. The diagnosis of sarcomatoid carcinoma was set by histology and immunohistochemistry. The patient received concomitant cisplatin based chemoradiotherapy with no response after 3 months of treatment. He died 6 months later. Through the present case and the review of literature we discuss all aspects of this entity: clinical presentation, differential diagnoses, pathology, treatment and prognosis.

Abstract
Hay-Wells syndrome is a rare form of ectodermal dysplasia. We report a case of a 5-year-old girl, the daughter of non-consanguineous parents. She had the characteristic of facial dysmorphia of Hay-Wells syndrome. Molecular analysis confirmed diagnosis. The patient had a cleft palate, which is considered one of cardinal signs of this syndrome. She underwent Veau-Wardill-Kilner palatoplasty with satisfactory results. Through this case report, we describe the maxillofacial manifestations of this syndrome with a literature review.
