Abstract
This study aims at examining the application and development of digital teaching materials in the field of epidemiology, encompassing both China and international contexts. The research involved conducting search on websites and literature databases to assess the status of digital teaching materials in epidemiology, nationally and internationally. At present, in China, digital teaching materials used in epidemiology are primarily presented in the form of printed books with added QR codes, providing teaching resources such as videos and exercises. However, issues with the level of interactivity have been identified. In foreign countries, with stronger emphasis placed on personalization, interactivity, and the use of rich media technologies in the digital teaching materials, epidemiologically. Enhanced digitization regarding materials and learning outcomes is achieved through features such as real-time notes, interactive animations, and quizzes. These approaches are considered worth considering for adoption. This study provides valuable insights for the digital transformation of epidemiology education.

Abstract
Marital concerns can trigger emotional stress, especially among long-term hospitalised individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, significantly affecting their treatment and recovery. Unfortunately, rehabilitation programs tend to overlook the marital needs of individuals with diagnosed schizophrenia. This research aimed to investigate the content related to marital concerns of Chinese individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia who were undergoing extended hospitalisation. Fifteen participants diagnosed with schizophrenia were recruited through purposive sampling for face-to-face semi-structured interviews. The gathered data were analysed using Colaizzi's method, revealing three themes: (1) manifestations of marriage-related concerns, (2) effects of marriage on disease progression, and (3) the need for support from family and the hospital. This study offers new insights into marital concerns among long-term schizophrenia inpatients and underscores the significance of screening and intervention for such concerns. Healthcare professionals and family members should extend support to patients to foster confidence within their marital relationships.

Abstract
This study aims to characterize and identify the chemical constituents in 11 parts of Forsythia suspensa by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight-mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) combined with a self-established chemical constituent database, including leaves, flowers, fruits, green F. suspensa, old F. suspensa, and seeds. The quality attributes and differences of different parts of F. suspensa were evaluated by principal component analysis, partial least square discriminant analysis, and other stoichiometric methods. A total of 79 compounds were identified, including 13 phenylethanol glycosides, 10 lignans, 12 flavonoids, 10 organic acids, 14 terpenoids, and 20 other types of compounds. Among them, 34 compounds were the main variables of difference between the different parts of F. suspensa, and the content of each component was relatively higher in the leaves and green F. suspensa. The LPS-induced inflammation model of RAW264.7 cells was applied to study the anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts of the different parts of F. suspensa and the main constituents. The results show that the extracts of green F. suspensa, flower, twig, and stem exhibited anti-inflammatory activity, and the constituents such as forsythoside A, phyllyrin, phillygenin, and(+)-pinoresinol-β-D-glucopyranoside could significantly inhibit anti-inflammatory activity released by NO. The chemical constituent in different parts of F. suspensa is analyzed comprehensively, and the anti-inflammatory activity is evaluated in this study, which provides a reference for the development and comprehensive utilization of F. suspensa resources.

Abstract
The mitochondrial (mt) genome sequence of insects possesses numerous evolutionary traits. To better understand the evolution of mt genomes within the family Miridae, the complete mt genome of the predatory Japanese plant bug Stethoconus japonicus Schumacher was sequenced before undertaking a comparative analysis of all reported plant bug mt genomes. The mt genome of S. japonicus is a closed-circular and double-stranded DNA molecule of 16,274 bp (GenBank: MK341530), which consists of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 2 rRNAs, 22 tRNAs and a putative control region (CR). Consistent with other plant bugs, the mt genome of S. japonicus is strongly AT-biased (73.49 %) with A-skewed (0.202) and C-skewed (-0.248). All 13 PCGs initiate translation using ATN codons and TAA served as complete stop codons for eight PCGs, which as incomplete stop codon "T-" for cox1, nad1, nad5-6 and "TA-" for cox2. Regarding other features, all 22 tRNAs could be folded into typical cloverleaf secondary structures. The control region is 1,717 bp and contains a long tandem repeat sequence of a 165 bp unit repeated six times. Similar sequence with variable number of tandemly repeated units from intra-genus CRs is a distinct characteristic of plant bug mt genomes. Phylogenetic relationships of 15 bugs were eventually analyzed based on Maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian inference (BI) methods using 17 mt genome sequences. In the phylogenetic trees, species from a same genus or subfamily are clustered into a branch with high supporting values.and the result suggest that Deraeocorinae is more closely related to Mirinae than Bryocorinae. Finally, this study revealed that mutation of tRNA anticodon is a useful phylogenetic marker that could be of significance for studies of evolutionary patterns.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the status of, differences in, and factors influencing quality of life (QoL) in patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Methods: From September 2021 to February 2023, a cross-sectional study of 140 patients with chronic GVHD was conducted at our center. Symptom burden was assessed by the Lee Symptomatology Scale (LSS), and QoL was assessed by the Medical Outcome Study 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) (version 1) and five-level EuroQoL five-dimensional questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L). Results: Data from 140 respondents, including 32 (22.9%) with mild chronic GVHD, 87 (62.1%) with moderate chronic GVHD, and 21 (15.0%) with severe chronic GVHD, were analyzed. Of the respondents, 61.4% were male, and the median transplantation age was 34 (15-68) years. The primary diagnoses were acute myeloid leukemia (50.0%), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (20.0%), and myelodysplastic syndrome (15.0%). The common chronic GVHD-affected organs included the skin in 74 patients (52.9%), the eyes in 57 patients (40.7%), and the liver in 50 patients (35.7%). Among the whole cohort, the eye (20.48±23.75), psychological (16.13±17.00), and oral (13.66±20.55) scores were highest in the LSS group. The physiological function (36.07±11.13), social function (36.10±10.68), and role-emotional functioning (38.36±11.88) scores were lowest in the SF-36 group. The EQ-5D index was 0.764. The total LSS scores for mild, moderate, and severe chronic GVHD were 6.51±6.15, 10.07±5.61, and 20.90±10.09, respectively. The SF-36 physical component scores (PCSs) were 43.12±6.38, 40.73±7.14, and 36.97±6.97, respectively, and the mental component scores (MCSs) were 43.00±8.47, 38.90±9.52, and 28.96±9.63, respectively. The EQ-5D values were 0.810±0.124, 0.762±0.179, and 0.702±0.198, respectively. The multivariate analysis showed that the overall symptom burden (β=-0.517), oral symptom burden (β=-0.456), National Institute of Health (NIH) criteria for the eyes (β=-0.376), and nutrition-related symptom burden (β=-0.211) were significantly negatively correlated with the PCS. The NIH score (β=-0.260) was negatively correlated with the MCS score. Oral symptom burden (β=-0.400), joint/fascia NIH criteria (β=-0.332), number of involved systems (β=-0.253), overall NIH criteria (β=-0.205), and number of immunosuppressants taken (β=-0.171) were significantly negatively correlated with the EQ-5D score (all P<0.05). Medium to strong correlations were found between the EQ-5D score and the SF-36 score (|r|=0.384-0.571, P<0.001). Conclusions: The QoL of patients with chronic GVHD is impaired, and the more severe the disease, the poorer the QoL. Overall symptom burden, severity of eyes, and oral symptom burden were the most important factors affecting QoL.

Abstract
The proton of alcohols as the sole hydrogen source in diboron-mediated nickel-catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of cyclic N-sulfonyl imines has been developed, providing the chiral cyclic sulfamidates in excellent enantioselectivities. The mechanistic investigations suggested that the proton of alcohols could be activated by tetrahydroxydiboron to form active nickel hydride species.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Insulinoma-associated protein 1 (INSM1) has been reported as a valuable marker for neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs). The aims of this study were to evaluate any change in INSM1 expression between primary and metastatic NENs in distinct locations, as well as the expression of INSM1 at different differentiation levels. Furthermore, we would also investigate the significance of INSM1 expression in non-neuroendocrine neoplasms (non-NENs). METHODS We collected 78 cases with primary NENs and 16 cases with metastatic NENs. An addition 7 cases of non-NENs with neuroendocrine (NE) differentiation and 84 cases of other non-NENs, respectively, were included as controls. RESULTS In our cohort, 82% of primary NENs and 88% of metastatic NENs expressed INSM1 with no difference between them. There was no difference in the expression of INSM1 in the lung and digestive system, and its staining pattern was independent of tumor differentiation or location. The proportion of INSM1 -positive in non-NENs with NE differentiation was significantly higher than that in other non-NENs. INSM1 sensitivity for primary NENs (82%) was comparable to Chromogranin A (82%), less than that of Synaptophysin (96%) and CD56 (94%); specificity was higher (96% vs 94%, 82%, and 89%, respectively). The sensitivity of INSM1 for well differentiated NENs was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated NENs (100% vs 79%). CONCLUSIONS INSM1 is a useful neuroendocrine marker in primary and metastatic NENs, helping to identify primary NENs with different degrees of differentiation. The expression of INSM1 was independent of tumor location. It should be with caution to interpret the expression of INSM1 in non-NENs that morphologically resemble NENs.

Abstract
Background Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly malignant tumor with limited treatment options, suboptimal efficacy, and poor prognosis, resulting in an economic burden to countries worldwide. TOP2A is a mammalian protein that plays a vital role in DNA replication. Previous studies have shown that upregulation of TOP2A expression is associated with tumorigenesis and progression in various cancers, but the exact mechanism of upregulation remains unclear. Methods We first conducted a pan-cancer analysis using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) databases to study the oncogenicity of TOP2A through the cBioPortal database. Next, using The Encyclopedia of RNA Interactomes (ENCORI) database, we identified microRNAs (miRNAs) that are associated with the downregulation of TOP2A and investigated potential long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) that may act as competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) by binding to candidate miRNAs. We then analyzed immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoints using the TIMER database. Finally, we performed a multivariate regression analysis using lncRNAs and clinical pathological characteristics, constructed a nomogram to predict the prognosis of HCC based on the analysis results, and evaluated its diagnostic efficiency. Results TOP2A was highly expressed in HCC and was associated with poor patient prognosis. TOP2A was subject to post-transcriptional regulation in HCC, with the ceRNA mechanism being a significant pathway. miR-139-5p was an important miRNA that suppressed the upregulation of TOP2A in HCC, and patients with low expression of miR-139-5p had worse overall survival (OS). After screening and analysis, three lncRNAs, AC078846.1, AC124798.1 and SNHG3, were found to inhibit the activity of miR-139-5p through the ceRNA mechanism, and patients with high expression of these three lncRNAs had worse prognosis. In addition, TOP2A was found to be closely related to tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TIICs) and immune checkpoints. A nomogram constructed using the three lncRNAs and selected clinicopathological features showed good predictive value for the prognosis of liver cancer. Conclusions The TOP2A-miR-139-5p-AC078846.1/AC124798.1/SNHG3 axis plays a significant role in the progression of HCC and leads to poor patient outcomes. Additionally, TOP2A influences the development of HCC by affecting TIICs and immune checkpoints. A nomogram constructed using the three lncRNAs and clinicopathological features has good clinical utility.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a nasopharyngeal carcinoma-specific big data platform based on electronic health records (EHRs) to provide data support for real-world study of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS A multidisciplinary expert team was established for this project. Based on industry standards and practical feasibility, the team designed the nasopharyngeal carcinoma data element standards including 14 modules and 640 fields. Data from patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who visited Southern Hospital after 1999 were extracted from 15 EHRs systems and were cleaned, structured, and standardized using information technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing. In addition, a series of measures such as quality control and data encryption were taken to ensure data quality and patient privacy. At the platform application level, 10 functional modules were designed according to the needs of nasopharyngeal carcinoma research. RESULTS As of 1 October 2022, the Big Data platform has included 11,617patients, of whom 8228 (70.83 %) were male and 3389 (29.17 %) were female, with a median age of 48 years (interquartile range, 40 years). The data in the platform were validated to have a high level of completeness and accuracy, especially for key variables such as social demographics, laboratory tests and vital signs. Currently, six projects involving risk factors, early diagnosis, treatment efficacy and prevention of treatment-related toxic reactions have been conducted on the platform. CONCLUSIONS We have established a high-quality NPC-specific big data platform by integrating heterogeneous data from multiple sources in the EHR. The platform provides an effective tool and strong data support for real-world studies of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which helps to improve research efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of research results. We expect to promote multicenter nasopharyngeal carcinoma data sharing in the future to facilitate the generation of high-quality real-world evidence in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This article may provide some reference value for other comprehensive hospitals to establish a big data platform for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of manual screening collaborated with the Artificial Intelligence TPS-Assisted Cytologic Screening System in urinary exfoliative cytology and its clinical values. Methods: A total of 3 033 urine exfoliated cytology samples were collected at the Henan People's Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China. Liquid-based thin-layer cytology was prepared. The slides were manually read under the microscope and digitally presented using a scanner. The intelligent identification and analysis were carried out using an artificial intelligence TPS assisted screening system. The Paris Report Classification System of Urinary Exfoliated Cytology 2022 was used as the evaluation standard. Atypical urothelial cells and even higher grade lesions were considered as positive when evaluating the recognition sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic accuracy of artificial intelligence-assisted screening systems and human-machine collaborative cytologic screening methods in urine exfoliative cytology. Among the collected cases, there were also 1 100 pathological tissue controls. Results: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the AI-assisted cytologic screening system were 77.18%, 90.79% and 69.49%; those of human-machine coordination method were 92.89%, 99.63% and 89.09%, respectively. Compared with the histopathological results, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of manual reading were 79.82%, 74.20% and 95.80%, respectively, while those of AI-assisted cytologic screening system were 93.45%, 93.73% and 92.66%, respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of human-machine coordination method were 95.36%, 95.21% and 95.80%, respectively. Both cytological and histological controls showed that human-machine coordination review method had higher diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity, and lower false negative rates. Conclusions: The artificial intelligence TPS assisted cytologic screening system has achieved acceptable accuracy in urine exfoliation cytologic screening. The combination of manual screening and artificial intelligence TPS assisted screening system can effectively improve the sensitivity and accuracy of cytologic screening and reduce the risk of misdiagnosis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Wide local excision (WLE) of the nail unit is widely used in treating in situ and minimally invasive malignant subungual tumours. After WLE, diverse reconstruction methods have been reported. However, the best repair method has yet to be determined. OBJECTIVE To compare the repair effects and postoperative morbidity of secondary intention healing (SIH), artificial dermis grafting combined with secondary intention healing (ADGSIH) and full-thickness skin grafting (FSG) after WLE of the nail unit. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 21 patients who underwent WLE of the nail unit. The re-epithelializing time, functional and cosmetic outcomes, postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction were assessed from the follow-up records. RESULTS The FSG group showed more rapid healing and better functional and cosmetic outcomes than the SIH and ADGSIH groups. The ADGSIH and FSG groups showed significant pain relief compared to the SIH group. No serious early and late postoperative complications were reported. The median follow-up period was 26 months, and no recurrence was observed. All patients were satisfied with the treatment. CONCLUSIONS FSG after the WLE of the nail unit is a therapeutic option with convenient application, significant pain relief, rapid recovery and satisfying functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Timely and systematic professional treatment is crucial in schizophrenia prognosis, but the global rate of mental health service, now, use or help-seeking behavior is low. METHODS In-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 participants with the diagnosis of schizophrenia between October to December 2021. The participants were purposively sampled from a psychiatric hospital's. Interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim into NVivo 12.0. RESULTS The findings were summarized under 3 themes and 12 subthemes: (1) capability (lack of knowledge due to insufficient mental health literacy or lack of insight, inability to access disease information due to a lack of mental health literacy, and symptoms-related barriers); (2) opportunity (lack of disease information sources, inability to balance work and study during prolonged hospitalization, accessibility and convenience of medical resources, and the acquisition and utilization of social support); and (3) motivation (awareness of the disease and professional treatment, negative experiences of disease episodes, past medical experience, confidence in tcuring the disease, and the fulfillment of daily life and self-worth). CONCLUSION The medical help-seeking behavior of people with the diagnosis of schizophrenia is the result of the interaction of many barriers and facilitators, and challenges persist today. Interventions can be implemented with the BCW framework and our results to precisely eliminate delays in the diagnosis and treatment of mental problems.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and perineal massage during late pregnancy on postpartum pelvic floor function in nulliparas. DESIGN Randomised controlled trial. SETTING The Peking University First Hospital, a teaching hospital in China. PARTICIPANTS Two-hundred nulliparas were included. INTERVENTIONS Nulliparas were randomised into four groups in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. Group A, control; group B, perineal massage; group C, pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT); group D, perineal massage and PFMT. The intervention group received the corresponding intervention from 34 weeks of gestation until delivery. MEASUREMENTS Changes in pelvic floor function from 34 weeks of gestation to 6 weeks postpartum were assessed using pelvic floor electromyography (EMG), pelvic organ prolapse quantitation (POP-Q), and pelvic floor distress inventory-20 (PFDI-20). RESULTS Those with PFMT (groups C and D) had a smaller decline in pelvic floor EMG of fibre II than those without PFMT (groups A and B) [- 0.2 (- 7.1, 11.3) µV vs 6.1 (- 0.2, 15.2) µV, P = 0.040]. The same scenario was observed in the pelvic floor EMG of fibre I. The Aa point measurement differences of those with PFMT (groups C and D) were smaller than those without PFMT (groups A and B) [0.0 (0.0, 2.0) cm vs 1.0 (0.0, 3.0) cm, P = 0.006]. The same result was observed for point Ba. No difference was observed in EMG and POP-Q in nulliparas with (groups B and D) or without perineal massage (groups A and C). No differences were observed in PFDI-20 scores. KEY CONCLUSIONS PFMT during late pregnancy enhanced pelvic floor EMG, while perineal massage alone or PFMT combined with perineal massage did not. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE PFMT in late pregnancy enhances pelvic floor function.

Abstract
Three lanthanide(III)-based metal-organic frameworks, formulated as [(CH3)2NH2]2[Ln6(μ3-OH)8(EBTC)3(H2O)6]·4H2O·2DMF (Ln = Eu (1), Tb (2) and Ce (3)), were synthesized using a rigid tetracarboxylate organic ligand (1,1'-ethynebenzene-3,3',5,5'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4EBTC). Complexes 1-3 possess 12-connected hexanuclear [Ln6(μ3-OH)8(OOC-)12(H2O)6] clusters with the ftw topology, which were stable in water and acid/alkaline aqueous solution. Due to the antenna effect, complexes 1 and 2 presented double fluorescence emission peaks, which are the characteristic emission peaks of Ln3+ ions and the ligand H4EBTC, respectively. The doped bimetallic EuxTb1--x-MOFs were obtained by tuning the Eu(III)/Tb(III) ratio during the reaction, which exhibited a colour change from red, orange, and yellow to green. Furthermore, complexes 1, 2 and Eu2Tb8-MOF as ratiometric fluorescence sensors exhibited excellent sensing ability for vitamin B6 (VB6) in phosphate buffer solution (pH = 7.35) and real samples with high selectivity and reusability. The low detection limit (LOD) values were calculated to be 1.03 μM for complex 1, 0.25 μM for complex 2 and 0.11 μM for Eu2Tb8-MOF in aqueous solution. Finally, a visual film based on Ln-MOF@SA was prepared to detect VB6 with high reusability.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) was demonstrated to be superior to conventional IVF in reducing the incidence of miscarriage and abnormal offspring after the first embryo transfer (ET). PGT-A requires several embryo trophectoderm cells, but its negative impacts on embryo development and long-term influence on the health conditions of conceived children have always been a concern. As an alternative, noninvasive PGT-A (niPGT-A) approaches using spent blastocyst culture medium (SBCM) achieved comparable accuracy with PGT-A in several pilot studies. The main objective of this study is to determine whether noninvasive embryo viability testing (niEVT) results in better clinical outcomes than conventional IVF after the first embryo transfer. Furthermore, we further investigated whether niEVT results in higher the live birth rate between women with advanced maternal age (AMA, > 35 years old) and young women or among patients for whom different fertilization protocols are adopted. METHODS This study will be a double-blind, multicenter, randomized controlled trial (RCT) studying patients of different ages (20-43 years) undergoing different fertilization protocols (in vitro fertilization [IVF] or intracytoplasmic sperm injection [ICSI]). We will enroll 1140 patients at eight reproductive medical centers over 24 months. Eligible patients should have at least two good-quality blastocysts (better than grade 4 CB). The primary outcome will be the live birth rate of the first embryo transfer (ET). Secondary outcomes will include the clinical pregnancy rate, ongoing pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, cumulative live birth rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, and time to pregnancy. DISCUSSION In this study, patients who undergo noninvasive embryo viability testing (niEVT) will be compared to women treated by conventional IVF. We will determine the effects on the pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, and live birth rate and adverse events. We will also investigate whether there is any difference in clinical outcomes among patients with different ages and fertilization protocols (IVF/ICSI). This trial will provide clinical evidence of the effect of noninvasive embryo viability testing on the clinical outcomes of the first embryo transfer. Abstract
BACKGROUND Patients with schizophrenia in rural areas of China face severe delays in getting appropriate treatment due to poverty, transportation, and limited availability of mental healthcare services. However, the experiences of care-seeking among patients with delayed diagnosis and treatment in rural areas remain poorly understood, and it remains unclear how these experiences influence patients' medical mistrust or expectations of care. This study aims to fill that void. METHODS We applied a qualitative phenomenological method. Patients were recruited through purposive sampling at a psychiatric hospital in Harbin, China. Semi-structured, one-to-one interviews were conducted, guided by an interview outline. Thematic analysis was performed using Colaizzi's seven-step method. RESULTS Data saturation was achieved after interviewing 13 participants aged 21 to 53 years. Three themes with eight subthemes were identified: (i) Barriers to seeking care, (ii) Feelings for psychiatric treatment, and (iii) Demand for mental healthcare. Several factors that may impede the timely diagnosis and treatment were identified, including patients, physicians, and institutions. The participants described their feelings of adverse treatment experiences, as well as expectations arising from this process. It predominantly covers awareness of the disease, supportive access to care, and geographic accessibility of services. CONCLUSION Patients with delayed diagnosis and treatment in rural areas often have negative experiences and various needs for mental health services in the pursuit of effective treatments. Policymakers and health planners should seriously consider the current challenges in rural mental healthcare to develop comprehensive strategies for improving prehospital delays and medical experience for this group of patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Macropinocytosis is a pathway utilized for the internalization of extracellular fluid, albumin and dissolved molecules. Assessing macropinocytosis has been challenging in the past because the combination of manual acquisition and visual evaluation of images is laborious, making this type of assessment difficult for high-throughput applications. Therefore, there is a need to develop sensitive and specific macropinocytosis evaluation methods. METHODS This paper proposed a quantitative and time-saving method for macropinocytosis detection based on high-content analysis (HCA). Additionally, cell proliferation was evaluated using CCK8 test. RESULTS The term "macropinosome index" was defined to estimate macropinocytosis and allow comparisons between different cell lines and treatments. Furthermore, we demonstrated that macropinocytosis can promote glioblastoma (GBM) cell survival under L-glutamine (L-Gln)-deficient conditions that resemble the tumour microenvironment. CONCLUSIONS HCA represents a novel, nonsubjective and high-throughput assay for macropinocytosis assessment. In addition, L-Gln deprivation increased the macropinosome index in GBM cells, suggesting that this process may be used to design GBM therapies. Abstract
The nonlinear interaction between the double tearing mode (DTM) and Kelvin-Helmholtz (KH) instabilities with different shear flow profiles has been numerically investigated via the use of a compressible magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) model. We focus on KH instabilities in weak and reversed magnetic shear plasmas with strong stabilizing effect of field line bending. Results show that KH instabilities coupled with DTMs occur in these plasmas and the KH mode dominates the instability dynamics, suggesting the crucial role of weak magnetic shear in the formation of high-mode harmonics. For symmetric flows, an asymmetric forced magnetic reconnection configuration is maintained during the growth phase, leading to interlocking of the modes. Additionally, this investigation of the DTM-KH instability interaction contributes to our understanding of the nonlinear reconnection mechanism in the regime of weak and reversed magnetic shear plasmas, which is relevant for astrophysical and fusion studies.

Abstract
Objective: intrahepatic portocaval shunt (TIPS) in the treatment of hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (HSOS). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 27 patients with HSOS who were treated with TIPS in our center from July 2018 to July 2020. The changes of portal vein pressure (PVP), portal vein pressure gradient (PPG) and liver function were observed, so as to evaluate the efficacy. Paired t test was adopted to evaluate the quantitative parameters, while χ (2) test was used to analyze qualitative parameters, with P < 0.05 as statistical difference. Results: PVP decreased from (4.41 ± 0.18) kPa before shunt to (2.69 ± 0.11) kPa after shunt (t = 82.41, P < 0.001), PPG decreased from (3.23 ± 0.18) kPa before shunt to (1.46 ± 0.23) kPa after shunt (t = 32.41, P < 0.001). The liver function improved significantly after operation. After 24 months of follow-up, 3 patients developed stent restenosis and recanalized after balloon dilation. Three patients developed hepatic encephalopathy, which was improved after drug treatment. One patient underwent liver transplantation due to liver failure. Conclusion: TIPS is effective in the treatment of HSOS in the short and medium term, and can provide time for liver transplantation patients to wait for liver source.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The goal of this research was to review the literature from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the impacts of moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) as well as provide credible evidence to guide clinical practice. METHODS Three English electronic medical databases (PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library) and two Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang) were searched. Only randomized controlled trials on the effect of moxibustion on CRF were included in this systematic review. Study selection, data extraction, and validation were all carried out independently by two reviewers. The revised Cochrane Risk of Bias tool was used to assess the quality of the RCTs (RoB 2.0). The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system was applied to assess effect sizes in individual RCTs and pooled effect sizes in meta-analyses. Data were meta-analyzed using Stata (version 14.0). RESULTS In a random-effects meta-analysis of 24 RCTs with 1894 participants, the aggregated standardized mean difference (SMD) revealed a statistically significant association between moxibustion and alleviation from cancer-related fatigue (SMD = - 1.66, 95% CI = - 2.05, - 1.28, p = 0.000). Pooled results, however, show significant heterogeneity (I2 = 92.5%), and the evidence is insufficient to determine whether this association varies systematically by measuring tools and moxibustion modalities. Furthermore, evidence ranging from very low to low showed that moxibustion had an immediate positive effect on patients with CRF. CONCLUSION Moxibustion may have a therapeutic effect on cancer-related fatigue. However, further large-scale, multicenter, high-quality RCTs on moxibustion for fatigue relief and safety are still needed because of the handful of studies included and the low methodological quality.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the risk factors for airway mucus hypersecretion in childhood pneumonia infected by different pathogens. Method: A retrospective cohort included 968 children who were hospitalized for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia, adenovirus pneumonia and underwent bronchoscopy in Respiratory Department of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 was conducted. The children were divided into two groups distinguished by airway mucus secretion according to the airway mucus hypersecretion score which were scored according to the mucus secretion under the bronchoscope. The demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics, laboratory tests and disease severity of the two groups were compared. And the risk factors for the development of airway mucus hypersecretion in two groups were analyzed. Chi square test, Mann-Whithey U test and Fisher exact test were used to analyze the differences between the two groups, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Result: There were 559 males and 409 females in the 968 children, with an age of 4.0 (1.4, 6.0) years. Among the 642 children with MPP, 185 cases were in the hypersecretion group and 457 cases were in the non-hypersecretion group. There were 41 cases in the hypersecretion group and 160 cases in the non-hypersecretion group of 201 children with RSV pneumonia. In the 125 children with adenovirus pneumonia, there were 39 cases in the hypersecretion group and 86 cases in the non-hypersecretion group. In these children, the age of children in the hypersecretion group was older than that in the non-hypersecretion group (6.0 (4.0, 7.0) vs. 5.0 (3.0, 7.0) years old, 1.5 (0.5, 3.6) vs. 0.8 (0.4, 1.6) years old, 2.0 (1.2, 4.5) vs. 1.3 (0.8, 2.0) years old, U=35 295.00, 2 492.00, 1 101.00, all P<0.05). Through multivariate Logistic regression analysis it found that increased risk of airway mucus hypersecretion was present in childhood MPP with increase in peripheral blood white blood cell count (OR=3.30, 95%CI 1.51-7.93, P=0.004) or increase in neutrophil ratio (OR=2.24, 95%CI 1.16-4.33, P=0.016) or decrease in lymphocyte count (OR=3.22, 95%CI 1.66-6.31, P<0.001) or decrease in serum albumin (OR=2.00, 95%CI 1.01-3.98, P=0.047). The risk of airway mucus hypersecretion was increased in children with RSV pneumonia combined with elevated peripheral blood eosinophils (OR=3.04, 95%CI 1.02-8.93, P=0.043). Meanwhile, airway mucus hypersecretion was associated with severe pneumonia (OR=2.46, 95%CI 1.03-6.15, P=0.047) in children with RSV pneumonia. Older age was associated with increased risk of airway mucus hypersecretion in children with adenovirus pneumonia (OR=1.02, 95%CI 1.00-1.04, P=0.026). In these children with occurrence of pulmonary rales, wheezes or sputum sounds (OR=3.65, 95%CI 1.22-12.64, P=0.028) had an increased risk of airway mucus hypersecretion. Neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) demonstrated higher ratio in hypersecretion group from children with MPP (0.65 (0.43, 0.81) vs. 0.59 (0.34, 0.76), U=24 507.00, P<0.01), while the proportion of macrophages in BALF was lower (0.10 (0.05, 0.20) vs. 0.12 (0.06, 0.24), U=33 043.00, P<0.05). Nucleated cell count and neutrophil ratio in BALF were higher in hypersecretion group of children with RSV pneumonia (1 210 (442, 2 100)×106 vs. 490 (210, 1 510)×106/L, 0.43 (0.26, 0.62) vs. 0.30 (0.13, 0.52), U=2 043.00, 2 064.00, all P<0.05). Conclusions: The increase in peripheral blood white blood cell count, neutrophil ratio and decrease in lymphocyte count, serum albumin in children with MPP is related to the development of airway mucus hypersecretion. In children with RSV pneumonia, the abnormal increase of eosinophils in peripheral blood has relationship with hypersecretion. The appearance of lung rale, wheezing, and sputum rale are associated with airway mucus hypersecretion in children with adenovirus pneumonia. In addition, local neutrophil infiltration in the respiratory tract is closely related to the occurrence of airway mucus hypersecretion caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae and RSV infection.

Abstract
As modified ligands with a wide range of sources, abundant functional groups, and good biocompatibility, polymers have been widely used in the development of silica-based chromatographic stationary phases. In this study, a poly(styrene-acrylic acid) copolymer-modified silica stationary phase (SiO2@P(St-b-AA)) was prepared via one-pot free-radical polymerization. In this stationary phase, styrene and acrylic acid were used as functional repeating units for polymerization and vinyltrimethoxylsilane (VTMS) was used as a silane coupling agent to link the copolymer and silica. Various characterization methods, such as Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), N2 adsorption-desorption analysis, and Zeta potential analysis, confirmed the successful preparation of the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase, which had a well-maintained uniform spherical and mesoporous structure. The retention mechanisms and separation performance of the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase in multiple separation modes were then evaluated. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic analytes as well as ionic compounds were selected as probes for different separation modes, and changes in the retention of the analytes under various chromatographic conditions, including different methanol or acetonitrile contents and buffer pH values, were investigated. In reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) mode, the retention factors of alkyl benzenes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on the stationary phase decreased with increasing methanol content in the mobile phase. This finding could be attributed to the hydrophobic and π-π interactions between the benzene ring and analytes. The retention changes of alkyl benzenes and PAHs revealed that the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase, similar to the C18 stationary phase, exhibited a typical reversed-phase retention behavior. In hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) mode, as the acetonitrile content increased, the retention factors of hydrophilic analytes gradually increased, and a typical hydrophilic interaction retention mechanism was inferred. In addition to hydrophilic interaction, the stationary phase also demonstrated hydrogen-bonding and electrostatic interactions with the analytes. Compared with the C18 and Amide stationary phases prepared by our groups, the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase exhibited excellent separation performance for the model analytes in the RPLC and HILIC modes. Owing to the presence of charged carboxylic acid groups in the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase, exploring its retention mechanism in ionic exchange chromatography (IEC) mode is of great importance. The effect of the mobile phase pH on the retention time of organic bases and acids was further studied to explore the electrostatic interaction between the stationary phase and charged analytes. The results revealed that the stationary phase has weak cation exchange ability toward organic bases and electrostatically repels organic acids. Moreover, the retention of organic bases and acids on the stationary phase was influenced by the analyte structure and mobile phase. Thus, the SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase could provide multiple interactions, as demonstrated by the separation modes described above. The SiO2@P(St-b-AA) stationary phase showed excellent performance and reproducibility in the separation of mixed samples with different polar components, indicating that it has promising application potential in mixed-mode liquid chromatography. Further investigation of the proposed method confirmed its repeatability and stability. In summary, this study not only described a novel stationary phase that could be used in RPLC, HILIC, and IEC modes but also presented a facile "one-pot" preparation approach that could provide a new route for the development of novel polymer-modified silica stationary phases.

Abstract
In this study, we comprehensively charted the cellular landscape of colorectal cancer (CRC) and well-matched liver metastatic CRC using single-cell and spatial transcriptome RNA sequencing. We generated 41,892 CD45- nonimmune cells and 196,473 CD45+ immune cells from 27 samples of six CRC patients, and found that CD8_CXCL13 and CD4_CXCL13 subsets increased significantly in liver metastatic samples that exhibited high proliferation ability and tumor-activating characterization, contributing to better prognosis of patients. Distinct fibroblast profiles were observed in primary and liver metastatic tumors. F3+ fibroblasts enriched in primary tumors contributed to worse overall survival by expressing protumor factors. However, MCAM+ fibroblasts enriched in liver metastatic tumors might promote generation of CD8_CXCL13 cells through Notch signaling. In summary, we extensively analyzed the transcriptional differences of cell atlas between primary and liver metastatic tumors of CRC by single-cell and spatial transcriptome RNA sequencing, providing different dimensions of the development of liver metastasis in CRC.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to comprehensively evaluate perianal fistulas and their related complications using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). METHODS We enrolled 115 eligible patients who underwent preoperative perianal MRI. Primary fistulas, internal and external openings, and related complications were evaluated using MRI. All fistulas were classified according to Park's classification, Standard Practice Task Force classification, St. James's grade, and the position of the internal opening. RESULTS In total, 169 primary fistulas were detected in 115 patients; 73 (63.5%) patients had a single primary tract and 42 (36.5%) patients had multiple primary tracts, and 198 internal and 129 external openings were identified. Based on Park's classification, 150 (88.7%) primary fistulas were classified into the following types: intersphincteric (82, 54.7%), trans-sphincteric (58, 38.6%), suprasphincteric (8, 5.3%), extrasphincteric (1, 0.7%), and diffuse intersphincteric with trans-sphincteric (1, 0.7%) types. Based on St. James's grade, 149 fistulas were classified into grade 1 (52, 34.9%), grade 2 (30, 20.1%), grade 3 (20, 13.4%), grade 4 (38, 25.5%), and grade 5 (9, 6.1%). We detected 92 (54.4%) simple and 77 (45.6%) complex perianal fistulas and 72 (42.6%) high and 97 (57.4%) low perianal fistulas. Furthermore, we detected 32 secondary tracts in 23 (20.0%) patients and 87 abscesses in 60 (52.2%) patients. Levator ani muscle involvement and extensive soft tissue edema were detected in 12 (10.4%) and 24 (20.9%) patients, respectively. CONCLUSION MRI is a valuable and comprehensive tool that can not only be used to determine the general condition of perianal fistulas but also to classify them and identify related complications.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of the implantable ventricular assist system EVAHEART I in clinical use. Methods: Fifteen consecutive patients with end-stage heart failure who received left ventricular assist device therapy in Fuwai Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were enrolled in this study, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Cardiac function, liver and kidney function, New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification, 6-minute walk distance and quality of life were evaluated before implantation and at 1, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months after device implantation. Drive cable infection, hemolysis, cerebrovascular events, mechanical failure, abnormally high-power consumption and abnormal pump flow were recorded during follow up. Results: All 15 patients were male, mean average age was (43.0±7.5) years, including 11 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, 2 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy, and 2 cases of valvular heart disease. All patients were hemodynamically stable on more than one intravenous vasoactive drugs, and 3 patients were supported by preoperative intra aortic balloon pump (IABP). Compared with before device implantation, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) was significantly decreased ((80.93±6.69) mm vs. (63.73±6.31) mm, P<0.05), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), total bilirubin and creatinine were also significantly decreased ((3 544.85±1 723.77) ng/L vs. (770.80±406.39) ng/L; (21.28±10.51) μmol/L vs. (17.39±7.68) μmol/L; (95.82±34.88) μmol/L vs. (77.32±43.81) μmol/L; P<0.05) at 1 week after device implantation. All patients in this group were in NYHA class Ⅳ before implantation, and 9 patients could recover to NYHA class Ⅲ, 3 to class Ⅱ, and 3 to class Ⅰ at 1 month after operation. All patients recovered to class Ⅰ-Ⅱ at 6 months after operation. The 6-minute walk distance, total quality of life and visual analogue scale were significantly increased and improved at 1 month after implantation compared with those before operation (P<0.05). All patients were implanted with EVAHEART I at speeds between 1 700-1 950 rpm, flow rates between 3.2-4.5 L/min, power consumption of 3-9 W. The 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year survival rates were 100%, 87%, and 80%, respectively. Three patients died of multiple organ failure at 412, 610, and 872 d after surgery, respectively. During long-term device carrying, 3 patients developed drive cable infection on 170, 220, and 475 d after surgery, respectively, and were cured by dressing change. One patient underwent heart transplantation at 155 d after surgery due to bacteremia. Three patients developed transient ischemic attack and 1 patient developed hemorrhagic stroke events, all cured without sequelae. Conclusion: EVAHEART I implantable left heart assist system can effectively treat critically ill patients with end-stage heart failure, can be carried for long-term life and significantly improve the survival rate, with clear clinical efficacy.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to explore the impact on hospital-family integrated continuation care based on information technology on the negative emotions, family function, and sexual function of patients after cervical cancer surgery. The clinical case data onto 114 postoperative cervical cancer patients who were nursing in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used routine nursing care, and on this basis, the observation group used information technology as the basis for hospital-family integrated continuation care, and we observed and compared the differences in the 2 groups of patients bad mood, family function, and sexual function. The score of anxiety (P = .017), depression (P = .009), fatigue rating (P = .012), and anger (P < .001) in the observation group after care were significantly lower than those in the control group. Problem solving, role, emotional response, emotional involvement, and family function total score in the observation group after care was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < .05). Sexual desire score, sexual arousal score, vaginal lubrication score, orgasm score, sexual satisfaction score, dyspareunia score, and Female Sexual Function Inventory total scores in the observation and control groups after care were significantly higher than those before care (P < .05). The sexual function scores in the observation group after care was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < .05). The hospital-family integrated continuation care based on information technology is more effective than conventional nursing care for patients after cervical cancer surgery.

Abstract
In order to address the global crisis in pear productivity, there has been increased attention given to advocating for the use of organic fertilizers. As part of this effort, researchers have been investigating the microbial properties of organic fertilizers to better understand their potential impact on fruit productivity. Our research focused specifically on the impact of four different ratios of sheep manure (SM) and chemical fertilizers (CF) on pear productivity. We found that replacing CF with SM resulted in a proliferation of gammaproteobacteria, Chlamydiae, Bastocatellia and Clostridia in the soil rhizosphere, which is the region around the roots of plants where most nutrient uptake occurs. Using redundancy analysis, we were able to determine that SM was particularly effective at promoting the growth of gammaproteobacteria and clostridia, which were associated with C:N ratios around 14:1 as well as the availability of K, Fe, Zn and Cu. This combination of factors was conducive to a transition from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, resulting in an increase in pear production from 43 to 56 tons per hectare. We also discovered that Blastociella acts as a buffering system in regulating soil acidity. Taken together, our findings indicate that a combination of SM and CF can improve the abundance of beneficial bacteria in the rhizosphere, leading to an increase in pear productivity.

Abstract
The evolutions of MHD instability behaviors and enhancement of both electrostatic and electromagnetic turbulence towards the plasma disruption have been clearly observed in the HL-2A plasmas. Two types of plasma disruptive discharges have been investigated for similar equilibrium parameters: one with a distinct stage of a small central temperature collapse ([Formula: see text] 5-10%) around 1 millisecond before the thermal quench (TQ), while the other without. For both types, the TQ phase is preceded by a rotating 2/1 tearing mode, and it is the development of the cold bubble from the inner region of the 2/1 island O-point along with its inward convection that causes the massive energy loss. In addition, the micro-scale turbulence, including magnetic fluctuations and density fluctuations, increases before the small collapse, and more significantly towards the TQ. Also, temperature fluctuations measured by electron cyclotron emission imaging enhances dramatically at the reconnection site and expand into the island when approaching the small collapse and TQ, and the expansion is more significant close to the TQ. The observed turbulence enhancement near the X-point cannot be fully interpreted by the linear stability analysis by GENE. Evidences suggest that nonlinear effects, such as the reduction of local [Formula: see text] shear and turbulence spreading, may play an important role in governing turbulence enhancement and expansion. These results imply that the turbulence and its interaction with the island facilitate the stochasticity of the magnetic flux and formation of the cold bubble, and hence, the plasma disruption.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Sexual health is one of the main areas of health and basic human rights which has been paid less attention in schizophrenia. Most studies have focused on sexual dysfunction rather than the sexual needs of people with schizophrenia. This study explores the sexual needs of people with schizophrenia and identify factors hindering sexual activities. METHODS We carried out a qualitative study using a descriptive phenomenological approach. Data were collected at a psychiatric hospital in China. In total, 20 patients with schizophrenia were recruited through purposive sampling. Face to face semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with them. Interview recordings were transcribed by the research team, and transcripts were analyzed by two independent coders with Colaizzi's descriptive analysis framework by using NVivo 11 software. The consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research checklist was used for reporting. RESULTS The data analysis revealed 10 subthemes categorized into 3 macro themes: (1) multiple barriers hinder sexual activity; (2) significance of sex; and (3) conditions for fulfilling sexual needs. CONCLUSION A poor sexual quality of life may be found in patients with schizophrenia. Furthermore, people with schizophrenia did not lose interest in maintaining an active sex life. Mental health services should address this issue in three areas: sexual knowledge, sexual space, and sexual objects.

Abstract
Ischemic postconditioning (IPost) represents short periods of nonlethal ischemia-reperfusion performed at the onset of reperfusion. Studies have shown that IPost involves various biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and pyroptosis and can activate complex signaling pathways. CCL12 is a critical mediator in the inflammatory process after tissue injury. In the present study, we examined the potential actions of CCL12-mediated signaling pathways in cardioprotection after IPost using a cardiomyocyte model. By applying the bioinformatics analysis, we found that CCL12 was upregulated in the rat heart tissues after I/R injury, and the expression level of CCL12 was restored in rats with IPost. The in vitro studies showed that CCL12 and CCR2 expression levels were upregulated in the hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)-induced H9C2 cells, which was attenuated in the H/R + hypoxia post-conditioning (PostC) group. The functional assays showed that H/R treatment reduced cell viability, increased cell apoptosis, and promoted fibrosis and pyroptosis of H9C2 cells, which was attenuated in the H/R + PostC group. Overexpression of CCL12 impaired the protective action of hypoxia post-conditioning in the H9C2 cells. Further mechanistic studies showed that miR-144-5p could directly target the 3' untranslated region of CCL12. Overexpression of miR-144-5p markedly repressed the expression levels of CCL12 and CCR2 in H9C2 cells, while miR-144-5p inhibition had the opposite effects. Furthermore, the inhibition of miR-144-5p reduced the cell viability, increased cell apoptosis, and enhanced fibrosis and pyroptosis of H9C2 cells after H/R or H/R + PostC treatment. In conclusion, CCL12 was downregulated in cardiomyocytes following ischemic postconditioning, and CCL12 overexpression impaired the cardioprotective actions of ischemic postconditioning by reducing cell viability, enhancing cell apoptosis, fibrosis, and pyroptosis. Further mechanistic evidence revealed that CCL12 was a direct target of miR-144-5p, and miR-144-5p/CCL12/CCR2 signaling may represent a critical pathway in mediating the cardioprotective effects of ischemic postconditioning.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the long-term safety,effectiveness,predictability and stability of ICL V4c implantation for moderate to high myopia. Methods: In this retrospective case series study, 95 eyes from 50 patients with moderate to severe myopia who were treated in 2015 underwent central hole type posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL V4c) implantation at Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University. The patients were followed up for a period of five years, during which we assessed various parameters including uncorrected visual acuity (UDVA), corrected visual acuity (CDVA), refractive error, axial length, intraocular pressure, endothelial cell density (ECD), vault, and complications. We used the paired t-test and repeated measures one-way ANOVA in SPSS statistical software to analyze the data. Results: The mean spherical equivalent refraction (SE) decreased significantly from (-12.16±3.04) D preoperatively to (-0.19±0.55) D at one month and (-1.14±0.84) D at five years postoperatively. The safety indices (postoperative CDVA/preoperative CDVA) were 1.24±0.27 and 1.13±0.27, respectively, and the efficacy indices (postoperative UDVA/preoperative CDVA) were 1.14±0.25 and 0.87±0.26 at one month and five years postoperatively. At one month after surgery, 80.00% of the eyes were within ±0.50 D of the expected correction, and 96.84% were within ±1.00 D. There was no significant difference in IOP between preoperative and postoperative measurements. The rate of ECD was 3.87%, and the vault decreased by 106.32 μm at five years postoperatively. Conclusion: ICL V4c implantation is safe and effective with good predictability and stability for long term.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the safety and feasibility of gasless submental approach endoscopic removal of thyroglossal cyst. Methods: This work prospectively included the clinical data of 13 patients who underwent the gasless submental approach endoscopic removal of thyroglossal cyst at the Department of Otolaryngology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from August 2021 to February 2022. The operative time, bleeding volumes, postoperative complications, subjective pain levels, satisfaction with incisional scars, neck and facial deformities, and recurrences were prospectively evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS) score. Results: All of 13 patients were successfully treated using this new technique. The patients had a median age of 38 years, ranging from 24 to 59 years, comprising of 3 males and 10 females. The length of the submental incision was about 3 cm and the median of operation time was 135 minutes. Postoperative complications were minimal. The median volume of blood loss was 10 ml. Surgical site swelling existed in 1 case and dysphagia for more than 1 week occurred in 2 cases. Patients were discharged from the hospital with a median of 3 days after surgery. On a VAS of 0-10 scores, the pain had a median of 2 on the first day after surgery, and the satisfaction with incision scars and neck and facial deformities showed a median of 8 at 6 months after surgery. There were no recurrences during the follow-up period of 9-15 months. Conclusion: Gasless submental approach endoscopic removal of thyroglossal cyst may be a reliable new surgical method that is safe and has cosmetic advantages.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Acute intermittent porphyria (AIP) is a rare autosomal dominant porphyrin metabolic disease caused by a mutation in the hydroxymethylbilane synthase(HMBS) gene. This study aimed to explore the clinical manifestations of a patient with AIP, to identify a novel HMBS gene mutation in the proband and some of her family members, and to confirm the pathogenicity of the variant.
CASE SUMMARY A 22-year-old Chinese woman developed severe abdominal pain, lumbago, sinus tachycardia, epileptic seizure, hypertension, and weakness in lower limbs in March, 2018. Biochemical examinations indicated hypohepatia and hyponatremia. Her last menstrual period was 45 d prior to admission, and she was unaware of the pregnancy, which was confirmed by a pregnancy test after admission. Sunlight exposure of her urine sample for 1 h turned it from yellow to wine red. Urinary porphyrin test result was positive. Based on these clinical manifestations, AIP was diagnosed. After increasing her daily glucose intake (250–300 g/d), abdominal pain was partially relieved. Three days after hospitalization, spontaneous vaginal bleeding occurred, which was confirmed as spontaneous abortion; thereafter, her clinical symptoms completely resolved. Genetic testing revealed a novel heterozygous splicing variant of the HMBS gene in exon 10 (c.648_651+1delCCAGG) in the proband and four other family members. The pathogenicity of the variant was verified through bioinformatic methods and a minigene assay.
CONCLUSION We identified a novel HMBS gene mutation in a Chinese patient with AIP and confirmed its pathogenicity.

Abstract
The nail apparatus is the largest and most complex skin appendage. Defects in this unit can result in significant functional insufficiency and cosmetic disfigurement. Common nail deformities include split nail, short nail, onycholysis, nail malalignment, hooked nail, and absent nail. Currently, surgical repair is the primary treatment for such deformities. Based on the etiological and anatomical classifications, one or more appropriate operations can be selected to repair nail unit deformities. These include autologous fat grafting, longitudinal cicatrectomy, Z-plasties, nail bed elongation, split-thickness sterile matrix grafting, volar V-Y advanced flap reconstruction, sterile matrix particle grafting, germinal matrix flaps, and germinal matrix grafting. This review discusses the fundamental classification of nail unit deformities, common reconstructive surgical techniques, and their features.

Abstract
RhB@ZrT-1-OH composite was constructed by introduction of Rhodamine B (RhB) into the cages of zirconium-based metal-organic cage that had two fluorescence emission peaks at 466 and 612 nm upon excitation at 327 nm. The dual-emission fluorescence sensor exhibits ultra-high sensitive detection for malachite green (MG) and glycine (Gly) in phosphate buffer solution (pH = 6.86). RhB@ZrT-1-OH as a ratiometric fluorescence probe was applied to detect MG with a low LOD of 0.2879 μM and presented obvious fluorescence visual changes from orange to purple to blue under 254 nm UV-vis lamp. Moreover, RhB@ZrT-1-OH also can be utilized as a "turn-on" fluorescence sensor to recognize Gly with a low LOD of 0.3747 μM and exhibits fluorescence color changes from orange to pink to purple. Notably, the corresponding test papers for sensing MG and Gly were designed for recognize the concentration of MG and Gly. Furthermore, the dual-emission fluorescence sensor can be used to detect MG and Gly in fish and human serum with high sensitivity and reliable. The possible detecting mechanisms of RhB@ZrT-1-OH for sensing MG and Gly were detailedly explored.

Abstract
Temporal lobe epilepsy, with a variety of etiological, symptomatic, electrophysiological characteristics, has the highest incidence among all focal epilepsy, and a high rate of progression to refractory epilepsy. Surgery is an effective treatment, but traditional methods are usually difficult to accurately locate the epileptogenic zone, which may be resolved by stereotactic-electroencephalogram(SEEG) technique. Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and MRI-guided laser interstitial thermal therapy based on SEEG provide a new accurate and minimally invasive choice for refractory epilepsy patients with high surgical risk and difficulty.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Reproductive concerns significantly affect the mental health of people, causing more serious psychological stress than disease. The reproductive concerns faced by women with schizophrenia are issues that have been neglected in the areas of psychiatry and women's health. OBJECTIVES To explore the experience of reproductive concerns through the perspective of women with schizophrenia. DESIGN Descriptive phenomenology interview study. SETTING Data collection was carried out in a psychiatric hospital in China. PARTICIPANTS 15 women with schizophrenia were recruited with a prospective sampling. All participants were 26-40 years old. METHODS The interview recordings were transcribed by the research team, and transcripts were analyzed by two independent coders with Colaizzi's descriptive analysis framework. The process employed NVivo 12 software. RESULTS Data analysis identified 9 subthemes falling into the 4 macrothemes: (a) Potential risks of reproduction; (b) The difficulties in raising children; (c) Significance of reproduction; (d) Multiparty cooperation is needed to relieve reproductive concerns. CONCLUSION Women with schizophrenia have reproductive concerns under the conflict between the significance of reproduction and obstacles. Interventions to address the reproductive problems of women with schizophrenia should be developed in three areas: the women themselves, the women's spouses and the medical staff.

Abstract
Moths of the family Limacodidae are major pests that damage tea trees, fruit trees, and forests. The complete mitochondrial genome of Iragoides fasciata (Lepidoptera: Limacodidae) was sequenced. The genome was found to be 15,645 bp in size (GenBank accession no. MK250437), including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), two ribosomal RNA genes (rRNAs), 22 transfer RNA genes (tRNAs), and a 431 bp A + T-rich region. Nucleotide composition showed a total A + T content of 82.03% with significant AT-bias. All PCGs were found to start with ATN codons and use the canonical stop codons TAA or incomplete T, except for cox1, which was found to utilize CGA as a start codon. Phylogenetic relationships were based on the 13 PCGs with 24 moths, showing that I. fasciata is more closely related to other slug moths in the family Limacodidae.

Abstract
Calciphylaxis is a rare disease with severe pain and high-mortality due to cutaneous ischemic necrosis and infection that currently lacks proved effective therapies. The occurrence of calciphylaxis in end stage kidney disease (ESKD) patients is known as calcific uremic arteriolopathy (CUA), which is characterized histologically by dermal microvessel calcification, intimal fibroplasia and microthrombosis. Here we innovatively treated a severe CUA patient with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs). A 34-year-old uremic woman was presented with progressive, painful malodorous ulcers in buttocks and mummified lower limbs. Skin pathological features supported the diagnosis of calciphylaxis. The patient was refractory to conventional multidisciplinary symptomatic therapies. With the approval of our hospital ethics committee, she was treated with hAMSCs including intravenous and local intramuscular injection, and external application of hAMSC culture supernatant to the wound area. During 15-month follow-up, the patient had regeneration of skin and soft tissues, with improved blood biochemical, inflammatory, mineral and bone metabolic indices and immunoregulation effects. After 15-month hAMSC treatment, the score of pain visual analog scale (VAS) decreased from 10 to 0, Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool (BWAT) score decreased from 65 to 13, and wound-quality of life (Wound-QoL) questionnaire score decreased from 68 to 0. We propose that hAMSC treatment is promising for CUA patients. The therapy is potentially involved in the multiple beneficial effects of inhibiting vascular calcification, stimulating angiogenesis and myogenesis, modulating adverse inflammatory and immunologic responses, promoting re-epithelialization and restoring skin integrity.

Abstract
A palladium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of unprotected 3-substituted indoles was developed, providing a series of 3-substituted indolines in excellent yields with ≤94.4:5.6 er. The large sterically hindered bisphosphine ligand played a crucial role in the enantioselective control. In addition, the gram-scale hydrogenation experiment and product derivatizations were performed successfully.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To investigate the diagnostic value of dermoscopy in defining the tumor margin of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) for the appropriate surgical margin. PATIENTS AND METHODS A total of 107 BCC patients were enrolled for this study. The tumor boundaries were observed by naked eye and dermoscope respectively, and 5mm outward was used as surgical margin according to the dermoscopy-defined margin. Pathological examinations were performed at 2mm intervals in the direction previously marked and the effect was assessed accordingly RESULTS: There were still 16.8% of patients whose visual margin was insufficient to the dermoscopy-detected margin. With 2mm excision margin from the dermoscopy-guided tumor margin, excision range in 12 patients (11.2%) proved to be inadequate, but only 18 surgical margins (4.2 %) in the whole 428 excision margin specimens proved to be tumor-positive. While with 4mm margin, residual lesion was observed in 2 (0.5%) of 107 BCC patients, and positive margin was found in 2 (0.3%) of 428 margin specimen. There has been no recurrence in our study so far. CONCLUSIONS Dermoscopy is superior to visual inspection for defining BCC tumor margin. Under preoperative dermoscopy detection, a 4 mm excision margin of BCC can achieve a radical resection rate of 98.1%, and 92.3% for a 2mm excision margin of pigmented BCC. Abstract
In recent years, with the acceleration of population aging in China, the frequent occurrence of chronic diseases, and the increase in the number of sub-health groups, people began to seek ways to maintain health in line with the laws of nature. Healthy China has become a national strategy, and the Big Health industry has ushered in a golden period of development. In this context, the concept of medicine and food homology and edible medicinal substances which have guided Chinese people to pursue health since ancient times have ushered in significant and favorable development opportunities, and the industrial scale has gradually expanded. The development and utilization of edible medicinal plants have also become an important research direction. In the industrialization process of modern health care and edible medicinal products, a large number of drug residues are often abandoned due to ineffective utilization, resulting in a huge waste of resources and increasing the pressure on the ecological environment. Under the guidance of the homology theory of medicine and food, based on the recycling strategy of Chinese medicine resources, this paper analyzed the inherent common characteristics such as physical and chemical properties and biological activity of Chinese medicine residues of edible medicinal plants and put forward some suitable resource utilization strategies and suggestions in combination with the current situation of resource development and utilization of Chinese medicine residues of edible medicinal plants, in order to promote the high-value development and utilization of medicinal and edible resources, and extend the industrial chain of edible medicinal resources, thereby empowering Big Health industry and facilitating Healthy China.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Apolipoprotein E (APOE) loci, including rs429358 (Ɛ4) and rs7412 (Ɛ2), are involved in cardiovascular (CV) health. However, their effect on the CV-protective effect of aspirin remains unknown. METHODS A total of 515 aspirin-treated individuals with existing CV diseases were recruited, and their APOE genotypes, platelet functions and other routine laboratory parameters were assessed when they enrolled. The first major CV events (myocardial infarction, stroke, revascularisation and CV death) and all CV events (major CV events plus unstable angina and transient ischaemic attack) during a mean 5.2-year follow-up period were recorded. RESULTS After adjusting for age, gender, BMI, lifestyle, lipid profiles and other CV drugs and comorbidities, Ɛ2 carriers were found to exhibit ~80% lower risk of major CV and 60% lower risk of all CV (HR = 0.186, CI: 0.048-0.715, P = 0.014; HR = 0.435, CI: 0.234-0.812, P = 0.009, respectively) than Ɛ2 noncarriers. Furthermore, high incidence of high platelet reactivity assessed by arachidonic acid-induced light transmission aggregometry (23.4 vs. 13.7%, P = 0.038), triglyceride and haemoglobin and low low-density lipoprotein were observed. Ɛ4 carriers had slightly increased cholesterol and hypercholesterolemia incidence relative to Ɛ4 noncarriers. CONCLUSIONS Our results demonstrated that APOE*Ɛ2 carriers can derive additional CV benefit from long-term aspirin treatment. Moreover, it was observed that APOE2 interacts with cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and upregulates its activity. The CV-protective effect of aspirin in Ɛ2 carriers is likely attributed to APOE2 upregulating vascular COX-1-mediated CV protective pathway, together with aspirin partially inhibiting platelet COX-1-mediated platelet aggregation.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the changes of the microstructure and vascular density in the superficial retinal layer of buried optic disc drusen (ODD) patients. Methods: Retrospective case-control study. A total of 36 ODD eyes (20 patients) and 26 normal control eyes were recruited in Beijing Union Medical College Hospital from January 2018 to July 2020. Measurement of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure, slit lamp, fundus examination and visual field examination were performed. The images and data of spectral domain-optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) were analyzed and summarized. The differences of nasal retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL), ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness and macular superficial vascular density (VD) between ODD patients and normal controls were compared by independent sample t-test or Mann Whitney U test (the right eye was selected in bilateral ODD patients). Results: The 20 ODD patients and 26 normal controls were all female. There was no significant difference in age between the two groups (P>0.05). The BCVA and visual field examination was normal in all ODD patients. The SD-OCT examination showed an oval low signal shadow under the nasal outer nuclear layer of the optic disc, or local accumulation like a medium signal shadow with a clear boundary, and a high signal capsule in ODD patients. The RNFL in the upper nasal side of the ODD group was significantly different from the normal control group [(102.6±19.1) μm vs. (119.0±13.8) μm; t=-2.81; P<0.01]. Compared with normal control group [101.0 (100.0, 102.0) μm], the average GCC thickness in the ODD group [97.0 (89.3, 99.8) μm] was significantly different (U=48.50; P<0.01). The OCTA en-face scan showed that the vascular network in the macular area of the affected eyes was sparser than that of the control eyes. There was significant difference in superficial macular VD beteeen the ODD group (48.5%±2.8%) and the control group (51.0%±2.3%) (t=-2.63; P<0.05). Conclusions: There is thinning in the RNFL upper nasal side and GCC layer of the macular region in buried ODD patients, and the superficial VD of the macular region in buried ODD patients is lower than that in the normal controls.

Abstract
Aging is becoming a severe social phenomenon globally, and the improvements in health care and increased health awareness among the elderly have led to a dramatic increase in the number of surgical procedures. Because of the degenerative changes in the brain structure and function in the elderly, the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) is much higher in elderly patients than in young people following anesthesia/surgery. PND is attracting more and more attention, though the exact mechanisms remain unknown. A growing body of evidence has shown that the gut microbiota is likely involved. Recent studies have indicated that the gut microbiota may affect postoperative cognitive function via the gut-brain axis. Nonetheless, understanding of the mechanistic associations between the gut microbiota and the brain during PND progression remains very limited. In this review, we begin by providing an overview of the latest progress concerning the gut-brain axis and PND, and then we summarize the influence of perioperative factors on the gut microbiota. Next, we review the literature on the relationship between gut microbiota and PND and discuss how gut microbiota affects cognitive function during the perioperative period. Finally, we explore effective early interventions for PND to provide new ideas for related clinical research.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of siRNA targeting inhibition of α-enolase (ENO1) combined with paclitaxel on the proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma SK-HEP-1 cell and its mechanism. Methods: siRNA-ENO1 (siRNA-ENO1 group) and siRNA-negative control (siRNA-NC group) were transfected into SK-HEP-1 cells in vitro, the untransfected SK-HEP-1 cells were used as the control group, and the transfection effect was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction and western blotting. After SK-HEP-1 cells were treated with 0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 40 μg/L paclitaxel for 48 hours, the cell survival rate was measured by 3-(4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2H tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method and the semi inhibitory concentration of paclitaxel was calculated. SK-HEP-1 cells transfected with siRNA-ENO1 or siRNA-NC were treated with 10 μg/L paclitaxel as paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group and paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group. The proliferation, clonogenesis, invasion and apoptosis of siRNA-NC group, siRNA-ENO1 group, paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group and paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group were detected by MTT, clonogenesis, Transwell chamber and flow cytometry respectively. The expression levels of the phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (p-PI3K), p-protein kinase B (Akt) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and B lymphocytoma-2 gene (Bcl-2) were detected by western blotting. Results: Compared with the control group (1.00±0.00 and 0.69±0.04, respectively), the expression levels of ENO1 mRNA and protein (0.25±0.03 and 0.23±0.02, respectively) in siRNA-ENO1 group decreased significantly (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the expression levels of ENO1 mRNA and protein in siRNA-NC group (P>0.05). Compared without treatment group [(100.00±0.00)%, P<0.05], the survival rates of SK-HEP-1 cells treated with 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 40 μg/L paclitaxel [(88.65±6.46)%, (72.36±6.08)%, (60.48±4.23)%, (38.52±3.56)% and (20.75±2.32)%, respectively] decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the semi inhibitory concentration of paclitaxel was 13.26 μg/L. The cell survival rate and clone formation rate of siRNA-ENO1 group [(68.86±5.12)% and (18.12±2.25)%, respectively] were lower than those of siRNA-NC group [(100.00±0.00)% and (29.65±3.06)%, respectively, P<0.05]. The cell survival rate and clone formation rate of the paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group [(43.28±2.64)% and (8.72±0.52)%, respectively] were significantly different from those of the paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group [(61.75±5.06)% and (13.48±2.16)%, respectively, P<0.05] and siRNA-ENO1 groups [(68.86±5.12)% and (18.12±2.25)%, respectively, P<0.05]. Cell invasion number in paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group (23.64±2.12) was lower than that in siRNA-ENO1 group and paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group (42.16±2.75 and 37.35±2.42, respectively, P<0.05). The apoptosis rates of paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group and siRNA-ENO1 group [(17.49±1.35)% and (15.29±1.50)%, respectively] were higher than that of siRNA-NC group [(7.21±0.70)%, P<0.05]. The apoptosis rate in the paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group [(24.59±2.40)%] was higher than those in the paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group and siRNA-ENO1 group [(17.49±1.35)% and (15.29±1.50)%, respectively, P<0.05]. The expression levels of ENO1, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway related proteins including p-PI3K and p-Akt and the expression levels of PCNA, MMP-9 and Bcl-2 in siRNA-ENO1 group and paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group were lower than those in siRNA-NC group (P<0.05). The expression levels of ENO1, p-PI3K, p-Akt, PCNA, MMP-9 and Bcl-2 in paclitaxel+ siRNA-ENO1 group were lower than those in siRNA-ENO1 group or paclitaxel+ siRNA-NC group (P<0.05). Conclusion: siRNA targeting inhibition of ENO1 expression can enhance the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel on proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of SK-HEP-1 cells, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
