Abstract
INTRODUCTION Diabetes is a worldwide chronic disease. The incidence rate of this disease is high, and it is a common disease in clinics. At present, the incidence rate of diabetes patients is increasing year by year due to the increasing work pressure, the accelerated pace of life, the change of diet, the reduction of labor, and the acceleration of aging. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION The computer retrieves four databases to obtain random controlled trials on the influence of resistance exercise and aerobic exercise on type 2 diabetes. After a rigorous literature quality evaluation, data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS Ten studies were ultimately included in this meta-analysis. 10 studies reported the HbA1c of the test group and the control group, which was no significant statistical significance (SMD: -0.01; 95% CI: -0.20,0.19; P=0.959) than the control group, HOMA-IR (SMD: 0.02; 95% CI: -0.65,0.69; P=0.954), SBP (SMD: 3.92; 95% CI: -0.92,8.75; P=0.112), DBP (SMD: 0.67; 95% CI: -3.66,5.01; P=0.761), HDL (SMD: -0.08; 95% CI: -2.79,2.64; P=0.955), TG (SMD: -7.51; 95% CI: -21.25,6.22; P=0.284) and TC (SMD: 9.10; 95% CI: -13.43,31.62; P=0.428). CONCLUSIONS The results of this study suggest that both resistance exercise and aerobic exercise may be effective on patients with type 2 diabetes, as evidenced by HbA1c, HOMA-IR, SBP, DBP, HDL, TG and TC. There is no significant difference in their impact on type 2 diabetes patients, and the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.

Abstract
Coordination cages with a well-defined nanocavity are a class of promising supramolecular materials for molecular recognition and sensing. However, their applications in sequential sensing of multiple types of pollutants are highly desirable yet extremely limiting and challenging. Herein, we demonstrate a convenient strategy to develop a supramolecular fluorescence sensor for sequentially detecting environmental pollutants of aluminum ions and nitrofurantoin. A coordination cage (Ni-NTB), adopting an octahedral structure with triphenylamine chromophores occupying on the faces, is weakly emissive in solution due to the intramolecular rotations of the phenyl rings. Ni-NTB exhibits sensitive and selective fluorescence "off-on-off" processes during consecutive sensing of Al3+ and nitrofurantoin, an antibacterial drug. These sequential detection processes are highly interference-tolerant and visually observable with the naked eye. Mechanism studies reveal that the fluorescence switch is controllable by tuning the degree of intramolecular rotations of the phenyl rings and the pathway of intermolecular charge transfer, which is associated with the host-guest interaction. Moreover, the fabrication of Ni-NTB on test strips enabled a quick naked-eye sequential sensing of Al3+ and nitrofurantoin in seconds. Hence, this novel supramolecular fluorescence "off-on-off" sensing platform provides a new approach to developing supramolecular functional materials for monitoring environmental pollution.

Abstract
The application of a coordination container in biomedicine is hindered by single binding domains and unsatisfactory biostability and biocompatibility. Herein, we designed a sulfonylcalix[4]arene-based decahexanuclear zinc(II) coordination container employing a flexible tetracarboxylate ligand as a linker and utilized it as a novel drug delivery system. The coordination container consisting of one endo and four exo cavities provides multiple binding domains for efficient encapsulation of drug molecules as clearly revealed by systematic host-guest studies using NMR techniques of 1H NMR titration experiments and 2D NOESY and diffusion-ordered NMR spectroscopy studies. Incorporation of a flexible p-phenylene-bis(methanamino) spacer into the container via the carboxylate linker allowed a stepwise drug loading process through sequential binding at endo and exo cavities, as well as enabling pH-responsive stepwise drug release. The drug-loaded coordination container not only exhibits excellent biostability and biocompatibility but also provides encouraging therapeutic efficiency toward inflammatory macrophages as revealed by in vitro studies. The novel strategy for engineering the endo cavity of a coordination container provides a new approach to achieving controlled drug delivery and opens up new opportunities for designing novel functional supramolecular materials.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of hematopoietic cytokines IL-11 on invasion and metastasis abilities of anaplastic thyroid cacinoma(ATC) cells. Methods: Real-time PCR was performed for examining the IL-11 mRNA expression in thyroid carcinoma cell lines, and IL-11 protein expression in the supernament of thyroid carcinoma cell lines was detected by ELISA. Molecular cloning was employed to construct IL-11 stable knockdown cell line; MTT assay was used to analyze the effect of IL-11 on the proliferation of ATC cells; Transwell and wound healing assays were employed to analyze the abilities of migration and invasion in ATC cells. Western blotting was used to detect the relative pathway proteins. SPSS statistical package 19.0 was used to analyze the date, and Student's t test was used for multiple comparisons. Results: The protein level of IL-11 were significantly lower in knock-down cell lines than that in negative control cell lines(21.55±1.69, 16.18±0.85, 26.37±2.00 vs 54.54±3.99, all P<0.05). Colony formation assays reveal that colony number between knock-down cells and negative control cells has no significance(P>0.05). Meanwhile, MTT assays show that there is no significance between knock-down cell lines and negative control cell line(P>0.05). However, Transwell invasion and migration assays show that number of migrated cells is increased when ATC cells were treated with rhIL-11(0-100 ng/ml)at increasing concentrations. Conclusion: IL-11 improves the migratory and invasive abilities of ATC cells via inducing EMT of ATC cells, and it can be used as a potential target for ATC molecular targeted therapy.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Concentrated growth factors (CGF), a new generation of platelet concentrate products, appears to have more abundant growth factors because of its special centrifugation process. However, there are few studies supporting this. This study was designed to evaluate the effect of CGFs in the treatment of II° furcations of mandibular molars. METHODS In the present study, thirty-one II° furcation involvements in twenty mandiblular molars were included and randomly divided into two groups. The furcation involvements in the experimental group were treated with bone graft therapy combined with CGFs, and the furcation involvements in the control group were treated with bone graft therapy alone. The clinical examination and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) were performed at baseline and 1 year post-surgery for the two groups. The changes of clinical and CBCT data at baseline and 1 year post-surgery were compared between the experimental group and the control group. RESULTS At baseline, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the probing depth (PD), vertical clinical attachment loss (CAL-V) and horizontal clinical attachment loss (CAL-H): PD (7.36±2.32) mm (the experimental group) vs. (7.53±2.06) mm (the control group); CAL-V (8.69±1.65) mm (the experimental group) vs. (8.81±1.53) mm (the control group); CAL-H (5.24±2.01) mm (the experimental group) vs. (5.35±2.14) mm (the control group). At the end of 1 year post-surgery, the clinical parameters of both groups were significantly improved (P<0.001). For the experimental group, the average vertical attachment gain was (2.78±1.66) mm, and the vertical attachment loss was improved significantly compared with the baseline (P<0.001); the average horizontal attachment gain was (2.10±1.89) mm, and the horizontal attachment loss were improved significantly compared with the baseline (P<0.001). Furthermore, the improvement degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). At baseline, there were no statistical differences in the vertical bone loss (BL-V) or horizontal bone loss (BL-H) between the two groups (P>0.05): BL-V (5.08±2.17) mm (the experimental group) vs. (5.84±2.65) mm (the control group); BL-H (5.85±2.13) mm (the experimental group) vs. (6.01±2.27) mm (the control group). At 1 year post-surgery, both groups showed significant radiographic bone gain at vertical and horizontal directions compared with baseline (P<0.001). For the experimental group, the average vertical radiographic bone gain was (2.20±1.98) mm, the horizontal radiographic bone gain was (2.51±2.18) mm, the vertical and horizontal radiographic bone loss were both significantly reduced compared with the baseline (P<0.001). For the control group, the average vertical radiographic bone gain was (1.89±2.15) mm, the horizontal radiographic bone gain was (1.30±2.47) mm, the vertical and horizontal radiographic bone losses were both significantly reduced compared with the baseline (P<0.001). And the experimental group showed significantly higher bone gain at vertical and horizontal directions compared with the control group (P<0.001). CONCLUSION Within the limitation of the present study, CGFs showed positive role in the treatment of II° furcation involvements of mandibular molars.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the accuracy of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in assessing furcation involvements of mandibular molars. METHODS In the study, 38 furcation involvements of 22 mandibular molars which would accept furcation surgery were included. Pre-surgical examination, CBCT and periapical radiograph were performed. Then, intra-surgical furcation assessments were compared with those data. RESULTS Intra-surgical findings confirmed 86.8% of the CBCT data, with a weighed kappa of 0.976. Of the four parameters tested of detailed root anatomy and furcation morphology, the vertical bone loss, the mesial-distal bone loss and the length of the root trunk revealed by CBCT were consistent with their respective intra-surgical values (P>0.05): about vertical bone loss, CBCT was (4.03±2.27) mm, but in surgery was (4.32±2.31) mm; about mesial-distal bone loss, CBCT was (2.05±0.89) mm, but in surgery was (2.07±0.97) mm; about length of the root trunk, CBCT was (2.35±0.88) mm, but in surgery was (2.24± 0.75) mm. The horizontal bone loss revealed by CBCT [(3.40±1.27) mm] was significantly smaller than that by surgery [(3.72±1.19) mm]. However, the mean difference was only 0.32 mm. Periapical radiograph could only obtain vertical bone loss [(2.17±1.32) mm] and mesial-distal bone loss [(1.46± 0.88) mm], which was significantly different from that obtained in surgery. CONCLUSION CBCT proved high accuracy in assessing the furcation involvement of mandibular molars.

Abstract
Chlorella pyrenoidosa was coimmobilized with activated sludge to produce algae-bacteria beads for sewage treatment. Hydrolysis/acidogenesis pretreatment could improve the symbiotic microenvironment of coimmobilized Chlorella pyrenoidosa and activated sludge, and as a result, promote the removal of nutrients (COD(cr), inorganic nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus) in the sewage. A photo-bioreactor combining hydrolysis/acidogenesis pretreatment and coimmobilized technique was designed to treat sewage continuously. The results show that, the removal efficiencies of COD(cr), NH4(+)-N and TP reached steady state after 4-days of experiment. The removal efficiencies of COD(cr), NH4(+)-N and TP were 59.6%, 59.0% and 60.3% respectively.

Abstract
Persons seriously wounded by rabid animals in China were administered postexposure rabies treatment with serum and vaccine. Some of these exposures were similar to those described in an attack by a rabid wolf in Iran in 1954, in which some persons developed rabies. Postexposure treatment consisted of the administration of primary hamster kidney cell rabies vaccine and purified equine antirabies serum. Persons with severe wounds from the bites of rabid animals survived without sequelae when the serum and vaccine were administered together within 3 days of the bite, and persons with superficial exposures survived after treatment with vaccine alone. Serum neutralizing antibodies were present 1 year after the patients had received a full course of treatment. Some persons with severe wounds who had not received antiserum and vaccine died of rabies.
