Abstract
The first measurement of the cross section for incoherent photonuclear production of J/ψ vector mesons as a function of the Mandelstam |t| variable is presented. The measurement was carried out with the ALICE detector at midrapidity, |y|<0.8, using ultraperipheral collisions of Pb nuclei at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. This rapidity interval corresponds to a Bjorken-x range (0.3-1.4)×10^{-3}. Cross sections are given in five |t| intervals in the range 0.04<|t|<1 GeV^{2} and compared to the predictions by different models. Models that ignore quantum fluctuations of the gluon density in the colliding hadron predict a |t| dependence of the cross section much steeper than in data. The inclusion of such fluctuations in the same models provides a better description of the data.

Abstract
The observation of WWγ production in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1} is presented. The observed (expected) significance is 5.6 (5.1) standard deviations. Events are selected by requiring exactly two leptons (one electron and one muon) of opposite charge, moderate missing transverse momentum, and a photon. The measured fiducial cross section for WWγ is 5.9±0.8(stat)±0.8(syst)±0.7(modeling) fb, in agreement with the next-to-leading order quantum chromodynamics prediction. The analysis is extended with a search for the associated production of the Higgs boson and a photon, which is generated by a coupling of the Higgs boson to light quarks. The result is used to constrain the Higgs boson couplings to light quarks.

Abstract
A search is reported for near-threshold structures in the J/ψJ/ψ invariant mass spectrum produced in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV from data collected by the CMS experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 135 fb^{-1}. Three structures are found, and a model with quantum interference among these structures provides a good description of the data. A new structure is observed with a local significance above 5 standard deviations at a mass of 6638_{-38}^{+43}(stat)_{-31}^{+16}(syst) MeV. Another structure with even higher significance is found at a mass of 6847_{-28}^{+44}(stat)_{-20}^{+48}(syst) MeV, which is consistent with the X(6900) resonance reported by the LHCb experiment and confirmed by the ATLAS experiment. Evidence for another new structure, with a local significance of 4.7 standard deviations, is found at a mass of 7134_{-25}^{+48}(stat)_{-15}^{+41}(syst) MeV. Results are also reported for a model without interference, which does not fit the data as well and shows mass shifts up to 150 MeV relative to the model with interference.

Abstract
The first search for scalar leptoquarks produced in τ-lepton-quark collisions is presented. It is based on a set of proton-proton collision data recorded with the CMS detector at the LHC at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1}. The reconstructed final state consists of a jet, significant missing transverse momentum, and a τ lepton reconstructed through its hadronic or leptonic decays. Limits are set on the product of the leptoquark production cross section and branching fraction and interpreted as exclusions in the plane of the leptoquark mass and the leptoquark-τ-quark coupling strength.

Abstract
A search for dark matter in events with a displaced nonresonant muon pair and missing transverse momentum is presented. The analysis is performed using an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1} of proton-proton (pp) collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV produced by the LHC in 2016-2018. No significant excess over the predicted backgrounds is observed. Upper limits are set on the product of the inelastic dark matter production cross section σ(pp→A^{'}→χ_{1}χ_{2}) and the decay branching fraction B(χ_{2}→χ_{1}μ^{+}μ^{-}), where A^{'} is a dark photon and χ_{1} and χ_{2} are states in the dark sector with near mass degeneracy. This is the first dedicated collider search for inelastic dark matter.

Abstract
Understanding the role of parton mass and Casimir color factors in the quantum chromodynamics parton shower represents an important step in characterizing the emission properties of heavy quarks. Recent experimental advances in jet substructure techniques have provided the opportunity to isolate and characterize gluon emissions from heavy quarks. In this Letter, the first direct experimental constraint on the charm-quark splitting function is presented, obtained via the measurement of the groomed shared momentum fraction of the first splitting in charm jets, tagged by a reconstructed D^{0} meson. The measurement is made in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, in the low jet transverse-momentum interval of 15≤p_{T}^{jet ch}<30 GeV/c where the emission properties are sensitive to parton mass effects. In addition, the opening angle of the first perturbative emission of the charm quark, as well as the number of perturbative emissions it undergoes, is reported. Comparisons to measurements of an inclusive-jet sample show a steeper splitting function for charm quarks compared with gluons and light quarks. Charm quarks also undergo fewer perturbative emissions in the parton shower, with a reduced probability of large-angle emissions.

Abstract
We present an observation of photon-photon production of τ lepton pairs in ultraperipheral lead-lead collisions. The measurement is based on a data sample with an integrated luminosity of 404 μb^{-1} collected by the CMS experiment at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. The γγ→τ^{+}τ^{-} process is observed for τ^{+}τ^{-} events with a muon and three charged hadrons in the final state. The measured fiducial cross section is σ(γγ→τ^{+}τ^{-})=4.8±0.6(stat)±0.5(syst) μb, where the second (third) term corresponds to the statistical (systematic) uncertainty in σ(γγ→τ^{+}τ^{-}) in agreement with leading-order QED predictions. Using σ(γγ→τ^{+}τ^{-}), we estimate a model-dependent value of the anomalous magnetic moment of the τ lepton of a_{τ}=0.001_{-0.089}^{+0.055}.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Increasingly complex target volumes and the use of modern irradiation techniques emphasize the importance of daily image guidance more than ever. Significant progress has been made in adjuvant breast cancer radiotherapy (RT) and the need for optimized image guidance is growing. Furthermore, the position of the breast during RT after breast-conserving surgery is highly variable than expected. In this context, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) is a very effective tool enabling prompt and accurate adaptive radiation therapy (ART). In this study, we aim to develop a deep learning (DL)-based algorithm to segment clinical target volume (CTV) from daily CBCT scans. Also, we validate the optimization of further learning when applying the Intentional Deep Overfit Learning (IDOL) framework. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of 240 different CBCT scans obtained from 100 breast cancer patients were used for this study. CTV was defined as whole breast plus margin in all patients. The workflow consists of two training stages: (1) training a novel 'generalized' DL model (Swin_UNETR) to identify and delineate breast CTV on CBCT scans using 90 breast cancer patient cases (2) applying an 'intentional overfitting' to the 'generalized' DL model to generate a 'patient-specific' model using the remaining 10 breast cancer patients. In this study, for the intentionally overfitting stage, we additionally trained with CBCT scans from the patient's 1st fraction to the 14th fractions cases. The results of the proposed method were compared quantitatively with the expert's contours on 1st-15th fractions CBCT scans using Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC). RESULTS The average DSC between the 'generalized' DL model-based breast CTV contours and reference contours for the patient's 15th fraction was 0.9672. When implementing the IDOL framework with the CBCT scan obtained during the patient's 1st treatment, the average DSC was improved to 0.9809. When additional CBCT scans taken during each of the 1st to 6th fractions were used for training, the average DSC could be most effectively raised to 0.9835. The p-value comparison between the 'generalized' DL model and the 1st fraction was found to be 3.62E-04, while the comparison with the 6th fractions resulted in a p-value of 8.36E-05. The average time required for IDOL training using one CBCT scan and six CBCT scans was 107 seconds and 127 seconds, respectively. CONCLUSION In this study, we developed a patient-specific DL-based training algorithm to segment CTV in CBCT scans for breast cancer patients. The performance improvement was relatively significant and was confirmed that using continual DL with additional CBCT scans, which are taken every day, can be more accurate and efficient than drawing breast CTV using a general model. Our novel patient-specific model can be effectively applied to various ARTs by not only reducing labor and time but also increasing accuracy.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Despite evidence supporting APBI from 8 published prospective randomized trials enrolling over 10,000 women, the uptake of APBI in clinical practice is surprisingly low. This is being exacerbated by a new, convenient, and safe shortened WBI schedule. Here, we report the dosimetric and early outcome analyses of the first >1000 patients treated at our institution since the first adoption of stereotactic APBI and the ultra-hypofractionated WBI regimen. MATERIALS/METHODS From 2016 to 2022, 801 women with breast cancers in the suitable or cautionary categories according to the ASTRO APBI consensus panel guidelines, received 30 Gy in 5 fractions (92%) either using a robotic stereotactic radiation system (83%) or stereotactic volumetric-based arc therapy (VMAT, 17%). Between 2020 and 2022, 468 women, who were not candidates for APBI and not undergoing any regional irradiation received 26 Gy in 5 fractions using VMAT to the whole breast with the addition of cardiac sparing technique in left-sided breast cancer patients. Tumor bed boosts were delivered in 99% of FF-WBI patients. We evaluated dose-volume histogram parameters for target volumes and organs-at-risk and radiation-related toxicities during RT or within 6 months after the end of RT. RESULTS Target volume coverage was acceptable in both groups, with mean 96% of the target volumes receiving 95% of the prescribed doses and 0 cm3 within target volumes exceeding 105% of the prescribed doses. S-APBI resulted in small, but statistically significant, reductions in the radiation dose delivered to the ipsilateral breast, contralateral breast, lungs, heart, and coronary artery compared with FF-WBI. Comparing WBI to APBI, the mean contralateral breast dose, ipsilateral lung V20 Gy, mean contralateral lung dose, and mean heart dose, were reduced by 89%, 78%, 73%, and 29%, respectively. With median follow-up periods of 32 months for s-APBI and 19 months for FF-WBI, acute toxicity was assessable in all patients. The risks of any grade acute toxicity were 21% for s-APBI and 25% for FF-WBI (p = .117). Among them, grade 2 rates were 1.3% in both groups and no severe toxicity has been reported. CONCLUSION We found s-APBI and VMAT-based FF WBI were associated with favorable dosimetric and acute toxicity profiles. However, considering significantly less irradiated volume in the breast, lungs, and heart, APBI with advanced available technique options should be considered over any WBI-based approach for patients at low risk for local recurrence.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) This study aimed to assess the ability of the number of positive lymph nodes (LNP) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) to stratify prognosis even within the same ypN stage in breast cancer patients. MATERIALS/METHODS A 6,443 non-metastatic breast cancer patients with ypN1 disease after NAC following primary surgery were identified using the stage, stage evaluation field, treatment fields from Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database. Survival analysis was performed for overall survival (OS) using Kaplan-Meier plot and Cox proportional hazard models. RESULTS Of patients, 1,132(17.6%) had 3 positive lymph nodes (LNP3), 4,363 (67.7%) patients were T1/2 stage and 538 (8.35%) patients were downstage after treatment. LNP3 group had a significantly worse OS than LNP1/2 group (5yr OS, 74.2% vs. 80.9%, p <0.001). Similar results were observed in cause specific survival analysis (5yr OS, 79.8% vs. 85.2%, p <0.001). In subgroup analysis, there was a significant difference in OS between LNP1/2 and LNP3 group for HER2 or triple negative subtype, (p <0.001), T1/2 stage (p <0.001) and stable/downstage of N stage (p <0.001 and 0.019, respectively), but not for luminal A/B subtype and T3/4 (p = 0.126, 0.629 and 0.154, respectively). Regarding the number of examined lymph node (LNE), OS was significantly decreased in patients with LNE ≤5 in LNP3 group (p <0.001) but not in LNP1/2 group. In multivariable analysis, the prognostic significance of LNP3 remained (p <0.001) and the following factors were significantly related to the prolonged OS; Luminal A/B (p<0.001 and 0.001, respectively), T1/2 stage (p <0.001), N1 stage (p <0.001), LNE (≤5 vs. >5, p = 0.001) and receipt of radiotherapy (p = 0.012). Even when PS matching was performed, the OS of LNP was worse than that of LNP1/2. CONCLUSION LNP could more stratify the patients with ypN1 breast cancer after NAC. LNP3 is significantly associated with OS even after adjusting for other prognosticators. In particular, since there is a potential difference in the magnitude of the impact of LNP3 according to LNE, it is necessary to consider both of them together for decision-making.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) This study aimed to suggest a photograph-based prediction system for acute radiation-induced dermatitis (RID), which can be applied to notify patients about the risk of the development of skin discomfort during radiotherapy. MATERIALS/METHODS The proposed system compared the spatial dose distribution with the RID region using the following methods. Skin photographs of patients were taken using an RGB-depth camera to acquire the shape information of RID. The skin surface data measured from the camera was registered with the shape of the external body contour using an iterative closest point algorithm. Spatial dose distribution of skin was extracted from the external body contour to a depth of 2 mm and projected onto the plane of the skin photograph using a transformation matrix for skin depth data. To compare the spatial distribution of skin dose with the shape of RID, the region of RID in patients' skin was delineated on photographs into three toxicity symptoms referring to the CTCAE criteria grade 1 (skin redness), grade 2 (dry desquamation), and grade 3 (moist desquamation). The degree of overlap between the shape of each RID and skin dose distribution was evaluated using the dice similarity coefficient (DSC). Threshold doses for predicting RID occurrence were estimated by skin isodose lines with the highest DSC. The developed system was validated using data from 19 patients who received volumetric modulated arc therapy for head-neck cancer at a single institution. RESULTS Threshold doses for RID grades 1, 2, and 3 were estimated using 18, 18, and 2 individual RID labels delineated on skin photographs, respectively. Isodose lines with the highest DSC for RID grades 1, 2, and 3 were calculated as 26.0 Gy, 36.5 Gy, and 54.0 Gy, respectively. A strong overlap (average DSC > 0.6) was observed between isodose skin lines and the shape of RID labels in all RID grades. CONCLUSION Assessing the spatial information of skin dose can be helpful in predicting acute RID. The region of RID shows a strong similarity with the skin dose distribution in head-neck patients. Visualization of skin dose on the patient photograph is potent to patient education for preparing the cosmetic discomfort during radiotherapy, which may lead to the improvement of the patient satisfaction in treatment.

Abstract
The dependence of the ratio between the B_{s}^{0} and B^{+} hadron production fractions, f_{s}/f_{u}, on the transverse momentum (p_{T}) and rapidity of the B mesons is studied using the decay channels B_{s}^{0}→J/ψϕ and B^{+}→J/ψK^{+}. The analysis uses a data sample of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, collected by the CMS experiment in 2018 and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 61.6 fb^{-1}. The f_{s}/f_{u} ratio is observed to depend on the B p_{T} and to be consistent with becoming asymptotically constant at large p_{T}. No rapidity dependence is observed. The ratio of the B^{0} to B^{+} meson production fractions, f_{d}/f_{u}, is also measured, for the first time in proton-proton collisions, using the B^{0}→J/ψK^{*0} decay channel. The result is found to be within 1 standard deviation of unity and independent of p_{T} and rapidity, as expected from isospin invariance.

The most precise measurements to date of the _{Λ}^{3}H lifetime τ and Λ separation energy B_{Λ} are obtained using the data sample of Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV collected by ALICE at the LHC. The _{Λ}^{3}H is reconstructed via its charged two-body mesonic decay channel (_{Λ}^{3}H→^{3}He+π^{-} and the charge-conjugate process). The measured values τ=[253±11(stat)±6(syst)] ps and B_{Λ}=[102±63(stat)±67(syst)] keV are compatible with predictions from effective field theories and confirm that the _{Λ}^{3}H structure is consistent with a weakly bound system.

Abstract
We present the first direct search for exotic Higgs boson decays H→AA, A→γγ in events with two photonlike objects. The hypothetical particle A is a low-mass spin-0 particle decaying promptly to a merged diphoton reconstructed as a single photonlike object. We analyze the data collected by the CMS experiment at sqrt[s]=13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 136 fb^{-1}. No excess above the estimated background is found. We set upper limits on the branching fraction B(H→AA→4γ) of (0.9-3.3)×10^{-3} at 95% confidence level for masses of A in the range 0.1-1.2 GeV.

Abstract
The first observation of the production of W^{±}W^{±} bosons from double parton scattering processes using same-sign electron-muon and dimuon events in proton-proton collisions is reported. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1} recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV using the CMS detector at the CERN LHC. Multivariate discriminants are used to distinguish the signal process from the main backgrounds. A binned maximum likelihood fit is performed to extract the signal cross section. The measured cross section for production of same-sign W bosons decaying leptonically is 80.7±11.2(stat) _{-8.6}^{+9.5}(syst)±12.1(model) fb, whereas the measured fiducial cross section is 6.28±0.81(stat)±0.69(syst)±0.37(model) fb. The observed significance of the signal is 6.2 standard deviations above the background-only hypothesis.

Abstract
A search for the rare η→μ^{+}μ^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} double-Dalitz decay is performed using a sample of proton-proton collisions, collected by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC with high-rate muon triggers during 2017 and 2018 and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 101 fb^{-1}. A signal having a statistical significance well in excess of 5 standard deviations is observed. Using the η→μ^{+}μ^{-} decay as normalization, the branching fraction B(η→μ^{+}μ^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-})=[5.0±0.8(stat)±0.7(syst)±0.7(B_{2μ})]×10^{-9} is measured, where the last term is the uncertainty in the normalization channel branching fraction. This work achieves an improved precision of over 5 orders of magnitude compared to previous results, leading to the first measurement of this branching fraction, which is found to agree with theoretical predictions.

Abstract
A search for the standard model Higgs boson decaying to a charm quark-antiquark pair, H→cc[over ¯], produced in association with a leptonically decaying V (W or Z) boson is presented. The search is performed with proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV collected by the CMS experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1}. Novel charm jet identification and analysis methods using machine learning techniques are employed. The analysis is validated by searching for Z→cc[over ¯] in VZ events, leading to its first observation at a hadron collider with a significance of 5.7 standard deviations. The observed (expected) upper limit on σ(VH)B(H→cc[over ¯]) is 0.94 (0.50_{-0.15}^{+0.22})pb at 95% confidence level (C.L.), corresponding to 14 (7.6_{-2.3}^{+3.4}) times the standard model prediction. For the Higgs-charm Yukawa coupling modifier, κ_{c}, the observed (expected) 95% C.L. interval is 1.1<|κ_{c}|<5.5 (|κ_{c}|<3.4), the most stringent constraint to date.

Abstract
The structure of nucleons is multidimensional and depends on the transverse momenta, spatial geometry, and polarization of the constituent partons. Such a structure can be studied using high-energy photons produced in ultraperipheral heavy-ion collisions. The first measurement of the azimuthal angular correlations of exclusively produced events with two jets in photon-lead interactions at large momentum transfer is presented, a process that is considered to be sensitive to the underlying nuclear gluon polarization. This study uses a data sample of ultraperipheral lead-lead collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 0.38 nb^{-1}, collected with the CMS experiment at the LHC. The measured second harmonic of the correlation between the sum and difference of the two jet transverse momentum vectors is found to be positive, and rising, as the dijet transverse momentum increases. A well-tuned model that has been successful at describing a wide range of proton scattering data from the HERA experiments fails to describe the observed correlations, suggesting the presence of gluon polarization effects.

A search for nonresonant Higgs boson (H) pair production via gluon and vector boson (V) fusion is performed in the four-bottom-quark final state, using proton-proton collision data at 13 TeV corresponding to 138 fb^{-1} collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC. The analysis targets Lorentz-boosted H pairs identified using a graph neural network. It constrains the strengths relative to the standard model of the H self-coupling and the quartic VVHH couplings, κ_{2V}, excluding κ_{2V}=0 for the first time, with a significance of 6.3 standard deviations when other H couplings are fixed to their standard model values.

Abstract
The first measurement of event-by-event antideuteron number fluctuations in high energy heavy-ion collisions is presented. The measurements are carried out at midrapidity (|η|<0.8) as a function of collision centrality in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV using the ALICE detector. A significant negative correlation between the produced antiprotons and antideuterons is observed in all collision centralities. The results are compared with a state-of-the-art coalescence calculation. While it describes the ratio of higher order cumulants of the antideuteron multiplicity distribution, it fails to describe quantitatively the magnitude of the correlation between antiproton and antideuteron production. On the other hand, thermal-statistical model calculations describe all the measured observables within uncertainties only for correlation volumes that are different with respect to those describing proton yields and a similar measurement of net-proton number fluctuations.

Abstract
The transverse-momentum (p_{T}) spectra and coalescence parameters B_{2} of (anti)deuterons are measured in p-p collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV for the first time in and out of jets. In this measurement, the direction of the leading particle with the highest p_{T} in the event (p_{T}^{lead}>5 GeV/c) is used as an approximation for the jet axis. The event is consequently divided into three azimuthal regions, and the jet signal is obtained as the difference between the toward region, that contains jet fragmentation products in addition to the underlying event (UE), and the transverse region, which is dominated by the UE. The coalescence parameter in the jet is found to be approximately a factor of 10 larger than that in the underlying event. This experimental observation is consistent with the coalescence picture and can be attributed to the smaller average phase-space distance between nucleons in the jet cone as compared with the underlying event. The results presented in this Letter are compared to predictions from a simple nucleon coalescence model, where the phase-space distributions of nucleons are generated using pythia8 with the Monash 2013 tuning, and to predictions from a deuteron production model based on ordinary nuclear reactions with parametrized energy-dependent cross sections tuned on data. The latter model is implemented in pythia8.3. Both models reproduce the observed large difference between in-jet and out-of-jet coalescence parameters, although the almost flat trend of the B_{2}^{Jet} is not reproduced by the models, which instead give a decreasing trend.

Abstract
A search for the standard model (SM) Higgs boson (H) produced with transverse momentum (p_{T}) greater than 450 GeV and decaying to a charm quark-antiquark (cc[over ¯]) pair is presented. The search is performed using proton-proton collision data collected at sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the CMS experiment at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1}. Boosted H→cc[over ¯] decay products are reconstructed as a single large-radius jet and identified using a deep neural network charm tagging technique. The method is validated by measuring the Z→cc[over ¯] decay process, which is observed in association with jets at high p_{T} for the first time with a signal strength of 1.00_{-0.14}^{+0.17}(syst)±0.08(theo)±0.06(stat), defined as the ratio of the observed process rate to the SM expectation. The observed (expected) upper limit on σ(H)B(H→cc[over ¯]) is set at 47 (39) times the SM prediction at 95% confidence level.

Abstract
The first search exploiting the vector boson fusion process to probe heavy Majorana neutrinos and the Weinberg operator at the LHC is presented. The search is performed in the same-sign dimuon final state using a proton-proton collision dataset recorded at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, collected with the CMS detector and corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1}. The results are found to agree with the predictions of the standard model. For heavy Majorana neutrinos, constraints on the squared mixing element between the muon and the heavy neutrino are derived in the heavy neutrino mass range 50 GeV-25 TeV; for masses above 650 GeV these are the most stringent constraints from searches at the LHC to date. A first test of the Weinberg operator at colliders provides an observed upper limit at 95% confidence level on the effective μμ Majorana neutrino mass of 10.8 GeV.

Abstract
In this study, a mixed phase ZnSn(OH)6/ZnSnO3 photocatalyst was synthesized by calcining ZHS nanostructures via rapid thermal annealing (RTA) process. The composition ratio of ZnSn(OH)6/ZnSnO3 was controlled by changing the duration of the RTA process. The obtained mixed-phase photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, photoluminescence, and physisorption analysis. Results showed that ZnSn(OH)6/ZnSnO3 photocatalyst obtained by calcining ZHS at 300 °C for 20 s displayed the best photocatalytic performance under UVC light illumination. Under optimized reaction conditions, ZHS-20 (0.125 g) demonstrated nearly complete removal (>99%) of MO dye in 150 min. Scavenger study revealed the predominant role of OH• in photocatalysis. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the ZnSn(OH)6/ZnSnO3 composites was mainly ascribed to the photosensitization of ZHS by ZTO and effective electron-hole separation at the ZnSn(OH)6/ZnSnO3 heterojunction interface. It is expected that this study will provide new research input for the development of photocatalyst through thermal annealing-induced partial phase transformation.

Abstract
When using a sparse array, locating the target signal of a high-frequency component is difficult. Although forecasting the direction in a sparse situation is challenging, the frequency-wavenumber (f-k) spectrum can simultaneously determine the direction and frequency of the analyzed signal. The striation of the f-k spectrum shifts along the wavenumber axis in a sparse situation, which reduces the spatial resolution required to determine the target's direction using the f-k spectrum. In this study, f-k spectra of a high-frequency signal were used for near-field source localization. Snapping shrimp sounds (5-24 kHz) from SAVEX15 (a shallow-water acoustic variability experiment conducted in May 2015) were used as the data source, and a simulation was used to evaluate the proposed method. Beam steering was performed before creating the f-k spectrum to improve spatial resolution. We found that the spatial resolution was improved, and the location of the sound source could be determined when a signal with beam steering was utilized. The shrimp sound from SAVEX15, a near-field broadband signal, was used to determine the shrimp's location (range, 38 m; depth, 100 m) and the tilt of the vertical line array. These results suggest that the proposed analysis helps to accurately estimate the location of sound source.

Abstract
Acupuncture is a potential therapy for breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL). Despite a recent meta-analysis on efficacy, data on acupuncture safety in BCRL are lacking. Current clinical guidelines recommend avoiding needling in the upper extremity affected by lymph node dissection. We undertook a systematic review focusing on acupuncture safety and treatment protocols in clinical trials for BCRL. Literature searches were conducted in PubMed, Ovid, CINAHL, and Cochrane library. Eight clinical trials on acupuncture for BCRL were analyzed. The Standards of Acupuncture intervention (STRICTA 2010) and Cochrane risk of bias (RoB2 2019) were applied to assess methods for acupuncture interventions within Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. Quantity and severity of adverse events (AE) were reviewed. A total of 189 subjects participated in 8 clinical trials with 2965 acupuncture treatments. No serious adverse events (SAE) were reported regardless of treatment laterality or protocol, with only a single grade 2 skin infection in 2,965 total treatments (0.034%), including 1,165 bilateral and 225 ipsilateral treatments. Our comprehensive review of clinical trials of acupuncture for BCRL demonstrated no significant adverse events in 2,965 treatments, including 1,390 in the affected limb. An approach for routine integration of acupuncture into BCRL maintenance therapy is proposed.

Abstract
Background Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) frequently follows neurological disorders such as non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and has debilitating consequences. Objective The aim of this systematic review was the critical appraisal of the literature on the frequency, severity, and temporal progression of PTSD in patients with SAH, the etiology of PTSD, and its effect on patients' quality of life (QoL). Material and Methods Studies were obtained from three databases: PubMed EMBASE, PsycINFO, and Ovid Nursing. The inclusion criteria were English-language studies on adults (defined as at least 18 years of age) in which ≥10 of the participants received a diagnosis of PTSD following SAH. Applying these criteria, 17 studies (N = 1,381) were included. Results Between 1% and 74% of the participants in each study had PTSD, with a weighted average of 36.6% across all studies. Post-SAH PTSD showed significant correlations with premorbid psychiatric disorders, neuroticism, and maladaptive coping styles. The risk of PTSD was also higher in participants with comorbid depression and anxiety. Stress related to post-ictal events and fear of recurrence were associated with PTSD. However, the risk of PTSD was lower in participants with effective social support networks. The participants' QoL was negatively affected by PTSD. Conclusions This review highlights the high occurrence of PTSD in SAH patients. The temporal progression and chronicity of post-SAH PTSD warrant further research, as do its neuroanatomical and neurochemical correlates. We call for more randomized controlled trials investigating these aspects.

Abstract
AIMS Objective evaluation of radiation dermatitis is important for analysing the correlation between the severity of radiation dermatitis and dose distribution in clinical practice and for reliable reporting in clinical trials. We developed a novel radiation dermatitis segmentation system based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to consistently evaluate radiation dermatitis. MATERIALS AND METHODS The radiation dermatitis segmentation system is designed to segment the radiation dermatitis occurrence area using skin photographs and skin-dose distribution. A CNN architecture with a dilated convolution layer and skip connection was designed to estimate the radiation dermatitis area. Seventy-three skin photographs obtained from patients undergoing radiotherapy were collected for training and testing. The ground truth of radiation dermatitis segmentation is manually delineated from the skin photograph by an experienced radiation oncologist and medical physicist. We converted the skin photographs to RGB (red-green-blue) and CIELAB (lightness (L∗), red-green (a∗) and blue-yellow (b∗)) colour information and trained the network to segment faint and severe radiation dermatitis using three different input combinations: RGB, RGB + CIELAB (RGBLAB) and RGB + CIELAB + skin-dose distribution (RGBLAB_D). The proposed system was evaluated using the Dice similarity coefficient (DSC), sensitivity, specificity and normalised Matthews correlation coefficient (nMCC). A paired t-test was used to compare the results of different segmentation performances. RESULTS Optimal data composition was observed in the network trained for radiation dermatitis segmentation using skin photographs and skin-dose distribution. The average DSC, sensitivity, specificity and nMCC values of RGBLAB_D were 0.62, 0.61, 0.91 and 0.77, respectively, in faint radiation dermatitis, and 0.69, 0.78, 0.96 and 0.83, respectively, in severe radiation dermatitis. CONCLUSION Our study showed that CNN-based radiation dermatitis segmentation in skin photographs of patients undergoing radiotherapy can describe radiation dermatitis severity and pattern. Our study could aid in objectifying the radiation dermatitis grading and analysing the reliable correlation between dosimetric factors and the morphology of radiation dermatitis.

BACKGROUND To develop a fully automated in-house gamma analysis software for the "Cheese" phantom-based delivery quality assurance (QA) of helical tomotherapy plans. METHODS The developed in-house software was designed to automate several procedures, which need to be manually performed using commercial software packages. The region of interest for the analysis was automatically selected by cropping out film edges and thresholding dose values (>10% of the maximum dose). The film-measured dose was automatically aligned to the computed dose using an image registration algorithm. An optimal film scaling factor was determined to maximize the percentage of pixels passing gamma (gamma passing rate) between the measured and computed doses (3%/3 mm criteria). This gamma analysis was repeated by introducing setup uncertainties in the anterior-posterior direction. For 73 tomotherapy plans, the gamma analysis results using the developed software were compared to those analyzed by medical physicists using a commercial software package. RESULTS The developed software successfully automated the gamma analysis for the tomotherapy delivery quality assurance. The gamma passing rate (GPR) calculated by the developed software was higher than that by the clinically used software by 3.0%, on average. While, for 1 of the 73 plans, the GPR by the manual gamma analysis was higher than 90% (pass/fail criteria), the gamma analysis using the developed software resulted in fail (GPR < 90%). CONCLUSIONS The use of automated and standardized gamma analysis software can improve both the clinical efficiency and veracity of the analysis results. Furthermore, the gamma analyses with various film scaling factors and setup uncertainties will provide clinically useful information for further investigations.

Introduction/Objective
Distinguishing esophageal squamous dysplasia (ESD) from reactive squamous epithelium (RSE) is a diagnostic challenge. This distinction is subjective and based upon interpretation and integration of histologic features. How the features of nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, nuclear size, shape, and contours are used to make a diagnosis is not entirely known. The goal of our study is to quantitatively determine the performance of key histologic features using image analysis (IA) to distinguish ESD and RSE.
Methods/Case Report
The study included 50 cases of ESD (2016-19) and 50 cases of RSE (2019). One representative image (tif format) from each H&E slide was obtained at 10x via digital microscope camera. Open source software (QuPath) was utilized. Wilcoxon rank-sum tests were used to evaluate differences in measurements between ESD and RSE.

In nuclear measurements, ESD had greater area (41.4μm2 vs 37.4μm2; p<0.001), greater nuclear perimeter (24.9μm vs 23.8μm; p<0.001), less circularity (0.80 vs 0.81; p=0.005), and was more elliptical (eccentricity: 0.74 vs 0.72; p<0.001) than RSE. ESD had lower nucleus/cell area ratio than RSE (0.32 vs 0.33; p=0.010). ESD was further subdivided into low grade dysplasia (LGD; n=18) and high grade dysplasia (HGD; n=37) groups and analyzed. LGD and HGD showed statistically significant differences from RSE in nuclear area (p=0.002;<0.001), perimeter (p=0.006;<0.001), and eccentricity (p=0.005;<0.001). While LGD and RSE did not show significant difference in nuclear circularity (contour) or nuclear/cell area ratio, this difference was demonstrated between HGD and RSE (p=0.007 and p=0.003).
Conclusion
Through quantitative analysis of cytologic features, our study supports the feature extraction that is performed on routine H&E is when distinguishing ESD and RSE. However, quantitative analysis offers an objective approach in this diagnostic challenge. We continue to investigate the utility of IA in diagnosis of ESD for progressive advancement in practice and diagnosis for patient care.

Background
Regarding stent expansion indexes, previous optical coherence tomography (OCT) studies have shown minimal stent area (MSA) to be most predictive of adverse events.
Purpose
We sought to evaluate the impact of various stent expansion indexes by post-stent OCT on long-term clinical outcomes, and hence to find OCT-defined optimal stent expansion criteria.
Methods
Of the patients registered in the Yonsei OCT registry, a total of 1071 patients with 1123 native coronary artery lesions treated with new-generation drug-eluting stents under the OCT guidance and analyzable final post-stent OCT were included. Stent expansion indexes and different suboptimal stent expansion criteria were evaluated for their association with device-oriented clinical endpoints (DoCE) including cardiac death, target vessel-related myocardial infarction (TVMI) or stent thrombosis, and target lesion revascularization. Major safety events (MSE) included cardiac death, TVMI or stent thrombosis.
Results
The median follow-up period was 40.6 (interquartile range 22.0–50.0) months. As a continuous variable, MSA, adaptive volumetric stent expansion (stent volume/adaptive reference lumen volume) and overall volumetric stent expansion (stent volume/post-stent lumen volume) were significantly predictive of DoCE. As a categorical criteria, MSA <5.0 mm2 (hazard ratio [HR] 3.80; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.53–9.45), MSA/distal reference lumen area <90% (HR 2.13; 95% CI 1.10–4.14), and overall volumetric stent expansion ≥96.6% (HR 2.38; 95% CI 1.09–5.22) were independently associated with DoCE after adjusting for confounders, and a total malapposition volume ≥7.0 mm3 (HR 3.38; 95% CI 1.05–10.93) was linked to MSE.
Conclusions
This OCT study highlights that sufficient stent expansion to achieve adequate absolute MSA and relative MSA by distal reference lumen area and alleviate significant malapposition is important to improve clinical outcome, but overall stent overexpansion may have deleterious effect.

Purpose
Investigate the clinical relationship between hyperglycemic status and in-hospital mortality in cardiogenic shock patients
Method
A total of 1,177 consecutive cardiogenic shock patients were enrolled from January 2014 to December of 2018 at 12 hospitals in South Korea. The primary outcome was in-hospital mortality. Patients were divided into four groups according to their initial plasma glucose level in each of diabetes patients (n=752) and non-diabetes patients (n=425); group 1 (≤8 mmol/L), group 2 (8–12 mmol/L), group 3 (12–16 mmol/L) and group 4 (≥16 mmol/L).
Results
The groups with higher admission plasma glucose were associated with lower systolic blood pressure and higher lactic acid level in both diabetic and non-diabetic patients. In-hospital mortality increased in groups with higher admission plasma glucose level in non-diabetic patients (group-1:24.2%, group-2: 28.6%, group-3: 38.1%, group-4: 49.0%, p<0.01) whereas in diabetic patients, mortality and admission plasma glucose level showed no significant association (group-1: 45%, group-2: 35.4%, group-3: 33.3%, group-4: 43.1%, p=0.26). Even after Multivariate analysis, high plasma glucose was an independent predictor of in-hospital mortality in non-diabetic patients
Conclusion
In cardiogenic shock patients, plasma glucose obtained at admission was associated with in-hospital mortality in non-diabetic patients

Introduction
Several studies demonstrated that patients with improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and symptoms had good prognosis in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). Based on these results, new classification of HF according to LVEF was currently proposed. Sacubitril/valsartan (SV) is recommended as one of the first-line therapy of HFrEF patients. SV reduced hospitalization for HF and cardiovascular mortality compared to enalapril in PARADIGM-HF trial. However, it is unclear that patients with improvement of LVEF also have better prognosis compared to patients without LVEF improvement among patients treated with SV.
Purpose
We aimed to evaluate the clinical characteristics and outcomes of heart failure with improved ejection fraction (HFimpEF) in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) patients treated with SV.
Methods
We analyzed 230 patients with HFrEF taking SV in a multicenter retrospective cohort (RECORD-SV registry) from 2017 to 2019. Enrolled 230 patients were performed baseline and 1-year follow-up echocardiography. Based on 2 echocardiographic results, we defined “HFimpEF” as HF with a baseline LVEF ≤40%, ≥10% increase from baseline LVEF and a follow-up measurement of LVEF >40%. Others were defined as “Persistent HFrEF”. We analyzed and compared clinical characteristics and outcomes between two groups. Primary endpoint was a composite outcome of all-cause death and hospitalization for HF (HHF).
Results
From 230 patients, 65 patients with HFimpEF and 165 patients with Persistent HFrEF were analyzed. The median follow-up duration was 557 days (interquartile range 364 to 727 days). Patients with HFimpEF had a higher prevalence of female gender (50.8% vs. 30.3%) and de novo HF (44.6% vs. 21.2%). There were no significant differences for age, etiology (ischemic vs. non-ischemic), diabetes, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and HF medications including SV dose between two groups. Patients with HFimpEF showed lower rate of all-cause death or HHF as a primary endpoint compared to patients with persistent HFrEF (6.2% vs. 22.4%; IPTW adjusted HR 0.24; 95% CI 0.13–0.46; p<0.001) (Table 1). It was also shown that HFimpEF patients had a reduced risk of primary endpoint in the Kaplan-Meier curves compared with persistent HFrEF (Log-rank p=0.045) (Figure 1). We demonstrated that Non-prior MI (adjusted OR 7.29; 95% CI 1.50–35.36; p=0.014) and de novo HF (adjusted OR 4.33; 95% CI 1.70–11.04; p=0.002) were independent prognostic factors of HFimpEF in HFrEF patients treated with SV.
Conclusions
HFimpEF patients had better clinical outcomes compared to those with persistent HFrEF in HFrEF patients treated with SV. Non-prior MI and de novo HF were independent predictors of HFimpEF in patients treated with SV.

Signal-averaged electrocardiography (SA-ECG) is a high-resolution electrocardiography that can detect late ventricular potential, which known to be a noninvasive tool for risk stratification of sudden cardiac death (SCD) by predicting reentrant ventricular tachyarrhythmia. There is a paucity of data with SA-ECG on SCD survivors without structural heart disease, whereas majority of previous studies had been focused on post myocardial infarction survivors.
Purpose
This study assessed the clinical utility of SA-ECG as a risk stratification modality for lethal arrhythmic event in patients at risk of SCD without definite structural heart disease.
Methods
Total 629 patients who experienced or had potential risk of SCD were studied with SA-ECG. Among them, 48 patients who were found to have significant structural heart disease were excluded, except arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy. Major arrhythmic event (MAE) was defined as composite of all-cause death, aborted SCD, and sustained VT during any time either before visit of clinic or during follow up period. Syncope and non-sustained VT was defined as non-major arrhythmic event. SA-ECG was defined positive when fulfilling three or more criterion: (1) unfiltered QRS duration ≥114ms, (2) filtered QRS duration ≥114ms, (3) duration of terminal QRS <40uV exceeding 40ms, and (4) root mean square voltage in the terminal 40ms of ≤20ms.
Results
Among total 581 patients, 145 patients with positive SA-ECG showed higher incidence of MAE compared to patients with negative SA-ECG (21.4% vs. 6.7%, OR 3.816 [95% CI 2.208–6.597], p<0.001, Table). As the number of positive SA-ECG criteria increases, incidence of MAE tended to increase sequentially, which was markedly noted from 2 positive to 3 positive criteria (10.7% to 20.8%, p<0.001, Figure). In particular, patient with inherited arrhythmia showed higher rate of positive late potential compared to those with non-inherited arrhythmia (51.0% vs. 19.3%, p<0.001).
Conclusion
This study showed that at least 3 out of 4 diagnostic criteria in SA-ECG can independently predict lethal arrhythmic events and the positive late potential was associated with lethal arrhythmic event that leads to SCD, suggesting risk prediction for SCD using SA-ECG in patients even without structural heart disease including inherited arrhythmias.

Brugada syndrome (BrS) and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) are inherited arrhythmias that may predispose to sudden cardiac arrest. Although its pathogenetic mechanisms differ, overlapping features between BrS and ARVC have been demonstrated previously. However, it remains to be determined whether genetic testing for ARVC-related gene is needed in patients with BrS.
Purpose
This study is aimed to analyze genetic profiles of BrS patients using next generation sequencing (NGS) based multigene panel including ARVC related genes.
Methods
Patients who were confirmed as BrS or clinically suspected as BrS with type 2 or 3 Brugada pattern electrocardiography were studied. Genetic testing using NGS panels (Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) included 30 genetic variants associated with inherited arrhythmia and genetic cardiomyopathy.
Results
Among the total 119 patients from BrS registry, 63 patients were confirmed as BrS and 56 patients were clinically suspected as BrS without fulfilling diagnostic criteria. One-hundred-fourteen patients (95.8%) were male, and mean age of onset was 43.6 year-old. Genetic variants were identified in 25 of 42 patients who received genetic testing. Six out of 25 patients (24.0%) showed ARVC-related genotypes (2 PKP2, 1 DSG2, 1 TMEM43, 1 JUP, and 1 DSP) (Figure 1 and Table 1). None of the patients showed structural or electrocardiographic features that fulfill diagnostic criteria of ARVC. It is notable that ARVC-related genotypes were mostly frequently accounted for BrS patients, following SCN5A and SCN10A.
Conclusion
In the clinic setting, ARVC-related genetic variants were identified in significant proportion of BrS patients, supporting that genetic testing of ARVC-overlapping is needed. This study suggests that follow-up including imaging study should be considered in BrS patients with ARVC-related genotypes to monitor disease progression as ARVC.

Background
Difference in proteomic expression according to the etiology of cardiomyopathies is not well known.
Purpose
We aimed to identify proteome based pathogenesis in patients with biopsy proven cardiomyopathies.
Methods
Comparative proteomic analysis of biopsy specimens were performed from 9 patients with cardiomyopathy (3 dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), 2 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and 4 myocarditis) as well as 5 controls (normal endomyocardial biopsy specimen from one-year surveillance of heart transplant recipients) by tandem mass tag combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Differential expression protein analysis, gene ontology analysis and Ingenuity pathway analysis were done to discover molecular mechanism for the differentially expressed proteins in each cardiomyopathy compared to the control.
Results
Differential expression protein analysis showed higher proportion of significantly increased proteins (Log2 fold change ≥1) in HCM and myocarditis, whereas higher proportion of significantly decreased proteins (Log2 fold change ≤−1) in DCM compared to controls (Figure). According to the gene ontology analysis, upregulation of neutrophil degranulation, and down-regulation of mitochondrial translation protein was noted in patients with DCM. In patients with HCM, platelet degranulation protein was increased, and mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, was decreased. In patients with myocarditis, neutrophil related proteins and calcium ion binding protein was increased, but muscle cell development, protein was decreased. Ingenuity pathway analysis revealed downregulation of oxidative phosphorylation and upregulation of sirtuin signalling pathway both in DCM and HCM. In myocarditis, various pathways related to inflammation were upregulated with only RHO GDP dissociation inhibitors downregulated.
Conclusions
This study showed that each cardiomyopathy exhibited different proteomic expression compared to normal heart. Further large detailed study is needed to understand the association between proteomic expression and disease pathophysiology.

Abstract
Heat stress adversely affects intestinal barrier integrity ranging from minor enterocyte injury to fatal inflammatory heat shocks. The current review discusses the physiological mechanisms of the adaptive response of poultry and the nutritional interventions to improve intestinal integrity during heat stress. There are several possible metabolic mechanisms of protection including stress adaptation signaling pathways, blood flow, intestinal barrier permeability, epithelial cell proliferation, antioxidant status, microbiota composition, expression of heat shock proteins, inflammatory responses, and energy metabolism. The current review discusses the methods of intestinal permeability determination in order to estimate the extent of damage in the farm. There is a lack of knowledge about the nutritional strategies and the interaction between nutrients to reduce intestinal barrier damage and elucidate mechanisms in heat stress.

Abstract
A search for pairs of Higgs bosons produced via gluon and vector boson fusion is presented, focusing on the four b quark final state. The data sample consists of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, collected with the CMS detector at the LHC, and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1}. No deviation from the background-only hypothesis is observed. A 95% confidence level upper limit on the Higgs boson pair production cross section is observed at 3.9 times the standard model prediction for an expected value of 7.8. Constraints are also set on the modifiers of the Higgs field self-coupling, κ_{λ}, and of the coupling of two Higgs bosons to two vector bosons, κ_{2 V}. The observed (expected) allowed intervals at the 95% confidence level are -2.3<κ_{λ}<9.4 (-5.0<κ_{λ}<12.0) and -0.1<κ_{2 V}<2.2 (-0.4<κ_{2 V}<2.5). These are the most stringent observed constraints to date on the HH production cross section and on the κ_{2 V } coupling.

Proton-proton interactions resulting in final states with two photons are studied in a search for the signature of flavor-changing neutral current interactions of top quarks (t) and Higgs bosons (H). The analysis is based on data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the CMS detector at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 137 fb^{-1}. No significant excess above the background prediction is observed. Upper limits on the branching fractions (B) of the top quark decaying to a Higgs boson and an up (u) or charm (c) quark are derived through a binned fit to the diphoton invariant mass spectrum. The observed (expected) 95% confidence level upper limits are found to be 0.019% (0.031%) for B(t→Hu) and 0.073% (0.051%) for B(t→Hc). These are the strictest upper limits yet determined.

Abstract
A search for resonances decaying into a W boson and a radion, where the radion decays into two W bosons, is presented. The data analyzed correspond to an integrated luminosity of 138 fb^{-1} recorded in proton-proton collisions with the CMS detector at sqrt[s]=13 TeV. One isolated charged lepton is required, together with missing transverse momentum and one or two massive large-radius jets, containing the decay products of either two or one W bosons, respectively. No excess over the background estimation is observed. The results are combined with those from a complementary channel with an all-hadronic final state, described in an accompanying paper. Limits are set on parameters of an extended warped extra-dimensional model. These searches are the first of their kind at the LHC.

Abstract
Multiparticle azimuthal correlations of prompt D^{0} mesons are measured in Pb-Pb collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. For the first time, a four-particle cumulant method is used to extract the second Fourier coefficient of the azimuthal distribution (v_{2}) of D^{0} mesons as a function of event centrality and the D^{0} transverse momentum. The ratios of the four-particle v_{2} values to previously measured two-particle cumulant results provide direct experimental access to event-by-event fluctuations of charm quark azimuthal anisotropies. These ratios are also found to be comparable to those of inclusive charged particles in the event. However, hints of deviations are seen in the most central and peripheral collisions. To investigate the origin of flow fluctuations in the charm sector, these measurements are compared to a model implementing fluctuations of charm quark energy loss via collisional or radiative processes in the quark-gluon plasma. These models cannot quantitatively describe the data over the full transverse momentum and centrality ranges, although the calculations with collisional energy loss provide a better description of the data.

Abstract
A search for exclusive two-photon production via photon exchange in proton-proton collisions, pp→pγγp with intact protons, is presented. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 9.4 fb^{-1} collected in 2016 using the CMS and TOTEM detectors at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV at the LHC. Events are selected with a diphoton invariant mass above 350 GeV and with both protons intact in the final state, to reduce backgrounds from strong interactions. The events of interest are those where the invariant mass and rapidity calculated from the momentum losses of the forward-moving protons match the mass and rapidity of the central, two-photon system. No events are found that satisfy this condition. Interpreting this result in an effective dimension-8 extension of the standard model, the first limits are set on the two anomalous four-photon coupling parameters. If the other parameter is constrained to its standard model value, the limits at 95% confidence level are |ζ_{1}|<2.9×10^{-13} GeV^{-4} and |ζ_{2}|<6.0×10^{-13} GeV^{-4}.

Abstract
The B_{c}^{+} meson is observed for the first time in heavy ion collisions. Data from the CMS detector are used to study the production of the B_{c}^{+} meson in lead-lead (Pb-Pb) and proton-proton (pp) collisions at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, via the B_{c}^{+}→(J/ψ→μ^{+}μ^{-})μ^{+}ν_{μ} decay. The B_{c}^{+} nuclear modification factor, derived from the Pb-Pb-to-pp ratio of production cross sections, is measured in two bins of the trimuon transverse momentum and of the Pb-Pb collision centrality. The B_{c}^{+} meson is shown to be less suppressed than quarkonia and most of the open heavy-flavor mesons, suggesting that effects of the hot and dense nuclear matter created in heavy ion collisions contribute to its production. This measurement sets forth a promising new probe of the interplay of suppression and enhancement mechanisms in the production of heavy-flavor mesons in the quark-gluon plasma.

Abstract
The study of nuclei and antinuclei production has proven to be a powerful tool to investigate the formation mechanism of loosely bound states in high-energy hadronic collisions. The first measurement of the production of _{Λ}^{3}H in p-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV is presented in this Letter. Its production yield measured in the rapidity interval -1<y<0 for the 40% highest-multiplicity p-Pb collisions is dN/dy=[6.3±1.8(stat)±1.2(syst)]×10^{-7}. The measurement is compared with the expectations of statistical hadronization and coalescence models, which describe the nucleosynthesis in hadronic collisions. These two models predict very different yields of the hypertriton in charged particle multiplicity environments relevant to small collision systems such as p-Pb, and therefore the measurement of dN/dy is crucial to distinguish between them. The precision of this measurement leads to the exclusion with a significance larger than 6.9σ of some configurations of the statistical hadronization model, thus constraining the theory behind the production of loosely bound states at hadron colliders.

Abstract
BACKGROUND: We investigated the feasibility of early line-probe assay (LPA) using remnant DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.METHODS: M. tuberculosis DNA specimens with cycle threshold (Ct) values reported and collected from patients with known results for both LPA with culture isolates and phenotype drug susceptibility testing (pDST) were selected. The diagnostic performance of DNA-based LPA according to the Ct value was investigated.RESULTS: A total of 143 respiratory specimens were included. For isoniazid resistance, the accuracy in subgroups with Ct value <25, 25-29 and ≥29 was respectively 96.8%, 65.7% and 13.3%. For rifampicin resistance, accuracy in subgroups with Ct values <29 and ≥29 was respectively 87.8% and 13.3%. When compared to the pDST results, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in specimens with Ct values <25 was respectively 1.00 (95% CI 0.69-1.00), 0.95 (95% CI 0.76-1.00), 0.91 (95% CI 0.59-1.00) and 1.00 (95% CI 0.83-1.00) for isoniazid resistance. For rifampicin resistance, corresponding values in subgroups with Ct values <29 were respectively 0.89 (95% CI 0.52-1.00), 0.98 (95% CI 0.91-1.00), 0.80 (95% CI 0.50-0.94) and 0.99 (95% CI 0.92-1.00).CONCLUSIONS: DNA-based early LPA with remnant DNA from respiratory samples was feasible and accurate when the Ct values were low.

Abstract
In long-range underwater communication, conventional time reversal processing (CTRP) is used to mitigate the distortion caused by multipath and temporal spreading. However, signals produced by marine animals can contaminate communication signals. Impulsive signals, such as dolphin sonar clicks, have wide bandwidths and short pulse durations, making it difficult to isolate the communication signal. This letter proposes a method to cancel these sounds by estimating the Green's function of marine animal clicks and applying adaptive time reversal processing (ATRP). The effectiveness of the click nulling was verified by comparing the performances of CTRP and ATRP with seagoing experimental data.
