Abstract
The development of intelligent education has led to the emergence of knowledge tracing as a fundamental task in the learning process. Traditionally, the knowledge state of each student has been determined by assessing their performance in previous learning activities. In recent years, Deep Learning approaches have shown promising results in capturing complex representations of human learning activities. However, the interpretability of these models is often compromised due to the end-to-end training strategy they employ. To address this challenge, we draw inspiration from advancements in graph neural networks and propose a novel model called GELT (Graph Embeddings based Lite-Transformer). The purpose of this model is to uncover and understand the relationships between skills and questions. Additionally, we introduce an energy-saving attention mechanism for predicting knowledge states that is both simple and effective. This approach maintains high prediction accuracy while significantly reducing computational costs compared to conventional attention mechanisms. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the superior performance of our proposed model compared to other state-of-the-art baselines on three publicly available real-world datasets for knowledge tracking.

Abstract
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a hematological malignancy that remains incurable, primarily due to the high likelihood of relapse or development of resistance to current treatments. To explore and discover new medications capable of overcoming drug resistance in MM, we conducted cell viability inhibition screens of 1504 FDA-approved drugs. Lomitapide, a cholesterol-lowering agent, was found to exhibit effective inhibition on bortezomib-resistant MM cells in vitro and in vivo. Our data also indicated that lomitapide decreases the permeability of the mitochondrial outer membrane and induces mitochondrial dysfunction in MM cells. Next, lomitapide treatment upregulated DRP1 and PINK1 expression levels, coupled with the mitochondrial translocation of Parkin, leading to MM cell mitophagy. Excessive mitophagy caused mitochondrial damage and dysfunction induced by lomitapide. Meanwhile, PARP14 was identified as a direct target of lomitapide by SPR-HPLC-MS, and we showed that DRP1-induced mitophagy was crucial in the anti-MM activity mediated by PARP14. Furthermore, PARP14 is overexpressed in MM patients, implying that it is a novel therapeutic target in MM. Collectively, our results demonstrate that DRP1-mediated mitophagy induced by PARP14 may be the cause for mitochondrial dysfunction and damage in response to lomitapide treatment.

Abstract
The Zn/Zr-MOFs were synthesized via microwave-assisted ball milling and subsequently characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The thermal stability of the Zn/Zr-MOFs was evaluated through thermogravimetry (TGA). The results demonstrated the exceptional adsorption properties of the Zn/Zr-MOFs towards Lomefloxacin hydrochloride and Levofloxacin hydrochloride. At a concentration of 30 ppm for Lomefloxacin hydrochloride, the addition of 30 mg of Zn/Zr-MOFs material resulted in an adsorption capacity of 179.2 mg•g-1. Similarly, at a concentration of 40 ppm for Levofloxacin hydrochloride, the addition of 30 mg Zn/Zr-MOFs material led to an adsorption capacity of 187.1 mg•g-1. Kinetic analysis revealed that the experimental data aligned well with a pseudo-second order kinetic model. Overall, these findings highlight the significant potential application of Zn/Zr-MOF materials in wastewater treatment.

Abstract
This Letter presents the first study of Higgs boson production in association with a vector boson (V=W or Z) in the fully hadronic qqbb final state using data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 137 fb^{-1}. The vector bosons and Higgs bosons are each reconstructed as large-radius jets and tagged using jet substructure techniques. Dedicated tagging algorithms exploiting b-tagging properties are used to identify jets consistent with Higgs bosons decaying into bb[over ¯]. Dominant backgrounds from multijet production are determined directly from the data, and a likelihood fit to the jet mass distribution of Higgs boson candidates is used to extract the number of signal events. The VH production cross section is measured inclusively and differentially in several ranges of Higgs boson transverse momentum: 250-450, 450-650, and greater than 650 GeV. The inclusive signal yield relative to the standard model expectation is observed to be μ=1.4_{-0.9}^{+1.0} and the corresponding cross section is 3.1±1.3(stat)_{-1.4}^{+1.8}(syst) pb.

Abstract
The effective combination of ultra-precise detection and on-demand sterilization stands out as one of the most valuable antifouling methods to combat pathogenic bacteria source and ensure the environment and food safety. Herein, an innovative "five birds one stone" aptasensor has been reported. It integrates magnetic separation, tri-modal precision detection, and efficient sterilization for monitoring of Staphylococcus aureus. Firstly, as a switch of the aptasensor, aptamer-modified potassium chloride-doped carbon dots (apt/KCl@CDs) could be adsorbed onto the surface of magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotube composites (M-MWCNTs) through π-π stacking, which could be replaced by the specific binding of the target bacteria to the aptamer. The mutual interference between the nanomaterials could be eliminated by this reverse magnetosorption strategy, enhancing the test sensitivity. In addition to the fluorescence properties, the peroxidase activity possessed by apt/KCl@CDs enables the conversion of the (3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine) TMB-H2O2 colorimetric system to a photothermal modal. Then, the ultra-precision detection in the assay was achieved by the fluorescence-colorimetric-photothermal tri-modal sensing from the formation of S. aureus-apt/KCl@CDs in the supernatant. Besides, the efficient sterilization could be ensured by adsorbing the apt/KCl@CDs on the surface of S. aureus, generating toxic •OH for direct attacking cells. This was the first report that was more beneficial for bacterial eradication. The detection limits of fluorescence, colorimetric and photothermal modals were 4.81 cfu/mL, 3.40 cfu/mL and 6.74 cfu/mL, respectively. The magnetic nanoplatform integrating tri-modal detection-sterilization meets the demand for highly sensitive and precise detection in different scenarios, providing immediate control for pathogens and broad application prospects.

Abstract
ATLAS measured the centrality dependence of the dijet yield using 165 nb^{-1} of p+Pb data collected at sqrt[s_{NN}]=8.16 TeV in 2016. The event centrality, which reflects the p+Pb impact parameter, is characterized by the total transverse energy registered in the Pb-going side of the forward calorimeter. The central-to-peripheral ratio of the scaled dijet yields, R_{CP}, is evaluated, and the results are presented as a function of variables that reflect the kinematics of the initial hard parton scattering process. The R_{CP} shows a scaling with the Bjorken x of the parton originating from the proton, x_{p}, while no such trend is observed as a function of x_{Pb}. This analysis provides unique input to understanding the role of small proton spatial configurations in p+Pb collisions by covering parton momentum fractions from the valence region down to x_{p}∼10^{-3} and x_{Pb}∼4×10^{-4}.

Abstract
Searches for new resonances are performed using an unsupervised anomaly-detection technique. Events with at least one electron or muon are selected from 140 fb^{-1} of pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV recorded by ATLAS at the Large Hadron Collider. The approach involves training an autoencoder on data, and subsequently defining anomalous regions based on the reconstruction loss of the decoder. Studies focus on nine invariant mass spectra that contain pairs of objects consisting of one light jet or b jet and either one lepton (e,μ), photon, or second light jet or b jet in the anomalous regions. No significant deviations from the background hypotheses are observed. Limits on contributions from generic Gaussian signals with various widths of the resonance mass are obtained for nine invariant masses in the anomalous regions.

[Effects of cerium oxide nanoenzyme-gelatin methacrylate anhydride hydrogel in the repair of infected full-thickness skin defect wounds in mice]. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of cerium oxide nanoenzyme-gelatin methacrylate anhydride (GelMA) hydrogel (hereinafter referred to as composite hydrogel) in the repair of infected full-thickness skin defect wounds in mice. Methods: This study was an experimental study. Cerium oxide nanoenzyme with a particle size of (116±9) nm was prepared by hydrothermal method, and GelMA hydrogel with porous network structure and good gelling performance was also prepared. The 25 μg/mL cerium oxide nanoenzyme which could significantly promote the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts and had high superoxide dismutase activity was screened out. It was added to GelMA hydrogel to prepare composite hydrogel. The percentage of cerium oxide nanoenzyme released from the composite hydrogel was calculated after immersing it in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for 3 and 7 d. The red blood cell suspension of mice was divided into PBS group, Triton X-100 group, cerium oxide nanoenzyme group, GelMA hydrogel group, and composite hydrogel group, which were treated with corresponding solution. The hemolysis of red blood cells was detected by microplate reader after 1 h of treatment. The bacterial concentrations of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Escherichia coli were determined after being cultured with PBS, cerium oxide nanoenzyme, GelMA hydrogel, and composite hydrogel for 2 h. The sample size in all above experiments was 3. Twenty-four 8-week-old male BALB/c mice were taken, and a full-thickness skin defect wound was prepared in the symmetrical position on the back and infected with MRSA. The mice were divided into control group without any drug intervention, and cerium oxide nanoenzyme group, GelMA hydrogel group, and composite hydrogel group applied with corresponding solution, with 6 mice in each group. The wound healing was observed on 3, 7, and 14 d after injury, and the remaining wound areas on 3 and 7 d after injury were measured (the sample size was 5). The concentration of MRSA in the wound exudation of mice on 3 d after injury was measured (the sample size was 3), and the blood flow perfusion in the wound of mice on 5 d after injury was observed using a laser speckle flow imaging system (the sample size was 6). On 14 d after injury, the wound tissue of mice was collected for hematoxylin-eosin staining to observe the newly formed epithelium and for Masson staining to observe the collagen situation (the sample size was both 3). Results: After immersion for 3 and 7 d, the release percentages of cerium oxide nanoenzyme in the composite hydrogel were about 39% and 75%, respectively. After 1 h of treatment, compared with that in Triton X-100 group, the hemolysis of red blood cells in PBS group, GelMA hydrogel group, cerium oxide nanoenzyme group, and composite hydrogel group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with that cultured with PBS, the concentrations of MRSA and Escherichia coli cultured with cerium oxide nanoenzyme, GelMA hydrogel, and composite hydrogel for 2 h were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The wounds of mice in the four groups were gradually healed from 3 to 14 d after injury, and the wounds of mice in composite hydrogel group were all healed on 14 d after injury. On 3 and 7 d after injury, the remaining wound areas of mice in composite hydrogel group were (29±3) and (13±5) mm2, respectively, which were significantly smaller than (56±12) and (46±10) mm2 in control group and (51±7) and (38±8) mm2 in cerium oxide nanoenzyme group (with P values all <0.05), but was similar to (41±5) and (24±9) mm2 in GelMA hydrogel group (with P values both >0.05). On 3 d after injury, the concentration of MRSA on the wound of mice in composite hydrogel group was significantly lower than that in control group, cerium oxide nanoenzyme group, and GelMA hydrogel group, respectively (with P values all <0.05). On 5 d after injury, the volume of blood perfusion in the wound of mice in composite hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in control group, cerium oxide nanoenzyme group, and GelMA hydrogel group, respectively (P<0.05). On 14 d after injury, the wound of mice in composite hydrogel group basically completed epithelization, and the epithelization was significantly better than that in the other three groups. Compared with that in the other three groups, the content of collagen in the wound of mice in composite hydrogel group was significantly increased, and the arrangement was also more orderly. Conclusions: The composite hydrogel has good biocompatibility and antibacterial effect in vivo and in vitro. It can continuously sustained release cerium oxide nanoenzyme, improve wound blood perfusion in the early stage, and promote wound re-epithelialization and collagen synthesis, therefore promoting the healing of infected full-thickness skin defect wounds in mice.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of WZγ production and a measurement of its cross section using 140.1±1.2 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The WZγ production cross section, with both the W and Z bosons decaying leptonically, pp→WZγ→ℓ^{'}^{±}νℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}γ (ℓ^{(^{'})}=e, μ), is measured in a fiducial phase-space region defined such that the leptons and the photon have high transverse momentum and the photon is isolated. The cross section is found to be 2.01±0.30(stat)±0.16(syst) fb. The corresponding standard model predicted cross section calculated at next-to-leading order in perturbative quantum chromodynamics and at leading order in the electroweak coupling constant is 1.50±0.06 fb. The observed significance of the WZγ signal is 6.3σ, compared with an expected significance of 5.0σ.

Abstract
Cronobacter sakazakii (C. sakazakii) is a common food-borne pathogen that induces meningitis, sepsis, and necrotizing enterocolitis, primarily in newborns and infants. Iron plays a pivotal role in the growth of cells and biofilm formation. However, the effects of hemin (ferric ion donor) on C. sakazakii cells are scarcely known. Here, we explored the effect of ferric ions on the growth of planktonic C. sakazakii, biofilm formation, and swarming motility by crystal violet staining (CVS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), and swarming assay. Our study demonstrated that ferric ions facilitated the growth of planktonic C. sakazakii, while hemin at concentrations ranging from 50 to 800 μmol/L promoted biofilm formation and at concentrations between 50 and 200 μmol/L enhanced the swarming motility of C. sakazakii. Furthermore, high hemin concentrations (400-800 μmol/L) were found to reduce flagellar length, as confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). These findings indicated that ferric ions mediated the swarming motility of C. sakazakii by regulating flagellar assembly. Finally, transcriptomic analysis of C. sakazakii was performed at hemin concentrations of 0, 50, and 200 μmol/L, which revealed that several genes associated with iron transport and metabolism, and flagellar assembly were essential for the survival of C. sakazakii under hemin treatment. Our findings revealed the molecular basis of ferric ions on C. sakazakii growth and biofilm formation, thus providing a novel perspective for its prevention and control.

Abstract
A measurement of the mass of the Higgs boson combining the H→ZZ^{*}→4ℓ and H→γγ decay channels is presented. The result is based on 140 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector during LHC run 2 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV combined with the run 1 ATLAS mass measurement, performed at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, yielding a Higgs boson mass of 125.11±0.09(stat)±0.06(syst)=125.11±0.11 GeV. This corresponds to a 0.09% precision achieved on this fundamental parameter of the Standard Model of particle physics.

Abstract
A search for events with a dark photon produced in association with a dark Higgs boson via rare decays of the standard model Z boson is presented, using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV proton-proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The dark boson decays into a pair of dark photons, and at least two of the three dark photons must each decay into a pair of electrons or muons, resulting in at least two same-flavor opposite-charge lepton pairs in the final state. The data are found to be consistent with the background prediction, and upper limits are set on the dark photon's coupling to the dark Higgs boson times the kinetic mixing between the standard model photon and the dark photon, α_{D}ϵ^{2}, in the dark photon mass range of [5, 40] GeV except for the ϒ mass window [8.8, 11.1] GeV. This search explores new parameter space not previously excluded by other experiments.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of single top quarks produced together with a photon, which directly probes the electroweak coupling of the top quark. The analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of 13 TeV proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Requiring a photon with transverse momentum larger than 20 GeV and within the detector acceptance, the fiducial cross section is measured to be 688±23(stat) _{-71}^{+75}(syst) fb, to be compared with the standard model prediction of 515_{-42}^{+36} fb at next-to-leading order in QCD.

Abstract

Abstract
A key open question in the study of multiparticle production in high-energy pp collisions is the relationship between the "ridge"-i.e., the observed azimuthal correlations between particles in the underlying event that extend over all rapidities-and hard or semihard scattering processes. In particular, it is not known whether jets or their soft fragments are correlated with particles in the underlying event. To address this question, two-particle correlations are measured in pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV using data collected by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC, with an integrated luminosity of 15.8 pb^{-1}, in two different configurations. In the first case, charged particles associated with jets are excluded from the correlation analysis, while in the second case, correlations are measured between particles within jets and charged particles from the underlying event. Second-order flow coefficients, v_{2}, are presented as a function of event multiplicity and transverse momentum. These measurements show that excluding particles associated with jets does not affect the measured correlations. Moreover, particles associated with jets do not exhibit any significant azimuthal correlations with the underlying event, ruling out hard processes contributing to the ridge.

Abstract
A search is made for potential ccc[over ¯]c[over ¯] tetraquarks decaying into a pair of charmonium states in the four muon final state using proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^{-1} recorded by the ATLAS experiment at LHC. Two decay channels, J/ψ+J/ψ→4μ and J/ψ+ψ(2S)→4μ, are studied. Backgrounds are estimated based on a hybrid approach involving Monte Carlo simulations and data-driven methods. Statistically significant excesses with respect to backgrounds dominated by the single parton scattering are seen in the di-J/ψ channel consistent with a narrow resonance at 6.9 GeV and a broader structure at lower mass. A statistically significant excess is also seen in the J/ψ+ψ(2S) channel. The fitted masses and decay widths of the structures are reported.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of τ-lepton-pair production in ultraperipheral lead-lead collisions Pb+Pb→Pb(γγ→ττ)Pb and constraints on the τ-lepton anomalous magnetic moment a_{τ}. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 1.44 nb^{-1} of LHC Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV recorded by the ATLAS experiment in 2018. Selected events contain one muon from a τ-lepton decay, an electron or charged-particle track(s) from the other τ-lepton decay, little additional central-detector activity, and no forward neutrons. The γγ→ττ process is observed in Pb+Pb collisions with a significance exceeding 5 standard deviations and a signal strength of μ_{ττ}=1.03_{-0.05}^{+0.06} assuming the standard model value for a_{τ}. To measure a_{τ}, a template fit to the muon transverse-momentum distribution from τ-lepton candidates is performed, using a dimuon (γγ→μμ) control sample to constrain systematic uncertainties. The observed 95% confidence-level interval for a_{τ} is -0.057

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT) with/without induction chemotherapy has been the standard therapy (ST) for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LA-NPC). However, most patients supporting these clinical trials were younger than 65 years of age. For the toxicity of CRT and the poor tolerance of elderly patients, it is still controversial whether ST could bring the most promising survival benefits for elderly NPC compared with individualized therapy (IT). Thus, in this real-world study we compared the survival and safety of ST with IT in elderly LA-NPC to explore an effective and tolerable treatment strategy for elderly LA-NPC. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of 109 newly diagnosed elderly LA-NPC (>65 years old) from Jan. 2013-Jul. 2020 were retrospectively enrolled and divided into the ST group and IT group according to the original treatment tendency. ST refers to CRT with/without induction chemotherapy. IT group included patients not suitable for CRT and were given individualized treatment fully discussed by at least two oncologists from our head and neck team. A 1:1 propensity score matching (PSM) generated a matched cohort of ST and IT. The survivals and treatment related toxicities were compared between the two groups. RESULTS There were 46 cases in the ST group and 63 cases in the IT group. The 5-year overall survival (OS) rate, cancer-specific survival (CSS) rate, progression- free survival (PFS) rate, local recurrence-free survival (LRFS) rate and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) rate were 68.64%, 76.42%, 73.69%, 85.67% and 86.82%, respectively. By 1:1PSM, 35 cases in each group were matched. No significant differences of OS, CSS, PFS, LRFS and DMFS were found between ST and IT groups in the PSM-matched cohorts (P = 0.87, P = 0.79, P = 0.51, P = 0.81 and P = 0.24, respectively). Compared with patients in the ST group, cases received IT were associated with less severe acute toxicities including anemia, leucopenia, neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia. CONCLUSION For elderly LA-NPC, IT had similar survivals while less severe toxicities compared with ST, which revolutionarily challenged the role of ST for elderly LA-NPC. In the future, more studies are need to explore a less toxic treatment modality with noninferior efficacy for elderly LA-NPC.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Persistent infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) is one major etiology of cervical cancer (CC). By now, anti-PD-1 immunotherapy is approved for advanced CC patients, but the response rate was just about 10-20%, tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) might be one factor that affect the efficacy. The indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), a metabolic immune checkpoint, is recently shown to have a correlation-ship with HPV carcinogenesis in CC, with unknown mechanism. This study, using the single cell transcriptomic single-cell sequencing and spatial transcription sequencing analysis/immunologic technology, aimed to exam the role of IDO1 expression in HPV+ CC TIME and explore the changes after radiotherapy. MATERIALS/METHODS Newly diagnosed advanced HPV- CC and HPV+ CC patients were tested for the tumor and tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) heterogeneity and their changes after fractionated radiation therapy. Tumor tissues were collected, single cell suspension was made for Single-cell RNA sequencing (SCRNAseq) using the 10 × Genomics, while frozen tissue was embedded for spatial transcriptome sequencing (STRNAseq). Seurat 4.0 was used to cluster and annotate cell clusters and map SCRNAseq data to the STRNAseq data. The specific characters of cell clusters were computed by Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). SPOTLight and CellChat were used to analyze cell location and interaction respectively. RESULTS A total of 28631 cells were clustered into 31 cell subsets in HPV- CC and HPV+ CC tissues, including baseline (Pre HPV- CC and Pre HPV+ CC) and 3-week after radiotherapy (Post 3w HPV- CC and Post 3w HPV+CC). There were 10431 epithelial cells (Epi) in all these 4 tumor tissues, with heterogenous IDO1 expression, including IDO1-high Epi, IDO1-low Epi, and IDO1-neg Epi. Interestingly, more than 99% of Epi in Pre HPV- CC tissues were IDO1-neg cells, while more than 99% in Pre HPV+ CC tissue were IDO1-high. Furthermore, the proportion of IDO1-high Epi in Pre HPV+ CC patient dropped to 16.7% after radiotherapy, while the proportion of IDO1-low Epi rase to 63.3%. Using GSEA, the characters of IDO1-high Epi group was shown to have positive regulation of leukocyte chemotaxis and negative regulation of cell adhesion and differentiation. IDO1-high Epi cells also had the hallmark of interferon gamma response. These cells could mainly receive regulative information of interferon gamma pathway from exhausted CD8 T cells, which could affect the apoptosis of tumor cells. CONCLUSION This study comprehensively analyzed the immune suppressive role of IDO1-high Epi cells in HPV+ CC TIME at the single-cell transcriptional scale and explored their functional characters in CC radiotherapy. This would be able to provide more evidence to combine with radiotherapy and immunotherapy to improve patients' prognosis.

Abstract
KEY MESSAGE GmTSA and GmALS were screened out for salt stress in soybean and explore the poteintial amino acid secondary metabolism pathways. Soybean (Glycine max L.) is an oil and protein crop of global importance, and salinity has significant effects on soybean growth. Here, a population of soybean chromosome segment substitution lines was screened to identify highly salt-tolerant lines. In total, 24 quantitative trait loci (QTLs) on seven chromosomes were associated with salt tolerance, and CSSL_R71 was selected for further analysis. Although numerous genes were differentially expressed in CSSL_R71 in response to salt statically no differently, transcript levels of classical salt-response genes, including those of the salt overly sensitive pathway. Rather, salt tolerance in CSSL_R71 was associated with changes in amino acid and lipid metabolism. In particular, changes in p-coumaric acid, shikimic acid, and pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid levels accompanied salt tolerance in CSSL_R71. Eleven differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related to amino acid and secondary metabolism were identified as candidate genes on the substituted chromosome fragment. Six of these showed differences in coding sequence between the parental genotypes. Crucially, overexpression of GmTSA (Glyma.03G158400, tryptophan synthase) significantly enhanced salt tolerance in soybean hairy roots, whereas overexpression of GmALS (Glyma.13G241000, acetolactate synthase) decreased salt tolerance. Two KASP markers were developed for GmALS and used to genotype salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive lines in the CSSL population. Non-synonymous mutations were directly associated with salt tolerance. Taken together, these data provide evidence that changes in amino acid and secondary metabolism have the potential to confer salt tolerance in soybean.

Abstract
Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy revolutionized treatment for various hematologic malignances. However, limited studies were reported to compare the efficacy and safety of CAR-T and donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) for patients with relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) comprehensively. We conducted a single-center, retrospective comparative study that consisted of 12 patients who were treated with DLI (control group) and 12 patients treated with donor-derived CD19 CAR-T cells (experimental group, 6 patients also received CD22 or CD123 CAR-T cells sequentially) with 3 overlaps. The event-free survival (EFS) of patients in experimental group was superior to that of the control group: 516 days versus 98 days (p = 0.0415). Compared with 7 of 12 patients treated with DLI suffered grades III-IV acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD), one grade III aGVHD developed in patients treated with CAR-T therapy. No significant difference in the incidence of infection was identified between these two groups. Most patients in the experimental group had only mild cytokine release syndrome and none developed neurotoxicity. The univariate analysis of patients in the experiment group revealed that earlier CAR-T therapy for post-transplantation relapse was associated with better EFS. There was no significant difference in EFS between patients treated with dual-target CAR-T with those with single CD19 CAR-T. In this study, our data supported that donor-derived CAR-T therapy is a safe and potentially effective treatment for relapsed B-ALL after HSCT and may be superior to DLI.

Abstract
Jet quenching is the process of color-charged partons losing energy via interactions with quark-gluon plasma droplets created in heavy-ion collisions. The collective expansion of such droplets is well described by viscous hydrodynamics. Similar evidence of collectivity is consistently observed in smaller collision systems, including pp and p+Pb collisions. In contrast, while jet quenching is observed in Pb+Pb collisions, no evidence has been found in these small systems to date, raising fundamental questions about the nature of the system created in these collisions. The ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider has measured the yield of charged hadrons correlated with reconstructed jets in 0.36 nb^{-1} of p+Pb and 3.6 pb^{-1} of pp collisions at 5.02 TeV. The yields of charged hadrons with p_{T}^{ch}>0.5 GeV near and opposite in azimuth to jets with p_{T}^{jet}>30 or 60 GeV, and the ratios of these yields between p+Pb and pp collisions, I_{pPb}, are reported. The collision centrality of p+Pb events is categorized by the energy deposited by forward neutrons from the struck nucleus. The I_{pPb} values are consistent with unity within a few percent for hadrons with p_{T}^{ch}>4 GeV at all centralities. These data provide new, strong constraints that preclude almost any parton energy loss in central p+Pb collisions.

A search for a long-lived, heavy neutral lepton (N) in 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider is reported. The N is produced via W→Nμ or W→Ne and decays into two charged leptons and a neutrino, forming a displaced vertex. The N mass is used to discriminate between signal and background. No signal is observed, and limits are set on the squared mixing parameters of the N with the left-handed neutrino states for the N mass range 3 GeV

Abstract
A test of CP invariance in Higgs boson production via vector-boson fusion has been performed in the H→γγ channel using 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The optimal observable method is used to probe the CP structure of interactions between the Higgs boson and electroweak gauge bosons, as described by an effective field theory. No sign of CP violation is observed in the data. Constraints are set on the parameters describing the strength of the CP-odd component in the coupling between the Higgs boson and the electroweak gauge bosons in two effective field theory bases: d[over ˜] in the HISZ basis and c_{HW[over ˜]} in the Warsaw basis. The results presented are the most stringent constraints on CP violation in the coupling between Higgs and weak bosons. The 95% C.L. constraint on d[over ˜] is derived for the first time and the 95% C.L. constraint on c_{HW[over ˜]} has been improved by a factor of 5 compared to the previous measurement.

Abstract
Based on its characteristics of early strength, good toughness, and excellent mechanical and impact resistance, steel fiber-reinforced fast-hardening reactive powder concrete (RPC) is expected to become an alternative material used in the rapid repair of marine concrete structures. However, the steel fibers have also caused corrosion problems in coastal environments. To make doped fiber fast-hardening RPC more adaptable for use in ocean engineering, this study prepares fast-hardening RPC mixed with straw and studied the effects of straw content and curing age on its slump flow, setting time, and mechanical performance (flexural strength, compressive strength, and flexural toughness). The effects of straw addition on the compactness and hydration products of fast-hardening RPC were studied through macro- (ultrasonic analysis) and micro-scopic analysis (electron microscopy scanning and X-ray diffraction patterns). The straw content mentioned in this paper refers to the percentage of straw in relation to RPC volume. The results showed that straw reduced the fluidity of RPC slurry by 10.5-11.5% compared to concrete without straw, and it accelerated the initial setting of RPC slurry. When the straw content accounted for 1% of RPC volume, the setting rate was the fastest, with a increasing rate being 6-18%. Compared to concrete without straw, the flexural and compressive strength of fast-hardening RPC was enhanced by 3.7-30.5%. When the content was either 3% or 4%, the mechanical properties improved. Moreover, when the straw content accounted for 4% of RPC volume, the flexural toughness was the highest, with the increase rate being 21.4% compared to concrete without straw. Straw reduces the compactness of fast-hardening RPC.

Abstract
This work studies the use of Fe/Ni-MOFs for the removal of ciprofloxacin (CIP) in wastewater. Fe/Ni-MOFs are prepared by the solvothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), a scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and a thermal gravimetric analyzer (TG). Under the conditions of the concentration of 50 ppm, a mass of 30 mg, and a temperature of 30 °C, the maximum adsorption capacity of ciprofloxacin removal within 5 h was 232.1 mg/g. The maximum removal rate was 94.8% when 40 mg of the Fe/Ni-MOFs was added to the solution of 10 ppm ciprofloxacin. According to the pseudo-second-order (PSO) kinetic model, the R2 values were all greater than 0.99, which proved that the adsorption theory of ciprofloxacin by Fe/Ni-MOFs was consistent with the practice. The adsorption results were mainly affected by solution pH and static electricity, as well as other factors. The Freundlich isotherm model characterized the adsorption of ciprofloxacin by Fe/Ni-MOFs as multilayer adsorption. The above results indicated that Fe/Ni-MOFs were effective in the practical application of ciprofloxacin removal.

Abstract
Heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 5 (HSPA5) is an endoplasmic reticulum chaperone, which regulates cell metabolism, particularly lipid metabolism. While HSPA5's role in regulating cell function is well described, HSPA5 binding to RNA and its biological function in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is still lacking. In the present study, the ability of HSPA5 to modulate alternative splicing (AS) of cellular genes was assessed using Real-Time PCR on 89 NAFLD-associated genes. RNA immunoprecipitation coupled to RNA sequencing (RIP-Seq) assays were also performed to identify cellular mRNAs bound by HSPA5. We obtained the HSPA5-bound RNA profile in HeLa cells and peak calling analysis revealed that HSPA5 binds to coding genes and lncRNAs. Moreover, RIP-Seq assays demonstrated that HSPA5 immunoprecipitates specific cellular mRNAs such as EGFR, NEAT1, LRP1 and TGFß1, which are important in the pathology of NAFLD. Finally, HSPA5 binding sites may be associated with splicing sites. We used the HOMER algorithm to search for motifs enriched in coding sequence (CDs) peaks, which identified over-representation of the AGAG motif in both sets of immunoprecipitated peaks. HSPA5 regulated genes at the 5'UTR alternative splicing and introns and in an AG-rich sequence-dependent manner. We propose that the HSPA5-AGAG interaction might play an important role in regulating alternative splicing of NAFLD-related genes. This report is the first to demonstrate that HSPA5 regulated pre-RNA alternative splicing, stability, or translation and affected target protein(s) via binding to lncRNA and mRNA linked to NAFLD.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The current trend of laminoplasty is developing toward the goal of muscle preservation and minimum tissue damage. Given this, muscle-preserving techniques in cervical single-door laminoplasty have been modified with protecting the spinous processes at the sites of C2 and/or C7 muscle attachment and reconstruct the posterior musculature in recent years. To date, no study has reported the effect of preserving the posterior musculature during the reconstruction. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the biomechanical effect of multiple modified single-door laminoplasty procedures for restoring stability and reducing response level on the cervical spine. METHODS Different cervical laminoplasty models were established for evaluating kinematics and response simulations based on a detailed finite element (FE) head-neck active model (HNAM), including ① C3 - C7 laminoplasty (LP_C37), ② C3 - C6 laminoplasty with C7 spinous process preservation (LP_C36), ③ C3 laminectomy hybrid decompression with C4 - C6 laminoplasty (LT_C3 + LP_C46) and ④ C3 - C7 laminoplasty with unilateral musculature preservation (LP_C37 + UMP). The laminoplasty model was validated by the global range of motion (ROM) and percentage changes relative to the intact state. The C2 - T1 ROM, axial muscle tensile force, and stress/strain levels of functional spinal units were compared among the different laminoplasty groups. The obtained effects were further analysed by comparison with a review of clinical data on cervical laminoplasty scenarios. RESULTS Analysis of the locations of concentration of muscle load showed that the C2 muscle attachment sustained more tensile loading than the C7 muscle attachment, primarily in flexion-extension (FE) and in lateral bending (LB) and axial rotation (AR), respectively. Simulated results further quantified that LP_C36 primarily produced 10% decreases in LB and AR modes relative to LP_C37. Compared with LP_C36, LT_C3 + LP_C46 resulted in approximately 30% decreases in FE motion; LP C37 + UMP also showed a similar trend. Additionally, when compared to LP_C37, LT_C3 + LP_C46 and LP C37 + UMP reduced the peak stress level at the intervertebral disc by at most 2-fold as well as the peak strain level of the facet joint capsule by 2-3-fold. All these findings were well correlated with the result of clinical studies comparing modified laminoplasty and classic laminoplasty. CONCLUSIONS Modified muscle-preserving laminoplasty is superior to classic laminoplasty due to the biomechanical effect of the posterior musculature reconstruction, with a retained postoperative ROM and loading response levels of the functional spinal units. More motion-sparing is beneficial for increasing cervical stability, which probably accelerates the recovery of postoperative neck movement and reduces the risk of the complication for eventual kyphosis and axial pain. Surgeons are encouraged to make every effort to preserve the attachment of the C2 whenever feasible in laminoplasty.

Abstract
Purpose. It is well documented that angiotensin II (Ang II) elevation promotes apoptosis of podocytes in vivo and vitro, but the potential mechanism is still oscular. The current study is aimed at probing into the assignment of cysteine-rich protein 61 (Cyr61) in Ang II-induced podocyte apoptosis. Methods. Podocytes were treated with Ang II (10-6 mol/L) for 48 hours to establish an injury model in vitro. Western blot assays were detected the expression of Cyr61, Cyt-c, Bax, and Bcl-2. Gene microarray was used to analyze the expression of mRNAs after treatment with Ang II. CRISPR/Cas9 technology was used to knock down Cyr61 and overexpress TXNIP gene, respectively. Results. The expression of Cyr61, TXNIP, Cyt-c, and Bax in podocytes treated with Ang II were upregulated, but the expression and apoptotic rates of Bcl-2 in podocytes were inhibited. The level of the above factors was not significantly different after the knockdown of Cyr61 with Ang II in podocytes. In Ang II group, when knocked down Cyr61, the expressed level of TXNIP, Cyt-c, and Bax was diminished after Ang II treatment; interestingly Bcl-2 expression and podocyte apoptotic rate were reduced. Under the stimulation of Ang II, the expression of Cyt-c and Bax were growing, whereas Bcl-2 was reduced, and the apoptotic rates were higher in the TXNIP overexpression group. Cyt-c and Bax were put on, whereas that of Bcl-2 was to be cut down when the Cyr61 was knockdown, and the apoptotic rates were gained in the TXNIP overexpression+Cyr61 knockdown group. Conclusions. The results of the study extrapolate that Cyr61 plays a dominant role in Ang II-induced podocyte apoptosis. Additionally, Cyr61 may mediate the Ang II-induced podocyte apoptosis by promoting the expression of TNXIP.

Abstract
Rapid chemical functionalization of additives and efficient determination of their optimum concentrations are important for designing high-performance lubricants, especially under multi-additive conditions. Herein, chemically functionalized graphene (FGR) and carbon nanotubes (FCNTs) were rapidly prepared by microwave-assisted ball milling and subsequently introduced into grease as additives. The tribological properties of the additives in grease at different concentrations and ratios were measured using a four-ball test. A reliable artificial neural network (ANN) model was established according to a few test results. Subsequently, the optimal concentration of multiple additives in the grease was predicted using a genetic algorithm and experimentally validated. The results indicated that the introduction of FGR (0.14 wt %) and FCNT (0.16 wt %) improved the antifriction and anti-wear performance of the base grease by 25.66 and 29.34%, respectively. The results of the ANN model analysis and friction interface characterization indicate that such performance is principally attributed to the synergistic lubrication of the FGR and FCNT.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Introduction: Volleyball requires athletes to have high global sport capacity. Compound exercises require more than one muscle group to complete a given movement. They are ideal for jump development in volleyball because they replicate how the athlete's body moves naturally. However, the attributes relevant to this technique are not fully understood. Objective: Study compound exercise's effects on volleyball players’ jumping ability. Methods: The controlled experiment method was used in 30 volunteers equally distributed in two groups, with a duration of 8 weeks. The control group received traditional training. The experimental group received training sessions directed by compound exercises. The sessions were applied twice a week, lasting 80 minutes per session, including 15 minutes of warm-up and 10 minutes of cool-down. The indicators were collected individually before and after the experiment, and the data were analyzed and statistically confronted. Results: The experimental group showed better results on standing vertical jump height, touch height, and blocking height after the compound exercise. Conclusion: The proposed compound exercise can improve players’ physical quality, impacting their professional quality, to ensure sporting interest. Abstract
Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy has been approved for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas and greatly improves disease outcomes. The impressive success has inspired the application of this approach to other types of tumors. The relapsed/refractory T-cell malignancies are characteristic of high heterogeneity and poor prognoses. The efficacy of current treatments for this group of diseases is limited. CAR-T therapy is a promising solution to ameliorate the current therapeutic situation. One of the major challenges is that normal T-cells typically share mutual antigens with malignant cells, which causes fratricide and serious T-cell aplasia. Moreover, T-cells collected for CAR transduction could be contaminated by malignant T-cells. The selection of suitable target antigens is of vital importance to mitigate fratricide and T-cell aplasia. Using nanobody-derived or naturally selected CAR-T is the latest method to overcome fratricide. Allogeneic CAR-T products and CAR-NK-cells are expected to avoid tumor contamination. Herein, we review the advances in promising target antigens, the current results of CAR-T therapy clinical trials in T-cell malignancies, the obstacles of CAR-T therapy in T-cell malignancies, and the solutions to these issues.

Abstract
In vivo ultrasound imaging with phased array transducers is of great importance for both clinical application and biomedical research. In this work, relaxor ferroelectric PMN-0.28PT single crystal with very high piezoelectric constant d33 ≥ 2000 pC/N and electromechanical coupling coefficient k33 ∼ 0.92 is used to fabricate high-frequency phased array transducers. A 128-element 20-MHz phased array transducer is successfully fabricated, and the optimized performance of -6 dB average bandwidth of ∼ 84 % and insertion loss of -43 dB are achieved. The axial and lateral imaging resolutions of the transducer are determined to be 81 µm and 243 µm, respectively. With Verasonics image platform, in vivo fisheye images are acquired, demonstrating the potential application of our developed high-frequency phased array transducer for biomedical research on small animals.

Abstract
Microorganisms in food do harms to human. They can cause serious adverse reactions and sometimes even death. So it is an urgent matter to find an effective method to control them. The research of intelligent- biosensor packaging is in the ascendant in recent years, which is mainly promoted by reflecting on food safety and reducing resource waste. Intelligent biosensor-packaging is an instant and efficient intelligent packaging technology, which can directly and scientifically manifest the quality of food without complex operation. In this review, the purposes of providing relevant information on intelligent biosensor-packaging are reviewed, such as types of biosensors for monitoring foodborne microorganism, the suitable material for intelligent biosensor-packaging and design and fabrication of intelligent biosensor-packaging. The potential of intelligent biosensor-packaging in the detection of foodborne microorganisms is emphasized. The challenges and directions of the intelligent biosensor-packaging in the detection of foodborne pathogens are discussed. With the development of science and technology in the future, the intelligent biosensor-packaging should be commercialized in a real sense. And it is expected that commercial products can be manufactured in the future, which will provide a far-reaching approach in food safety and food prevention. Background
Cardioneuroablation (CNA) has emerged as a promising therapy in patients with refractory vasovagal syncope (VVS). Well-designed randomized clinical trials (RCT) are lacking.
Purpose
To provide an estimate of the procedural success rate of CNA, including subgroup analysis by method and target of ablation, as well as serial measurements of autonomic tone after CNA with heart rate variability (HRV).
Methods
A systematic search of studies was performed in MEDLINE and EMBASE according to the PRISMA guidelines, from inception to 14 February 2022. Observational studies and clinical trials reporting success rates were included. Quality assessment was performed using the CONSORT and STROBE recommendations. The primary outcome was freedom from syncope after CNA. Meta-analysis was performed with a random-effects model. The secondary outcome was serial HRV analysis (heart rate, SDNN, rMSSD and LF/HF ratio) analysed with one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni's correction for multiple testing.
Results
A total of 465 patients were included across 14 studies (mean age 40±4 years; 54% females). All included studies were of intermediate quality (median 17, IQR 16–18). Procedural approach to CNA was variable: 50 patients (10.8%) by mapping of fractionated electrograms, 73 patients (15.7%) with the spectral method, 210 (45.2%) with high frequency stimulation, 73 (15.7%) with a purely anatomically guided method, and 59 patients (12.6%) with a combination. The target was bi-atrial in 168 patients (36.1%), left atrium only in 259 patients (55.7%), and right atrium only in 38 patients (8.2%).
The freedom from syncope was 91.9% (95% CI 88.1–94.6%; I2=6.9%, p=0.376; Figure 1). CNA limited to right atrial ablation was associated with a significantly lower success rate (p<0.0001; 81.5%, 95% CI 51.9–94.7%) versus left atrial ablation only (94.0%, 95% CI 88.6–96.9%) and bi-atrial ablation (92.7%, 95% CI 86.8–96.1%). Subgroup analysis according to the technique used to identify GPs did not show any significant difference in success rate (p=0.206).
Ten studies (n=317, 68.2%) reported at least one HRV parameter. Results are presented in Figure 2 with the mean and standard deviations. There were significant increases in heart rate, and significant decrease in SDNN, rMSSD and LF/HF ratios for each follow-up timepoint available (p<0.0001 for all analyses). Recovery of these parameters was observed in 2 studies, but these were not associated with an increased risk in syncope recurrence.
Conclusion
This meta-analysis suggests a high procedural success rate of CNA in VVS of 92%. CNA induces long-term changes in HRV, however some studies reported recovery of these parameters without an association with syncope recurrence. Therefore, HRV changes may not be an appropriate surrogate endpoint for clinical response. Well-designed double-blind, multi-center sham controlled RCTs are needed to provide evidence for future treatment guidelines.

Abstract
The application of CO2 curing on sludge ceramsite may improve its mechanical properties, and then increase the corresponding corrosion resistance. In this study, the influence of CO2-cured sludge ceramsite on the strength and long-term properties of cement concrete is investigated. CO2 curing time ranges from 0 h to 2 d. The cylinder compressive strength and water absorption rate of CO2-cured sludge ceramsite are first determined. Additionally, the flexural and compressive strengths, the chloride permeability and the freeze-thaw damage, as well as the corresponding thermal conductivity of cement concrete, are tested. Furthermore, the corrosion resistance of reinforcement inner-sludge-ceramsite cement concrete is measured. Finally, the scanning electron microscope photos of sludge ceramsite are obtained. Results show that the cylinder compressive strength of CO2-cured sludge ceramsite is 15.1, ~34.2% higher than that of sludge ceramsite. Meanwhile, the water absorption rate of CO2-cured sludge ceramsite is 39.6, ~82.4% higher than that of sludge ceramsite. The compressive strength and the flexural strength of cement concrete with CO2-cured sludge ceramsite are 11.4 and 18.7, ~21.6% and ~31.5% higher than the cement concrete with sludge ceramsite, respectively. The resistance of NaCl freeze-thaw cycles, determined by comparing the mass loss rate and the loss rates of mechanical strengths, is effectively improved by CO2 curing, while the thermal conductivity of cement concrete is decreased by CO2 curing. The corrosion resistance of inner reinforcement is improved by the application of CO2 curing on sludge ceramsite.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of WWW production and a measurement of its cross section using 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Events with two same-sign leptons (electrons or muons) and at least two jets, as well as events with three charged leptons, are selected. A multivariate technique is then used to discriminate between signal and background events. Events from WWW production are observed with a significance of 8.0 standard deviations, where the expectation is 5.4 standard deviations. The inclusive WWW production cross section is measured to be 820±100 (stat)±80 (syst) fb, approximately 2.6 standard deviations from the predicted cross section of 511±18 fb calculated at next-to-leading-order QCD and leading-order electroweak accuracy.

Abstract
The plant parasitic nematode, Aphelenchoides besseyi, is a serious pest causing severe damage to various crop plants and vegetables. The Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) strains, GBAC46 and NMTD81, and the biological strain, FZB42, showed higher nematicidal activity against A. besseyi, by up to 88.80, 82.65, and 75.87%, respectively, in a 96-well plate experiment. We screened the whole genomes of the selected strains by protein-nucleic acid alignment. It was found that the Bt strain GBAC46 showed three novel crystal proteins, namely, Cry31Aa, Cry73Aa, and Cry40ORF, which likely provide for the safe control of nematodes. The Cry31Aa protein was composed of 802 amino acids with a molecular weight of 90.257 kDa and contained a conserved delta-endotoxin insecticidal domain. The Cry31Aa exhibited significant nematicidal activity against A. besseyi with a lethal concentration (LC50) value of 131.80 μg/mL. Furthermore, the results of in vitro experiments (i.e., rhodamine and propidium iodide (PI) experiments) revealed that the Cry31Aa protein was taken up by A. besseyi, which caused damage to the nematode's intestinal cell membrane, indicating that the Cry31Aa produced a pore-formation toxin. In pot experiments, the selected strains GBAC46, NMTD81, and FZB42 significantly reduced the lesions on leaves by up to 33.56%, 45.66, and 30.34% and also enhanced physiological growth parameters such as root length (65.10, 50.65, and 55.60%), shoot length (68.10, 55.60, and 59.45%), and plant fresh weight (60.71, 56.45, and 55.65%), respectively. The number of nematodes obtained from the plants treated with the selected strains (i.e., GBAC46, NMTD81, and FZB42) and A. besseyi was significantly reduced, with 0.56, 0.83., 1.11, and 5.04 seedling mL-1 nematodes were achieved, respectively. Moreover, the qRT-PCR analysis showed that the defense-related genes were upregulated, and the activity of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) increased while malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased in rice leaves compared to the control. Therefore, it was concluded that the Bt strains GBAC46 and NMTD81 can promote rice growth, induce high expression of rice defense-related genes, and activate systemic resistance in rice. More importantly, the application of the novel Cry31Aa protein has high potential for the efficient and safe prevention and green control of plant parasitic nematodes.

Abstract
The standard model of particle physics1-4 describes the known fundamental particles and forces that make up our Universe, with the exception of gravity. One of the central features of the standard model is a field that permeates all of space and interacts with fundamental particles5-9. The quantum excitation of this field, known as the Higgs field, manifests itself as the Higgs boson, the only fundamental particle with no spin. In 2012, a particle with properties consistent with the Higgs boson of the standard model was observed by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN10,11. Since then, more than 30 times as many Higgs bosons have been recorded by the ATLAS experiment, enabling much more precise measurements and new tests of the theory. Here, on the basis of this larger dataset, we combine an unprecedented number of production and decay processes of the Higgs boson to scrutinize its interactions with elementary particles. Interactions with gluons, photons, and W and Z bosons-the carriers of the strong, electromagnetic and weak forces-are studied in detail. Interactions with three third-generation matter particles (bottom (b) and top (t) quarks, and tau leptons (τ)) are well measured and indications of interactions with a second-generation particle (muons, μ) are emerging. These tests reveal that the Higgs boson discovered ten years ago is remarkably consistent with the predictions of the theory and provide stringent constraints on many models of new phenomena beyond the standard model.

Abstract
Background Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a major cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Currently, microalbuminuria is mainly used as a diagnostic indicator of DN, but there are still limitations and lack of immune-related diagnostic markers. In this study, we aimed to explore diagnostic biomarkers associated with immune infiltration of DN. Methods Immune-related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were derived from those at the intersection of the ImmPort database and DEGs identified from 3 datasets, which were based on the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Functional enrichment analyses were performed; a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed; and hub genes were identified by Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING). After screening the key genes using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) and support vector machine recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE), a prediction model for DN was constructed. The predictive performance of the model was quantified by receiver-operating characteristic curve, decision curve analysis, and nomogram. Next, infiltration of 22 types of immune cells in DN kidney tissue was evaluated using cell-type identification by estimating relative subsets of RNA transcripts (CIBERSORT). Expression of diagnostic markers was analyzed in DN and control patient groups to determine the genes with the maximum diagnostic potential. Finally, we explored the correlation between diagnostic markers and immune cells. Results Overall, 191 immune-related DEGs were identified, that primarily positively regulated with cell adhesion, T cell activation, leukocyte proliferation and migration, urogenital system development, lymphocyte differentiation and proliferation, and mononuclear cell proliferation. Gene sets were related to the PI3K-Akt, MAPK, Rap1, and WNT signaling pathways. Finally, CCL19, CD1C, and IL33 were identified as diagnostic markers of DN and recognized in the 3 datasets [area under the curve (AUC) =0.921]. Immune cell infiltration analysis demonstrated that CCL19 was positively correlated with macrophages M1 (R=0.47, P<0.001) and macrophages M2 (R=0.75, P<0.001). CD1C was positively correlated with macrophages M1 (R=0.47, P<0.05), macrophages M2 (R=0.75, P<0.01), and monocytes (R=0.42, P<0.01). IL33 was positively correlated with macrophages M1 (R=0.45, P<0.05), macrophages M2 (R=0.74, P<0.01), and monocytes (R=0.41, P<0.01). Conclusions Our results provide evidence that CCL19, CD1C, and IL33, which are associated with immune infiltration, are the potential diagnostic biomarkers for DN candidates.

Abstract
PURPOSE Cutaneous angiosarcoma (CAS) is a rare but typically aggressive malignant vascular neoplasm of the skin. Tumor microenvironment (TME) of CAS and its associations with baseline clinicopathological features and patient outcomes are very important, especially when considering the recent advances in understanding of the tumor biology. METHODS/PATIENTS We retrospectively reviewed medical records of patients who underwent surgical resection for CAS at a tertiary Hospital. The pretreated specimens were evaluated by immunohistochemistry for programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and its ligand (PD-L1), densities of tumor infiltrative lymphocytes (TILs) (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD45RO+, FoxP3+), as well as c-MYC and Ki-67 expressions. Overall survival (OS) was estimated by Kaplan-Meier method and compared with Log-rank test. RESULTS A total of 21 CAS patients were identified. Median age was 67 (ranges: 20-81) years, 14 (66.7%) were male, and over 50% had lesions of scalp. Histopathological examination showed a predominantly spindle cell type (57.1%). All patients underwent surgery, 16 (76.2%) were treated further. PD-L1 was positively stained (> 1%) in tumor cells (42.9%) and TILs (23.8%). PD-1 expression (> 1%) was identified in TILs of 11 (52.4%) cases. PD-1/PD-L1 expressions were significantly associated with the higher densities of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD45RO+, and Foxp3+ TILs, but not with patient characteristics or c-MYC or Ki-67 expression. Median OS was 18.5 months (95% CI 6.0-35.9), although no prognostic significance was observed with respect to any clinicopathological features. CONCLUSION We characterized TME and its clinical and prognostic association in CAS. PD-1/PD-L1 expressions were significantly associated with TILs subtypes but not with OS.
