Abstract
Five undescribed elesesterpenes L-U, along with nine known 3,4-seco-lupane-type triterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus (Rupr. & Maxim.) S. Y. Hu. Elesesterpene L-S, and U were lupane-type triterpenoids, whereas elesesterpene T was an oleanane-type triterpenoid, probably artifact, as suggested by LC-MS analysis. Out of the nine known compounds, five were initially identified in E. sessiliflorus. Moreover, their structures were definitively determined using spectroscopic analyses, and the absolute configurations of elesesterpenes L-M and sachunogenin 3-O-glucoside were clarified using X-ray crystallographic techniques. The absolute configuration of elesesterpene T was determined by measuring and calculating its ECD. In addition, all compounds were tested to examine their ability to inhibit the proliferation of HFLS-RA cells induced by TNF-α in vitro. Elesesterpene M, chiisanogenin, chiisanoside, and 3-methylisochiisanoside significantly inhibited HFLS-RA proliferation.

Abstract
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai has been traditionally used in China for nearly a thousand years to treat rheumatic diseases. However, its efficacy and mechanisms in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA) have not been demonstrated. AIM OF THE STUDY To investigate the anti-arthritic effects and molecular mechanisms of Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai on collagen-induced arthritic mice through network pharmacology technology and experimental validation. MATERIALS AND METHODS First, the main ingredients of the extract of Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai (EVC) were identified through chemical composition characterization using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-MS). Then, the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model was established in DBA/1 J mice and the ameliorative effects of EVC on the progression of CIA mice were evaluated by oral treatment with different doses of the EVC for 28 days. After that, cytokine antibody microarray assay was used to detect the levels of multiple inflammation-related cytokines and chemokines in each group, and performed Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome (KEGG) enrichment analysis. Subsequently, the potential target for the effective chemical components of EVC in treating RA was identified using various databases. Additionally, a drug-disease target protein-protein interaction network (PPI) was conducted using Cytoscape for visualization and clustering, while GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed with the Metascape database. Finally, identified phenotypes and targets by network pharmacology analysis were experimentally validated in vivo. RESULTS Treatment with EVC significantly suppressed the severity of CIA with a dramatic reduction of paw swelling, arthritis index, levels of IgGs (IgG, IgG1, IgG2a, and IgG2b), multi-inflammation-related cytokines and chemokines on the progression of CIA. Histopathological examinations showed EVC could markedly inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) activity of osteoclast, and bone destruction. Furthermore, GO and KEGG enrichment analyses revealed that EVC could ameliorate RA by inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and regulating multiple signaling pathways including Osteoclast differentiation, IL-17, and TNF. PPI network analysis demonstrated that AKT1, MMP9, MAPK3, and other genes were highly related to EVC in treating RA. Finally, we proved that EVC could inhibit the expression of NFTAc1, MMP9, Cathepsin K, and AKT which were closely related to osteoclast activity. CONCLUSIONS EVC could treat RA through multiple components, multiple targets, and multiple pathways. The present study demonstrated the therapeutic efficacy of EVC and its molecular mechanisms in treating RA, indicating that it would be a potent candidate as a novel botanical drug for further investigation.

Abstract
AIM To develop a radiomics signature applied to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-images to predict cytogenetic abnormalities in multiple myeloma (MM). MATERIALS AND METHODS Patients with newly diagnosed MM were enrolled retrospectively from March 2019 to September 2022. They were categorised into the high-risk cytogenetics (HRC) group and standard-risk cytogenetics (SRC) group. The patients were allocated randomly at a ratio of 7:3 into training and validation cohorts. Volumes of interest (VOI) was drawn manually on fat suppression T2-weighted imaging (FS-T2WI) and copied to the same location of the T1-weighted imaging (T1WI) sequence. Radiomics features were extracted from two sequences and selected by reproducibility and redundant analysis. The least absolute shrinkage selection operation (LASSO) algorithm was applied to build the radiomics signatures. The performance of the radiomics signatures to distinguish HRC with SRC was evaluated by ROC curves. The area under the curve (AUC), specificity, and sensitivity were also calculated. RESULTS A total of 105 MM patients were enrolled in this study. The four and 11 most significant and relevant features were selected separately from T1WI and FS-T2WI sequences to build the radiomics signatures based on the training cohort. Compared to the T1WI sequence, the radiomics signature based on the FS-T2WI sequence achieved better performance with AUCs of 0.896 and 0.729 in the training and validation cohorts respectively. A sensitivity of 0.833, specificity of 0.667, and Youden index of 0.500 were achieved for the FS-T2WI radiomics signature in the validation cohort. CONCLUSIONS The radiomics signature based on MRI provides a non-invasive and convenient tool to predict cytogenetic abnormalities in MM patients.

Abstract
The ongoing coronavirus infectious disease (COVID-19) pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) still urgently requires effective treatments. The 3C-like (3CL) protease of SARS-CoV-2 is a highly conserved cysteine protease that plays an important role in the viral life cycle and host inflammation, providing an ideal target for developing broad-spectrum antiviral drugs. Herein, we describe the discovery of a large number of herbs mainly produced in Heilongjiang Province, China, that exhibited different inhibitory activities against SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease. We confirmed that Syringa reticulata, which is used for clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis and asthma, is a specific and potent inhibitor of 3CL protease. A 70 % ethanol extract of S. reticulata dose-dependently inhibited the cleavage activity of 3CL protease in a fluorescence resonance energy transfer assay with an IC50 value of 0.0018 mg/mL, but had minimal effect in pseudovirus-based cell entry and luciferase-based RNA-dependent RNA polymerase assays. These results suggest that S. reticulata will be a potential leading candidate for COVID-19 treatment.

Abstract
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Infiltrated resin has been widely used as a minimally invasive approach to masking white spot lesions and reinforcing demineralized enamel. Recent evidence confirms its satisfactory effect in the short term, but studies focusing on its long-term performance are lacking. PURPOSE The purpose of this ex vivo study was to evaluate the durability of infiltrated resin on white spot lesions after pH cycling and long-term thermocycling, staining, and toothbrushing. MATERIAL AND METHODS Four axial surfaces of 25 extracted human molars were sectioned and fabricated as specimens. The enamel surface of each specimen was prepared in 3 areas: sound enamel, demineralized enamel (white spot lesions), and demineralized enamel treated by infiltrated resin. Then, 4 specimens of each molar were allocated to different challenges simulating a 10-year follow-up: pH cycling, thermocycling, staining, and toothbrushing. The surface roughness, microhardness, and CIELab color values were measured before and after different treatments. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe representative specimens. Linear mixed models were used to evaluate the effect of different treatments on microhardness, roughness, and color differences (ΔE) (α=.05). RESULTS Resin infiltration reduced the surface roughness and increased the microhardness of demineralized lesions, (P<.001) but the values of sound enamel at baseline were not reached. The pH cycling led to the greatest roughness values (515.6 ±56.9 nm) on resin-infiltrated lesions, followed by thermocycling (450.7 ±64.7 nm), toothbrushing (291.2 ±43.5 nm), and staining (183.6 ±49.3 nm) (all P<.001). Only pH cycling significantly decreased the microhardness of resin-infiltrated lesions (81.6 ±14.8 HV 0.2) after progressive demineralization (P<.001). No clinically identified differences were found between resin-infiltrated white spot lesions and sound enamel (ΔE=3.4 ±2.0) at baseline. However, resin-infiltrated lesions demonstrated significantly greater discoloration after pH cycling (ΔE=8.0 ±4.5, P<.001), thermocycling (ΔE=5.4 ±2.0, P=.014), and staining treatments (ΔE=10.4 ±3.2, P<.001) than sound enamel. CONCLUSIONS Infiltrated resin application reduced surface roughness, improved microhardness, and masked white spot lesions immediately. However, it could not reestablish the characteristics of sound enamel completely and resist chemical and mechanical challenges over time.

Abstract
Charge ordered kagome lattices have been demonstrated to be intriguing platforms for studying the intertwining of topology, correlation, and magnetism. The recently discovered charge ordered kagome material ScV6Sn6 does not feature a magnetic groundstate or excitations, thus it is often regarded as a conventional paramagnet. Here, using advanced muon-spin rotation spectroscopy, we uncover an unexpected hidden magnetism of the charge order. We observe an enhancement of the internal field width sensed by the muon ensemble, which takes place within the charge ordered state. More importantly, the muon spin relaxation rate below the charge ordering temperature is substantially enhanced by applying an external magnetic field. Taken together with the hidden magnetism found in AV3Sb5 (A = K, Rb, Cs) and FeGe kagome systems, our results suggest ubiqitous time-reversal symmetry-breaking in charge ordered kagome lattices.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Depression among Korean American (KA) immigrants in rural Alabama is understudied. This study aims to utilize the social determinants of health (SDOH) framework to explore factors associated with depressive symptoms among KA immigrants living in rural communities of Alabama. DESIGN Data were collected from two sites in rural Alabama from September 2019 to February 2020. Convenience sampling was conducted to recruit study participants from the KA community. A total number of 261 KA immigrants aged 23-75 were included in the study. All measures originally in English were translated into Korean using back-translation to assure comparability and equivalence in the meaning of measures. Multiple linear regression modeling was used to explore the predictors of depression. RESULTS Perceived race discrimination was significantly associated with greater depressive symptoms (β = .180, SE = .534, p < .01). Three SDOH were identified to have significant relationship with depressive symptoms. Participants who could not see a doctor because of cost (β = .247, SE = 1.118, p < .001), had lower level of health literacy (β = -.121, SE = .280, p < .05), and had higher social isolation scores (β = .157, SE = .226, p < .05) tended to have higher scores of depressive symptoms. CONCLUSION Rural-living KA immigrants' depression can be significantly affected by race discrimination and SDOH factors, emphasizing the need for culturally competent interventions and services. Policymakers, federal and local governments, non-governmental organizations, and social workers can make joint efforts to address racial discrimination and improve the mental health services among immigrant populations, especially those living in rural areas.

Abstract
Lamellar bone, compactly and ingeniously organized in the hierarchical pattern with 6 ordered scales, is the structural motif of mature bone. Each hierarchical scale exerts an essential role in determining physiological behavior and osteogenic bioactivity of bone. Engineering lamellar bone with full-scale hierarchy remains a longstanding challenge. Herein, using bioskiving and mineralization, we attempt to engineer compact constructs resembling full-scale hierarchy of lamellar bone. Through systematically investigating the effect of mineralization on physicochemical properties and bioactivities of multi-sheeted collagen matrix fabricated by bioskiving, the hierarchical mimicry and hierarchy-property relationship are elucidated. With prolongation of mineralization, hierarchical mimicry and osteogenic bioactivity of constructs are performed in a bidirectional manner, i.e. first rising and then descending, which is supposed to be related with transformation of mineralization mechanism from nonclassical to classical crystallization. Construct mineralized 9 days can accurately mimic each hierarchical scale and efficiently promote osteogenesis. Bioinformatic analysis further reveals that this construct potently activates integrin α5-PI3K/AKT signaling pathway through mechanical and biophysical cues, and thereby repairing critical-sized bone defect. The present study provides a bioinspired strategy for completely resembling complex hierarchy of compact mineralized tissue, and offers a critical research model for in-depth studying the structure-function relationship of bone.

Abstract
Neuropeptide Y (NPY) is a widespread hormone in the central and peripheral nervous systems that maintains body homeostasis. Central actions of hypothalamic NPY have been identified in bone metabolism. Osteocytes are the main source of NPY in bone tissue, indicating that osteocytic NPY could be a local alternative pathway for hypothalamic mediated regulation of bone and bone cells. Here, we show that osteocytic NPY induces cell viability and proliferation. Osteocyte-derived factors are also closely associated with changes in cellular NPY mRNA levels. Furthermore, osteoblast mineralization was significantly induced by conditioned medium collected from NPY-overexpressing osteocytes (P < 0.05). Importantly, the NPY-AHNAK interaction was identified for the first time by co-immunoprecipitation, and significant inactivation of p-Smad1/5/9 was found in osteocytes with NPY or AHNAK insufficiency (P < 0.05). The activation of p-Smad1/5/9 reversed NPY insufficiency-caused decreases in the expression of osteocytic proliferating cell nuclear antigen and osteoblast markers including osteocalcin and Runx2 (P < 0.05); these findings showed an additional molecular mechanism by which NPY acts on cells through AHNAK-mediated Smad1/5/9 signalling. Collectively, our findings provide novel insights into the function of NPY in regulating osteocyte phenotype and function and provide new insights for further investigation into osteocytic NPY-mediated therapy.

Abstract
Autophagy is an important mechanosensitive response for cellular homeostasis and survival in osteocytes. However, the mechanism and its effect on bone metabolism have not yet clarified. The objective of this study was to evaluate how compressive cyclic force (CCF) induced autophagic response in osteocytes and to determine the effect of mechanically induced-autophagy on bone cells including osteocytes, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts. Autophagic puncta observed in MLO-Y4 cells increased after exposure to CCF. The upregulated levels of the LC3-II isoform and the degradation of p62 further confirmed the increased autophagic flux. Additionally, ATP synthesis and release, osteocalcin (OCN) expression, and cell survival increased in osteocytes as well. The Murine osteoblasts MC3T3-E1 cells and RAW 264.7 macrophage cells were cultured in conditioned medium collected from MLO-Y4 cells subjected to CCF. The concentration of FGF23 increased and the concentrations of SOST and M-CSF and RANKL/OPG ratio decreased significantly in the conditioned medium. Moreover, the promotion of osteogenic differentiation in MC3T3-E1 cells and inhibition of osteoclastogenesis and function in RAW 264.7 cells were significantly attenuated when osteocytes autophagy was inhibited by siAtg7. Our findings suggested that CCF induced protective autophagy in osteocytes and subsequently enhanced osteocytes survival and osteoblasts differentiation and downregulated osteoclasts activities. Further study revealed that CCF induced autophagic response in osteocytes through mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 2 (mTORC2) activation. In conclusion, CCF-induced osteocytes autophagy upon mTORC2 activation promoted osteocytes survival and osteogenic response and decreased osteoclastic function. Thus, osteocytes autophagy will provide a promising target for better understanding of bone physiology and treatment of bone diseases.

Abstract
Developing an effective treatment strategy of drug delivery to improve diabetic wound healing remains a major challenge in clinical practice nowadays, due to multidrug-resistant bacterial infections, angiopathy, and oxidative damage in the wound microenvironment. Herein, an effective and convenient strategy was designed through a self-healing multiple-dynamic-bond cross-linked hydrogel with interpenetrating networks, which was formed by multiple-dynamic-bond cross-linking of reversible catechol-Fe3+ coordinate bonds, hydrogen bonding, and Schiff base bonds. The excellent autonomous healing of the hydrogel was initiated and accelerated by Schiff bonds with reversible breakage between 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde containing catechol and aldehyde groups and chitosan chains, and further consolidated by the co-optation of other noncovalent interactions contributed of hydrogen bonding and Fe3+ coordinate bonds. Intriguingly, cathelicidin LL-37 was introduced and uniformly dispersed in the dynamic interpenetrating networks of the hydrogel as a bioactive molecular to orchestrate the diabetic wound healing microenvironment. This multifunctional wound dressing can significantly promote diabetic wound healing by antibacterial activity, immunomodulation, anti-inflammation, neovascularization, and antioxidant activity. Therefore, this study provided an effective and safe strategy for guiding the diabetic wound treatment in clinical applications.

Abstract
Numerous tissue regeneration paradigms show evident neurological dependence, including mammalian fingertip, skin, and bone regeneration. The mature skeleton is innervated by an abundant nervous system that infiltrates the developing axial and appendicular bones and maintains the stability of the systemic skeletal system by controlling blood flow, regulating bone metabolism, secreting neurotransmitters, and regulating stem cell behavior. In recent years, neurotization in tissue-engineered bone has been considered as a promising strategy to effectively overcome the challenge of vascularization and innervation regeneration in the central zone of "critical-sized bone defects" that conventional tissue-engineered scaffolds are unable to handle, however, further validation is needed in relevant clinical applications. Therefore, this study reviews the mechanisms by which the nervous system regulates bone metabolism and regeneration through a variety of neurogenic or non-neurogenic factors, as well as the recent progress and design strategies of neuralized tissue-engineered bone, to provide new ideas for further studies on subsequent neural bone tissue engineering. STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: The interaction of nerve and bone tissue during skeletal development and repair has attracted widespread attention, with emerging evidences highlighting the regulation of bone metabolism and regeneration by the nervous system, but the underlying mechanisms have not been elucidated. Thus, further applications of neuro-bone tissue engineering still needs careful consideration. In this review, we summarize the numerous neurogenic and non-neurogenic factors which are involved in bone repair and regeneration, and further explore the current status of their application and biomaterial design in neuro-bone tissue engineering, and finally discuss the challenge and prospective for neuro-bone tissue engineering to facilitate its further development.

Abstract
Classical swine fever (CSF) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) are responsible for major economic losses and represent a threat to the swine industry worldwide. Routine surveillance serology for CSF and PRRS viruses is critical to maintaining the health status of sow farms in Hunan Province, which is one of the top pig production provinces in China. The aim of our study was to investigate the serological statistics of CSF virus (CSFV) and PRRS virus (PRRSV) in Hunan Province. The cohort serum samples were collected from vaccinated and unvaccinated pigs. Our findings showed that the average rates of CSFV and PRRSV antibody seropositivity were 82.2% (95% CI: 80.1-84.3) and 84.8% (95% CI: 82.5-87.1), respectively, in the immunized group and that these rates were higher than those in the unvaccinated group (58.6% for CSFV and 47.8% for PRRSV). Additionally, the level of CSFV antibody in piglet serum declined gradually with age, whereas PRRSV-specific antibody level increased initially (1 to 2 weeks old) and then declined with age (2 to 4 weeks old). In summary, we investigated the difference in CSFV/PRRSV antibody levels among piglets at various weeks old (1 to 4 weeks) to further establish the duration of maternal immunity in piglets. In addition, routine monitoring of CSFV/PRRSV antibodies in immunized pigs was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of vaccination.

Abstract
In order to promote practical engineering application of anaerobic ammonium oxidation(anammox) process, reduction of primary sludge(PS) in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) and removal of nitrate contaminant, a single-stage simultaneous alkaline fermentation coupled with partial denitrification(SAFPD) system was established successfully in this study. Nitrite production was rapidly achieved from nitrate wastewater with PS as inoculated sludge and fermentable substrate under anaerobic and anoxic operating conditions. During the stable operation period, the primary sludge reduction(PSR) and productivity of organic matters were 27.9% and 483.8mgCOD/gVSS, with nitrate removal of 90.7%, NO3- to NO2- transformation ratio(NTR) of 80.0%. After 125 days of acclimation, the relative abundance of Thauera, Dechloromonas and Candidatus_Competibacter increased from 0.17%, 0.02% and 0.05% to 11.58%, 4.28% and 5.6% respectively. Above results showed that this SAFPD system not only realized the reduction of PS and nitrate removal, but also laid a solid foundation for anammox process with its high nitrite production.

Abstract
It is critical to fabricate a photoanode with the virtues of high carrier separation efficiency and light harvesting to reduce the recombination of carriers and enhance the utilization of solar energy in photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting. In this work, WO3 nanoflake photoanodes with surface and bulk O vacancies (D-WO3-x) were fabricated via a hydrothermal method and H2WO4 etching to reveal the respective roles and collaborative effect of O vacancies in the surface and bulk. The surface O vacancies leave abundant active sites to reduce the redox barrier. Furthermore, the bulk O vacancies act as electron trap centers for heightening carrier separation efficiency. More importantly, the surface and bulk O vacancies in D-WO3-x reduce the band gap so that the resistance to electron jumping is reduced and light harvesting is increased. As expected, the photocurrent density of D-WO3-x is 0.98 mA cm-2 at 1.23 V vs. RHE, which is 5 times that of pristine WO3. Moreover, the carrier separation efficiencies in the surface and bulk are 2.38 and 2.26 times that of WO3. This work provides a promising method for the development of high-performance photoanodes via introducing surface and bulk O vacancies in semiconductors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Neurodegenerative diseases (NDs), such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, are a leading cause of death and disability in China. Although studies have demonstrated that depression is associated with NDs, little is known about the factors impacting this relationship. This study aimed to explore and identify the risk and protective factors of depression among Chinese older adults with NDs. METHODS Data selection was based on the behavioral model of late-life depression. Data from the latest wave of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS, 1998-2014) in 2014 were analyzed. Among the sample, 334 older adults aged 65 and older with NDs were included in the analysis. A logistic regression analysis was conducted by SPSS 24.0. RESULTS Participants who lived in urban areas (O.R.= 2.494, p< .05) or needed more support for Activity of Daily Living (O.R.= 1.136, p< .05) were more likely to have depression. Participants who lived with household members (O.R.= .380, p< .05), self-reported their health status as fair (O.R.= .250, p< .01), or believed their health status remained the same (O.R.= .331, p< .01) were less likely to have depression. CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that policymakers and healthcare professionals should pay specific attention to the regional disparities of healthcare services and the cultural background to understand the relationship between NDs and depression and improve the well-being of ND patients.

Abstract
Background To manage the sharp pain of dentine hypersensitivity, various materials are utilized to conduct dentine remineralization. However, many prior materials are limited with their single function and complicated operations. In this study, silica and calcium (strontium) carbonates mineralized nano cellulose fibrous (Si/Ca(Sr)-NCF) mat with the ability to release acid resistant and biomimetic mineralizational silica/calcium (strontium) carbonate co-precipitation nanoparticles (Si/Ca(Sr) NPs) were fabricated. The dentine occluding effects, antibacterial activity and cytocompatibility of the Si/Ca(Sr)-NCF mats were evaluated. Methods The Si/Ca(Sr)-NCF mats were fabricated by dipping the electrospun nano cellulose fiber (NCF) into silica and calcium (strontium) carbonate liquid. Physicochemical characterizations and ion release were confirmed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ion release assays and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Sixty dentine discs were randomly divided into five groups: 1, blank NCF; 2, Si/Ca(Sr 0)-NCF; 3, Si/Ca(Sr 0.01)-NCF; 4, Si/Ca(Sr 0.05)-NCF; 5, Si/Ca(Sr 0.1)-NCF. Dentine discs were mineralized by the mats and observed with SEM immediately, after acid challenge and remineralized in artificial saliva. The releasing liquid was investigated by TEM and type I collagen model. Then, antibacterial property and cytocompatibility were evaluated. Results SEM and TEM results confirmed that the experiment mats continuously released amorphous Si/Ca(Sr) NPs and consequently realized anti-acid dentine biomimetic remineralization. Homogeneous surface coverage and collagen intrafibrillar mineralization in strontium adding groups illustrated the mineralization effect was not only by in site precipitation, but also collagen heterogeneous nucleation. Additionally, acceptable antibacterial and cytocompatibility properties were illustrated in low and middle Sr2+ containing mats. Conclusion In vitro studies on human dentine discs and type I collagen demonstrated that Si/Ca(Sr)–NCF system was a multifunction system inducing anti-acid, biomimetic, antibacterial and cytocompatible dentine remineralization. This multifunction mat would be a promising DH treatment candidate for complicated exposed dentine surfaces.

Abstract
Objective: This study aims to identify facilitators and barriers of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine acceptance, initiation, and completion among LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer) individuals. Method: A systematic review of qualitative and quantitative studies on HPV vaccine acceptance, initiation, and completion from 2006 to June 15, 2020 was performed in each database. Results: Twenty-six studies focusing on HPV vaccination among LGBTQ individuals were reviewed. Conclusions: Knowledge of HPV vaccine and healthcare providers' recommendations were identified as facilitators to receive HPV vaccinate, while high co-pay cost and concerns of the effectiveness and safety were identified as barriers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The study examines the function of hypoxia-mediated down-regulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) (mir-30c, mir-135a, and mir-27a) in the process of bladder cancer immune escape. METHODS Quantitative Real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was carried out to determine gene expression levels of Drosha and Dicer under hypoxia treatment, while western blotting and flow cytometry were used to determine protein expression. Seven reported miRNAs were identified via qRT-PCR assay. Flow cytometry detection of CD3/CD4/CD8-positive expression and statistics. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected cellular immune factors content. Cell apoptosis was checked via flow cytometry assay. Luciferase report assay and western blot assays were both used to verify the relationship between miRNAs and Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene b (Cbl-b). The animal model was established and Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, TdT-mediated dUTP Nick-End Labeling (TUNEL) staining, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) assays were separately used to verify the conclusions. RESULTS The CD3 + /CD4 + expression was increased in the hypoxia group, while CD3 + /CD8 + expression, the cellular immune factors content Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNFα) along with the cell apoptosis were suppressed. The protein expression of Cbl-b was found to be up-regulated in the hypoxia group. After constructing the overexpression/ knockdown of Cbl-b in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC), Cbl-b has been found to promote tumor immune escape in bladder cancer. Furthermore, Cbl-b had been identified as the co-targets of mir-30c, mir-135a, and mir-27a and down-regulation of miRNA biogenesis promotes Cbl-b expression and deactivating T cells in vitro/in vivo. CONCLUSION Hypoxia-mediated down-regulation of miRNAs' biogenesis promotes tumor immune escape in bladder cancer, which could bring much more advance to the medical research on tumors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of curcumin on cell cycle and apoptosis of human lens epithelial cells and the possible molecular mechanism. OBJECTIVE Cultured human lens epithelial cell line HLEC-SRA01/04 was treated with 20, 40 and 60 μmol/L curcumin for 24 or 48 h. The cell proliferation inhibition rate was determined using MTT assay, and the changes in cell cycle, mitochondrial membrane potential and apoptosis rate were analyzed with flow cytometry. Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of caspase-9, caspase-3, Bcl-2, Bax, cyclin B1, CDK1, β-catenin, c-myc, and cyclin D1 in the cells. OBJECTIVE Curcumin concentration- and time-dependently inhibited the proliferation of in HLEC-SRA01/04 cells as compared with the control cells (P < .05). Flow cytometric analysis showed that curcumin significantly increased apoptosis rate and cell percentage in G2/M phase and lowered mitochondrial membrane potential of HLEC-SRA01/04 cells in a concentrationdependent manner (P < 0.05). The results of Western blotting showed that curcumin also concentration-dependently increased the cellular expressions of caspase-3, caspase-9 and Bax and lowered the expressions of Bcl-2, cyclin B1, CDK1 and β-catenin along with the downstream proteins cyclin D1 and c-myc in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway (P < 0.05). OBJECTIVE Curcumin inhibits the proliferation of HLEC-SRA01/04 cells possibly by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and causing cell cycle arrest to induce cell apoptosis.

Abstract
Background Over the past decade, there has been an increase in the use of information technologies to educate and support people with dementia and their family caregivers. At the same time, chatbot technologies have become increasingly popular for use by the public and have been identified as having benefits for health care delivery. However, little is known about how chatbot technologies may benefit people with dementia and their caregivers. Objective This study aims to identify the types of current commercially available chatbots that are designed for use by people with dementia and their caregivers and to assess their quality in terms of features and content. Methods Chatbots were identified through a systematic search on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Alexa Skills, and the internet. An evidence-based assessment tool was used to evaluate the features and content of the identified apps. The assessment was conducted through interrater agreement among 4 separate reviewers. Results Of the 505 initial chatbots identified, 6 were included in the review. The chatbots assessed varied significantly in terms of content and scope. Although the chatbots were generally found to be easy to use, some limitations were noted regarding their performance and programmed content for dialog. Conclusions Although chatbot technologies are well established and commonly used by the public, their development for people with dementia and their caregivers is in its infancy. Given the successful use of chatbots in other health care settings and for other applications, there are opportunities to integrate this technology into dementia care. However, more evidence-based chatbots that have undergone end user evaluation are needed to evaluate their potential to adequately educate and support these populations.

Abstract
Background As a critical driving power to promote health care, the health care–related artificial intelligence (AI) literature is growing rapidly. Objective The purpose of this analysis is to provide a dynamic and longitudinal bibliometric analysis of health care–related AI publications. Methods The Web of Science (Clarivate PLC) was searched to retrieve all existing and highly cited AI-related health care research papers published in English up to December 2019. Based on bibliometric indicators, a search strategy was developed to screen the title for eligibility, using the abstract and full text where needed. The growth rate of publications, characteristics of research activities, publication patterns, and research hotspot tendencies were computed using the HistCite software. Results The search identified 5235 hits, of which 1473 publications were included in the analyses. Publication output increased an average of 17.02% per year since 1995, but the growth rate of research papers significantly increased to 45.15% from 2014 to 2019. The major health problems studied in AI research are cancer, depression, Alzheimer disease, heart failure, and diabetes. Artificial neural networks, support vector machines, and convolutional neural networks have the highest impact on health care. Nucleosides, convolutional neural networks, and tumor markers have remained research hotspots through 2019. Conclusions This analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the AI-related research conducted in the field of health care, which helps researchers, policy makers, and practitioners better understand the development of health care–related AI research and possible practice implications. Future AI research should be dedicated to filling in the gaps between AI health care research and clinical applications.

Abstract
In recent years, emerging evidence has illustrated the indispensable role of sympathetic neurotransmitters and their receptors in cartilage mediation. The presence of neuropeptide Y (NPY)-positive sympathetic nerve fibres in cartilage and NPY-secretion function in chondrocytes raises the possibility of NPY directly regulating the function of chondrocytes. Therefore, this study intended to evaluate the effect of NPY and its receptors on the proliferation and chondrogenic differentiation of ATDC5 cells. Results showed NPY, especially at a concentration of 10-10 M, to significantly enhance proliferation of ATDC5 cells. Moreover, NPY effectively facilitated early chondrogenesis and late hypertrophy/mineralisation of ATDC5 cells via Y1 receptor signalling, rather than via Y2 receptor signalling. Taken together, the results help us to understand how NPY and its receptors affect the function of chondrocytes.

Abstract
Grafting bone substitute is paramount to prevent the alveolar ridge resorption after tooth extraction and facilitate the subsequent implant treatment. An ideal bone substitute should acquire the excellent osteogenic property, more importantly, possess the suitable remodeling rate in balance with bone formation and desirable clinical manageability. However, none of bone substitute is simultaneously characterized by these features, and currently, the limited remodeling property leads to the excessive waiting time before implantation. Enlightened by woven bone, the transitional tissue that is able to induce osteogenesis during bone healing could be easily remodeled within a short period and depend on the favorable injectability of hydrogel, an injectable woven bone-like hydrogel (IWBLH) was constructed in this study to address the above problems. To mimic the component and hierarchical structure of woven bone, amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and mineralized collagen fibril were synthesized and compounded with alginate to form IWBLHs with various ratio. Screened by physiochemical characterization and in vitro biological assays, an optimal IWBLH was selected and further explored in rat model of tooth extraction. Compared with the most widely used bone substitute, we showed that IWBLH could be easily handled to fully fill the tooth socket, perform a comparable function to prevent the alveolar bone resorption, and completely remodeled within 4 weeks. This IWBLH stands as a promising candidate for alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) in future.

Abstract
Over the last decade, person-centered practices in care for adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (AD/RD) has received significant attention from the health care and social service literature, though less attention has been paid to family-centered care (FCC). Initially conceptualized for application in pediatric care, FCC is an approach where clinicians develop partnerships with care recipients' family members and views family members as having expertise to contribute to the clinical team. More recently, FCC has been extended to the literature on AD/RD care, though little is known about the extent to which family-centered interventions have been developed for use in AD/RD clinical practice, or the effectiveness of family-centered care for this population. To contribute to gaps in scholarship, this systematic review identified and evaluated intervention studies examining FCC in AD/RD clinical care. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

Abstract
Depression has become one of the major health issues among older adults. In turn, various factors can facilitate or impede the occurrence of depression, socially, economically and culturally. Around 2050, China will have 487 million older adults or nearly 35 percent of the total population. Due to the different background of society, economy and culture, what explanations and knowledge can China provide based on present experiences and practices to help better understand depression among older adults from more comprehensive way? This study was conducted on the latest wave (2011-2014) of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS, 1998-2014). The sample included 7,107 Chinese older adults age from 65 to 117 years in China. A binomial hierarchical logistic regression was performed to examine the likelihood of having depression among older adults predicted by geographic characteristics, quality of life, chronic diseases, personal community services, social community services, and demographic variables including gender, age, and current marital status. Analysis indicated that approximately 10% of Chinese older adults in the sample reported depression. Compared to female and young-old adults (age 65-74), males (OR=.636, p<.001) and oldest-old adults (age 95+) (OR=.822, p<.001) were less likely to have depression. Older adults who lived in rural areas (OR=.681, p<.001) showed less likelihood of having depression. Older adults who had better life quality (OR=.553, p<.001) revealed less likely to have depression. Having social services in the community (OR=.908, p<.05) significantly lowered the likelihood of having depression among Chinese older adults. Implications for research, policy, and practice are discussed.

Abstract
Depression is a major health issue among older adults, and it exerts negative impacts on them physically and mentally. In turn, various factors facilitate or impede the occurrence of depression, socially, economically and culturally. At the same time, neurodegenerative diseases have become a leading cause of death and disability worldwide. In China, the incidence rate of Parkinson’s disease among older adults aged 65 and older is 1.7%, which means 100,000 new cases occur each year, more than 2.5 million in total. Meanwhile, 3.21% of incidence rate, more than 8 million older adults aged 65 and older with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia (AD/RD) makes China become the largest and fastest-growing area of AD/RD in the world. Around 2050, Chinese older adults with AD/RD will exceed 20 million. However, little is known about the extent that to which older adults with Parkinson’s or AD/RD in China will suffer from depression. This study was conducted on the latest wave (2011-2014) of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS, 1998-2014). The sample included 334 Chinese older adults aged 65 and older with neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson’s or AD/RD). A univariate and binomial hierarchical logistic regression were performed. Result showed that 13.5% (n = 45) participants reported depression. Several covariates were significantly correlated with the occurrence of depression, including: co-residence of interviewee, activity level, level of chronic diseases, self-reported health status and Instrumental Activity of Daily Life. Implications for research, policy, and practice are discussed.

Abstract
Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is a multifunctional phospholipid. Osteocytes are the most abundant cells in bone and can orchestrate bone formation and resorption, in part by producing cytokines that regulate osteoblast and osteoclast differentiation and activity. Interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8 are two important cytokines that have potent effects on bone fracture healing. Previous studies suggest that platelet-derived LPA may influence fracture healing by inducing osteocyte dendrite outgrowth. However, the biological mechanism through which LPA induces cytokine production in osteocytes is poorly understood. In this study, we report that LPA markedly enhanced IL-6 and CXCL15 (mouse homologue of human IL-8) production in MLO-Y4 cells and that this enhancement was suppressed by the LPA1/3-selective antagonist Ki16425, the Gi/o protein inhibitor PTX or the protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor sotrastaurin. We also observed that of all the PKC isoform targets of sotrastaurin, only PKCθ was activated by LPA in MLO-Y4 cells and that this activation was blocked by sotrastaurin, Ki16425 or PTX. Taken together, the results of the present study demonstrate that LPA may be a potent inducer of IL-6 and CXCL15 production in MLO-Y4 cells and that this induction is associated with the activation of LPA1, Gi/o protein and the PKCθ pathway. These findings may help us better understand the mechanism of fracture healing and contribute to the treatment of bone damage.

Abstract
p53 is a tumor suppressor gene that can be activated in many contexts, such as DNA damage or stressful conditions. p53 has also been shown to be important for responses to certain viral infections. Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is a major enteric pathogen of the coronavirus family that causes extensive mortality among piglets. The involvement of p53 during PEDV infection has not previously been investigated. In this study, we detected p53 upregulation in response to PEDV infection. Treatment with a p53 specific activator or p53 overexpression markedly decreased viral replication, and we showed that there was more viral progeny produced in p53 knock-out cells than in p53 wild-type cells. Finally, we demonstrated that inhibition of viral infection by p53 was mediated via p53-dependent IFN signaling, leading to IFN-stimulated response element (ISRE) activation, as well as the upregulation of IFN-stimulated genes (ISGs) and IFN-β released from infected cells. These findings demonstrate that p53 suppresses PEDV infection, offering a novel therapeutic strategy for combatting this deadly disease in piglets.

Abstract
Thirty-eight years old male patient. Accepted the radical thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer in our department. When surgery was ended, laryngeal spasm occurred during pulling out the tracheal intubation, the quick check of calcium was 1.87 mmol/L, after intravenous injection the calcium gluconate the laryngeal spasm was relieved. After surgery, we gave calcium gluconate intravenously and oral Caltrate D, the patient did not appear the presence of numbness, convulsions and other symptoms. The fasting serum calcium was 2.28 mmol/L and the parathyroid hormone was 18 pg/ml before the patient discharge. In this case, we should be alert to the occurrence of low calcium and laryngeal spasm.

Abstract
The human brain can be characterized as functional networks. Therefore, it is important to subdivide the brain appropriately in order to construct reliable networks. Resting-state functional connectivity-based parcellation is a commonly used technique to fulfill this goal. Here we propose a novel individual subject-level parcellation approach based on whole-brain resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data. We first used a supervoxel method known as simple linear iterative clustering directly on resting-state fMRI time series to generate supervoxels, and then combined similar supervoxels to generate clusters using a clustering method known as graph-without-cut (GWC). The GWC approach incorporates spatial information and multiple features of the supervoxels by energy minimization, simultaneously yielding an optimal graph and brain parcellation. Meanwhile, it theoretically guarantees that the actual cluster number is exactly equal to the initialized cluster number. By comparing the results of the GWC approach and those of the random GWC approach, we demonstrated that GWC does not rely heavily on spatial structures, thus avoiding the challenges encountered in some previous whole-brain parcellation approaches. In addition, by comparing the GWC approach to two competing approaches, we showed that GWC achieved better parcellation performances in terms of different evaluation metrics. The proposed approach can be used to generate individualized brain atlases for applications related to cognition, development, aging, disease, personalized medicine, etc. The major source codes of this study have been made publicly available at https://github.com/yuzhounh/GWC.

A series of polypropylene hollow fiber membranes was fabricated by melt-spinning and stretching. The crystalline behavior and hard elasticity of precursor hollow fibers were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), elastic recovery and strain-stress curves. The structure and properties of membranes were investigated in detail by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscopy, pure water flux, and so on. The results showed that membranes with excellent structure and properties can be obtained at a spin-draw rate of 350 m/min and a stretching ratio of 200 %. The evolution of crystal structure was explored during the annealing and stretching processes by two-dimensional small-angle X-ray scattering (2D-SAXS). Shish-kebab structure was obtained during annealing for hollow fibers at a spin-draw rate of 350 m/min. The crystalline lamellae were destroyed and micropores were formed during the fabrication of membranes by stretching.

Abstract
Employees' positive organizational behavior (POB) is not only to promote organizational function but also improve individual and organizational performance. As an important concept in organizational research, organizational justice is thought to be a universal predictor of employee and organizational outcomes. The current set of two studies examined the effects of organizational justice (OJ) on POB of employees with two different studies, a large-sample survey and a situational experiment. In study 1, a total of 2,566 employees from 45 manufacturing enterprises completed paper-and-pencil questionnaires assessing organizational justice (OJ) and positive organizational behavior (POB) of employees. In study 2, 747 employees were randomly sampled to participate in the situational experiment with 2 × 2 between-subjects design. They were asked to read one of the four situational stories and to image that this situation happen to the person in the story or them, and then they were asked to imagine how the person in the story or they would have felt and what the person or they subsequently would have done. The results of study 1 suggested that OJ was correlated with POB of employees and OJ is a positive predictor of POB. The results of study 2 suggested that OJ had significant effects on POB and negative organizational behavior (NOB). Procedural justice accounted for significantly more variance than distributive justice in POB of employees. Distributive justice and procedural justice have different influences on POB and NOB in terms of effectiveness and direction. The effect of OJ on POB was greater than that of NOB. In addition, path analysis indicated that the direct effect of OJ on POB was smaller than its indirect effect. Thus, many intermediary effects could possibly be between them.

Abstract
Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) receptor-1/2 (TRAIL-R1/R2), also known as death receptors, are expressed in a wide variety of tumor cells. Although TRAIL can induce cell apoptosis by engaging its cognate TRAIL-R1/R2, some tumor cells are or become resistant to TRAIL treatment. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against TRAIL-R1/R2 have been developed to use as potential antitumor therapeutic agents instead of TRAIL. However, TRAIL-R1/R2-based tumor therapy has not yet been realized. We previously generated a series of fully human monoclonal antibodies against TRAIL-R1 (TR1-mAbs) that induced tumor cell apoptosis. In this study, we identified the antigenic binding sites of these TR1-mAbs and proposed two major epitopes on the extracellular domain of TRAIL-R1. The analysis revealed that the epitopes of some TR1-mAbs partially overlaps with the beginning of TRAIL-binding sites, and other epitopes are located within the TRAIL-binding region. Among these mAbs, TR1-422 and TR1-419 mAbs have two antigenic binding sites that bound to the same binding region, but they have different essential amino acid residues and binding site sizes. Furthermore, we investigated the apoptosis activity of TR1-419 and TR1-422 mAbs in the form of IgG and IgM. In contrast to the IgG-type TR1-419 and TR1-422 mAbs, which enhanced and inhibited TRAIL-induced apoptosis, respectively, both IgM-type TR1-419 and TR1-422 mAb strongly induced cell apoptosis with or without soluble TRAIL (sTRAIL). Moreover, the results showed that IgM-type TR1-419 and TR1-422 mAbs alone can sufficiently activate the extrinsic and intrinsic apoptosis signaling pathways and suppress tumor growth in vivo. Consequently, we identified two antigenic binding sites with agonistic activity, and their specific IgM-type mAbs exhibited strong cytotoxic activity in tumor cells in vitro and in vivo. Thus, these agonistic antigenic binding sites may be useful for the development of effective Ab-based drugs or Ab-based cell immunotherapy for various human solid tumors.

Abstract
To investigate the effects and their possible mechanisms of cell division cycle 42 (Cdc42) to neonatal rat myocardial cells subjected to the ischemia-repefusion. Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were cultured and then subjected to the ischemia-reperfusion. Experimental groups 1. Control group; 2. Ischemia-repefusion group (I/R group); 3. Oligofectamine group (Oli group); 4. Oligofectamine and antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (AS-ODN) group (As group); 5. Oligofectamine and missense oligodeoxynucleotide (MS-ODN) group (Ms group); 6. SP600125 and Oligofectamine and AS-ODN group (SP600125/As group); 7. SP600125 and Oligofectamine and MS-ODN group (SP600125/Ms group). The cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate was detected by AnnexinV/PI with flow cytometry. Cdc42, JNK, p-JNK, Bax and Bcl-2 were detected by western blot. In comparison with control group, Cdc42, the cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate and phosphorylation of JNK were increased and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax was reduced in the I/R group; Cdc42, the cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate and phosphorylation of JNK in As group was lower than the I/R group, Oli group and the Ms group, and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax was the highest in the four groups; Cdc42, cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate, phosphorylation of JNK and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax showed no differences in the I/R group, Oli group and the Ms group. Compared with As group, phosphorylation of JNK was lower in the SP600125/As group, phosphorylation of JNK in SP600125/Ms group was lower than the Ms group, and it showed no differences between the SP600125 & As group and the SP600125 & Ms group. Cdc42 in myocardial I/R can promote cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate. AS-ODN of Cdc42 can decrease the cardiacmyocyte apoptosis rate in I/R. Cdc42 may played a role in myocardial I/R via JNK , Bcl-2 and Bax signal pathway.

Abstract
Quinocetone (QCT), an antimicrobial growth promoter, is widely used in food-producing animals. However, information about pharmacokinetics (PK) of QCT in ducks still remains unavailable up to now. In this study, QCT and its major metabolites (1-desoxyquinocetone, di-desoxyquinocetone and 3-methyl-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic) in ducks were studied using a simple and sensitive UHPLC-MS/MS assay. Twenty ducks were divided into two groups. (n = 10/group). One group received QCT by oral administration at dose of 40 mg/kg while another group received QCT intravenously at 10 mg/kg. Plasma samples were collected at various time points from 0 to 96 hr. QCT and its major metabolites in duck plasma samples were extracted by 1 ml acetonitrile and detected by UHPLC-MS/MS, with the gradient mobile phase that consisted of 0.1% formic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B). A noncompartment analysis was used to calculate the PK parameters. The results showed that following oral dosing, the peak plasma concentration (Cmax ) of QCT was 32.14 ng/ml and the area under the curve (AUCINF_obs) was 233.63 (h ng)/ ml. Following intravenous dosing, the Cmax , AUCINF_obs and Vss_obs were 96.70 ng/ml, 152.34 (h ng)/ ml and 807.00 L/kg, respectively. These data indicated that the QCT was less absorbed in vivo following oral administration, with low bioavailability (38.43%). QCT and its major metabolites such as 1-desoxyquinocetone and 3-methyl-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic were detected at individual time points in individual ducks, while the di-desoxyquinocetone was not detected in all time points in all ducks. This study enriches basic scientific data about pharmacokinetics of QCT in ducks after oral and intravenous administration and will be beneficial for clinical application in ducks.
