Abstract
OBJECTIVES To provide clinical practice guidelines about fertility preservation (FP) for women with benign gynecologic disease (BGD) developed by a modified Delphi consensus process for oocyte vitrification in women with benign gynecologic disease. METHODS A steering committee composed of 14 healthcare professionals and a patient representative with lived experience of endometriosis identified 42 potential practices related to FP for BGD. Then 114 key stakeholders including various healthcare professionals (n=108) and patient representatives (n=6) were asked to participate in a modified Delphi process via two online survey rounds from February to September 2020 and a final meeting. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this final meeting to reach consensus was held as a videoconference in November 2020. RESULTS Survey response of stakeholders was 75 % (86/114) for round 1 and 87 % (75/86) for round 2. Consensus was reached for the recommendations for 28 items, that have been distributed into five general categories: (i) Information to provide to women of reproductive age with a BGD, (ii) Technical aspects of FP for BGD, (iii) Indications for FP in endometriosis, (iv) Indications for FP for non-endometriosis BGD, (v) Indications for FP after a fortuitous diagnosis of an idiopathic diminished ovarian reserve. CONCLUSION These guidelines provide some practice advice to help health professionals better inform women about the possibilities of cryopreserving their oocytes prior to the management of a BGD that may affect their ovarian reserve and fertility. STUDY FUNDING/COMPETING INTEREST(S) The CNGOF (Collège National des Gynécologues Obstétriciens Français) funded the implementation of the Delphi process.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES We organized a survey for in-vitro fertilization couples who beneficiated on self-preservation of part of the oocyte cohort. The main objective was to measure couples' satisfaction. Secondary objectives were; to identify how patients had been informed; to verify that the use of the ART technique met their expectations, and how they felt about oocyte or embryo freezing. METHODS The data were collected by a questionnaire sent electronically to couples who had undergone partial vitrification of the oocyte cohort and at least one warming cycle. The questionnaire consisted of 2 components; one for the women and another one for their husband. RESULTS Eighty-eight women and 62 men responded to the survey respectively, representing 50.86% and 35.84% of the targeted patients. They were satisfied with a 90% rate, men and women combined. The information we give in the center is heard by couples and is part of the trust in the medical staff. Men are more worried than women about the risks of stimulation or ovarian pick-up and are not displeased to be called upon for sperm recovery for every attempt at oocyte warming. The ambiguity of the answers on the representation of the embryo confirms what is already described, but is independent of the acceptance of freezing whether it is oocyte or embryo. CONCLUSION In the same way as evaluating the results, the evaluation of patient satisfaction is useful for the implementation of therapeutic strategies and care pathways.

Abstract
Fertility preservation (FP) techniques are progressing rapidly these past few years thanks to the oocyte vitrification. Indication of FP techniques is now extended to non-oncological situation that may induce risk of premature ovarian failure. Ovarian endometriosis can lead to premature ovarian failure and further infertility due to the high risk of ovarian cysts recurrence and surgery. To date, there is no cohort study regarding FP and endometriosis as well as no recommendation. Our purpose is to review the arguments in favor of FP in this specific area and to elaborate strategies according to each clinical form.

Abstract
The French bio-ethic law concerning ART is more restricted than in other countries. Techniques can only be applied in heterosexual couples presenting a documented infertility. Nevertheless, concerns about fertility planning are numerous in young women, leading to a growing demand of reproductive medicine consultations. Two situations can be distinguished: firstly, single patients wishing sperm donation and, secondly, single patients who wish to preserve their fertility for future parenting project. This latter situation can be discussed in the French legislative context while the other will require soliciting the neighboring European teams.

Abstract
Advances on cryopreservation techniques now allow considering oocyte, embryo or ovarian tissue freezing for female fertility preservation. Originally developed for patients suffering from cancer, fertility preservation has rapidly invaded others medical fields, and represents now the standard of care for all young patient diagnosed with a disease that could impair fertility or having to receive possibly gonadotoxic treatment. As a result, autoimmune diseases, some genetic pathologies or iterative pelvic surgeries, at risk of premature ovarian failure, have become common indications of fertility preservation. In addition, the social egg freezing aiming at preventing the age-related fertility decline is still debated in France, although authorized in numerous countries. This review will discuss the different strategies of fertility preservation in young girls and women of reproductive age, regarding different medical or non-medical indications.

Abstract
In today's society, many women push pregnancy further away from the "right" childbearing age. Assisted reproduction, except egg donation, is unable to fully overcome the effect of age on fertility loss. The effectiveness of oocyte vitrification is demonstrated, and oocyte vitrification is allowed in the French Bioethics law of 2011. In the French law, oocyte' s cryopreservation is proposed to oocyte donors without child. Social egg freezing for non-medical reason is already legal in some countries, but leads to new debates and discussions.
