Abstract
The objective of this research was to fabricate crude soybean oil oleogels (CSO) using β-sitosterol (BS) and/or monoacylglycerol (MAG) and compare their role with that of refined soybean oil oleogels (RSO) in cookie making. Both crude and refined soybean oil oleogels were formed with BS or MAG, or the combination of both (1 : 1) at a fixed concentration of 10 wt%. The thermal behavior of the oleogels was measured using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The crystal structure and morphology of the oleogels were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and polarized light microscopy (PLM). The hardness of the oleogel and commercial vegetable shortening was compared using a texture analyzer. The characteristics of cookies made with the oleogels were compared with those of cookies made with commercial vegetable shortening. Overall, the incorporation of BS and/or MAG into crude and refined soybean oil can produce oleogels with solid-like properties. Refined soybean oil formed stronger and firmer oleogels as compared to crude soybean oil. RSO structured by BS presented branched fiber-like, elongated plate-like, and needle-like crystals while the same oil gelled by MAG contained spherulite crystals. RSO made with the combination of BS and MAG displayed crystal morphologies from both BS and MAG. The same crystal morphologies were observed in CSO with lower quantities. Comparing the quality of cookies made with the oleogels and commercial vegetable shortening, equal or better performance of both RSO and CSO in terms of weight, thickness, width, spread ratio, and hardness of cookies than that of commercial vegetable shortening was observed. By combining the results of the physical characterization and cookie making performance, it can be concluded that both crude and refined soybean oleogels could resemble commercial shortening, which offers the possibility of using oleogels to replace shortening in the baking industry.

Abstract
Cleft palate is among the most common structural birth defects in humans. Previous studies have shown that mutations in FOXF2 are associated with cleft palate in humans and mice and that Foxf2 acts in a Shh-Foxf-Fgf18-Shh molecular network controlling palatal shelf growth. In this study, we combined RNA-seq and ChIP-seq approaches to identify direct transcriptional target genes mediating Foxf2 function in palate development in mice. Of 155 genes that exhibited Foxf2-dependent expression in the developing palatal mesenchyme, 88 contained or were located next to Foxf2-binding sites. Through in situ hybridization analyses, we demonstrate that expression of many of these target genes, including multiple genes encoding transcription factors and several encoding extracellular matrix-modifying proteins, were specifically upregulated in the posterior region of palatal shelves in Foxf2-/- mouse embryos. Foxf2 occupancy at many of these putative target loci, including Fgf18, in the developing palatal tissues was verified by ChIP-polymerase chain reaction analyses. One of the Foxf2 target genes, Chst2, encodes a carbohydrate sulfotransferase integral to glycosaminoglycan sulfation. Correlating with ectopic Chst2 expression, Foxf2-/- embryos a exhibited region-specific increase in sulfated keratan sulfate and a concomitant reduction in chondroitin sulfate accumulation in the posterior palatal mesenchyme. However, expression of the core protein of versican, a major chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan important in palatal shelf morphogenesis, was increased, whereas expression of collagen I was reduced in the corresponding region of the palatal mesenchyme. These results indicate that, in addition to regulating palatal shelf growth through the Fgf18-Shh signaling network, Foxf2 controls palatal shelf morphogenesis through regulating expression of multiple transcription factors as well as through directly controlling the synthesis and processing of extracellular matrix components in the palatal mesenchyme. Our ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data sets provide an excellent resource for comprehensive understanding of the molecular network controlling palate development.

Abstract
We evaluated the relationship between serum bilirubin levels and ankle-brachial index (ABI) to determine whether gender affected the relationship between bilirubin levels and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) in patients with hypertension. A total of 543 patients were included in our studies (78 patients with PAD and 465 without PAD). Peripheral arterial disease was defined as ABI <0.90 for either and/or both sides. Serum bilirubin levels were measured with a vanadate oxidation method by using fasting venous blood samples. Serum total bilirubin (TBiL) and direct bilirubin (DBiL) levels were higher in males compared with females (both P < .05). Total bilirubin and DBiL were significantly lower in the PAD group. After adjustment for cardiovascular risk factors, PAD was independently negatively related to TBiL and DBiL, with odds ratios (OR) 0.914 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.845-0.990) and 0.748 (95% CI: 0.572-0.977). In addition, there was a relationship between PAD and bilirubin levels (TBiL-OR = 0.884, 95% CI: 0.792-0.985; DBiL-OR = 0.621; 95% CI: 0.424-0.909) only in males but not in females. Future studies should further evaluate whether interventions that increase serum bilirubin levels will have a particular role in PAD prevention in males.

Abstract
Supramolecular chemistry has provided versatile and affordable solutions for the design of tough, flexible polymers. However, application of supramolecular chemistry has been limited to the production of rigid, high-performance polymers due to weak segment mobility. This paper describes a new method of toughening rigid high-performance polymers using the synergistic effect between dual Cu2+ -coordination bonds as a crosslink. These dual Cu2+ -coordination cross-linked high-performance polymers are a class of rigid polymers with an outstanding combination of strength and toughness. The distinct lifetimes and binding strengths of the dual Cu2+ -coordination bonds in a rigid polymer network elicit different dynamic behaviors to improve its energy dissipation and mechanical properties. Moreover, the reformation and removal of Cu2+ -coordination bonds by pyrophosphoric acid endows these cross-linked high-performance polymers with recyclability.

Abstract
Cleft palate is a common major birth defect resulting from disruption of palatal shelf growth, elevation, or fusion during fetal palatogenesis. Whereas the molecular mechanism controlling palatal shelf elevation is not well understood, a prevailing hypothesis is that region-specific accumulation of hyaluronan, a predominant extracellular glycosaminoglycan in developing palatal mesenchyme, plays a major role in palatal shelf elevation. However, direct genetic evidence for a requirement of hyaluronan in palate development is still lacking. In this study, we show that Has2, 1 of 3 hyaluronan synthases in mammals, plays a major role in hyaluronan synthesis in the neural crest-derived craniofacial mesenchyme during palatogenesis in mice. We analyzed developmental defects caused by tissue-specific inactivation of Has2 throughout the cranial neural crest lineage or specifically in developing palatal or mandibular mesenchyme, respectively, using Wnt1-Cre, Osr2-Cre, and Hand2-Cre transgenic mice. Inactivation of Has2 either throughout the neural crest lineage or specifically in the developing palatal mesenchyme caused reduced palatal shelf size and increased palatal mesenchyme cell density prior to the time of normal palatal shelf elevation. Whereas both Has2f/f;Wnt1-Cre and Has2f/f;Osr2-Cre mutant mice exhibit cleft palate at complete penetrance, the Has2f/f; Wnt1-Cre fetuses showed dramatically reduced mandible size and complete failure of palatal shelf elevation, whereas Has2f/f;Osr2-Cre fetuses had normal mandibles and delayed palatal shelf elevation. All Has2f/f;Hand2-Cre pups showed reduced mandible size and about 50% of them had cleft palate with disruption of palatal shelf elevation. Results from explant culture assays indicate that disruption of palatal shelf elevation in Has2f/f;Hand2-Cre mutant fetuses resulted from physical obstruction by the malformed mandible and tongue. Together, these data indicate that hyaluronan plays a crucial intrinsic role in palatal shelf expansion and timely reorientation to the horizontal position above the tongue as well as an important role in mandibular morphogenesis that secondarily affects palatal shelf elevation.

Abstract
The expeller-pressed (EP) corn germ oil oleogels were prepared using rice bran wax (RBX) at different concentrations (3, 5, 7, and 9 wt%). Their structural properties, including color, hardness, thermal behavior, rheological property, and crystal structure were evaluated. The performance of oleogels for potential food application was examined by incorporating oleogels into cookies as a fully replacement for commercial shortenings. Overall, RBX could form oleogels in both refined and EP corn germ oils at a concentration ≥3 wt%. Refined corn oil produced a stronger gel than crude corn oil. When comparing cookie characteristics, cookies made with both types of oleogels showed similar properties with commercial cookies. This result indicates that oleogels made by refined and EP corn germ oil together with RBX have the potential to imitate the functionality of commercial shortening in the baking industry.

Abstract
Background Chronic exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation (mainly UVA) induces a sustained increase of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), especially MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 in human skin fibroblasts. MMPs can lead to the degradation of fibrous connective tissue, which is the main cause of skin photoageing. The molecular mechanisms through which fibroblasts sense UVA and trigger the cell signalling pathways involved in the upregulation of MMPs have not been well elucidated. Objectives Here, we investigated the function and potential mechanisms of photoageing of opsin (OPN)3 in normal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDFs). Methods Real‐time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis were used to analyse the expression levels of OPN3 in NHDFs and photoageing models. Subsequently, NHDFs transfected with OPN3 inhibitors and indicators related to photoageing before and after UVA irradiation included expression levels of MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9, and signalling pathway protein molecules were examined. Results We provide evidence that OPN3 initiates UVA phototransduction in NHDFs. OPN3 triggers phosphorylation of activator protein 1 and ultimately upregulates MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 in NHDFs through activating Ca2+/calmodulin‐dependent protein kinase II, cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element‐binding protein, extracellular signal‐regulated kinase, c‐JUN N‐terminal kinase and p38. Here, we demonstrate for the first time that OPN3 is the key sensor responsible for upregulating MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 in NHDFs following UVA exposure via the calcium‐dependent G protein‐coupled signalling pathway. Conclusions Our studies provide insights into the understanding of the molecular mechanisms through which human skin cells respond to UVA radiation and may reveal molecular targets for skin photoageing prevention or clinical management. What's already known about this topic? Photoaged fibroblasts accumulate with long‐term ultraviolet (UV) exposure. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of photoageing. MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 are responsible for the destruction of fibroblast collagen in severely photodamaged skin. Opsins (OPNs) are light‐sensitive members of the superfamily of heptahelical G protein‐coupled receptors, a family of cell surface receptors that are activated by a variety of stimuli and mediate signalling across membranes.
What does this study add? OPN3 is highly expressed in fibroblasts and responds to UVA irradiation. OPN3 regulates the expression of MMP1, MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 via the calcium‐dependent G protein‐coupled signalling pathway. OPN3 is a light‐sensitive sensor that plays an important role in photoageing of the skin.

Abstract
A search for neutrinoless double-β decay (0νββ) in ^{136}Xe is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset using a deep neural network to discriminate between 0νββ and background events. Relative to previous analyses, the signal detection efficiency has been raised from 80.8% to 96.4±3.0%, and the energy resolution of the detector at the Q value of ^{136}Xe 0νββ has been improved from σ/E=1.23% to 1.15±0.02% with the upgraded detector. Accounting for the new data, the median 90% confidence level 0νββ half-life sensitivity for this analysis is 5.0×10^{25} yr with a total ^{136}Xe exposure of 234.1 kg yr. No statistically significant evidence for 0νββ is observed, leading to a lower limit on the 0νββ half-life of 3.5×10^{25} yr at the 90% confidence level.

Abstract
The protective role of serum total bilirubin, a widely recognized antioxidant, has been approved by numerous updating studies. However, regarding the effect of high serum total bilirubin level (STBL) in arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) are conflicting in different sources of data. We, therefore, performed this meta-analysis to evaluate the influence of STBL on risk of ASCVD.Four databases were used to identify the literature with a date of search of January, 2019. Finally, a total of 20 studies had been adopted. ASCVD was defined as acute coronary syndrome, stable angina, coronary revascularization, atherosclerotic stroke or transient ischemic attack, and peripheral arterial disease (PAD). All relevant data were collected from studies meeting the inclusion criteria.A total of 20 published studies (323,891 cases) met the inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis revealed that, in studies excluding heterogeneity, STBL was significantly positively related to in-hospital cardiovascular mortality (odds ratio [OR] 2.82, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.83-4.36, Z = 4.69, P < .001) and major adverse cardiac events (OR 1.88, 95% CI 1.414-2.491, Z = 4.36, P < .001), also negatively associated with prognosis of acute myocardial infarction, pooled hazard ratio (HR) = 0.804 (95% CI 0.700-0.923, Z = 3.08, P = .002). The correlation similarity was also reflected in terms of patients with stroke (HR 0.78, 95% CI 0.70-0.88, Z = 4.24, P = .003). Combined analysis revealed that lower STBL was significantly associated with PAD, pooled OR = 0.91 (95% CI 0.85-0.98, Z = 2.39, P = .017). In general analysis, a conclusion can be drawn, that higher STBL was significantly negative correlated with cardiovascular disease, pooled HR = 0.83 (95% CI 0.73-0.94, Z = 3.02, P = .003).Higher STBL significantly improved the prognosis of ASCVD; furthermore, STBL was an important factor in the long-term prognosis of vascular-related disease prevention and can be used as a predictor in vascular-related disease risk prediction.

Abstract
Increasing of arterial stiffness is the pathophysiological characteristic of hypertension. Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (CF-PWV) is an index of arterial stiffness. Serum uric acid has been found to be involved the development of hypertension. We investigated the relationship between CF-PWV and serum uric acid in subjects with hypertension and hyperuricemia. 651 subjects (M/F 271/380) were divided into four groups, group 1: subjects without hypertension and hyperuricemia; group 2: hypertension subjects without hyperuricemia; group 3: hyperuricemia subjects without hypertension; group 4: subjects with hypertension and hyperuricemia. CF-PWV was measured by Complior apparatus. Results showed that levels of CF-PWV (10.75 ± 2.03 vs. 10.06 ± 1.98 m/s, p < 0.001) and serum uric acid (319.33 ± 80.12 vs. 298.78 ± 74.88 umol/L, p = 0.001) were significantly higher in hypertensive (groups 2 + 4) group than in normotensive (groups 1 + 3) group. CF-PWV was significantly higher in group 4 than group 1, group 2 and group 3 (ANOVA analysis: F = 13.348, p < 0.001; 11.78 ± 2.10 vs. 9.98 ± 1.98, 10.52 ± 1.93, 10.56 ± 1.99 m/s, all p < 0.05, respectively). There was positive correlation between CF-PWV and serum uric acid in entire study group (r = 0.187, p < 0.001), even after adjusting for gender, body mass index, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (r = 0.100, p = 0.015). Multiple linear regressions showed that SBP, age, benzbromarone, statin and serum uric acid were independent associating factors of CFPWV in all subjects (β = 0.310, p < 0.001; β = 0.330, p < 0.001; β = 0.172, p = 0.002; β = -0.143, p = 0.006; β = 0.126, p = 0.027; respectively). In conclusions, CF-PWV was significantly higher in hypertension subjects with hyperuricemia compared to hypertension without hyperuricemia subjects, and serum uric acid was an independent associating factor of CF-PWV.

Abstract
Overexpressed in colon carcinoma-1 (OCC-1) is one of the earliest annotated long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in colorectal cancer (CRC); however, its function remains largely unknown. Here, we revealed that OCC-1 plays a tumor suppressive role in CRC. OCC-1 knockdown by RNA interference promotes cell growth both in vitro and in vivo, which is largely due to its ability to inhibit G0 to G1 and G1 to S phase cell cycle transitions. In addition, overexpression of OCC-1 can suppress cell growth in OCC-1 knockdown cells. OCC-1 exerts its function by binding to and destabilizing HuR (ELAVL1), a cancer-associated RNA binding protein (RBP) which can bind to and stabilize thousands of mRNAs. OCC-1 enhances the binding of ubiquitin E3 ligase β-TrCP1 to HuR and renders HuR susceptible to ubiquitination and degradation, thereby reducing the levels of HuR and its target mRNAs, including the mRNAs directly associated with cancer cell growth. These findings reveal that lncRNA OCC-1 can regulate the levels of a large number of mRNAs at post-transcriptional level through modulating RBP HuR stability.

Abstract
Poor anticancer ability, serious adverse reaction, and drug resistance against paclitaxel (PTX) have limited its clinical applications. When a mouse breast carcinoma cell line (4T1) was treated with both PTX and capsaicin (CAP), there was a synergistic anti-proliferative effect demonstrated with a combination index of 0.28. Therefore, a novel polyethylene glycol-derivatized CAP (PEG-Fmoc-CAP2) polymeric prodrug micellar carrier was developed and further encapsulated with PTX for antitumor combination treatment. The PEG-Fmoc-CAP2 polymeric micelles co-delivered with PTX achieved a 62.3% fraction of apoptotic cells in comparison to 45.4% fraction of apoptotic cells to that upon treatment with PTX alone. Comparable CAP amounts were found in the cell lysate treatment with PEG-Fmoc-CAP2-conjugated micelles to that of free CAP-treated 4T1 cells after 12 h treatment. Pharmacokinetic and biodistribution studies showed that the micelles possessed much longer circulation time in blood and preferential tumor tissue accumulation compared to the Taxol solution. Importantly, PTX/CAP-loaded micelles exhibited superior in vivo antitumor activity on the inhibition rate of tumor growth than other treatments (70.5% tumor growth reduction in PTX/CAP micelle-treated mice vs 57.8, 43.3, and 23.8% of tumor growth inhibition rate in PTX/PEG-Fmoc-OA2 micelles, Taxol, and PEG-Fmoc-CAP2 micelle-treated mice, respectively). Thus, the dual-functional PEG-Fmoc-CAP2 polymeric prodrug micelles are a promising co-delivery nanosystem for achieving synergistic antitumor efficacy of PTX and CAP.

Abstract
This meta-analysis aimed to clarify the actual association between the phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5-Is) use and the risk of melanoma in erectile dysfunction (ED) patients. A systematic literature search was conducted in online databases in October, 2016 to identify studies focusing on the association between PDE5-Is use and the risk of melanoma. Summarized multivariate adjusted risk ratios (RRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated to assess the strength of associations. A total of six clinical trials containing more than one million participants were included. ED patients using PDE5-Is shared a significant high risk of melanoma (RR=1.12, 95% CI=1.03-1.21, p=0.006). Positive associations were observed in all kinds of prescriptions: single prescription (RR=1.20, 95% CI=1.06-1.35, p=0.003), medium number of prescription (RR=1.15, 95% CI=1.01-1.30, p=0.03), and high number of prescription (RR=1.18, 95% CI=1.05-1.34, P=0.006). Additionally, PDE5-Is were also found to be significantly associated with increased risk of basal cell carcinoma (RR=1.14, 95% CI=1.09-1.19, p<0.00001). Our study indicates that PDE5-Is use could significantly increase the risk of melanoma and basal cell carcinoma. However, the risk of melanoma did not rise significantly with the increased number of prescriptions. Consequently, owing to the lack of information about other potential synergistic factors, it is difficult for us to make a solid conclusion that application of PDE5-Is is the direct cause of increased risk of melanoma. Their relationship needs to be validated by further evidences.

Abstract
In this study, volatile component changes of germinated chickpea, lentil, and yellow pea flours over the course of 6 days germination were characterized by HS-SPME-GC-MS/O. In total, 124 volatile components were identified involving 19 odor active components being recorded by GC-O exclusively. Principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) revealed that lentil and yellow pea flours had the similar aromatic attributes, while the decrease of beany flavor compounds along with the occurrence of unpleasant flavors was detected in chickpea flours upon germination. Six beany flavor markers, including hexanal, (E,E)-2,4-nonadienal, (E,E)-2,4-decadienal, 3-methyl-1-butanol, 1-hexanol, and 2-pentyl-furan, were employed to quantify beany flavor formation in the flours over the course of germination. The results suggested that no significant beany flavor formation or mitigation was appeared after 1 day of germination. The findings are crucial for tailing pulse germination process to enhance the macronutrients without increasing undesirable beany flavor.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical features of Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) in children. METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 13 children with WAS. RESULTS All 13 children were boys, with a median age of onset of 3 months (range 1-48 months) and a median age of 24 months (range 1-60 months) at the time of diagnosis. Of the 13 children, only 3 had typical WAS and the remaining 10 children had X-linked thrombocytopenia (XLT). The mean WAS score was 2 (range 1-3), the mean platelet count was 20.5×109/L [range (13-46)×109/L], and the mean platelet volume was 8.1 fl (range 6.7-12.1 fl). Lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins were measured for 4 children, among whom 1 (25%) had a reduction in both the percentage of CD3+T cells per lymphocyte and lymphocyte per nuclear cells, 1(25%) had a reduction in CD3-CD56+ NK cells. Among these 4 children, 1 (25%) had an increase in IgG, 2 (50%) had a reduction in IgM, 1 (25%) had a reduction in IgA, and 4 (100%) had an increase in IgE. A total of 14 gene mutations belonging to 13 types were found in 13 children, among which there were 9 missense mutations (65%), 2 splicing mutations (14%), 2 nonsense mutation (14%), and 1 frameshift mutation (7%). The median follow-up time was 39 months (range 3-62 months), and all 13 children survived. CONCLUSIONS Children with WAS often have a young age of onset, and most of them are boys. Major clinical features include thrombocytopenia with a reduction in platelet volume. Missense mutation is the main type of gene mutation.

Abstract
Hybrid organic-inorganic halide perovskites have shown remarkable optoelectronic properties, exhibiting an impressive tolerance to defects believed to originate from correlated motion of charge carriers and the polar lattice forming large polarons. Few experimental techniques are capable of directly probing these correlations, requiring simultaneous sub-millielectron volt energy and femtosecond temporal resolution after absorption of a photon. Here, we use time-resolved multi-THz spectroscopy, sensitive to the internal excitations of the polaron, to temporally and energetically resolve the coherent coupling of charges to longitudinal optical phonons in single-crystal CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPI). We observe room temperature intraband quantum beats arising from the coherent displacement of charge from the coupled phonon cloud. Our measurements provide strong evidence for the existence of polarons in MAPI at room temperature, suggesting that electron/hole-phonon coupling is a defining aspect of the hybrid metal-halide perovskites contributing to the protection from scattering and enhanced carrier lifetimes that define their usefulness in devices.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the long-term clinical effect of CCLG-ALL2008 regimen in the treatment of children and adolescents, aged >10 years, with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 150 ALL children and adolescents aged >10 years who were treated with CCLG-ALL2008 regimen from April 2008 to April 2015. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze overall survival (OS) rate and event-free survival (EFS) rate. RESULTS Among the 150 children and adolescents, there were 87 (58.0%) boys and 63 (42.0%) girls, with a median age of 11 years (range 10-15 years). Of the 150 children and adolescents, 84 (56.0%) had intermediate risk and 66 (44.0%) had high risk; 122 (81.3%) had B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and 28 (18.7%) had T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). The fusion gene test yielded positive results in 51 children and adolescents (34.0%), among whom 16 (31%) had positive BCR-ABL, 11 (22%) had positive TEL-AML1, 8 (16%) had positive E2A-PBX1, and 16 (31%) were positive for other fusion genes. The complete remission rate was 96.0% (144/150) after one course of treatment with CCLG-ALL2008 regimen. The median follow-up time was 52 months (range 3-122 months). The 5-year OS rate was 79.0%±3.5%, and the 5-year EFS rate was 67.3%±4.1%. There were no significant differences in 5-year OS and EFS rates between the children with intermediate or high risk, as well as between the children with B-ALL or T-ALL (P>0.05). The children and adolescents who achieved complete remission of bone marrow at the end of induction therapy had significantly higher 5-year OS and EFS rates than those who did not achieve complete remission (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS In ALL children and adolescents aged >10 years, CCLG-ALL2008 regimen can help to achieve high complete remission rate, 5-year OS rate and 5-year EFS rate. The children and adolescents failing to achieve complete remission at the end of induction therapy tend to have a poor prognosis.
