Abstract
Zearalenone has a high level of detection and exceedance in cereals and by-products. Herein, an electrochemical aptasensor for ZEN detection was proposed. The selected aptamer, which has a high affinity for ZEN, serves as a molecular recognition element and effectively avoids interference from other toxins. Meanwhile, the strategy of exonuclease III-assisted target recycling and DNAzyme-catalysed substrate cleavage was combined. Aptamers and RNA-cleaving DNAzymes, two types of functional nucleic acids, have demonstrated considerable potential as key components of biosensors for the detection of biological targets. Enzyme-assisted signal amplification technology also helps to detect trace levels of ZEN. Under optimal conditions, the proposed aptasensor exhibited remarkable repeatability (RSD: 2.73 %) and superior detection performance over a wide concentration range (100 fg/mL-50 ng/mL), with a detection limit of 89 fg/mL. In actual analysis of cereal samples, the results are comparable to those of liquid chromatography, greatly extending the selectivity of ZEN detection.

Abstract
The increasing demand for toxin-free food, driven by the rise in fast food consumption and changing dietary habits, necessitates advanced and efficient detection methods to address the potential risks associated with contaminated food. Nanomaterial-based detection methods have shown significant promise, particularly using metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) combined with biomolecules. This review article provides an overview of recent advancements in using functionalized metal-organic frameworks (FMOFs) with biomolecules to detect various food contaminants, including heavy metals, antibiotics, pesticides, bacteria, mycotoxins and other chemical contaminants. We discuss the fundamental principles of detecting food contaminants, evaluate existing analytical techniques, and explore the development of biomacromolecule-functionalized MOF-based sensors encompassing colorimetric, optical, electrochemical, and portable variants. The review also examines sensing mechanisms, uses FMOFs as signal probes and carriers for capture probes, and assesses sensitivity. Additionally, we explore the opportunities and challenges in producing FMOFs with biomacromolecules for food contaminant assessment. Future directions include improving sensor sensitivity and specificity, developing more cost-effective production methods, and integrating these technologies into real-world food safety monitoring systems. This work aims to pave the way for innovative and reliable solutions to ensure the safety of our food supply.

Abstract
In this work, a simple, convenient and cost-effective colorimetric aptasensor was successfully constructed for the detection of antibiotic residues in raw milk based on the property that aptamer (Apt) synergistically enhances the catalase-like activity of MOF-235. Under optimised conditions, the proposed colorimetric aptasensor exhibited a wide detection range (15-1500 nM) with a low detection limit (6.92 nM). Furthermore, the proposed aptasensor demonstrated high selectivity, good resistance to interference and storage stability. The proposed aptasensor was validated by spiking recovery in camel milk, cow milk and goat milk with satisfactory recoveries, which demonstrated the great potential of the aptasensor for further application in real food samples, and also suggested that MOF-235 can be used as a potential universal platform to build a sensitive detection platform for other targets.

Abstract
The rapid, simultaneous, and accurate identification of multiple non-nucleic acid targets in clinical or food samples at room temperature is essential for public health. Argonautes (Agos) are guided, programmable, target-activated, next-generation nucleic acid endonucleases that could realize one-pot and multiplexed detection using a single enzyme, which cannot be achieved with CRISPR/Cas. However, currently reported thermophilic Ago-based multi-detection sensors are mainly employed in the detection of nucleic acids. Herein, this work proposes a Mesophilic Argonaute Report-based single millimeter Polystyrene Sphere (MARPS) multiplex detection platform for the simultaneous analysis of non-nucleic acid targets. The aptamer is utilized as the recognition element, and a single millimeter-sized polystyrene sphere (PSmm) with a large concentration of guide DNA on the surface served as the microreactor. These are combined with precise Clostridium butyricum Ago (CbAgo) cleavage and exonuclease I (Exo I) signal amplification to achieve the efficient and sensitive recognition of non-nucleic acid targets, such as mycotoxins (<60 pg mL-1) and pathogenic bacteria (<102 cfu mL-1). The novel MARPS platform is the first to use mesophilic Agos for the multiplex detection of non-nucleic acid targets, overcoming the limitations of CRISPR/Cas in this regard and representing a major advancement in non-nucleic acid target detection using a gene-editing-based system.

Abstract
Mycotoxin contamination in food products may cause serious health hazards and economic losses. The effective control and accurate detection of mycotoxins have become a global concern. Even though a variety of methods have been developed for mycotoxin detection, most conventional methods suffer from complicated operation procedures, low sensitivity, high cost, and long assay time. Therefore, the development of simple and sensitive methods for mycotoxin assay is highly needed. The introduction of nucleic acid signal amplification technology (NASAT) into aptasensors significantly improves the sensitivity and facilitates the detection of mycotoxins. Herein, we give a comprehensive review of the recent advances in NASAT-based aptasensors for assaying mycotoxins and summarize the principles, features, and applications of NASAT-based aptasensors. Moreover, we highlight the challenges and prospects in the field, including the simultaneous detection of multiple mycotoxins and the development of portable devices for field detection.

Abstract
Monitoring food safety is crucial and significantly impacts the ecosystem and human health. To adequately address food safety problems, a collaborative effort needed from government, industry, and consumers. Modern sensing technologies with outstanding performance are needed to meet the growing demands for quick and accurate food safety monitoring. Recently, emerging sensors for regulating food safety have been extensively explored. Along with the development in sensing technology, the metal-organic frameworks (MOF)-based sensors gained more attention due to their excellent sensing, catalytic, and adsorption properties. This review summarizes the current advancements and applications of MOFs-based sensors, including colorimetric, electrochemical, luminescent, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, and electrochemiluminescent sensors. and also focused on the applications of MOF-based sensors for the monitoring of toxins such as heavy metals, pesticide residues, mycotoxins, pathogens, and illegal food additives from food samples. Future trends, as well as current developments in MOF-based materials.

Abstract
An efficient aptasensor was developed for the colorimetric determination of zearalenone (ZEN) based on polyvalent aptamer scaffold and light-responsive oxidase-like nanozyme. The sensitivity and efficiency of the development method were significantly improved owing to rich aptamers and signal labels (3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, PCA) packed in the scaffold. The scaffold integrated functions of target recognition, surface immobilization and signal transduction. The photoresponsive nanoenzyme of TiO2-PCA was formed by PCA coordinated with Ti (IV) on the surface of TiO2. TiO2-PCA catalyzed dissolved oxygen rather than H2O2 to generate colorimetric signal by stimulating the chromogenic substrate, which made the assay greener and safer. The detection limit of colorimetric mode was 0.0087 ng/mL and the satisfactory recoveries 92.00 %-111.00 % were achieved in spiked food samples. This strategy opens new horizons for sensitive detection of small molecule hazards and promises to be a powerful tool for safeguarding food safety.

Abstract
Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a typical mycotoxin that signifacntly endangers public health and economy. In this study, we systematically studied the interaction of aptamers with AFB1 using circular dichroism, molecular dynamics, molecular docking, and fluorescence analysis. The truncated sequence aptamers were screened using molecular docking. We successfully obtained the AFB1 aptamer with higher affinity and its truncated form was enhanced by 5.2-fold compared to the initial AFB1 aptamer. In addition, for rapid detection of AFB1, we designed a fluorescent nano-adaptor sensing platform using RecJf exonuclease signal amplification strategy based on the optimal aptamer. The aptasensor showed satisfactory sensitivity towards AFB1 with a linear detection range of 1-400 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.57 ng/mL. The aptasensor was successfully applied to the determination of AFB1 in soybean oil and corn oil with recoveries of 91.02 %-106.59 % and 87.39 %-110.61 %, respectively. The successful application of the AFB1 aptasensor, developed through bioinformatics truncation of the aptamer, provides a novel approach to creating a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and rapid aptamer sensing platform.

Abstract
A colorimetric sensor detects an analyte by utilizing the optical properties of the sensor unit, such as absorption or reflection, to generate a structural color that serves as the output signal to detect an analyte. Detecting the refractive index of an analyte by recording the color change of the sensor structure on its surface has several advantages, including simple operation, low cost, suitability for onsite analysis, and real-time detection. Colorimetric sensors have drawn much attention owing to their rapidity, simplicity, high sensitivity and selectivity. This Review discusses the use of colorimetric sensors in the food industry, including their applications for detecting food contaminants. The Review also provides insight into the scope of future research in this area.

Abstract
Developing rapid and efficient analytical methods is of great importance for food safety Herein, we present a novel homogeneous electrochemical aptasensor for ultrasensitive quantitative determination of zearalenone (ZEN) based on a nanocomposite probe and silica nanochannel film. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-Vis characterization techniques confirm that graphene oxide (GO) bears an aromatic conjugated structure, along with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, facilitating the subsequent adsorption of cationic redox hexa-ammine-ruthenium (III) (Ru(NH3)63+) and anionic ZEN aptamer, to form a Ru(NH3)63+-ZEN aptamer-GO nanocomposite probe in a homogeneous solution. Vertically-ordered mesoporous silica films (VMSF) bearing silanol groups can be simply grown on the solid indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode surface and enable the selective preconcentration of Ru(NH3)63+, eventually leading to signal amplification. Since the detachment of Ru(NH3)63+ from the GO surface by the recognized ZEN aptamer in the presence of ZEN, more free Ru(NH3)63+ is released in solution and produces enhanced redox signals at the VMSF modified ITO electrode, allowing quantitative detection of ZEN. On the basis of the above sensing strategy, the proposed homogeneity, due to the assistance of graphene, as well as of the signal amplification and anti-fouling effects of VMSF, accurate analysis of ZEN can be realized in maize and Chinese chestnut samples.

Abstract
Trace amounts of mycotoxins in food matrices have caused a very serious problem of food safety and have attracted widespread attention. Developing accurate, sensitive, rapid mycotoxin detection and control strategies adapted to the complex matrices of food is crucial for in safeguarding public health. With the continuous development of nanotechnology and materials science, various nanoscale materials have been developed for the purification of complex food matrices or for providing response signals to achieve the accurate and rapid detection of various mycotoxins in food products. This article reviews and summarizes recent research (from 2018 to 2023) on new strategies and methods for the accurate or rapid detection of mold toxins in food samples using nanoscale materials. It places particular emphasis on outlining the characteristics of various nanoscale or nanostructural materials and their roles in the process of detecting mycotoxins. The aim of this paper is to promote the in-depth research and application of various nanoscale or structured materials and to provide guidance and reference for the development of strategies for the detection and control of mycotoxin contamination in complex matrices of food.

Abstract
The measurement of food contaminants faces a great challenge owing to the increasing demand for safe food, increasing consumption of fast food, and rapidly changing patterns of human consumption. As different types of contaminants in food products can pose different levels of threat to human health, it is desirable to develop specific and rapid methods for their identification and quantification. During the past few years, metal-organic framework (MOF)-based materials have been extensively explored in the development of food safety sensors. MOFs are porous crystalline materials with tunable composition, dynamic porosity, and facile surface functionalization. The construction of high-performance biosensors for a range of applications (e.g., food safety, environmental monitoring, and biochemical diagnostics) can thus be promoted through the synergistic combination of MOFs with aptamers. Accordingly, this review article delineates recent innovations achieved for the aptamer-functionalized MOFs toward the detection of food contaminants. First, we describe the basic concepts involved in the detection of food contaminants in terms of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used analytical methods (e.g., DNA-based methods (PCR/real-time PCR/multiplex PCR/digital PCR) and protein-based methods (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay/immunochromatography assay/immunosensor/mass spectrometry). Afterward, the progress in aptamer-functionalized MOF biosensors is discussed with respect to the sensing mechanisms (e.g., the role of MOFs as signal probes and carriers for loading signal probes) along with their performance evaluation (e.g., in terms of sensitivity). We finally discuss challenges and opportunities associated with the development of aptamer-functionalized MOFs for the measurement of food contaminants.

Abstract
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), an essential metabolite for active microorganisms to maintain life activities, has been widely regarded as a marker of cell activity and an indicator of microbial contamination. Herein, we designed two near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent nanoprobes named CYA@ZIF-90 and CYQ@ZIF-90 by encapsulating the NIR dye CYA/CYQ in ZIF-90 for the rapid detection of ATP. Between them, nanoprobe CYA@ZIF-90 can achieve higher NIR emission (702 nm) and rapid detection (2 min). Based on the superior spatiotemporal resolution imaging of ATP fluctuations in living cells, the applicability of CYA@ZIF-90 for imaging and detection of ATP in living bacteria was explored for the first time. The nanoprobe indirectly realizes the quantitative detection of bacteria, and the detection limit can be as low as 74 CFU mL-1. Therefore, the prepared nanoprobe is expected to become a universal ATP sensing detection tool, which can be further applied to evaluate cell apoptosis, cell proliferation, and food-harmful microbial control.

Abstract
Mycotoxin contamination in food products can easily cause serious health hazards and economic losses to human beings. How to accurately detect and effectively control mycotoxin contamination has become a global concern. Mycotoxins conventional detection techniques e.g; ELISA, HPLC, have limitations like, low sensitivity, high cost and time-consuming. Aptamer-based biosensing technology has the advantages of high sensitivity, high specificity, wide linear range, high feasibility, and non-destructiveness, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional analysis techniques. This review summarizes the sequences of mycotoxin aptamers that have been reported so far. Based on the application of four classic POST-SELEX strategies, it also discusses the bioinformatics-assisted POST-SELEX technology in obtaining optimal aptamers. Furthermore, trends in the study of aptamer sequences and their binding mechanisms to targets is also discussed. The latest examples of aptasensor detection of mycotoxins are classified and summarized in detail. Newly developed dual-signal detection, dual-channel detection, multi-target detection and some types of single-signal detection combined with unique strategies or novel materials in recent years are focused. Finally, the challenges and prospects of aptamer sensors in the detection of mycotoxins are discussed. The development of aptamer biosensing technology provides a new approach with multiple advantages for on-site detection of mycotoxins. Although aptamer biosensing shows great development potential, still some challenges and difficulties are there in practical applications. Future research need high focus on the practical applications of aptasensors and the development of convenient and highly automated aptamers. This may lead to the transition of aptamer biosensing technology from laboratory to commercialization.

Abstract
Traditional methods for detecting antibiotic and mycotoxin residues rely on large-scale instruments, which are expensive and require complex sample pretreatment processes and professional operators. Although aptamer-based electrochemical sensors have the advantages of simplicity, speed, low cost, and high sensitivity, most aptamer-based sensors lack a signal amplification strategy due to their direct use of aptamers as probes, resulting in insufficient sensitivity. To solve the sensitivity problem in the electrochemical detection process, a novel electrochemical sensing strategy was established for ultrasensitive zearalenone (ZEN) detection on the basis of exonuclease I (Exo I) and branched hybridization chain reaction (bHCR) to amplify the signal. The amplification strategy showed excellent analytical performance towards ZEN with a low detection limit at 3.1×10-12 mol/L and a wide linear range from 10-11 to 10-6 mol/L. Importantly, the assay was utilized in the corn powder samples with satisfactory results, holding promising applications in food safety detection and environmental monitoring.

Abstract
Herein, for the first time, the CRISPR-Cas12a system is combined with aptamer, cascaded dynamic DNA network circuits, and Fe3 O4 @hollow-TiO2 @MoS2 nanochains (Fe3 O4 @h-TiO2 @MoS2 NCs) to construct an efficient sensing platform for tetracycline (TC) analysis. In this strategy, specific recognition of the target is transduced and amplified into H1-H2 duplexes containing the specific sequence of Cas12a-crRNA through an aptamer recognition module and the dual amplification dynamic DNA network. Subsequently, the obtained activated Cas12a protein non-specifically cleaves the adjacent reporter gene ssDNA-FAM to dissociate the FAM molecule from the quencher Fe3 O4 @h-TiO2 @MoS2 NCs, resulting in the recovery of the fluorescence signal and further signal amplification. Particularly, the synthesized multifunctional Fe3 O4 @h-TiO2 @MoS2 NCs composites also exhibit superb magnetic separability and photocatalytic degradation ability. Under optimal conditions, the aptasensor displays a distinct linear relationship with the logarithm of TC concentration, and the limit of detection is as low as 0.384 pg mL-1 . Furthermore, the results of spiked recovery confirm the viability of the proposed aptasensor for TC quantification in real samples. This study extends the application of the CRISPR-Cas12a system in the field of analytical sensing and contributes new insights into the exploration of reliable tools for monitoring and treating hazards in food and environment.

Abstract
In this study, an alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-mediated fluorescence immunoassay for detecting zearalenone (ZEN) was established based on the oxVB1 fluorescence signal modulated by MnO2 nanosheets (MnO2 NS). As the ALP-antibody content increased, more 2-phosphoascorbic acid (AAP) was hydrolyzed to ascorbic acid (AA) which destroyed the MnO2 NS rapidly. In the lack of MnO2 NS, VB1 cannot be oxidized to oxVB1 for emitting fluorescence. On the contrary, the fluorescence of oxVB1 recovered slowly with the decrease of the ALP-antibody concentration. In the optimization condition, the detection limit of this method was 15.5 pg mL-1. Moreover, the recovery of ZEN in real samples ranged from 94.24 % to 108.26 %, which indicated the remarkable accuracy and reliability of this approach. Meanwhile, the proposal of this fluorescence immunoassay provided a new possibility for detecting other targets by replacing antibodies and antigens.

Abstract
Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a typical food contaminant. A truncated DNA aptamer of AFB1 was reported by our team in previous work. However, the recognition mechanism between aptamer and AFB1 was lacking, which was crucial for the design of related aptasensor. Herein, the binding of aptamer to AFB1 was systematically studied and found that it was an exothermic process and the conformation of aptamer changed during the recognition process. Loop bases in the secondary structure of aptamer formed a special binding pocket to recognize AFB1. Van der Waals and electrostatic interaction were the main driving forces. By blocking the stem bases guided by the structural investigation, a rationally designed CRISPR/Cas12a-Exo III aptasensor for AFB1 detection was constructed, and the sensitivity was improved by target recycling. Under optimal conditions, the linear detection range for AFB1 was 0.01-20 ng/mL, and AFB1 was accurately determined in corn and wheat samples. This work laid a theoretical foundation for the design of AFB1 aptasensor, and the developed detection model came up with new ideas for the development of CRISPR/Cas12a-based aptasensor.

Abstract
Mycotoxins in food are hazardous for animal and human health, resulting in food waste and exacerbating the critical global food security situation. In addition, they affect commerce, particularly the incomes of rural farmers. The grave consequences of these contaminants require a comprehensive strategy for their elimination to preserve consumer safety and regulatory compliance. Therefore, developing a policy framework and control strategy for these contaminants is essential to improve food safety. In this context, sensing approaches based on metal-organic frameworks (MOF) offer a unique tool for the quick and effective detection of pathogenic microorganisms, heavy metals, prohibited food additives, persistent organic pollutants (POPs), toxins, veterinary medications, and pesticide residues. This review focuses on the rapid screening of MOF-based sensors to examine food safety by describing the main features and characteristics of MOF-based nanocomposites. In addition, the main prospects of MOF-based sensors are highlighted in this paper. MOF-based sensing approaches can be advantageous for assessing food safety owing to their mobility, affordability, dependability, sensitivity, and stability. We believe this report will assist readers in comprehending the impacts of food jeopardy exposure, the implications on health, and the usage of metal-organic frameworks for detecting and sensing nourishment risks.

Abstract
Mycotoxin contamination in foodstuffs and agricultural products has posed a serious hazard to human health and raised international concern. The progress of cost-effective, facile, rapid and reliable analytical tools for mycotoxin determination is in urgent need. In this regard, the potential utility of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as a class of crystalline porous materials has sparked immense attention due to their large specific surface area, adjustable pore size, nanoscale framework structure and good chemical stability. The amalgamation of MOFs with high-affinity aptamers has resulted in the progress of advanced aptasensing methods for clinical and food/water safety diagnosis. Aptamers have many advantages over classical approaches as exceptional molecular recognition constituents for versatile bioassays tools. The excellent sensitivity and selectivity of the MOF-aptamer biocomposite nominate them as efficient lab-on-chip tools for portable, label-free, cost-effective and real-time screening of mycotoxins. Current breakthroughs in the concept, progress and biosensing applications of aptamer functionalized MOFs-derived electrochemical and optical sensors for mycotoxins have been discussed in this study. We first highlighted an overview part, which provides some insights into the functionalization mechanisms of MOFs with aptamers, offering a foundation to create MOFs-based aptasensors. Then, we discuss various strategies to design high-performance MOFs-based aptamer scaffolds, which serve as either signal nanoprobe carriers or signal nanoprobes and their applications. We perceived that applications of optical aptamers are in their infancy in comparison with electrochemical MOFs-derived aptasensors. Finally, current challenges and prospective trends of MOFs-aptamer sensors are discussed.

Abstract
An electrochemical aptasensing strategy was developed with a novel bioplatform based on a multivariate titanium metal-organic framework, i.e. MTV polyMOF(Ti), to detect zearalenone (ZEN). MTV polyMOF(Ti) was prepared by using mixed linkers of polyether polymer (pbdc-xa or L8, pbdc = poly(1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc or L0) as well as tetrabutyl titanate as nodes (MTV polyMOF(Ti)-L8,0). Compared with Ti-MOFs synthesized by using the single ligand of L8 or L0, MTV polyMOF(Ti)-L8,0 shows more porous structure assembled with multilayered nanosheets. In light of the improved electrochemical activity and strong bioaffinity to the aptamer, the aptasensor based on MTV polyMOF(Ti)-L8,0 shows excellent performance for detecting ZEN with the ultralow detection limit at fg mL-1 level in the linear range of 10 fg mL-1 to 10 ng mL-1, along with good selectivity, reproducibility, stability, regenerability, and applicability.

Abstract
Zearalenone (ZEN) is a common mycotoxin pollutant found in agricultural products. Aptamers are attractive recognition biomolecules for the development of mycotoxin biosensors. Even though numerous aptasensors have been reported for the detection of ZEN in recent years, many of them suffer from problems including low sensitivity, low specificity, tedious experimental steps, high-cost, and difficulty of automation. We report here the first evanescent wave optical-fiber aptasensor for the detection of ZEN with unprecedented sensitivity, high specificity, low cost, and easy of automation. In our aptasensor, a 40-nt ZEN-specific aptamer (8Z31) is covalently immobilized on the fiber. The 17-nt fluorophore Cy5.5-labeled complementary DNA strand and ZEN competitively bind with the aptamer immobilized on the fiber, enabling the signal-off fluorescent detection of ZEN. The coating of Tween 80 enhanced both the sensitivity and the reproducibility of the aptasensor. The sensor was able to detect ZEN spiked-in the corn flour extract with a semilog linear detection range of 10 pM-10 nM and a limit of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) of 18.4 ± 4.0 pM (equivalent to 29.3 ± 6.4 ng/kg). The LOD is more than 1000-fold lower than the maximum ZEN residue limits set by China (60 μg/kg) and EU (20 μg/kg). The sensor also has extremely high specificity and showed negligible cross-reactivity to other common mycotoxins. In addition, the sensor was able to be regenerated for 28 times, further decreasing its cost. Our sensor holds great potential for practical applications according to its multiple compelling features.

Abstract
Mycotoxins, which are toxic secondary metabolites produced by fungi, are harmful to humans. Mycotoxin-induced contamination has drawn attention worldwide. Consequently, the development of reliable and sensitive detection methods and high-efficiency control strategies for mycotoxins is important to safeguard food industry safety and public health. With the rapid development of nanotechnology, many novel nanomaterials that provide tremendous opportunities for greatly improving the detection and control performance of mycotoxins because of their unique properties have emerged. This review comprehensively summarizes recent trends in the application of nanomaterials for detecting mycotoxins (fluorescence, colorimetric, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, electrochemical, and point-of-care testing) and controlling mycotoxins (inhibition of fungal growth, mycotoxin absorption, and degradation). These detection methods possess the advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity, operational simplicity, and rapidity. With research attention on the control of mycotoxins and the gradual excavation of the properties of nanomaterials, nanomaterials are also employed for the inhibition of fungal growth, mycotoxin absorption, and mycotoxin degradation, and impressive controlling effects are obtained. This review is expected to provide the readers insight into this state-of-the-art area and a reference to design nanomaterials-based schemes for the detection and control of mycotoxins.
