Abstract
To enhance quinclorac potency, twenty-five derivatives were synthesized containing 3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl by intermediate derivatization methods (IDMs). These compounds were confirmed by melting point (mp), 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and HRMS. The compound 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl 3,7-dichloroquinoline-8-carboxylate (10a) was determined by X-ray diffraction. The activity of these compounds substituent on the phenyl was: electron-drawing group > neutral group > donor-drawing group, the results was like that of substituted benzyl group on pyrazole. The herbicidal activity assays showed that compounds 1-(2-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl 3,7-dichloroquinoline-8-carboxylate (8l, EC50 = 10.53 g/ha) and 10a (EC50 = 10.37 g/ha) had an excellent inhibition effect on barnyard grass in greenhouse experiment. Greenhouse safety experiment of rice exhibited almost no difference in plant height and fresh weight treated 10a at stage 1∼2-leaf of rice after 14 days but 8l had a detrimental effect. Two season field assays showed 10a herbicidal activity on barnyard grass at 150 g/ha as equal as 300 g/ha quinclorac in fields in 2019 and 2020. The study demonstrated that 10a could be further researched as a potential herbicide to control barnyard grass in fields.

Abstract
According to the pharmacophore binding strategy and principle of bioelectronic isobaric, used the sulfonylurea bridge as the parent structure, a series of novel thiourea compounds containing aromatic-substituted pyrimidines were designed and synthesized. The preliminary herbicidal activity tests showed that some compounds had good herbicidal activity against Digitaria adscendens, Amaranthus retroflexus, especially for compound 4d and 4f. The results showed that compound 4d had an inhibition rate of 81.5% on the root growth of Brassica napus L. at the concentration of 100 mg L-1, and compound 4f had an inhibition rate of 81% on the root growth of Digitaria adscendens at the concentration of 100 mg L-1. Compounds 4d and 4f had higher comparative activity on Echinochloa crus-galli than the commercial herbicide bensulfuron-methyl. The preliminary structure-activity relationship (SAR) was also summarized. We also tested the in vivo AHAS enzyme activity inhibition experiment of 14 compounds at 100 mg L-1, and the results showed that they all have inhibitory activity on the enzyme, with the highest inhibition rate reaching 44.4% (compound 4d). Based on the results of molecular docking to yeast acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS), the possible herbicidal activity mechanism of these compounds was evaluated.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Intensifying weed resistance has challenged the use of existing acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS)-inhibiting herbicides. Hence, there is currently an urgent requirement for the discovery of a new AHAS inhibitor to effectively control AHAS herbicide-resistant weed species produced by target mutation. RESULTS To combat weed resistance caused by AHAS with P197L mutation, we built a structure library consisting of pyrimidinyl-salicylic acid derivatives. Using the pharmacophore-linked fragment virtual screening (PFVS) approach, hit compound 8 bearing 6-phenoxymethyl substituent was identified as a potential AHAS inhibitor with antiresistance effect. Subsequently, derivatives of compound 8 were synthesized and evaluated for their inhibitory activities. The study of the enzyme-based structure-activity relationship and structure-resistance relationship studies led to the discovery of a qualified candidate, 28. This compound not only significantly inhibited the activity of wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana (At) AHAS and P197L mutant, but also exhibited good antiresistance properties (RF = 0.79). Notably, compared with bispyribac at 37.5-150 g of active ingredient per hectare (g a.i. ha-1 ), compound 27 exhibited higher growth inhibition against both sensitive and resistant Descurainia sophia, CONCLUSION: The title compounds have great potential to be developed as new leads to effectively control herbicide-resistant weeds comprising AHAS with P197L mutation. Also, our study provided a positive case for discovering novel, potent and antiresistance inhibitors using a fragment-based drug design approach.

Abstract
The issue of weed resistance to acetohydroxyacid synthase (EC 2.2.1.6, AHAS) inhibitors has become one of the largest obstacles for the application of this class of herbicides. In a continuing effort to discover novel AHAS inhibitors to overcome weed resistance, a series of pyrimidine-biphenyl hybrids (4aa-bb and 5aa-ah) were designed and synthesized via a scaffold hopping strategy. Among these derivatives, compounds 4aa ( Ki = 0.09 μM) and 4bb ( Ki = 0.02 μM) displayed higher inhibitory activities against Arabidopsis thaliana AHAS than those of the controls bispyribac ( Ki = 0.54 μM) and flumetsulam ( Ki = 0.38 μM). Remarkably, compounds 4aa, 4bb, 5ah, and 5ag exhibited excellent postemergence herbicidal activity and a broad spectrum of weed control at application rates of 37.5-150 g of active ingredient (ai)/ha. Furthermore, 4aa and 4bb showed higher herbicidal activity against AHAS inhibitor-resistant Descurainia sophia, Ammannia arenaria, and the corresponding sensitive weeds than that of bispyribac at 0.94-0.235 g ai/ha. Therefore, the pyrimidine-biphenyl motif and lead compounds 4aa and 4bb have great potential for the discovery of novel AHAS inhibitors to combat AHAS-inhibiting herbicide-resistant weeds.

Abstract
In the search for new antiresistance acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS, EC 2.2.1.6) inhibitors to combat weed resistance associated with AHAS mutations, a series of 2-[(4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)oxy]-6-(substituted phenoxy)benzoic acids 11-38 were designed and synthesized via the strategy of conformational flexibility analysis. Compounds 21, 22, 26, 33, 36, and 38 with high potency against both wild-type AtAHAS and its P197L mutant were identified as promising candidates with low resistance factors (RF, defined as the ratio between the ki values toward P197L mutant and wild-type AHAS) ranging from 0.73 to 6.32. Especially, compound 22 (RF = 0.73) was further identified as the most potent antiresistance AHAS inhibitor because of its significantly reduced resistance level compared with that of tribenuron-methyl (RF = 2650) and bispyribac (RF = 4.57). Furthermore, compounds 26, 33, 36, and 38 also displayed promising herbicidal activities against sensitive and resistant (P197L) Descurainia sophia at the dosage of 75-150 g of active ingredient (ai)/ha. Notably, compounds 33 and 38 still maintained over 60% herbicidal activity toward the resistant weed even at much lower dosages (37.5 g ai/ha). Therefore, the designed scaffold has the great potential to discover new candidate compounds for the control of weed resistance associated with AHAS mutation.

Abstract
A series of new kresoxim-methyl derivatives, (pyridinylphenoxymethylene)phenyl methoxyiminoacetates, were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). Although derived from a fungicide, the bioassays indicated that several new compounds had good herbicidal activities. At 37.5 g a.i./ha, compound 5c showed 100% inhibition against Abutilon theophrasti, Amaranthus retroflexus, and Eclipta prostrata, which was better than mesotrione. Compound 5e had a broad herbicidal spectrum against broadleaf weeds. The present work indicates that 5c and 5e may serve as new candidates for potential herbicides.

Abstract
BACKGOUND Acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS; EC 2.2.1.6) is the first common enzyme in the biosynthetic pathway leading to the branched-chain amino acids in plants and a wide range of microorganisms. With the long-term and wide application of AHAS inhibitors, weed resistance is becoming a global problem, which leads to an urgent demand for novel inhibitors to antagonize both wild-type and resistant AHAS. RESULTS Pyrimidinyl salicylic acid derivatives, as one of the main classes of commercial AHAS herbicides, show potential anti-resistant bioactivity to wild-type and P197L mutant. In current work, a series of novel 2-benzoyloxy-6-pyrimidinyl salicylic acid derivatives were designed through fragment-based drug discovery. Fortunately, the newly synthesized compounds showed good inhibitory activity against both wild-type and P197L mutant. Some compounds not only had a lower resistance factor value but also showed excellent inhibitory activity against wild-type AHAS and P197L mutant. Furthermore, greenhouse experiments showed compound 11m displayed almost 100% inhibition against both wild-type and high-resistant Descurainia sophia at a dosage of 150 g a.i. ha-1 . CONCLUSION The present work indicated that the 2-benzoyloxy-6-pyrimidinyl salicylic acid motif was well worth further optimization. Also, compound 11m could be used as a potential anti-resistant AHAS herbicide, which requires further research. © 2016 Society of Chemical Industry.

Abstract
Acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS; also known as acetolactate synthase; EC 2.2.1.6, formerly EC 4.1.3.18) is the first common enzyme in the biosynthetic pathway leading to the branched-chain amino acids in plants and a wide range of microorganisms. Weed resistance to AHAS-inhibiting herbicides, increasing at an exponential rate, is becoming a global problem and leading to an urgent demand of developing novel compounds against both resistant and wild AHAS. In the present work, a series of novel 2-aroxyl-1,2,4-triazolopyrimidine derivatives (a total of 55) were designed and synthesized with the aim to discover an antiresistant lead compound. Fortunately, the screening results indicated that many of the newly synthesized compounds showed a better, even excellent, inhibition effect against both the wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana AHAS and P197L mutants. Among them, compounds 5-3 to 5-17, compounds 5-19 to 5-26, compounds 5-28 to 5-45, and compound 5-48 have the lower values of resistance factor (RF) and display a potential power to overcome resistance associated with the P197L mutation in the enzyme levels. Further greenhouse in vivo assay showed that compounds 5-15 and 5-20 displayed "moderate" to "good" herbicidal activity against both the wild type-and the resistant (P197L mutation) Descurainia sophia, even at a rate as low as 0.9375 (g of ai/ha). The above results indicated that these two compounds could be used as new leads for the future development of antiresistance herbicides.

Abstract
Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO, E.C. 1.3.3.4) is known as a key action target for several structurally diverse herbicides. As a continuation of our research work on the development of new PPO-inhibiting herbicides, a series of novel 3-(2'-halo-5'-substituted-benzothiazol-1'-yl)-1-methyl-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine-2,4-diones 9 were designed and synthesized. The bioassay results indicated that a number of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited higher inhibition activity against tobacco PPO (mtPPO) than the controls, saflufenacil and sulfentrazone. Compound 9F-5 was identified as the most potent inhibitor with a Ki value of 0.0072 μM against mtPPO, showing about 4.2-fold and 1.4-fold higher potency than sulfentrazone (Ki = 0.03 μM) and saflufenacil (Ki = 0.01 μM), respectively. An additional green house assay demonstrated that compound 9F-6 (Ki = 0.012 μM) displayed the most promising postemergence herbicidal activity with a broad spectrum even at a concentration as low as 37.5 g of active ingredient (ai)/ha. Maize exhibits relative tolerance against compound 9F-6 at the dosage of 150 g ai/ha, but it is susceptible to saflufenacil even at 75 g ai/ha. Thus, compound 9F-6 exhibits the potential to be a new herbicide for weed control in maize fields.

Abstract
BACKGROUND 4-Hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) (EC 1.13.11.27) has been identified as one of the most promising target sites for herbicide discovery. To discover novel HPPD inhibitors with high herbicidal activity and improved crop selectivity, a series of novel triketone-containing quinazoline-2,4-dione derivatives possessing a variety of substituents at the N-1 position of the quinazoline-2,4-dione ring were designed and synthesised. RESULTS The results of in vitro tests and greenhouse experiments indicated that some analogues showed good HPPD inhibitory activity, with promising broad-spectrum herbicidal activity at a rate of 150 g AI ha(-1) . Most surprisingly, compound 11 h, 1-ethyl-6-(2-hydroxy-6-oxocyclohex-1-enecarbonyl)-3-(o-tolyl)quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione, showed the highest HPPD inhibition activity, with a Ki value of 0.005 μM, about 2 times more potent than mesotrione (Ki = 0.013 μM). Further greenhouse experiments indicated that compounds 11d and 11 h displayed strong and broad-spectrum post-emergent herbicidal activity even at a dosage as low as 37.5 g AI ha(-1) , which was superior to mesotrione. More importantly, compounds 11d and 11 h were safe for maize at a rate of 150 g AI ha(-1) , and compound 11d was safe for wheat as well. CONCLUSION The present work indicated that the triketone-containing quinazoline-2,4-dione motif could be a potential lead structure for further development of novel herbicides.

Abstract
Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (EC 1.3.3.4) is one of the most significant targets for a large family of herbicides. As part of our continuous efforts to search for novel protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting herbicides, N-(benzothiazol-5-yl)tetrahydroisoindole-1,3-dione was selected as a lead compound for structural optimization, leading to the syntheses of a series of novel N-(benzothiazol-5-yl)hexahydro-1H-isoindole-1,3-diones (1a-o) and N-(benzothiazol-5-yl)hexahydro-1H-isoindol-1-ones (2a-i). These newly prepared compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, (1) H NMR, and ESI-MS, and the structures of 1h and 2h were further confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The bioassays indicated that some compounds displayed comparable or higher protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibition activities in comparison with the commercial control. Very promising, compound 2a, ethyl 2-((6-fluoro-5-(4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-oxo-1H-isoindol-2(3H)-yl)benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-sulfanyl)acetate, was recognized as the most potent candidate with K(i) value of 0.0091 μm. Further greenhouse screening results demonstrated that some compounds exhibited good herbicidal activity against Chenopodium album at the dosage of 150 g/ha.

Abstract
The ability to convert simple and common substrates into fluoroalkyl derivatives under mild conditions remains an important goal for medicinal and agricultural chemists. One representative example of a desirable transformation involves the conversion of aromatic and heteroaromatic ketones and aldehydes into aryl and heteroaryl β,β,β-trifluoroethylarenes and -heteroarenes. The traditional approach for this net transformation involves stoichiometric metals and/or multistep reaction sequences that consume excessive time, material, and labor resources while providing low yields of products. To complement these traditional strategies, we report a one-pot metal-free decarboxylative procedure for accessing β,β,β-trifluoroethylarenes and -heteroarenes from readily available ketones and aldehydes. This method features several benefits, including ease of operation, readily available reagents, mild reaction conditions, high functional-group compatibility, and scalability.

Abstract
Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO, E.C. 1.3.3.4) is the action target for several structurally diverse herbicides. A series of novel 4-(difluoromethyl)-1-(6-halo-2-substituted-benzothiazol-5-yl)-3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-ones 2a-z were designed and synthesized via the ring-closure of two ortho-substituents. The in vitro bioassay results indicated that the 26 newly synthesized compounds exhibited good PPO inhibition effects with K(i) values ranging from 0.06 to 17.79 μM. Compound 2e, ethyl 2-{[5-(4-(difluoromethyl)-3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-6-fluorobenzo-thiazol-2-yl]thio}acetate, was the most potent inhibitor with K(i) value of 0.06 μM against mtPPO, comparable to (K(i)=0.03 μM) sulfentrazone. Further green house assays showed that compound 2f (K(i)=0.24 μM, mtPPO), ethyl 2-{[5-(4-(difluoromethyl)-3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl]thio}propanoate, showed the most promising post-emergence herbicidal activity with broad spectrum even at concentrations as low as 37.5 gai/ha. Soybean exhibited tolerance to compound 2f at the dosages of 150 gai/ha, whereas they are susceptible to sulfentrazone even at 75 gai/ha. Thus, compound 2f might be a potential candidate as a new herbicide for soybean fields.

Abstract
46 Novel nonsymmetrical aromatic disulfides containing [1,3,4]thiadiazole or [1,3,4]oxadiazole groups were synthesized and their biological activities were evaluated as inhibitors of acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS, EC 2.2.1.6). Besides their strong in vitro inhibition against plant AHAS, compounds 3e and 3f also display 80-100% post-emergence herbicidal activities in greenhouse bioassay at 1500g /ha dosage. The assay of exogenous branched-chain amino acids supplementation on rape root growth of 3e suggests that the herbicidal activity has relationship with AHAS inhibition.

Abstract
Acetohydroxyacid synthases (AHASs), which catalyze the first step in the biosynthesis of branched-chain amino acids, are composed of a catalytic subunit (CSU) and a regulatory subunit (RSU). The CSU harbors the catalytic site, and the RSU is responsible for the activation and feedback regulation of the CSU. Previous results from Chipman and co-workers and our lab have shown that heterologous activation can be achieved among isozymes of Escherichia coli AHAS. It would be interesting to find the minimum peptide of ilvH (the RSU of E. coli AHAS III) that could activate other E. coli CSUs, or even those of ## species. In this paper, C-terminal, N-terminal, and C- and N-terminal truncation mutants of ilvH were constructed. The minimum peptide to activate ilvI (the CSU of E. coli AHAS III) was found to be ΔN 14-ΔC 89. Moreover, this peptide could not only activate its homologous ilvI and heterologous ilvB (CSU of E. coli AHAS I), but also heterologously activate the CSUs of AHAS from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Arabidopsis thaliana, and Nicotiana plumbaginifolia. However, this peptide totally lost its ability for feedback regulation by valine, thus suggesting different elements for enzymatic activation and feedback regulation. Additionally, the apparent dissociation constant (Kd ) of ΔN 14-ΔC 89 when binding CSUs of different species was found to be 9.3-66.5 μM by using microscale thermophoresis. The ability of this peptide to activate different CSUs does not correlate well with its binding ability (Kd ) to these CSUs, thus implying that key interactions by specific residues is more important than binding ability in promoting enzymatic reactions. The high sequence similarity of the peptide ΔN 14-ΔC 89 to RSUs across species hints that this peptide represents the minimum activation motif in RSU and that it regulates all AHASs.

Abstract
Acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS; EC 2.2.1.6) is an important bioactive target for the design of environmentally benign herbicides. On the basis of previous virtual screening, 50 asymmetric aryl disulfides containing [1,2,4]triazole groups were synthesized and characterized by (1)H NMR, HRMS, and crystal structure. Compounds I-a, I-b, and I-p show Ki values of 1.70, 4.69, and 5.57 μM, respectively, for wild type Arabidopsis thaliana AHAS (AtAHAS) and low resistance against mutant type AtAHAS W574L. At 100 mg L(-1) concentration, compounds I-a, II-a, and II-b exhibit 86.6, 81.7, and 87.5% in vivo rape root growth inhibition. CoMFA steric and electrostatic contour maps were established, and a possible binding mode was suggested from molecular docking, which provide valuable information to understand the key structural features of these disulfide compounds. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first comprehensive case suggesting that asymmetric aryl disulfides are novel AHAS inhibitors.

Abstract
A class of hybrid molecules consisting of 4-aminoquinoline and pyrimidine were synthesized and tested for antimalarial activity against both chloroquine (CQ)-sensitive (D6) and chloroquine (CQ)-resistant (W2) strains of Plasmodium falciparum through an in vitro assay. Eleven hybrids showed better antimalarial activity against both CQ-sensitive and CQ-resistant strains of P. falciparum in comparison to standard drug CQ. Four molecules were more potent (7-8-fold) than CQ in D6 strain, and eight molecules were found to be 5-25-fold more active against resistant strain (W2). Several compounds did not show any cytotoxicity up to a high concentration (60 μM), others exhibited mild toxicities, but the selective index for the antimalarial activity was very high for most of these hybrids. Two compounds selected for in vivo evaluation have shown excellent activity (po) in a mouse model of Plasmodium berghei without any apparent toxicity. The X-ray crystal structure of one of the compounds was also determined.

Abstract
Discovery of protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO, EC 1.3.3.4) inhibitors has been one of the hottest research areas in the field of herbicide development for many years. As a continuation of our research work on the development of new PPO-inhibiting herbicides, a series of novel N-(benzothiazol-5-yl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-diones (1a-p) and N-(benzothiazol-5-yl)isoindoline-1,3-diones (2a-h) were designed and synthesized according to the ring-closing strategy of two ortho-substituents. The bioassay results indicated that some newly synthesized compounds exhibited higher PPO inhibition activity than the control of sulfentrazone. Compound 1a, S-(5-(1,3-dioxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-isoindol-2(3H)-yl)-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl) O-methyl carbonothioate, was identified as the most potent inhibitor with k(i) value of 0.08 μM, about 9 times higher than that of sulfentrazone (k(i) = 0.72 μM). Further green house assay showed that compound 1b, methyl 2-((5-(1,3-dioxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-isoindol-2(3H)-yl)-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)thio)acetate, exhibited herbicidal activity comparable to that of sulfentrazone even at a concentration of 37.5 g ai/ha. In addition, among six tested crops, wheat exhibited high tolerance to compound 1b even at a dosage of 300 g ai/ha. These results indicated that compound 1b might have the potential to be developed as a new herbicide for weed control of wheat field.

Abstract
Acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) is the first common enzyme in the branched-chain amino-acid biosynthesis pathway and is the target of several classes of commercial herbicides. In this study, the Escherichia coli ilvG gene that encodes the catalytic subunit of AHAS II was cloned into the pET28a vector and expressed in soluble form at high levels in E. coli strain BL21 (DE3) cells. The protein was purified using Ni(2+)-chelating chromatography followed by size-exclusion chromatography. The catalytic subunit of E. coli AHAS II was cocrystallized with its cofactors Mg(2+), FAD and ThDP using the sitting-drop vapour-diffusion method and the crystals diffracted to 2.80 Å resolution.

Abstract
The 973 Program is China's keystone national research program established to support basic research in natural and physical sciences. In addition to promoting the development of core technology and scientific infrastructure needed to enable China to meet the social and economic challenges of the 21st century, the training and mentoring of the new generation of China's young scientists are also important objectives of this national program. The green chemical pesticide research program is a part of the 973 Program. The main objectives of stage 1 of the green chemical pesticide research program (2003-2008) are to establish China's capability to conduct basic research in the discovery of "green" crop protection chemicals that are not only novel in mode of action and highly selective to pest species that are unique to China's agricultural situation but also possess favorable environmental and human hazard and risk potentials. The target-based discovery strategy was selected as the main discovery platform. This strategy not only provided this research program the best chance to discover new products but also provided members of this research team opportunities to establish core technologies in chemoinformatics/computation-aided pesticide design using QSAR, QAAR, sensitive and selective bioassay methodology, combinatorial synthesis, hit to lead optimization, and biological targets that were derived from resistance-AChE, IGR, nAChR, etc. On the basis of the learning from stage 1, stage 2 (2010-2014) of this program will focus on the molecular target-oriented innovation of green chemical pesticides. This commentary presents key learnings and accomplishments from the stage 1 of China's green chemical pesticide research program. It is hoped that this information will stimulate further constructive collaborations between pesticide scientists from China and abroad.

Abstract
Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO, EC 1.3.3.4) has been identified as one of the most significant action targets for a large chemically diverse family of herbicides that exhibit some interesting characteristics, such as low use rate, low toxicity to mammals, and low environmental impact. As a continuation of research work on the development of new PPO inhibitors, some benzothiazole analogues of oxadiargyl, an important PPO-inhibiting commercial herbicide, were designed and synthesized by ring-closing of the substituents at the C-4 and C-5 positions. The bioassay results indicated that the series 8, 9, and 10 have good PPO inhibition activity with k(i) values ranging from 0.25 to 18.63 microM. Most interestingly, 9l, ethyl 2-((5-(5-tert-butyl-2-oxo-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-yl)-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)sulfanyl) propanoate, was identified as the most promising candidate due to its high PPO inhibition effect (k(i) = 1.42 microM) and broad spectrum postemergence herbicidal activity at the concentration of 37.5 g of ai/ha.
