Abstract
The transition of ICD has never been a straightforward initiative. As nations transition to ICD-11, ensuring its acceptance among the users is essential. To our knowledge, there are limited studies about the instrument and ICD-11 adoption. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design an instrument and investigate the factors influencing the intention to use the ICD-11 among medical record officers (MROs) and assistant medical record officers (AMROs) at Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia facilities. Based on the current literature, a model based on the decomposed theory of planned behaviour (DTPB) was proposed. The model consisted of 13 dimensions and 12 hypotheses identified from previous studies. Using PLS-SEM, 185 survey data points were analysed. The study findings showed that ten factors have a significant impact on the suggested model. Users' subjective norm was the most influential factor in their intention to use ICD-11. Unexpectedly, perceived usefulness and was found to have no significant influence. This study is important for policymakers in strategising ICD-11 implementation efforts. This study's novelty lies in applying a DTPB theory model in the context of the intention to use ICD-11.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The Japanese Orthopedic Association launched the Japanese Orthopedic Association National Registry (JOANR), Japan's first large-scale nationwide musculoskeletal disease registry, in 2020. The World Health Organization released the International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI) Beta-3 version in the same year. This concurrence served as an impetus to examine the relationship between domestic and international classification for orthopedic interventions. Our objective was to evaluate the possibility of utilizing JOANR for international comparison and the potential usage of ICHI in the domestic medical fee reimbursement system. This study is a novel attempt at mapping a domestic orthopedic scheme to the ICHI. METHODS We mapped 149 codes out of 581 orthopedic surgical codes, on JOANR's registration form, to the ICHI, and then classified the nature of JOANR codes' relationship, to both ICHI single stem codes and stem codes accompanied by other additional stem codes, extension codes, and International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (ICD) codes, into five categories: Equivalent (exact match), Narrower (compared to ICHI; can be smoothly incorporated into ICHI), Broader (compared to ICHI), Slipped (combination of both Narrower and Broader), and None (no appropriate code). Finally, debatable issues that arose during the mapping operation were noted. RESULTS The domestic codes' relationship to ICHI single stem code by category were Equivalent: 27 (18.1%) and Narrower: 65 (43.6%), respectively. Further, the rate of Equivalent rose to 120 (80.5%) on adding other stem codes, extension codes, and ICD codes. Additionally, certain domestic titles, which were unsuitable for classification as they included diagnostic information, and arthroscopic surgeries without corresponding ICHI codes, were recoded. CONCLUSIONS JOANR can be converted to an international comparison standard via ICHI to a certain extent, and ICHI accompanied by ICD codes has potential for deployment in the domestic medical fee reimbursement system.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Cerebral palsy, hereinafter referred to as "cerebral palsy", refers to a non progressive injury that occurs during the development of brain tissue in fetuses or infants. The patients often have walking dysfunction, abnormal balance ability and abnormal body stability, which are mainly caused by Cranial nerves injury. PATIENT CONCERNS One child diagnosed with ataxia cerebral palsy by the hospital was recruited, aged 6 years and 9 months. The symptoms were: lower limb adduction and internal rotation, left neck tilt to the left due to insufficient muscle tension, and eyes squint to the right. The movement is clumsy and the coordination ability of limbs is poor; Its body balance function is poor, the sitting and standing position cannot keep the body upright and balanced for a long time, and the coordination of the random movement of hands and eyes is poor; Weak spatial cognition and orientation ability; Have persistent central motor dysfunction. When walking, the body leans forward and sideways, and the gait is staggered, which is easy to fall; In terms of expression, it shows vague language and unclear speech; Relatively retarded in intelligence. DIAGNOSIS AND INTERVENTION The study used swimming training intervention to report a twelve months training intervention program for a child with ataxic cerebral palsy, and evaluated it with Berg balance scale and modified Ashworth scale. OUTCOMES Swimming training has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of children with ataxic cerebral palsy; The forces from different directions in the water can improve the balance of children with cerebral palsy; Muscle endurance training with medium load intensity can help restore unilateral muscle tension deficiency to a certain extent, and make bilateral muscle tension gradually becomes.consistent, thus enhancing the balance ability, gait and body stability of children with cerebral palsy.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Worldwide, there is an increase in the extent and severity of mental illness. Exacerbation of somatic complaints in this group of people can result in recurring ambulance and emergency department care. The care of patients with a mental dysregulation (ie, experiencing a mental health problem and disproportionate feelings like fear, anger, sadness or confusion, possibly with associated behaviours) can be complex and challenging in the emergency care context, possibly evoking a wide variety of feelings, ranging from worry or pity to annoyance and frustration in emergency care staff members. This in return may lead to stigma towards patients with a mental dysregulation seeking emergency care. Interventions have been developed impacting attitude and behaviour and minimising stigma held by healthcare professionals. However, these interventions are not explicitly aimed at the emergency care context nor do these represent perspectives of healthcare professionals working within this context. Therefore, the aim of the proposed review is to gain insight into interventions targeting healthcare professionals, which minimise stigma including beliefs, attitudes and behaviour towards patients with a mental dysregulation within the emergency care context. METHODS AND ANALYSIS The protocol for a systematic integrative review is presented, using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols recommendations. A systematic search was performed on 13 July 2023. Study selection and data extraction will be performed by two independent reviewers. In each step, an expert with lived experience will comment on process and results. Software applications RefWorks-ProQuest, Rayyan and ATLAS.ti will be used to enhance the quality of the review and transparency of process and results. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION No ethical approval or safety considerations are required for this review. The proposed review will be submitted to a relevant international journal. Abstract
BACKGROUND Rehabilitation is an essential health care service and a critical component of comprehensive multiple sclerosis (MS) care. OBJECTIVE As part of a 2-day meeting hosted by the International Advisory Committee on Clinical Trials in MS in December 2022, a panel initiated a discussion on the conceptual and practical issues related to selecting intermediate outcomes for clinical trials of MS rehabilitation interventions. RESULTS The overarching goal of rehabilitation - optimal functioning - was acknowledged as a complex biopsychosocial phenomenon that varies with patient priorities and environmental context. This complexity means that multiple causal pathways and potential intermediate outcomes must be carefully considered during the design of clinical trials in MS rehabilitation that aim to improve functioning. In addition, practical issues must be considered such as psychometric properties of outcome measures, measure type, and characteristics of the target population, including severity of dysfunction. CONCLUSION This article uses the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health as a foundation for determining relevant intermediate outcomes for clinical trials of MS rehabilitation interventions.

Abstract
Circus activities are emerging as an engaging and unique health intervention. This scoping review summarises the evidence on this topic for children and young people aged up to 24 years to map (a) participant characteristics, (b) intervention characteristics, (c) health and wellbeing outcomes, and (d) to identify evidence gaps. Using scoping review methodology, a systematic search of five databases and Google Scholar was conducted up to August 2022 for peer-reviewed and grey literature. Fifty-seven of 897 sources of evidence were included (42 unique interventions). Most interventions were undertaken with school-aged participants; however, four studies included participants with age ranges over 15 years. Interventions targeted both general populations and those with defined biopsychosocial challenges (e.g., cerebral palsy, mental illness, or homelessness). Most interventions utilised three or more circus disciplines and were undertaken in naturalistic leisure settings. Dosage could be calculated for 15 of the 42 interventions (range one-96 h). Improvements in physical and/or social-emotional outcomes were reported for all studies. There is emerging evidence of positive health outcomes resulting from circus activities used in general populations and those with defined biopsychosocial challenges. Future research should focus on detailed reporting of intervention elements and increasing the evidence base in preschool-aged children and within populations with the greatest need.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The lack of a national intervention coding system and the current intervention coding in South Africa through the use of multiple billing and coding systems does not support quality intervention data collection and patient outcomes reporting for general surgery. This presents difficulties in the understanding of the different types of general surgical interventions performed in hospitals, the associated resources, risks, complications, outcomes reporting, public healthcare delivery, and determination of barriers to care. This study illustrates the use of accurate data on health interventions in South Africa's acute care general surgery coding to assist in improved resource allocation, using the new WHO International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI). ICHI has over 8000 codes and consists of three axes: Target (the entity on which the Action is carried out), Action (a deed performed by an actor to a target), and Means (the processes and methods by which the Action is carried out). A key benefit of ICHI is that it can be used collectively with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). OBJECTIVES to evaluate the suitability of ICHI for general surgery interventions by coding intervention descriptions to ICHI codes; to identify gaps in the ICHI system; and to provide a rationale for ICHI to be a nationally regulated system. METHODS This study adopted a retrospective, descriptive design; in total, 3000 in-patient intervention data files, captured in an electronic database from April 2013 to August 2019 at three academic hospitals in Johannesburg, were extracted randomly, and coded using ICHI. Quantitative data analysis techniques were utilized to assess the overall degree of match between ICHI codes and the intervention descriptions. RESULTS Of the 3000 patient case entries that were coded, there was an agreement of 67.6% of the coded data amongst the three coders, leaving a variability of 32.4%. The variability was largely due to the coders' experience and the quality of healthcare documentation. CONCLUSIONS ICHI has the ability to cater for the broad range of general surgery interventions, thus indicating that ICHI is suitable for general surgery coding.

Abstract
PURPOSE To uncover the factors that influence inter-rater agreement when extracting stroke interventions from patient records and linking them to the relevant categories in the Extended International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Core Set for Stroke. METHOD Using 10 patient files, two linkers independently extracted interventions and linked the target of the intervention to relevant functions in the ICF. The percentage agreement of extracted interventions and the ICF codes was calculated. Non-matching interventions and codes were further analysed to determine the reasons for poor agreement. RESULTS A total of 518 interventions were extracted, with 44.01% agreement between the two linkers. Of the non-agree codes and interventions, 43.79% were due to mismatched ICF codes and 56.20% were due to mismatched interventions. Differences were due to linkers (a) extracting interventions from different parts of the patient note (b) differences in interpreting the target of the intervention, and (c) choosing a different code with similar meaning. CONCLUSION Greater reliability when linking interventions to ICF codes can be achieved by; health services using a consistent progress note that uses ICF language, recording the intervention aim, linkers knowing the aims of each discipline's interventions and using multiple reliability checks and analysis to inform the linking method.Implications for rehabilitationLinking intervention targets to the ICF and to the ICHI is an emerging research field.Development of trustworthy inter-rater reliability methods is needed to achieve its potential to demonstrate the equity, quality and effectiveness of interventions.Independent linking of patient notes to the ICF can identify factors that impact inter-rater reliability.When writing patient notes, health professionals should use a consistent format that identifies the functional target of the intervention using ICF terms.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore and map the findings of prior research priority-setting initiatives related to improving the health and well-being of older adults. DESIGN Scoping review. DATA SOURCES Searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, AgeLine, CINAHL and PsycINFO databases from January 2014 to 26 April 2021, and the James Lind Alliance top 10 priorities. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA We included primary studies reporting research priorities gathered from stakeholders that focused on ageing or the health of older adults (≥60 years). There were no restrictions by setting, but language was limited to English and French. DATA EXTRACTION AND SYNTHESIS We used a modified Reporting Guideline for Priority Setting of Health Research (REPRISE) guideline to assess the transparency of the reported methods. Population-intervention-control-outcome (PICO) priorities were categorised according to their associated International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI) and International Classification of Functioning (ICF) outcomes. Broad research topics were categorised thematically. RESULTS Sixty-four studies met our inclusion criteria. The studies gathered opinions from various stakeholder groups, including clinicians (n=56 studies) and older adults (n=35), and caregivers (n=24), with 75% of the initiatives involving multiple groups. None of the included priority-setting initiatives reported gathering opinions from stakeholders located in low-income or middle-income countries. Of the priorities extracted, 272 were identified as broad research topics, while 217 were identified as PICO priorities. PICO priorities that involved clinical outcomes (n=165 priorities) and interventions concerning health-related behaviours (n=59) were identified most often. Broad research topics on health services and systems were identified most often (n=60). Across all these included studies, the reporting of six REPRISE elements was deemed to be critically low. CONCLUSION Future priority setting initiatives should focus on documenting a more detailed methodology with all initiatives eliciting opinions from caregivers and older adults to ensure priorities reflect the opinions of all key stakeholder groups.

Abstract
AIMS Health services research (HSR) is affected by a widespread problem related to service terminology including non-commensurability (using different units of analysis for comparisons) and terminological unclarity due to ambiguity and vagueness of terms. The aim of this study was to identify the magnitude of the terminological bias in health and social services research and health economics by applying an international classification system. METHODS This study, that was part of the PECUNIA project, followed an ontoterminology approach (disambiguation of technical and scientific terms using a taxonomy and a glossary of terms). A listing of 56 types of health and social services relevant for mental health was compiled from a systematic review of the literature and feedback provided by 29 experts in six European countries. The disambiguation of terms was performed using an ontology-based classification of services (Description and Evaluation of Services and DirectoriEs - DESDE), and its glossary of terms. The analysis focused on the commensurability and the clarity of definitions according to the reference classification system. Interrater reliability was analysed using κ. RESULTS The disambiguation revealed that only 13 terms (23%) of the 56 services selected were accurate. Six terms (11%) were confusing as they did not correspond to services as defined in the reference classification system (non-commensurability bias), 27 (48%) did not include a clear definition of the target population for which the service was intended, and the definition of types of services was unclear in 59% of the terms: 15 were ambiguous and 11 vague. The κ analyses were significant for agreements in unit of analysis and assignment of DESDE codes and very high in definition of target population. CONCLUSIONS Service terminology is a source of systematic bias in health service research, and certainly in mental healthcare. The magnitude of the problem is substantial. This finding has major implications for the international comparability of resource use in health economics, quality and equality research. The approach presented in this paper contributes to minimise differentiation between services by taking into account key features such as target population, care setting, main activities and type and number of professionals among others. This approach also contributes to support financial incentives for effective health promotion and disease prevention. A detailed analysis of services in terms of cost measurement for economic evaluations reveals the necessity and usefulness of defining services using a coding system and taxonomical criteria rather than by 'text-based descriptions'.

Abstract
To facilitate the interaction between the health professional and the patient, a framework to guide the rehabilitation process is needed. This framework would encompass three interwoven aspects: the rehabilitation management plan, Individual Rehabilitation Project (IRP), and rehabilitation cycle(s). All three framework aspects focus on the patient and on the aim of rehabilitation, i.e. to optimize a person's functioning across the continuum of care. An IRP is a multi-element, person-centered rehabilitation management scheme, in which rehabilitation is generally provided by a multiprofessional team under the leadership of a physical and rehabilitation medicine (PRM) physician, working in an interdisciplinary manner and together with the patient (or proxy). A reference system for operationalizing functioning and standardizing the process is the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) - for assessing functioning needs, defining rehabilitation goals and outcomes. The objective of this paper is to present the IRP as a framework for rehabilitation in Europe (EUR-IRP). The specific aims are: 1) to introduce the IRP; and 2) to describe the framework components, elements and variables of the IRP. Demonstration projects (case studies) using the EUR-IRP will be conducted. The present paper presents the efforts to date for developing the EUR-IRP, a key part of the action plan of the PRM Section and Board of the European Union of Medical Specialists to implement the ICF systemwide across the care continuum. This paper serves as another step to bring together practice, science and governance in calling for contribution from rehabilitation clinicians and researchers and professional societies in PRM and beyond.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE : To evaluate the International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI) in the clinical and statistical use cases. MATERIALS AND METHODS : We identified 300 most-performed surgical procedures as represented by their display names in an electronic health record. For comparison with existing coding systems, we coded the procedures in ICHI, SNOMED CT, International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10-PCS, and CCI (Canadian Classification of Health Interventions), using postcoordination (modification of existing codes by adding other codes), when applicable. Failure analysis was done for cases where full representation was not achieved. The ICHI encoding was further evaluated for adequacy to support statistical reporting by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and European Union (EU) categories of surgical procedures. RESULTS : After deduplication, 229 distinct procedures remained. Without postcoordination, ICHI achieved full representation in 52.8%. A further 19.2% could be fully represented with postcoordination. SNOMED CT was the best performing overall, with 94.3% full representation without postcoordination, and 99.6% with postcoordination. Failure analysis showed that "method" and "target" constituted most of the missing information for ICHI encoding. For all OECD/EU surgical categories, ICHI coding was adequate to support statistical reporting. One OECD/EU category ("Hip replacement, secondary") required postcoordination for correct assignment. CONCLUSION : In the clinical use case of capturing information in the electronic health record, ICHI was outperformed by the clinically oriented procedure coding systems (SNOMED CT and CCI), but was comparable to ICD-10-PCS. Postcoordination could be an effective and efficient means of improving coverage. ICHI is generally adequate for the collection of international statistics.

Abstract
Introduction: An important requirement for successful public health interventions is a standardized classification in order to make these health technologies comparable in all contexts and recognized by all parties. The WHO International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI), including an integrated public health component, has been developed to propose such an international standard. Methods: To test (a) the translation of public health interventions to ICHI codes and (b) the technical handling and general coding in public health, we used a set of public health interventions from a recent cross-sectional survey among Health Technology Assessment professionals. Results: Our study showed that handling of the ICHI interface is stable, that there is a need for specificity and adequate detail of intervention descriptions and desired outcomes to code adequately with ICHI and that the professional background of the coder, as well as his/her sex might influence the selection of codes. Conclusion: International Classification of Health Interventions provides a good coverage of public health interventions. However, the broader character of system wide interventions, often involving a variety of institutions and stakeholders, may present a challenge to the application of ICHI coding. Based on this experience, we would tailor future surveys more specifically to the needs of the classification and we advise training for health professionals before coding with ICHI. Standards of reporting will likely strengthen insights about the efficiency of primary prevention interventions and thus benefit long-term health of populations and structured HTA reporting process.

Abstract
There is a need for a common, shared definition of rehabilitation to conduct systematic reviews and identify relevant systematic reviews for knowledge translation purposes, which is an important task of Cochrane Rehabilitation. The present paper aimed to introduce and compare existing health-related definitions of rehabilitation and to propose core aspects that should characterize a new and workable definition of rehabilitation that is able to serve both as the basis for internal communication and identity work and for external communication. We have conducted a PubMed literature search on current definitions that have been published since the launch of WHO's ICF in 2001. Definitions were analyzed by framing questions to which the definitions provide answers. Nine definitions were included in the analysis. Rehabilitation has been defined as a process, as a set or bundle of interventions, and as a health strategy. The main beneficiaries were mainly related to the presence of disability, however, no specific means or interventions in rehabilitation could be identified. The definitions provided varying answers to the questions "by whom…," "where…," and "when…" and additionally identified certain conditions for rehabilitation. The present analysis can serve as a valuable source of information for developing a Cochrane Rehabilitation definition of rehabilitation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Social media are an increasingly commonly used platform for delivering health promotion interventions. Although recent research has focused on the effectiveness of social media interventions for health promotion, very little is known about the optimal content within such interventions, and the active ingredients to promote health behavior change using social media are not clear. Identifying which behavior change techniques (BCTs) are reported may help to clarify the content of interventions using a generalizable terminology that may facilitate future intervention development. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to identify which BCTs are reported in social media interventions for promoting health behavior change in adults. METHODS We included 71 studies conducted with adult participants (aged ≥18 years) and for which social media intervention was considered interactive in a Cochrane review of the effectiveness of such interventions. We developed a coding manual informed by the Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy version 1 (BCTTv1) to identify BCTs in the included studies. We identified BCTs in all study arms (including control) and described BCTs in the group and self-directed components of studies. We characterized the dose of delivery for each BCT by low and high intensity. We used descriptive analyses to characterize the reported BCTs. RESULTS Our data consisted of 71 studies published from 2001 to 2017, mainly conducted in high-income countries (n=65). Most studies (n=31) used tailored, interactive websites to deliver the intervention; Facebook was the most used mainstream platform. In developing our coding manual, we adapted some BCTTv1 instructions to better capture unique nuances of how BCTs were operationalized in social media with respect to likes, retweets, smiles, congratulations, and badges. Social support (unspecified), instruction on how to perform the behavior, and credible source were most frequently identified BCTs in intervention arms of studies and group-delivery settings, whereas instruction on how to perform the behavior was most commonly applied in self-directed components of studies, control arms, and individual participant settings. Instruction on how to perform the behavior was also the most frequently reported BCT in both intervention and control arms simultaneously. Instruction on how to perform the behavior, social support (unspecified), self-monitoring of behavior, information about health consequences, and credible source were identified in the top 5 BCTs delivered with the highest intensity. CONCLUSIONS This study within a review provides a detailed description of the BCTs and their dose to promote behavior change in web-based, interactive social media interventions. Clarifying active ingredients in social media interventions and the intensity of their delivery may help to develop future interventions that can more clearly build upon the existing evidence.

Abstract
Background Bridging involves improving knowledge sharing and collaboration across different fields, such as aging and disability. The objectives of this review were to describe: 1) the contexts where bridging has occurred in relation to delivery of health services for adults aging with neurological or developmental conditions; and 2) characterize and map bridging tasks, stakeholders involved, and outcomes discussed in peer-reviewed literature. Methods Seven databases were searched around the core concepts of “bridging,” “aging,” and “disability.” In total, 10,819 articles were screened with 49 meeting the inclusion criteria of discussing aging with developmental or neurological disability, explicitly describing bridging tasks, published in English and a peer-reviewed publication. Bibliographic information, sample characteristics, and data on bridging was extracted and included in the qualitative synthesis. Results Intellectual and/or Developmental disabilities were the most studied population (76% of articles), and most articles were published in the United States (57%). Twenty-two bridging tasks were identified, and categorized into three domains: health and social service delivery (e.g., care coordination tasks), policy (e.g., policy change), and research and training (e.g., mentoring). Stakeholders involved ranged from health care professionals to policy makers and organizations in aging and disability services. Conclusions The resulting matrix will assist in the specification of bridging in research and practice. Future work should evaluate specific models of bridging and their effects on health service delivery.

Abstract
There has been limited research on nursing students’ (NSs) language problems conducted in non-English speaking countries, especially research focusing on college transfer students. The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived needs and challenges of English use by college transfer NSs in a non-English speaking environment. A descriptive study design was adopted. Forty-five college transfer NSs from a university in Hong Kong participated in the study. Sixteen interviews were conducted. A qualitative content analysis was performed. Two main categories were identified: (a) Perceptions about English use (three sub-categories: (i) significance of having a good command of English; (ii) challenges in use of English; and (iii) low motivation and need to learn English), and (b) using English in nursing contexts (two sub-categories: (i) challenges in the use of English in nursing and (ii) improving English proficiency as a second priority in nursing students). In conclusion, college transfer NSs face challenges in general and discipline-specific English use, but their motivation to improve their English proficiency was not strong. Language centers should re-design the language courses to meet NSs’ communication needs, while nursing educators should provide opportunities for students to strengthen their English use in research and clinical situations.

Abstract
Background The World Health Organization is in the process of developing an international administrative classification for health called the International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI). The purpose of ICHI is to provide a tool for supporting intervention reporting and analysis at a global level for policy development and beyond. Nurses represent the largest resource carrying out clinical interventions in any health system. With the shift in nursing care from hospital to community settings in many countries, it is important to ensure that community nursing interventions are present in any international health information system. Thus, an investigation into the extent to which community nursing interventions were covered in ICHI was needed. Objective The objectives of this study were to examine the extent to which International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) community nursing interventions were represented in the ICHI administrative classification system, to identify themes related to gaps in coverage, and to support continued advancements in understanding the complexities of knowledge representation in standardized clinical terminologies and classifications. Methods This descriptive study used a content mapping approach in 2 phases in 2018. A total of 187 nursing intervention codes were extracted from the ICNP Community Nursing Catalogue and mapped to ICHI. In phase 1, 2 coders completed independent mapping activities. In phase 2, the 2 coders compared each list and discussed concept matches until consensus on ICNP-ICHI match and on mapping relationship was reached. Results The initial percentage agreement between the 2 coders was 47% (n=88), but reached 100% with consensus processes. After consensus was reached, 151 (81%) of the community nursing interventions resulted in an ICHI match. A total of 36 (19%) of community nursing interventions had no match to ICHI content. A total of 100 (53%) community nursing interventions resulted in a broader ICHI code, 9 (5%) resulted in a narrower ICHI code, and 42 (23%) were considered equivalent. ICNP concepts that were not represented in ICHI were thematically grouped into the categories family and caregivers, death and dying, and case management. Conclusions Overall, the content mapping yielded similar results to other content mapping studies in nursing. However, it also found areas of missing concept coverage, difficulties with interterminology mapping, and further need to develop mapping methods.
