Abstract
Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3 (GLRaV-3) is the most prevalent and economically damaging virus in grapevines and is found on nearly all continents, except Antarctica. Ten mealybugs act as vector insects transmitting the GLRaV-3. Understanding the potential distribution range of vector insects under climate change is crucial for preventing and managing vector insects and controlling and delaying the spread of GLRaV-3. This study investigated the potential geographical range of insect vectors of GLRaV-3 worldwide using MaxEnt (maximum entropy) based on occurrence data under environmental variables. The potential distributions of these insects were projected for the 2030s, 2050s, 2070s, and 2090s under the three climate change scenarios. The results showed that the potential distribution range of most vector insects is concentrated in Southeastern North America, Europe, Asia, and Southeast Australia. Most vector insects contract their potential distribution ranges under climate-change conditions. The stacked model suggested that potential distribution hotspots of vector insects were present in Southeastern North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Southeast Australia. The potential distribution range of hotspots would shrink with climate change. These results provide important information for governmental decision-makers and farmers in developing control and management strategies against vector insects of GLRaV-3. They can also serve as references for studies on other insect vectors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We examined the association between antenatal depressive symptoms and adverse birth outcomes in Midland Healthy Start (MHS) participants and determined whether receiving mental health services reduced the odds of adverse outcomes among those with elevated antenatal depressive symptoms. METHOD Data from a retrospective cohort of participants (N = 1,733) served by the MHS in South Carolina (2010-2019) were linked with their birth certificates. A score of ≥16 on the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale was defined as elevated antenatal depressive symptoms. Services provided by MHS were categorized into: (1) receiving mental health services, (2) receiving other services, and (3) not receiving any services. Adverse birth outcomes included preterm birth, low birth weight, and small for gestational age. RESULTS Around 31 % had elevated antenatal depressive symptoms. The prevalences of preterm birth, low birthweight, and small for gestational age were 9.5 %, 9.1 %, and 14.6 %, respectively. No significant associations were observed between elevated depressive symptoms and adverse outcomes. Among women with elevated antenatal depressive symptoms, the odds for small for gestational age were lower in those who received mental health services (AOR 0.33, 95 % CI 0.15-0.72) or other services (AOR 0.34, 95 % CI 0.16-0.74) compared to those who did not receive any services. The odds for low birth weight (AOR 0.34, 95 % CI 0.13-0.93) were also lower in those who received mental health services. CONCLUSIONS Receiving screening and referral services for antenatal depression reduced the risks of having small for gestational age or low birth weight babies among MHS participants.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To analyze clinical characteristics, risk factors, pathogen distribution, and prognostic markers in primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients with severe pneumonia (SP) compared to those without severe pneumonia (NSP). METHODS This case-control study included 24 hospitalized pSS patients with SP and 96 NSP at the first affiliated hospital of Soochow university from June 2014 to May 2023. Data encompassing demographics, comorbidities, treatments, and laboratory results were retrospectively collected. Univariate and multivariate regression analyses, ROC curves, and statistical analyses using SPSS 23.0 assessed risk factors. The study retrospectively analyzed clinical features and risk factors, highlighting distinct parameters between pSS patients with and without SP. RESULTS Marked differences were observed in several parameters: pSS activity(P < 0.001), white blood cell (P = 0.043), lymphocyte (P < 0.001), neutrophils (P = 0.042), C-reactive protein (P = 0.042), and CD8+ T cell (P = 0.017). Notably, lymphocyte count and SS activity demonstrated robust discrimination ability (AUC > 0.85). C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin, CD4+ T cell, and IgA showed significant associations with SP; higher CRP levels correlated with increased risk, while lower CD4+ T cell and IgA levels associated with increased risk. SS activity significantly impacted outcomes. Various biomarkers exhibited diverse discriminatory abilities but lacked strong predictive associations with outcomes. CONCLUSION pSS patients with SP exhibited higher disease activity and altered immune profiles compared to those NSP. Lymphocyte count and SS activity emerged as robust discriminators. Higher CRP levels correlated with increased risk of SP, while lower CD4+T cell and IgA levels associated with increased risk. SS activity significantly impacted patient outcomes. Abstract
Improving the absorption of electromagnetic waves at low-frequency bands (2-8 GHz) is crucial for the increasing electromagnetic (EM) pollution brought about by the innovation of the fifth generation (5G) communication technology. However, the poor impedance matching and intrinsic attenuation of material in low-frequency bands hinders the development of low-frequency electromagnetic wave absorbing (EMWA) materials. Here we propose an interface-induced dual-pinning mechanism and establish a magnetoelectric bias interface by constructing bilayer core-shell structures of NiFe2O4 (NFO)@BiFeO3 (BFO)@polypyrrole (PPy). Such heterogeneous interface could induce distinct magnetic pinning of the magnetic moment in the ferromagnetic NFO and dielectric pinning of the dipole rotation in PPy. The establishment of the dual-pinning effect resulted in optimized impedance and enhanced attenuation at low-frequency bands, leading to better EMWA performance. The minimum reflection loss (RLmin) at thickness of 4.43 mm reaches -65.30 dB (the optimal absorption efficiency of 99.99997%), and the effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) can almost cover C-band (4.72 ~ 7.04 GHz) with low filling of 15.0 wt.%. This work proposes a mechanism to optimize low-frequency impedance matching with electromagnetic wave (EMW) loss and pave an avenue for the research of high-performance low-frequency absorbers.

Abstract
The Mongolian racerunner, Eremias argus, is a small lizard endemic to Northeast Asia that can serve as an excellent model for investigating how geography and past climate change have jointly influenced the evolution of biodiversity in this region. To elucidate the processes underlying its diversification and demography, we reconstructed the range-wide phylogeographic pattern and evolutionary trajectory, using phylogenetic, population genetic, landscape genetic, Bayesian phylogeographic reconstruction and ecological niche modeling approaches. Phylogenetic analyses of the mtDNA cyt b gene revealed eight lineages that were unbounded by geographic region. The genetic structure of E. argus was mainly determined by geographic distance. Divergence dating indicated that E. argus and E. brenchleyi diverged during the Mid-Pliocene Warm Period. E. argus was estimated to have coalesced at~0.4351 Ma (Marine Isotope Stage 19). Bayesian phylogeographic diffusion analysis revealed out-of-Inner Mongolia and rapid colonization events from the end of the Last Interglacial to the Last Glacial Maximum, which is consistent with the expanded suitable range of the Last Glacial Maximum. Pre-Last Glacial Maximum growth of population is presented for most lineages of E. argus. The Glacial Maximum contraction model and the previous multiple glacial refugia hypotheses are rejected. This may be due to an increase in the amount of climatically favorable habitats in Northeast Asia. Furthermore, E. argus barbouri most likely represents an invalid taxon. The present study is the first to report a range-wide phylogeography of reptiles over such a large region in Northeast Asia. Our results make a significant contribution towards understanding the biogeography of the entire Northeast Asia.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The intriguing connection between selenium and cancer resembles a captivating puzzle that keeps researchers engaged and curious. While selenium has shown promise in reducing cancer risks through supplementation, its interaction with epigenetics in cervical cancer remains a fascinating yet largely unexplored realm. Unraveling the intricacies of selenium's role and its interaction with epigenetic factors could unlock valuable insights in the battle against this complex disease. RESULT Selenium has shown remarkable inhibitory effects on cervical cancer cells in various ways. In in vitro studies, it effectively inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of cervical cancer cells, while promoting apoptosis. Selenium also demonstrates significant inhibitory effects on human cervical cancer-derived organoids. Furthermore, in an in vivo study, the administration of selenium dioxide solution effectively suppresses the growth of cervical cancer tumors in mice. One of the mechanisms behind selenium's inhibitory effects is its ability to inhibit histone demethylases, specifically JMJD3 and UTX. This inhibition is observed both in vitro and in vivo. Notably, when JMJD3 and UTX are inhibited with GSK-J4, similar biological effects are observed in both in vitro and in vivo models, effectively inhibiting organoid models derived from cervical cancer patients. Inhibiting JMJD3 and UTX also induces G2/M phase arrest, promotes cellular apoptosis, and reverses epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). ChIP-qPCR analysis confirms that JMJD3 and UTX inhibition increases the recruitment of a specific histone modification, H3K27me3, to the transcription start sites (TSS) of target genes in cervical cancer cells (HeLa and SiHa cells). Furthermore, the expressions of JMJD3 and UTX are found to be significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues compared to adjacent normal cervical tissues, suggesting their potential as therapeutic targets. CONCLUSIONS Our study highlights the significant inhibitory effects of selenium on the growth, migration, and invasion of cervical cancer cells, promoting apoptosis and displaying promising potential as a therapeutic agent. We identified the histone demethylases JMJD3 and UTX as specific targets of selenium, and their inhibition replicates the observed effects on cancer cell behavior. These findings suggest that JMJD3 and UTX could be valuable targets for selenium-based treatments of cervical cancer.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of NK cells in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell micro-transplantation(MST) in the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML). METHODS Data from 93 AML patients treated with MST at our center from 2013-2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The induction regimen was anthracycline and cytarabine combined with peripheral blood stem cells transplantation mobilization by granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GPBSC), followed by 2-4 courses of intensive treatment with medium to high doses of cytarabine combined with GPBSC after achieving complete remission (CR). The therapeutic effects of one and two courses of MST induction therapy on 42 patients who did not reach CR before transplantation were evaluated. Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of donor NK cell dose and KIR genotype, including KIR ligand mismatch, 2DS1, haplotype, and HLA-Cw ligands on survival prognosis of patients. RESULTS Forty-two patients received MST induction therapy, and the CR rate was 57.1% after 1 course and 73.7% after 2 courses. Multivariate analysis showed that, medium and high doses of NK cells was significantly associated with improved disease-free survival (DFS) of patients (HR=0.27, P =0.005; HR=0.21, P =0.001), and high doses of NK cells was significantly associated with improved overall survival (OS) of patients (HR=0.15, P =0.000). Donor 2DS1 positive significantly increases OS of patients (HR=0.25, P =0.011). For high-risk patients under 60 years old, patients of the donor-recipient KIR ligand mismatch group had longer DFS compared to the nonmismatch group (P =0.036); donor 2DS1 positive significantly prolonged OS of patients (P =0.009). Abstract
The proportional hazards mixture cure model is a popular analysis method for survival data where a subgroup of patients are cured. When the data are interval-censored, the estimation of this model is challenging due to its complex data structure. In this article, we propose a computationally efficient semiparametric Bayesian approach, facilitated by spline approximation and Poisson data augmentation, for model estimation and inference with interval-censored data and a cure rate. The spline approximation and Poisson data augmentation greatly simplify the MCMC algorithm and enhance the convergence of the MCMC chains. The empirical properties of the proposed method are examined through extensive simulation studies and also compared with the R package "GORCure". The use of the proposed method is illustrated through analyzing a data set from the Aerobics Center Longitudinal Study.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Bactrocera correcta is a quarantine pest that negatively impacts the fruit and vegetable industry. Differentiating B. correcta from similar species, especially in non-adult stages, remains challenging. Rapid molecular identification techniques, such as recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) combined with CRISPR/Cas12a and multienzyme isothermal rapid amplification with lateral flow dipstick (MIRA-LFD), play a crucial role in early monitoring and safeguarding agricultural production. Our study introduces two methods for the rapid visual identification of B. correcta. RESULTS Bactrocera correcta specific RPA primers, CRISPR RNA (crRNA), and the LFD probe were designed based on the cox1 genes. The RPA reaction conditions were optimized (at 37 °C for 8 min) for effective template DNA amplification. Two nucleic acid detection methods were established to visualize RPA. In the RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a system, the optimal LbCas12a/crRNA concentration ratio was 200:400 nmol L-1 . Successful amplification was determined by the presence or absence of green fluorescence following 15 min incubation at 37 °C. The MIRA-LFD system achieved precise identification of the target species within 4 min at 37 °C. Both methods exhibited high specificity and sensitivity, allowing for detection from 1.0 × 10-1 ng μL-1 of DNA. Combined with rapid DNA extraction, rapid identification of individual B. correcta at different developmental stages was achieved, enhancing the practicality and convenience of the established methods. CONCLUSION Our research findings demonstrate that both the RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a and MIRA-LFD methods for B. correcta detection was accurate and rapid (within 30 min and 10 min, respectively), at 37 °C. Our methods do not rely on expensive equipment, thus possess high practical value, providing improved identification solutions for port quarantine pests and field applications. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry.

Abstract
Circulating tumor cells in human peripheral blood play an important role in cancer metastasis. In addition to the size-based and antibody-based capture and separation of cancer cells, their electrical characterization is important for rare cell detection, which can prove fatal in point-of-care testing. Herein, an organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) biosensor made of solution-gated carboxyl graphene mixed with PEDOT:PSS for the detection of cancer cells in situ is reported. Carboxyl graphene was used in this work to modulate cancer cell morphology, which differs significantly from normal blood cells, to achieve rare cancer cell detection. When the concentration of carboxyl graphene mixed in PEDOT:PSS was increased from 0 to 5 mg mL-1, the cancer cell surface area increased from 218 μm2 to 530 μm2, respectively. A change in cell morphology was also detected by the OECT. Negative charges in the cancer cells induced a positive shift in gate voltage, which was approximately 40 mV for spherical-shaped cells. When the cell surface area increased, transfer curves of transistor revealed a negative shift in gate voltage. Therefore, the sensor can be used for in situ detection of cancer cell morphology during the cell capture process, which can be used to identify whether the captured cells are deformable.

Abstract
With the development of information technology and the increasing demand for vaccination services among the people, it is a definite trend to enhance the quality of vaccination services through digitization. This article starts with a clear concept of digital services for vaccination, introduces the current development status in China and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing models in leading regions, takes a glean from the summation, and proposes targeted solutions. This study suggests establishing a departmental coordination mechanism for data interconnection and sharing, formulating data standards and functional specifications, enhancing the functionalities of the immunization planning information system, strengthening data collection and analytical usage, and intensifying appointment management and science and health education to provide expert guidance for the construction of digital vaccination services across the country in the future.

Abstract
The papaya mealybug, Paracoccus marginatus, is an invasive pest species found all over the world. It is native to Mexico and Central America, but is now present in more than 50 countries and regions, seriously threatening the economic viability of the agricultural and forestry industry. In the current study, the global potential distribution of P. marginatus was predicted under current and future climatic conditions using MaxEnt. The results of the model assessment indicated that the area under the curve of the receiver operating characteristic ( ROC-AUC) was 0.949, while the TSS value was 0.820. The results also showed that the three variables with the greatest impact on the model were min temperature of coldest month (bio6), precipitation of wettest month (bio13), and precipitation of coldest quarter (bio19), with corresponding contributions of 46.8%, 31.1%, and 13.1%, respectively. The results indicated that the highly suitable areas were mainly located in tropical and subtropical regions, including South America, southern North America, Central America, Central Africa, Australia, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. Under four climate scenarios in the 2050s and 2070s, the area of suitability will change very little. Moreover, the results showed that the area of suitable areas in 2070s increased under all four climate scenarios compared to the current climate. In contrast, the area of suitable habitat increases from the current to the 2050s under the SSP370 and SSP585 climate scenarios. The current study could provide a reference framework for the future control and management of papaya mealybug and other invasive species.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Studies are increasingly examining the relationship between the neighborhood environment and cognitive decline; yet, few have investigated associations between multiple neighborhood features and Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD). OBJECTIVE We investigated the relationship between neighborhood features and ADRD cumulative incidence from 2010 to 2014 in the South Carolina Alzheimer's Disease Registry (SCADR). METHODS Diagnosed ADRD cases ≥ 50 years of age were ascertained from the SCADR by ZIP code and census tract. Neighborhood features from multiple secondary sources included poverty, air pollution [particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less (PM 2.5 )], and rurality at the census-tract level and access to healthy food, recreation facilities, and diabetes screening at the county level. In addition to using Poisson generalized linear regression to estimate ADRD incident rate ratios (IRR) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs), we applied integrated nested Laplace approximations and stochastic partial differential equations (INLA-SPDE) to address disparate spatial scales. We estimated associations between neighborhood features and ADRD cumulative incidence. RESULTS The average annual ADRD cumulative incidence was 690 per 100,000 people per census tract (95% CI: 660, 710). The analysis was limited to 98% of census tracts with a population ≥ 50 years old (i.e., 1,081 of 1,103). The average percent of families living below the federal poverty line per census tract was 18.8%, and ∼ 20 % of census tracts were considered rural. The average percent of households with limited access to healthy food was 6.4%. In adjusted models, every 5 μ g / m 3 ) increase of PM 2.5 was associated with 65% higher ADRD cumulative incidence (IRR = 1.65 ; 95% CI: 1.30, 2.09), where PM 2.5 at or below 12 μ g / m 3 is considered healthy. Compared to large urban census tracts, rural and small urban tracts had 10% (IRR = 1.10 ; 95% CI: 1.00, 1.23) and 5% (IRR = 1.05 ; 95% CI: 0.96, 1.16) higher ADRD, respectively. For every percent increase of the county population with limited access to healthy food, ADRD was 2% higher (IRR = 1.02 ; 95% CI: 1.01, 1.04). CONCLUSIONS Neighborhood environment features, such as higher air pollution levels, were associated with higher neighborhood ADRD incidence. Abstract
Background Gamification represents a promising approach for facilitating positive social interactions among groups of individuals and is increasingly being leveraged in physical activity (PA) interventions to promote enhanced intervention engagement and PA outcomes. Although African American (AA) adults experience disparities associated with health conditions that can be ameliorated with increased PA, little is known about how best to culturally target PA gamification strategies for this population. The purpose of this study was to gather perspectives from AA adults residing in the Southeast United States and subsequently identify themes to help inform the cultural adaptation of an existing electronic and mobile health (e/mHealth) gamification- and theory-based PA intervention for teams of insufficiently active AA adults. Methods An AA moderator facilitated six online focus groups among AA adults (n=42; 93% female; 45.09±9.77 years; 34.40±57.38 minutes/week of reported moderate-intensity equivalent PA), using a semi-structured focus group guide. Drawing from a content analysis approach, transcripts were coded and salient themes were identified. Results The focus groups revealed the following seven themes: (I) motivation (team-based gamification motivating); (II) accountability (team-based gamification promotes accountability); (III) competition (competitive elements attractive); (IV) weekly challenges (prefer to choose weekly PA challenges); (V) leaderboard feedback (preference for viewing steps and active minutes via a leaderboard); (VI) cultural relevancy (prefer elements reflective of their race and culture that promote team unity); (VII) teammate characteristics (mixed preferences regarding ideal sociodemographic characteristics and starting PA level of teammates). Conclusions Integrating team-based gamification in an e/mHealth-based PA intervention may be acceptable among AA adults. The identification of specific design preferences and perceptions of the value of the social environment points to the need to consider surface-level and deep structure cultural targeting when developing and further exploring best practices regarding gamified PA interventions for insufficiently active AAs.

Abstract
The agamid lizard Phrynocephalus melanurus is restricted to Northwest China (Dzungar Basin) and the adjacent Eastern Kazakhstan (Zaisan and Alakol basins). To elucidate the phylogeography of P. melanurus, we obtained the mitochondrial DNA COI segments of 175 sampled lizards from 44 localities across the whole distribution. Phylogenetic analyses revealed two main Clades comprising five geographically structured lineages (I, IIa, IIb1, IIb2, and IIb3) that fit an isolation-by-distance (IBD) model. The divergence from the most recent common ancestor was dated to ~1.87 million years ago (Ma). Demographic analyses demonstrated lineage-specific response to past climate change: stable population for Clade I, Subclade IIb1; past population expansion for IIb3 since 0.18 Ma, respectively. Bayesian phylogeographic diffusion analyses detected initial spreading at the Saur Mount vicinity, approximately 1.8 Ma. Historical species distribution model (SDM) projected expansion of the suitable habitat in the last interglacial and shift and contraction in the last glacial maximum and Holocene epochs. The SDM predicted a drastic reduction in suitable area throughout the range as a response to future climate change. Our findings suggest that the evolution of P. melanurus followed a parapatric divergence with subsequent dispersal and adaptation to cold and dry environments during the Quaternary. Overall, this work improves our understanding of the lineage diversification and population dynamics of P. melanurus, providing further insights into the evolutionary processes that occurred in Northwest China and adjacent Eastern Kazakhstan.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Current research on the association between physical activity and perinatal depression is inconclusive. This study examined the association between objectively measured physical activity during pregnancy and perinatal depressive symptoms among individuals with overweight and obesity. METHODS Data came from the Health in Pregnancy and Postpartum study (N = 205). Physical activity was measured using the SenseWear Armband at 16 weeks' or fewer and 32 weeks' gestation and categorized into 1) never meeting 2018 physical activity guidelines, 2) meeting the guidelines at one time point, or 3) meeting the guidelines at both time points. Antenatal depressive symptoms were assessed at 32 weeks' gestation, and postpartum depressive symptoms were assessed at 6 and 12 months postpartum using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. A score of 10 or higher was defined as probable at least minor depression (hereafter, probable depression). RESULTS Nearly one-half of the participants (45.4%) met physical activity guidelines both in early and late pregnancy. Pregnant individuals who met physical activity guidelines at one (adjusted odds ratio, 0.07; 95% confidence interval, 0.01-0.76) or both time points (adjusted odds ratio, 0.08; 95% confidence interval, 0.01-0.69) during pregnancy had lower odds of probable depression at 6 months postpartum than individuals who never met physical activity guidelines during pregnancy. No significant associations were found between prenatal physical activity and probable antenatal or postpartum depression at 12 months. CONCLUSIONS Antenatal physical activity was associated with lower odds of probable depression at 6 months after childbirth. Physicians should use evidence-based strategies to encourage pregnant people, especially those who are at risk for postpartum depression, to meet physical activity guidelines.

Abstract
Caloteswangisp. nov., a new species of the agamid genus Calotes Cuvier, 1817, from southern China and northern Vietnam, is described. This species can be distinguished from all known congeners by a combination of morphological characteristics and genetic divergence in the mitochondrial tRNA, ND2, and CO1 genes. Molecular phylogenetic analysis revealed that the new species was formed as a monophyletic group and that considerable genetic divergence existed between its congeners (minimum p-distance, 4.6%). Caloteswangisp. nov. is distinguished by a combination of the following characteristics: average SVL < 90 mm for adult males; 10-14 dorsal eyelid scales; scales on side of neck and adjacent shoulder area pointing obliquely upward; keels on neck scales weakly to strongly developed; fold in front of the shoulder absent; pair of dark triangular patches extending from the front of the shoulder to the jaw angles; and orange coloration of the tongue. Caloteswangisp. nov. is similar to C.irawadi but differs in having scales between the nasal shield and the orbit and a fourth toe with a claw that can reach between the eyes and tympanum (even to the snout when hind the limbs are adpressed forward). Phylogenetic analyses revealed two well-supported subspecies, Lineages A and B in C.wangisp. nov., with mean uncorrected p-distances between them of 2%. We propose that Lineage A, which is mainly from the central and southern Wuzhi Mountains on Hainan Island, is a subspecies, C.w.hainanensisssp. nov. Lineage B mainly comprises individuals from other sites on the island plus the adjacent mainland, and is described as subspecies, C.w.wangissp. nov. A diagnostic key to all Calotes species of China is also provided.

Abstract
Organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) was applied in chemical and biological sensing. In this work, we developed a simple and repeatable method to fabricate OECT array, which had been successfully used to detect cancer cells. PEDPT:PSS conductive film between source and drain electrodes were patterned through photolithography, which can achieve uniform devices with same electrical characterization. When MCF-7 cancer cells are captured on the PEDOT:PSS surface via specifical antibody, the transfer characteristic of OECT shifts to higher gate electrode voltage due to the electrostatic interaction between cancer cells and device. The effective gate voltage shift can reach about 63 mV when the concentration of cancer cells increased to 5000. The shift of effective gate voltage is related to the cancer cell morphology, which is increased in the first 1 h and decreased when the capture time was larger than 1 h. The device of OECT array can increase the sample flux and make the detection result more accurate. It is expected that OECT array will have promising practical applications in single cancer cell detection in the future.

Abstract
This study describes a novel species of Gekko (Squamata: Gekkonidae) based on its distinct morphological features and molecular evidence, which was identified in the Dabie Mountains on the border of Anhui and Henan provinces of Central China. Gekko kaiyaisp. nov. could be distinguished from its congeners owing to its morphological characteristics, such as being a medium body sized gecko species (snout-vent length, 56.98-64.99 mm, n = 4, females; 50.03-61.56 mm, n = 11, males); nostrils scale in contact with rostral scale; tubercles on the dorsal and limb, while the upper forelimb is smooth with no tubercles; 22-33 interorbital scales between the anterior corners of the eyes; 157-209 ventral scales between mental and cloacal slit; 90-121 midbody scale rows; 30-43 ventral scale rows; 7-9 sub-digital lamellae on first fingers, 8-13 fourth fingers, 7-9 first toes, and 7-11 fourth toes; free of webbing in the fingers and toes; 9-12 pre-cloacal pores in males, which are absent in females; post-cloacal unilateral tubercles 1 (few 2); and a dorsum that is greyish white to dark brown, with 6-7 brown markings between the nape and sacrum. The phylogenetic tree based on the mitochondrial DNA sequences (16S, CYTB, and COI) indicated that Gekko kaiyaisp. nov. form an independent clade with strong support (100/1) and are a sister group to G. hokouensis. At the inter-species level, the genetic distances were all large, further confirming that an independent species had been identified. The discovery of this species implies that there are now 87 identified species in the genus Gekko, 22 of which can be found within China.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We aimed to investigate the effects of methoxamine to prevent hypotension in the elderly with intraspinal anesthesia (IA) on myocardial injury and cardiac function. PATIENTS AND METHODS A retrospective study was conducted by enrolling sixty elderly patients who underwent femoral head replacement (FHR) under IA in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. In the control group (CG) (30 patients), 5 mg of ephedrine was administered sedately when patients developed hypotension (20% below basal blood pressure). In the research group (RG) (30 cases), 2 μg/(kg·h) of methoxamine hydrochloride was given as a constant-rate pump before anesthesia, and 1 mg of methoxamine hydrochloride was administered intraoperatively if hypotension occurred. The hemodynamic [systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR)], myocardial injury indexes [cardiac troponin I (cTnI), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB), fatty acid binding protein (FABP), plasma amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP)], cardiac function indexes [systemic vascular resistance (SVR), stroke volume (SV), net percentage ejection time (ET)] were observed before anesthesia (T1), at the end of surgery (T2), and 6 h after surgery (T3) in both groups. The Bruggemann Comfort Score (BCS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores at T3, 12 h postoperatively (T4) and 24 h postoperatively (T5) in both groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions to intralesional anesthesia in both groups was counted. RESULTS SBP, DBP and HR at T2 were lower than those at T1 in both groups, and SBP, DBP and HR at T3 were higher than those at T2, and SBP, DBP and HR at T2 and T3 in the RG were higher than those in the CG (p<0.05). In both groups, cTnⅠ, CK-MB and FABP were higher at T2 and T3 than at T1, higher at T3 than at T2, and NT-proBNP was higher at T2 than at T1 and T3, and lower in the RG than in the CG (p<0.05). In both groups, SVR and SV at time point T2 were lower than at time point T1 and ET was higher than at time point T1, SVR and SV at time point T3 were higher than at time point T2 and ET was lower than at time point T2, SVR and SV in the RG were higher than in the CG and ET was lower than in the CG (p<0.05). VAS scores were higher in both groups at T4 and T5 than at T3, and lower in the RG than in the CG (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Methoxamine can effectively reduce the risk of hypotension in geriatric endotracheal anesthesia, which can reduce myocardial injury and stabilize cardiac function in patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To retrospectively analyze the efficacy and complications of our institution's modified nonmyeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (NST) in treating intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) - first complete remission (CR1) and prognostic factors. METHODS Clinical data of 50 intermediate-risk AML-CR1 patients who underwent matched related NST at the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital from August 2004 to April 2021 were collected, the hematopoietic recovery, donor engraftment and complications were observed, and overall survival (OS) rate, leukemia-free survival (LFS) rate, treatment-related mortality (TRM), and cumulative relapse rate were calculated. Statistical analysis of factors affecting prognosis was also preformed. RESULTS The median times for neutrophil and platelet recovery after transplantation were 10 (6-16) and 13 (6-33) days, respectively. One month after transplantation, 22 patients (44%) achieved full donor chimerism (FDC), and 22 patients (44%) achieved mixed chimerism (MC), among whom 18 cases gradually transited to FDC during 1-11 months, 4 cases maintained MC status. The overall incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) was 36%, with a rate of 18% for grade II-IV aGVHD and a median onset time of 45 (20-70) days after transplantation. The overall incidence of chronic GVHD (cGVHD) was 34%, with 20% and 14% of patients having limited or extensive cGVHD, respectively. The incidence rates of infections, interstitial pneumonia, and hemorrhagic cystitis were 30%, 10%, and 16%, respectively. The 5-year OS rate, LFS rate, TRM, and cumulative relapse rate were 68%, 64%, 16%, and 20%, respectively. The increase of the number of CD34+ cells infused had shortened the recovery time for neutrophils and platelets (r =0.563, r =0.350). The number of CD34+ cells infused significantly influenced the occurrence of extensive cGVHD (OR =1.36, 95%CI : 1.06-1.84, P =0.024). CONCLUSION Modified NST is effective in treating intermediate-risk AML-CR1 patients, however, further expansion of sample size is needed to study prognostic factors.

Abstract
Cartilage regeneration remains difficult due to a lack of blood vessels. Degradation of the extracellular matrix (ECM) causes cartilage defects, and the ECM provides the natural environment and nutrition for cartilage regeneration. Until now, collagen hydrogels are considered to be excellent material for cartilage regeneration due to the similar structure to ECM and good biocompatibility. However, collagen hydrogels also have several drawbacks, such as low mechanical strength, limited ability to induce stem cell differentiation, and rapid degradation. Thus, there is a demanding need to optimize collagen hydrogels for cartilage regeneration. In this review, we will first briefly introduce the structure of articular cartilage and cartilage defect classification and collagen, then provide an overview of the progress made in research on collagen hydrogels with chondrocytes or stem cells, comprehensively expound the research progress and clinical applications of collagen-based hydrogels that integrate inorganic or organic materials, and finally present challenges for further clinical translation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR) is a genetic eye disorder that leads to abnormal development of retinal blood vessels, resulting in vision impairment. This study aims to identify pathogenic variants by targeted exome sequencing in 9 independent pedigrees with FEVR and characterize the novel pathogenic variants by molecular dynamics simulation. METHODS Clinical data were collected from 9 families with FEVR. The causative genes were screened by targeted next-generation sequencing (TGS) and verified by Sanger sequencing. In silico analyses (SIFT, Polyphen2, Revel, MutationTaster, and GERP + +) were carried out to evaluate the pathogenicity of the variants. Molecular dynamics was simulated to predict protein conformation and flexibility transformation alterations on pathogenesis. Furthermore, molecular docking techniques were employed to explore the interactions and binding properties between LRP5 and DKK1 proteins relevant to the disease. RESULTS A 44% overall detection rate was achieved with four variants including c.4289delC: p.Pro1431Argfs*8, c.2073G > T: p.Trp691Cys, c.1801G > A: p.Gly601Arg in LRP5 and c.633 T > A: p.Tyr211* in TSPAN12 in 4 unrelated probands. Based on in silico analysis and ACMG standard, two of them, c.4289delC: p.Pro1431Argfs*8 and c.2073G > T: p.Trp691Cys of LRP5 were identified as novel pathogenic variants. Based on computational predictions using molecular dynamics simulations and molecular docking, there are indications that these two variants might lead to alterations in the secondary structure and spatial conformation of the protein, potentially impacting its rigidity and flexibility. Furthermore, these pathogenic variants are speculated to potentially influence hydrogen bonding interactions and could result in an increased binding affinity with the DKK1 protein. CONCLUSIONS Two novel genetic variants of the LRP5 gene were identified, expanding the range of mutations associated with FEVR. Through molecular dynamics simulations and molecular docking, the potential impact of these variants on protein structure and their interactions with the DKK1 protein has been explored. These findings provide further support for the involvement of these variants in the pathogenesis of the disease.

Abstract
Graphical user interfaces (GUIs) are widely used in human-computer interaction, providing a convenient interface for operation. Automating the conversion of GUI design images into source code can significantly reduce the coding workload for front-end developers. Detecting elements in GUI images is a key challenge in achieving automatic GUI code generation and is crucial for tasks such as GUI automation and testing. However, current state-of-the-art methods do not fully consider the unique characteristics of GUI images and elements, and they lack the required high localization accuracy, resulting in low detection accuracy for GUI element boxes. In this paper, we propose GUICG, an automatic GUI code generator that combines deep neural networks with image processing techniques to efficiently detect GUI elements from GUI images and generate front-end code. We empirically investigate various deep learning approaches and image processing methods for GUI component detection. Based on a comprehensive understanding of their performance and characteristics, we design GUICG by fusing image processing with a deep learning-based target detection model, achieving state-of-the-art performance. GUICG outperforms existing methods in accuracy and F1 score for component detection tasks, while producing human-readable code with a logical structure. Furthermore, we conduct an ablation study to quantitatively assess the impact of each key element in GUICG.

Abstract
Quinoa is extensively cultivated for its nutritional value, and its exceptional capacity to endure elevated salt levels presents a promising resolution to the agricultural quandaries posed by salinity stress. However, limited research has been dedicated to elucidating the correlation between alterations in the salinity soil microbial community and nitrogen transformations. To scrutinize the underlying mechanisms behind quinoa's salt tolerance, we assessed the changes in microbial community structure and the abundance of nitrogen transformation genes across three distinct salinity thresholds (1 g·kg-1, 3 g·kg-1, and 6 g·kg-1) at two distinct time points (35 and 70 days). The results showed the positive effect of quinoa on the soil microbial community structure, including changes in key populations and its regulatory role in soil nitrogen cycling under salt stress. Choroflexi, Acidobacteriota, and Myxococcota were inhibited by increased salinity, while the relative abundance of Bacteroidota increased. Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria showed relatively stable abundances across time and salinity levels. Quinoa possesses the ability to synthesize or modify the composition of keystone species or promote the establishment of highly complex microbial networks (modularity index > 0.4) to cope with fluctuations in external salt stress environments. Furthermore, quinoa exhibited nitrogen (N) cycling by downregulating denitrification genes (nirS, nosZ), upregulating nitrification genes (Archaeal amoA (AOA), Bacterial amoA (AOB)), and stabilizing nitrogen fixation genes (nifH) to absorb nitrate-nitrogen (NO3-_N). This study paves the way for future research on regulating quinoa, promoting soil microbial communities, and nitrogen transformation in saline environments.

Abstract
Photoelectrochemical (PEC) organic transformations occurring at anodes are a promising strategy for circumventing the sluggish kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction. Here, we report a free radical-mediated reaction instead of direct hole transfer occurring at the solid/liquid interface for PEC oxidation of benzyl alcohol (BA) to benzaldehyde (BAD) with high selectivity. A bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) photoanode coated with a 2,2'-bipyridine-based covalent organic framework bearing single Ni sites (Ni-TpBpy) was developed to drive the transformation. Experimental studies reveal that the reaction at the Ni-TpBpy/BiVO4 photoanode followed first-order reaction kinetics, boosting the formation of surface-bound ·OH radicals, which suppressed further BAD oxidation and provided a nearly 100% selectivity and a rate of 80.63 μmol hour-1 for the BA-to-BAD conversion. Because alcohol-to-aldehyde conversions are involved in the valorizations of biomass and plastics, this work is expected to open distinct avenues for producing key intermediates of great value.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The use of health technologies and gamification to promote physical activity has increasingly been examined, representing an opportunistic method for harnessing social support inherent within existing social ties. However, these prior studies have yielded mixed findings and lacked long-term follow-up periods. Thus, a pilot cluster randomized controlled trial was conducted to gauge the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of a digital gamification-based physical activity promotion approach among teams of insufficiently active adults with existing social ties. METHODS Teams (N = 24; 116 total participants) were randomized to either a 12-week intervention (Fitbit, step goals, app, feedback; TECH) or the same program plus gamification (TECH + Gamification). Mixed effects models were used to compare group differences in treatment adherence, and changes in social support, steps, and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity at 12 weeks and 52 weeks from baseline, adjusted for sociodemographic characteristics and team size. RESULTS TECH had a lower mean number of days of Fitbit self-monitoring versus TECH + Gamification during the intervention (adjusted difference: -.30; 95% CI, -.54 to -.07; P = .01). Post-intervention, TECH had 47% lower odds of self-monitoring 7 days per week versus TECH + Gamification (.53; 95% CI, .31 to .89; P = .02). No differences were observed between TECH + Gamification and TECH in increases in social support (0.04; 95% CI, -.21 to .29; P = .76), ActiGraph-measured daily steps (-425; 95% CI, -1065 to 215; P = .19), or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity minutes (-3.36; 95% CI, -8.62 to 1.91; P = .21) from baseline to 12 weeks or in the regression of these improvements by 1 year (Ps > .05). Although not significant in the adjusted models (Ps > .05), clinically meaningful differences in Fitbit-measured daily steps (TECH, 7041 ± 2520; TECH + Gamification, 7988 ± 2707) and active minutes (TECH, 29.90 ± 29.76; TECH + Gamification, 36.38 ± 29.83) were found during the intervention. CONCLUSIONS A gamified physical activity intervention targeting teams of adults with existing social ties was feasible and facilitated favorable, clinically meaningful additive physical activity effects while in place but did not drive enhanced, long-term physical activity participation. Future investigations should explore optimal team dynamics and more direct ways of leveraging social support (training teams; gamifying social support). Abstract
Achieving high-performance perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) with pure-red electroluminescence for practical applications remains a critical challenge because of the problematic luminescence property and spectral instability of existing emitters. Herein, high-efficiency Rec. 2020 pure-red PeLEDs, simultaneously exhibiting exceptional brightness and spectral stability, based on CsPb(Br/I)3 perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) capping with aromatic amino acid ligands featuring cation-π interactions, are reported. It is proven that strong cation-π interactions between the PbI6 -octahedra of perovskite units and the electron-rich indole ring of tryptophan (TRP) molecules not only chemically polish the imperfect surface sites, but also markedly increase the binding affinity of the ligand molecules, leading to high photoluminescence quantum yields and greatly enhanced spectral stability of the CsPb(Br/I)3 NCs. Moreover, the incorporation of small-size aromatic TRP ligands ensures superior charge-transport properties of the assembled emissive layers. The resultant devices emitting at around 635 nm demonstrate a champion external quantum efficiency of 22.8%, a max luminance of 12 910 cd m-2 , and outstanding spectral stability, representing one of the best-performing Rec. 2020 pure-red PeLEDs achieved so far.

Abstract
Introduction Polyphyllin from Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. However, the current production of polyphyllin can barely meet market demand. To improve the content of polyphyllin produced by P. polyphylla, two endophyte strains, Bacillus cereus LgD2 and Fusarium oxysporum TPB, were isolated from Paris fargesii Franch. and inoculated in the roots of P. polyphylla. Both symbiotic strains significantly promoted the accumulation of saponins in P. polyphylla. Methods The content of polyphyllin in rhizomes of P. polyphylla treated with TPB with LgD2 strain was determined using High Performance Liquid Chromatography and the expressed genes were analyzed by RNA-seq. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes annotations were performed on the differentially expressed genes, a clustering tree of UDP-glycosyltransferase (UGT) and cytochrome P450 (CYP450) gene families was constructed, and UGT and CYP450 involved in the biosynthesis of polyphyllin were predicted using weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA). Results RNA-seq and qRT-PCR analyses showed that endophytic inoculation did not promote polyphyllin accumulation by enhancing the upstream terpene biosynthesis pathway, but probably by up-regulating the downstream CYP450 and UGT genes associated with polyphyllin biosynthesis. Genomes enrichment analyses of differentially expressed genes indicated that inoculation with LgD2 and TPB played a positive role in promoting the defense against pathogenic bacteria, enhancing the biosynthesis of carbohydrates, attenuating the process of nitrogen metabolism, and maintaining the equilibrium of the redox reaction homeostasis, potentially indirectly enhancing the polyphyllin yield of P. polyphylla. By combining differentially expressed genes screening, WGCNA, and phylogenetic tree analyses, 17 CYP450 and 2 UGT candidate genes involved in the biosynthesis of polyphyllin I, polyphyllin II, polyphyllin VII, polyphyllin D, and polyphyllin H were identified. These results suggest that endophytes probably effectively promote the accumulation of polyphyllin by regulating key downstream genes in biosynthetic pathways. Discussion This study provides a new approach for investigating the regulatory mechanisms of endophytes that promote the production and accumulation of polyphyllin in P. polyphylla, providing a basis for further elucidating the mechanisms of plant-endophyte interactions.

Abstract
Acute lung injury (ALI) is a life-threatening disease that currently lacks a cure. Although stem cell-derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) have shown promising effects in the treatment of ALI, their underlying mechanisms and responsible components have yet to be identified. Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 6 (PCSK6) is a gene involved in inflammation and a potential target of miR-21-5p, a microRNA enriched in stem cell-derived sEVs. The current study investigated the role of PCSK6 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced ALI and its interaction with miR-21-5p. Notably, our results showed that PCSK6 expression was positively correlated with LPS stimulation. Knockdown of PCSK6 ameliorated LPS-induced inhibition of proliferation and upregulation of permeability in human BEAS-2B cells, whereas PCSK6 overexpression displayed the opposite effects. BEAS-2B cells were able to actively internalize the cocultured bone mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived sEVs (BMSC-sEVs), which alleviated the cell damage caused by LPS. Overexpressing PCSK6, however, eliminated the therapeutic effects of BMSC-sEV coculture. Mechanistically, BMSC-sEVs inhibited PCSK6 expression via the delivery of miR-21-5p, which is directly bound to the PCSK6 gene. Our work provides evidence for the role of PCSK6 in LPS-induced ALI and identified miR-21-5p as a component of BMSC-derived sEVs that suppressed PCSK6 expression and ameliorated LPS-induced cell damage. These results reveal a novel molecular mechanism for ALI pathogenesis and highlight the therapeutic potential of using sEVs released by stem cells to deliver miR-21-5p for ALI treatment.

Abstract
Background: Urethral strictures are common injurious conditions of the urinary system. Reducing and preventing urethral strictures has become a hot and challenging topic for urological surgeons and related researchers. In this study, we developed a catheter loaded with nanoparticle/pirfenidone (NP/PFD) complexes and evaluated its effectiveness at inhibiting urethral stricture in rabbits, providing more references for the clinical prevention and reduction of urethral stenosis. Methods: Twelve adult male New Zealand rabbits were selected and divided into the following four groups in a ratio of 1:1:1:1 using the random number table method: Group A, sham; Group B, urethral stricture (US); Group C, US + unmodified catheter; and Group D, US + NP/PFD catheter. On the 30th day after modelling, retrograde urethrography was performed to evaluate urethral stricture formation, and histopathological examination was performed on the tissues of the corresponding surgical site. Meanwhile, changes in the expression level of Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in the tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The NP/PFD complexes adhered uniformly to the catheter surface. They remained on the surface of the catheter after insertion into the urethra. In addition, the NP/PFD complexes spread into the urethral epithelium 2 weeks after surgery. Ultimately, urethral strictures were significantly reduced with the placement of the NP/PFD complex catheter. Conclusion: Our catheter loaded with NP/PFD complexes effectively delivered PFD to the urethral epithelium through continuous local delivery, thereby reducing fibrosis and stricture after urethral injury, which may be associated with the inhibition of TGF-β1 expression.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Online adaptive radiotherapy (ART) has been increasingly adopted for clinical use. However, ART for thoracic malignancies has lagged beyond its implementation for other primary cancers. Efforts are needed to identify optimal patients for ART by finding trends for changes in tumor position, shape, or proximity to OARs are needed. We hypothesized tumor size, histology, pre-RT SUV value, and intrathoracic location could influence how tumors change during cone beam computed tomography (CBCT)-based ART Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SAbR) for thoracic disease. MATERIALS/METHODS Data was collected from a prospective registry of patients who received CBCT-ART and SAbR for primary and secondary lung tumors. Dosimetry data was obtained from the simulation planning and the daily adaptive workflow. Central lung tumors were defined as those located within 2 cm of the bronchial tree. Plans were either delivered as per simulation or through the online adaptive workflow delivery (AD). Change in planning tumor volumes (PTV) were calculated between initial and final fractions (ΔPTV). RESULTS A total of 42 patients with a median age of 67 (range 17-90) and median 8.3 months follow up, treated between June 2021 and December 2022 were included. Most patients had NSCLC or presumed NSCLC (73.85%, 31/42), and most lesions were peripheral (61.9%, 26/42) versus central (31%, 13/42) or apical (7.1%, 3/42). Mean dose and median fractions were 52.5 Gy (SD 8.07) and 5 (range 3-5) while median initial (i) PTV was 31.75 cm3 (IQR 42.3 cm3). On average, ΔPTV decreased by 4.9% (SD 21) and volume shrunk by 5 cm3 (SD 14.5). AD improved per fraction PTV coverage and conformality while esophageal, cardiac, and spinal cord dose were significantly decreased (all p < 0.05), and most fractions were delivered with AD (73.4%, 138/188). AD was aborted most often for small iPTVs. ΔPTV grew >10% for two lesions though their iPTV were < 10 cm3. 12/42 ΔPTV were >10% smaller by the end of RT and corresponded to larger iPTVs. Age, lung primary, metastatic disease, smoking status, and tumor location were not predictive for >10% decrease in ΔPTV. Among 24 biopsy-proven NSCLC ΔPTV was >10% smaller in 6/12 patients (50%) with adenocarcinoma and only in 2/12 (16.7%) with SCC, although this was not significant on χ2 testing (p = 0.08). There were no differences in local, regional, distant failure or death comparing those with a ΔPTV of >10% vs <10% (all p > 0.1). Comparing pre-treatment PET SUV and tumor response, lower SUVs appear to be associated with more PTV shrinkage, with no significant PTV change plateauing at SUV 20. However, this analysis was limited by the number of patients with high SUV values. CONCLUSION CBCT-ART SAbR is associated with improved PTV coverage, target conformality, and reduced OAR dose. Large iPTV and adenocarcinomas were more likely to decrease >10%. High metabolic activity appeared predictive for a lack of significant ΔPTV. Further clinical and radiographic features should be explored to predict response to ART.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) with FDG signal collected via an on-board positron emission tomography (PET) system integrated in an O-ring gantry Linac was recently cleared by the FDA for lung and bone lesions. This study aims to determine if BgRT plans, guided via PET signal, are clinically acceptable for FDG-avid lesions in disease sites beyond bone and lung. MATERIALS/METHODS Ten patients previously treated for lesions in the liver, head and neck (HN), pancreas, renal and pelvic-abdominal lymph nodes were identified. Diagnostic PET/CT images of these treatment sites were first collected and processed/converted to mimic PET images that are acquired on PET-Linac and would be used to guide the delivery. For BgRT planning, the PTV was generated with 5 mm margin from GTV and a Biology Tracking Zone was generated including the anticipated full range of target motion. BgRT plans, guided by the emulated PET signal, were generated with 46Gy in 3 fractions for liver and 40Gy in 5 fractions for all other sites. BgRT plan deliverability was first assessed by evaluating the Activity Concentration (AC) and Normalized Target Signals (NTS) on converted PET images with the goal to meet NTS >2 (hard constraint) and AC >5kBq/ml (goal). BgRT plan quality was then evaluated with institutional guidelines on PTV coverage, OAR doses, conformity index (CI) and Heterogeneity index (HI). RESULTS BgRT plans were successfully generated for 11 target lesions among ten patients. The average diagnostic PET SUV, derived NTS and AC on converted PET images were 12.62, 9.33 and 12.10 kBq/ml, respectively. All images met the NTS constraints, and 8/11 plans met the AC goal for deliverability. All plans met the OAR hard constraints such as max dose on duodenum, small bowel, large bowel and spinal cord. Five of 11 plans had a limiting GI structure that resulted in an expected reduction in PTV coverage with an average PTV V100% = 77.9%, CI of 1.4, HI of 1.36 and max dose of 133.8%. The other 6 of 11 cases met the PTV V100% = 95%, had an average CI of 1.1, HI of 1.28 and Dmax of 127.67%. The estimated average time for BgRT delivery was 17 mins 25 secs. Although these plan parameters are deemed to be clinically acceptable, heterogeneity was detected inside the target region and suboptimal dose fall off was observed in some cases that may be caused by current implementation. CONCLUSION This preliminary study showed that BgRT plans were generated successfully with emulated PET images on 11 treatment sites covering HN, abdominal and pelvic regions. All plans met NTS constraints and 8 out of 11 met AC goals for deliverability. The plan quality of all BgRT plans were clinically acceptable based on institutional constraints. Further investigations are required to test more patients/sites for BgRT plan feasibility. Dosimetric benefit from margin reduction of BgRT target should also be investigated in future study.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Anatomic and geometric changes are common during a radiotherapy course amongst patients receiving conventional fractionated radiotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC). These changes may cause significant deviation from initial reference plan resulting in over-treatment of normal tissue or under-coverage of the target. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT)-based online adaptive radiotherapy (ART) platforms allow for response to these changes and is being increasingly used in the clinic though less so for intrathoracic disease. We hypothesized weekly CBCT-ART would improve target coverage and decrease dose to organs at risk (OAR) in patients with LA-NSCLC. MATERIALS/METHODS Data was collected from a prospective registry of 23 LA-NSCLC patients treated to 60 Gy in 30 fractions with CBCT-ART between June 2021 and December 2022. For weekly ART (Wk-ART), online plan adaptation started on week two. The adapted plan was then used to treat patients with image guidance until the next ART. For comparison, doses were recalculated with the initial reference plan on the SCT with updated contours to derive non-adapted (non-ART) dosimetry for each week. The final dosimetric parameters were obtained by averaging weekly coverage (ITV, PTV) and critical OAR (Lung, esophagus, heart, spinal cord) doses for non-ART and weekly ART treatments respectively for each patient. Paired student t-test was performed to compare the dosimetric parameters between non-ART and Wk-ART. RESULTS We observed an average 29% ± 19% (median: 26%) reduction in ITV volume through the radiotherapy course, with 48% (11/23) of patients showing >30% reduction. Most significant volume reductions (16%) were observed between the third and fourth adaptation. Weekly ART showed significant (p<1×10-3) improvements in ITV and PTV coverage, and showed improved clinically relevant lung, esophageal, cardiac, and lung dosimetry (Table 1), especially in the later stages of treatment when the tumor showed significant shrinkage. The average time from contour review to quality assurance completed is 8.5±1.2 min. CONCLUSION CBCT-ART provides robust ART plan quality and efficient workflow. There are significant improvements in target coverage and OAR sparing in LA-NSCLC treated with weekly CBCT-ART and these are driven by the significant volume reduction of the ITV throughout treatment course.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Partial breast irradiation (PBI) targets a smaller volume over less time compared to whole breast radiation, but the organ-at-risk (OAR) sparing allowed by its large (up to 1 cm) PTV can be improved. The heart is sensitive to low doses with conventional fractionation and NTCP models have been created for heart substructures. We hypothesized that daily online adaptive stereotactic PBI (A-SPBI) IMRT with 3-mm PTV improves dosimetry and predicted cardiac toxicity risk. MATERIALS/METHODS Patients treated with daily CBCT-based online A-SPBI IMRT were excluded if the minimum heart dose was <1 Gy. IMRT radiation plans with 3-mm PTV margins were recreated with 1-cm margins per the Florence APBI IMRT trial planning guideline. Dose statistics were converted to the equivalent doses in 2-Gy fractions (EQD2) using α/β = 3 for use in NTCP models and for comparison using paired t tests, with differences considered significant if p≤0.05. RESULTS The table details heart, left anterior descending artery (LAD), and left (LV) and right ventricle (RV) EQD2 statistics for 4 left-sided and 4 right-sided 3-mm PTV plans and their 1-cm PTV replans. For 2 patients with non-zero LV V5, 9-year excess cumulative risk of acute coronary event was <0.001% for both margin sizes. No plan reached thresholds for increased risk of non-cardiac death, major adverse cardiac event, or >10% decrease in LV ejection fraction. CONCLUSION Given the established relationship between low MHD and cardiac events, the significant decrease in MHD revealed in comparisons of 3-mm and 1-cm PTV A-SPBI plans of our first 8 patients is promising; we expect the forthcoming larger sample size to show significant differences in substructure doses. NTCP models created for non-IMRT breast plans and targets with higher heart exposure did not predict clinically-relevant differences in cardiac risk. NTCP model development for the low heart dose achieved with A-SPBI would define expected benefit in these patients; in their absence, daily adaptation should be considered in patients with unfavorable anatomy or cardiac risk factors.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI) delivers smaller radiation volumes over less time compared to whole breast irradiation (WBI), but the organ-at-risk (OAR) sparing allowed by its large (up to 1 cm) planning target volume (PTV) can be improved. PTV can be decreased with daily online adaptive planning, which we hypothesized yields low rates of adverse events observed and predicted by normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) models. MATERIALS/METHODS Intensity-modulated (IMRT) cone-beam CT (CBCT)-based daily online adaptive stereotactic PBI (A-SPBI) plans with 3-mm PTV from 8 patients were recreated with 1-cm PTV per the Florence APBI IMRT trial planning guideline. Dose statistics with evidence for association with toxicity were compared. Documented toxicities were collected for patients treated with A-SPBI with a minimum follow-up of 3.5 months and Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v.5.0 grade was assigned. Using α/β = 3 for breast and lung, dose statistics were converted to equivalent doses in 2-Gy fractions (EQD2) for use in NTCP models and for comparison using paired t tests, with differences considered significant if p≤0.05. RESULTS The table details EQD2 dose statistics for breast, lung, and cosmetic toxicity for A-SPBI plans with 3-mm PTV and their 1-cm PTV re-plans in 8 patients. PTV volume, mean lung dose (MLD), and lung V5, V20, and V30 were significantly lower in 1-cm plans. Acute, subacute (3-6 months), and late toxicities were collected for 30 patients followed for a median of 8 months (range 4-13 months). Radiation dermatitis was the most common acute toxicity (n = 16, 53%), followed by hyperpigmentation (n = 12, 40%), fibrosis (n = 9, 30%), and fatigue (n = 9, 30%). One grade 3 radiation dermatitis was the only grade ≥3 toxicity. Six patients (20%) acutely developed breast or axillary edema: 4 (13.3%) resolved, and 2 (6.7%) developed acutely and persist at last follow-up, >6 months after RT. No patient had a lung V20, V30, or MLD meeting thresholds for radiation-induced lung injury, radiation pneumonitis, or symptomatic or imaging-based pneumonitis models, respectively. The breast V55 model predicted a median risk of unfavorable cosmesis of 33% (range 26-44%) for A-SBPI plans and 35% (range 28-51) for 1-cm PTV plans (p = 0.28). CONCLUSION Observed acute toxicities are tolerable and rarely persist in patients treated with A-SPBI with 3-mm PTV margins with daily CBCT-based online adaptation. NTCP modeling predicts similar cosmetic outcome to 1-cm margins. The significant reduction in ipsilateral lung dose with a 3-mm PTV in our first 8 patients especially supports daily adaptation in low-risk breast cancer patients with smoking history and/or lung comorbidity.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) The RefleXion X1 system is a novel linear accelerator equipped with dual 90° PET arcs incorporated into its architecture to capture emissions from tumors and designed to respond by directing the radiation beam towards target. This study reports on the measured FDG uptake from the first in human multi-institutional clinical trial (BIOGUIDE-X) evaluating the performance and safety of the RefleXion X1 PET-LINAC. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of nine patients treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for lung (5) and bone (4) tumors were enrolled in the Cohort II of this study after screening their pre-study diagnostic PET/CT, acquired up to 60 days prior to enrollment, to ensure their tumor size between 2 to 5 cm and SUVmax >6. After CT simulation, the tumor and OARs were delineated, and patients had a 4-pass Imaging-only (BgRT Modeling) PET/CT acquisition on the X1 system to generate biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) plans. Before the patients' first and last SBRT fractions, they were injected with FDG, and short PET pre-scan (1-pass) was performed on the X1 followed by a long-PET acquisition (4-pass) to emulate the expected BgRT dose distribution without firing beam. Patients were also imaged on a third-party diagnostic PET/CT scanner after the last-fraction X1 scan. This study compares the SUVmax from the screening PET/CT, X1 Imaging-only scan, X1 PET pre-scan and long scan before the first and last-fractions, and final diagnostic PET/CT. RESULTS The median time from injection to PET imaging was 84 ± 15.4 mins for X1 Imaging-only (used for generating BgRT plans), 77 ± 21.6 mins for X1 pre-scan (safety check before treatment start), 108+/- 22 mins for X1 long-PET (used to emulate treatment delivery), and 161 ± 23 mins for final diagnostic PET. For a nominal 10 mCi injection, the mean SUVmax for screening imaging performed on the diagnostic PET/CT was 10.8 ± 4.3. For a 15 mCi nominal injection, the mean SUVmax calculated on the X1 was 5.3 ± 2.6, 5.4 ± 2.0, 5.5 ± 2.6, 5.2 ± 1.8 and 5.4 ± 2.2 for the Imaging-only, first-fraction PET pre-scan, first-fraction long PET scan, last-fraction PET pre-scan, and last-fraction long PET scan, respectively. The overall median SUVmax for all patients across all timepoints and scans with X1 was calculated to be 4.8 with a range of 2.4 to 9.8. The median SUVmax for the diagnostic PET/CT scan after the last fraction X1 scan was 15.8 with a range of 8.5 to 27.7. CONCLUSION The dual PET arcs and limited axial extent of the X1 PET subsystem results in lower system sensitivity in comparison to diagnostic PET scanners equipped with full ring and larger axial extent, as expected. With the same FDG injection, the RefleXion X1 produced SUVmax values that were 30.4 % of the diagnostic PET/CT scanners' values. Nevertheless, the X1 collected sufficient emission data to enable successful completion of emulated BgRT deliveries that met dose accuracy criteria in a clinical setting.

Imaging Performance of the PET Scan on a Novel Ring Gantry-Based PET/CT Linear Accelerator System in the First-in-Human Study of Biology-Guided Radiotherapy. Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) is a novel tracked dose delivery modality using real-time positron emission tomography (PET) to guide radiotherapy beamlets. The present study was performed with sequential cohorts of participants to evaluate the performance and safety of BgRT. Primary endpoints were previously reported. We hereby report on one of the secondary endpoints assessing a novel treatment planning machine with integrated dual kVCT/PET imaging ("novel device") performance in comparison to a third-party diagnostic PET/CT scan. MATERIALS/METHODS This single-arm, open-label, prospective study included participants with at least 1 FDG-avid targetable primary or metastatic tumor (≥2cm and ≤5cm) in the lung or bone. PET imaging data were collected on the novel device and on a third-party diagnostic PET/CT performed in sequence once at the planning timepoint in Cohort I, and immediately before the last fraction among patients undergoing stereotactic radiotherapy in Cohort II. Three central read radiation oncologists (CRRO) provided an interpretation of the novel device PET scans which were compared to an agreement standard based on 3 central radiologists' review of the paired diagnostic PET/CT scan. Positive percent agreement for localization of the target tumor within the biology-tracking zone (BTZ) was the key metric because it reflects whether advancing patients to subsequent steps in the BgRT workflow based on the novel device's imaging was ultimately appropriate. RESULTS In Cohort 1, 6 image comparisons were performed. The positive (%) agreement for the aggregate radiation oncologist review was 100% (5/5), reflecting that in all 5 cases where the aggregate radiation oncologists deemed the tumor to fall within the BTZ based upon the novel device PET images, the central radiologists came to the same conclusion upon review of the paired diagnostic PET/CT images. The overall (%) agreement for the aggregate radiation oncologist review was 83.3% (5/6): localization was not established on the novel device in 1 case, even though it was established on the diagnostic PET/CT. This would not pose risk in real world practice as BgRT candidacy would be aborted for tumors not visible on the novel device. In Cohort II, among the 7 image comparisons, there was 100% positive percent agreement between the aggregate CRRO and the agreement standard as the localization criteria was met in both scans for all 7 patients. This was concordant with a 100% overall percent agreement. CONCLUSION This investigation demonstrated a 100% positive percent agreement between central review of this novel device images by radiation oncologists and central review of the accompanying third-party PET/CT images by radiologists. There were no cases where a positive localization by the aggregate CRRO was not confirmed by the third-party PET/CT standard, providing evidence against the likelihood of falsely positive localizations on the novel device that would inappropriately advance patients in the workflow.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) An increase in the availability of adaptive radiotherapy (ART) platforms have proven to be effective in the treatment of a variety of sites. In this study, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness of non-adaptive RT and 3 different ART platforms: (1) CBCT-based, (2) CT-based, and (3) MRI-based for stereotactic partial breast irradiation (SPBI). MATERIALS/METHODS Data were collected from 32 patients (16 left and 16 right breast) treated at a single institution. 16 patients (8 left and 8 right) treated using the non-ART platform were re-planned onto two different ART platforms, CBCT- and MRI-based. The remaining 16 patients treated using CT-based adaptive platform were not re-planned due to the prone patient treatment position (others systems supine). All cases were planned to 30 Gy in 5 fractions. Plan quality was evaluated based on pre-defined planning goals to the OARS: ipsilateral and contralateral lungs (Dmean, Dmax, V20 Gy, V9 Gy), ipsilateral (V15 Gy, V30 Gy) and contralateral breasts (Dmax), heart (Dmean, Dmax, V3 Gy, V1.5 Gy), skin (Dmax, V36.5 Gy), and rib (Dmax, V30 Gy). Target goals were defined by Dmax, Dmin, gradient index, and paddock conformality index. Re-planned cases were compared within the cohort using a paired t-test and a 2-sided t-test was used comparing to the CT-based platform. RESULTS Comparing the left and right breast cohort across all platforms, the CT-based ART system showed a signification dose reduction in Dmean (p<0.001 for all platforms), Dmax (p<0.001 for left breast, p<0.03 for right breast) and V9 Gy (p<0.004 for left breast, p<0.001 for right breast) to the ipsilateral lung, V15 Gy (p<0.004 for left breast cohort) to the ipsilateral breast, and Dmax to the contralateral breast (p<0.001) and ribs (p = 0.01, p<0.001, p = 0.01 for CBCT-ART, MRI-ART, and non-ART for left breast cohort only). On average, the MR-Linac platform showed the least degree of OAR sparing across nearly all dosimetric parameters evaluated when compared to all modalities, especially for contralateral lung Dmean and Dmax (p<0.05 for all dosimetric parameters for all platforms) and contralateral breast Dmax (p<0.003 for all platforms). The CBCT-based platform showed superior dose reduction in contralateral lung mean (p<0.03 for all platforms) and heart Dmean (p = 0.065, p<0.001, p = 0.045 for non-adaptive, MRI-ART, and CT-ART for left breast and p<0.008 for right breast). PTV coverage was comparable across all platforms, averaging at approximately 95%. The CT-based ART platform showed a significantly reduced gradient index relative to the CBCT- and MRI-based platforms (p<0.001). CONCLUSION For SPBI treatments, the CT-based ART platforms displayed a higher degree of OAR sparing for many of the dosimetric parameters recorded relative to the other ART and non-ART platforms presented. The MRI-based system typically showed less reduced OAR sparing; however, the advantage of the system is shown if soft tissue contrast is needed. PTV coverage remained comparable across all platforms.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) is a novel platform that combines real-time PET imaging with a 6MV Linac to target tumors. The performance and safety of BgRT was assessed in the BIOGUIDE-X clinical trial. This study aims to report on the BgRT workflow steps and assess the time required for each step of the BgRT process during this trial. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of nine patients were enrolled in the second Cohort of the BIOGUIDE-X study which included patients treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for lung tumors (5) and bone tumors (4). The pre-treatment BgRT workflow includes CT simulation, contouring, imaging-only (BgRT Modeling) PET acquisition, BgRT planning, patient specific QA and plan approval. The imaging-only PET acquisition on the X1 collects a representative PET volumetric 3D image and is an input to develop the BgRT treatment plan. The steps during the BgRT delivery session are kVCT localization, PET pre-scan, PET evaluation and BgRT delivery. The PET PreScan is a 1-pass short-duration PET acquisition that is used to confirm that the PET biodistribution on the day of treatment is consistent with that of the imaging-only PET. During BIOGUIDE-X, the BgRT delivery step was replaced by a 4-pass long-PET acquisition that was used to emulate the expected BgRT dose distribution without turning the beam on. To assess BgRT workflow, times from 18F-FDG injection to image-only PET acquisition, 18F-FDG injection to PET pre-scan, Pre-scan to PET evaluation, and PET evaluation to BgRT delivery (long PET acquisition) were recorded. RESULTS Time between the 18F-FDG injection and the X1 imaging-only PET scan was 84 ± 19 minutes which includes time for 18F-FDG update. Average time to perform imaging-only PET scan was 26 ± 4 minutes. During the BgRT 'delivery' session, the mean time between the kVCT acquisition and PET pre-scan acquisition was 7 ± 3 minutes. The mean time to acquire a 1-pass PET pre-scan was 6 ± 1 then followed by 6 ± 1 minutes for the PET pre-scan dose calculation to estimate the BgRT doses that it would have delivered for this fraction. On average, the PET reconstruction, the PET signal localization verification and the evaluation of safety metrics took 11 ± 4 minutes. The mean time for BgRT 'delivery' was 27 ± 5 minutes based on the 4-pass long PET acquisition. Time from the start of the BgRT session to the end of the BgRT 'delivery' with this version of the investigative product release was 65 ± 9 minutes. CONCLUSION The new processes introduced by the BgRT technology were evaluated and found clinically feasible. Improvements are being undertaken to shorten the time required for each step and to increase patient comfort ahead of BgRT clinical implementation.

Abstract
The House-Tree-Person (HTP) sketch test is a psychological analysis technique designed to assess the mental health status of test subjects. Nowadays, there are mature methods for the recognition of depression using the HTP sketch test. However, existing works primarily rely on manual analysis of drawing features, which has the drawbacks of strong subjectivity and low automation. Only a small number of works automatically recognize depression using machine learning and deep learning methods, but their complex data preprocessing pipelines and multi-stage computational processes indicate a relatively low level of automation. To overcome the above issues, we present a novel deep learning-based one-stage approach for depression recognition in HTP sketches, which has a simple data preprocessing pipeline and calculation process with a high accuracy rate. In terms of data, we use a hand-drawn HTP sketch dataset, which contains drawings of normal people and patients with depression. In the model aspect, we design a novel network called Feature-Enhanced Bi-Level Attention Network (FBANet), which contains feature enhancement and bi-level attention modules. Due to the limited size of the collected data, transfer learning is employed, where the model is pre-trained on a large-scale sketch dataset and fine-tuned on the HTP sketch dataset. On the HTP sketch dataset, utilizing cross-validation, FBANet achieves a maximum accuracy of 99.07% on the validation dataset, with an average accuracy of 97.71%, outperforming traditional classification models and previous works. In summary, the proposed FBANet, after pre-training, demonstrates superior performance on the HTP sketch dataset and is expected to be a method for the auxiliary diagnosis of depression.

Abstract
Background Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common type of renal cell carcinoma. The myosin 6 (MYO6) plays an important role in tumorigenesis and progression. However, its prognostic and immunological effects in ccRCC have not been comprehensively and systematically studied. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the prognostic value and immune-related role of MYO6 in ccRCC. Methods The expression of MYO6 mRNA and protein in normal and tumor tissues using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and other public databases were analyzed. In order to further improve the accuracy of the results, immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed to verify the results. R software, an integrated repository portal for tumor-immune system interactions (TISIDB) and other online analysis tools were used to investigate the relationship between MYO6 expression and clinicopathological features, diagnostic and prognostic value, and the level of immune infiltration in patients with ccRCC. MYO6 genomic alterations were then investigated using the cBio Cancer Genomics Portal (cBioPortal) database. Gene Ontology (GO)/Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) enrichment analysis were used to elucidate the biological processes and signaling pathways. Finally, a protein interaction network was constructed using Biological Universal Repository for Interactive Datasets (BioGRID) and some online analysis tools to investigate the correlation between MYO6 and its co-expressed genes in ccRCC patients. Results In the present study, MYO6 expression was significantly reduced in ccRCC tumors compared with normal tissues.This was consistent with the results of immunohistochemistry. Lower MYO6 expression levels were significantly associated with higher cancer grade and later TNM stage in ccRCC. Compared with the MYO6 high expression group, ccRCC patients with low MYO6 expression had a poor prognosis of overall survival (OS). MYO6 expression has diagnostic and prognostic potential in ccRCC. MYO6 expression is associated with different tumor-infiltrating immune cells, especially macrophages. Conclusions The findings suggest that reduced MYO6 expression levels are associated with disease progression, poor prognosis, and immune cell infiltration, and can be considered as a promising prognostic biomarker for ccRCC.

Abstract
A new species of armored scale insect, Aulacaspisfanjingshanensissp. nov. is described and illustrated based on adult female specimens collected on Rosaceae plants in China. A key to the Aulacaspis species known from Guizhou Province of China is provided. Our molecular study suggests that Aulacaspisschizosoma (Takagi, 1970) is not a true member of the genus Aulacaspis; the genus Superturmaspis Chen, 1983 is revived and A.schizosoma is transferred to it as Superturmaspisschizosoma (Takagi, 1970), revived combination, based on a molecular phylogeny.

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to provide a realistic observation of survival by major site for 48,866 cancer patients treated at a tertiary cancer hospital in a rural area of China. Methods Patients with cancer registered between 2007 and 2017 in the Nantong rural area were followed up. The starting date for survival calculation was the date of the first diagnosis of cancer at the Nantong Tumor Hospital, and the closing date was December 31, 2020. Observed survival (OS) was analyzed according to ICD-10 site, sex, age, region, and hospitalization period using the life table method and compared using the Wilcoxon (Gehan) statistic. Results The overall 5-year OS rate was 40.48% for all 48,866 patients, 30.19% for males, and 51.90% for females. The top five cancer sites, accounting for 60.51% of the total cases, were the esophagus, lung, stomach, liver, and cervix, with 5-year OS rates of 33.72%, 18.64%, 32.10%, 19.04%, and 71.51%, respectively. The highest 5-year OS was observed in the thyroid (87.52%) and the lowest was in the pancreas (6.37%). Survival was significantly higher in younger patients than in older patients, with 5-year OSs of 69.26% and 19.84% in those aged 20-29 and 90-99 years, respectively. Five-year OSs improved significantly from 39.35% in 2007-2011 to 41.26% in 2012-2017. Conclusion Overall survival improved over the years, although the improvement at some sites was not significant. The observed survival varies from region to region, reflecting differences in the patterns of major sites, disparities in proportions of hospitalization, and demographic characteristics.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the recovery of cellular immunity in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after micro-transplantation (MST) and the changes of cellular immunity during relapse, as well as their clinical significance. METHODS A total of 41 elderly AML patients who received MST treatment in a single center and 25 healthy elderly people were included. Immune function among different age groups in normal population was compared. Furthermore, immune fuction was compared between elderly AML patients of different age groups who achieved continuous complete remission (CR) after MST treatment and normal controls, between high risk group and medium-low risk group, as well as among before diagnosis, after CR, and relapse. Peripheral blood of patients and normal controls was collected, and the percentage of lymphocyte subsets was detected by multi-color flow cytometry. RESULTS Thirty-five patients achieved CR after MST treatment while six patients did not. After MST treatment, CD3+ T cells, CD8+T cells and activated T cells in all age groups were higher than normal. Significant recovery of CD3+ and CD8+T cells was observed in both high risk and medium-low risk groups, and the overall recovery of immune cells in medium-low risk group was better. It was also observed that B lymphocytes and NK cells could not return to normal levels within 1 year after MST treatment. The proportion of CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly decreased during relapse compared with continuous CR after MST (P<0.05). CONCLUSION MST treatment can promote the recovery of CD3+T cells, CD8+T cells and other killer cells, so as to improve the cellular immune function of elderly patients, which provides a new immune cell therapy for elderly AML.

Abstract
CsPbI3 nanocrystals (NCs) have become a research hot spot in the field of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Whereas, the long chain ligands with weak affinity to CsPbI3 NCs have prevented their further development and commercialization. Herein, a novel multidentate short ligand tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) was employed via a ligand exchange process to enhance hole mobility and decrease trap density of the CsPbI3 NCs film. Therefore, TMTD passivated CsPbI3 NCs LED exhibited 20.65% maximum external quantum efficiency and 3861 cd/m2 maximum luminance. Furthermore, TMTD passivated CsPbI3 NCs LED exhibited good operational stability with a 128 min half-lifetime. This strategy using multidentate short ligand passivation provides an effective way to promote perovskite LED development and commercialization.

Abstract
Major depression is a severe psychological disorder typically diagnosed using scale tests and through the subjective assessment of medical professionals. Along with the continuous development of machine learning techniques, computer technology has been increasingly employed to identify depression in recent years. Traditional methods of automatic depression recognition rely on using the patient's physiological data, such as facial expressions, voice, electroencephalography (EEG), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as input. However, the acquisition cost of these data is relatively high, making it unsuitable for large-scale depression screening. Thus, we explore the possibility of utilizing a house-tree-person (HTP) drawing to automatically detect major depression without requiring the patient's physiological data. The dataset we used for this study consisted of 309 drawings depicting individuals at risk of major depression and 290 drawings depicting individuals without depression risk. We classified the eight features extracted from HTP sketches using four machine-learning models and used multiple cross-validations to calculate recognition rates. The best classification accuracy rate among these models reached 97.2%. Additionally, we conducted ablation experiments to analyze the association between features and information on depression pathology. The results of Wilcoxon rank-sum tests showed that seven of the eight features significantly differed between the major depression group and the regular group. We demonstrated significant differences in HTP drawings between patients with severe depression and everyday individuals, and using HTP sketches to identify depression automatically is feasible, providing a new approach for automatic identification and large-scale screening of depression.

Abstract
Tobacco black shank (TBS), caused by Phytophthora nicotianae, is one of the most harmful diseases of tobacco. There are many studies have examined the mechanism underlying the induction of disease resistance by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) alone, but the synergistic effects of AMF and BABA on disease resistance have not yet been studied. This study examined the synergistic effects of BABA application and AMF inoculation on the immune response to TBS in tobacco. The results showed that spraying BABA on leaves could increase the colonization rate of AMF, the disease index of tobacco infected by P.nicotianae treated with AMF and BABA was lower than that of P.nicotianae alone. The control effect of AMF and BABA on tobacco infected by P.nicotianae was higher than that of AMF or BABA and P.nicotianae alone. Joint application of AMF and BABA significantly increased the content of N, P, and K in the leaves and roots, in the joint AMF and BABA treatment than in the sole P. nicotianae treatment. The dry weight of plants treated with AMF and BABA was 22.3% higher than that treated with P.nicotianae alone. In comparison to P. nicotianae alone, the combination treatment with AMF and BABA had increased Pn, Gs, Tr, and root activity, while P. nicotianae alone had reduced Ci, H2O2 content, and MDA levels. SOD, POD, CAT, APX, and Ph activity and expression levels were increased under the combined treatment of AMF and BABA than in P.nicotianae alone. In comparison to the treatment of P.nicotianae alone, the combined use of AMF and BABA increased the accumulation of GSH, proline, total phenols, and flavonoids. Therefore, the joint application of AMF and BABA can enhance the TBS resistance of tobacco plants to a greater degree than the application of either AMF or BABA alone. In summary, the application of defense-related amino acids, combined with inoculation with AMF, significantly promoted immune responses in tobacco. Our findings provide new insights that will aid the development and use of green disease control agents.

Abstract
Purpose To investigate the association of filling opioid prescriptions with healthcare service utilization among a nationally representative sample of adults with disability. Materials and Methods The Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) for 2010-2015, Panels 15-19, was used to identify adults who were prescribed opioids during each two-year period. We examined the data for associations between opioid prescription filling and the number of emergency department (ED) visits and hospitalizations. The participants were grouped as those with inflammatory conditions or with longstanding physical disability, and a comparison group of those without these conditions. Results and conclusions Opioid prescription filling differed among adults with inflammatory conditions and longstanding physical disability compared to the comparison group (44.93% and 40.70% vs 18.10%, respectively). For both groups of people with disability, the relative rates for an ED visit or hospitalization were significantly higher for those who filled an opioid prescription, compared to adults with the same conditions who did not fill an opioid prescription. People with a longstanding physical disability who filled an opioid prescription had the highest rate ratio of ED use and hospitalization. Results from this investigation demonstrate that opioid prescription filling among persons with inflammatory conditions and longstanding physical disabilities is associated with higher rates of ED visits and hospitalizations.
