Abstract
Under the impact of the era of big data and public emergency, the blurring of family-work boundaries and the increasing burden of family responsibilities will pose a great challenge to employee resilience and family work balance, which in turn will affect employees' work engagement. Therefore, based on the person-environment fit theory, this study aims to explore the potential mechanism and boundary conditions of employee family boundary flexibility fit on work engagement. This study conducted a random sampling of enterprise employees in China. A sample of 433 participants completed a questionnaire to provide data. We conduct hierarchical regression and Bootstrap analysis to verify the hypothesis model. The study found that employees' work engagement is significantly improved when their family boundary flexibility is matched. Family-work enrichment plays a role in mediating the impact of employees' family boundary flexibility on work engagement. The relationship between family-work enrichment and work engagement is moderated by family support. Therefore, enterprises should respect and value each employee's family boundary flexibility, establish family-friendly policies, and consider personal family boundary flexibility in employees' career development planning. This will promote the enhancement of employee resilience, enable better engagement in work, improve work efficiency, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract
Influenza viruses escape immunity due to rapid antigenic evolution, which requires vaccination strategies that allow for broadly protective antibody responses. Here, we demonstrate that the lipid globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) expressed on germinal center (GC) B cells is essential for the production of high-affinity antibodies. Mechanistically, Gb3 binds and disengages CD19 from its chaperone CD81 for subsequent translocation to the B cell receptor (BCR) complex to trigger signaling. Abundance of Gb3 amplifies the PI3-kinase/Akt/Foxo1 pathway to drive affinity maturation. Moreover, this lipid regulates MHC-II expression to increase diversity of T follicular helper (Tfh) and GC B cells reactive with subdominant epitopes. In influenza infection, Gb3 promotes broadly reactive antibody responses and cross-protection. Thus, we show that Gb3 determines affinity as well as breadth in B cell immunity and propose this lipid as novel vaccine adjuvant against viral infection. One Sentence Summary Gb3 abundance on GC B cells selects antibodies with high affinity and broad epitope reactivities, which are cross-protective against heterologous influenza infection.

Abstract
Direct alcohol fuel cells are popular due to their high energy density, abundant sources, and ease of transportation and storage. Palladium-based nanosheet self-assembled materials have emerged as an effective catalyst for alcohol oxidation reactions. In this work, nanosheets were synthesized with the same feeding ratio assembly of alloyed PdM (M = Ag, Cu, and Sn). The introduction of the second element was able to enhance the catalytic response of the catalysts to alcohol electrooxidation. Among them, the PdCu alloy exhibited the best performance in terms of catalytic activity, toxicity resistance, and stability to ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) and methanol oxidation reaction (MOR). The catalytic current densities for EOR can reach 2226, 2518, and 1598 mA mg-1 for PdAg, PdCu, and PdSn nanosheet assemblies, respectively. These are mainly attributed to better electronic effects, altered atomic distances within the cell for the d-band centers of Pd, and a larger electrochemical active surface area (ECSA). The optimized d-band center is beneficial to promote the catalytic performance of EOR and MOR. Experimental data also demonstrated that higher electrocatalytic temperature, higher pH, and higher alcohol concentration can accelerate the rate of alcohol electrooxidation. These results have the potential to be extended to Pd-M (M = other metals) nanosheets and help for a wider range of catalytic applications.

Abstract
E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant known for its therapeutic effects, which encompass the promotion of digestion, the dispelling of cold, the alleviation of pain, and the exhibition of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. The principal active component of this plant, limonin, is a potent triterpene compound with notable pharmacological activities. Despite its significance, the complete biosynthesis pathway of limonin in E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis remains incompletely understood, and the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unexplored. The main purpose of this study was to screen the reference genes suitable for expression analysis in E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis, calculate the expression patterns of the genes in the limonin biosynthesis pathway, and identify the relevant enzyme genes related to limonin biosynthesis. The reference genes play a pivotal role in establishing reliable reference standards for normalizing the gene expression data, thereby ensuring precision and credibility in the biological research outcomes. In order to identify the optimal reference genes and gene expression patterns across the diverse tissues (e.g., roots, stems, leaves, and flower buds) and developmental stages (i.e., 17 July, 24 August, 1 September, and 24 October) of E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis, LC-MS was used to analyze the limonin contents in distinct tissue samples and developmental stages, and qRT-PCR technology was employed to investigate the expression patterns of the ten reference genes and eighteen genes involved in limonin biosynthesis. Utilizing a comprehensive analysis that integrated three software tools (GeNorm ver. 3.5, NormFinder ver. 0.953 and BestKeeper ver. 1.0) and Delta Ct method alongside the RefFinder website, the best reference genes were selected. Through the research, we determined that Act1 and UBQ served as the preferred reference genes for normalizing gene expression during various fruit developmental stages, while Act1 and His3 were optimal for different tissues. Using Act1 and UBQ as the reference genes, and based on the different fruit developmental stages, qRT-PCR analysis was performed on the pathway genes selected from the "full-length transcriptome + expression profile + metabolome" data in the limonin biosynthesis pathway of E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis. The findings indicated that there were consistent expression patterns of HMGCR, SQE, and CYP450 with fluctuations in the limonin contents, suggesting their potential involvement in the limonin biosynthesis of E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis. This study lays the foundation for further research on the metabolic pathway of limonin in E. rutaecarpa var. officinalis and provides reliable reference genes for other researchers to use for conducting expression analyses.

Abstract
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a universal leading cause of long-term neurological disability and causes a huge burden to an ever-growing population. Moderate intensity of treadmill exercise has been recognized as an efficient intervention to combat TBI-induced motor and cognitive disorders, yet the underlying mechanism is still unclear. Ferroptosis is known to be highly implicated in TBI pathophysiology, and the anti-ferroptosis effects of treadmill exercise have been reported in other neurological diseases except for TBI. In addition to cytokine induction, recent evidence has demonstrated the involvement of the stimulator of interferon genes (STING) pathway in ferroptosis. Therefore, we examined the possibility that treadmill exercise might inhibit TBI-induced ferroptosis via STING pathway. In this study, we first found that a series of ferroptosis-related characteristics, including abnormal iron homeostasis, decreased glutathione peroxidase 4 (Gpx4), and increased lipid peroxidation, were detected at 44 days post TBI, substantiating the involvement of ferroptosis at the chronic stage following TBI. Furthermore, treadmill exercise potently decreased the aforementioned ferroptosis-related changes, suggesting the anti-ferroptosis role of treadmill exercise following TBI. In addition to alleviating neurodegeneration, treadmill exercise effectively reduced anxiety, enhanced spatial memory recovery, and improved social novelty post TBI. Interestingly, STING knockdown also obtained the similar anti-ferroptosis effects after TBI. More importantly, overexpression of STING largely reversed the ferroptosis inactivation caused by treadmill exercise following TBI. To conclude, moderate-intensity treadmill exercise rescues TBI-induced ferroptosis and cognitive deficits at least in part via STING pathway, broadening our understanding of neuroprotective effects induced by treadmill exercise against TBI.

Abstract
Objective: To introduce the technique and clinical application of free lobed anteromedial thigh perforator pedicle flap. Methods: From September 2015 to September 2021, 72 patients with perforating buccal and oral cancer defects were treated at the Oncology Plastic Surgery Department of Hunan Cancer Hospital. There were 61 males and 11 females, with an average age of 36.7 years (31-56 years). According to Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) TNM staging, there were 20 cases of T3N1M0, 13 cases of T3N2M0, 24 cases of T4N0M0, and 15 cases of T4N1M0. All defects were planned to be repaired with free lobed anteromedial perforator flaps. When there was only one set of vascular pedicle, the perforating vascular pedicle artery was anastomosed with the superior thyroid artery, and the accompanying vein was anastomosed with the superior thyroid vein by end-to-end. Results: The areas of soft tissue defects after radical resection of oral and buccal cancers in 72 patients were between 5.0 cm × 4.0 cm and 11.0 cm×7.0 cm; the areas of the first anterior femoral skin islands were between 5.0 cm × 4.0 cm and 13.0 cm×7.0 cm; the areas of the second anterior femoral skin islands were between 5.0 cm × 3.0 cm and 10.0 cm × 7.0 cm; and all flap donor sites were directly closed. In 35 cases, the vascular pedicle was accompanied by a lateral femoral muscle flap for filling the gap defect at the base of the mouth. The average length of the vascular pedicles of the flaps was 7.2 cm (range: 6.8-8.2 cm). The average diameter of the vascular pedicle arteries was 1.6 mm (range: 1.4-2.2 mm). The blood flow reconstruction of flap was completed by anastomosing one accompanying vein. The average diameter of the accompanying veins was 2.1 mm (range: 1.6-2.8 mm). Postoperative hematoma occurred in 3 patients, with one having vascular crisis. After emergency exploration, 2 of them were successfully saved, and the other one had complete necrosis of skin flap, which was repaired by pedicled pectoralis major skin flap transplantation. With following up of 12-38 months, the appearances of the flaps were satisfactory without significant swelling. The mouth opening and language function were satisfactory in all cases, and only linear scars were left in the donor sites, with no significant impact on thigh functions. Five patients with local recurrence of tumor were treated with second radical resection and repair with pedicled pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. Six patients developed cervical lymph node metastasis (4 on the same side and 2 on the opposite side) and underwent neck dissection again. Conclusion: The anatomical basis of the branches of the anteromedial femoral perforating branches in the anterolateral region of the thigh can be helpful to prepare the anterolateral femoral lobed flap, which is suitable for repairing the perforating defects after the radical operation of oral and buccal cancers.

Abstract
Transcriptional co-regulators have been widely pursued as targets for disrupting oncogenic gene regulatory programs. However, many proteins in this target class are universally essential for cell survival, which limits their therapeutic window. Here we unveil a genetic interaction between histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) and HDAC2, wherein each paralog is synthetically lethal with hemizygous deletion of the other. This collateral synthetic lethality is caused by recurrent chromosomal deletions that occur in diverse solid and hematological malignancies, including neuroblastoma and multiple myeloma. Using genetic disruption or dTAG-mediated degradation, we show that targeting HDAC2 suppresses the growth of HDAC1-deficient neuroblastoma in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, we find that targeted degradation of HDAC2 in these cells prompts the degradation of several members of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex, leading to diminished chromatin accessibility at HDAC2-NuRD-bound sites of the genome and impaired control of enhancer-associated transcription. Furthermore, we reveal that several of the degraded NuRD complex subunits are dependencies in neuroblastoma and multiple myeloma, providing motivation to develop paralog-selective HDAC1 or HDAC2 degraders that could leverage HDAC1/2 synthetic lethality to target NuRD vulnerabilities. Altogether, we identify HDAC1/2 collateral synthetic lethality as a potential therapeutic target and reveal an unexplored mechanism for targeting NuRD-associated cancer dependencies.

Abstract
Small-molecule modulators of neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1), a class A G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), has emerged as promising therapeutic agent for psychiatric disorders and cancer. Interestingly, a chemical group substitution in NTSR1 modulators can launch different types of downstream regulation, highlighting the significance of deciphering the internal fine-tuning mechanism. Here, we conducted a synergistic application of a Gaussian accelerated molecular dynamics simulation, a conventional molecular dynamics simulation, and Markov state models (MSM) to investigate the underlying mechanism of 'driver chemical groups' of modulators triggering inverse signaling. The results indicated that the flexibility of the leucine moiety in NTSR1 agonists contributes to the inward displacement of TM7 through a loosely coupled allosteric pathway, while the rigidity of the adamantane moiety in NTSR1 antagonists leads to unfavorable downward transduction of agonistic signaling. Furthermore, we found that R3226.54, Y3196.51, F3537.42, R1483.32, S3567.45, and S3577.46 may play a key role in inducing the activation of NTSR1. Together, our findings not only highlight the ingenious signal transduction within class A GPCRs but also lay a foundation for the development of targeted drugs harboring different regulatory functions of NTSR1.

Abstract
The target of the study is to predict the inhibitory effect of amide derivatives on xanthine oxidase (XO) by building several models, which are based on the theory of the quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR). The heuristic method (HM) was used to linearly select descriptors and build a linear model. XGBoost was used to non-linearly select descriptors, and radial basis kernel function support vector regression (RBF SVR), polynomial kernel function SVR (poly SVR), linear kernel function SVR (linear SVR), mix-kernel function SVR (MIX SVR), and random forest (RF) were adopted to establish non-linear models, in which the MIX-SVR method gives the best result. The kernel function of MIX SVR has strong abilities of learning and generalization of established models simultaneously, which is because it is a combination of the linear kernel function, the radial basis kernel function, and the polynomial kernel function. In order to test the robustness of the models, leave-one-out cross validation (LOOCV) was adopted. In a training set, R2 = 0.97 and RMSE = 0.01; in a test set, R2 = 0.95, RMSE = 0.01, and Rcv2 = 0.96. This result is in line with the experimental expectations, which indicate that the MIX-SVR modeling approach has good applications in the study of amide derivatives.

Abstract
Scars are problems that inevitably develop after deep dermal injury in the skin. Selecting appropriate photoelectric therapy for scars at different stages is an important part of scar management, which can shorten the acute inflammatory phase, accelerate scar maturation and regression, improve scar appearance and function, and reduce associated discomfort. Based on our team's practical experience and the current literature, this paper provides targeted photoelectric management protocols in the stages of wound healing, early scarring, hypertrophic scarring, and contracture scarring, with the aim of providing a reference for the development of standardized photoelectric therapy protocols for scars.

Abstract
Domain adaptation techniques have been widely applied to the problem of cross-scene hyperspectral image (HSI) classification. Most existing methods use convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to extract statistical features from data and often neglect the potential topological structure information between different land cover classes. CNN-based approaches generally only model the local spatial relationships of the samples, which largely limits their ability to capture the nonlocal topological relationship that would better represent the underlying data structure of HSI. In order to make up for the above shortcomings, a Topological structure and Semantic information Transfer network (TSTnet) is developed. The method employs the graph structure to characterize topological relationships and the graph convolutional network (GCN) that is good at processing for cross-scene HSI classification. In the proposed TSTnet, graph optimal transmission (GOT) is used to align topological relationships to assist distribution alignment between the source domain and the target domain based on the maximum mean difference (MMD). Furthermore, subgraphs from the source domain and the target domain are dynamically constructed based on CNN features to take advantage of the discriminative capacity of CNN models that, in turn, improve the robustness of classification. In addition, to better characterize the correlation between distribution alignment and topological relationship alignment, a consistency constraint is enforced to integrate the output of CNN and GCN. Experimental results on three cross-scene HSI datasets demonstrate that the proposed TSTnet performs significantly better than some state-of-the-art domain-adaptive approaches. Abstract
Reactor neutrino experiments play a crucial role in advancing our knowledge of neutrinos. In this Letter, the evolution of the flux and spectrum as a function of the reactor isotopic content is reported in terms of the inverse-beta-decay yield at Daya Bay with 1958 days of data and improved systematic uncertainties. These measurements are compared with two signature model predictions: the Huber-Mueller model based on the conversion method and the SM2018 model based on the summation method. The measured average flux and spectrum, as well as the flux evolution with the ^{239}Pu isotopic fraction, are inconsistent with the predictions of the Huber-Mueller model. In contrast, the SM2018 model is shown to agree with the average flux and its evolution but fails to describe the energy spectrum. Altering the predicted inverse-beta-decay spectrum from ^{239}Pu fission does not improve the agreement with the measurement for either model. The models can be brought into better agreement with the measurements if either the predicted spectrum due to ^{235}U fission is changed or the predicted ^{235}U, ^{238}U, ^{239}Pu, and ^{241}Pu spectra are changed in equal measure.

Abstract
Although the treatment of patients with burns combined with inhalation injury has achieved great success, from the perspective of epidemiology, inhalation injury is still the most common cause of death in mass burns. Such patients often suffered burns of large total body surface area, which is difficult to treat, with airway management as one of the core links. Physical airway clearance technique (ACT) acts on a patient's respiratory system by physical means, to discharge secretions and foreign bodies in the airway, achieve airway clearance, and improve gas exchange. In addition, the technique can prevent or alleviate many complications, thereby improving the clinical outcome of patients with inhalation injury. This article reviews the application of physical ACT in the field of inhalation injury, and to provide decision-making basis for clinical medical staff to choose physical ACT corresponding to the patient's condition.

Abstract
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) magnetometers are considered due to their ability to map magnetic fields with high precision and calibrate other magnetic field measurement devices. However, the low signal-to-noise ratio of low-strength magnetic fields limits the precision when measuring magnetic fields below 40 mT. Therefore, we developed a new NMR magnetometer that combines the dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) technique with pulsed NMR. The dynamic pre-polarization technique enhances the SNR under a low magnetic field. Pulsed NMR was used in conjunction with DNP to improve measurement accuracy and speed. The efficacy of this approach was validated through simulation and analysis of the measurement process. Next, a complete set of equipment was constructed, and we successfully measured magnetic fields of 30 mT and 8 mT with an accuracy of only 0.5 Hz (11 nT) at 30 mT (0.4 ppm) and 1 Hz (22 nT) at 8mT (3 ppm).

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the expression levels of differentiation cluster 47 (CD47), signal regulatory protein α (SIRP-α), proto-oncogene (MYC) and proliferating cell associated antigen (Ki67) proteins in peripheral blood circulating tumor cells (CTC) from patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and their predictive efficiency for tumor recurrence. Methods: The data of 82 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were confirmed by histopathology and were in remission after chemotherapy in the Hematology Department of Linyi People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 44 males and 38 females, and aged from 50 to 75 (63.8±4.6) years. The patients were divided into recurrent group (n=36) and non-recurrent group (n=46) according to their recurrence within 1 year after remission. The fasting peripheral venous blood samples (4 ml) from patients in the morning were collected, and the CTC were isolated. The expression levels of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 proteins in CTC were detected by Western blotting. The correlations between CD47 expression level and SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 expression levels were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. The predictive efficiency of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 expression levels on tumor recurrence was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, and the areas under the curve (AUC) were calculated. Results: The expression levels of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 in recurrent group were 2.24±0.23, 1.17±0.12, 1.98±0.20 and 2.63±0.27, while those in non-recurrent group were 2.04±0.21, 1.31±0.13, 1.53±0.16 and 2.24±0.25. The expression levels of CD47, MYC and Ki67 in the recurrent group were higher than those in the non-recurrent group, while the expression levels of SIRP-α were lower than those in the non-recurrent group (all P<0.001). In 82 patients, the expression levels of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 were 2.13±0.22, 1.25±0.13, 1.73±0.18 and 2.41±0.26, respectively. The expression level of CD47 was negatively correlated with the expression level of SIRP-α (r=-0.308, P=0.005), but positively correlated with the expression level of MYC and Ki67 (r=0.484 and 0.332, P=0.012 and 0.003). The sensitivity of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 expression levels in predicting recurrence of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was 66.7%, 72.2%, 72.2% and 66.7%, with the specificity of 67.4%, 71.7%, 67.4% and 71.7%, and AUC (95%CI) of 0.694 (0.582-0.791), 0.693 (0582-0.790), 0.714 (0.603-0.808) and 0.709 (0.598-0.804), respectively. The sensitivity of the combined detection of the above four indicators was 83.3%, with the specificity of 78.3% and the AUC (95%CI) of 0.864 (0.771-0.930), which was higher than those of the individual detection of each indicator (all P<0.05). Conclusions: The expression level of CD47 was negatively correlated with the expression level of SIRP-α, but positively correlated with the expression level of MYC and Ki67. The expression levels of CD47, SIRP-α, MYC and Ki67 have certain predictive value for tumor recurrence in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and the predictive efficiency of combined detection is higher than single indicator detection.

Abstract
Objective: The direction and intensity of population aging on the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in China from 1990 to 2019 were analyzed, and the burden of NCDs in 2050 was predicted. Methods: The disease-specific disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), years of life lost (YLLs), and years lived with disability (YLDs) in the Chinese population from 1990 to 2019 were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Study.The differences in indicators from 1990 to 2019 were attributed to the contribution of age structure, population size, and all other causes. The Bayesian age-time-cohort models were used to predict DALYs from NCDs to 2050. Results: The absolute level of DALYs caused by NCDs increased by 7.460 million from 1990 to 2019, and the age structure contributed 186.0% (95% Uncertainty Intervals (UIs): 178.4%-193.6%), population size contributed 77.0% (95% UIs: 69.5%-80.8%), all other causes contributed -163.0% (95% UIs:-163.1%- -159.3%). DALYs caused by NCDs consist of 2.527 million YLLs and 4.934 million YLDs, in which the contribution of age structure to YLLs and YLDs was 414.6% (95% UIs: 396.2%-432.5%) and 69.1% (95% UIs: 66.7%-71.4%), respectively. From 2019 to 2050, the diseases with increased DALYs due to changes in age structure are cardiovascular diseases, neoplasms, chronic respiratory diseases, neurological disorders, sense organ diseases, diabetes and kidney diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, digestive diseases, mental disorders, and skin and subcutaneous diseases in descending order. Conclusions: From 1990 to 2019, except for skin and subcutaneous diseases, the burden of other NCDs attributable to population aging increased, mainly due to disability. By 2050, the burden of NCDsattributable to population aging will continue to rise.

Abstract
The acquisition of dormancy capabilities has enabled plants to survive in adverse terrestrial environmental conditions. Dormancy accumulation and release is coupled with light signaling, which is well studied in Arabidopsis, but it is unclear in the distant nonvascular relative. We study the characteristics and function on dormancy regulation of a blue light receptor cryptochrome in Marchantia polymorpha (MpCRY). Here, we identified MpCRY via bioinformatics and mutant complement analysis. The biochemical characteristics were assessed by multiple protein-binding assays. The function of MpCRY in gemma dormancy was clarified by overexpression and mutation of MpCRY, and its mechanism was analyzed via RNA sequencing and quantitative PCR analyses associated with hormone treatment. We found that the unique MpCRY protein in M. polymorpha undergoes both blue light-promoted interaction with itself (self-interaction) and blue light-dependent phosphorylation. MpCRY has the specific characteristics of blue light-induced nuclear localization and degradation. We further demonstrated that MpCRY transcriptionally represses abscisic acid (ABA) signaling-related gene expression to suppress gemma dormancy, which is dependent on blue light signaling. Our findings indicate that MpCRY possesses specific biochemical and molecular characteristics, and modulates ABA signaling under blue light conditions to regulate gemma dormancy in M. polymorpha.

Abstract
With the development of the sensor technology, complementary data of different sources can be easily obtained for various applications. Despite the availability of adequate multisource observation data, for example, hyperspectral image (HSI) and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data, existing methods may lack effective processing on structural information transmission and physical properties alignment, weakening the complementary ability of multiple sources in the collaborative classification task. The complementary information collaboration manner and the redundancy exclusion operator need to be redesigned for strengthening the semantic relatedness of multisources. As a remedy, we propose a structural optimization transmission framework, namely, structural optimization transmission network (SOT-Net), for collaborative land-cover classification of HSI and LiDAR data. Specifically, the SOT-Net is developed with three key modules: 1) cross-attention module; 2) dual-modes propagation module; and 3) dynamic structure optimization module. Based on above designs, SOT-Net can take full advantage of the reflectance-specific information of HSI and the detailed edge (structure) representations of multisource data. The inferred transmission plan, which integrates a self-alignment regularizer into the classification task, enhances the robustness of the feature extraction and classification process. Experiments show consistent outperformance of SOT-Net over baselines across three benchmark remote sensing datasets, and the results also demonstrate that the proposed framework can yield satisfying classification result even with small-size training samples.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Perianal fistulas, characterised as granulomatous inflammation of fistulas around the anal canal, are associated with significant morbidity resulting in a negative impact on quality of life and a tremendous burden to the healthcare system. Treatment of anal fistulas usually consists of anal surgery; however, results of closure rates are not satisfactory especially with complex perianal fistulas, after which many patients may suffer from anal incontinence. Recently, the administration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) has shown promising efficacy. Herein, we aim to explore whether MSCs are effective for complex perianal fistulas and if they have either short-term, medium-term, long-term or over-long-term efficacy. Additionally, we want to elucidate whether factors such as drug dosage, MSC source, cell type, and disease aetiology influence treatment efficacy. We searched four online databases and analysed data based on information within the clinical trials registry. The outcomes of eligible trials were analysed with Review Manager 5.4.1. Relative risk and related 95% confidence interval were calculated to compare the effect between the MSCs and control groups. In addition, the Cochrane risk of bias tool was applied to evaluate the bias risk of eligible studies. Meta-analyses showed that therapy with MSCs was superior to conventional treatment for complex perianal fistulas in short-, long- and over-long-term follow-up phases. However, there was no statistical difference in treatment efficacy in the medium term between the two methods. Subgroup meta-analyses showed factors including cell type, cell source and cell dosage were superior compared to the control, but there was no significant difference between different experimental groups of those factors. Besides, local MSCs therapy has shown more promising results for fistulas as a result of Crohn's Disease (CD). Although we tend to maintain that MSCs therapy is effective for cryptoglandular fistulas equally, more studies are needed to confirm this conclusion in the future. SHORT CONCLUSION MSCs Transplantation could be a new therapeutic method for complex perianal fistulas of both cryptoglandular and CD origin showing high efficacy in the short-term to over-long-term phases, as well as high efficacy in sustained healing. The difference in cell types, cell sources and cell dosages did not influence MSCs' efficacy.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the treatment and maternal and fetal outcomes of pregnant women with aortic dissection (AD). Methods: The clinical data of 11 pregnant women with AD treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 1st, 2011 to August 1st, 2022 were collected, and their clinical characteristics, treatment plans and maternal and fetal outcomes were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) Clinical characteristics: the age of onset of 11 pregnant women with AD was (30±5) years old, and the week of pregnancy of onset was (31.4±8.0) weeks. Clinical manifestations: the main symptoms were sudden onset of chest and back pain or low back pain. Type of AD: 8 cases of Stanford type A, and 3 cases of type B. The aortic width was (42±11) mm. Diagnostic methods: the diagnosis of AD was confirmed by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), computed tomography angiography (CTA) or enhanced CT examination, among which 4 cases were confirmed by CTA examination, 4 cases by TTE examination, and 3 cases by enhanced CT examination. Laboratory results: white blood cell count was (15.4±8.7) ×109/L, neutrophil count was (13.5±8.5) ×109/L, the median D-dimer level was 2.7 mg/L (2.1-9.2 mg/L), and the median fibrin degradation products level was 12.0 mg/L (5.4-36.1 mg/L). (2) Treatments: all 11 patients were admitted to hospital in emergency. Before operation, the departments of cardiac surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics and anesthesiology cooperated to develop individualized treatment plan. Aortic surgery was performed in 11 pregnant women with AD. In 6 of them, pregnancy termination was performed at the same time as aortic surgery, and aortic surgery was performed after cesarean section. Four cases of pregnancy termination and aortic operation were performed by stages, including aortic operation after cesarean section in 2 cases, and cesarean section after aortic operation in 2 cases. One case (12+6 weeks of gestation) had spontaneous abortion on the day after aortic surgery. The gestational age of the 11 patients on pregnancy termination was (32.9±7.4) weeks. Aorta surgical methods: 7 patients received under extracorporeal circulation ascending aorta replacement ± aortic valve replacement ± coronary artery transplantation (or coronary artery bypass transplantation)± left and right coronary Cabrol + total arch replacement (or aortic arch replacement)± stent implantation, 1 patient received under extracorporeal circulation aortic root replacement, and 3 patients underwent aortic endoluminal isolation. (3) Maternal and fetal outcomes: among the 11 pregnant women with AD, 9 (9/11) survived, 2 (2/11) died with lower limb ischemia before the onset of the disease. A total of 10 newborns were born in 9 pregnant women after delivery (1 of them was twins), and the 2 cases were spontaneous abortion after aortic surgery in the first trimester (12+6 weeks) and fetal death after hysterotomy in the second trimester (26+3 weeks), respectively. Among the 10 surviving neonates, 3 were full-term infants and 7 were premature infants. The birth weight of newborn was (2 651±784) g. Respiratory distress syndrome was found in 6 cases. The newborns were followed up for (5.6±3.6) years after birth, and the infants developed well during the follow-up period. Conclusions: Pregnancy complicated with AD is dangerous, and chest and back pain is the main clinical manifestation of this disease. With early identification and selection of appropriate diagnostic methods, multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, mother and children could obtain good outcomes.

Abstract
We present a new determination of the smallest neutrino mixing angle θ_{13} and the mass-squared difference Δm_{32}^{2} using a final sample of 5.55×10^{6} inverse beta-decay (IBD) candidates with the final-state neutron captured on gadolinium. This sample is selected from the complete dataset obtained by the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment in 3158 days of operation. Compared to the previous Daya Bay results, selection of IBD candidates has been optimized, energy calibration refined, and treatment of backgrounds further improved. The resulting oscillation parameters are sin^{2}2θ_{13}=0.0851±0.0024, Δm_{32}^{2}=(2.466±0.060)×10^{-3} eV^{2} for the normal mass ordering or Δm_{32}^{2}=-(2.571±0.060)×10^{-3} eV^{2} for the inverted mass ordering.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the current situation of long working hours exposure of couriers in Zhejiang Province, and to analyze the influence of long working hours exposure levels on their occupational stress and depression symptoms, and provide a basis for promoting the physical and mental health of couriers. Methods: From September to December 2021 , 1159 couriers from Zhejiang Express Transport Companies were selected as respondents by cluster sampling, and their basic information were collected. The occupational stress and depression symptoms of the couriers were assessed using the Core Occupational Stress Scale (COSS) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). The effects of long work hours (>48 h per week) on the occupational stress and depression symptoms of the couriers were analyzed. Results: The average age of 1159 courier in Zhejiang Province was (33.24±8.42) years, the average weekly working hours were (63.21±18.77) h, and 75.15% (871/1159) were long-term workers. The detection rates of occupational stress and depression symptoms in courier were 32.44% (376/1159) and 32.53% (377/1159), respectively. There were significant differences in the detection rates of occupational stress and depression symptoms among couriers with different ages, educational background, marital status, monthly average income, length of service, position or post, shift status, drinking status, and average weekly working hours (P <0.05). The adjusted logistic regression analysis showed that, after adjusting for the influence of confounding factors such as age, educational background, marital status, monthly average income, length of service, position or post, shift status and drinking status, compared with the weekly working hours ≤48 h, weekly working hours of 63-77 h, 78-92 h, ≥93 h were the risk factors for occupational stress (OR=1.547, 95%CI: 1.019-2.350; OR=1.886, 95%CI: 1.184-3.006; OR=2.338, 95%CI: 1.188-4.062) and depression symptoms (OR=1.897, 95%CI: 1.258-2.860; OR=2.041, 95%CI: 1.290-3.230; OR=4.978, 95%CI: 2.551-9.715) of couriers (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Long working hours could increase the risk of occupational stress and depression symptoms among couriers. It is necessary to arrange working hours reasonably to reduce the occurrence of occupational stress and depression symptoms of couriers.

Abstract
To comprehend the etiology and pathogenesis of many illnesses, it is essential to identify disease-associated microRNAs (miRNAs). However, there are a number of challenges with current computational approaches, such as the lack of "negative samples", that is, confirmed irrelevant miRNA-disease pairs, and the poor performance in terms of predicting miRNAs related with "isolated diseases", i.e. illnesses with no known associated miRNAs, which presents the need for novel computational methods. In this study, for the purpose of predicting the connection between disease and miRNA, an inductive matrix completion model was designed, referred to as IMC-MDA. In the model of IMC-MDA, for each miRNA-disease pair, the predicted marks are calculated by combining the known miRNA-disease connection with the integrated disease similarities and miRNA similarities. Based on LOOCV, IMC-MDA had an AUC of 0.8034, which shows better performance than previous methods. Furthermore, experiments have validated the prediction of disease-related miRNAs for three major human diseases: colon cancer, kidney cancer, and lung cancer.

Abstract
Domain adaption (DA) is a challenging task that integrates knowledge from source domain (SD) to perform data analysis for target domain. Most of the existing DA approaches only focus on single-source-single-target setting. In contrast, multisource (MS) data collaborative utilization has been extensively used in various applications, while how to integrate DA with MS collaboration still faces great challenges. In this article, we propose a multilevel DA network (MDA-NET) for promoting information collaboration and cross-scene (CS) classification based on hyperspectral image (HSI) and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data. In this framework, modality-related adapters are built, and then a mutual-aid classifier is used to aggregate all the discriminative information captured from different modalities for boosting CS classification performance. Experimental results on two cross-domain datasets show that the proposed method consistently provides better performance than other state-of-the-art DA approaches.

Abstract
A. acidoterrestris has been identified as the target bacterium in fruit juice production due to its high resistance to standard heat treatment. Multiple studies have shown that cold plasma can effectively inactivate pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms in juices. However, we are aware of only a few studies that have used cold plasma to inactivate A. acidoterrestris. In this study, the inactivation efficacy of cold plasma was determined using the plate count method and described using a biphasic model. The effects of the food matrix, input power, gas flow rate, and treatment time on inactivation efficacy were also discovered. Scavenging experiments with reactive oxygen species (•OH, •O2−, and 1O2), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectra, as well as an in vitro toxicology assay kit, were used to determine the inactivation mechanism. According to the plate count method, a maximum reduction of 4.14 log CFU/ mL could be achieved within 7 s, and complete inactivation could be achieved within 240 s. The scavenging experiments showed that directly cold plasma-produced singlet oxygen plays the most crucial role in inactivation, which was also confirmed by the fluorescence probe SOSG. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectra showed that the cold plasma treatment damaged the membrane integrity, DNA, proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates of A. acidoterrestris. The plate count results and the apple juice quality evaluation showed that the cold plasma treatment (1.32 kV) could inactivate 99% of A. acidoterrestris within 60 s, with no significant changes happening in apple juice quality, except for slight changes in the polyphenol content and color value.

Abstract
N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation is the most prevalent mRNA modification in eukaryotes, and it is defined as the methylation of nitrogen atoms on the six adenine (A) bases of RNA in the presence of methyltransferases. Methyltransferase-like 3 (Mettl3), one of the components of m6A methyltransferase, plays a decisive catalytic role in m6A methylation. Recent studies have confirmed that m6A is associated with a wide spectrum of biological processes and it significantly affects disease progression and prognosis of patients with gynecologic tumors, in which the role of Mettl3 cannot be ignored. Mettl3 is involved in numerous pathophysiological functions, such as embryonic development, fat accumulation, and tumor progression. Moreover, Mettl3 may serve as a potential target for treating gynecologic malignancies, thus, it may benefit the patients and prolong survival. However, there is a need to further study the role and mechanism of Mettl3 in gynecologic malignancies. This paper reviews the recent progression on Mettl3 in gynecologic malignancies, hoping to provide a reference for further research.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Probiotics are regarded as a promising strategy for relieving colitis caused by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS). One of the dominant probiotic fungi in Fuzhuan brick tea is identified as Aspergillus cristatus, but whether it can effectively improve colitis remains poorly understood. Here, the improving effect of A. cristatus on colitis was investigated. RESULTS Our results showed that A. cristatus intervention prominently alleviated gut damage as evidenced by the inhibition of shortened colon length, goblet cell depletion, and histological injury. Mechanistically, after administration with low concentrations of A. cristatus H-1 and A. cristatus S-6, the expression of interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, nitric oxide, and malondialdehyde were significantly downregulated, and the content of glutathione, catalase, interleukin-10, immunoglobulin G, claudin-1, occludin, and zonula occludens-1 were effectively upregulated. More importantly, live A. cristatus supplementation lightened DSS-induced gut barrier damage by suppressing activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, increasing the synthesis of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and stimulating the increase in peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ expression. CONCLUSION Together, A. cristatus can attenuate DSS-induced intestinal barrier damage through reducing the oxidative stress, regulating SCFA and inhibiting MAPK signaling pathways (P38/JNK/ERK). Our findings indicate that A. cristatus replenishment has potential as a new probiotic fungi to reduce DSS-induced colitis. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry.

Abstract
Currently, cross-scene hyperspectral image (HSI) classification has drawn increasing attention. It is necessary to train a model only on source domain (SD) and directly transferring the model to target domain (TD), when TD needs to be processed in real time and cannot be reused for training. Based on the idea of domain generalization, a Single-source Domain Expansion Network (SDEnet) is developed to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of domain extension. The method uses generative adversarial learning to train in SD and test in TD. A generator including semantic encoder and morph encoder is designed to generate the extended domain (ED) based on encoder-randomization-decoder architecture, where spatial randomization and spectral randomization are specifically used to generate variable spatial and spectral information, and the morphological knowledge is implicitly applied as domain invariant information during domain expansion. Furthermore, the supervised contrastive learning is employed in the discriminator to learn class-wise domain invariant representation, which drives intra-class samples of SD and ED. Meanwhile, adversarial training is designed to optimize the generator to drive intra-class samples of SD and ED to be separated. Extensive experiments on two public HSI datasets and one additional multispectral image (MSI) dataset demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method when compared with state-of-the-art techniques. Abstract
Polyanion-type phosphate materials with Na-super-ionic conductor structures are promising for next-generation sodium-ion battery cathodes, although the intrinsically low electroconductivity and limited energy density have restricted their practical applications. In this study, we put forward substituting an inert phosphate with a redox-active silicate to improve the energy density and intrinsic electroconductivity of polyanion-type phosphate materials, thus enabling an advance in sodium-ion battery cathodes. As a proof of concept, some of the phosphate of Na3V2(PO4)3 was replaced by silicate to fabricate Na3V2(PO4)2.9(SiO4)0.1, which exhibited a higher average discharge voltage of 3.36 V and a higher capacity of 115.8 mA h g-1 than pristine Na3V2(PO4)3 (3.31 V, 109.6 mA h g-1) at 0.5 C, therefore improving the energy density. Moreover, the introduced silicate enhanced the intrinsic electroconductivity of Na3V2(PO4)3 materials, as confirmed by both theoretical simulation and electrochemical measurements. After pairing with a commercial hard carbon anode, the optimized Na3V2(PO4)2.9(SiO4)0.1 cathode enabled a stable-cycling full cell with 90.1% capacity retention after 300 cycles at 5 C and a remarkable average coulombic efficiency of 99.88%.

Abstract
The induction of seed dormancy and its release involve a finely regulated genetic program controlled by various environmental and developmental cues that are critical for plant survival and population expansion. Light plays a key role in seed dormancy and germination, but the molecular mechanisms underlying the control of dormancy are unclear. In the present study, high-resolution temporal RNA-seq in Arabidopsis identified WOX11 as encoding a hub transcription factor during the seed dormancy induction and release stages. This gene might have evolved from gymnosperms and expanded in angiosperms with highly conserved expression patterns in seeds. WOX11 and its homolog WOX12 were highly expressed from 2 d after pollination, and mRNA abundance was greatly increased during the seed dormancy induction and release stages. Further, we found that WOX11 plays a role in the regulation of seed dormancy downstream of phytochrome B (PHYB)-mediated red-light signaling during the induction stage, indicating that WOX11/12 are newly identified components of red-light signaling transduction. Taken together, our results suggest that WOX11/12-mediated PHYB signaling regulates seed dormancy in Arabidopsis, and provide insights into the developmental regulation and evolutionary adaptation of plants to changes in the light environment.

Abstract
Background: High dimensional mediation analysis is frequently conducted to explore the role of epigenetic modifiers between exposure and health outcome. However, the issue of high dimensional mediation analysis with unmeasured confounders for survival analysis in observational study has not been well solved. Methods: In this study, we proposed an instrumental variable based approach for high dimensional mediation analysis with unmeasured confounders in survival analysis for epigenetic study. We used the Sobel's test, the Joint test, and the Bootstrap method to test the mediation effect. A comprehensive simulation study was conducted to decide the best test strategy. An empirical study based on DNA methylation data of lung cancer patients was conducted to illustrate the performance of the proposed method. Results: Simulation study suggested that the proposed method performed well in the identifying mediating factors. The estimation of the mediation effect by the proposed approach is also reliable with less bias compared with the classical approach. In the empirical study, we identified two DNA methylation signatures including cg21926276 and cg26387355 with a mediation effect of 0.226 (95%CI: 0.108-0.344) and 0.158 (95%CI: 0.065-0.251) between smoking and lung cancer using the proposed approach. Conclusion: The proposed method obtained good performance in simulation and empirical studies, it could be an effective statistical tool for high dimensional mediation analysis.

Abstract
Since most patients with heart failure are re-admitted to the hospital, accurately identifying the risk of re-admission of patients with heart failure is important for clinical decision making and management. This study plans to develop an interpretable predictive model based on a Chinese population for predicting six-month re-admission rates in heart failure patients. Research data were obtained from the PhysioNet portal. To ensure robustness, we used three approaches for variable selection. Six different machine learning models were estimated based on selected variables. The ROC curve, prediction accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity were used to evaluate the performance of the established models. In addition, we visualized the optimized model with a nomogram. In all, 2002 patients with heart failure were included in this study. Of these, 773 patients experienced re-admission and a six-month re-admission incidence of 38.61%. Based on evaluation metrics, the logistic regression model performed best in the validation cohort, with an AUC of 0.634 (95%CI: 0.599-0.646) and an accuracy of 0.652. A nomogram was also generated. The established prediction model has good discrimination ability in predicting. Our findings are helpful and could provide useful information for the allocation of healthcare resources and for improving the quality of survival of heart failure patients.

Abstract
Antibody heavy chain (HC) and light chain (LC) variable region exons are assembled by V(D)J recombination. V(D)J junctional regions encode complementarity-determining-region 3 (CDR3), an antigen-contact region immensely diversified through nontemplated nucleotide additions ("N-regions") by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT). HIV-1 vaccine strategies seek to elicit human HIV-1 broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs), such as the potent CD4-binding site VRC01-class bnAbs. Mice with primary B cells that express receptors (BCRs) representing bnAb precursors are used as vaccination models. VRC01-class bnAbs uniformly use human HC VH1-2 and commonly use human LCs Vκ3-20 or Vκ1-33 associated with an exceptionally short 5-amino-acid (5-aa) CDR3. Prior VRC01-class models had nonphysiological precursor levels and/or limited precursor diversity. Here, we describe VRC01-class rearranging mice that generate more physiological primary VRC01-class BCR repertoires via rearrangement of VH1-2, as well as Vκ1-33 and/or Vκ3-20 in association with diverse CDR3s. Human-like TdT expression in mouse precursor B cells increased LC CDR3 length and diversity and also promoted the generation of shorter LC CDR3s via N-region suppression of dominant microhomology-mediated Vκ-to-Jκ joins. Priming immunization with eOD-GT8 60mer, which strongly engages VRC01 precursors, induced robust VRC01-class germinal center B cell responses. Vκ3-20-based responses were enhanced by N-region addition, which generates Vκ3-20-to-Jκ junctional sequence combinations that encode VRC01-class 5-aa CDR3s with a critical E residue. VRC01-class-rearranging models should facilitate further evaluation of VRC01-class prime and boost immunogens. These new VRC01-class mouse models establish a prototype for the generation of vaccine-testing mouse models for other HIV-1 bnAb lineages that employ different HC or LC Vs.

Abstract
Objective Pediatric nonsaccular aneurysms are rare but challenging lesions; pipeline embolization devices (PEDs) are their potential treatment option. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PEDs for treatment of these aneurysms. Methods We retrospectively selected pediatric patients with nonsaccular aneurysms treated using PEDs between June 2015 and July 2021 from our prospectively maintained database. For each patient, demographics, aneurysm characteristics, procedure details, and clinical and angiographic follow-up data were collected and summarized. Results This study included 16 pediatric patients with 16 nonsaccular aneurysms treated with PEDs. A median clinical follow-up time of 1,376 days was achieved in 93.75% of the patients. The complication rate of the included patients was 25%, with two patients developing mass effect, one patient undergoing major ischemic stroke, and one patient experiencing stent foreshortening after the procedure. The complete occlusion rate of aneurysms without any neurologic sequelae was 93.33%, with a median angiographic follow-up period of 246 days. The mortality rate was 6.25%. Conclusions The use of PEDs to treat pediatric nonsaccular aneurysms is feasible, with a high rate of complete occlusion of the aneurysm and favorable follow-up outcomes.

Abstract
Ecological compensation has become very common worldwide due to the imbalance in the development of modern society, economy, and the environment and the increased pressure on ecosystem carrying capacity. Nonetheless, the various approaches for quantifying ecological compensation standards differ significantly. Thus, the process for determining a reasonable ecological compensation threshold is important to understand. To ensure the maximization of ecosystem service supply and economic benefit incentives for farmers, this paper constructs a discriminant model of an ecological compensation threshold based on the minimum data approach and the most appropriate land use scenario to define the ecological compensation threshold of the Sloping Land Conversion Program in the upper Yangtze River basin. The results show that with an increase in the compensation price, the proportion of farmers participating in returning farmland to forests and grassland increases, and water conservation increases. However, the discriminant curve first increases to a certain threshold point and then decreases, after which the ecoefficiency rate obtained from the compensation decreases. The ecological compensation thresholds for Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hubei, Qinghai, Gansu, Tibet and Shaanxi provinces are 17.74 yuan/m3, 13.79 yuan/m3, 19.1 yuan/m3, 17.79 yuan/m3, 15.28 yuan/m3, 45.14 yuan/m3, 17.23 yuan/m3, 25.2 yuan/m3 and 22.36 yuan/m3, respectively. This research examines ecological compensation standards in different watersheds throughout the world and discusses the relationship between ecological compensation and water conservation. The discriminant model of the ecological compensation threshold can provide a new reference for the implementation and management of ecological compensation policies.

Abstract
High cycle fatigue has been known as an important form of aeroengine blade failure. This study aims to achieve a method of investigation for a rotating blade vibration measurement, combining the two non-contact optical techniques of digital image correlation (DIC) and blade tip-timing (BTT). Dynamic parameters of a thin-blade were obtained on a stationary vibration platform with stereo-DIC system. Meanwhile, the finite element analysis (FEA) of this thin-blade was performed within different rotating speeds. Then, the set of thin-blades was mounted in a simulated compressor test rig equipped with BTT and a wireless strain gauge (SG) system. A rotor speed sweep experiment was carried out and the blade synchronous resonance parameters were extracted. Results show that the displacement mode shapes match well between DIC and FEA, and that MAC values of the first six order modes are over than 0.88. The predicting strain from the FE model and SG agreed to within 32.41% in the worst case, and the predicting strain from the DIC model corresponds to 28.53% in the worst case. This is an effective non-contact, high-precision full-field deformation measurement method that is worth exploring for structural design and dynamic strain assessment of vibrating components.

Abstract
Realistic speech-driven 3D facial animation is a challenging problem due to the complex relationship between speech and face. In this paper, we propose a deep architecture, called Geometry-guided Dense Perspective Network (GDPnet), to achieve speaker-independent realistic 3D facial animation. The encoder is designed with dense connections to strengthen feature propagation and encourage the re-use of audio features, and the decoder is integrated with an attention mechanism to adaptively recalibrate point-wise feature responses by explicitly modeling interdependencies between different neuron units. We also introduce a non-linear face reconstruction representation as a guidance of latent space to obtain more accurate deformation, which helps solve the geometry-related deformation and is good for generalization across subjects. Huber and HSIC (Hilbert-Schmidt Independence Criterion) constraints are adopted to promote the robustness of our model and to better exploit the non-linear and high-order correlations. Experimental results on the public dataset and real scanned dataset validate the superiority of our proposed GDPnet compared with state-of-the-art model. Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of selective bronchial occlusion (SBO) in the treatment of intractable pneumothorax. Methods: A total of 86 patients with refractory pneumothorax treated with SBO in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 were included in this study. The basic information, diagnosis and treatment of the patients were collected and analyzed based on their inpatient records. Results: The age of the subjects was (62±11) years old, and 83 cases (96.5%) were male. The first time SBO cure rate was 30.2% (26/86). The effective rate of the first time SBO treatment was 38.4% (33/86), and the final cure rate of SBO was 59.3% (51/86). The total cure rate of SBO combined with other therapies was 73.3% (63/86). The median time [M (Q1, Q3)] from the first plugging to the complete cessation of air leakage in SBO cured patients was 6.5 (3, 7) days, which was shorter than that in the final extubation patients after SBO [11 (7, 19) days] (H=30.24, P<0.001). The median [M (Q1, Q3)] length of hospital stay of the first SBO cured patients was 19 (14, 25) days, which was shorter than that of all patients [28 (19, 37) days] (H=12.89, P=0.002). The median [M (Q1, Q3)] hospitalization expenses of patients with first SBO cure, effective SBO treatment and ineffective SBO treatment were 23 187 (18 906, 27 798), 41 580 (29 388, 50 762) and 38 462 (27 542, 51 720) yuan, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (H=18.58, P<0.001). The incidence of complications after SBO was 7.59% (11/145). Conclusion: SBO has good efficacy and relative high safety in the treatment of intractable pneumothorax.

Abstract
Glioma is a type of tumor occurring in the central nervous system. In recent decades, specific gene mutations and molecular aberrations have been used to conduct the glioma classification and clinical decisions. Siglec10 is a member of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin superfamily. In this study, we investigated the expression and functions of siglec10 in gliomas. We analyzed the siglec10 expression in glioma patients with immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and evaluated the survival prognosis. The high siglec10 expression had a shorter survival prognosis than the low siglec10 expression in patients, especially in malignant gliomas. Bioinformatic datasets, including TCGA and CGGA, validated the IHC results and discovered the expression of siglec10 was higher in the malignant subtype than a benign subtype of gliomas. So, siglec10 is associated with the poor prognosis of gliomas. Furthermore, the related mechanisms of siglec10 in gliomas were investigated by functional enrichment analysis, including GSEA, GO, and KEGG analysis. Siglec10 was correlated with inflammatory mediators, inflammatory cells, and inflammatory pathways in gliomas. Siglec10 might take part in the immune response in the tumor microenvironment to induce glioma's progression and metastasis. This study showed siglec10 was a biomarker in glioma, and it might be the potential target of glioma immunotherapy in the future.

Abstract
Green production is an inevitable choice for China's high-quality economic development. With the rise of the digital technology revolution, China's digital transformation may play an integral and important role in increasing green total factor productivity (GTFP). Based on the panel data of 30 Chinese provinces from 2014-2020, the impact of digitization on GTFP was explored using the model of geographically and temporally weighted regression (GTWR), and the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and development trends of such effects were further explored. The main findings are as follows: (1) China's digitalization level and GTFP has significant spatial autocorrelation and similar spatial distribution characteristics. (2) Digitalization has a significant positive impact on GTFP, but this impact decreases yearly, and there are noticeable regional differences. Digitalization in the eastern and central regions has a more significant impact on GTFP than in the west. (3) The region where China's digital development has extensively promoted GTFP has shifted from China's southern coastal region to the northwest and northeast regions. (4) The time-series fluctuations of the regression coefficients of the digitization level in each province in China also show agglomeration characteristics. That is, the regression coefficients of neighboring provinces have similar time-series fluctuations.

Abstract
Ultra-low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) could suffer from heavy uncorrelated noise, and its removal could be a critical post-processing task. As a primary source of interference, Gaussian noise could corrupt the sampled MR signal (k-space data), especially at lower B0 field strength. For this reason, we consider both signal and image domains by proposing a new joint filter characterized by a Kalman filter with linear prediction and a nonlocal mean filter with higher-order singular value decomposition (HOSVD) for denoising 3D MR data. The Kalman filter first attenuates the noise in k-space, and then its reconstruction images are used to guide HOSVD denoising process with exploring self-similarity among 3D structures. The clearer prefiltered images could also generate improved HOSVD learned bases used to transform the noise corrupted patch groups in the original MR data. The flexibility of proposed method is also demonstrated by integrating other k-space filters into the algorithm scheme. Experimental data includes simulated MR images with the varying noise level and real MR images obtained from our 50 mT MRI scanner. The results reveal that our method has a better noise-removal ability and introduces lesser unexpected artifacts than other related MRI denoising approaches.

Abstract
The high intake of red meat is well recognized as a major health concern worldwide. It has been recognized as a risk factor for several non-communicable chronic diseases, including stroke. However, previously published studies have not performed a comprehensive analysis of the long-time trend of stroke mortality attributable to high red meat intake in China and South Korea, two countries with similar dietary patterns and changing trends. Therefore, this study aimed to reveal the influence of age, time period, and birth cohort on long-term trends of stroke mortality attributable to high red meat intake and relative gender differences in China and South Korea. Data were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease 2019 database. The age–period–cohort model was used to estimate the effect of age, time period, and birth cohort. The average and annual percent changes were estimated using the joinpoint regression analysis. Results indicated that the overall attributable age-standardized mortality rates of stroke in China decreased by 1.0% (P < 0.05) for female and 0.1% (P > 0.05) for male individuals, compared with a decrease of 4.9% for female and 3.7% for male individuals in South Korea (both P < 0.05). Age–period–cohort analysis revealed that the attributable stroke mortality decreased along with the time period, and increased along with age. Significant gender differences were observed, male individuals in both countries were at higher risk than their female counterparts, especially in China. Joinpoint analysis suggested that the attributable stroke mortality for both genders in South Korea and female individuals in China showed a decreasing trend, while it is stable for male individuals in China. Although prominent reductions were observed during the past decades, the attributable stroke mortality risk in China and South Korea is still high. Our findings indicate that controlling the intake of red meat may be a cost-effective strategy to reduce stroke mortality risk and the corresponding disease burden, especially for Chinese male individuals.

Abstract
Population persistence and spatial propagation and their dependence on demography and dispersal are of great importance in spatial ecology. Many species with highly structured life cycles invade new habitats through the dispersal of organisms in their early life stages (e.g., seeds, larvae, etc.). We develop a stage-structured continuous/discrete-time hybrid model to describe the spatiotemporal dynamics of such species, in which a reaction-diffusion equation describes the random movement of dispersing individuals, while two difference equations describe the demography of sedentary individuals. We obtain a formula for the spreading speed of the population in terms of model parameters. We show that the spreading speed can be characterized as the slowest wave speed of a class of traveling wave solutions. We provide an explicit formula for the critical domain size that separates population persistence from extinction. By comparing our stage-structured model with a physically unstructured model, we find that the structured model reduces to the unstructured one in some special cases. Accordingly, the results about the spreading speed and the critical domain size for the unstructured model represent some special cases of those for the structured one. This highlights the significance of including stage structure in studying the spatial dynamics of species with complex life cycles.

Abstract
Osteoinductivity of a biomaterial scaffold can notably enhance the bone healing performance. In this study, we developed a biomimetic and hierarchically porous polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) scaffold with unique osteoinductivity using a combined surface treatment strategy of a sulfonated process and a nano bone-like apatite deposition. In a beagle intramuscular model, the scaffold induced bone formation ectopically after 12-week implantation. The better bone healing ability of the scaffold than the original PEKK was also confirmed in orthotopic sites. After culturing with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), the scaffold induced osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, and the new bone formation could be mainly depending on cell signaling through adenylate cyclase 9, which activates the cyclic adenosine monophosphate/protein kinase A signaling cascade pathways. The current work reports a new osteoinductive synthetic polymeric scaffold with its detailed molecular mechanism of action for bone repair and regeneration.

Abstract
The myotendinous junction (MTJ) is a complex and special anatomical area that connects muscles and tendons, and it is also the key to repairing tendons. Nevertheless, the anatomical structure and connection structure of MTJ, the cluster and distribution of cells, and which cells are involved in repairing the tissue are still unclear. Here, we analyzed the cell subtype distribution and function of human MTJ at single-cell level. We identified four main subtypes, including stem cell, muscle, tendon, and muscle-tendon progenitor cells (MTP). The MTP subpopulation, which remains the characteristics of stem cells and also expresses muscle and tendon marker genes simultaneously, may have the potential for bidirectional differentiation. We also found the muscle-tendon progenitor cells were distributed in the shape of a transparent goblet; muscle cells first connect to the MTP and then to the tendon. And after being transplanted in the MTJ injury model, MTP exhibited strong regenerative capability. Finally, we also demonstrated the importance of mTOR signaling for MTP maintenance by in vitro addition of rapamycin and in vivo validation using mTOR-ko mice. Our research conducted a comprehensive analysis of the heterogeneity of myotendinous junction, discovered a special cluster called MTP, provided new insights into the biological significance of myotendinous junction, and laid the foundation for future research on myotendinous junction regeneration and restoration.
