Abstract
The Purpose of the present study was to quantify the responses of ten cell lines (HeLa, HepG2, HEK293, MDA-MB-231, A498, A549, A357, 3 T3, BALB-C3 T3, and NIH-3 T3) to spent fluid catalytic cracking catalysts (SFCCCs) from different petroleum refineries, and relate these responses to metal concentrations of SFCCC leachates (SFCCCLs). Cytotoxicity of SFCCCs were significantly different depending on cell lines. A357 and 3 T3 cell were the most sensitive, and A498 and HeLa cells were the least sensitive. HEK293 cells showed the least fluctuation in toxic response to different SFCCCLs among all cells. Cytotoxic IC50 values of SFCCCs to 7 kinds of cells were the most correlated with vanadium (V) concentration in SFCCCLs. V is the most critical toxic factor of SFCCC. Glutathione synthesis was induced in HepG2 cells exposed to higher concentrations of SFCCCLs. SFCCCLs with low concentration of V can induce the decrease of GSH/GSSG ratio in HepG2 cells, suggesting that high concentration of V inhibits the detoxification of glutathione.

Abstract
Photothermal therapy is favored by cancer researchers due to its advantages such as controllable initiation, direct killing and immune promotion. However, the low enrichment efficiency of photosensitizer in tumor site and the limited effect of single use limits the further development of photothermal therapy. Herein, a photo-responsive multifunctional nanosystem was designed for cancer therapy, in which myeloid-derived suppressor cell (MDSC) membrane vesicle encapsulated decitabine-loaded black phosphorous (BP) nanosheets (BP@ Decitabine @MDSCs, named BDM). The BDM demonstrated excellent biosafety and biochemical characteristics, providing a suitable microenvironment for cancer cell killing. First, the BDM achieves the ability to be highly enriched at tumor sites by inheriting the ability of MDSCs to actively target tumor microenvironment. And then, BP nanosheets achieves hyperthermia and induces mitochondrial damage by its photothermal and photodynamic properties, which enhancing anti-tumor immunity mediated by immunogenic cell death (ICD). Meanwhile, intra-tumoral release of decitabine induced G2/M cell cycle arrest, further promoting tumor cell apoptosis. In vivo, the BMD showed significant inhibition of tumor growth with down-regulation of PCNA expression and increased expression of high mobility group B1 (HMGB1), calreticulin (CRT) and caspase 3. Flow cytometry revealed significantly decreased infiltration of MDSCs and M2-macrophages along with an increased proportion of CD4+, CD8+ T cells as well as CD103+ DCs, suggesting a potentiated anti-tumor immune response. In summary, BDM realizes photothermal therapy/photodynamic therapy synergized chemotherapy for cancer.

Abstract
The objectives of the study were to systematically evaluate the rehabilitation effect of noninvasive brain stimulation (NIBS) on upper extremity motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients and to prioritize various stimulation protocols for reliable evidence-based medical recommendations in patients with upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke. Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and CBM were searched to collect all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of NIBS to improve upper extremity motor function in stroke patients. The retrieval time was from the establishment of all databases to May 2023. According to the Cochrane system evaluation manual, the quality of the included studies was evaluated, and the data were extracted. Statistical analysis was carried out by using RevMan 5.3, R 4.3.0, and Stata 17.0 software. Finally, 94 RCTs were included, with a total of 5546 patients. Meta-analysis showed that NIBS improved the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score (mean difference (MD) = 6.51, 95% CI 6.20 ~ 6.82, P < 0.05), MBI score (MD = 7.69, 95% CI 6.57 ~ 8.81, P < 0.05), ARAT score (MD = 5.06, 95% CI 3.85 ~ 6.27, P < 0.05), and motor evoked potential (MEP) amplitude. The modified Ashworth scale score (MD = - 0.37, 95% CI - 0.60 to - 0.14, P < 0.05), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score (MD = - 2.17, 95% CI - 3.32 to - 1.11, P < 0.05), incubation period of MEP (MD = - 0.72, 95% CI - 1.06 to - 0.38, P < 0.05), and central motor conduction time (MD = - 0.90, 95% CI - 1.29 to - 0.50, P < 0.05) were decreased in stroke patients. Network meta-analysis showed that the order of interventions in improving FMA scores from high to low was anodal-transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) (surface under the cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) = 83.7%) > cathodal-tDCS (SUCRA = 80.2%) > high-frequency (HF)-repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) (SUCRA = 68.5%) > low-frequency (LF)-rTMS (SUCRA = 66.5%) > continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS) (SUCRA = 54.2%) > bilateral-tDCS (SUCRA = 45.2%) > intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) (SUCRA = 34.1%) > sham-NIBS (SUCRA = 16.0%) > CR (SUCRA = 1.6%). In terms of improving MBI scores, the order from high to low was anodal-tDCS (SUCRA = 88.7%) > cathodal-tDCS (SUCRA = 85.4%) > HF-rTMS (SUCRA = 63.4%) > bilateral-tDCS (SUCRA = 56.0%) > LF-rTMS (SUCRA = 54.2%) > iTBS (SUCRA = 32.4%) > sham-NIBS (SUCRA = 13.8%) > CR (SUCRA = 6.1%). NIBS can effectively improve upper extremity motor function and activities of daily living after stroke. Among the various NIBS protocols, anodal-tDCS demonstrated the most significant intervention effect, followed by cathodal-tDCS and HF-rTMS.

Abstract
The present study evaluated the potential of endogenous enzymes and probiotics in transforming bioactive metabolites to reduce the purgative effect and improve the functional activity of Cassiae Semen and verified and revealed the biotransformation effect of endogenous enzymes. Although probiotics, especially Lactobacillus rhamnosus, exerted the transformation effect, the endogenous enzymes proved to be more effective in transforming the components of Cassiae Semen. After biotransformation by endogenous enzymes for 12 h, the levels of six anthraquinones in Cassiae Semen increased by at least 2.98-fold, and free anthraquinones, total phenolics, and antioxidant activity also showed significant improvement, accompanied by an 82.2% reduction in combined anthraquinones responsible for the purgative effect of Cassiae Semen. Further metabolomic analysis revealed that the biotransformation effect of endogenous enzymes on the bioactive metabolites of Cassiae Semen was complex and diverse, and the biotransformation of quinones and flavonoids was particularly prominent and occurred by three primary mechanisms, hydrolyzation, methylation, and dimerization, might under the action of glycosyl hydrolases, SAM-dependent methyltransferases, and CYP450s. Accordingly, biotransformation by endogenous enzymes emerges as a mild, economical, food safety risk-free, and effective strategy to modify Cassiae Semen into an excellent functional food.

Abstract
This study was to determine the effects of the mixture of glycerol monolaurate and cinnamaldehyde (GCM) supplementation on the intestinal morphology, immunity, antioxidant status and cecal microbiota of laying hens. A total of 1,120 healthy laying hens (Jingfen-1 strain) at the age of 14 wk were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates of 28 layers in each and layers were fed diets containing 0 (control group), or 250, 500, and 1,000 mg/kg GCM for 12 wk. The results showed that dietary supplementation with GCM significantly increased intestinal villus height and villus height/crypt depth, duodenal villus area, total superoxide disumutase activities in the liver and jejunum, jejunal glutathione peroxidase activities while decreased duodenal and jejunal crypt depth, hydrogen peroxide content in the liver and jejunal malondialdehyde content of laying hens aging 28 wk (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, GCM addition significantly increased serum immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M concentration of layers at the age of 20, 24, and 28 wk (P < 0.05). Moreover, it was observed in the 16S rRNA sequencing that the addition of GCM elevated the abundance and diversity of gut microbiota in laying hens. The predominant bacteria from each group were Bacteroidota and Firmicutes at the phylum level and Bacteroides and Lactobacillus were the dominant genera. The composition and structure of cecal microflora were changed by the addition of GCM to the diet of laying hens. In conclusion, the addition of GCM (500-1,000 mg/kg diet) can improve intestinal morphology, immune function, intestinal and liver antioxidant status and intestinal flora of laying hens, thereby improving intestinal digestion and absorption capacity. These findings provide a new way to further explore the mechanism of GCM improving intestinal health.

Abstract
Objective We aimed to investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the preoperative prediction of the histological grades and molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Methods A total of 183 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer were included. Contrast enhancement patterns and quantitative parameters were compared in different groups. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the efficacy of CEUS in the preoperative prediction of pathological characteristics, including histologic grade and molecular subtypes. Results Heterogeneous enhancement, perfusion defects, and peripheral radial vessels were mostly observed in higher histologic grade (grade III) breast cancer. Heterogeneous enhancement and perfusion defect were the most effective indicators for grade III breast cancer, with the areas under the ROC curve of 0.768 and 0.756, respectively. There were significant differences in the enhancement intensity, post-enhanced margin, perfusion defects, and peripheral radial vessel among the different molecular subtypes of breast cancer (all P < 0.01). Perfusion defects and clear edge after enhancement were the best qualitative criteria for the diagnosis of HER-2 overexpressed and triple-negative breast cancers, and the corresponding areas under the ROC curves were 0.804 and 0.905, respectively. There were significant differences in PE, WiR, WiPI, and WiWoAUC between grade III vs grade I and II breast cancer (P < 0.05). PE, WiR, WiPI, and WiWoAUC had good efficiency in the diagnosis of high-histologic-grade breast cancer. PE had the highest diagnostic efficiency in Luminal A, while WiPI had the highest diagnostic efficiency in Luminal B subtype breast cancer, and the areas under the ROC curve were 0.825 and 0.838, respectively. WiWoAUC and WiR were the most accurate parameters for assessing triple-negative subtype breast cancers, and the areas under the curve were 0.932 and 0.922, respectively. Conclusion Qualitative and quantitative perfusion analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound may be useful in the non-invasive prediction of the histological grade and molecular subtypes of breast cancers.

Abstract
Previous studies have suggested that ischemic stroke can result in white matter fiber injury and modifications in the structural brain network. However, the relationship with balance function scores remains insufficiently explored. Therefore, this study aims to explore the alterations in the microstructural properties of brain white matter and the topological characteristics of the structural brain network in postischemic stroke patients and their potential correlations with balance function. We enrolled 21 postischemic stroke patients and 21 age, sex, and education-matched healthy controls (HC). All participants underwent balance function assessment and brain diffusion tensor imaging. Tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) were used to compare the fractional anisotropy, mean diffusivity, axial diffusivity, and radial diffusivity of white matter fibers between the two groups. The white matter structural brain network was constructed based on the automated anatomical labeling atlas, and we conducted a graph theory-based analysis of its topological properties, including global network properties and local node properties. Additionally, the correlation between the significant structural differences and balance function score was analyzed. The TBSS results showed that in comparison to the HC, postischemic stroke patients exhibited extensive damage to their whole-brain white matter fiber tracts (P < 0.05). Graph theory analysis showed that in comparison to the HC, postischemic stroke patients exhibited statistically significant reductions in the values of global efficiency, local efficiency, and clustering coefficient, as well as an increase in characteristic path length (P < 0.05). In addition, the degree centrality and nodal efficiency of some nodes in postischemic stroke patients were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). The white matter fibers of the entire brain in postischemic stroke patients are extensively damaged, and the topological properties of the structural brain network are altered, which are closely related to balance function. This study is helpful in further understanding the neural mechanism of balance function after ischemic stroke from the white matter fiber and structural brain network topological properties.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the monkeypox knowledge awareness, risk perception and vaccination intention in men who have sex with men (MSM) in five cities in northeast China. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted by using electronic questionnaire in MSM selected by convenience sampling in five cities in northeast China (Shenyang, Panjin, Changchun, Harbin and Jiamusi) from June 28 to July 8, 2023 by local centers for disease control and prevention and MSM communities. The sample size was estimated to be 220. Information about their demographics, monkeypox-related knowledge awareness, perceived concern about epidemic risk perception, and monkeypox vaccination intention were collected. Logistic regression model was used to analyze related factors for MSM's monkeypox vaccination intention. Results: In 355 MSM, 63.9% (227/355) had monkeypox vaccination intentions, and 55.5% (197/355) had high awareness of monkeypox related knowledge with a mean knowledge awareness score of 3.7±1.5. MSM with education level of high-school and above (aOR=1.93, 95%CI:1.01-3.69), higher knowledge awareness score (aOR=1.19, 95%CI:1.02-1.40) and higher risk perception of monkeypox infection (aOR=1.82, 95%CI:1.15-2.88), were more willing to receive monkeypox vaccination. The main reasons for willingness to receive monkeypox vaccine were preventing monkeypox (86.3%, 196/227) and worrying about appearance being affected (62.1%, 141/227). The main reasons for unwillingness for the vaccination included concerns about vaccine safety (53.1%, 68/128), clinical progression of AIDS being affected (46.1%, 59/128) and efficacy of antiretroviral therapy being affected (44.5%, 57/128). Conclusions: The levels of knowledge awareness and vaccine intentions still need to be improved among MSM in five cities of northeast China. It is necessary to improve the awareness of monkeypox and intention of monkeypox vaccination, promote protected sex behavior and self-assessment of infection risk, reduce vaccine hesitancy and increase monkeypox vaccination intention in MSM in 5 cities in northeast China.

Abstract
Bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVR) is a feasible, safe, effective and minimally invasive technique to significantly improve the quality of life of advanced severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In this study, three-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT) automatic analysis software combined with pulmonary function test (PFT) was used to retrospectively evaluate the postoperative efficacy of BLVR patients. The purpose is to evaluate the improvement of lung function of local lung tissue after operation, maximize the benefits of patients, and facilitate BLVR in the treatment of patients with advanced COPD. All the reported cases of advanced COPD patients treated with BLVR with one-way valve were collected and analysed from 2017 to 2020. Three-dimensional-CT image analysis software system was used to analyse the distribution of low-density areas <950 Hounsfield units in both lungs pre- and post- BLVR. Meanwhile, all patients performed standard PFT pre- and post-operation for retrospective analysis. We reported six patients that underwent unilateral BLVR with 1 to 3 valves according to the range of emphysema. All patients showed a median increase in forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) of 34%, compared with baseline values. Hyperinflation was reduced by 16.6% (range, 4.9%-47.2%). The volumetric measurements showed a significant reduction in the treated lobe volume among these patients. Meanwhile, the targeted lobe volume changes were inversely correlated with change in FEV1/FEV1% in patients with heterogeneous emphysematous. We confirm that 3D-CT analysis can quantify the changes of lung volume, ventilation and perfusion, to accurately evaluate the distribution and improvement of emphysema and rely less on the observer.

Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the viability and safety of a novel defecator in managing rectal fecal impaction. Methods: In a descriptive case series, this new defecator was administered to constipated individuals among the ages of 18 and 80 years who met the diagnostic criteria for rectal fecal impaction and were identified with acute rectal fecal impaction through CT scans. The contraindications for this defecator included: (1) Anal stenosis, acute intestinal obstruction, and intestinal perforation; (2) Concomitant rectal malignant tumors; (3) Coagulation dysfunction, low platelet counts, gastrointestinal bleeding, or other bleeding risks; (4) Patients with severe underlying conditions affecting the heart, brain, lungs, or other systems; (5) Individuals with mental health disorders. Based on these criteria, clinical data from 42 patients with rectal fecal impaction who underwent treatment with the new defecator at Deyang People's Hospital between July 2020 and April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The defecator comprises three components: a head, a spiral rod, and a handle, constructed from disposable stainless steel wire. The treatment procedure involves the following steps: The patient assumes a flexed, supine position on their left side with their buttocks slightly protruding from the bed's edge. A transparent sealing bag is affixed to the buttocks, centered around the anus. With gloved hands inserted through the bag's entrance, a cotton ball soaked in liquid paraffin lubricates the anal canal and the head of the defecator's spiral rod. The defecator is then slowly rotated and inserted into the anus, with careful attention to any changes in resistance. Once the spiral rod is fully inserted, the patient is instructed to inhale and defecate while the defecator is slowly withdrawn, carrying the dislodged fecal matter, and depositing it into the sealed bag. This operation is repeated 2 to 3 times, followed by the injection of either 100 ml of 36°C normal saline or 60 ml of liquid paraffin into the rectum. After a 5 to 8-minute wait, the patient assumes a squatting position to expel any remaining feces from the rectum. The study assessed the operation time, single treatment success rate, pain levels during treatment, and the occurrence of complications. Results: All 42 patients successfully underwent treatment with the new defecator device, achieving a single treatment success rate of 100%. The average operation time was 11.0 minutes (range: 9.0 to 13.3 minutes). During treatment, 20 cases (47.6%) reported moderate to severe anal pain, with 1 case (2.4%) experiencing anal fissure bleeding, and 6 cases (14.3%) reporting discomfort such as palpitations and sweating. No serious complications, including rectal perforation, were observed in any case. Conclusion: The new defecator device demonstrates ease of use and safety, making it a feasible option for treating acute rectal fecal impaction.

Abstract
Introduction In light of the significant impact that teachers have on education quality and student growth, their mental health warrants special attention. With the increasing popularity of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the rise of online teaching during the pandemic, teachers have become a group prone to developing problematic smartphone use (PSU). Psychological need thwarting (PNT) has been shown to be closely related to PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support. However, most previous studies have adopted a variable-centered approach, which may overlook the possibility that the three basic needs are not closely associated and could form distinct profiles. Therefore, this study aims to apply latent profile analysis to identify different PNT profiles and their associations with PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support. Methods A longitudinal survey was conducted using convenience and purposive sampling methods. The survey involved 1,642 primary and middle school teachers working in China over a two-month interval, with the first assessment in November 2021 (Time 1) and the second in January 2022 (Time 2). Results The results indicate that a three-profile model, intricately based on the PNT data gathered at Time 1, is most optimal: Class 1 is labeled as 'High autonomy-High competence and Moderate relatedness thwarting', Class 2 as 'High autonomy-High competence and High relatedness thwarting', and Class 3 as 'Low psychological needs thwarting'. Distinct associations were observed among the three profiles concerning PSU, psychological distress, and perceived administrative support. Specifically, in terms of PSU, the score of Class 2 was higher than Class 1, with that of Class 3 being the lowest at Time 1, while at Time 2 no significant difference was found between any two of these three groups; in terms of distress, the scores of the three profiles were arranged from high to low as Class 2, 1, and 3 at both time points; and in terms of perceived administrative support, the order was just the opposite, with 3, 1, and 2 from high to low at both Time 1 and Time 2. Conclusion Notably, the consistent ranking of the three classes in terms of psychological distress and administrative support suggests a lasting influence of PNT. Future studies should explore this enduring impact further by employing additional longitudinal data sets and examining potential mediators or moderators beyond the current study's scope.

Abstract
In this study, an adapted bioleaching strain of Acidithiobacillus caldus UVS10 was successfully developed. Batch tests and tests in bioreactor were conducted to evaluate the metals bioleaching performance of A. caldus UVS10 to spent FCC catalyst (SFCCC). Results of batch experiments showed the bioleaching efficiency of Ni, V, La, and Ce in SFCCC reached 19.40%, 22.06%, 53.75%, and 59.56%, respectively. High SFCCC pulp density inhibited the leaching of metals. Sb leaching was inhibited in acidic environment caused by A. caldus UVS10. Contents of Ni, V, La, and Ce in extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) were significantly higher than those intracellular. Accumulation of metal in EPS and cytosol increased with the increase of SFCCC pulp density. V was less intercepted by EPS than Ni, La, and Ce, because of lower toxicity. Experimental results in bioreactor showed that Ni, V, La, and Ce could be effectively leached by A. caldus UVS10 under 10% pulp density. The aeration and stirring operating environment in bioreactor improved the leaching efficiency of metals in SFCCC. After bioleached in bioreactor, the available fraction content of four metals in SFCCC decreased significantly. Ecological risk analysis demonstrated the environmental risks of bioleached SFCCC were significantly lower than raw SFCCC. Different reaction kinetic models were used to represent metals leaching behavior under bioleaching of A. caldus UVS10, leaching of La and Ce showed good agreement with the product layer diffusion model, while Ni and V leaching kinetics fit well with the surface chemical reaction models.

METHODS A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Hebei General Hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects, including 50 patients with viral pneumonia (as the viral group, n = 50) and 50 patients with bacterial pneumonia (as the bacterial group, n = 50). At the same time, the clinical data of 50 healthy people in the hospital were selected as the healthy group (n = 50). All the subjects in the three groups were tested for PCT, CRP, and FIB. The difference of each index level among the three groups was compared. The diagnostic efficacy of each index for pneumonia was analyzed by drawing receiver operating characteristic curves, and the independent predictors of pneumonia were determined by logistic regression model. RESULTS There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, course of disease, body mass index (BMI), and other general data among the three groups (p > 0.05). Compared with the healthy group, the levels of serum PCT, CRP, and FIB in the viral group and the bacterial group were significantly increased, and the levels of serum PCT, CRP, and FIB in the bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the viral group, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The positive rates of FIB, CRP, and PCT in bacterial group and viral group were increased in turn, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05), and the positive rates of combined detection in the two groups were significantly higher than the positive rates of single index detection (p < 0.05). Taking etiological examination as the gold standard, the sensitivity (92.59%) and specificity (90.17%) of the three combined detection methods were significantly higher than those of PCT, CRP, and FIB alone. Kappa test showed that the results of the combined detection and etiological examination were in good agreement (Kappa value = 0.847, p < 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of combined prediction of the three was 0.964, which was higher than that of single detection of 0.859, 0.832, and 0.871. Logistic regression analysis showed that serum PCT, CRP, and FIB were independent predictors of bacterial pneumonia, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05). Pearson's correlation analysis showed that FIB level in the bacterial group was positively correlated with PCT and CRP. PCT was positively correlated with CRP. CONCLUSIONS Compared with viral pneumonia, the levels of serum PCT, CRP, and FIB in patients with bacterial pneumonia are higher. Biochemical indexes can be used as independent predictors for the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia, and have high diagnostic value. The combined detection of the three has the highest diagnostic efficiency, which is conducive to the clinical differential diagnosis of the early types of pneumonia infection.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationships between molecular types of the cancer genome atlas (TCGA) of patients with endometrial carcinoma (EC) and lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological features. Methods: The clinical pathological information of 295 patients with EC who underwent initial inpatient surgical treatment and accepted the detection of the molecular types of TCGA with next-generation sequencing technology at Peking University People's Hospital were collected during April 2016 and May 2022. The TCGA molecular typing of EC was divided into four types: POLE-ultramutated (15 cases), high microsatellite instability (MSI-H; 50 cases), copy-number low (CNL; 175 cases), and copy-number high (CNH; 55 cases). The differences of clinical pathological features among different molecular types and the risk factors of lymph node metastasis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among 295 patients with EC, the average age was (56.9±0.6) years. (1) There was a statistically significant difference in lymph node metastasis (0, 8.0%, 10.3% and 25.5%) among the four molecular types (χ2=12.524, P=0.006). There were significant differences in age, stage, pathological type, grade (only endometrioid carcinoma), myometrium invasion, lymphatic vascular space infiltration, and estrogen receptor among the EC patients of four molecular types (all P<0.05). Among them, while in the patients with CNH type, the pathological grade was G3, the pathological type was non-endometrioid carcinoma, and the proportion of myographic infiltration depth ≥1/2 were higher (all P<0.05). (2) Univariate analysis suggested that pathological type, grade, myometrium infiltration depth, cervical interstitial infiltration, lymphatic vascular space infiltration, and progesterone receptor were all factors which significantly influence lymph node metastasis (all P<0.01); multivariate analysis suggested that the lymphatic vascular space infiltration was an independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis (OR=5.884, 95%CI: 1.633-21.211; P=0.007). (3) The factors related to lymph node metastasis were different in patients with different molecular types. In the patients with MSI-H, the non-endometrioid carcinoma of pathological type was independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis (OR=29.010, 95%CI: 2.067-407.173; P=0.012). In the patients with CNL, myometrium infiltration depth≥1/2 (OR=4.995, 95%CI: 1.225-20.376; P=0.025), lymphatic vascular space infiltration (OR=14.577, 95%CI: 3.603-58.968; P<0.001) were the independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis. While in the CNH type patients pathological type of non-endometrioid carcinoma (OR=7.451, 95%CI: 1.127-49.281; P=0.037), cervical interstitial infiltration (OR=22.938, 95%CI: 1.207-436.012; P=0.037), lymphatic vascular space infiltration (OR=9.404, 95%CI: 1.609-54.969; P=0.013), were the independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: POLE-ultramutated EC patients have the lowest risk of lymph node metastasis, and CNH patients have the highest risk of lymph node metastasis. The risk factors of lymph node metastasis of different molecular types are different. According to preoperative pathological and imaging data, lymph node metastasis is more likely to occur in patients with non-endometrioid carcinoma in MSI-H and CNH type patients, and lymph node metastasis is more likely to occur in patients with myometrium infiltration depth ≥1/2 in CNL type patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To assess the effect and safety of probiotics for treating urticaria. METHODS Randomized controlled trial (RCT) papers on the probiotics treatment published before May 2019 were retrieved from various databases like PubMed, EMbase, MEDLINE (Ovid), SCI-Hub, Springer, ClinicalKey, VIP, and CNKI. The treatment plan that we include are oral administration of single probiotic, multiple probiotics, and the combination of probiotics and antihistamines. Meta-analysis of the data was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS A total of nine RCT papers were included: four papers for oral administration of single probiotic, three papers for oral administration of multiple probiotics, and two papers for oral administration of a probiotic combined with antihistamines. The results of meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of the probiotic group was significantly higher than the control group (placebo or antihistamines) (RR = 1.09, 95% CI: 1.03-1.16, p = 0.006). And compared with the placebo group, the therapeutic effect of single probiotic group was significantly improved (RR = 1.11, 95% CI: 1.01-1.21, p = 0.03). Regarding therapeutic effect, there was no statistically significant difference between the multiple probiotics group and placebo group (RR = 1.00, 95% CI: 0.94 ~ 1.07, p = 0.91); the therapeutic effect of single probiotic combined antihistamine group was significantly higher than the antihistamine group (RR = 1.13, 95% CI: 1.07-1.19, p < 0.0001). Regarding the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no significant difference between the probiotic group and the control group (p = 0.46). CONCLUSION The treatment plan of oral administration of probiotics has significant therapeutic effects on urticaria, but the therapeutic effects of the administration of multiple probiotics and the safety of probiotic therapy are still not yet obvious. Some large-scale, multi-centered RCT studies are needed in the future for clarification.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In recognizing the need for a reliable and valid instrument to assess psychological distress among children and adolescents, the present study translated the newly developed Depression Anxiety Stress Scale for Youth (DASS-Y) into Chinese, while also comparing its psychometric properties with those of the well-established DASS-21 within a primary and middle school demographic. METHODS Utilizing a combination of convenience sampling and purposive sampling, a cohort comprising 1,507 primary and 1,131 middle school students was recruited. Rasch analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used in the data analysis. RESULTS Significant differences were observed between the DASS-Y and the DASS-21, notably within the anxiety subscale. The proportions of individuals with clinical mood disorders identified by the two scales demonstrated a significant disparity. Both scales, following an adjustment of responses, exhibited satisfactory internal consistency and convergent validity, with the acceptance of a three-factor structure. Furthermore, the DASS-Y showed superior discriminant validity relative to the DASS-21, providing more compelling evidence regarding concurrent validity. CONCLUSION Overall, the Chinese version of the DASS-Y demonstrated superior robustness to the DASS-21 in terms of psychometric properties. The findings provide initial evidence for the psychometric properties of the DASS-Y from another culture.

Abstract
Alternation of generations in plant life cycle provides a biological basis for natural selection occurring in either the gametophyte or the sporophyte phase or in both. Divergent biphasic selection could yield distinct evolutionary rates for phase-specific or pleiotropic genes. Here, we analyze models that deal with antagonistic and synergistic selection between alternative generations in terms of the ratio of nonsynonymous to synonymous divergence (Ka/Ks). Effects of biphasic selection are opposite under antagonistic selection but cumulative under synergistic selection for pleiotropic genes. Under the additive and comparable strengths of biphasic allelic selection, the absolute Ka/Ks for the gametophyte gene is equal to in outcrossing but smaller than, in a mixed mating system, that for the sporophyte gene under antagonistic selection. The same pattern is predicted for Ka/Ks under synergistic selection. Selfing reduces efficacy of gametophytic selection. Other processes, including pollen and seed flow and genetic drift, reduce selection efficacy. The polymorphism (πa) at a nonsynonymous site is affected by the joint effects of selfing with gametophytic or sporophytic selection. Likewise, the ratio of nonsynonymous to synonymous polymorphism (πa/πs) is also affected by the same joint effects. Gene flow and genetic drift have opposite effects on πa or πa/πs in interacting with gametophytic and sporophytic selection. We discuss implications of this theory for detecting natural selection in terms of Ka/Ks and for interpreting the evolutionary divergence among gametophyte-specific, sporophyte-specific, and pleiotropic genes.

Abstract
The dice lattice, containing a stack of three triangular lattices, has been proposed to exhibit nontrivial flat bands with nonzero Chern numbers, but unlike the honeycomb lattice it is much less studied. By employing density-functional theory (DFT) calculations with an on-site Coulomb repulsion term, we explore systematically the electronic and topological properties of (LaXO3)3/(LaAlO3)3(111) superlattices with X = Ti, Mn and Co, where a LaAlO3 trilayer spacer confines the LaXO3 (LXO) dice lattice. In the absence of spin-orbit coupling (SOC) with symmetry constrained to P3, the ferromagnetic (FM) phase of the LXO(111) trilayers exhibits a half-metallic band structure with multiple Dirac crossings and coupled electron-hole pockets around the Fermi energy. Symmetry lowering induces a significant rearrangement of bands and triggers a metal-to-insulator transition. Inclusion of SOC leads to a substantial anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) around the Fermi energy reaching values up to [Formula: see text] for X = Mn and Co in P3 symmetry and both in- and out-of-plane magnetization directions in the first case and along [001] in the latter. The dice lattice emerges as a promising playground to realise nontrivial topological phases with high Chern numbers.

Abstract
Obesity is an important health problem in our society today, which can lead to the chronic low-grade inflammation state, to be an inducement for many chronic diseases such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. As a common oral chronic infectious disease, periodontitis is mainly characterized by gingival inflammation, periodontal pocket formation, alveolar bone resorption and tooth mobility. The ultimate goal of periodontitis treatment is to achieve periodontal tissue regeneration in the defect area. As a major risk factor for periodontitis, obesity can alter the periodontal inflammatory microenvironment in multiple ways, affecting the effects of periodontal tissue regeneration ultimately. Therefore, this paper will review the relationship between obesity and periodontal tissue regeneration, mechanism of obesity affecting periodontal tissue regeneration and the therapeutic strategies of periodontal tissue regeneration, providing new ideas for periodontal tissue regeneration treatment in obesity.

Abstract
High-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity results in bone loss associated with an imbalanced gut microbiota and altered immune status. Probiotics are live microorganisms that are beneficial to the host and are important in maintaining bone health and gut homeostasis. In this study, the probiotic Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens (T3L) was isolated from traditional yak milk cheese produced in Lhasa and showed distinct acid and bile salt resistance as potential probiotics. Our data indicated that T3L not only reversed HFD-induced gut dysbiosis, as indicated by decreased Firmicutes-to-Bacteroidetes ratios but also reduced bone loss. The anti-obesity, microbiome-modulating, and bone-protective effects were transmissible via horizontal faeces transfer from T3L-treated mice to HFD-fed mice. The protective effects of T3L on bone mass were associated with regulatory T (Treg) cell-mediated inhibition of osteoclast differentiation. Our data indicate that T3L is a regulator of the gut microbiota and bone homeostasis in an animal model.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical characteristics and prognosis of multiple myeloma(MM) patients with secondary primary malignancies. METHODS The clinical data of newly diagnosed MM patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2011 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients with secondary primary malignancies were retrieved, and their clinical features and prognosis were evaluated. RESULTS A total of 1 935 patients with newly diagnosed MM were admitted in this period, with a median age of 62 (18-94) years old, of which 1 049 cases were hospitalized twice or more. There were eleven cases with secondary primary malignancies (the incidence rate was 1.05%), including three cases of hematological malignancies (2 cases of acute myelomonocytic leukemia and 1 case of acute promyelocytic leukemia) and eight cases of solid tumors (2 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, and 1 case each of endometrial cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, primary liver cancer, bladder cancer, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and meningioma). The median age of onset was 57 years old. The median time between diagnosis of secondary primary malignancies and diagnosis of MM was 39.4 months. There were seven cases with primary or secondary plasma cell leukemia, the incidence rate was 0.67%, and the median age of onset was 52 years old. Compared with the randomized control group, the β2-microglobulin level in the secondary primary malignancies group was lower (P=0.028), and more patients were in stage I/II of ISS (P=0.029). Among the 11 patients with secondary primary malignancies, one survived, ten died, and the median survival time was 40 months. The median survival time of MM patients after the secondary primary malignancies was only seven months. All seven patients with primary or secondary plasma cell leukemia died, with a median survival time of 14 months. The median overall survival time of MM patients with secondary primary malignancies was longer than that of the patients with plasma cell leukemia (P=0.027). CONCLUSION The incidence rate of MM with secondary primary malignancies is 1.05%. MM patients with secondary primary malignancies have poor prognosis and short median survival time, but the median survival time is longer than that of patients with plasma cell leukemia.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Nearly half of bronchiectasis patients receiving bronchial artery embolization (BAE) still have recurrent hemoptysis, which may be life-threatening. Worse still, the underlying risk factors of recurrence remain unknown. METHODS A retrospective cohort was conducted of patients with idiopathic bronchiectasis who received BAE from 2015 to 2019 at eight centers. Patients were followed up for at least 24 months post BAE. Based on the outcomes of recurrent hemoptysis and recurrent severe hemoptysis, a Cox regression model was used to identify risk factors for recurrence. RESULTS A total of 588 individuals were included. The median follow-up period was 34.0 months (interquartile range: 24.3-53.3 months). The 1-month, 1-year, 2-year, and 5-year cumulative recurrent hemoptysis-free rates were 87.2%, 67.5%, 57.6%, and 49.4%, respectively. The following factors were relative to recurrent hemoptysis: 24-h sputum volume (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.99 [95% confidence interval [95% CI]: 1.25-3.15, p = 0.015]), isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (HR = 1.50 [95% CI: 1.13-2.00, p = 0.003]), extensive bronchiectasis (HR = 2.00 [95% CI: 1.29-3.09, p = 0.002]), and aberrant bronchial arteries (AbBAs) (HR = 1.45 [95% CI: 1.09-1.93, p = 0.014]). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the nomogram was 0.728 [95% CI: 0.688-0.769]. CONCLUSIONS Isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important independent predictor of recurrent hemoptysis. The clearance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa might effectively reduce the hemoptysis recurrence rate.

Abstract
Background Patient safety is an important aspect of healthcare delivery and is critical to healthcare quality. An assessment of the attitudes of nursing staff in infectious diseases wards towards patient safety may identify deficiencies and allow for the development of educational programmes to train nursing staff to participate in good patient safety practices. Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors on nurses' attitudes towards patient safety in infectious diseases wards. Methods This cross-sectional study enrolled 446 nurses from infectious diseases wards in eight hospitals in the Hebei Province to participate in an electronic questionnaire survey from October to December 2020. The Chinese version of the safety attitude questionnaire was used to gather the opinions of these participants, and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyse the data. Results The average score of safety attitudes towards patients was 3.59 ± 0.30. The scores for each dimension, from high to low, were as follows: management perception: 3.77 ± 0.42 points, pressure perception: 3.77 ± 0.42 points, safety atmosphere: 3.57 ± 0.43 points, job satisfaction: 3.57 ± 0.43 points, teamwork: 3.55 ± 0.50 points and working conditions: 3.50 ± 0.45 points. The results of the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the influential factors on nurses' attitudes towards patient safety in infectious diseases wards were as follows: night shift working (β = 11.885, P = 0.000), years of nursing experience (β = 2.862, P = 0.001), education level (β = 4.462, P = 0.001) and marital status (β = 3.871, P = 1.002), which together explained 33.5% of the total variance. Conclusion Nurses' attitudes towards patient safety in infectious diseases wards were moderately high. Night shift work, years of nursing experience, education level and marital status affected nurses' attitudes towards patient safety. Managers should focus on these groups of nurses and improve their working conditions and job satisfaction to further enhance patient safety.

Abstract
An 'AND'-based ratiometric fluorescence probe for the sequential detection of biothiols and hypochlorous acid was developed. FRET was observed only when RSHClO reacted with biothiols before reacting with hypochlorous acid, a phenomenon that has been confirmed in aqueous solutions and cells. This feature enables the probe to mimic biological processes and is particularly suitable for imaging oxidizing and reducing substances that cannot coexist.

Abstract
Objective: To establish the norms and clinical application standards of mass spectrometry method to measure vitamin D in capillary blood. Methods: Following the "Province-City-Hospital" sampling procedure, a cross-sectional sample of 1 655 healthy children under 7 years of age were recruited from 12 provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities in China from November 2020 to December 2021. Both venous and capillary blood samples from the same individual were collected, for which serum 25(OH)D levels were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method. Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to detect the correlation and determine a correction algorithm. The agreement was analyzed using Bland-Altman plot and Kappa statistic. The sensitivity and specificity were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve method. Results: Venous and capillary 25(OH)D levels of 1 655 healthy children under 7 years of age were 74.25 (59.50, 92.00) and 68.75 (54.44, 86.25) nmol/L, respectively, showed a significant difference(Z=22.14, P<0.001) as well as a highly significant correlation between venous and capillary 25(OH)D levels(r=0.95, P<0.001). Linear regression analysis was then performed to determine the correction algorithm: lg(corrected capillary 25(OH)D)=0.13+0.95×lg(capillary 25(OH)D)(R2=0.90,P<0.001). The deviation between venous and corrected capillary 25(OH)D levels was (0.50±17.50) nmol/L, a difference value that did not reach statistical significance (P>0.05). The cut-off values of capillary blood 25(OH)D values 30.00, 50.00, 75.00 nmol/L corresponding to venous blood 25(OH)D values were 26.59, 45.56, and 69.84 nmol/L, respectively. Good consistency was observed between venous and corrected capillary 25(OH)D levels in clinical diagnosis (Kappa value 0.68-0.81). Corrected capillary 25(OH)D showed a high clinically predictive value (area under curve 0.97-0.99,sensitivity 0.72-0.92,specificity 0.89-0.99). Conclusion: The standardized capillary HPLC-MS/MS method can be used to detect 25(OH)D levels in children clinically.

Abstract
To investigate the predictive value of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) on intensive care unit (ICU) mortality in patients with septic shock. Seventy-five patients with septic shock hospitalized in the emergency intensive care unit (EICU) of Hebei General Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were included, and the patients' baseline characteristics and laboratory findings were collected. NSE levels on the first and fourth days after admission were retrieved. NSE% [(NSEday1 - NSEday4)/NSEday1 × 100%] and δNSE (NSEday1 - NSEday4) were calculated. The outcome indicator was ICU mortality. The patients were divided into the survivors group (n = 57) and the nonsurvivors group (n = 18). Multivariate analysis was performed to assess the relationship between NSE and ICU mortality. The predictive value of NSE was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. There were no significant differences in age, gender, systolic blood pressure (SBP), heart rate (HR), acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II score (APACHE II score), source of infection, and comorbidities between the 2 groups (all P > .05). Interleukin-6 (IL-6), NSE (day1), and NSE (day4) were significantly higher in patients in the nonsurvivors group (all P < .05), and there were no statistical differences in other laboratory tests between the 2 groups (all P > .05). APACHE II score, IL-6, lactate (Lac), total bilirubin (TBil), NSE (day1), and NSE (day4) showed a weak positive correlation with ICU mortality in patients with septic shock (all P < .05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that APACHE II score (odds ratio [OR] = 1.166, 95% confidence interval [95% confidence interval [CI]] 1.005-1.352, P = .042), IL-6 (OR = 1.001, 95% CI 1.000-1.001, P = .003) and NSE (day4) (OR = 1.099, 95% CI 1.027-1.176, P = .006) were independently associated with the ICU mortality of sepsis shock patients. The area under the curve (AUCs) of APACHE II score, IL-6, NSE (day1), and NSE (day4) for predicting prognosis were 0.650, 0.694, 0.758 and 0.770, respectively (all P < .05). NSE(day4) displayed good sensitivity and specificity (Sn = 61.11%, Sp = 91.23%) for predicting ICU mortality with a cutoff value of 25.94 ug/L. High-level NSE (day4) is an independent predictor of ICU mortality in sepsis shock patients, which may become a good alternate option for evaluating sepsis severity. More extensive studies are needed in the future to demonstrate the prognosis value of NSE.

Abstract
Toona ciliata and Toona sinensis belong to the Toona genus of the Meliaceae family and are important timber species in China. T. ciliata is an endangered species at level II due to overcutting and a low rate of natural regeneration. T. sinensis was cultivated as an economic and nutritious tree for more than 2000 years. The two species differ in flower and leaf morphological traits, reproductive systems, and range size of natural distribution. To reveal the potential molecular basis of these divergences, we examined the similarities and differences in their whole genome sequences. Results indicate that T. ciliata had a higher number of expanded gene families than T. sinensis. The whole genome duplication (WGD) occurred before their speciation. The long-terminal repeats (LTRs) insertion was earlier in the T. ciliata genome (3.2985 ± 2.5007 Mya) than in the T. sinensis genome (3.1516 ± 2.2097 Mya). Twenty-five gene families in the T. ciliata genome were detected to be under positive selection compared with background branches of ten different land species. The T. ciliata genome was highly collinear with the T. sinensis genome, but had low collinearity with the genomes of more distant species. These genomic and evolutionary divergences are potentially associated with the differences between T. ciliata and T. sinensis in terms of their reproductive systems and ecological adaptation.

Abstract
To clarify the impacts of long-term alfalfa plantation on the soil nematode community, soil samples were collected from different alfalfa growing ages (2 a, 9 a, 18 a) in the semi-arid area of Loess Plateau in Central Gansu by Illumina Miseq sequencing technology. The main controlling factors affecting its community change were also explored. The results showed that soil nematode belongs to 2 classes, 7 orders, 16 families and 21 genera. Among them, Chromadorea was the dominant group (44.6%-81.4%), the relative abundance of which decreased with alfalfa growing ages. Paratylenchus, Helicotylenchus, Xiphinema, Pristionchus, Ditylenchus, Panagrolaimus, Longidorus, Aprutides, Isolaimium and Aglenchus were the special nematode species of alfalfa, among which Paratylenchus (54.1%), Helicotylenchus (23.9%) and Xiphinema (21.9%) were the dominant nematodes in 2 a, 9 a and 18 a alfalfa soil respectively. Plant-parasitic nematode was the dominant group in alfalfa soil (31.8%-67.1%), and its relative abundance decreased at first and then increased with alfalfa growing ages. Results of redundancy analysis showed that soil available phosphorus and total nitrogen were the dominant environmental factors affecting community structure of soil nematodes in the region.

Abstract
Epithelia exposed to elements of the environment are protected by a mucus barrier in mammals. This barrier also serves to lubricate during organ movements and to mediate substance exchanges between the environmental milieu and internal organs. A major component of the mucus barrier is a class of glycosylated proteins called Mucin. Mucin and mucin-related proteins are widely present in the animal kingdom. Mucin mis-regulation has been reported in many diseases such as cancers and ones involving the digestive and respiratory tracts. Although the biophysical properties of isolated Mucins have been extensively studied, in vivo models remain scarce for the study of their functions and regulations. Here, we characterize the Mucin-like JiangShi protein and its mutations in the fruit fly Drosophila. JiangShi is an extracellular glycoprotein with domain features reminiscent of mammalian nonmembranous Mucins, and one of the most widely distributed Mucin-like proteins studied in Drosophila. Both loss and over-production of JiangShi lead to terminal defects in adult structures and organismal death. Although the physiological function of JiangShi remains poorly defined, we present a genetically tractable model system for the in vivo studies of Mucin-like molecules.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The therapeutic effects of a combination of Chinese medicines called Biyu decoction have been clinically verified, although its molecular targets in psoriasis remain unknown.
AIM To explore the molecular mechanisms of Biyu decoction for psoriasis treatment.
METHODS In this network pharmacology and molecular docking study, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database was searched for Biyu decoction active ingredients. GeneCards, Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man, PharmGkb, Therapeutic Target Database, and DrugBank databases were searched for psoriasis-related genes. The genes targeted by the decoction’s active ingredient and disease genes were intersected to obtain predictive targets of the drug during psoriasis treatment. Cytoscape 3.8.0 was used to construct a drug component/ target disease network. The The functional protein association networks database and Cytoscape were used to construct a protein-protein interaction network and streamline the core network. The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes were used for pathway enrichment analysis. Molecular docking technology was used to verify the drug component/target disease network.
RESULTS We screened 117 major active ingredients, including quercetin, kaempferol, naringenin, and acetyl-shikonin, and identified 213 gene targets, such as MAPK3, JUN, FOS, MYC, MAPK8, STAT3, and NFKBIA. Using a molecular docking analysis, the main active ingredients demonstrated good binding to the core targets. The Gene Ontology analysis showed that these ingredients were significantly associated with biological activities, such as transcription factor DNA binding, RNA polymerase II-specific DNA binding of transcription factors, and cytokine receptor binding; responses to lipopolysaccharides, molecules of bacterial origin, and oxidative stress; and were mainly distributed in membrane rafts, microdomains, and regions. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that decoction ingredients act on Th17 cell differentiation, tumor necrosis factor and mitogen-activated protein signaling pathways, the interleukin-17 signaling pathway, and the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
CONCLUSION Biyu decoction may be effective against psoriasis through multi-component, multi-target, and multi-channel synergy.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, immunophenotype, molecular characteristics, differential diagnosis, clinical treatment and prognosis of mixed carcinoma of cervix with adenoid cystic pattern. Methods: Three cases of mixed cervical carcinoma with adenoid cystic pattern were collected at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou University Medical School from 2018 to 2021.The clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) were performed. The related literature was reviewed. Results: The three patients were postmenopausal women with a median age of 74.7 years. The clinical symptom was vaginal bleeding without obvious causes. One case was an endophytic tumor, and the others were exophytic. The median diameter of the three cases was 3.3 cm. Two patients underwent hysterectomy, the tumors infiltrated the external 1/3 and middle 1/3 of the cervix respectively. All the lymph nodes were negative. One patient had a previous biopsy. Microscopically, all three tumors were characterized by a cribriform structure, which were filled with basophilic myxoid substance and surrounded by tubules lined by two layers of cells. The tumor cells had scanty cytoplasm and showed the characteristics of cervical basal-like cells. All three cases were accompanied by high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and squamous cell carcinoma, and one also showed a non-specific spindle cell sarcomatoid component. Within the double-layered epithelial structure, the outer epithelium was positive for p63, CD117, p16INK4a (clone E6H4) and MYB protein and negative for S-100 by IHC. The combined positive score of PD-L1 (clone 22C3) was less than 1 in all three cases. Human papillomavirus (HPV) types 16 and 18 were detected in one patient preoperatively, while high-risk HPV were positive in the other two patients by RNAscope ISH postoperatively. None of the three cases showed MYB gene rearrangement by FISH. The mean follow-up time was 23.3 months (36, 28 and 6 months, respectively). Two patients underwent hysterectomy and radiotherapy survived without disease. One patient survived with tumor just by radiotherapy and drug therapy. Conclusions: Mixed cervical carcinoma with adenoid cystic pattern is extremely rare. It is a high-grade malignancy with poor prognosis. The tumor is associated with high-risk HPV infection, without MYB gene rearrangement, and with low PD-L1 immunoreactivity. Radical surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment at present.

Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of salivary microbiota in patients with periodontitis on the tryptophan-aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) signaling axis in mice with periodontitis and to provide theoretical basis as well as new ideas for the influences of periodontitis on systemic metabolism. Methods: Salivary microbiota of 12 healthy individuals and 14 patients with periodontitis were collected in Nanjing Stomatological Hospital, Medical School of Nanjing University from June to December of 2020. According to the random number table method, twenty-four mice were randomly divided into three groups: Sham group (control group), P group (periodontitis patients' salivary microbiota group) and H group (periodontal healthy individuals' salivary microbiota group). The maxillary second molars of all mice were treated with silk thread ligation to induce periodontitis. Phosphate buffer as well as salivary microbiota of periodontal healthy individuals and periodontitis patients were gavaged into periodontitis mice for 2 weeks. The expression of inflammatory factors in mice serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and the expression of tryptophan and indole metabolites in intestinal tract and serum were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The expression of AhR in intestinal tract of mice was detected by immunohistochemistry and quantitative real time-PCR while gut microbiota constitution was detected by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The remaining saliva samples of periodontitis patients and periodontal healthy individuals were applied to detect the expression of tryptophan and indole metabolites themselves. Results: The salivary microbiota of periodontitis patients could induce the expression of interleukin-1β [P group: (162.38±39.46) pg/ml, H group: (82.83±20.01) pg/ml; t=4.40, P=0.001) and tumor necrosis factor-α [P group: (361.16±123.90) pg/ml, H group: (191.66±106.87) pg/ml; t=2.54, P=0.030) in serum of periodontitis mice, and reduce the expression of AhR in colon (P group: 1.18±0.05, H group:1.83±0.47; t=3.09, P=0.015) and ileum (P group: 0.80±0.13, H group: 1.18±0.11; t=4.93, P=0.001). After gavage of salivary microbiota of periodontitis patients to the mice, tryptophan (P group: (18.1±3.8)×107, H group: (26.6±6.6)×107; t=2.49, P=0.037] and indole lactic acid [P group: (1.9±0.7)×107, H group: (3.7±0.6)×107; t=4.49, P=0.002) in serum of periodontitis mice were significantly decreased, but was relatively disorder in intestinal tract. However, the expressions of tryptophan and indole metabolites in saliva of periodontitis patients were higher than those of periodontal healthy individuals. There were significant differences in indole propionic acid [P group: (1 239.39±818.72) nmol/L, H group: (56.96±38.33) nmol/L; t=2.83, P=0.022]. What we find noteworthy was that the expressions of indolelactic acid metabolism in saliva, serum and intestinal were consistent, and salivary microbiota of periodontitis patients could reduce the relative abundance of indolelactic acid-producing bacteria in the gut, suggesting that the salivary microbiota of periodontitis patients might affect the expression of AhR through gut microbiota disorder and indolelactic acid downregulation. Conclusions: Salivary microbiota in patients with periodontitis may affect the systemic inflammatory state through down-regulating the expression of tryptophan-AhR signal axis.

Abstract
Prediabetes mellitus (Pre-DM) is an intermediate state of hyperglycemia between normal blood glucose homeostasis and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). More than half of adults in China suffer from Pre-DM. Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease mainly caused by microorganisms in dental plaque. It shares common risk factors and interacts with non-communicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus. Pre-DM may increase the risk of periodontitis, and the latter may also influence the development and progress of diabetes. Oxidative stress, systemic inflammation and intestinal flora are the main mechanisms by which Pre-DM and periodontitis interconnect with each other. This article mainly reviews the relationship between Pre-DM and periodontitis and potential related mechanisms, providing a new basis for the prevention and treatment of both.

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that soil soluble phosphorus content in most cultivated land in China is insufficient and the plant growth is inhibited, a phosphate solubilizing microorganism (PB) was screened and identified, and its phosphate solubilizing performance was optimized. The results showed that the PB strain was belonged to Burkholderia stabilis. It had the ability of nitrogen fixation and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) secretion, as well as a certain inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli. It could maintain high activity and phosphorus solubilizing ability at pH 8.0-10.0, indicating good alkali resistance. The results of phosphorus dissolving performance optimization showed that the phosphate solubilizing capacity of strain PB reached the best at 30℃, pH 7.0, 180 r·min-1, using glucose as carbon source, ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source, tricalcium phosphate as phosphorus source and adding 50 μmol·L-1 lysine. The amount of dissolved phosphorus was 569.33 mg·L-1, which was 1.9 times of that before optimization. The strain mainly secreted citric acid, malonic acid, and glucuronic acid during metabolism. After adding lysine, the type of organic acids secreted by the strain did not change, but the content increased significantly. Results from pot experiments showed that the application of PB bacterial fertilizer could significantly improve the growth and physiological indicators of garlic seedlings, and that the promotion effect was more obvious after adding lysine. Compared with the control, the height of seedling was increased by 18.6%, seedling diameter was increased by 16.7%, aboveground fresh and dry weight were increased by 22.1% and 15.7%, and belowground fresh and dry weight were increased by 22.0% and 28.7%, respectively in PB with lysine treatment. Soil available phosphorus content was 2.1 and 2.3 times of the control in PB and PB+lysine treatments, indicating that PB could improve soil available phosphate content. Adding lysine could strengthen such function.

Abstract
Objective: To explore current vitamin D status and influential factors of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency among children under 7 years of age in 11 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities of China. Methods: According to the "province-city-hospital" sampling technical route, a total of 1 531 healthy children under 7 years of age were sampled from 11 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities in China by the cluster random sampling method from November 2020 to November 2021. The demographic information, family conditions, behavior and living habits and feeding behaviors were collected using unified questionnaire. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D) levels were measured by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Serum 25(OH)D<30 nmol/L was considered deficient and 30-50 nmol/L was considered insufficient. With 25(OH)D≤50 nmol/L as the dependent variable, multivariate Logistic regression was applied to analyze the association between vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency and potential influential factors. Results: The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency among children under 7 years of age in 11 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities of China was 14.0% (215/1 531), 3.8% (25/664) and 21.9% (190/867) in 0-<3 and 3-<7 of age years, respectively. Compared to children aged 0-<3 years, children aged 3-<7 years had a 2.6-fold increased risk of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency (OR=3.60, 95%CI 1.93-6.72, P<0.001). Frequent sunlight exposure (OR=0.46, 95%CI 0.29-0.73, P=0.001), vitamin D supplementation (sometimes, OR=0.33, 95%CI 0.21-0.51, P<0.001; daily, OR=0.20, 95%CI 0.11-0.36, P<0.001) and infant formula intake(4-7 times per weeks, OR=0.43, 95%CI 0.28-0.68, P<0.001) were protective factors for vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency. Conclusion: Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are common among children under 7 years of age in 11 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities of China, which is affected by age, sunlight exposure, vitamin D supplementation and infant formula intake.

Abstract
Background
Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) are rare but cause various manifestations. Although the diameter of feeding arteries has been linked to treatment decisions, relationships among the characteristics of PAVMs, clinical symptoms, and treatment effect remain unclear. The present study was performed to investigate how collective characteristics of PAVMs relate to clinical symptoms and to provide proper treatment recommendations for patients with PAVMs.
Methods
We retrospectively analysed 838,447 patients’ radiographic data and medical records from January 2018 to December 2020. Patients were included if a PAVM was radiographically detected for the first time in our hospital. Ordered multivariable logistic regression and hierarchical multiple regression were performed to analyse the relationships between characteristics of PAVMs and various clinical symptoms. We investigated the management of PAVMs in four tertiary university hospitals.
Results
Detection rate of PAVMs was 0.025% (207/838,447), and 37.6% of patients (78/207) also had hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia. Eight patients were diagnosed with bilateral diffuse PAVMs. Two hundred thirty-six lesions were detected in 199 patients, and the mean diameter of the feeding artery was 4.13 ± 1.92 mm. Most PAVMs were the simple type and located in the peripheral pulmonary area. In total, 34.3% of patients (71/207) were symptom-free; remaining patients showed various manifestations, and respiratory symptoms were most common (dyspnoea on exertion, 47.8%). The diameter of the feeding artery and the type and the number of PAVMs were correlated with hypoxaemia (P < 0.001, P < 0.001, and P = 0.037, respectively). The collective characteristics of PAVMs were not related to the severity of central nervous system symptoms (largest diameter of feeding artery, P = 0.8; largest diameter of sac, P = 0.42; number of PAVMs, P = 0.35; type of PAVMs, P = 0.99). Various symptoms were greatly relieved after treatment. The hospital investigation showed that management of PAVMs was not generally appreciated in clinical practice.
Conclusions
Our study revealed a low detection rate of PAVMs and a low degree of association with hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia in the general population. Considering the connection between collective characteristics of PAVMs and various clinical symptoms, clinicians should consider the type and number of PAVMs, the largest diameter of the feeding artery, and clinical symptoms when managing patients with PAVMs.

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effects of luteolin on colorectal cancer (CRC) and explore its underlying mechanism. HCT-116 and HT-29 cells were treated with luteolin, cisplatin, or selumetinib. The cell survival, cell proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle distribution, and DNA damage were detected using Cell Counting Kit-8, colony formation, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence staining analysis, respectively. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related, cycle-related, DNA-damage-related, and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway-related proteins. Luteolin showed inhibitory effects on cellular growth by reducing cell survival and proliferation, inducing apoptosis and DNA damage, and arresting the cell cycle in a concentration-dependent manner in HCT-116 and HT-29 cells. Meanwhile, luteolin increased the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins, p-CHK1 (central to the induction of cell cycle arrest), and DNA excision repair protein and decreased anti-apoptotic proteins, G2-M phase-related proteins, and DNA repair proteins. The combination of cisplatin and luteolin significantly decreased cell survival and increased the apoptosis rate of HCT-116 and HT-29 cells compared with cisplatin alone. Bioinformatic analysis using the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database and STITCH and MalaCards databases showed that the MAPK pathway is involved in the pharmacology of luteolin. Furthermore, western blotting demonstrated that luteolin plays an inhibitory role by suppressing the MAPK signaling pathway in CRC, which is enhanced when combined with selumetinib. Luteolin can also prevent tumourigenesis in CRC in vivo. In conclusion, luteolin suppressed cell proliferation, blocked the cell cycle, and induced DNA damage and apoptosis progression in CRC cells by mediating the MAPK pathway

Abstract
In order to understand the effects of lucerne cropping rotation on the bacterial community of loess soil, a long-term field experiment was conducted in rain-fed agricultural area of Loess Plateau. The cropping systems included continuous lucerne (Medicago sativa, LC), lucerne removed and rotated with spring wheat (Triticum aestivum, LFW), lucerne removed and rotated with corn (Zea mays, LFC), lucerne removed and rotated with potato (Solanum tuberosum, LP), and lucerne removed and rotated with continuous millet (Panicum miliaceum, LM). Based on 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology, we investigated soil bacterial community structure and diversity in different cropping systems, and predicted ecological function using PICRUSt method. The results showed that the dominant phyla of loess soil bacteria were Actinomycetes (20.3%-32.0%), Proteobacteria (19.2%-23.0%), Acidobacteria (12.4%-14.2%) and Chloroflexus (11.0%-12.7%). The dominant genus was Bacillus (1.9%) in lucerne-corn system and Pseudarthrobacter (2.5%) in other treatments. Rotation with annual crops decreased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and increased that of Chloroflexi and Firmicutes. Redundancy analysis showed that the main soil factors driving soil bacterial community structure were nitrate, ammonium, and total nitrogen. PICRUSt function prediction results showed that metabolism (78.6%-79.1%) was the main function of soil bacterial communities in loess soil. Rotation with continued annual crops significantly decreased the abundance of soil bacterial carbohydrate metabolism functional genes, and significantly increased the abundance of functional genes for soil bacterial cofactors and vitamin metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases, and immune system. In conclusion, lucerne removed and rotated with continuous annual crops changed soil bacterial community structure and ecological functions. This study provided theoretical reference to explore succession characteristics of soil bacteria and to select succeeding crops for alfalfa in loess soil.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed at the oral health problems of elderly patients with diabetes. A training course of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was constructed, helping patients improve their oral health quality of life. METHODS A randomized controlled prospective experimental study was conducted. A total of 190 elderly patients were divided randomly into an observation group and a control group with 95 cases in each. The control group received regular health education, while the observation group was based on the control group to implement the integrated experiential learning of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in small groups. The oral health knowledge, attitude, behavior, and blood glucose control status along with the oral health quality of life of the two groups were compared before the intervention and at 3-month postintervention. RESULTS Three months after the intervention, the fasting blood glucose control and the 2-h postprandial blood glucose/glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The oral health quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). CONCLUSION The small-group experiential learning model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can promote the transformation of knowledge-beliefs-behaviors in elderly patients with diabetes, which is conducive to controlling blood sugar levels and improving the quality of oral health.

Abstract
BACKGROUND As a serious global problem, knee osteoarthritis (KOA) often leads to pain and disability. Manual therapy is widely used as a kind of physical treatment for KOA. AIM To explore further the efficacy of Maitland and Mulligan mobilization methods for adults with KOA. METHODS We searched PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science and Google Scholar from inception to September 20, 2020 to collect studies comparing Maitland and Mulligan mobilization methods in adults with KOA. The quality of the studies was assessed using the Physiotherapy Evidence Database Scale for randomized controlled trials. Data analyses were performed using Review Manager 5.0 software. RESULTS A total of 341 articles were screened from five electronic databases (PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science and Google Scholar) after excluding duplicates. Ultimately, eight trials involving 471 subjects were included in present systematic review and meta-analysis. The mean PEDro scale score was 6.6. Mulligan mobilization was more effective in alleviating pain [standardized mean difference (SMD) = 0.60; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.17 to 1.03, P = 0.007; I 2 = 60%, P = 0.020) and improving Western Ontario and McMaster Universities function score (SMD = 7.41; 95%CI: 2.36 to 12.47, P = 0.004; I 2 = 92%, P = 0.000). There was no difference in the effect of the two kinds of mobilization on improving the range of motion (SMD = 9.63; 95%CI: -1.23 to 20.48, P = 0.080; I 2 = 97%, P = 0.000). CONCLUSION Mulligan mobilization technique is a promising intervention in alleviating pain and improving function score in KOA patients.

Abstract
Objectives The purpose of this study was to establish a nomogram for predicting cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Materials and Methods A total of 418 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma undergoing total thyroidectomy with cervical lymph node dissection were enrolled in the retrospective study from January 2016 to September 2019. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed to screen the clinicopathologic, laboratory and ultrasound (US) parameters influencing cervical lymph nodes metastasis and develop the predicting model. Results CLNM was proved in 34.4% (144/418) of patients. In the multivariate regression analysis, Male, Age < 45 years, Tumor size > 20mm, multifocality, ambiguous boundary, extracapsular invasion and US-suggested lymph nodes metastasis were independent risk factors of CLNM (p < 0.05). Prediction nomogram showed an excellent discriminative ability, with a C-index of 0.940 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.888-0.991), and a good calibration. Conclusion The established nomogram showed a good prediction of CLNM in patients with PTC. It is conveniently used and should be considered in the determination of surgical procedures.

Abstract
It is known that intracellular pathogens interact and react with the cellular immune system through exosomes produced by macrophages. This study aimed to determine whether co-culture of macrophages and Talaromyces marneffei induces exosomes and leads to immune responses. T. marneffei was incubated to collect conidia, co-cultured with human macrophages, which then induced exosomes. In cellular experiments, after extraction and purification, the exosomes were then observed by electron microscopy and detected by flow cytometry and mass spectrometry. In animal experiments, flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to examine whether exosomes were antigenpresenting. The results showed that purified exosomes produced a pro-inflammatory response and stimulated production of TNF-α in non-fungal-treated macrophages. Protein mass spectrometry analysis of exosomes also indicated their potential ability to activate the internal immune response system and the pro-inflammatory response. Translation and ribosomes were the most abundant GO terms in proteins, and the most relevant KEGG pathway was the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. Furthermore, in vivo experiments revealed that exosomes induced activation of lymphocytes and increased expression of TNF-α and IL-12 in the lung, mediastinum, and spleen area. In conclusion, exosomes can be released by co-culture of T. marneffei and macrophages, having antigen-presenting functions, promoting macrophage inflammation, and initiating adaptive immune responses. These processes are inextricably linked to the translation of secondary metabolites, ribosomes and biosynthesis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of the exosomes from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transfected with silence plasmid of Piezol small interference RNA (siRNA)on osteoarthritis (OA) animal model. METHODS Twenty male SD rats with specific pathogen free (SPF) were selected, ranging in age from 5.46 to 6.96 months, with a mean of (6.21± 0.75) months;and ranging in weight from 385.76 g to 428.66 g, with a mean of (407.21±21.45) g. BMSCs were extracted. The siRNA silencing plasmid of piezo1 was constructed by siRNA technology. After lentivirus was transfected into BMSCs, the exosomes were extracted. At the cellular level, BMSCs were divided into blank plasmid group and siRNA silencing plasmid group according to whether siRNA-Piezo1 was transfected or not. The osteogenic induction ability of siRNA-Piezo1 on BMSCs was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. At the animal model level, the OA model was established by surgical resection of cruciate ligament of knee joint.According to different treatment schemes, SD rats were divided into 4 groups:blank control group, model group, BMSCs group and exosome group. SD rats in the blank control group were not treated. In the model group, the cruciate ligaments of rats were excised and OA animal model was established. In BMSCs group, BMSCs were injected into knee joint under CT guidance after OA model establishment, and the cell volume was 5×105/ml, loading amount of 2 ml, twice a week for 4 weeks. In the exosome group, 100 μg exosomes from siRNA BMSCs were added twice a week for 4 weeks after OA model establishment. The cartilage of the animal model was detected by hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining and safranin solid green staining, and quantified by the modified Minkin score and the score of the international society for osteoarthritis research (OARSI). Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the relative mRNA expression level of aggrecan type II collagen in cartilage. RESULTS The lentivirus transfection efficiency was(92.11±4.22)%. RT-PCR showed that the relative expression of Piezo1 mRNA in blank plasmid group was 1.07±0.06, which was significantly different from that of 0.31±0.01 in siRNA silencing plasmid group (t=2.907, P<0.05). The results of HE staining and safranine solid green staining showed that there was cartilage structure and smooth cartilage surface in the knee joint of SD rats in the blank control group. The knee joint structure in the model group had been completely destroyed, the knee joint cartilage structure in the BMSCs group was not clear, and there were subchondral bone components in the OA rats in the exosomes group. There was significant difference between the modified Minkin score of HE staining and the OARSI score of safranin solid green staining (F=15.903, 19.005;P<0.05). Among them, the repair effect of exosome group was significantly better than that of BMSCs group and model group (P<0.05). RT-PCR results showed that the relative expression of aggrecan mRNA in BMSCs group was significantly higher than that in model group (P< 0.05), and the relative expression of aggrecan mRNA in exosome group was higher than that in BMSCs group and model group (P<0.05). The relative expression of CollagenⅡmRNA in BMSCs group was higher than that in model group (P<0.05), and the relative expression of CollagenⅡmRNA in exosomes group was higher than that in BMSCs group and model group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Piezo1 siRNA silencing vector can promote the differentiation of BMSCs into chondrocytes and effectively inhibit the progression of OA, so as to delay the disease of OA.

Abstract
Objective: To prepare the modified hyaluronic acid viscous hydrogel loaded with sliver particles and to explore the roles and mechanism of the hydrogel in healing of full-thickness skin defect wounds with bacterial colonization in mice. Methods: The experimental research method was adopted. Dopamine modified hyaluronic acid (HA-DA) and phenylboric acid modified hyaluronic acid (HA-PBA) were prepared, and their characteristic peaks were detected by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Different mass of acrylamides was added to HA-DA and HA-PBA to prepare the viscous hydrogel with mass fraction of acrylamide in 10%, 15%, and 20%. The gelation of the viscous hydrogel with mass fraction of acrylamide in 20% was observed in the state of tilt and inversion at 37 ℃, and the storage modulus and loss modulus of the above 3 kinds of viscous hydrogels were detected by rotational rheometer. The sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel was prepared by adding nano silver ions to the viscous hydrogel with mass fraction of acrylamide in 20%. The concentration of silver ions released by sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, and the cumulative release rate of silver ion was calculated (n=5). The mouse fibroblasts L929 were divided into phosphate buffered saline (PBS) group, viscous hydrogel group, and sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group, which were dealt correspondingly, and the cell survival was detected by cell counting kit 8 method after 1, 2, and 3 d of culture (n=5). Twenty-four male C57BL/6 mice aged 6-8 weeks were selected, and forty-eight full-thickness skin defect wounds were inflicted and inoculated with the mixture of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the back of the mice, with two wounds in each mouse. The wounds were divided into normal saline group, viscous hydrogel group, and sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group, which were dealt correspondingly, with 16 wounds in each group, and two wounds in each mouse were divided into different groups. On post injury day (PID) 3, 7, 10, and 14, the wound healing was observed and the wound healing rate was calculated. On PID 3, the colony forming units of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in wounds were observed and counted. On PID 14, the epithelized epidermal thickness and the optical density of collagen fiber in wounds were observed and analyzed after hematoxylin eosin staining and Masson staining, respectively. On PID 3, 7, and 10, the expressions of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The number of wounds in each index detecting at each time point was four. Data were statistically analyzed with analysis of variance for factorial design, one-way analysis of variance, and Bonferroni correction. Results: The characteristic peaks of HA-PBA were detected at the wave numbers of 1 369 and 1 425 cm-1, indicating that phenylboric acid had been successfully grafted on hyaluronic acid, and the characteristic peaks of HA-DA were detected at the wave numbers of 1 516 and 1 431 cm-1, indicating that dopamine had been successfully grafted on hyaluronic acid. The viscous hydrogel with mass fraction of acrylamide in 20% maintained the stable and no-flow condition of gelation in the state of tilt and inversion at 37 ℃. The storage modulus and loss modulus of the viscous hydrogel increased with the increase of acrylamide content, the storage modulus and loss modulus of the 3 kinds of viscous hydrogels had no obvious changes with the increase of the oscillation frequency or time, and the storage modulus of the 3 kinds of acrylamide hydrogels were greater than the loss modulus. The release of silver ion in the sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel lasted for 7 days, and the cumulative release rate of silver ion was up to 65%. After 1, 2, and 3 d of culture, the cell survival rates in sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were significantly lower than those in PBS group and viscous hydrogel group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while after 1 d of culture, the cell survival rate in viscous hydrogel group was significantly lower than that in PBS group (P<0.01). With extension of time after injury, the wounds of mice in the 3 groups shrank gradually. On PID 3, 7, 10, and 14, the wound healing rates in sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were (53.0±3.6)%, (75.3±6.9)%, (93.3±1.2)%, and (96.7±0.8)%, which were significantly higher than (21.8±6.4)%, (53.9±8.2)%, (72.0±7.8)%, and (92.5±0.4)% in normal saline group (P<0.01). On PID 3 and 14, the wound healing rates in sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were significantly higher than (43.5±2.4)% and (94.1±1.5)% in viscous hydrogel group (P<0.05). On PID 3 and 10, the wound healing rates in viscous hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in normal saline group (P<0.01). On PID 3, the colony forming units of two bacteria in wound of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were significantly less than those in normal saline group and viscous hydrogel group (P<0.01), while the colony forming units of two bacteria in wound of viscous hydrogel group were significantly less than those in normal saline group (P<0.05). On PID 14, the wounds were basically epithelialized and the epidermis was thicker, with collagen protein content being increased significantly and more orderly arranged collagen in sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group compared with those in the other 2 groups. On PID 14, the epidermal thickness in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group was significantly increased compared with that in the other two groups (P<0.05), and the optical density of collagen fiber was significantly increased compared with those in normal saline group (P<0.05). On PID 3, the expressions of TGF-β1 and VEGF in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in normal saline group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the expression of VEGF in wounds of viscous hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in normal saline group (P<0.01). On PID 7, the expression of TGF-β1 in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in the other 2 groups (P<0.01), and the expression of VEGF was significantly higher than that in normal saline group (P<0.01). On PID 10, the expression of TNF-α in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group was significantly lower than that in normal saline group (P<0.05), the expressions of TGF-β1 and VEGF in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group were significantly higher than those in normal saline group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the expression of VEGF in wounds of sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel group was significantly higher than that in viscous hydrogel group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel prepared in this study has good stability and elasticity, which can continuously release silver ions and help to accelerate the healing of full-thickness defect wounds with bacterial colonization in mice. Besides, the sliver-loaded viscous hydrogel has low biological toxicity and can promote re-epithelialization, collagen deposition as well as angiogenesis of wounds, which may be related to the infiltration and regression of inflammatory cells.

Abstract
Neolamarckia cadamba is an important tropical and subtropical tree for timber industry in southern China and is also a medicinal plant because of the secondary product cadambine. N. cadamba belongs to Rubiaceae family and its taxonomic relationships with other species are not fully evaluated based on genome sequences. Here, we report the complete sequences of mitochondrial genome of N. cadamba, which is 414,980 bp in length and successfully assembled in two genome circles (109,836 bp and 305,144 bp). The mtDNA harbors 83 genes in total, including 40 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 31 transfer RNA genes, 6 ribosomal RNA genes, and 6 other genes. The base composition of the whole genome is estimated as 27.26% for base A, 22.63% for C, 22.53% for G, and 27.56% for T, with the A + T content of 54.82% (54.45% in the small circle and 54.79% in the large circle). Repetitive sequences account for ~ 0.14% of the whole genome. A maximum likelihood (ML) tree based on DNA sequences of 24 PCGs supports that N. cadamba belongs to order Gentianales. A ML tree based on rps3 gene of 60 species in family Rubiaceae shows that N. cadamba is more related to Cephalanthus accidentalis and Hymenodictyon parvifolium and belongs to the Cinchonoideae subfamily. The result indicates that N. cadamba is genetically distant from the species and genera of Rubiaceae in systematic position. As the first sequence of mitochondrial genome of N. cadamba, it will provide a useful resource to investigate genetic variation and develop molecular markers for genetic breeding in the future.

Abstract
Abstract
Objective
Coronary intravascular imaging allows visualization and characterization of vessel wall. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) using intravascular ultrasound or optical coherence tomography has optimized stent deployment techniques, reduced periprocedural outcomes and reduced long-term major cardiovascular events. We sought to investigate the outcomes of imaging guided to conventional angiography guided PCI with reference to in-hospital mortality, hospital length of stay (LOS) and total hospital charge.
Methods
We performed a retrospective cohort study using data from the 2016–2017 Nationwide Inpatient Sample (NIS) which is the largest collection of inpatient hospitalization data in the United States. Patients admitted with a principal diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who underwent PCI with and without intravascular imaging was determined using the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth revision codes. The primary outcome was inpatient mortality while secondary outcomes are showed in table 1. STATA software was used for the analysis. Multivariate logistic and linear regression models were used to adjust for confounders.
Results
There were over 71 million hospital discharges in the combined 2016 and 2017 NIS database. Admission for ACS in adult patients (aged ≥18 years) who underwent PCI yielded 622,855 results. Among this group, 27, 520 (4.4%) had imaging guided PCI while 595,335 (95.6%) had PCI without imaging.
Patients with imaging guided PCI had lower inpatient mortality (3.2% vs 2.3%, AOR: 0.74, 95% CI 0.60–0.90, p=0.004) compared to PCI with angiographic data alone. Imaging guided PCI had an adjusted increased mean LOS of 0.16 days (3.8 vs 3.7 days, CI: 006–0.26, p=0.002) with an adjusted increased mean total hospital charge of $13, 206 ($120,203 vs $104,916, p= <0.0001).
Conclusion
Patients hospitalized for ACS who had imaging guided PCI had reduced inpatient hospital mortality compared to those who had PCI without imaging guidance. Overall utilization of imaging was less than 5% in 2016–2017, however it is expected to be higher in recent years with improvements in clinical practice, training and available scientific evidence.

Abstract
Terahertz (THz) magneto-optical (MO) properties of monolayer (ML) tungsten disulfide (WS2), placed on different substrates and subjected to external magnetic fields, are studied using THz time-domain spectroscopy (TDS). We find that the THz MO conductivity exhibits a nearly linear response in a weak magnetic field, while a distinctly nonlinear/oscillating behavior is found in strong magnetic fields owing to strong substrate-induced random impurity scattering and interactions. The THz MO response of ML WS2 depends sensitively on the choice of the substrates, which we trace back to electronic localization and the impact of the substrates on the Landau level (LL) spectrum. Our results provide an in-depth understanding of the THz MO properties of ML WS2/substrate systems, especially the effect of substrates, which can be utilized to realize atomically thin THz MO nano-devices.

Abstract
The 17 spent fluid catalytic cracking refinery catalysts (SFCCCs) from different petroleum refineries were collected and the leachates of SFCCCs were prepared. The ecotoxicity of SFCCC leachates to Raphidocelis subcapitata was assayed. The results showed that the toxicity of the 17 SFCCCs differ greatly. Ji SFCCC was the most toxic to R. subcapitata with a 96 h EC50 value of 1.38%, while Ha SFCCC was the least toxic, with the EC50 value was >100%. The relationships between the toxicity of SFCCCs and the metal concentrations in leachates were analyzed. The concentration of Ni (p = 0.001), La (p = 0.001), Mn (p = 0.014), Ce (p = 0.017), Co (p = 0.018), and Ca (p = 0.031) in leachates showed significant correlation with EC50 values. The predictive model for the ecotoxicity of SFCCCs were established with the concentrations of Ni and La in leachates as: ln(EC50) = 0.817 + exp(1.356 - 1.736 × CNi - 0.262 × CLa) (R2 = 0.926). The main toxic ingredients of SFCCC to microalgae were identified for the first time in this work. The results and predictive model of this study are significance for toxicity determination and management of SFCCCs.
