Abstract
BACKGROUND Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and stroke, and its prevalence is increasing worldwide. Health education interventions based on the health belief model (HBM) can improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of patients with hypertension and help them control their blood pressure.
AIM To evaluate the effects of health education interventions based on the HBM in patients with hypertension in China.
METHODS Between 2021 and 2023, 140 patients with hypertension were randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group. The intervention group received health education based on the HBM, including lectures, brochures, videos, and counseling sessions, whereas the control group received routine care. Outcomes were measured at baseline, three months, and six months after the intervention and included blood pressure, medication adherence, self-efficacy, and perceived benefits, barriers, susceptibility, and severity.
RESULTS The intervention group had significantly lower systolic blood pressure [mean difference (MD): -8.2 mmHg, P < 0.001] and diastolic blood pressure (MD: -5.1 mmHg, P = 0.002) compared to the control group at six months. The intervention group also had higher medication adherence (MD: 1.8, P < 0.001), self-efficacy (MD: 12.4, P < 0.001), perceived benefits (MD: 3.2, P < 0.001), lower perceived barriers (MD: -2.6, P = 0.001), higher perceived susceptibility (MD: 2.8, P = 0.002), and higher perceived severity (MD: 3.1, P < 0.001) than the control group at six months.
CONCLUSION Health education interventions based on the HBM effectively improve blood pressure control and health beliefs in patients with hypertension and should be implemented in clinical practice and community settings.

Abstract
The implication of 5-hydroxytryptamine 2C receptor (5-HT2CR) in depression is a topic of debate, and the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear. We now elucidate hippocampal excitation-inhibition (E/I) balance underlies the regulatory effects of 5-HT2CR in depression. Molecular biological analyses showed that chronic mild stress (CMS) reduced the expression of 5-HT2CR in hippocampus. We revealed that inhibition of 5-HT2CR induced depressive-like behaviors, reduced GABA release and shifted the E/I balance towards excitation in CA3 pyramidal neurons by using behavioral analyses, microdialysis coupled with mass spectrum, and electrophysiological recording. Moreover, 5-HT2CR modulated neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS)-carboxy-terminal PDZ ligand of nNOS (CAPON) interaction through influencing intracellular Ca2+ release, as determined by fiber photometry and coimmunoprecipitation. Notably, disruption of nNOS-CAPON by specific small molecule compound ZLc-002 or AAV-CMV-CAPON-125C-GFP, abolished 5-HT2CR inhibition-induced depressive-like behaviors, as well as the impairment in soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor (SNARE) complex assembly-mediated GABA vesicle release and a consequent E/I imbalance. Importantly, optogenetic inhibition of CA3 GABAergic neurons prevented the effects of AAV-CMV-CAPON-125C-GFP on depressive behaviors in the presence of 5-HT2CR antagonist. Conclusively, our findings disclose the regulatory role of 5-HT2CR in depressive-like behaviors and highlight the hippocampal nNOS-CAPON coupling-triggered E/I imbalance as a pivotal cellular event underpinning the behavioral consequences of 5-HT2CR inhibition.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The involvement of quality of life as the UNAIDS fourth 90 target to monitor the global HIV response highlighted the development of patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures to help address the holistic needs of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) beyond viral suppression. This study developed and tested preliminary measurement properties of a new patient-reported outcome (PROHIV-OLD) measure designed specifically to capture influences of HIV on patients aged 50 and older in China. METHODS Ninety-three older people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) were interviewed to solicit items and two rounds of patient cognitive interviews were conducted to modify the content and wording of the initial items. A validation study was then conducted to refine the initial instrument and evaluate measurement properties. Patients were recruited between February 2021 and November 2021, and followed six months later after the first investigation. Classical test theory (CTT) and item response theory (IRT) were used to select items using the baseline data. The follow-up data were used to evaluate the measurement properties of the final instrument. RESULTS A total of 600 patients were recruited at the baseline. Of the 485 patients who completed the follow-up investigation, 483 were included in the validation sample. The final scale of PROHIV-OLD contained 25 items describing five dimensions (physical symptoms, mental status, illness perception, family relationship, and treatment). All the PROHIV-OLD dimensions had satisfactory reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient, McDonald's ω, and composite reliability of each dimension being all higher than 0.85. Most dimensions met the test-retest reliability standard except for the physical symptoms dimension (ICC = 0.64). Confirmatory factor analysis supported the structural validity of the final scale, and the model fit index satisfied the criterion. The correlations between dimensions of PROHIV-OLD and MOS-HIV met hypotheses in general. Significant differences on scores of the PROHIV-OLD were found between demographic and clinical subgroups, supporting known-groups validity. CONCLUSIONS The PROHIV-OLD was found to have good feasibility, reliability and validity for evaluating health outcome of Chinese older PLWHA. Other measurement properties such as responsiveness and interpretability will be further examined.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of Rivaroxaban in preventing catheter related thrombosis (CRT) in patients with breast cancer who are undergoing central venous catheter chemotherapy, and provide basis for making standardized prevention and treatment strategies. Methods: In this research, a prospective cohort study was adopted, and breast cancer patients who received central venous catheter chemotherapy in Sanhuan Cancer Hospital during September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as a treatment group to take the rivaroxaban anticoagulation therapy with 10 mg.po.qd for one month. The control group got no preventive anticoagulation therapy. Vascular ultrasound examination was taken to confirm the occurrence of CRT, and a chi-square test was done for comparison the disparity between the groups. Logistic regression was applied to analyze the univariate and multivariate factors for the formation of CRT. Results: In the research, a total of 235 patients were selected, and there were a total of 19 035 days of catheterization with 81 days of catheterization on average. While in the control group, the incidence of CRT was 28.0% (33/118), the incidence of CRT in the treatment group was 20.5% (24/117), the difference was no significant (P=0.183). Subgroup analysis results showed that the peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) was performed in 165 cases with the CRT incidence of 18.2% (30/165) and thrombosis was mostly seen around axillary vein, accounting for 63.3%. Subclavian vein catheterization was performed in 63 cases with the CRT incidence of 39.7% (25/63), and thrombosis was mostly seen around subclavian vein, accounting for 88.0% (22/25). Implantable venous access port was implanted in 7 cases around subclavian vein and internal jugular vein with the CRT incidence of 28.6% (2/7). The patients who developed CRT within 30 days after catheterization accounted for 54.4% (31/57), 22.8% (13/57) in a period during 30 days and 60 days) and 22.8% (13/57) in a period during 60 days and 180 days). The diagnosed CRT patients had been treated with rivaroxaban 15 mg.bid.po for 3 months. During the 3 months, 100.0% of the thrombosis waned, 71.9% (41/57) of the thrombosis waned within 30 days, 19.3% (11/57) in a period during 30 and 60days and 8.8% (5/57) in a period during 60 days and 90 days. Univariate and multivariate analysis indicated that the risk of CRT in subclavian vein catheterization was higher than that in PICC, respectively (OR=2.898, 95% CI:1.386-6.056 P=0.005), and the type of catheterization was an independent factor for the formation of thrombosis. Safety analysis result showed that in the prevention of CRT, rivaroxaban treatment did not induce drug-related bleeding, liver function damage, bone marrow suppression or any other side effects. While CRT diagnosed patients were treated with anticoagulation, they kept the central venous catheter, and the infusion was smooth. These patients all finished the anti-tumor treatment as planned, and no abnormalities like new thrombosis or pulmonary embolism were observed. Conclusions: In the mid-term analysis, the proportion of Rivaroxaban in preventing anticoagulant CRT decreases, but it don't reach statistical significance. The sample size should be further increased for observation. Rivaroxaban is proved effective and very safe in the treatment of CRT, and does not affect the concurrent chemotherapy. Medical personnel should carry out the policy of "early prevention, early detection and early treatment" for CRT so as to improve the patients' quality of life.

Abstract
AIM The developed multi-criteria decision analysis model was used to identify the inter-influence relationships and key factors affecting the EBP competencies of UNSs, to assess the EBP competencies of UNSs and based on these results, to formulate an improvement strategy to enhance the EBP competencies of UNSs. BACKGROUND EBP is considered a core competency in international nursing practice. However, few studies have developed EBP evaluation models and applied them to assessing and improving the EBP competencies of UNSs. DESIGN This is a quantitative study with multi-criteria decision-analysis model. METHODS Firstly, the questionnaire was designed based on the characteristics of the DEMATEL and VIKOR-AS methods, which was completed by 17 nursing experts from a case hospital in Zhejiang Province, China. Subsequently, the DEMATEL method was used to analyze the inter-influence relationships among various criteria to determine their respective weights. Finally, the VIKOR method is utilized to integrate multiple criteria and their relative weights to assign comprehensive scores to each UNSs. RESULTS The use of the DEMATEL method reveals that "Knowledge (C1)", "Mastering the basic scientific research methods during the study of the undergraduate courses (C11)", "Being able to consult clinical experts appropriately when encountering problems in clinical practice (C23)" and "Understanding the importance of reading journals related to the nursing profession regularly (C34)" were critical influencing factors. "Skill (C2)," "Being able to explain the essential roles of the best research evidence in determining clinical practice (C15)," "Being able to apply the collected research evidence to the individual case in nursing care (C25)" and "Paying attention to using the evidence-based nursing practice concept to determine the best clinical practice (C35)" were the most influential factors. According to the VIKOR method, the performance of the UNSs in the case hospitals in terms of EBP competencies from highest to lowest was Student C, Student B and Student A. However, all of these students suffered from deficiencies at the knowledge level. CONCLUSIONS The application of the DEMATEL and VIKOR methods provides a systematic and comprehensive approach to the assessment of EBP competencies of UNSs. The lack of EBP competencies of UNSs in case hospitals is mainly reflected in knowledge level. To improve UNSs' EBP competencies, medical schools and hospital educators should propose short- and long-term strategies to improve knowledge.

Abstract
Many childhood cancer survivors are suffering serious and long-lasting complications or sequelae, taking a significant toll on their health. Adequate physical activity can be effective in mitigating the negative effects of these complications or sequelae. However, low levels of physical activity are prevalent among childhood cancer survivors. Due to the lack of guidelines on physical activity for childhood cancer survivors, there are many difficulties in correctly guiding childhood cancer survivors to participate in physical activity. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the relevant studies on the physical activity of childhood cancer survivors. This article provides a review of the concept and measurement of physical activity, recommended amount, and the participation of childhood cancer survivors both domestically and internationally, in order to provide a reference for promoting the physical activity level of Chinese childhood cancer survivors.

Abstract
Continuous 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) dose titration is necessary because of its narrow therapeutic index and frequently encountered dose-limiting hematopoietic toxicity. However, evidence-based guidelines for gene-based 6-MP dosing have not been established for Chinese children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This multicenter, randomized, open-label, active-controlled clinical trial randomly assigned Chinese children with low- or intermediate-risk ALL in a 1:1 ratio to receive TPMT-NUDT15 gene-based dosing of 6-MP (N = 44, 10 to 50 mg/m2 /day) or standard dosing (N = 44, 50 mg/m2 /day) during maintenance therapy. The primary end point was the incidence of 6-MP myelosuppression in both groups. Secondary end points included frequencies of 6-MP hepatotoxicity, duration of myelosuppression and leukopenia, event-free survival, and steady-state concentrations of active metabolites (6-thioguaninenucleotides and 6-methylmercaptopurine nucleotides) in erythrocytes. A 2.2-fold decrease in myelosuppression, the primary end point, was observed in the gene-based-dose group using ~ 50% of the standard initial 6-MP dose (odds ratio, 0.26, 95% confidence interval, 0.11 to 0.64, P = 0.003). Patients in the gene-based-dose group had a significantly lower risk of developing thiopurine-induced myelosuppression and leukopenia (P = 0.015 and P = 0.022, respectively). No significant differences were observed in the secondary end points of the incidence of hepatotoxicity and steady-state concentrations of active metabolites in erythrocytes between the two groups. TPMT- and NUDT15-based dosing of 6-MP will significantly contribute toward further reducing the incidence of leukopenia in Chinese children with ALL. Abstract
Subterranean karst caves are windows into the terrestrial subsurface to deconstruct the dimensions of mycobiome fingerprints. However, impeded by the constraints of remote locations, the inaccessibility of specimens and technical limitations, the mycobiome of subterranean karst caves has remained largely unknown. Weathered rock and sediment samples were collected from Luohandu cave (Guilin, Southern China) and subjected to Illumina Hiseq sequencing of ITS1 genes. A total of 267 known genera and 90 known orders in 15 phyla were revealed in the mycobiomes. Ascomycota dominated all samples, followed by Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota. The sediments possessed the relatively highest alpha diversity and were significantly different from weathered rocks according to the diversity indices and richness metrics. Fifteen families and eight genera with significant differences were detected in the sediment samples. The Ca/Mg ratio appeared to significantly affect the structure of the mycobiome communities. Ascomycota appeared to exert a controlling influence on the mycobiome co-occurrence network of the sediments, while Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were found to be the main phyla in the mycobiome co-occurrence network of weathered rocks. Our results provide a more comprehensive dimension to the mycobiome fingerprints of Luohandu cave and a new window into the mycobiome communities and the ecology of subterranean karst cave ecosystems.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Occult breast cancer (OBC) has traditionally been considered to be a carcinoma of unknown primary origin with a favorable prognosis and can be treated as stage II-III breast cancer. Due to the small number of cases and limited clinical ex-perience, treatments vary greatly around the world and no standardized treat-ment has yet been established. AIM To investigate the clinicopathological features, psychological status and prog-nostic features of patients with OBC. METHODS The clinicopathological data of 33 OBC patients diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University and Xuzhou Central Hospital from November 2015 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The psychological status of OBC patients was evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale. Patients' emotions, stress perception and psychological resilience were evaluated by the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), respectively. Patient survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and survival curves were plotted for analysis with the log-rank test. Univariate and multivariate survival analyses were performed using the Cox regression model. RESULTS The 33 OBC patients included 32 females and 1 male. Of the 33 patients, 30 (91%) had axillary tumors, 3 (9%) had a neck mass as the primary symptom; 18 (54.5%) had estrogen receptor-positive tumors, 17 (51.5%) had progesterone receptor-positive tumors, and 18 (54.5%) had Her-2-positive tumors; 24 (72.7%) received surgical treatment, including 18 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy, 1 patient who underwent breast-conserving surgery plus axillary lymph node dissection (ALND), and 5 patients who underwent ALND alone; 12 patients received preoperative neoadjuvant therapy. All 30 patients developed anxiety and depression, with low positive affect scores and high negative affect scores, accompanied by a high stress level and poor psychological resilience. There were no differences in the psychological status of patients according to age, body mass index, or menopausal status. The overall survival and disease-free survival (DFS) of all the patients were 83.3% and 55.7%, respectively. Univariate analysis demonstrated that the initial tumor site (P = 0.021) and node stage (P = 0.020) were factors that may affect patient prognosis. The 5-year DFS rate of OBC patients who received radiotherapy was greater (P < 0.001), while the use of different surgical methods (P = 0.687) had no statistically significant effect on patient outcomes. Multivariate analysis revealed that radiotherapy (P = 0.031) was an independent prognostic factor. Receiving radiotherapy had a significant effect on the CD-RISC score (P = 0.02). CONCLUSION OBC is a rare breast disease whose diagnosis and treatment are currently controversial. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of other less invasive surgical procedures compared to those of modified radical mastectomy. In addition, radiotherapy can significantly improve patient outcomes. We should pay attention to the psychological state of patients while they receive antitumor therapy.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the concern about pollen broadcasting in Chinese population from multiple dimensions and to understand the information about allergic rhinitis (AR) in China by analyzing related factors. Methods: From March 1 to September 30, 2022, a large-scale multi-center cross-sectional survey was conducted based on the Questionnaire Star platform in 21 Chinese hospitals. A total of 7 056 subjects from 7 regions in China: Northeast, North, East, Central, South, Southwest, and Northwest China were included. Basic characteristics (including social demographic characteristics and disease characteristics of AR patients), concern about pollen broadcasting, the willingness of pollen-induced AR (PiAR) patients to receive pollen broadcasting, and the treatment satisfaction rate of AR patients were collected. The chi-square test, multivariate linear regression model, and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the concern about pollen broadcasting in the Chinese population and related factors from multiple dimensions. Results: Among 7 056 subjects, 23.02% were concerned about pollen broadcasting. Among 3 176 self-reported AR and 1 019 PiAR patients, 25.60% and 39.16% were concerned about pollen broadcasting, respectively, which was higher than that of non-AR or non-PiAR subjects (χ2 value was 21.74 and 175.11, respectively, both P<0.001). Among AR patients, the proportion of spring and autumn allergen-positive patients concerned about pollen broadcasting was higher than that in perennial allergen-positive patients (χ2 value was 20.90 and 19.51, respectively, both P<0.001). The proportion of AR patients with asthma, sinusitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was higher than those without complications (χ2 value was 50.83, 21.97, 56.78, 7.62, respectively, all P<0.05). The proportion of AR patients in North China who could find pollen broadcasting locally was 31.01%, significantly higher than those in other regions (all P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression model analysis showed that among PiAR patients, those with higher per capita household income and higher AR disease cognition levels had been concerned about pollen broadcasting in the past, and those complicated with allergic conjunctivitis had stronger intention to receive pollen broadcasting (B value was 0.24, 0.13, 0.66, 0.47, respectively, all P<0.05). The higher the disease cognition level of PiAR patients, the stronger their willingness to actively participate in treatment (R2=0.72, P<0.001). Only 18.89% of AR patients felt satisfied with the treatment effect. Logistic regression analysis showed that in AR patients, the treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher among those concerned about pollen broadcasting compared to those who were not (OR=1.83, P<0.001). Conclusions: Currently, the dissemination of pollen broadcasting in China is hindered by various factors such as disease cognition level. The treatment satisfaction among AR patients remains unsatisfactory.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of electrode activated contact location, volume of tissue activated (VTA) and age on non-motor symptoms, such as emotional symptoms and cognitive function, in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients with deep brain stimulation (DBS). Methods: PD patients who underwent DBS of subthalamic nucleus (STN) at the Department of Functional Neurosurgery of Beijing Tiantan Hospital from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2022 were retrospectively enrolled. The International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), and Mini-Mental State Examination Scales (MMSE) were used at the preoperative, 1-month and 12-month postoperative time points. In this study, patients were divided into middle-aged (age<60 years,n=39) and elderly (age≥60 years,n=62) groups to investigate the effect of age factor on the clinical outcome of surgery. Lead-DBS software was used to convert the patients' electrode reconstruction results into Montreal standard space, and the patients were divided into sensorimotor(n=43) and combined groups(n=53) according to the distribution of activation contact locations in the subzones of the STN. In addition, the patients were divided into a cognitive improvement group(n=57)and a cognitive deterioration group(n=44) based on the results of MoCA at 12 months. The positional information of the electrode activation contacts was collected and the VTA was calculated to analyze the effects on electrode activation electroshock location and activated tissue volume on patients' non-motor symptoms. Results: A total of 101 patients with PD were enrolled, including 46 males and 55 females, aged (62.6±8.4) years. Middle-aged patients had significantly higher MoCA scores, delayed recall scores, attention scores, and naming scores than older patients at 12 months postoperatively (all P<0.05). At 12-month follow-up, the improvement rate of MoCA score, HAMA score and HAMD score were -1.77%±20.36%, 39.65%±42.91% and 36.23%±45.45% respectively in sensorimotor group. At 12-month follow-up, the improvement rate of MoCA score, HAMA score and HAMD score was 11.69%±22.24%, 16.62%±68.10% and 2.30%±95.04% respectively in the combined group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (MoCA: P=0.002; HAMA: P=0.040; HAMD: P=0.033) The distribution of VTA in the sensory motor area and marginal area of the left hemisphere STN in patients with improved cognitive function was significantly smaller than that in the deterioration group [(60.53±52.04)mm³vs (84.55±61.00)mm³, P=0.035; (41.81±33.36)mm³vs (59.05±45.46)mm³, P=0.030]. Conclusion: The effect of STN-DBS on emotional symptoms and cognitive function in PD patients is influenced by various factors and is closely related to the patient's age, electrode activation contact location and VTA.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical and molecular diagnostic status of Fanconi anemia (FA) in China. Methods: The General situation, clinical manifestations and chromosome breakage test and genetic test results of 107 pediatric FA cases registered in the Chinese Blood and Marrow Transplantation Registry Group (CBMTRG) and the Chinese Children Blood and Marrow Transplantation Registry Group (CCBMTRG) from August 2009 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. Children with FANCA gene variants were divided into mild and severe groups based on the type of variant, and Wilcoxon-test was used to compare the phenotypic differences between groups. Results: Of the 176 registered FA patients, 69 (39.2%) cases were excluded due to lack of definitive genetic diagnosis results, and the remaining 107 children from 15 hospitals were included in the study, including 70 males and 37 females. The age at transplantation treatment were 6 (4, 9) years. The enrolled children were involved in 10 pathogenic genes, including 89 cases of FANCA gene, 7 cases of FANCG gene, 3 cases of FANCB gene, 2 cases of FANCE gene and 1 case each of FANCC, FANCD1, FANCD2, FANCF, FANCJ, and FANCN gene. Compound heterozygous or homozygous of loss-of-function variants account for 69.2% (72/104). Loss-of-function variants account for 79.2% (141/178) in FANCA gene variants, and 20.8% (37/178) were large exon deletions. Fifty-five children (51.4%) had chromosome breakage test records, with a positive rate of 81.8% (45/55). There were 172 congenital malformations in 80 children.Café-au-Lait spots (16.3%, 28/172), thumb deformities (16.3%,28/172), polydactyly (13.9%, 24/172), and short stature (12.2%, 21/172) were the most common congenital malformations in Chinese children with FA. No significant difference was found in the number of congenital malformations between children with severe (50 cases) and mild FANCA variants (26 cases) (Z=-1.33, P=0.185). Conclusions: FANCA gene is the main pathogenic gene in children with FA, where the detection of its exon deletion should be strengthened clinically. There were no phenotypic differences among children with different types of FANCA variants. Chromosome break test is helpful to determine the pathogenicity of variants, but its accuracy needs to be improved.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To assess the effect and safety of probiotics for treating urticaria. METHODS Randomized controlled trial (RCT) papers on the probiotics treatment published before May 2019 were retrieved from various databases like PubMed, EMbase, MEDLINE (Ovid), SCI-Hub, Springer, ClinicalKey, VIP, and CNKI. The treatment plan that we include are oral administration of single probiotic, multiple probiotics, and the combination of probiotics and antihistamines. Meta-analysis of the data was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS A total of nine RCT papers were included: four papers for oral administration of single probiotic, three papers for oral administration of multiple probiotics, and two papers for oral administration of a probiotic combined with antihistamines. The results of meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of the probiotic group was significantly higher than the control group (placebo or antihistamines) (RR = 1.09, 95% CI: 1.03-1.16, p = 0.006). And compared with the placebo group, the therapeutic effect of single probiotic group was significantly improved (RR = 1.11, 95% CI: 1.01-1.21, p = 0.03). Regarding therapeutic effect, there was no statistically significant difference between the multiple probiotics group and placebo group (RR = 1.00, 95% CI: 0.94 ~ 1.07, p = 0.91); the therapeutic effect of single probiotic combined antihistamine group was significantly higher than the antihistamine group (RR = 1.13, 95% CI: 1.07-1.19, p < 0.0001). Regarding the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no significant difference between the probiotic group and the control group (p = 0.46). CONCLUSION The treatment plan of oral administration of probiotics has significant therapeutic effects on urticaria, but the therapeutic effects of the administration of multiple probiotics and the safety of probiotic therapy are still not yet obvious. Some large-scale, multi-centered RCT studies are needed in the future for clarification.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Some traditional pesticide formulations are inefficient, leading to excessive use and abuse of pesticides, which in turn effects environment. Intelligent release pesticide formulations are ideal for improving pesticide utilization and persistence while reducing environmental pollution. RESULTS We designed a benzil-modified chitosan oligosaccharide (CO-BZ) to encapsulate avermectin (Ave). Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules are prepared based on a simple interfacial method via cross-linking of CO-BZ with diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). The Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules have an average particle size of 100 nm and exhibited a responsive release performance for ROS. The cumulative release rate of nanocapsules at 24 h with ROS increased by about 11.4% compared to that without ROS. The Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules displayed good photostability. Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules can penetrate root-knot nematodes more easily and exhibited better nematicidal activity against root-knot nematodes. The pot experiment showed that the control effect of Ave CS at low concentration was 53.31% at the initial stage of application (15 d), while Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules was 63.54%. Under the same conditions, the control effect of Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules on root-knot nematodes was 60.00% after 45 days of application, while Ave EC was only 13.33%. The acute toxicity experiments of earthworms showed that the toxicity of nanocapsules was significantly lower than that of EC. CONCLUSION The ROS-responsive nanocapsules can improve the utilization of pesticides and non-target biosafety. This modified chitosan oligosaccharide has great potential as a bio stimuli-responsive material, and this simple and convenient method for preparing Ave@CO-BZ nanocapsules provides a direction for the effective utilization of pesticides. © 2023 Society of Chemical Industry.

Abstract
Purpose This study implemented the individualized Youth Quality of Life Instrument-Research Version (YQOL-R) to estimate the quality of life (QoL) among Chinese adolescents with three different Body Mass Index (BMI) levels. The study aims to explore and provide a reference for developing individualized QoL (IQoL) measurements in China. Methods The sample consisted of 822 aged 11-18 from nine schools. The data collection included all participants' primary characters (age, sex, annual household income, parental education, and recruitment community) and their self-report QoL. Precisely, based on the generic measurement of YQOL-R, we developed IQoL measurements by asking adolescents' perceived five most important things to them (IQOLimportance) and the aspects they most want to change (IQOLchange) from 19 facets, respectively. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to compare total and subscale scores of IQOLimportance, IQOLchange, and YQOL-R among adolescents with three different weight status. Also, the data analysis used multivariable linear regression modeling to test the effects on scores of IQOLimportance and IQOLchange. Results Overall, the obese adolescents identified "Having good physical health" as the most important (54.03%) and most like-to-change (42.65%); in contrast, the normal-weight group ranked "Being myself" as the top facet of IQOLimportance (52.42%) and "Having good friends" as the top facet of IQOLchange (43.12%). The obese adolescents' reported IQOLimportance scores are significantly lower than those of the normal-weight group (P=0.039). However, there is no significant difference in IQOLchange score among the three weight-status groups. The multivariable linear regression models indicated that adolescents who are girls (P=0.035), have higher educated fathers (P=0.049), and are overweight/obese (P=0.041) self-reported worse IQOLimportance score; yet, the girls (P=0.023) and older adolescents (P=0.004) answered lower IQOLchange scores. In addition, adolescents who had higher educated mothers (P=0.047; 0.023) and responded with higher total YQOL-R scores (P<0.001; <0.001) reported higher IQOLimportance and IQOLchange scores. Conclusion In the current study, although the self-reported YQOL-R scores from different weight status did not present a significant difference, the obese group reported a statistical trend towards lower IQOLimportance scores than the normal-weight and overweight adolescents. These findings emphasize that IQOLimportance and IQOLchange could capture adolescents' perspectives with different weight statuses about their lives, which are unique as complementary health outcomes accompanying YQOL-R in health surveys and interventions among Chinese adolescents.

Abstract
Promotion of new blood vessel formation is a new strategy for treating ischemic stroke. Non-coding miRNAs have been recently considered potential therapeutic targets for ischemic stroke. miR-181b has been shown to promote angiogenesis in hypoxia and traumatic brain injury model, while its effect on ischemic stroke remains elusive. In this study, we found that overexpression of miR-181b in brain microvascular endothelial cells subjected to oxygen-glucose deprivation in vitro restored cell proliferation and enhanced angiogenesis. In rat models of focal cerebral ischemia, overexpression of miR-181b reduced infarction volume, promoted angiogenesis in ischemic penumbra, and improved neurological function. We further investigated the molecular mechanism by which miR-181b participates in angiogenesis after ischemic stroke and found that miR-181b directly bound to the 3'-UTR of phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) mRNA to induce PTEN downregulation, leading to activation of the protein kinase B (Akt) pathway, upregulated expression of vascular endothelial growth factors, down-regulated expression of endostatin, and promoted angiogenesis. Taken together, these results indicate that exogenous miR-181b exhibits neuroprotective effects on ischemic stroke through activating the PTEN/Akt signal pathway and promoting angiogenesis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Adjuvant chemotherapy (AC) is an important, effective treatment for breast cancer. This study evaluates the effectiveness of post-mastectomy AC in treating patients with prognostic stage IB breast cancer. METHOD We conducted a retrospective cohort-based study using Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End-Results database. Overall survival (OS) and breast cancer-specific survival (BCSS) were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method. Multivariate Cox risk models were used to identify the impact of AC. Stratified analysis was performed according to molecular subtypes, anatomic stages, and other risk factors to evaluate the effect of AC on survival. RESULTS 28,825 women diagnosed with prognostic stage IB breast cancer were included. The 5-year OS was significantly higher in AC group than in non-adjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) group (P < 0.0001); however, the 5-year BCSS in AC group was significantly lower than in NAC group (P = 0.039). Multivariate analysis revealed that AC was a favorable prognostic factor for OS (P < 0.001), but not BCSS (P = 0.407). AC was not an independent prognostic factor for BCSS in patients with hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR[+]/HER2[-]) subtype or pT1a-1b/N0-1 stage with HER2 overexpression (HER2[+]) subtype, regardless of whether HR was positive or negative (P > 0.05). Meanwhile, AC is not an independent prognostic factor for OS and BCSS in patients with lymph node micrometastases. CONCLUSION Our study demonstrates that patients with prognostic stage IB do not fully benefit from AC. Individualized treatment management is required for patients with pT1a-1b/N0-1 tumors, lymph node micrometastases, or HR(+)/HER2(-) subtypes.

Abstract
We selected enclosed grassland, grazed grassland and shrublands with different planting years (3, 12, 22 years)/densities (intervals of 2, 6, 40 m) to investigate soil N mineralization dynamics in the growing season (April-October) and its influencing factors during the process of desert steppe-degradation-shrub introduction. The results showed that soil moisture at 0-200 cm layer was decreased with increases of shrub age and density, and that the variations of soil moisture at 0-10 cm layer coincided with seasonal change. Compared with grazed grassland and enclosed grassland, the positive effect of shrubs on soil carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus contents first increased and then decreased with the increases of age and density. Moreover, soil N mineralization significantly varied across months and sites. Soil NO3- content and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were significantly higher from June to August. The proportion of NO3- to inorganic nitrogen significantly increased from 30.5% in enclosed grassland to 69.5% in shrublands. NH4+ content was mainly affected by months compared with sites. In the process of steppe-degradation-shrub introduction, the increases of shrub age and density significantly enhanced seasonal differences of soil nitrification and ammonification, but not on the seasonal mineralization of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen. Soil NH4+ and NO3- contents were significantly and positively correlated with total nitrogen, organic carbon and N/P. Soil stoichiometric ratios (C/N and N/P) directly regulated N mineralization process.

Abstract
The prognosis of patients with peritoneal metastasis from colorectal cancer is poor. At present, the comprehensive treatment system based on cytoreductive surgery (CRS) combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) has significantly improved the survival of these patients. However, CRS and HIPEC have strict indications, high procedural difficulty, and high morbidity and mortality. If CRS+HIPEC is performed in an inexperienced center, overall survival and quality of life of patients may bo compromised. The establishment of specialized diagnosis and treatment centers can provide a guarantee for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this review, we first introduced the necessity of establishing a colorectal cancer peritoneal metastasis treatment center and the construction situation of the diagnosis and treatment center for peritoneal surface malignancies at home and abroad. Then we focused on introducing our construction experience of the colorectal peritoneal metastasis treatment center, and emphasized that the construction of the center must be done well in two aspects: firstly, the clinical optimization should be realized and the specialization of the whole workflow should be strengthened; secondly, we should ensure the quality of patient care and the rights, well-being and health of every patient.

Abstract
The building materials industry is a typical resource and energy-consuming industry, as well as one of the major sources of air pollution. As the world's largest producer and consumer of building material products, China thus far has insufficient research on the emissions of the building materials industry, and the data sources are short of multiplicity. In this study, the building materials industry in Henan Province was chosen,and the control measures inventory for pollution emergency response (CMIPER) was applied to the development of the emission inventory for the first time. Through the integration of multi-source data such as CMIPER, a pollution discharge permit, and environmental statistics, the activity data of the building materials industry was refined, and a more accurate emission inventory of the building materials industry in Henan Province was established. The results showed that the SO2, NOx, primary PM2.5, and PM10 emissions of the building materials industry in Henan Province in 2020 were 21788, 51427, 10107, and 14471 t, respectively. Cement and bricks and tiles were the two categories with the highest contribution of emissions from the building materials industry in Henan Province, accounting for more than 50% in total. TheNOx emission of the cement industry was a key issue, and the overall emission control level of the brick and tile industry was relatively unadvanced. The central and northern parts of Henan Province contributed the most emissions in the building materials industry, accounting for more than 60%. It is recommended to further implement ultra-low emission retrofit in the cement industry, and for other industries such as the bricks and tiles, the improvement of local emission standards is encouraged to persistently promote the emission control of the building materials industry.

Abstract
As the saccharifying and fermentative agent, medium-temperature Daqu (MT-Daqu) plays an irreplaceable role in the production of strong-flavor Baijiu. Numerous studies have focused on the microbial community structure and potential functional microorganisms, however, little is known about the succession of active microbial community and the formation mechanism of community function during MT-Daqu fermentation. In this study, we presented an integrated analysis of metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, and metabonomics covering the whole fermentation process of MT-Daqu to reveal the active microorganisms and their participations in metabolic networks. The results showed that dynamic of metabolites were time-specific, and the metabolites and co-expressed active unigenes were further classified into four clusters according to their accumulation patterns, with members within each cluster displaying a uniform and clear pattern of abundance across fermentation. Based on KEGG enrichment analysis in co-expression clusters and succession of active microbial community, we revealed that Limosilactobacillus, Staphylococcus, Pichia, Rhizopus, and Lichtheimia were metabolically active members at the early stage, and their metabolic activities were conducive to releasing abundant energy to drive multiple basal metabolisms such as carbohydrates and amino acids. Thereafter, during the high temperature period and at the end of fermentation, multiple heat-resistant filamentous fungi were transcriptionally active populations, and they acted as both the saccharifying agents and flavor compound producers, especially aromatic compounds, suggesting their crucial contribution to enzymatic activity and aroma of mature MT-Daqu. Our findings revealed the succession and metabolic functions of the active microbial community, providing a deeper understanding of their contribution to MT-Daqu ecosystem.

Abstract
Bi-magnolignan, isolated from the leaves of Magnolia officinalis, has shown excellent physiological activity against tumor cells. An efficient strategy for the first total synthesis of bi-magnolignan is reported. The bi-dibenzofuran skeleton was constructed via functional group interconversions of commercially available materials 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene and 4-allylanisole. Then, the dibenzofuran skeleton was afforded by subsequent Suzuki coupling and intramolecular dehydration. The total synthesis of natural product was accomplished through FeCl3 catalyzed oxidative coupling.

Abstract
In this study, we evaluated a novel functional monomer (4-formylphenyl acrylate [FA]) that can specifically and covalently bind to the dentin collagen matrix as a potential alternative hydrophobic diluent-like monomer for improving the durability of dentin bonding. Experimental adhesives with different FA contents (0%, 10%, 20%, and 30%) were evaluated as partial substituents for the hydrophilic monomer 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, with the commercial adhesive One-Step (Bisco, Inc.) employed as the positive control. Their degree of conversion, viscosity, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties, and water absorption/solubility were measured as the comprehensive characterization. In situ zymographic assays were performed to determine the extent to which FA inhibits the endogenous hydrolytic activity of dentin. Finally, the bonding performances of the novel adhesives were evaluated with microtensile strength tests and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the incorporation of FA significantly improved the mobility of experimental adhesives attributable to the dilution property of FA. In contrast to the possible compromised rate of polymerization by hydroxyethyl methacrylate, FA exhibited typical characteristics of favorable copolymerization with polymerizable monomers in adhesives and improved the degree of conversion of experimental adhesives. The rigidity and hydrophobic properties of the phenyl framework of the FA molecule conferred superior mechanical properties and hydrolysis resistance to the novel experimental adhesives. An inhibitory effect on gelatinolytic activities within the hybrid layer was also observed in the in situ zymographic assays, even at a low FA concentration (10%). In conjunction with the significantly improved infiltration found via scanning electron microscopy, the experimental adhesives containing FA possessed significantly better-maintained microtensile strength, even after aging. Thus, the incorporation of this novel monomer endowed the experimental adhesives with multiple enhanced functionalities. These remarkable advantages highlight the suitability of the monomer for further applications in clinical practice.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the bronchoscopic manifestations and interventional treatment of pulmonary mucormycosis. Methods: Clinical data of patients with pulmonary mucormycosis undergoing bronchoscopy and interventional therapy in 4 tertiary general hospitals in China from May 2006 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and the literature on the subject were reviewed. Results: The data of 10 patients with pathologically diagnosed pulmonary mucormycosis undergoing bronchoscopy and interventional therapy were collected, including 8 males and 2 females. The patients' age ranged from 21 to 72 (44±15) years. The underlying diseases included 6 cases of diabetes ketoacidosis, 3 cases of leukemia, 1 case after operation of lung cancer. Bronchoscopy showed that white viscous necrotic matters grew along the airway and blocked the airway in 9 cases, accompanied by airway bleeding in 3 cases, bloody secretion blocked the airway in 1 case, and bronchopulmonary cavity fistula in 2 cases. The biopsy histopathology of white necrotic matters showed that many mucor filaments were tangled together which were named mucormycelium. Among the 10 patients, 9 were treated with systemic drugs, including intravenous application of amphotericin B deoxycholate in 5 cases, intravenous application of amphotericin B liposome in 4 cases, oral posaconazole in 6 cases and intravenous injection in 1 case. Local drug therapy included aerosol inhalation of amphotericin B deoxycholate in 8 cases and local perfusion under bronchoscope in 5 cases. Bronchoscopic interventional therapy was used to remove mucormycelium in the bronchus, including cryotherapy in 8 cases, biopsy forceps in 7 cases, snare treatment in 2 cases and foreign body forceps in 2 cases. All 10 patients were clinical cured and with no death. Conclusions: Pulmonary mucormycosis is more common in immunocompromised hosts. Bronchoscopy often showed mucormycelium blocking the airway. Systemic and local drug therapy combined with bronchoscopic interventional therapy can achieve good clinical efficacy.

Abstract
Talaromycosis is a fatal mycosis caused by the thermally dimorphic fungus Talaromyces marneffei (T. marneffei). The pathogenic mechanisms of talaromycosis are still poorly understood. This work combined metabolomics, transcriptomics, and verification experiments in vivo and in vitro to detect metabolic profiles and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in T. marneffei infected and uninfected macrophages to explore possible pathogenesis and underlying mechanisms. A total of 256 differential metabolites (117 up-regulated and 148 down-regulated) and 1320 DEGs (1286 up-regulated and 34 down-regulated) were identified between the two groups. Integrative metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis showed sphingolipid signaling pathway is the most influential. Verification experiments showed that compared with the control group, the production of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) and the expression of the S1PR1, S1PR2, phosphor-PI3K, and phosphor-Akt genes involved in the sphingolipid signaling pathway have significantly increased in the T. marneffei infection group (p < 0.05). T. marneffei activates the S1PR2/PI3K/Akt pathways in J774A.1 macrophage, regulation of the S1P singling might serve as a promising therapeutic strategy for talaromycosis.

Abstract
Objective: To summarize and analyse of literature on the susceptibility genes of noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) , and the key genes were screened and obtained by bioinformatics method, so as to provide reference for the prevention research of NIHL. Methods: In September 2021, Based on CNKI, NCBI Pubmed database and Web of Science database, this paper conducted bibliometric analysis and bioinformatics analysis on the genetic literature related to the susceptibility to noise-induced hearing loss from 1999 to 2020. Endnote X9 software and the WPS office software were used for bibliometric analysis, and online software STRING and Cytoscape software were used for bioinformatics analysis. Results: A total of 131 literatures were included in the study, involving 40 genes in total. Bibliometric analysis shows that 131 papers which included 36 Chinese articles and 95 English articles were published in 63 biomedical journals; the highest number of published articles was 19 in 2020. Bioinformatics analysis suggests that GAPDH、SOD2、SOD1、CAT、CASP3、IL6 and other genes play a key role in the interaction network. The involved pathways mainly include MAP2K and MAPK activations, PTEN regulation, P53-depardent G1 DNA damage response, signaoling by BRAF and RAF fusions and soon. Conclusion: The study of noise induced hearing loss involves multi gene biological information, and bioinformatics analysis is helpful to predict the occurrence and development of noise induced hearing loss.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to explore the effects of bone marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Conditioned Medium (MSC-CM) treating diabetic foot ulcers in rats. METHODS Models of T2DM rats were induced by a high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of STZ in SD rats. Models of Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFUs) were made by operation on hind limbs in diabetic rats. Rats were divided into four groups (n = 6 for each group), i.e., Normal Control group (NC), Diabetes Control group (DM-C), MSC-CM group and Mesenchymal Stem Cells group (MSCs). MSC-CM group was treated with an injection of conditioned medium derived from preconditioned rats' bone marrow MSCs around ulcers. MSCs group were treated with an injection of rats' bone marrow MSCs. The other two groups were treated with an injection of PBS. After the treatment, wound closure, re-epithelialization (thickness of the stratum granulosums of the skin, by H&E staining), cell proliferation (Ki67, by IHC), angiogenesis (CD31, by IFC), autophagy (LC3B, by IFC and WB; autolysosome, by EM) and pyroptosis (IL-1β, NLRP3, Caspase-1, GSDMD and GSDMD-N, by WB) in ulcers were evaluated. RESULTS After the treatment wound area rate, IL-1β by ELISA, and IL-1β, Caspase-1, GSDMD and GSDMD-N by WB of MSC-CM group were less than those of DM group. The thickness of the stratum granulosums of the skin, proliferation index of Ki67, mean optic density of CD31 and LC3B by IFC, and LC3B by WB of MSC-CM group were more than those of DM group. The present analysis demonstrated that the injection of MSC-CM into rats with DFUs enhanced the wound-healing process by accelerating wound closure, promoting cell proliferation and angiogenesis, enhancing cell autophagy, and reducing cell pyroptosis in ulcers. CONCLUSIONS Studies conducted indicate that MSC-CM administration could be a novel cell-free therapeutic approach to treat DFUs accelerating the wound healing process and avoiding the risk of living cells therapy.

Abstract
Objective: To estimate the safety of myomectomy in twin pregnant women with intramural myomas during cesarean section. Methods: The clinical data of 145 cases of twin pregnancies with intramural myomas who were delivered by cesarean section in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from June 2013 to December 2021 were collected. Maternal demographics, fibroids' characteristics, maternal and fetal outcomes were compared between groups of cesarean section with myomectomy (myomectomy group, 49 cases) and cesarean section only (non-myomectomy group, 96 cases). Results: Compared with non-myomectomy group, myomectomy group had significantly prolonged operative time [50.0 minutes (37.5-57.5 minutes) vs 40.0 minutes (35.0-50.0 minutes), respectively; P=0.007] and significantly longer postoperative hospital stay [4.0 days (3.0-4.0 days) vs 3.0 days (3.0-4.0 days), respectively; P=0.047). Other maternal and fetal outcomes such as estimated blood loss, hemoglobin difference, postpartum hemorrhage, blood transfusion, B-Lynch structure, uterine artery ligation, postoperative fever and neonatal Apgar score showed no significant differences (all P>0.05). For intramural myomas <5 cm, there were no significant differences in maternal and fetal outcomes between myomectomy group and non-myomectomy group (all P>0.05). For intramural myomas ≥5 cm, operative time [55.0 minutes (40.0-60.0 minutes) vs 42.5 minutes (40.0-50.0 minutes), respectively; P=0.019] was significantly prolonged, postoperative hospital stay [4.0 days (4.0-5.0 days) vs 4.0 days (3.0-4.0 days), respectively; P=0.048] was significantly longer in myomectomy group than non-myomectomy group, but there were no significant differences in other maternal and fetal outcomes (all P>0.05). Conclusion: For twin pregnancies with intramural myomas, it is safe and feasible to remove intramural myomas during cesarean section by experienced obstetricians.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the efficacy, safety, and influencing factors among children with hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) who received short-term therapy with pegylated interferon alfa-2a (Peg-IFNα-2a) or continuous therapy with entecavir (ETV). Methods: Quantitative data were compared using analysis of variance to compare the differences between groups. Enumeration data were compared by χ2 test (or Fisher's exact test). Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results: Peg-IFNα-2a, ETV, and untreated group had HBsAg clearance rates of 46.2%, 5.3%, and 0 after 52 weeks of therapy, respectively. HBsAg clearance in the patients' group with Peg-IFNα-2a and ETV was all accompanied by anti-HBS positive conversion, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.616, P=0.001). Peg-IFNα-2a group was followed-up for 104 weeks. Peg-IFNα-2a, ETV, and the untreated group had HBsAg clearance rates of 46.2%, 10.5%, and 0%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=11.056, P=0.004). Only one of the two children with HBsAg clearance in the ETV group had achieved anti-HBs antibodies, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.616, P=0.001). Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HBsAg clearance was associated with age and antiviral therapy. During treatment, adverse events such as fever (n=4, 30.8%), rash (n=4, 30.8%), fatigue (n=1, 7.7%), leukopenia (n=7, 53.8%), arthritis (n=1, 7.7%), and alopecia (n=3, 23.1%) were observed in the Peg-IFNα-2a group, while none were observed in the ETV group. Conclusion: Peg-IFNα-2a antiviral therapy produced higher HBsAg clearance than ETV in five-year-old and younger children with HBeAg-positive CHB, while ETV had fewer adverse events and was safer than Peg-IFNα-2a.

Abstract
The use of dynamic navigation technology in edentulous jaw implant restoration can solve many problems associated with traditional edentulous jaw implant restoration. The benefits of dynamic navigation include fine positioning guidance, restoration-guided surgery, good aesthetic results, and the possibility of simultaneous conceptual design and real-time implant guidance, as well as the transition from "blind" to "direct" vision during the implantation. It can guide clinicians and adjust the plan in real time, improve the efficiency of communication between the clinician, technician, and patient throughout the process and so on. The workflow, current clinical application and challenges, accuracy analysis, and limitations of the dynamic navigation technology in the edentulous jaw are discussed in this paper, as well as an outlook on its future development, with the goal of contributing to the clinical development of dynamic navigation-guided implantology in the edentulous jaw.

Abstract
Background Psoriasis is a common inflammatory skin disease that has a great impact on patients’ physical and mental health. However, the causes and underlying molecular mechanisms of psoriasis are still largely unknown. Methods The expression profiles of genes from psoriatic lesion samples and skin samples from healthy controls were integrated via the sva software package, and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between psoriasis and healthy skin were screened by the limma package. Furthermore, GO and KEGG pathway enrichments for the DEGs were performed using the Clusterprofiler package. Protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks for the DEGs were then constructed to identify hub genes. scGESA analysis was performed on a single-cell RNA sequencing dataset via irGSEA. In order to find the cytokines correlated with the hub genes expression, single cell weighted gene co-expression network analyses (scWGCNA) were utilized to build a gene co-expression network. Furthermore, the featured genes of psoriasis found in suprabasal keratinocytes were intersected with hub genes. We then analyzed the expression of the intersection genes and cytokines in the integrated dataset. After that, we used other datasets to reveal the changes in the intersection genes’ expression levels during biological therapy. The relationship between intersection genes and PASI scores was also explored. Results We identified 148 DEGs between psoriatic and healthy samples. GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis suggested that DEGs are mainly involved in the defense response to other organisms. The PPI network showed that 11 antiviral proteins (AVPs) were hub genes. scGSEA analysis in the single-cell transcriptome dataset showed that those hub genes are highly expressed in keratinocytes, especially in suprabasal keratinocytes. ISG15, MX1, IFI44L, and IFI27 were the characteristic genes of psoriasis in suprabasal keratinocytes. scWGCNA showed that three cytokines—IL36G, MIF, and IL17RA—were co-expressed in the turquoise module. Only interleukin-36 gamma (IL36G) was positively correlated with AVPs in the integrated dataset. IL36G and AVPs were found co-expressed in a substantial number of suprabasal keratinocytes. Furthermore, we found that the expression levels of IL36G and the 4 AVPs showed positive correlation with PASI score in patients with psoriasis, and that these levels decreased significantly during treatment with biological therapies, but not with methotrexate. Conclusion IL36G and antiviral proteins may be closely related with the pathogenesis of psoriasis, and they may represent new candidate molecular markers for the occurrence and severity of psoriasis.

Abstract
A series of γ-lactone derivatives (E)-4-arylidene-5-oxotetrahydrofuran derivatives were synthesized via a tandem Passerini 3CC/SN cyclization microwave-assisted one-pot method efficiently starting from Baylis Hillman acids, aryl glyoxals and isocyanides, and using ionic liquid as reaction medium. The products were characterized by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR), carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C-NMR). Single crystal X-ray analysis of the compound RPDFB clearly confirmed its assigned chemical structures. Meanwhile, the effects of four compounds (RPDFB, RPDFC, RPDFI, RPDFJ) on the growth inhibition activity of Gibberella zeae were detected, and found that the compound RPDFB has significant growth inhibition activity to Gibberella zeae.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Invasive Salmonella infections are highly prevalent worldwide. Clinical data of childhood invasive Salmonella infections from China are limited. METHODS Data of hospitalized children <18 years old with invasive Salmonella infections from 2016 to 2020 in Shenzhen Children's Hospital in Shenzhen were retrospectively collected. Serotypes and antimicrobial susceptibility tests of the invasive Salmonella isolates were performed. RESULTS Sixty-three cases were enrolled during the 5-year study period including 8 in 2016, 11 in 2017, 16 in 2018, 6 in 2019 and 22 in 2020. The median age was 15 months (interquartile range, 11-22 months), and 79.4% (50 cases) were <2 years of age. Underlying diseases were found in 28.6% (18 cases) of the patients with a great variety, but no cases of malaria or HIV infection were identified. Most of the invasive Salmonella cases were bloodstream infections (84.1%), followed by osteoarthritis (11.1%) and meningitis (4.8%). Gastroenteritis (49.2%) and pneumonia (28.6%) were found to be the major manifestations among the patients. Furthermore, invasive Salmonella infections resulted in the death of 3 children (4.8%). Salmonella enteritis (12 cases; 15.9%) and Salmonella typhimurium (9 cases; 19.0%) as the most common serovars were identified. The resistance rates of Salmonella strains to ceftriaxone, ceftazidime and cefepime were also measured to be 17.5%, 17.5% and 9.5%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS An increasing number of childhood invasive Salmonella infections with a broad range of serotypes was observed in Shenzhen, China. It is critical to pay attention to the antimicrobial resistance of the isolates taken from children with invasive Salmonella infections.

Abstract
AIMS Acute pulmonary embolism (aPE) leads to a significant decrease in antegrade pulmonary blood volume (PBV), which can be measured by contrast echocardiography at the bedside. The aim of this work was to evaluate the feasibility and performance of PBV differentiating between patients with and without aPE. MATERIAL AND METHODS A total of 89 patients underwent computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) for suspected aPE were enrolled in the study. Their clinical and conventional echocardiographic characteristics were collected. Contrast echocardiography with measurements of PBV were performed. RESULTS There were 57 patients with aPE, with a mean Mastora pulmonary artery obstruction index (PAOI) of 56.14%. Pulmonary transit time (PTT), normalized PTT (nPTT) and PBV in patients with aPE was less than one half of those in patients without PE (p<0.05). There was significant negative correlation between PBV and Mastora PAOI (r=-0.897, p<0.01). None of the conventional echocardiographic parameters had an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of >0.5, while it was 0.997(0.984~1.010) for PBV in differentiating between patients with aPE or not. The optimal cutoff valueof PBV was 370ml, with a sensitivity of 100%, a specificity of 95.45% and an accuracy of 96.55%. CONCLUSIONS PBV had a powerful performance in differentiating between patients with aPE or not, and a PBV of <370ml indicated aPE. Contrast echocardiography is enormously useful in the recognition and differentiation of PE and can assess the severity of the PE and the patient's response to therapy.

Abstract
We have synthesized Rhopaladins’ analog (2E,4E)-4-chlorobenzylidene-2-(4-chlorostyryl)-N-cyclohexyl-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamide (RPDPRH) via a highly facile, inexpensive and green approach and verified the structural superiority of compound RPDPRH through molecular docking. Moreover, we further detected the anti-proliferation, apoptosis and HPV E6/E7 effects of RPDPRH on CaSki cells. Finally, we confirmed that compared with the previous compound (E)-N-(tert-butyl)-2-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-4-(4-fluorobenzylidene)-1-isopropyl-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamide (RPDPB), RPDPRH could better inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis, and down-regulate HPV E6/E7 mRNA expression on Caski cells. And preliminary RT-PCR experiments have demonstrated that RPDPRH also could affect the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 mRNA in Caski cells. In summary, RPDPRH has potential as an effective agent against cervical cancer and will play an important role in our subsequent research.

Abstract
PURPOSE To assess the influence of age as a continuous variable on the prognosis of pT1-2N1 breast cancer and examine its decision-making value for postmastectomy radiotherapy (PMRT). METHODS We retrospectively evaluated 5438 patients with pT1-2N1 breast cancer after mastectomy in 11 hospitals. A multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression model with penalized splines was used to examine the relationship between age and oncologic outcomes. RESULTS The median follow-up was 67.0 months. After adjustments for confounding characteristics, nonsignificant downward trend in locoregional recurrence (LRR) risk was observed with increasing age (P-non-linear association = 0.640; P-linear association = 0.078). A significant non-linear association was found between age and disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) (P-non-linear association <0.05; P-linear association >0.05, respectively). The DFS and OS exhibited U-shaped relationships, with the hazard ratios (HRs), reaching a nadir at 50 years old. A decreased risk of LRR with PMRT vs. no PMRT (HR = 0.304, 95% CI: 0.204-0.454) was maintained in all ages. The HR of PMRT vs. no PMRT for DFS and OS gradually increased with age. In patients ≤50 years old, PMRT was independently associated with favorable LRR, DFS, and OS, all P < 0.05). In patients >50 years old, PMRT was independently associated with reduced LRR (P = 0.004), but had no effect on DFS or OS. CONCLUSIONS Age was an independent prognostic factor for pT1-2N1 breast cancer; PMRT provided survival benefits for patients ≤50 years old, but not for patients >50 years old.

Abstract
With the aim of isolating clopyralid-degrading bacterial species for potential bioremediation, a pale-yellow, Gram-negative, rod-shaped, and non-motile designated as Clo-40T was isolated from soil which was about 10 years use of clopyralid in Zaozhuang city, Shandong province. Growth occurred within the ranges from 10 to 40 °C and 0-2.5% (w/v) NaCl. Strain could completely degrade 50 mg/L clopyralid within 2 days after induction and formed 3, 6-hydroxypicolinic acid, a major clopyralid metabolite, hydrolyze esculin, and reduce nitrates to nitrites, but could not hydrolyze gelatin. Based on phylogenetic analysis, strain clustered within the genus Xinfangfangia clade and branched with Xinfangfangia humi IMT-291T (97.6%) and Xinfangfangia soli ZQBWT (96.9%). Genome sequencing revealed a genome size of 4.41 Mbp and G + C content of 67.3%. The average nucleotide ANI values of strain with respect to X. humi IMT-291T and X. soli ZQBWT were 77.5% and 76.9%, respectively. The DDH estimated values between strain Clo-40T and X. humi IMT-291T and X. soli ZQBWT were 20.5% and 20.0%, respectively. The predominant fatty acids (> 5% of the total fatty acids) were C18:1 w7c (42.9%), C16:0 (28.8%), C17:0 cyclo (13.0%), and C14:0 (7.0%). The major polar lipids were identified as phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, unidentified phospholipid, unidentified glycolipid, and unidentified lipids. The predominant respiratory quinone was Q-10. Based on data from phenotypic, chemotaxonomic, and genotypic analyses in this study, strain Clo-40T represent a novel species in the genus of Xinfangfangia, for which the name Xinfangfangia pollutisoli sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is Clo-40T (= KCTC 92089T = GDMCC 1.2845T).

Abstract
Gynecological malignancy seriously threatens the physical and mental health of women. Shikonin is a naphthoquinone compound with a variety of biological activities. Studies have shown that shikonin can inhibit cell proliferation, promote cell apoptosis and induce cell necrosis. And in recent years, shikonin are also being increasingly used for the study of gynecological malignant diseases. Therefore, we reviewed the mechanism of action and structure optimization of shikonin in gynecological malignant tumors, in order to provide some reference for further research and development of related drug.

Abstract
Heterocyclic compounds were widely used in many domains; pyrrolidone is a derivative of heterocycles that can be used to synthesize anticancer drugs. A new fluorine-containing rhopaladins’ analog(E)-2-(4-bromobenzoyl)-N-(tert-butyl)-4-(4-fluoro benzylidene)-5-oxo-1-propylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide (RPDPD for short) of 2-aroyl-4-arylidene-5-oxopyrrolidine derivative was synthesized by the one-pot synthesis method and evaluated for its anti-tumor activity in vitro via CCK8 assay and annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) staining of HeLa cells. The results exhibited that compound RPDPD has inhibited the proliferation of HeLa in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 of 24.23 μmol/L (p < 0.05) and has low hepatotoxicity with an IC50 of 235.6 μmol/L (p < 0.05) to normal hepatocyte LO2 cells. The apoptotic assay demonstrated that compound RPDPD has induced apoptosis in HeLa cells (from 14.26 to 23.4%, p < 0.05). qRT-PCR results showed that the compound RPDPD could inhibit the expression of oncogene E6/E7 mRNA (p < 0.05) of human papillomavirus (HPV). The results of Western blot showed that the compound RPDPD promoted the expression of TIMP3 protein and inhibited the expression of MMP3 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the compound RPDPD can inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer cells and induce the apoptosis of cervical cancer cells, and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of E6 mRNA and E7 mRNA expressions, and the anticancer effect of the compound RPDPD on cervical cancer is closely related to the TIMP3/MMP3 signaling axis.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of mothers' exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons during pregnancy on their children's neurobehavioral development. Methods: In November 2009 to April 2010, a total of 221 pairs of mother-newborn pairs were recruited from two cooperative hospitals in Taiyuan, and their children were followed up at age two. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the level of BPDE-DNA in cord blood leukocytes. The Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) was used to assess the neurodevelopment of newborns, and the Gesell Development Scale was used to measure neurodevelopmental indexes of 2-year-old children. NBNA includes behavior, active and passive tone, primitive reflexes and general assessment, with a total score of 40 points. The Gesell Developmental Schedules consisted of four sub-scales: motor development, adaptive behavior development, language development and personal-social behavior development. We used mean and standard deviation to describe continuous variables with normal distribution, median (interquartile range) to describe continuous variables with skewed distribution, and frequency and proportion to describe categorical variables. Restricted cubic spline models were applied to assess the dose-response relationships between maternal prenatal polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons exposure and children's neurobehavioral development at two years old. Generalized linear models were applied to evaluate the effect of exposure to maternal prenatal polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons exposure on children's neurobehavioral development at 0 and two years old. Results: The NBNA score was 38.0±0.8, and the scores of 2-year-old children's motor, adaptive, language and personal-social were 111.6±15.0, 110.5±14.6, 108.8±17.2 and 111.7±14.5, respectively. After adjusting for confounding factors, there is no dose-response association between the cord blood BPDE of pregnant women and neonatal NBNA scores, but there were dose-response associations between BPDE and scores of 2-year-old children's motor, adaptive, language and personal-social. A unit increase in cord blood ln (BPDE-DNA), the score of motor, adaptive, language and personal-social of 2-year-old children decreased on average by 4.54、6.29、8.41 and 7.02 points. Conclusion: Maternal exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons during pregnancy is associated with decreased children's neurobehavioral development at two years old.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of the combined effect of noise and heat on occupational hearing loss of workers by using Meta-analysis method. Methods: In August 2020, the Chinese and English literature on the relationship between exposure to noise and heat and occupational hearing loss published from January 2005 to August 2020 by CNKI, China Biomedical Literature Service System, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP Official Database, Medline and PubMed Databases were searched, using noise, heat or hyperthermia, hearing as keywords. The selected data were analyzed by Stata 12.0 software, and the combined OR (95% CI) value included in the literature was calculated. Sensitivity analysis was used to explore the source of heterogeneity and analyze publication bias. Results: A total of 14 literatures (14 in Chinese, 0 in English) were included in the analysis, and 38654 subjects were included, including 6411 workers in the noise and heat combined effect group and 32243 workers in the noise alone group. The probability of hearing loss in the noise and heat combined effect group was 1.39 times higher than that in the noise alone group (95%CI: 1.14-1.69). The effect size OR was stable after sensitivity analysis, and there was no publication bias in the included literatures tested by Egger's and Begg's Method (z=0.38, P=0.702, t=-0.74, P=0.476) . Conclusion: Simultaneous exposure to noise and heat may increase the risk of hearing loss for workers in noisy workplaces.

Abstract
Marine alkaloids have novel structures and antitumor activities. Therefore, we synthesized rhopaladins’ analogs from marine alkaloids rhopaladins A-D and modified their structures to synthesize 4-benzylidene-5-pyrrolidone derivatives. Among the compounds, (2E, 4E)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-(4-chlorostyryl)-N-cyclohexyl-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamide (RPDPRH) has high efficiency and less hepatotoxicity, with IC50 values of 4.66, 6.42, 17.66, 15.2, 12.36, 22.4, and 243.2 μM in vitro anti-proliferative activity testing against cervical cancer C-33A, CaSki, SiHa, and HeLa cells, human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 and 7402 cells, and human normal liver LO2 cells, respectively. In particular, RPDPRH has similar activity to cisplatin on human hepatocarcinoma cells, and cisplatin served as a positive control in our study. Next, the apoptosis of HepG2 and 7402 cells induced by RPDPRH at different concentrations was detected by Annexin V/PI flow cytometry. Moreover, the expression of apoptotic proteins was detected by Western blot analysis. Finally, the results showed that RPDPRH could induce apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cells by regulating Bax and Bcl-2 expressions. In summary, our results indicate that RPDPRH has the potential to serve as an antitumor agent and plays a significant role in future studies.

Abstract
The precise classification of incomplete antibody reaction intensity (IARI) in hydrogel chromatography medium high density medium solid-phase Coombs test is essential for haemolytic disease screening. However, an automatic and contactless method is required for accurate classification of IARI. Here, we present a deep ensemble learning model that integrates five different convolutional neural networks into a single model for IARI classification. A dataset, including 1628 IARI images and corresponding labels of IARI categories ((-), (1 +), (2 +), (3 +), and (4 +)), was used. We trained our model using 1302 IARIs and validated its performance using 326 IARIs. The proposed model achieved 100%, 99.4%, 99.4%, 100%, and 100% accuracies in the ( −), (1 +), (2 +), (3 +), and (4 +) categories, respectively. The results were compared with those of manual classification by immunologists (average accuracy: 99.8% vs. 88.3%, p < 0.01). Following model assistance, all three immunologists achieved increased accuracy (average accuracy: + 6.1%), with the average accuracy of junior immunologists maximum increasing by 11.3%. The time required for model classification was 0.094 s·image–1, whereas that required manually was 5.528 s·image–1. The proposed model can thus substantially improve the accuracy and efficiency of IARI classification and facilitate the automation of haemolytic disease screening equipment.

Abstract
Objective: To analyse the clinical and gene characteristics of GRIN2B gene related neurological developmental disorders in children. Methods: The data of 11 children with GRIN2B gene related neurological developmental disorders from November 2016 to February 2021 were collected from Department of Neurology, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University, National Center for Children's Health and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical features, electroencephalogram (EEG), brain imaging and gene testing results were summarized. Results: Among 11 children 6 were boys and 5 were girls. Two of them were diagnosed with developmental and epileptic encephalopathy. The ages of seizures onset were 3 months and 9 months, respectively. Seizure types included epileptic spasm, tonic seizures, tonic spasm and focal seizures, and 1 patient also had startle attacks. EEG showed interictal multifocal epileptiform discharges. Both of them were added with more than 2 anti-seizure drugs, which were partially effective but could not control. They had moderate to severe mental and motor retardation. The phenotype of 9 cases was developmental delay or intellectual disability without epilepsy, age of visit 1 year to 6 year and 4 months of whom 5 cases had severe developmental delay, 2 cases had moderate and 2 cases had mild delay. Multi-focal epileptiform discharges were observed in 3 cases, no abnormality was found in 3 cases, and the remaining 3 cases did not undergo EEG examination. Ten cases underwent brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), 6 cases had nonspecific abnormalities and 4 cases were normal. Nine GRIN2B gene heterozygous variants were detected by next-generation sequencing in these 11 patients, 8 cases had missense variants and 1 case had nonsense variant, all of which were de novo and 3 of which were novel. Missense variants were found in 10 patients, among them 6 cases had severe developmental delay, 3 cases had moderate and 1 case had mild developmental delay, but the patient with nonsense variant showed mild developmental delay without epilepsy. Conclusions: The phenotypes of GRIN2B gene related neurological developmental disorders in children are diverse, ranging from mild intellectual impairment without epilepsy to severe epileptic encephalopathy. Patients with epileptic phenotype usually have an onset age of infancy, and spasm and focal seizures are the most common seizure types. And the epiletice episodes are refractory. Most of the patients with missense variants had severe developmental delay.

Abstract
The dentin collagen matrix that is not completely enveloped by resin adhesive is vulnerable to degradation by intrinsic collagenases during the etch-and-rinse process, which contributes to the deterioration of the bonding interface. Current commercial adhesives have no functional components that can form covalent bonds to the dentin collagen matrix. In this study, a photocurable aldehyde, 4-formylphenyl acrylate (FA), was synthesized and for the first time applied as a primer in adhesive dentistry to covalently bind to collagen. Experimental groups with different concentrations of FA (1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%) were prepared as primers. The cytotoxicity was evaluated by live/dead-cell staining and thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide assay. The interaction of FA with collagen was examined by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, hydroxyproline release under the degradation of type I collagenase, and thermogravimetric analysis. An optimal group was selected based on the degree of conversion of 2 universal adhesives and further divided depending on the treatment time (20 s, 30 s, 1 min, 2 min). The bonding performances were evaluated by microtensile strength before and after aging. Finally, the bonding interface was observed under confocal laser scanning microscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that FA demonstrated good biocompatibility, dentin modification capability, and infiltration. It not only effectively cross-linked dentin collagen to improve its stability against enzymatic hydrolysis and modify the adhesive interface but also potentially acted as a diluting monomer to induce deep penetration of adhesive resin monomers into the dentin. The bonding strength after aging was improved without jeopardizing the degree of conversion of 2 commercial adhesives. Such prominent advantages of using FA to improve the bonding performance promotes its further application in adhesive dentistry.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of urban green space on depressive symptoms among Chinese urban residents aged 45 and older. In total, 7397 urban respondents were included in this study. Each respondent participated in the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study Wave 3 (2015). Environmental-level variables were retrieved from the National Bureau of Statistics database. Both unadjusted and adjusted methods were used in the multilevel regression analysis. Almost one-third of the sample population suffered from depressive symptoms (31.20%). The multilevel logistic regression model showed that green coverage ratio of city-built districts is negatively associated with the prevalence of depressive symptoms among urban mid-aged (OR = 0.79, p < 0.05) and elderly (OR = 0.75, p < 0.05) residents, and the public recreational green space helps to reduce elderly people’s depressive symptoms (OR = 0.77, p < 0.05). This study adds insights about the impact of green space and other environmental factors on depressive symptoms among mid-aged and elderly urban dwellers. It is important to provide enough and accessible overall urban green spaces; additionally, attention should also be paid to specific green space forms such as public recreational green space.
