Abstract
Brown planthopper (BPH; Nilaparvata lugens Stål) is one of the most serious insect pests, which reduce rice yield remarkably in many rice-growing areas. A few plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria induce systemic resistance against herbivorous insects. Here we show that root drenching of rice seedlings with an endophytic strain Bacillus velezensis YC7010 enhanced defenses against BPH. Based on high-throughput transcriptome analysis, systemic resistance against BPH was induced by B. velezensis YC7010 via salicylic acid (SA)- and jasmonic acid (JA)-dependent pathways. Increased leaf contents of secondary metabolites, tricin and C-glycosyl flavone and cell-wall contents of lignin and cellulose were the key defense mechanisms inducing resistance against BPH during the three-way interaction. This study shows for the first time that chemical changes and strengthening of physical barriers play important roles simultaneously in plant defense against BPH in rice by the endophytic bacteria. This defense was induced by lipopeptides including a novel bacillopeptin X.

Abstract
Cyclic dipeptides (CDPs) are one of the simplest compounds produced by living organisms. Plant-growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPRs) also produce CDPs that can induce disease resistance. Bacillus vallismortis strain BS07 producing various CDPs has been evaluated as a potential biocontrol agent against multiple plant pathogens in chili pepper. However, plant signal pathway triggered by CDPs has not been fully elucidated yet. Here we introduce four CDPs, cyclo(Gly-L-Pro) previously identified from Aspergillus sp., and cyclo(L-Ala-L-Ile), cyclo(L-Ala-L-Leu), and cyclo(LLeu-L-Pro) identified from B. vallismortis BS07, which induce disease resistance in Arabidopsis against Pseudomonas syringae infection. The CDPs do not directly inhibit fungal and oomycete growth in vitro. These CDPs require PHYTOALEXIN DEFICIENT4, SALICYLIC ACID INDUCTION DEFICIENT2, and NONEXPRESSOR OF PATHOGENESIS-RELATED PROTEINS1 important for salicylic acid-dependent defense to induce resistance. On the other hand, regulators involved in jasmonate-dependent event, such as ETHYLENE RECEPTOR1, JASMONATE RESPONSE1, and JASMONATE INSENSITIVE1, are necessary to the CDP-induced resistance. Furthermore, treatment of these CDPs primes Arabidopsis plants to rapidly express PATHOGENESIS-RELATED PROTEIN4 at early infection phase. Taken together, we propose that these CDPs from PGPR strains accelerate activation of jasmonate-related signaling pathway during infection.

Abstract
Four new quercetin acylglycosides, designated camelliquercetisides A-D, quercetin 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)][2-O″-(E)-p-coumaroyl][β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucoside (17), quercetin 3-O-[2-O″-(E)-p-coumaroyl][β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucoside (18), quercetin 3-O-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→3)][2-O″-(E)-p-coumaroyl][α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-d-glucoside (19), and quercetin 3-O-[2-O″-(E)-p-coumaroyl][α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucoside (20), together with caffeine and known catechins, and flavonoids (1-16) were isolated from the leaves of Camellia sinensis. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic (1D and 2D NMR, IR, and HR-TOF-MS) and chemical methods. The catechins and flavonoidal glycosides exhibited yeast alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) inhibitory activities in the range of IC(50) 8.0-70.3μM, and radical scavenging activities in the range of IC(50) 1.5-43.8 μM, measured by using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical.

Abstract
Ten new polyhydroxyolean-12-ene pentacyclic triterpenoidal saponins, named rogchaponins 1-10, were isolated from the methanolic extract of the roots of Camellia sinensis by a series of chromatographic methods (silica gel flash column and C18 MPLC followed by C18 HPLC). Their structures were established by 1D and 2D-NMR techniques along with IR and HR-TOF-MS. Rogchaponins R4 ( 4) and R5 (5) showed inhibitory activities against yeast alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) with IC (50) values of 16.1 ± 3.2 and 15.4 ± 3.3 µM, respectively. A 4-methylpyrazole positive control exhibited an IC (50) of 2750 ± 50 µM. However, the saponins showed no inhibitory activity against yeast aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH).

Abstract
The newly synthesized pyrido[2,3-a]carbazoles were prepared in good yields by multicomponent reactions under L-proline as promoter and structurally characterized. Few compounds showed significant activity toward both gram-positive, gram-negative bacterial strains. All compounds exerted negative efficacy for antifungal activity except compounds 5f and 7f which showed moderate activity. All compounds showed weak to moderate capacity for scavenging DPPH. The cytotoxicity was evaluated by Sulforhodamine B assay against A-549, B16F10, HCT-15, SKMel2 and SKOV3 cell lines and compared with standard drug cisplatin. Compound 5f outperformed cisplatin against A-549, HCT-15, SKMel2 and B16F10 cell lines. Compound 5e outranged cisplatin against A-549, HCT-15, and SKMel2 cell lines. 5b outperformed cisplatin specifically against B16F10. The preliminary structure activity relationships were carried out.

Abstract
Bioassay-directed fractionation of a methanolic extract from the seeds of Draba nemorosa (Brassicaceae) led to isolation of a new flavonol glycoside, drabanemoroside (5, kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranose) along with four known flavonoid derivatives (1-4), four cardenolide glycosides (6-9). Kaempferol glycosides 2 and 5 showed strong cytotoxicity against human small lung cancer cell line A549 and melanoma SK-Mel-2 with an IC(50) of 0.5 microg/mL and 1.9 microg/mL, respectively. Cardenolide glycosides 6-9 showed potent cytotoxicity (A549) in the range of 0.01-0.032 microg/mL. Their structures were characterized based on spectroscopic data (2D NMR, HRTOFMS, IR, and UV) and comparison of literature values. The carbohydrate units were also confirmed by comparing the hydrolysate of 5 with authentic monosaccharides.

Abstract
The screening of antifungal active compounds from the fermentation extracts of soil-borne bacterium Burkholderia cepacia K87 afforded pyrrolnitrin (1) and two new pyrrolnitrin analogs, 3-chloro-4-(3-chloro-2-nitrophenyl)-5-methoxy-3-pyrrolin-2-one (2) and 4-chloro-3-(3-chloro-2-nitrophenyl)-5-methoxy-3-pyrrolin-2-one (3). Pyrrolnitrin showed strong antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani but the analogs (2 and 3) were found to be marginally active. The isolates, 2 and 3, are believed to be biodegraded derivatives of pyrrolnitrin.

Abstract
Bioactivity-directed fractionation of extracts from the seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii led to the isolation of (-)-1-O-feruloylsecoisolariciresinol (2), named hanultarin, In addition, four known lignans were also isolated, including (-)-secoisolariciresinol (1), 1,4-O-diferuloylsecoisolariciresinol (3), (-)-pinoresinol (4), and 4-ketopinoresinol (5). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited strong cytotoxic effects against human lung carcinoma A549 cells, melanoma SK-Mel-2 cells, and mouse skin melanoma B16F1 cells with IC(50) ranges of 3-13 microg/mL. Compound 2 showed an inhibitory effect on the polymerization of the actin cytoskeleton in normal epidermal keratinocyte (HaCaT cells), suggesting unique biological properties of compound 2 compared to those of the other isolates.

Abstract
Bioassay-guided extraction and fractionation of the aqueous methanolic extract of the cones of Pinus densiflora (Pinaceae) afforded one new labdane-type diterpene aldehyde, 15-nor-14-oxolabda-8(17),12 E-diene-18-oic acid, along with eight known diterpenes. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods as well as by comparison with previously reported data. The isolates showed antibacterial (Propionibacterium acnes) and antifungal activities.

Abstract
Two new C(14) polyacetylenes dendrazawayne A(7) and dendrazawayne B (9) together with known C(13) polyacetylenes (2, 3), C(14) polyacetylenes (1, 4, and 8) and polyacetylene amides (5 and 6) were isolated from the roots of Dendranthema zawadskii. The structures of 7 and 9 were elucidated based on spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR, HR-TOF-MS, IR, and UV. Compounds 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 showed moderate activity against tumor cell lines (human small lung cancer cell line A549, melanoma SK-Mel-2, and mouse melanoma B16F1) with IC(50) values in the range of 7.4 - 30 microg/mL. Compounds 7 and 9, including other polyacetylenes, showed strong activity against the fungus Trichophyton (MIC: 5 - 10 microg/mL).

Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the in vivo efficacy of two cinnamic acid synthetic derivatives (allyl 3-[4-hydroxyphenyl]propanoate; HPP304, 1-naphthyl-methyl 3-[4-hydroxyphenyl]propanoate; HPP305) in high-cholesterol fed rats and compare their actions to that of cinnamic acid. Cinnamic acid and its synthetic derivatives were supplemented with a high-cholesterol diet for 42 days at a dose of 0.135 mmol/100g of diet. The supplementation of HPP304 and HPP305 significantly lowered cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the plasma and liver with a simultaneous increase in the HDL-cholesterol concentration, whereas cinnamic acid only lowered the plasma cholesterol concentration. Cinnamic acid lowered hepatic HMG-CoA reductase activity in high-cholesterol fed rats, however, its synthetic derivatives (HPP304 and HPP305) did not affect HMG-CoA reductase activity compared to the control group. Instead, the HPP304 and HPP305 supplements significantly lowered hepatic acyl coenzyme A:cholesterol acyltransferase activity and increased the fecal bile acid. The SOD activity of the erythrocytes and liver was not different between the groups, however, the activities of CAT and GSH-Px, and the level of GSH in the erythrocytes were significantly higher in the HPP304 and HPP305 groups than in the control group. On the other hand, the activities of CAT and GSH-Px, and the level of malondialdehyde in the liver were significantly lower in the HPP304 and HPP305 groups. The antioxidant activities of these cinnamic acid synthetic derivatives were similar to the cinnamic acid in the high-cholesterol fed rats. In addition, HPP304 and HPP305 lowered amniotransferase activity in the plasma. These results suggest that two cinnamic acid synthetic derivatives (HPP304 and HPP305) exert lipid-lowering action and antioxidant properties without hepatotoxicity in high-cholesterol fed rats.

Abstract
Fifty seven carcasses from Hanwoo beef females were randomly selected by official meat graders and were sorted into three levels of maturity and marbling. Carcass data was collected for back fat thickness, longissimus area, carcass weight, meat colour, fat colour, marbling score, yield and quality grades. Mature carcasses had more yellow fat, coarser texture, a larger longissimus muscle area and lower quality grades and marbling scores (P<0.05). Carcasses with a higher marbling score had thicker fat and a higher quality grade. Carcasses with low marbling had a higher yield grade and a coarser texture (P<0.05). Higher marbling scores corresponded with lower cook and drip loss values for longissimus steaks. As the maturity of carcass was increased, the redness and lightness of meat and the yellowness of fat all tended to increase. Tenderness, flavour and overall acceptability scores for the older maturity group were lower than for younger and intermediate groups. Marbling was significantly (P<0.01) correlated with quality grade, crude fat content, cook and drip losses, and Warner-Bratzler shear force. The maturity level was also significantly (P<0.01) correlated with quality grade, fat colour, texture score, number of calves produced and milk teeth, meat redness and yellowness, fat yellowness, and Warner-Bratzler shear force. Results indicate that a low marbling group and older maturity group based on Korean grading system could negatively influence carcass traits and beef qualities of Hanwoo beef female.

Abstract
Bioassay-guided purification of a methanol extract from Amomum tsao-ko led to the isolation of the bicyclic nonane isotsaokoin (1) as the major active principle, an isomer of the previously reported tsaokoin (2). The stereochemical relationship of 1 and 2 was investigated by NOE experiments and Mosher ester derivatization. Compound 1 showed antifungal activity against Trycophyton mentagrophytes.

Abstract
Numerous studies in vitro have shown a close relationship between the chemical structure and biologic activity of flavonoids, whereby their basic structure is modified to increase or decrease their biologic activity. The effects of naringenin (1) and its synthetic derivative, naringenin 7-O-cetyl ether (2), on the lipid profile, the cholesterol-regulating enzyme activity and the excretion of sterol were compared in rats fed a high-cholesterol (1% wt/wt) diet. Either 1 or 2 was supplemented with a high-cholesterol diet for 6 weeks at a dose of 0.073 mmol/100g diet. The supplementation of 1 or 2 significantly lowered the levels (mean+/-SE) of the plasma total cholesterol (4.93+/-0.19 and 4.75+/-0.16 mmol/L vs 5.87+/-0.36 mmol/L, p<0.05) and hepatic triglyceride (0.12+/-0.01 and 0.11+/-0.01 mmol/g vs 0.18+/-0.01 mmol/g, p<0.05) and cholesterol (0.23+/-0.01 and 0.21+/-0.01 mmol/g vs 0.31+/-0.01 mmol/g, p<0.05) compared to those of the control. The compound 1 or 2 supplementation appeared to decrease the excretion of neutral sterols. The plasma HDL-cholesterol concentration and ratio of HDL to total cholesterol were significantly higher in 1 and 2 groups than in control group. Although the biological effect of 2 on inhibiting hepatic HMG-CoA reductase and ACAT activities was only significant compared to the control group, both compounds exhibited a significant hypocholesterolemic effect in rats fed a high-cholesterol diet. The results suggest that cholesterol biosynthesis and esterification were concomitantly reduced by 2, as indicated by the decreased HMG-CoA reductase and ACAT activities.

The antioxidative effects of naringenin (1) and its synthetic derivative, naringenin 7-O-cetyl ether (2), were tested. Male rats were fed a 1 g/100 g high-cholesterol diet for 6 weeks with supplements of either 1 or 2 (0.073 mmol/100 g diet) to study the effects on the antioxidant enzyme activities in the erythrocyte and liver. The erythrocyte catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were significantly higher in the compounds 1 or 2 supplemented groups than in the control group, whereas the hepatic SOD and CAT activities were significantly lower in the compound 2 supplemented group. The compounds 1 and 2 supplements to a high cholesterol diet lowered or tended to lower the plasma TBARS levels, that is, lipid peroxide products, while enhancing the plasma paraoxonase activity. These results indicate that the supplementation of 1 and 2 was effective in improving the antioxidant capacity of the erythrocyte and liver, plus the synthetic functional compound 2 appeared to be as potent as 1 in enhancing the antioxidant defense system.

Abstract
The structure of the title compound, (+)-7S-hydroxyxestospongin A was solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and the absolute stereochemistry obtained by analysis of the derived R and S Mosher's esters. The absolute configuration of xestospongin D was determined for the first time by analysis of anomalous scattering from the X-ray crystal diffraction data set. Xestospongins A, C, and D, araguspongine C, and demethylxestospongin B exhibited modest antifungal activity (MIC 30-100 g/mL) against various fluconazole-resistant Candida spp., but 7S-hydroxyxestospongin A was inactive.

Abstract
To assess the effects of slaughter weight and sex on APGS (Animal Products Grading Service) quality and APGS yield grade of Korean Hanwoo (n = 20,881) cattle, data were collected from cow, bull, and steer carcasses during a 1-yr period. Factors used to determine quality grade (marbling, meat color, fat color, texture, and overall maturity score) and yield grade (cold carcass weight, adjusted fat thickness, and longissimus muscle area) by the Korean grading system were recorded. Both yield and quality grades were improved (P < 0.01) with heavier slaughter weight, but there was no difference in yield grade for Hanwoo cattle classes heavier than 551 kg (P > 0.01). Longissimus muscle area, adjusted fat thickness, and marbling score increased (P < 0.01) with carcass weight. Bull carcasses showed higher yield but lower quality than those of cows or steers (P < 0.01). The quality grade of steer carcasses was higher (P < 0.01) than that of cow carcasses due to higher marbling scores, lower maturity scores, and heavier carcass weights. Hanwoo carcasses with larger longissimus muscle areas in relation to their carcass weight had lower APGS quality grades. The APGS quality grades were different between yield grade A and B carcasses (P < 0.01), but quality grade was not improved by increased fat thickness beyond the point of yield grade B. Adjusted fat thickness and marbling score showed significant (P < 0.01) differences among all yield grade classes, and this resulted in increased quality grade as yield grade decreased. Adjusted fat thickness showed the strongest correlation (r = -0.63) with yield grade, whereas marbling score had the strongest correlation (r = 0.81) with quality grade. Results showed a negative effect of castration on yield but a positive effect on quality. Also, data showed that Hanwoo carcasses with heavier weights had higher quality grades than those of lighter weight.

Abstract
The antifungal substances SH-1 and SH-2 were isolated from Streptomyces humidus strain S5-55 cultures by various purification procedures and identified as phenylacetic acid and sodium phenylacetate, respectively, based on the nuclear magnetic resonance, electron ionization mass spectral, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectral data. SH-1 and SH-2 completely inhibited the growth of Pythium ultimum, Phytophthora capsici, Rhizoctonia solani, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae at concentrations from 10 to 50 microg/ml. The two compounds were as effective as the commercial fungicide metalaxyl in inhibiting spore germination and hyphal growth of P. capsici. However, the in vivo control efficacies of the two antifungal compounds against P. capsici infection on pepper plants were similar to those of H(3)PO(3) and fosetyl-AI but less than that of metalaxyl.

Abstract
The actinomycete strain Ao108 producing antifungal metabolites active against some plant pathogenic fungi was identified as Actinomadura roseola, based on the analyses of morphological and physiological characteristics. The antibiotic Da2B that showed a strong antifungal activity was isolated from the culture broth and mycelial mats of A. roseola strain Ao108 using various chromatographic procedures. On the basis of (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and 2-D NMR correlation data, the antibiotic Da2B was confirmed to have the structure of an anthracycline antibiotic, daunomycin. In vitro antimicrobial spectrum tests showed that the antibiotic Da2B had substantial inhibitory activity (10 microg mL(-)(1) of MICs) against mycelial growth of Phytophthora capsici and Rhizoctonia solani. The antibiotic also showed antiyeast activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae, but the growth of Candida albicans was not affected. Antibacterial activity was found only against Gram-positive bacteria. In the further evaluation of in vivo efficacy, application of the antibiotic Da2B effectively inhibited the development of Phytophthora blight in pepper plants. However, the control efficacy of the antibiotic against Phytophthora infection was somewhat less than that of metalaxyl. The antibiotic Da2B did not show any phytotoxicity on pepper plants even at 500 microg mL(-)(1).

Abstract
An antifungal bacterial strain, isolated from a greenhouse soil sample, inhibits growth of microflora nearby. It was selected for further studies of bacterial antifungal properties. This isolate was identified as a Pseudomonas sp. based on carbohydrate utilization, and other biochemical and physiological tests. Petri plate assay revealed that the Pseudomonas sp. exhibited antifungal activity against the plant pathogens, Pythium ultimum, Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici, Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum. Using direct inhibition bioassay on TLC plates after ethyl acetate extraction of the culture filtrate, we correlated antifungal activity with production of antifungal compounds. An antifungal antibiotic was isolated from the culture filtrate and was identified as N-butylbenzenesulphonamide. ED50, values of the N-butylbenzenesulphonamide against P. ultimum, P. capsici, R. solani, and B. cinerea were 73, 41, 33 and 102 ppm, respectively.

Abstract
The antibiotic Ao58A,which showed strong antifungal activity against some plant pathogenic fungi, was purified from the culture broth and mycelial mats of Micromonospora coerulea strain Ao58 using various chromatographic procedures. The molecular formula of the antibiotic Ao58A was deduced to be C(16)H(23)NO(4) (M + H, m/z 294.1707) by high-resolution FAB mass spectroscopy. Analyses of (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and 2D NMR spectral data revealed that the antibiotic Ao58A is the glutarimide antibiotic streptimidone, 4-(2-hydroxy-5, 7-dimethyl-4-oxo-6,8-nonadienyl)-2,6-piperidinedione. The antibiotic Ao58A was very effective in inhibiting growth of Phytophthora capsici,Didymella bryoniae, Magnaporthe grisea, and Botrytis cinerea in the range approximately 3-10 microg mL(-)(1) of MICs. In vivo evaluation of the antibiotic Ao58A under greenhouse condition showed strong control efficacies against the development of P. capsici, B. cinerea, and M. grisea on pepper, cucumber, and rice plants, respectively. The antibiotic Ao58A was equally as effective as metalaxyl, vinclozolin, and tricyclazole in the control of these plant diseases. However, it did not show any phytotoxicity on the plants even when treated with 500 microg mL(-)(1).

Abstract
Euplexides A-E (1-5), novel farnesylhydroquinone glycosides of the moritoside class, have been isolated from the gorgonian Euplexaura anastomosans. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by combined chemical and spectral methods. The absolute stereochemistry has been determined by the modified Mosher's method and an acidic hydrolysis followed by GC analysis. These compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxicity and antioxidizing activity as well as inhibitory activity against PLA(2).

Abstract
We examined the kinetics of contrast agent elimination during hemodialysis in 7 patients with end-stage renal disease on regular hemodialysis treatment (group I) and in 13 patients with impaired renal function (serum creatinine 214-657 mumol/l; group II). The nonionic agent iohexol was administered at a dose of 0.4-4.5 g/kg, and a 6-hour hemodialysis was performed with 1-18 h delay. This procedure removed 60-90% (mean 77%) of the iohexol present in the circulation at the start of dialysis treatment. The mean extraction ratio across the dialysis membrane was 0.47 and was inversely related to blood flow. The total clearance of iohexol was 70.4 +/- 24.6 ml/min and was very close to dialyzer clearance, as estimated from blood flow and extraction ratio. The plasma iohexol level after dialysis was related to the dose administered, iohexol clearance, and the patients' body weight. During peritoneal dialysis (36-60 liters dialysis fluid), 43-72% of the iohexol dose was removed from the patients' circulation. In patients of group II no further impairment of the renal function (increase of serum creatinine) in conjunction with angiography was observed. We conclude that hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis are effective methods for removal of iohexol. Our observations suggest also that accelerated elimination of contrast media by prophylactic dialysis can be beneficial in preventing further reduction in renal function after angiographic procedures in high-risk patients.

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to evaluate the results of the hospital self inspection with the medical insurance and to offer basic materials to the medical insurance inspection and the education of medical insurance. The study was undertaken with 4,730 cases among the total 13,810 medical insurance in patients from Jan. 1990 to Dec. 1990 at one university hospital in Pusan. The major contents of the inspection were the omission of diagnosis and medical fee, curtailment, application mistake, the rates of inclusion, subtraction and total accumulation. The data were collected using patients charts and bills. The results of the paper analysis were as follows. 1. From the pre-discharge hospital self inspection, major omission were treatment and material fee but medication fee were moderately high and high curtailment was operation fee. 2. Decreasing order of operation fee adjustment were digestive (22.4%) muscular (22%) and neuro system operation (21.4%). Majority of the medication fee adjustments were injection form of medication (95.7%). 50% of the treatment fee adjustments were composed of injection fee (27.9%) and dressing or post-operative dressing fee (22.3%). 74.7% of material costs were composed of oxygen (30.6%), blood and the blood composed materials (44.1%). 3. Pre-discharge inspection showed 6% adjustment rate, 4.3% addition and 2.1% curtailment rate. Most of the adjustment were omission (66.1%). 4. Omission were divided by event omission (92.6%) and application mistake (7.4%). The decreasing order of omission fee were operation (21.84%), treatment (18.71%) diagnosis (18.68%), medication (14.53%) and material costs (10.84%). So operation and treatment part were the major part of the total omission fee (40.55%). 5. The average omission of diagnosis were 1,800 per month.
