Abstract
This data article provides temporally and spatially high-resolution datasets of the indoor velocity fields for cross-ventilation models of two-layered simplified buildings separated by a second floor at the middle height with an opening using wind-tunnel experiments. The datasets are based on the research article entitled "Quantifying natural cross-ventilation flow of a two-layered model used for terraced houses in tropical zones by particle image velocimetry" by Ali et al. [1]. Two cases are considered based on the positions of the inlet and outlet openings on each floor. The measurements were conducted using hot-wire anemometry (HWA) with 10,000 Hz and particle image velocimetry (PIV) with 1000 Hz for a sufficiently long period to determine reliable statistics of the mean, variances, and covariances. In addition, the article provides the instantaneous datasets of two velocity components determined by PIV for the cross-ventilation models. The datasets can be used for both computational fluid dynamics (CFD) validation and further investigation of turbulent flow nature of the multi-layer cross ventilation flow.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are uncommon mesenchymal neoplasms that comprise <2 % of all soft tissue tumors. They are a diagnostically challenging group of neoplasms that can occur essentially anywhere. Molecular or genetic testing of soft tissue tumors will increasingly add to the foundation of distinctive histologic features, as accurate diagnosis is critical for appropriate treatment. CASE PRESENTATION A 28-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for a left breast mass. Ultrasonography showed an oval hypoechoic mass with partially obscured boundaries. Surgical specimens revealed spindle tumor cells surrounding the mammary ducts and were immunoreactive for both CD34 and STAT6, suggesting SFTs. However, the infiltration of spindle tumor cells into the surrounding fat, and the storiform-like pattern made us consider dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) as a differential diagnosis. Lack of amplification of the COL1A1-PDGFB fusion gene, a characteristic feature of DFSP, led to our definitive diagnosis of breast SFT. DISCUSSION The presence of STAT6 in tumor cell nuclei is a highly sensitive immunohistochemical marker for SFT. In our case, morphological features evoked the differential diagnosis of DFSP and we investigated the COL1A1-PDGFB fusion gene. The diagnostic process of reliably performing careful morphological examination and immunohistochemical marker test, and then obtain conviction by molecular cytogenetic technique is more and more important for soft tissue tumors. CONCLUSIONS We report a quite uncommon case of breast SFT and excluded DFSP as a differential diagnosis. If it is difficult to distinguish between these diseases, molecular cytogenetic analysis would be required for accurate diagnosis.

Abstract
The Hayabusa2 spacecraft investigated the C-type (carbonaceous) asteroid (162173) Ryugu. The mission performed two landing operations to collect samples of surface and subsurface material, the latter exposed by an artificial impact. We present images of the second touchdown site, finding that ejecta from the impact crater was present at the sample location. Surface pebbles at both landing sites show morphological variations ranging from rugged to smooth, similar to Ryugu's boulders, and shapes from quasi-spherical to flattened. The samples were returned to Earth on 6 December 2020. We describe the morphology of >5 grams of returned pebbles and sand. Their diverse color, shape, and structure are consistent with the observed materials of Ryugu; we conclude that they are a representative sample of the asteroid.

Abstract
The Hayabusa2 spacecraft investigated the small asteroid Ryugu, which has a rubble-pile structure. We describe an impact experiment on Ryugu using Hayabusa2's Small Carry-on Impactor. The impact produced an artificial crater with a diameter >10 meters, which has a semicircular shape, an elevated rim, and a central pit. Images of the impact and resulting ejecta were recorded by the Deployable CAMera 3 for >8 minutes, showing the growth of an ejecta curtain (the outer edge of the ejecta) and deposition of ejecta onto the surface. The ejecta curtain was asymmetric and heterogeneous and it never fully detached from the surface. The crater formed in the gravity-dominated regime; in other words, crater growth was limited by gravity not surface strength. We discuss implications for Ryugu's surface age.

Abstract
Rikkunshito has been shown to improve upper gastrointestinal symptoms and anorexia. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether rikkunshito improves chemotherapy-induced nausea in thoracic cancer patients receiving carboplatin (CBDCA)-based chemotherapy. A retrospective before-and-after comparison study was conducted in patients with thoracic cancer receiving the first cycle of CBDCA-based chemotherapy. Among 61 eligible patients, 34 received standard antiemetic therapy with a combination of 5-hydroxytryptamine-3 receptor antagonist and dexamethasone from September 2012 and June 2013 (standard group), while the other 27 received the standard antiemetic therapy plus oral rikkunshito from July 2013 and December 2014 (rikkunshito group). The rates of no nausea showed no significant difference between the standard and rikkunshito group (Overall phase: 64.7 % for standard group vs 74.1 % for rikkunshito group, p = 0.579). Subgroup analysis indicated that, in female patients, the rates of no nausea in rikkunshito groups was significantly higher than in standard group (overall phase: 44.4 % vs 100 %, p = 0.034). Rikkunshito did not demonstrate an additional prophylactic effect on standard antiemetic therapy for nausea in patients with thoracic cancer receiving CBDCA-based chemotherapy, but showed a prophylactic effect of nausea in female patients.

Abstract
The Hayabusa2 spacecraft arrived at the near-Earth carbonaceous asteroid 162173 Ryugu in 2018. We present Hayabusa2 observations of Ryugu's shape, mass, and geomorphology. Ryugu has an oblate "spinning top" shape, with a prominent circular equatorial ridge. Its bulk density, 1.19 ± 0.02 grams per cubic centimeter, indicates a high-porosity (>50%) interior. Large surface boulders suggest a rubble-pile structure. Surface slope analysis shows Ryugu's shape may have been produced from having once spun at twice the current rate. Coupled with the observed global material homogeneity, this suggests that Ryugu was reshaped by centrifugally induced deformation during a period of rapid rotation. From these remote-sensing investigations, we identified a suitable sample collection site on the equatorial ridge.

The geomorphology, color, and thermal properties of Ryugu: Implications for parent-body processes. Science 2019; 364:252. Abstract
The near-Earth carbonaceous asteroid 162173 Ryugu is thought to have been produced from a parent body that contained water ice and organic molecules. The Hayabusa2 spacecraft has obtained global multicolor images of Ryugu. Geomorphological features present include a circum-equatorial ridge, east-west dichotomy, high boulder abundances across the entire surface, and impact craters. Age estimates from the craters indicate a resurfacing age of [Formula: see text] years for the top 1-meter layer. Ryugu is among the darkest known bodies in the Solar System. The high abundance and spectral properties of boulders are consistent with moderately dehydrated materials, analogous to thermally metamorphosed meteorites found on Earth. The general uniformity in color across Ryugu's surface supports partial dehydration due to internal heating of the asteroid's parent body.

Abstract
The existence of lightning discharges in the Venus atmosphere has been controversial for more than 30 years, with many positive and negative reports published. The lightning and airglow camera (LAC) onboard the Venus orbiter, Akatsuki, was designed to observe the light curve of possible flashes at a sufficiently high sampling rate to discriminate lightning from other sources and can thereby perform a more definitive search for optical emissions. Akatsuki arrived at Venus during December 2016, 5 years following its launch. The initial operations of LAC through November 2016 have included a progressive increase in the high voltage applied to the avalanche photodiode detector. LAC began lightning survey observations in December 2016. It was confirmed that the operational high voltage was achieved and that the triggering system functions correctly. LAC lightning search observations are planned to continue for several years.

Abstract
Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is caused by germline mutations in the NF1 gene and is characterized by café au lait spots and benign tumours known as neurofibromas. NF1 encodes the tumour suppressor protein neurofibromin, which negatively regulates the small GTPase Ras, with the constitutive activation of Ras signalling resulting from NF1 mutations being thought to underlie neurofibroma development. We previously showed that knockdown of neurofibromin triggers epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) signalling and that such signalling is activated in NF1-associated neurofibromas. With the use of a cell-based drug screening assay, we have now identified the antiallergy drug tranilast (N-(3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl) anthranilic acid) as an inhibitor of EMT and found that it attenuated the expression of mesenchymal markers and angiogenesis-related genes in NF1-mutated sNF96.2 cells and in neurofibroma cells from NF1 patients. Tranilast also suppressed the proliferation of neurofibromin-deficient cells in vitro more effectively than it did that of intact cells. In addition, tranilast inhibited sNF96.2 cell migration and proliferation in vivo. Knockdown of type III collagen (COL3A1) also suppressed the proliferation of neurofibroma cells, whereas expression of COL3A1 and SOX2 was increased in tranilast-resistant cells, suggesting that COL3A1 and the transcription factor SOX2 might contribute to the development of tranilast resistance.

Abstract
The ultraviolet imager (UVI) has been developed for the Akatsuki spacecraft (Venus Climate Orbiter mission). The UVI takes ultraviolet (UV) images of the solar radiation reflected by the Venusian clouds with narrow bandpass filters centered at the 283 and 365 nm wavelengths. There are absorption bands of SO2 and unknown absorbers in these wavelength regions. The UV images provide the spatial distribution of SO2 and the unknown absorber around cloud top altitudes. The images also allow us to understand the cloud top morphologies and haze properties. Nominal sequential images with 2-h intervals are used to understand the dynamics of the Venusian atmosphere by estimating the wind vectors at the cloud top altitude, as well as the mass transportation of UV absorbers. The UVI is equipped with off-axial catadioptric optics, two bandpass filters, a diffuser installed in a filter wheel moving with a step motor, and a high sensitivity charge-coupled device with UV coating. The UVI images have spatial resolutions ranging from 200 m to 86 km at sub-spacecraft points. The UVI has been kept in good condition during the extended interplanetary cruise by carefully designed operations that have maintained its temperature maintenance and avoided solar radiation damage. The images have signal-to-noise ratios of over 100 after onboard desmear processing.

Abstract
Since insertion into orbit on December 7, 2015, the Akatsuki orbiter has returned global images of Venus from its four imaging cameras at eleven discrete wavelengths from ultraviolet (283 and 365 nm) and near infrared (0.9-2.3 µm), to the thermal infrared (8-12 µm) from a near-equatorial orbit. The Venus Express and Pioneer Venus Orbiter missions have also monitored the planet for long periods but from polar or near-polar orbits. The wavelength coverage and views of the planet also differ for all three missions. In reflected light, the images reveal features seen near the cloud tops (~ 70 km altitude), whereas in the near-infrared images of the nightside, features seen are at mid- to lower cloud levels (~ 48-60 km altitude). The dayside cloud cover imaged at the ultraviolet wavelengths shows morphologies similar to what was observed from Mariner 10, Pioneer Venus, Galileo, Venus Express and MESSENGER. The daytime images at 0.9 and 2.02 µm also reveal some interesting features which bear similarity to the ultraviolet images. The nighttime images at 1.74, 2.26 and 2.32 µm and at 8-12 µm reveal features not seen before and show new details of the nightside including narrow wavy ribbons, curved string-like features, long-scale waves, long dark streaks, isolated bright spots, sharp boundaries and even mesoscale vortices. Some features previously seen such as circum-equatorial belts (CEBs) and occasional areal brightenings at ultraviolet (seen in Venus Express observations) of the cloud cover at ultraviolet wavelengths have not been observed thus far. Evidence for the hemispheric vortex organization of the global circulation can be seen at all wavelengths on the day- and nightsides. Akatsuki images reveal new and puzzling morphology of the complex nightside cloud cover. The cloud morphologies provide some clues to the processes occurring in the atmosphere and are thus, a key diagnostic tool when quantitative dynamical analysis is not feasible due to insufficient information.

Abstract
Transthoracic esophagectomy for patients with esophageal cancer is one of the most invasive of all gastrointestinal surgery. Postoperative management and surgical techniques are improved. However, many patients are more elderly or suffering from comorbid diseases or in malnutrition status. In order to prevent for postoperative complications after esophagectomy, especially for respiratory complication and swallowing dysfunction, adequate rehabilitation approaches are necessary depending on the various conditions.

Abstract
Abstract
Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) are soft tissue sarcomas surrounding the peripheral nerve and occur sporadically or more often in association with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1, von Recklinghausen disease), which is an inherited disease caused by NF1 gene germline mutations. The NF1 tumor suppressor gene encodes neurofibromin and is a functional Ras GTPase-activating protein (RasGAP) that regulates the Ras signal negatively by accelerating the conversion of activated Ras-GTP to inactive Ras-GDP.
We hypothesized that additional genetic alterations promote malignancy of NF1-associated tumors. Hence, we inoculated a GFP-labeled human NF1-MPNST cell line, sNF96.2-GFP, which has a frame-shift mutation (c.3683delC, p.Asn1229MetfsTer11) in the NF1 gene, into the renal sub-capsules of immunodeficient mice. A subclonal cell line, the A-1 cell, was established from the developed tumor. We found that A-1 cells show much higher tumorigenic activity and Akt activation than parental sNF96.2-GFP cells.
We analyzed the genomic DNA of both the sNF96.2 and the A-1 cells by using the next-generation sequencing and the medical exome panel including 4813 genes, which are known to be responsible for most human genetic disorders. We identified 18 heterozygous variants in 17 genes that were present in the A-1 cells, but not in the original sNF96.2 cells. Two of these genes are associated with the regulation of the Ras signaling pathway.
Our data suggests that the additional gene mutations that regulate Ras pathways do in fact promote the malignant characteristics of NF1-associated tumors through the Akt activation.

Abstract
Upper abdominal surgery leads to severe postoperative pain. Insufficient postoperative analgesia accompanies a high incidence of complications. Therefore, postoperative analgesia is very important. The epidural analgesia has many advantages. However it has a high risk of epidural hematoma in anticoagulated patients. Rectus sheath block provided safer and more reliable analgesia in recent years, by the development of ultrasound tools. We experienced two cases of the rectus sheath block in upper abdominal surgery under ultrasound guidance. Ultrasound guided rectus sheath block can reduce the risk of peritoneal puncture, bleeding, and other complications. Rectus sheath block is very effective to reduce postoperative pain in upper abdominal surgery as an alternative method to epidural anesthesia in anticoagulated patients.

Abstract
The Japan Society for Quality in Health Care (JSQua) created "Standards for the Evaluation of Hospital Infection Control Policies and Procedures, the First Version" in 1998 and carried out third-party surveys. Through the experience of those surveys, we revised the standards and created a second version in 1999. The surveyors felt that in using the second version of the standards it would be easier to evaluate the quality of hospital care and that these standards would be more widely applied.

Abstract
Ab initio molecular orbital calculations were carried out to investigate the inter-radical interaction of the paired p-phenylenediamine radical cations in the singlet state. After initial optimization of the dimer in the parallel sandwich (D2h) and parallel displaced (Cs) configurations at the B3LYP/6-31G* theoretical level, the MP2/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G* single energies of the dimer were calculated as a function of the inter-radical distance R. The depths of the potential minima near R = 3.2 A were estimated to be in the order of the hydrogen bonding energy, assuming that the electrostatic contribution between the cations is canceled out by the attractive contributions due to the counter anions on the aspect of a simple electrostatic model. This can be related to the indications of the cation dimer formation in solution in the presence of counter anions at a low temperature reported previously in the literature by resonance Raman and electronic absorption spectra. The inter-radical (Raman active) frequencies of the dimer were calculated, one of which corresponds to the reported value at 161 cm(-1) observed in the resonance Raman spectrum in ethanol at 200 K by Yokoyama and Maeda (Chem. Phys. Lett. 48 (1977) 59).

Abstract
Donor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells mediate graft-vs.-leukemia (GVL) responses in the allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (alloBMT) setting. To evaluate the role of functional T cell subsets in the mediation of GVL, alloreactive donor CD4+ (Th1/Th2) and CD8+ (Tc1/Tc2) T cells of defined cytokine phenotype were generated by in vitro culture. A leukemia/transplantation model (B6 into B6C3F1; 1050 cGy host irradiation) was established using the bcr/abl-transfected myeloid leukemia line, 32Dp210 (P210; H-2k). Leukemia control mice (1X10(4) P210 cells per recipient) died at day 12.0 post-BMT. Recipients of the CD4+, Th1-type or CD8+, Tc1-type populations were conferred a survival advantage (death at 20.7 and 23.5 days post-BMT, respectively). In contrast, the CD4+, Th2-type population did not mediate GVL (death at 12.3 days). Furthermore, cell mixing experiments demonstrated that the Th2 subset abrogated both Th1- and Tc1-mediated GVL. The CD8+, Tc2 population, which secreted type II cytokines and lysed the P210 leukemia target in vitro, mediated GVL in some experiments; interestingly, the magnitude of Tc2-mediated GVL was inversely related to the level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) secreted in vitro by the Tc2 population. These studies therefore indicate that alloreactive T cells of type I phenotype maximally generate GVL, and that type I/type II interactions are an important consideration for allogeneic transplantation in the setting of leukemic hosts.

Abstract
A 64-year-old female was referred to our hospital for further examination of a coin lesion, 8 mm in diameter, superimposed on the right ninth posterior rib. CT revealed a nodule, close to the minor fissure, with spiculation, which seemed to be connected with the pulmonary vein. Since the bronchofiberscopic examination revealed no histological diagnosis, the exploratory thoracotomy was performed. The nodule was found to be a 10 x 7 x 5 mm black mass located subpleural at the minor fissure. Histologically, it was recognized as a lymph node with anthracosis and silicotic nodules.

Abstract
The percutaneous absorption of drug from the alpha-olefin oligomer (alpha-OL) gel base prepared by using palmitate of dextrin (Rheopearl KL) as a gelling agent was investigated by using the abdominal skin of rats in vivo. The 20, 30, 40 and 50 alpha-OLs with average molecular weights of 288, 380, 440 and 535, respectively were used in this study. The flurbiprofen (FP) was selected as a model drug. The percutaneous absorption of FP from the alpha-OL gel base was observed to be influenced by the molecular weight of alpha-OL. The percutaneous absorption profiles of FP from 40 and 50 alpha-OLs gel bases were almost the same. On the other hand, the absorption of FP from 30 alpha-OL gel base was significantly higher than those of 40 and 50 alpha-OLs gel bases. Furthermore, the percutaneous absorption of FP from 20 alpha-OL gel base was observed to be the highest in the test gel bases. In order to establish the reason for the differences in the percutaneous absorption of FP from 20, 30, 40 and 50 alpha-OLs gel bases, the apparent partition ratios of FP between water and four different alpha-OLs were determined as a parameter of the affinity of FP for the vehicle. Consequently, it has become apparent that the partition ratio exerts an influence on the percutaneous absorption of FP from the alpha-OL gel bases.

Abstract
Although CDDP has been widely used for cancer chemotherapy in recent years, the problem is that it causes a renal dysfunction as a side effect. As briefly reported here, we have currently used this drug for the treatment of stomach esophageal cancers as a part of multidepartmental therapy, and obtained a finding on the therapeutic usefulness, particularly for monitoring the renal function before and after administration. The subjects were 6 patients with stomach and 11 with esophageal cancer given CDDP at the dose of 50 mg 2 courses, in principle, a single course per week. Blood transfusion was carried out in an amount of 1,000 ml before administration, 2,500 ml on the day of treatment and 1,000 ml for 3 days after administration. When the effects of CDDP on urinary BUN, Na, K, Cl, Mg, NAG, beta 2 microglobulin, Ccr and FENa levels were measured for the determination of renal functions before and after administration, NAG and beta 2 microglobulin levels were conceivably found to be useful indices.
