Abstract
BACKGROUND Potential effect of greenspace exposure on human microbiota have been explored by a number of observational and interventional studies, but the results remained mixed. We comprehensively synthesized these studies by performing a systematic review following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. METHODS Comprehensive literature searches in three international databases (PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science) and three Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, and China Biology Medicine disc) were conducted from inception to November 1, 2023. Observational and interventional studies that evaluated associations between greenspace exposure and human microbiota at different anatomical sites were included. Studies were assessed using the National Toxicology Program's office of Health Assessment and Translation risk of bias tool and certainty of evidence was assessed using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation framework. Two authors independently performed study selection, data extraction, and risk of bias assessment, and evidence grading. Study results were synthesized descriptively. RESULTS Twenty studies, including 11 observational studies and 9 interventional studies, were finally included into the systematic review. The microbiota of the included studies was from gut (n = 13), skin (n = 10), oral cavity (n = 5), nasal cavity (n = 5) and eyes (n = 1). The majority of studies reported the associations of greenspace exposure with increased diversity (e.g., richness and Shannon index) and/or altered overall composition of human gut (n = 12) and skin microbiota (n = 8), with increases in the relative abundance of probiotics (e.g., Ruminococcaceae) and decreases in the relative abundance of pathogens (e.g., Streptococcus and Escherichia/Shigella). Due to limited number of studies, evidence concerning greenspace and oral, nasal, and ocular microbiota were still inconclusive. CONCLUSION The current evidence suggests that greenspace exposure may diversify gut and skin microbiota and alter their composition to healthier profiles. These findings would be helpful in uncovering the potential mechanisms underlying greenspace and human health and in promoting a healthier profile of human microbiota.

Abstract
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) causes great harm to individuals and society. Elucidating the pathogenesis of CFS and developing safe and effective treatments are urgently needed. This paper reviews the functional changes in the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis in patients with CFS and the associated neuroendocrine mechanisms. Despite some controversy, the current mainstream research evidence indicates that CFS patients have mild hypocortisolism, weakened daily variation in cortisol, a weakened response to the HPA axis, and an increase in negative feedback of the HPA axis. The relationship between dysfunction of the HPA axis and the typical symptoms of CFS are discussed, and the current treatment methods are reviewed.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the infection status and molecular types of rhinovirus (RV) among cases of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) in Luohe City, Henan Province, from 2017 to 2022. Methods: From October 2017 to June 2022, clinical and epidemiological data were collected from 2 270 cases of ARIs at Luohe Central Hospital in Henan Province. Throat swab specimens were obtained from these cases. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) was used to screen for RV-positive specimens. Subsequently, the positive samples were subjected to nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (nested RT-PCR) to amplify the full-length VP1 region. Using the MEGA software, along with 169 RV reference strains recommended by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses, a phylogenetic tree was constructed to determine RV types. Results: Among the 2 270 cases of ARIs, there were 1 283 male cases (56.52%). The median age (Q1, Q3) was 3 (1, 6) years, with the population under 5 years old accounting for 68.59% (1 557/2 270). RV was detected in 137 cases (6.04%), of which 68 cases (49.64%) showed co-detection with other viruses, with the most common being co-detection with enterovirus, accounting for 14.60% (20/137). The RV detection rates in the age groups of 0~4 years, 5~14 years, 15~59 years, and≥60 years were 6.42% (100/1 557), 4.69% (21/448), 3.80% (6/158), and 9.35% (10/107), respectively, with no statistically significant differences (χ2=5.310, P=0.150). The overall detection rates of RV before (2017-2019) and during (2020-2022) the COVID-19 pandemic showed no statistically significant difference (χ2=1.823, P=0.177). A total of 109 VP1 sequences were obtained, including 62 types. Among them, RV-A, RV-B, and RV-C had 42, 3, and 17 types respectively. Conclusion: RV is one of the predominant pathogens in ARIs cases in Luohe City, Henan Province, from 2017 to 2022. Multiple types of RV co-circulate without any apparent dominant type.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab in the treatment of driver gene-negative advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 1 241 patients with driver gene-negative, unresectable stage ⅢB to Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer who were treated at the Hunan Cancer Hospital from January 1, 2017 to October 1, 2022. All patients received monotherapy or combination therapy with domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors or pembrolizumab. Among the 1 241 patients, there were 1 066 males and 175 females, with an age range of 14 to 84 years and a median age of 62 years. Among them, 67 patients received monotherapy with domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors, 695 patients received combination therapy with domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors, 102 patients received monotherapy with pembrolizumab, and 377 patients received combination therapy with pembrolizumab. The efficacy and safety of domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab monotherapy or combination therapy were compared. Results: In the immune checkpoint inhibitor monotherapy group, the objective response rate (ORR) using domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab was 43.3%(29/67) and 44.1%(45/102), respectively, and the disease control rate (DCR) was 79.1%(53/67) and 84.3%(86/102), respectively, with no statistically significant differences (both P>0.05). In the immune combination therapy group, the ORR using domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab was 60.9%(423/695) and 62.9%(237/377), respectively, and the DCR was 92.9%(646/695) and 91.0%(343/377), respectively, with no statistically significant differences (both P>0.05). In the immune checkpoint inhibitor monotherapy group, the median progression-free survival (PFS) using domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab was 9.0 (95%CI: 3.0-15.0) months and 7.4 (95%CI: 4.8-9.8) months, respectively, with no statistically significant differences (P=0.660). The median overall survival (OS) was 27.0 (95%CI: 25.0-29.0) months and 22.0 (95%CI: 17.1-26.9) months, respectively, with no statistically significant differences (P=0.673). In the immune combination therapy group, the median PFS using domestic immune checkpoint inhibitors and pembrolizumab was 9.0 (95%CI: 8.2-9.8) months and 10.5 (95%CI: 9.0-12.0) months, respectively, with no statistically significant differences (P=0.186). The median OS was 24.0 (95%CI: 19.1-28.9) months and 26.0 (95%CI: 21.3-30.7) months, respectively, with no statistically significant differences (P=0.359). The incidence of grade 1-2 reactive capillary proliferation of the skin in the domestic immune checkpoint inhibitor group and pembrolizumab group was 14.0% (107/762) and 0, respectively. The incidence of grade≥3 reactive capillary proliferation of the skin was 1.0% (7/762) and 0, respectively, with statistically significant differences (both P<0.05). No statistically significant differences were observed in other adverse reactions (all P>0.05). Conclusions: The efficacy of domestically produced immune checkpoint inhibitors is comparable to that of pembrolizumab in the treatment of driver gene-negative advanced non-small cell lung cancer. There is little difference in safety, except for the specific difference in domestically produced immune checkpoint inhibitor, which has a unique risk of reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To observe the effect of motion-style scalp acupuncture (MSSA) on H-reflex in rats with post-stroke spasticity (PSS), so as to explore the electrophysiological mechanisms of MSSA against spasticity. METHODS A total of 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation, model and MSSA groups, with 12 rats in each group. The stroke model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. After modeling, rats in the MSSA group were treated by scalp acupuncture (manipulated every 15 min, 200 r/min) at ipsilesional "parietal and temporal anterior oblique line" (MS6) for a total of 30 min, the treadmill training (10 m/min) was applied during the needling retention, once daily for consecutive 7 days. The neurological deficits, muscle tone and motor function were assessed by Zea Longa score, modified modified Ashworth scale (MMAS) score and screen test score before and after treatment, respectively. The H-reflex of spastic muscle was recorded by electrophysiological recordings and the frequency dependent depression (FDD) of H-reflex was also recorded. The cerebral infarction volume was evaluated by TTC staining. RESULTS Compared with the sham operation group, the Zea longa score, MMAS score, cerebral infarction volume, motion threshold, Hmax/Mmax ratio and FDD of H-reflex were significantly increased (P<0.01), while the screen test score was significantly decreased (P<0.01) in the model group. Intriguingly, compared with the model group, the above results were all reversed (P<0.01) in the MSSA group. CONCLUSIONS MSSA could exert satisfactory anti-spastic effects in rats with PSS, the underlying mechanism may be related to the improvement of nerve function injury, the reduction of spastic muscle movement threshold, Hmax/Mmax ratio and H-reflex FDD.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical phenotype and gene variation conditions in neonatal intrahepatic cholestasis caused by citrin deficiency (NICCD), so as to provide a basis for genetic counseling and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the family. Methods: 11 cases of neonatal intrahepatic cholestasis who visited the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University between February 2019 and March 2021 were selected as the study subjects. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the gene variation condition in 11 neonatal patients and 100 normal control neonates. The suspicious loci and family members were verified by Sanger sequencing and QPCR technology. Results: All 11 children with NICCD had different degrees of jaundice and liver damage symptoms, combined with coagulation dysfunction and anemia (n = 7), cardiac malformation (n = 2), elevated myocardial enzymes (n = 4), hyperlipidemia (n = 1), hyperkalemia (n = 1), persistent diarrhea (n = 3), developmental delay (n = 1). A total of 10 different types of SLC25A13 gene mutations were detected in 11 cases, including three frameshift mutations, two splicing changes, two missense mutations, one intron insertion, one nonsense mutation, and one heterozygous deletion. After reviewing literature and databases, c.1878delG(p.I627Sfs*73) and exon11 deletion were novel mutations that had not been reported at home or abroad. Conclusion: The clinical features of NICCD are non-specific, and genetic testing aids in the early and accurate diagnosis of the disease, providing an important basis for clinical treatment and genetic counseling for family members. In addition, the detection of novel mutation sites has enriched the SLC25A13 gene variation spectrum.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Greenness, referring to a measurement of the density of vegetated land (e.g., gardens, parks, grasslands), has been linked with many human health outcomes. However, the evidence on greenness exposure and human microbiota remains limited, inconclusive, drawn from specific regions, and based on only modest sample size. OBJECTIVES We aimed to study the association between greenness exposure and human microbial diversity and composition in a large sample across 34 countries and regions. METHODS We explored associations between residential greenness and human microbial alpha-diversity, composition, and genus abundance using data from 34 countries. Greenness exposure was assessed using the normalized difference vegetation index and the enhanced vegetation index mean values in the month before sampling. We used linear regression models to estimate the association between greenness and microbial alpha-diversity and tested the effect modification of age, sex, climate zone, and pet ownership of participants. Differences in microbial composition were tested by permutational multivariate analysis of variance based on Bray-Curtis distance and differential taxa were detected using the DESeq2 R package between two greenness exposure groups split by median values of greenness. RESULTS We found that higher greenness was significantly associated with greater richness levels in the palm and gut microbiota but decreased evenness in the gut microbiota. Pet ownership and climate zone modified some associations between greenness and alpha-diversity. Palm and gut microbial composition at the genus level also varied by greenness. Higher abundances of the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, and lower abundances of the genera Anaerotruncus and Streptococcus, were observed in people with higher greenness levels. DISCUSSION These findings suggest that residential greenness was associated with microbial richness and composition in the human skin and gut samples, collected across different geographic contexts. Future studies may validate the observed associations and determine whether they correspond to improvements in human health. https://doi.org/10.1289/EHP12186.

Abstract
Hyperglycemia is a key risk factor for death and disability worldwide. To better inform prevention strategies, we aimed to delineate and predict the temporal, spatial, and demographic patterns in mean fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels and their related disease burden globally. Based on the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019, we estimated the distributions of mean FPG levels and high FPG-related disease burden by age, sex, year, socioeconomic status (SES), and geographical region from 1990 to 2050. We also investigated the possible associations of demographic, behavioral, dietary, metabolic, and environmental factors with FPG levels and high FPG-related disease burden. In 2019, the global mean FPG level was 5.40 mmol/L (95% uncertainty interval [UI]: 4.86-6.00), and high FPG contributed to 83.0 deaths (95% UI, 64.5-107.1) and 2,104.3 DALYs (95% UI: 1,740.7-2,520.7) per 100,000 people. For both historical (1990-2019) and future (2020-2050) periods, the mean FPG levels and the high FPG-related disease burden increased globally, with greater increases among the middle-aged and elderly, and people in low-to-middle SES countries, relative to their counterparts. Aging, unhealthy lifestyles, elevated body mass index, and lower air temperatures were potential risk factors for high FPG levels and the high FPG-related disease burden. This study demonstrates that high FPG continues to contribute to the global disease burden and is expected to do so for at least the next 30 years. Older people and those living in low-to-middle SES countries should receive more attention in glycemic management health interventions. In addition, effective interventions that target identified risk factors should be adopted to handle the increasingly large disease burden of high FPG.

Abstract
PURPOSE Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of tumor death worldwide in female, and the five-year overall survival of breast cancer patients remains poor. It is an urgent need to seek novel target for its treatment. Synaptotagmin 13 (SYT13) is a synaptic vesicle transporting protein that regulates the malignant phenotypes of various cancers. However, its role in breast cancer is still unclear. The current study aimed to investigate the effects of SYT13 on the progression of breast cancer. METHODS Twenty-five pairs of breast cancer tissues and non-tumor tissues were obtained to assess the expression of SYT13. We manually modified the expression of SYT13 in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. CCK-8 assay, EdU staining, and cell cycle analysis were carried out to measure the proliferated ability of cells. Annexin V/PI and TUNEL assays were used to detect the apoptotic ability of cells. Wound healing and transwell assays were employed to evaluate the migrated and invasive ability of breast cancer cells. RESULTS The results revealed that the mRNA and protein levels of SYT13 were higher in breast cancer tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of SYT13 inhibited the cell proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest in G1 phase of MCF-7 cells by downregulating cyclin D1 and CDK4, as well as upregulating p21. The migration and invasion of MCF-7 cells were repressed by the loss of SYT13 via the gain of E-cadherin and the loss of vimentin. Overexpression of SYT13 in MDA-MB-231 cells led to the opposite effects. Silencing of SYT13 induced the apoptosis ability of MCF-7 cells by the upregulation of bax and the downregulation of bcl-2. Moreover, we found that SYT13 depletion suppressed the FAK/AKT signaling pathway. PF573228 (a FAK inhibitor) and MK2206 (an AKT inhibitor) reversed the SYT13 overexpression-induced promotion of proliferation, migration, and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells. CONCLUSION The results indicated that SYT13 promoted the malignant phenotypes of breast cancer cells by the activation of FAK/AKT signaling pathway.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of trace cobalt and tungsten in human urine. Methods: The authors used 1% nitric acid solution as diluent in October-December 2021, the sample dilution factor and internal standard element were optimized by single factor rotation experiment, and the difference between the working curve and the standard curve was compared. Results: The method uses working curve to determine cobalt and tungsten in urine, the linear range of this method was 0.0~10.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the detection limits respectively were 0.005 μg/L (cobalt) and 0.09 μg/L (tungsten), the recoveries of samples respectively were 87.0%~100.2% (cobalt) and 89.4%~104.8% (tungsten), the relative standard deviations respectively were 0.4%~4.4% (cobalt) and 0.6%~3.8% (tungsten) . Conclusion: A simple and rapid method for determination of cobalt and tungsten in urine has been established. This method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, low detection limit and good stability. It is suitable for determination of cobalt and tungsten in urine of all kinds of people.

Abstract
E3 ubiquitin ligase Zinc and Ring Finger 2 (ZNRF2) has been demonstrated to be engaged in the development of multiple cancers. Nevertheless, the function of ZNRF2 in breast cancer (BC) still unclear. In this work, we firstly analyzed the differentially expressed genes in BC by bioinformatics and found that ZNRF2 was highly expressed in BC. Consistently, we further confirmed that ZNRF2 was upregulated in BC tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues, and this was positively correlated with the poor prognosis and the higher pathological grades of patients with BC. Functional assays performed on HCC1937 and MCF-7 cells indicated that silencing of ZNRF2 suppressed cell proliferation, as evidenced by the decrease in the expression of cyclin A, PCNA and cyclin D1. Flow cytometry and Hoechst staining showed that knockdown of ZNRF2 induced cell apoptosis, which was verified by the upregulation of apoptosis genes such as Bax, cleaved PARP and Bim. ZNRF2 knockdown also inhibited in vivo tumor growth. But, instead, ZNRF2-overexpressed BC cells exhibited obvious malignant phenotypes. Additionally, we observed that cAMP response element binding protein 1 (CREB1) directly bound to the promoter sequence of ZNRF2 and thus activating its transcription, suggesting that ZNRF2 is transcriptionally regulated by CREB1. Additionally, ZNRF2 knockdown could reverse the proliferation-promoting action of CREB1 on BC cells, Hence, this study demonstrated that ZNRF2 might serve as a prospective therapeutic target for BC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Effects of green space on human health have been well-documented in western, high-income countries. Evidence for similar effects in China is limited. Moreover, the underlying mechanisms linking green space and mortality are yet to be established. We therefore conducted a nation-wide study to assess the association between green space and mortality in China using a difference-in-difference approach, which applied a causal framework and well controlled unmeasured confounding. In addition, we explored whether air pollution and air temperature could mediate the association. METHODS In this analysis, we collected data on all-cause mortality and sociodemographic characteristics for each county in China from the 2000 and 2010 censuses and the 2020 Statistical Yearbook. Green space exposure was assessed using county-level normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and the percentage of green space (forest, grasslands, shrub land and wetland). We applied a difference-in-differences approach to evaluate the association between green space and mortality. We also performed mediation analysis (by air pollution and air temperature). RESULTS Our sample consisted of 2726 counties in 2000 and 2010 as well as 1432 counties in 2019. In the 2000 versus 2019 comparison, a 0.1 unit increase in NDVI was associated with a 2.4 % reduction in mortality [95 % confidence interval (CI) 0.4-4.3 %], and a 10 % increase in percentage of green space was associated with a 4.7 % reduction (95 % CI 0-9.2 %) in mortality. PM2.5 and air temperature mediated 0.3 % to 12.3 % of the associations. CONCLUSIONS Living in greener counties may be associated with lower risk of mortality in China. These findings could indicate the potential of a population-level intervention to reduce mortality in China, which has important public health implications at the county level.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Maternal exposure to fine particular matter (PM2.5) during pregnancy, including ambient and household PM2.5, has been linked with increased risk of preterm birth (PTB). However, the global spatio-temporal distribution of PTB-related deaths and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) attributable to PM2.5 is not well documented. We estimated the global, regional, and national patterns and trends of PTB burden attributable to both ambient and household PM2.5 from 1990 to 2019. METHODS Based on the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD) 2019 database, we obtained the numbers of deaths and DALYs as well as age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) and age-standardized DALY rate (ASDR) of PTB attributable to total, ambient, and household PM2.5 by socio-demographic index (SDI) and sex during 1990-2019. The average annual percentage changes (AAPCs) were calculated to assess the temporal trends of attributable burdens. RESULTS In 2019, 126,752 deaths and 11.3 million DALYs related to PTB worldwide (two-thirds in Western Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia) could be caused by excess PM2.5 above the theoretical minimum-risk exposure level (TMREL), of which 39 % and 61 % were attributable to ambient PM2.5 and household PM2.5, respectively. From 1990 to 2019, the global ASMR due to ambient PM2.5 increased slightly by 7.08 % whereas that due to household PM2.5 decreased substantially by 58.81 %, although the latter still dominated the attributable PTB burden, especially in low and low-middle SDI regions. Similar results were also observed for ASDRs. In addition, PTB burden due to PM2.5 was higher in male infants and in lower SDI regions. CONCLUSIONS Globally in 2019, PM2.5 remains a great concern on the PTB burden, especially in Western Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Between 1990 and 2019, age-standardized burden of PTB due to ambient PM2.5 increased globally, while that due to household PM2.5 decreased markedly but still dominated in low and low-middle SDI regions.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the impact of the sinonasal anatomic changes after endonasal endoscopic anterior skull base surgery on the nasal airflow and heating and humidification by computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and to explore the correlation between the postoperative CFD parameters and the subjective symptoms of the patients. Methods: The clinical data in the Rhinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2016 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients received the endoscopic resection of the anterior skull base tumor were selected as the case group, and the adults whose CT scans had no sinonasal abnormalities were chosen as the control group. The CFD simulation was performed on the sinonasal models after reconstructed from the patients' sinus CT images during the post-surgical follow-up. All the patients were asked to complete the Empty Nose Syndrome 6-Item Questionnaire (ENS6Q) to assess the subjective symptoms. The comparison between two independent groups and the correlation analysis were carried out by using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Spearman correlation test in the SPSS 26.0 software. Results: Nineteen patients (including 8 males and 11 females, from 22 to 67 years old) in the case group and 2 patients (a male of 38 years old and a female of 45 years old) in the control group were enrolled in this study. After the anterior skull base surgery, the high-speed airflow moved to the upper part of the nasal cavity, and the lowest temperature shifted upwards on the choana. Comparing with the control group, the ratio of nasal mucosal surface area to nasal ventilation volume in the case group decreased [0.41 (0.40, 0.41) mm-1 vs 0.32 (0.30, 0.38) mm-1; Z=-2.04, P=0.041], the air flow in the upper and middle part of the nasal cavity increased [61.14 (59.78, 62.51)% vs 78.07 (76.22, 94.43)%; Z=-2.28, P=0.023], the nasal resistance decreased [0.024 (0.022, 0.026) Pa·s/ml vs 0.016 (0.009, 0.018) Pa·s/ml; Z=-2.29, P=0.022], the lowest temperature in the middle of the nasal cavity decreased [28.29 (27.23, 29.35)℃ vs 25.06 (24.07, 25.50)℃; Z=-2.28, P=0.023], the nasal heating efficiency decreased [98.74 (97.95, 99.52)% vs 82.16 (80.24, 86.91)%; Z=-2.28, P=0.023], the lowest relative humidity decreased [(79.62 (76.55, 82.69)% vs 73.28 (71.27, 75.05)%; Z=-2.28, P=0.023], and the nasal humidification efficiency decreased [99.50 (97.69, 101.30)% vs 86.09 (79.33, 87.16)%; Z=-2.28, P=0.023]. The ENS6Q total scores of all patients in the case group were less than 11 points. There was a moderate negative correlation between the proportion of the inferior airflow in the post-surgical nasal cavity negatively and the ENS6Q total scores (rs=-0.50, P=0.029). Conclusions: The sinonasal anatomic changes after the endoscopic anterior skull base surgery alter the nasal airflow patterns, reducing the efficiency of nasal heating and humidification. However, the post-surgical occurrence tendency of the empty nose syndrome is weak.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To explore the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) and optic disc height (ODH) in detecting intracranial hypertension in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with leptomeningeal metastases (LM). METHODS Seventy-two patients with NSCLC-LM and 65 patients with NSCLC were enrolled. The ONSD, ODH, eyeball transverse diameter (ETD), and eyeball vertical diameter (EVD) were measured by ultrasound. Subsequently, lumbar puncture was performed in NSCLC-LM patients to measure cerebrospinal fluid pressure (CSFP), and intrathecal chemotherapy was regularly implemented. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between CSFP and ultrasound findings. The diagnostic accuracy of ONSD, ODH, and combined ONSD and ODH was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis and the corresponding area under the ROC curve (AUC). RESULTS The ONSD, ODH, ONSD/ETD, and ONSD/EVD values were higher in the NSCLC-LM group (all p < 0.05). The ONSD, ODH, ONSD/ETD, and ONSD/EVD values were all elevated in the abnormally elevated CSFP group (all p < 0.05). ONSD, ODH, ONSD/ETD, and ONSD/EVD were positively correlated with CSFP (r = 0.531, 0.383, 0.534, and 0.535, all p < 0.0001). The AUCs for ONSD, ODH, ONSD/ETD, and ONSD/EVD to detect CSFP >280 mmH2O were 0.787 (95% CI: 0.64-0.93, sensitivity 68.75%, specificity 91.07%), 0.885 (95% CI: 0.81-0.96, sensitivity 100%, specificity 69.64%), 0.765 (95% CI: 0.64-0.89, sensitivity 81.25%, specificity 64.29%), and 0.788 (95% CI: 0.64-0.93, sensitivity 56.25%, specificity 91.07%), respectively. When ONSD was combined with ODH, the AUC was 0.913 (95% CI: 0.83-0.99, sensitivity 87.85%, specificity 85.70%). Furthermore, intrathecal chemotherapy was associated with a downtrend in CSFP and ultrasound findings. CONCLUSION There are important advantages of using bedside ultrasonography for detecting elevated CSFP in NSCLC-LM patients. Further research should be performed to evaluate the clinical significance of an enlarged ONSD and increased ODH in NSCLC-LM.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Identifying factors associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD) is critical for its prevention, but this topic is scarcely investigated in Kashgar prefecture, Xinjiang, northwestern China. We thus explored the CVD epidemiology and identified prominent factors associated with CVD in this region. METHODS A total of 1,887,710 adults at baseline (in 2017) of the Kashgar Prospective Cohort Study were included in the analysis. Sixteen candidate factors, including seven demographic factors, 4 lifestyle factors, and 5 clinical factors, were collected from a questionnaire and health examination records. CVD was defined according to International Clinical Diagnosis (ICD-10) codes. We first used logistic regression models to investigate the association between each of the candidate factors and CVD. Then, we employed 3 machine learning methods-Random Forest, Random Ferns, and Extreme Gradient Boosting-to rank and identify prominent factors associated with CVD. Stratification analyses by sex, ethnicity, education level, economic status, and residential setting were also performed to test the consistency of the ranking. RESULTS The prevalence of CVD in Kashgar prefecture was 8.1%. All the 16 candidate factors were confirmed to be significantly associated with CVD (odds ratios ranged from 1.03 to 2.99, all p values < 0.05) in logistic regression models. Further machine learning-based analysis suggested that age, occupation, hypertension, exercise frequency, and dietary pattern were the five most prominent factors associated with CVD. The ranking of relative importance for prominent factors in stratification analyses showed that the factor importance generally followed the same pattern as that in the overall sample. CONCLUSIONS CVD is a major public health concern in Kashgar prefecture. Age, occupation, hypertension, exercise frequency, and dietary pattern might be the prominent factors associated with CVD in this region.In the future, these factors should be given priority in preventing CVD in future.

Abstract
Acupuncture animal experiment is the main form of acupuncture mechanism research, in which, the setting of control group is crucial to the scientificity and reliability of research conclusion, and the research elements are the fundamental. Focusing on the research elements involved in acupuncture animal experiment, this study summarized the current situation and characteristics of the control groups related to acupoint selection, intervention and pathological mechanism in acupuncture animal experiment, and put forward the questions and suggestions so that the references of setting control group can be provided for acupuncture animal experiment in future.

Abstract
The pollution of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in edible oils is a serious problem. In the current study, we attempt to remove dibutyl phthalate ester (DBP) from evening primrose oil (EPO) with modified activated clay. The activated clay, commonly used for de-coloration in the oil refining process, was modified by chitosan and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The modifications were characterized by SEM, XRD, and FT-IR. We further tested the DBP adsorption capacity of CTAB/chitosan-clay and found that the removal rate was 27.56% which was 3.24 times higher than with pristine activated clay. In addition, the CTAB/chitosan-clay composite treatment had no significant effect on the quality of evening primrose oil. In summary, the CTAB/chitosan-clay composite has a stronger DBP adsorption capacity and can be used as a new adsorbent for removing DBP during the de-coloration process of evening primrose oil.

Abstract
Research articles on the mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of dysmenorrhea model in rats were retrieved from PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). As revealed by the analysis, the underlying mechanisms were mainly related to the regulation of endocrine system and neurotransmitters, the modulation of immunoinflammatory responses, the improvement of uterine microcirculation, and reduction of oxidative stress. In the future, research should be carried out to explore the mechanism of acupuncture in relieving dysmenorrhea via acupoints and the specific mechanism of classical acupoints, so as to enrich the multi-pathway mechanisms of acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea and provide more scientific basis for optimizing clinical modalities for primary dysmenorrhea treatment by acupuncture.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to explore the effect and mechanism of chondrocyte apoptosis on the chemotaxis of osteoclast precursors (OCPs) during bone destruction. DESIGN The relationship between cartilage and bone destruction was verified with a rat temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA) model. The pan-caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK (ZVAD) was applied to confirm the chemotactic effect of chondrocyte apoptosis on OCPs. Synthesis and release of the key chemokine CX3CL1 in apoptotic and non-apoptotic chondrocytes was assessed with IHC, IF, WB, and ELISA. The function of CX3CL1-CX3CR1 axis in the chemotaxis of OCPs was examined by CX3XR1 inhibitor AZD8797 (AZD) and si-CX3CL1. The regulatory effect of p38 MAPK on CX3CL1 release was verified by p38 inhibitor PH-797804. RESULTS A temporal and spatial association between cartilage degradation and bone resorption was found in the TMJOA model. The caspase-dependent chondrocyte apoptosis promoted chemotaxis of OCPs, which can be restrained by ZVAD. CX3CL1 was significantly upregulated when chondrocytes underwent apoptosis, and it played a critical role in the recruitment of OCPs, blockage of CX3CL1-CX3CR1 axis resulted in less bone resorption in TMJOA. P38 MAPK was activated in apoptotic chondrocytes, and had a regulatory effect on the synthesis and release of CX3CL1. After inhibition of p38 by PH-797804, the chemotactic effect of apoptotic chondrocytes on OCPs was limited. CONCLUSIONS This study indicates that apoptosis of chondrocytes in TMJOA enhances chemotaxis of OCPs toward osteoclast precursors through upregulation of the p38-CX3CL1 axis, thereby promoting the activation of local osteoclasts.

Abstract
This paper reviews the application of "co-regulation of body and mind" of acupuncture for post-stroke spasticity. It is found that acupoints on the head and the back of the governor vessel, as well as Jiaji (Ex-B 2) points are mainly used for regulating the mind, and the local sites of spastic muscles and the points on the antagonistic muscles are for regulating the body specially. It is believed that regulating the mind should be integrated with regulating the body, while, the acupoint selection be associated with needling methods so as to fully achieve the "co-regulation of body and mind" and enhance the practical value of acupuncture for post-stroke spasticity. It is proposed that the classical anti-spastic needling techniques, such as huici (relaxing needling) and guanci (joint needling), should be more considered.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Increasing data show that structural changes of spastic muscle and hyperexcitability of reticulospinal tract (RST) are involved in the pathogenesis of spasticity after stroke (SAS). Our previous study has indicated that the anti-spastic effect of acupuncture, especially waggle needling (WN, a multiple directional needling method with joint movement), on SAS rats was related to the KCC2-GABAA pathway in cerebral cortex. Furthermore, as a peripheral stimulation to treat upper motor neuron injury-related spasticity, acupuncture's effect on peripheral spastic muscles and inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brainstem, the origin of the RST, should be further clarified. This study aimed to examine the effect of acupuncture on the structure of spastic muscle and on the KCC2-GABAA pathway in the brainstem of SAS rats. METHODS Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) or a sham operation were conducted in SD rats to establish SAS and control models. Behavioral assays, muscle myosin ATPase staining, and molecular biology technologies were used to compare different groups. RESULTS In SAS models, hindlimb motor ability was decreased, neurologic deficits and spasticity were induced, the proportion of type I muscle fibers in spastic muscle was increased, and the expressions of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), KCC2, and the GABAAγ2 subunit of the pentameric GABAA receptor in the brainstem were decreased. Acupuncture including WN and perpendicular needling (PN) reversed these effects of MCAO. Furthermore, the therapeutic effect of WN was better than that of PN. CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture after MCAO improves the structure of spastic muscle and decreases spasticity probably at least partly by enhancing GABA, KCC2, and GABAAγ2 in the brainstem in SAS rats.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture at "Yanglingquan" (GB34) and "Baihui" (GV20) on Na+/K+-ATPase, excitatory amino acid transporters (EAATs) and glutamate (Glu) in hippocampus of post-stroke spasticity rats, so as to explore the central mechanism in anti-spasticity. METHODS In a total of 48 healthy SD rats, 12 rats were randomly selected to be included into sham operation group, and the remaining rats were used to make a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model using a suture method. On the 3rd day after modeling, MCAO limb spasticity rats were screened by neurological deficit symptoms and muscle tension scores, and randomly divided into the model, GB34 (Hui-puncture at GB34) and GB34+GV20 (Hui-puncture at GB34 and horizontal insertion at GV20) groups (n=12 rats in each group), and the treatment was lasted for 7 conse-cutive days. The neurological symptoms and muscle tension score were observed with the Zea Longa score and modified Ashworth scale (MAS). The levels of Glu, EAAT1 (GLAST) and EAAT2 (GLT-1) in the ischemic area of cerebral hippocampus were detected by ELISA, the expression of Na+/K+-ATPase α1 (ATP1α1) was detected by Western blot, the expression of ATP1α1 mRNA was detected by real-time PCR, and the expression of GLAST, GLT-1 and ATP1α1 was detected by immunofluorescence. RESULTS After modeling, Zea Longa score and MAS score were increased (P<0.01), the level of Glu in the ischemic area of cerebral hippocampus was increased (P<0.01), while the expression levels of GLAST, GLT-1, ATP1α1 protein and mRNA were all decreased (P<0.01) in the model group relevant to the sham operation group. After 7 days' treatment, all the increased and decreased levels of the indexes mentioned above were reversed in the two acupuncture groups relevant to the model group (P<0.01, P<0.05), and the effects of acupuncture at GB34+GV20 were obviously superior to that of acupuncture at GB34 (P<0.05, P<0.01). CONCLUSION Acupuncture can alleviate post-stroke spasticity effectively, which may be related to its effect in up-regulating the expressions of Na+/K+-ATPase and EAATs in hippocampus. The anti-spastic effect of acupuncture at GB34+GV20 is superior to GB34 alone.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe and compare the effects of different acupuncture and moxibustionmethods at "San-yinjiao" (SP6) on uterine contraction and microcirculation in cold congealing dysmenorrhea rats, so as to explore its mechanism underlying treatment of dysmenorrhea. METHODS A total of 140 female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, mo-del, perpendicular needling, transverse needling and moxibustion groups, with 28 rats in each group. The cold congealing dysme-norrhea rat model was prepared by exposure in a freezer (25 ℃) for 4 h, once daily for 5 days, and subcutaneous injection of estradiol benzoate (once daily for 10 days) and intra-abdominal injection of oxytocin (once). For rats in three intervention groups, acupuncture needles were inserted into bilateral SP6 perpendicularly or transversely to a depth of 4~5 mm and retained for 20 min, or moxibustion was applied to SP6 for 20 min. The uterine contraction degree and the uterine microcirculation were recorded. The expression levels of transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in local tissues of SP6 area were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression levels of μopioid receptor and endothelin 1 (ET1) mRNA in the uterus were assessed by quantitative real time-PCR. RESULTS After modeling and compared with the normal control group, the number and peak-to-peak values of uterine contraction waves, and uterine motility were significantly increased (P<0.01,P<0.05), while the speed of blood flow in the microvessels was slowed down (P<0.01), diameters of the uterine microvessels and capillaries (cap) shrank obviously (P<0.01) in the model group. After the intervention, all indexes of uterine contraction and microcirculation were improved in three intervention groups (P<0.01, P<0.05), while transverse needling and moxibustion showed better effects compared to perpendicular needling (P<0.05, P<0.01). The expression of TRPV1 and HSP70 in SP 6 area had no significant changes (P>0.05), while the uterine μopioid receptor mRNA expression decreased (P<0.01), and ET1 mRNA expression increased (P<0.01) in the model group relevant to the normal control group. Following the intervention, the expression levels of TRPV1 and HSP70 in SP6 area were increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and expression levels of uterine μopioid receptor mRNA increased (P<0.05, P<0.01) and uterine ET1 mRNA decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01) in the three intervention groups. The effect of moxibustion was considerably better than those of two acupuncture groups in up-regulating TRPV1 expression (P<0.05). Both transverse needling and moxibustion showed better effects of down-regulating uterine ET1 mRNA expression than perpendicular needling (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Transverse needling and moxibustion at SP6 have a better effect of relieving ute-rine contraction and improving uterine microcirculation than perpendicular needling, which may be related to their effects in up-re-gulating the expression of TRPV1 and HSP70 in SP6 area, thereby modulating the mRNA expression of μ opioid receptor and ET1 in uterine tissue.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of metformin combined with intermittent fasting on endoplasmic reticulum stress after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice. Methods: One hundred 10-Week-old healthy KM mice of SPF grade, weighing 25-28 g, were divided into 5 groups by the random number table method: sham group, focal cerebral ischemia group (I/R group), intermittent fasting group (IF group), metformin group (Met group), metformin+intermittent fasting group (Met+IF group). In IF group, food was provided ad libitum from 8∶00 to 16∶00 daily, but the mice were fasted for the rest of the time. In Met group, the mice underwent intraperitoneal injection of metformin (10 mg/kg). In Met+IF group, the mice received the same eating method as the IF group and the same method of metformin injection as Met Group. In Sham group, I/R group and IF group, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with equal volume of normal saline. Mice in all groups were not restricted to drinking water. Random plasma glucose and body weight changes in mice during preconditioning were monitored, and a focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established 14 days later. The cerebral infarction volume was measured after 1 hour of ischemia and 24 hours of reperfusion. The brain tissues of mice were subjected to Western blot to detect the contents of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related proteins, including glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP), and apoptosis proteins (Caspase-3 and Cleaved-caspase 3). Results: After different interventions, there was no significant difference in random plasma glucose changes among the four groups (all P<0.05). The blood glucose level of the mice in the Met+IF group was lower than the sham group, I/R group, IF group and Met group (all P<0.05). GRP78/β-actin in sham group, I/R group, IF group, Met group, IF+Met group were 0.48±0.05, 1.35±0.10, 0.94±0.05, 0.70±0.14, 0.41±0.37, respectively; CHOP/β-actin were 0.27±0.04, 1.03±0.03, 0.72±0.04, 0.63±0.04, 0.44±0.01, respectively; Caspase-3/β-actin were 0.51±0.04, 1.04±0.04, 0.83±0.03, 0.76±0.03, 0.63±0.05, respectively; Cleaved-Caspase-3/β-actin were 0.17±0.06, 1.01±0.20, 0.75±0.06, 0.51±0.12, 0.29±0.08, respectively, with statistically significant differences (all P<0.001). The counts of GRP78-positive cells in the hippocampus immunohistochemistry in the sham group, I/R group, IF group, Met group, and IF+Met group were 53±5, 192±11, 162±12, 140±10, 114±13, respectively, while the counts of CHOP-positive cells were 35±4, 177±12, 120±12, 100±7, 69±10, respectively, with statistically significant differences (all P<0.001). The relative volume of cerebral infarction in I/R group, IF group, Met group and IF+Met group were 0, 0.333±0.046, 0.258±0.023, 0.116±0.039, 0.111±0.039, respectively, and there were statistically significant differences (all P<0.001). Conclusion: Both Metformin and intermittent fasting can alleviate endoplasmic reticulum stress after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in mice, and the combination of the two has a better effect.

Abstract
Liquid submerged fermentation is an effective strategy to achieve large-scale production of active ingredients by macrofungi, and controlling mycelium morphology is a key factor restricting the development of this technology. Mining for superior morphological regulatory factors and elucidation of their regulatory mechanisms are vital for the further development of macrofungal fermentation technology. In this study, microparticles were used to control the morphology of Paraisaria dubia (P. dubia) in submerged fermentation, and the underlying regulatory mechanisms were revealed by transcriptomic. The relative frequency of S-type pellet diameter increased significantly from 7.14 to 88.31%, and biomass increased 1.54 times when 15 g/L talc was added. Transcriptome analysis showed that the morphological regulation of filamentous fungi was a complex biological process, which involved signal transduction, mycelium polar growth, cell wall synthesis and cell division, etc. It also showed a positive impact on the basic and secondary metabolism of P. dubia. We provided a theoretical basis for controlling the mycelium morphology of P. dubia in submerged fermentation, which will promote the development of macrofungal fermentation technology.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the incidence of anemia and risk factors in HIV/AIDS patients with access to antiretroviral therapy (ART) during 2004-2018 in Dehong Jingpo and Dai Autonomous Prefecture (Dehong). Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted in HIV/AIDS patients receiving ART in Dehong during 2004-2018 based on the data extracted from the National HIV/AIDS antiretroviral therapy database. Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the factors associated with the incidences of anemia and moderate or severe anemia in the HIV/AIDS patients. And the piecewise linear mixed-effects model was used to depict the trajectory of hemoglobin changes over time after initiating ART according to baseline level. Results: A total of 8 044 HIV/AIDS patients were included, in whom 6 337 (78.8%) were without anemia at baseline survey and had a median follow up time of 4.43 (P25, P75: 1.50, 6.71) years. The median follow up time for 1 291 new anemia cases and 293 new moderate or severe anemia cases was 0.16 (P25, P75: 0.07, 1.99) years and 0.48 (P25, P75:0.09, 2.97) years, respectively. The incidence rate of anemia and moderate or severe anemia was 4.40 per 100 person-years and 0.41 per 100 person-years respectively. In multivariable Cox regression analysis, older age, being female, being in Dai and Jingpo ethnic group, baseline BMI <18.5 kg/m2, baseline CD4+T lymphocyte cell counts (CD4) <200 cells/μl, and zidovudine (AZT) -based initial treatment regimen were factors significantly and positively associated with incidence of anemia after treatment. Factors as being female, being in Dai ethnic group, baseline BMI <18.5 kg/m2, mild baseline anemia, and AZT-based initial treatment regimen were significantly and positively associated with incidence of moderate or severe anemia after treatment. Conclusion: The risk for anemia was higher in HIV/AIDS patients with specific characteristics, such as age ≥60 years , being female, being in Dai and Jingpo ethnic groups, lower BMI, CD4 <200 cells/μl, and treatment of AZT, after initiation of ART in Dehong during 2004-2018. Additional efforts are needed to strengthen the screening, prevention and treatment of anemia in this population.

Abstract
Background To investigate the performance of a radiomics model based on gray-scale ultrasonography (US) for the preoperative non-invasive prediction of ipsilateral axillary lymph node (ALN) metastasis in patients with breast cancer (BC). Methods A total of 192 pathologically confirmed BC patients were included in this study. The training set was comprised of 132 patients from hospital 1 and the test set was comprised of 60 patients from hospital 2. All patients underwent US before percutaneous core biopsy and the results of ALN status reported by a radiologist with 12 years of experience were recorded. Radiomic features were extracted from the gray-scale US images. Max-relevance and min-redundancy (MRMR) and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) were used for data dimension reduction and feature selection. A radiomics model was constructed using LASSO and was validated using the leave group out cross-validation (LGOCV) method. The performance of the model was validated with receiver operating characteristic (ROC), calibration curve, and decision curve analysis. Results A total of 860 features were extracted from the gray-scale US images of each breast lesion, and 9 radiomic features were selected for model construction. The area under the curve (AUC), sensitivity, and specificity of the model for predicting ALN metastasis were 0.85, 78.9%, and 77.3% in the training set and 0.65, 68.0%, and 79.4% in the test set, respectively. The prediction performance of the model was significantly higher than that of the radiologist (AUC: 0.85 vs. 0.59, P<0.01) in the training set and was slightly higher than that of the radiologist (AUC: 0.65 vs. 0.63, P>0.05) in the test set. Conclusions The non-invasive radiomics model has the ability to predict ALN metastasis for patients with breast cancer and may outperform US-reported ALN status performed by the radiologist.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the changing trends and influencing factors of AIDS-related and non-AIDS-related deaths after receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) among HIV-positive individuals in Dehong Dai Jingpo autonomous prefecture (Dehong) from 2010 to 2019. Methods: Based on the Chinese National treatment database, HIV patients who initiated ART from 2010 to 2019 were included in the analysis. The cumulative incidence function was used to estimate the cumulative incidence of AIDS-related death and non-AIDS-related death, respectively. The Fine-Grey model was used to compare the differences between AIDS-related and non-AIDS-related deaths and analyze its influencing factors. Results: A total of 7 068 HIV-positive individuals were included, of which 388 were AIDS-related deaths and 570 were non-AIDS-related deaths. The cumulative mortality rate at years 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 after receiving ART were 2.27%, 3.46%, 4.47%, 5.03%, 5.84%, 6.61%, 7.40% for AIDS-related deaths, and 1.63%, 3.11%, 4.68%, 6.02%, 7.42%, 10.49%, 12.75% for non-AIDS-related deaths, respectively. In the Fine-Grey model, older age at ART initiation, male, unmarried, injection drug use as the transmission route, lower baseline BMI, lower baseline CD4+ T cell counts, baseline FIB-4 score >3.25, and baseline anemia were risk factors for AIDS-related death. In contrast, age at ART initiation ≥45 years, male, Dai, and Jingpo minority ethnicities, unmarried, injection drug use as the transmission route, lower baseline BMI, baseline FIB-4 score >3.25, baseline eGFR <60 ml·min-1·1.73 m-2, and baseline anemia were risk factors for non-AIDS-related deaths. Conclusions: The cumulative mortality rate was low among HIV-positive individuals after receiving ART in Dehong during 2010-2019. The mortality of non-AIDS-related deaths was higher than that of AIDS-related deaths. There were also differences in the factors influencing AIDS-related and non-AIDS-related deaths and interventions should be intensified to target the influencing factors for non-AIDS-related deaths.

Abstract
目的 分析骨髓纤维化(MF)患者RAS基因突变的分子特征及其临床特点和预后意义。 方法 收集2011年12月至2019年12月在我中心有二代基因测序数据的226例MF患者临床资料,回顾性分析RAS基因突变特征、与临床和实验室参数之间的关系,及对总生存(OS)期的影响。 结果 226例原发性骨髓纤维化(PMF)及真性红细胞增多症(PV)或原发性血小板增多症(ET)后骨髓纤维化(post-PV/ET MF)患者中,共14例(6.2%)检出RAS基因突变:NRAS突变9例(4.0%),KRAS突变8例(3.5%),NRAS及KRAS突变并存3例(1.3%)。所有NRAS突变均发生在第12-13号密码子。RAS基因突变多为亚克隆突变,常与SETBP1、SRSF2、MPL共同发生。伴RAS基因异常患者平均突变基因个数(3.36个)与无RAS基因异常组(1.77个)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。RAS基因突变患者与无突变患者相比,外周血单核细胞水平升高(P=0.003),血小板水平减低(P=0.026),骨髓原始细胞比例升高(P=0.022),脾脏肋缘下≥10 cm患者比例更高(P=0.005)。突变组患者非常高危(VHR)染色体核型比例(18.2%,2/11)显著高于无突变组患者(2.3%,3/133)(P=0.031)。单因素分析中,NRAS基因突变的MF患者及PMF患者的OS时间较无突变患者显著缩短(P=0.001,P=0.008)。多因素分析显示,NRAS突变是影响OS的独立预后不良因素。 结论 RAS突变常与外周血单核细胞水平升高、血小板计数减低、骨髓原始细胞比例升高、VHR染色体核型等高危临床特征及实验室参数相关,多为发生在MF晚期的亚克隆突变。伴NRAS基因突变PMF及MF患者的OS时间显著缩短。

Abstract
Objective: To examine the perioperative safety and feasibility of simultaneous off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) with non-cardiac surgical procedures of moderate-to-severe severity. Methods: The perioperative results of 54 patients underwent simultaneous OPCAB with non-cardiac surgical procedures from September 2013 to January 2019 at Department of Cardiac Surgery, Peking University First Hospital were assessed retrospectively. There were 46 males and 8 females, aging (65.8±8.8) years (range: 41 to 85 years). All simultaneous non-cardiac surgical procedures, including vascular (n=1), thoracic (n=26), general (n=12) and urologic surgical procedures (n=15), were assessed to be of moderate-to-severe grade by operative severity scoring system. Perioperative results were compared between the OPCAB patients who underwent simultaneous non-cardiac surgical procedures (n=54) and 1∶2 matched patients who underwent isolated OPCAB performed most recently by the same cardiac team with similar procedures accordingly (n=108), using t test, Mann-Whitney U test, χ2 test or Fisher exact test. Results: All baseline factors were matched between the two groups, with no significant difference on European system for cardiac operative risk evaluation (EuroSCORE) Ⅱ (1.185(0.758)% vs. 1.215(0.905)%, Z=‒0.036, P=0.972). No perioperative death was observed in the two groups. Although patients underwent simultaneous non-cardiac surgical procedures showed prolonged operation duration time ((324.9±97.1) minutes vs. (166.7±36.7) minites, t=11.564, P<0.01) and increased intraoperaive blood loss ((462.2±269.6) ml vs. (304.5±177.8) ml, t=3.866, P<0.01), primary postoperative complications, including perioperative myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, perioperative stroke, acute renal failure, wound infection, and bleeding reoperation did not show significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05), while total blood transfusion volume, mechanical ventilation time and intensive care unit residence time also showed no significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Simultaneous OPCAB with non-cardiac surgical procedures of moderate-to-severe severity in patients with operative indications are safe and feasible, and are not associated with increased postoperative risks when compared with isolated OPCAB.

Abstract
Spatial heterogeneity in soil nutrient availability can influence performance of invasive plant species under competition-free environments. However, little was known about whether invasive plants perform better under heterogeneous than under homogeneous soil nutrient conditions in competition with native plant communities. We conducted a multi-species greenhouse experiment to test the effect of soil nutrient heterogeneity on the growth and invasion success of alien plants in a native plant community. We grew ten alien invasive plant species that are common in China under a homogeneous or heterogeneous environment alone or together with a community consisting of six native plant species from China. Compared with the homogeneous soil condition, the heterogeneous soil condition significantly increased aboveground biomass of the invasive plants. However, soil nutrient heterogeneity did not affect the relative abundance of the invasive species, as measured by the ratio of aboveground biomass of the invasive species to total aboveground biomass of the whole community. There were no significant interactive effects of soil nutrient heterogeneity and competition from the native community on aboveground biomass of the invasive plants and also no significant effects of soil nutrient heterogeneity on its relative abundance. Our results indicate that soil nutrient heterogeneity has a positive effect on the growth of invasive plants in general, but do not support the idea that soil nutrient heterogeneity favors the invasion success of exotic plant species in native plant communities.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the molecular features and prognostic value of RAS mutations in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) . Methods: 112-gene targeted sequencing was conducted to detect RAS mutations in 776 patients with newly diagnosed primary MDS from December 2011 to December 2018. The mutual exclusivity and co-occurrence in gene mutations and clonal architecture were explored. Moreover, the prognostic significance of RAS mutations in MDS was analyzed. Results: RAS gene mutations were found in 52 (6.7% ) cases, 38 (4.9% ) of whom harbored NRAS mutation, 18 (2.3% ) KRAS mutation, and 4 (0.5% ) both NRAS and KRAS mutations. All the NRAS mutations and 65% of the KRAS mutations were located in codons 12, 13, and 61. PTPN11, FLT3, U2AF1, RUNX1, WT1, ETV6, and NPM1 mutations were enriched in patients with RAS mutations (Q<0.05) . Around 80% of RAS mutations represented subclonal lesions in patients who harbored at least two different mutations. Patients with RAS mutations were more frequently diagnosed with MDS with excess blast (MDS-EB) (82.7% vs. 35.2% , P<0.001) and had higher levels of white blood cell count (4.33×10(9)/L vs. 2.71×10(9)/L, P<0.001) , neutrophil absolute count (2.13×10(9)/L vs. 1.12×10(9)/L, P<0.001) , and bone marrow blast percentage (7% vs. 2% , P<0.001) but lower levels of platelet count (48×10(9)/L vs. 62×10(9)/L, P=0.048) . RAS mutations were correlated with higher-risk categories in the Revised International Prognostic Scoring System (IPSS-R) (71.1% vs. 37.9% , P<0.001) . The median overall survival of patients with NRAS mutations was shorter than the others (P=0.011) , while the significance was lost in the multivariable model. Conclusion: RAS gene mutations always occurred in the late-stage MDS and co-occurred with other signal transduction- and transcription factor-related gene mutations. PTPN11, a RAS pathway-related gene, is an independent poor prognostic factor in MDS patients.

Abstract
Background Forage plays critical roles in milk performance of dairy. However, domestic high-quality forage such as alfalfa hay is far from being sufficient in China. Thus, more than 1 million tons of alfalfa hay were imported in China annually in recent years. At the same time, more than 10 million tons of corn stover are generated annually in China. Thus, taking full advantage of corn stover to meet the demand of forage and reduce dependence on imported alfalfa hay has been a strategic policy for the Chinese dairy industry. Changes in liver metabolism under different forage resources are not well known. Thus, the objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of different forage resources on liver metabolism using RNAseq and bioinformatics analyses. Results The results of this study showed that the cows fed a diet with corn stover (CS) as the main forage had lower milk yield, DMI, milk protein content and yield, milk fat yield, and lactose yield than cows fed a mixed forage (MF) diet (P < 0.01). KEGG analysis for differently expressed genes (DEG) in liver (81 up-regulated and 423 down-DEG, Padj ≤0.05) showed that pathways associated with glycan biosynthesis and metabolism and amino acid metabolism was inhibited by the CS diet. In addition, results from DAVID and ClueGO indicated that biological processes related to cell-cell adhesion, multicellular organism growth, and amino acid and protein metabolism also were downregulated by feeding CS. Co-expression network analysis indicated that FAM210A, SLC26A6, FBXW5, EIF6, ZSCAN10, FPGS, and ARMCX2 played critical roles in the network. Bioinformatics analysis showed that genes within the co-expression network were enriched to “pyruvate metabolic process”, “complement activation, classical pathway”, and “retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi”. Conclusions Results of the present study indicated that feeding a low-quality forage diet inhibits important biological functions of the liver at least in part due to a reduction in DMI. In addition, the results of the present study provide an insight into the metabolic response in the liver to different-quality forage resources. As such, the data can help develop favorable strategies to improve the utilization of corn stover in China. Abstract
PURPOSE To evaluate tissue stiffness values around breast lesions and stiff rim sign for the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions. METHODS A total of 192 patients (mean age, 44.6 ± 13.6 years) with 199 breast lesions were included in this retrospective study. All lesions were pathologically proven by US-guided core needle biopsy (CNB), Mammotome biopsy, or surgery. We first observed the presence or absence of a stiff rim sign, which was defined as a red or orange halo around the breast lesion. The shell around the breast lesion on SWE was then automatically drawn by machine, with a width of 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm. The elasticity moduli of the lesion and surrounding tissue were recorded, including maximum elasticity (Emax), mean elasticity (Emean), minimum elasticity (Emin), and elasticity ratio (shell/lesion ratio). The optimal thresholds of elasticity moduli were calculated according to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. RESULTS There were 75 malignant lesions and 124 benign ones. The average Emax and Emean of lesions and shell were significantly higher in the malignant group than in the benign group (P < 0.05). The optimal cut-off value of Emax for diagnosing malignant lesions was 101.7 kPa, with a sensitivity of 66.3% and specificity of 87.9%. The optimal cut-off value of Emean was 29.1 kPa, with a sensitivity of 65.3% and specificity of 79.8%. The stiff rim sign had the highest diagnostic performance for malignancy as compared with other elastic parameters, with an accuracy of 88.4%. However, measuring peritumoral tissue stiffness can achieve relatively high sensitivity, whereas specificity was not improved significantly. CONCLUSIONS The stiffness of tissue surrounding breast malignancies was significantly higher than the surrounding benign lesions. Stiff rim sign has the potential to improve the diagnostic performance of breast lesions.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of sodium zirconium cyclosilicate on emergency correction of hyperkalemia in chronic kidney disease patients. Methods: Patients with chronic kidney disease who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May to June 2020 were selected. Those who had hyperkalemia and took sodium zirconium cyclosilicate powder were finally included. The patient's clinical data and laboratory results were collected. Results: A total of 24 results were included from 21 patients. The age of patients was (48.9±13.5) years old. Fourteen patients were male, and 7 patients were female. After 2 hours of administration, the venous potassium level decreased from (5.85±0.52) mmol/L to (5.15±0.43) mmol/L (P<0.001, n=21), with an average decline of (0.71±0.43) mmol/L. Meanwhile, the arterial potassium level decreased from (5.50±0.40) mmol/L to (4.88±0.33) mmol/L (P<0.001, n=10), with an average decline of (0.62±0.29) mmol/L. Based on the initial venous potassium level, the patients were further divided into three groups. The average potassium decrease in<5.5 mmol/L group (4 patients), 5.5-<6.0 mmol/L group (11 patients) and ≥6.0 mmol/L group (6 patients) was (0.46±0.26) mmol/L, (0.62±0.38) mmol/L and (1.04±0.45) mmol/L, respectively. There was statistically significant difference of potassium reduction among the three groups (P=0.045). Moreover, the extent of potassium reduction was positively correlated with baseline venous potassium level (r=0.603, P=0.004, n=21). The study did not reveal any treatment-related adverse event. Conclusion: Sodium zirconium cyclosilicate powder can rapidly and effectively reduce the serum potassium level in chronic kidney disease patients with hyperkalemia.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the features and clinical significance of gene mutations in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes with ring sideroblasts (MDS-RS) . Methods: A total of 255 newly diagnosed primary MDS-RS patients were retrospectively reviewed from our center from January2001 to June 2019. SF3B1 gene mutations were detected by Sanger sequencing in 129 patients, and next generation sequencing (NGS) was performed in the other 126 patients using a set of selected 112-genes. Results: A total of 193 (75.7%) patients presented with SF3B1 mutation, predominantly mutant at amino acid position 700 (K700E) (n=147, 76.2%) . Non-SF3B1 gene mutations were TET2 (16.7%) , ASXL1 (14.3%) , U2AF1 (11.1%) , TP53 (7.9%) , SETBP1 (6.3%) , and RUNX1 (6.3%) . RS 5%-<15% patients had a higher SETBP1 mutation frequency than RS≥15% patients (21.4% vs 4.5%, P=0.044) . Mutation frequencies of other genes were similar in both groups (all P>0.05) . SF3B1 variant allele frequencies (VAF) had positive correlation with marrow RS percentage but without statistical significance in RS 5%-<15% group (P=0.078, r=0.486) . SF3B1 mutant patients presented with higher marrow RS percentage compared with wild-type patients[40.0% (15.0%-80.0%) vs 25.5% (15.0%-82.0%) , P<0.001], and SF3B1 VAF positively correlated with RS percentage (P=0.009, rs=0.261) in RS≥15% group. Age, ANC, PLT, mean RBC corpuscular volume, RS percentage, IPSS-R cytogenetics, and IPSS-R risk score were significantly different between patients with SF3B1 mutations and wild-type SF3B1 (all P<0.05) . Multivariable survival analyses adjusted by age and IPSS-R cytogenetics revealed that SF3B1 mutation was an independent favorable prognostic factor (HR=0.265, 95% CI 0.077-0.917, P=0.036) , and TP53 mutation was an adverse variable independent of SF3B1 mutation (HR=6.272, 95% CI 1.725-22.809, P=0.005) . According to the mutant status of SF3B1 and TP53, MDS-RS patients were categorized into 4 groups, namely, with SF3B1 and TP53 mutation, with wild-type SF3B1 and TP53, with wild-type SF3B1 but TP53 mutation, and with SF3B1 mutation but wild-type TP53. There was a significant difference for OS among these 4 groups (P<0.001) . The former 3 groups showed no significant difference in OS in multiple comparisons. However, the SF3B1 mutation but wild-type TP53 group had a better OS than wild-type SF3B1 but TP53 mutation group and wild-type SF3B1 and TP53 group, whereas a similar OS compared with SF3B1 and TP53 mutation group. Conclusion: SF3B1 mutations were prevalent in MDS-RS patients with the most common mutation at amino acid position 700 (K700E) . SF3B1 mutation was an independent favorable prognostic variable, whereas TP53 mutation was an independent adverse variable. SF3B1 mutation could coordinate with TP53 mutation for more sophisticated prognosis stratification in MDS-RS patients.

Abstract
Propofol is generally used for the induction and maintenance of anesthesia in clinical procedures via activation of γ -aminobutyric acid A (GABAA) receptors. When administered at the clinical dose, propofol use is associated with movement disorders, including dystonia and ataxia, suggesting that propofol administration impacts the function of cerebellar neuronal circuitry. In this study, we investigated the effect of propofol on climbing fiber (CF)-Purkinje cell (PC) synaptic transmission in mouse cerebellar slices in the absence of GABAergic inhibition using a whole-cell recording technique and pharmacological methods. Our results showed that bath application of propofol enhanced CF-PC synaptic transmission, which was demonstrated by an increased amplitude and area under the curve (AUC) of the excitatory postsynaptic currents (EPSCs) accompanied by a decrease in the paired-pulse ratio (PPR). The propofol-induced increase in the amplitude of P1 was concentration-dependent with a half effective concentration (EC50) of 20.9 μM. The propofol-induced increases in the amplitude and AUC of CF-PC EPSCs were abolished by an N-Methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor blocker. Furthermore, the application of NMDA enhanced CF-PC EPSCs and overwhelmed the effect of propofol on CF-PC EPSCs. Moreover, intracellular blockade of NMDA receptors attenuated the propofol-induced enhancement of CF-PC synaptic transmission but strengthened the propofol-induced change in the PPR. These results indicate that propofol enhances CF-PC synaptic transmission by activation of NMDA receptors in the mouse cerebellar cortex, suggesting that propofol administration might be involved in propofol-induced dysfunction of the cerebellum via NMDA receptors.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To report refractive outcomes, describe types of strabismus and evaluate the outcomes of surgical intervention for unilateral coronal synostosis (UCS) in paediatric patients. METHODS This study retrospectively included 30 UCS cases. Patients aged from 3 months to 6 years (median: 1.8 years) were enrolled from January 2018 to December 2019 at Shanghai Children's Hospital. Sixteen patients had all types of strabismus; 15 of these patients underwent surgery. RESULTS Refractive errors of 30 cases were included. In 60% of patients, astigmatism of 1.00D or more existed in not less than one eye at last record. Twenty (66.7%) patients had the larger amount of astigmatism in the contralateral eye. Fifteen patients received strabismus surgery, of whom 6 patients with monocular elevation deficiency (MED) underwent the standard Knapp procedure, with or without a horizontal deviation procedure. Fifteen cases were horizontally aligned within 5 prism dioptres (Δ). Six patients with MED (100%) had attained ≥25% elevation improvement after surgery, and the vertical deviation decreased from 25.83 Δ ± 4.92 Δ (range, 20 Δ-30 Δ) to 0.83 Δ ± 4.92 Δ after surgery (range, 0 Δ-10 Δ), for an improvement of 26.67 Δ ± 4.08 Δ (t = 16 P < 0.05). In 1 patient with esotropia, the horizontal deviation decreased from + 80 Δ to + 5 Δ after surgery. One patient was diagnosed with trichiasis and one with contralateral lacrimal duct obstruction. CONCLUSIONS Contralateral MED was also the main type of strabismus in UCS. Superior oblique muscle palsy was still the most common, as previously reported. There is a risk of developing a higher astigmatism and anisometropia in the contralateral eye to synostosis. Other ophthalmic disorders should be treated in a timely manner. TRIAL REGISTRATION The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Shanghai Children's Hospital (approval No. 2020R023-E01) and adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics approval was procured on March 30, 2020. This was a retrospective study. Written informed consent was sought from the patients' parents or legal guardians. Abstract
目的 探讨平均红细胞体积(MCV)对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)预后的影响。 方法 收集2009年12月至2017年12月我中心新诊断、无红细胞输注史的321例原发性MDS患者,回顾性分析MCV水平对整体及不同骨髓原始细胞水平患者总生存(OS)期的影响。 结果 全部患者按照MCV水平高低分为MCV≤100 fl组(148例)和MCV>100 fl组(173例)。MCV≤100 fl组患者中位OS时间为27(95%CI 19~35)个月,MCV>100 fl组患者中位OS时间为72(95%CI 5~139)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。亚组分析示,在骨髓原始细胞<5%的患者中,MCV≤100 fl患者的中位OS期较MCV>100 fl者显著缩短(P=0.002);而在骨髓原始细胞≥5%的患者中,MCV水平对OS的影响不显著(P=0.078)。在纳入其余临床指标及基因突变校正后,MCV≤100 fl仍为骨髓原始细胞<5%患者的独立不良预后因素(HR=1.890,95%CI 1.007~3.548,P=0.048)。对不同MCV水平骨髓原始细胞<5%的MDS患者的临床及实验室指标进行分析,结果显示MCV≤100 fl组患者外周血HGB高于MCV>100 fl组[90(42~153)g/L对78.5(28~146)g/L,P=0.015],IPSS-R高危/极高危组比例及IPSS-R染色体核型分组差/很差比例明显高于MCV>100 fl组,差异有统计学意义(28.8%对10.8%,P=0.003;24.7%对12.9%,P=0.049)。MCV≤100 fl组患者平均基因突变数目较MCV>100 fl组多(0.988个对0.769个,P=0.064),SF3B1突变较MCV>100 fl组少见(4.7%对15.4%,P=0.018)。 结论 MCV≤100 fl为骨髓原始细胞<5%的MDS患者独立于基因突变及其他临床指标的预后不良因素。

Abstract
In this study,liquiritigenin sulfonation was characterized using recombinant human sulfotransferases( SULTs). The chemical structure of liquiritigenin sulfate was determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry( UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS). Then model fitting and parameter estimation were performed using the Graphpad Prism V5 software. Various SULT enzymes( SULT1 A1,1 A2,1 A3,1 B1,1 C2,1 C4,1 E1 and 2 A1) were able to catalyze the formation of liquiritigenin-7-O-sulfate. Sulfonation of liquiritigenin-7-hydroxy( 7-OH) by these eight SULT enzymes consistently displayed the classical Michaelis-Menten profile. According to the intrinsic clearance( CLint) value,the sulfonation rates of liquiritigenin-7-OH by expressed SULT enzymes followed the following rank order: SULT1 C4 > SULT1 A3 > SULT1 E1 > SULT1 A1 > SULT1 A2 > SULT1 B1 >SULT1 C2>SULT2 A1. Further,liquiritigenin-7-O-sulfonation was significantly correlated with the SULT1 A3 protein levels( P<0. 05).Then,human embryonic kidney( HEK) 293 cells over expressing SULT1 A3( named as HEK-SULT1 A3 cells) were conducted. As a result,liquiritigenin-7-O-sulfate( L-7-S) was rapidly generated upon incubation of the cells with liquiritigenin. Consistent with SULT1 A3,sulfonation of liquiritigenin-7-OH in HEK-SULT1 A3 cells also followed the Michaelis-Menten kinetics. The derived Vmaxvalues was( 0. 315±0. 009) μmol·min-1·g-1,Kmwas( 7. 04±0. 680) μmol·L-1,and CLintwas( 0. 045±0. 005) L·min-1·g-1. Moreover,the sulfonation characters of liquiritigenin( 7-OH) in SULT1 A3 were strongly correlated with that in HEK-SULT1 A3 cells( P<0. 001).The results indicated that HEK-SULT1 A3 cells have shown the catalytic function of SULT1 A3 enzymes. In conclusion,liquiritigenin was subjected to efficient sulfonation,and SULT1 A3 enzyme plays an important role in the sulfonation of liquiritigenin-7-OH. Significant sulfonation should be the main reason for the low bioavailability of liquiritigenin. In addition,HEK-SULT1 A3 cells were conducted and successfully used to evaluate liquiritigenin sulfonation,which will provide an appropriate tool to accurately depict the sulfonation disposition of liquiritigenin in vivo.

Abstract
Triglyceride (TG) and fatty acid profiles of raw (RM), pasteurized (PM, 85°C for 15 s), and indirect UHT-treated (UM, 135°C for 15 s) cow milk were investigated by a lipidomics approach. Ninety-four TG were identified and all were present at significantly lower concentrations in UM than in RM or PM, and free fatty acid contents were significantly higher in UM than in RM and PM, indicating that TG lipolysis occurred to a greater degree in UM than in RM and PM. In addition, UM contained significantly fewer unsaturated fatty acids (14 types) than those in RM and PM, including C14:1n-5, C15:1n-5, C16:1n-7, C17:1n-7, C18:1n9 cis, C18:2n-6 cis, C18:3n-3, C18:3n-6, C20:1, C20:2, C20:3n-6, C20:3n-3, C20:4n-6, and C20:5n-3. However, we detected no significant differences between RM and PM in these fatty acids. In conclusion, UHT treatment, but not pasteurization, caused loss of the nutritional quality and bioactivity of cow milk lipid profiles.

Abstract
Graphene derivatives are the new bioactive material with good physical and chemical properties and excellent biocompatibility. It has been found that graphene derivatives can improve the mechanical properties of biomaterials and promote the adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast-related cells, so as to promote implant-bone bonding and repair of bone defects. This makes it a research hotpot in the field of bone tissue regeneration. In this paper, the mechanism of graphene derivatives promoting bone regeneration and their application in the oral field were reviewed, so as to provide theoretical basis for their application in basic and clinical research.

Abstract
We developed a sensitive and selective isotope dilution ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for the determination of sulbactam residue in raw bovine milk. Sulbactam and internal standard, sulbactam-d5, were extracted from raw bovine milk via liquid-liquid extraction and enriched with strong anion exchange solid-phase extraction cartridges and finally analyzed by using UPLC-MS/MS with multiple reaction monitoring mode. The method was validated according to European regulations. The calibration curve showed good linearity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. Decision limit and detection capability of sulbactam were determined by matrix calibration curve and were 0.0445 and 0.0517 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries of sulbactam in fortified raw bovine milk ranged from 72.1 to 91.5%, with the intra- and interday relative standard deviations ranging from 3.0 to 18.9%. Furthermore, the developed method was applied to analyzing real raw bovine milk samples collected from dairy farms in Beijing, China. Sulbactam was not determined in all samples. The proposed method could ultimately serve as a methodological foundation for the determination of sulbactam in different types of raw milk and dairy products.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the types of dietary patterns of women during pregnancy in Shaanxi and their association with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: Data were derived from a cross-sectional program named "The prevalence and risk factors of birth defects in Shaanxi Province" from July to November in 2013. A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to extract 15 980 women of childbearing age who met the inclusion exclusion criteria from Shaanxi Province. The questionnaire obtained information such as the pregnancy outcome and the food intake of the study subjects during pregnancy. The dietary pattern was extracted by factor analysis, and the each dietary pattern of subjects were divided into T(1)-T(3) groups according to the factor score. The effects of each dietary pattern on major adverse pregnancy outcomes were estimated by unconditional logistic regression model. Results: Four dietary patterns were established:vegetarian pattern, balanced pattern, traditional pattern, and processing pattern. The multivariate logistic regression model results showed that compared with the vegetarian pattern T(2) group, the T(1) group had lower risk of low birth weight (OR=0.56, 95%CI: 0.41-0.83), and the T(3) group had higher risk of low birth weight in offspring (OR=2.32, 95%CI: 1.59-3.89); compared with the traditional pattern T(2) group, the T(3) group had higher risk of premature (OR=2.62, 95%CI: 1.58-5.01); compared with the balanced pattern T(2) group, the T(3) group had a lower risk of spontaneous abortion (OR=0.73, 95%CI: 0.36-0.89); compared with the processing pattern T(2) group, the T(3) group had a higher risk of spontaneous abortion (OR=1.97, 95%CI: 1.36-3.34) and higher risk of stillbirth (OR=2.96, 95%CI: 1.49-6.26), and the T(1) group had a lower risk of stillbirths in offspring (OR=0.52, 95%CI: 0.33-0.83). Conclusion: The women of childbearing age in Shaanxi have different dietary patterns, and there may be a correlation between dietary patterns and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
