Abstract
Constructing faradaic electrode with superior desalination performance is important for expanding the applications of capacitive deionization (CDI). Herein, a simple one-step alkalized treatment for in situ synthesis of 1D TiO2 nanowires on the surface of 2D Ti3 C2 nanosheets, forming a Ti3 C2 -MXene partially derived hierarchical 1D/2D TiO2 /Ti3 C2 heterostructure as the cathode electrode is reported. Cross-linked TiO2 nanowires on the surface help avoid layer stacking while acting as the protective layer against contact of internal Ti3 C2 with dissolved oxygen in water. The inner Ti3 C2 MXene nanosheets cross over the TiO2 nanowires can provide abundant active adsorption sites and short ion/electron diffusion pathways. . Density functional theory calculations demonstrated that Ti3 C2 can consecutively inject electrons into TiO2 , indicating the high electrochemical activity of the TiO2 /Ti3 C2 . Benefiting from the 1D/2D hierarchical structure and synergistic effect of TiO2 and Ti3 C2 , TiO2 /Ti3 C2 heterostructure presents a favorable hybrid CDI performance, with a superior desalination capacity (75.62 mg g-1 ), fast salt adsorption rate (1.3 mg g-1 min-1 ), and satisfactory cycling stability, which is better than that of most published MXene-based electrodes. This study provides a feasible partial derivative strategy for construction of a hierarchical 1D/2D heterostructure to overcome the restrictions of 2D MXene nanosheets in CDI.

Abstract
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common gastrointestinal tract cancers worldwide, which has high incidence and mortality rates and poor prognosis. Although multidisciplinary comprehensive therapies consisting of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy have made great progress in GC treatment, a satisfactory curative effect still cannot be achieved in many circumstances, and the 5-year survival of patients with GC remains to be very low. In China, about 75% of patients with GC are diagnosed in the advanced stage and thus miss the opportunity of surgical resection. Although the conventional treatment of GC has improved the survival time of advanced patients to a certain extent, the clinical efficacy has encountered a bottleneck and cannot bring higher survival benefits to patients. With the development of immunologic and molecular biologic technologies, immunotherapy has gradually become a new essential treatment for GC, which has attracted extensive attention in the field of oncology. The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) have approved a variety of immune-related drugs for the treatment of GC, and all of which have achieved good efficacy. In this review, we summarize the recent development in nonspecific enhancer therapy, adoptive immunocell therapy, tumor vaccine therapy, oncolytic virus therapy, and immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and their roles in the treatment of GC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Emotion dysregulation (ED) is a common clinical feature of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The present study examined the role of cognitive reappraisal (CR) and expressive suppression (ES) in adults with ADHD. In addition, resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) data were analyzed to identify neural substrates of CR/ES-ED relationships. METHODS A total of 309 adults with ADHD and 163 healthy controls were recruited. ED was assessed using the 'emotional control' (EC) subscale from Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult Version. The Emotion Regulation Questionnaire was used to measure CR and ES. The functional connectivities (FCs) with the amygdala as Region of Interest, were analyzed in a subsample to explore their association with CR, ES and EC, respectively. RESULTS Higher EC scores (indicative of lesser emotional control), as well as lower CR and higher ES utilization were detected in adults with ADHD compared with healthy controls. CR and ES were both negatively correlated with EC in adults with ADHD. Mediation analysis detected a potential effect of ADHD diagnosis on EC via CR. In addition, a unique significant mediation effect was found between ES-related FC of the right amygdala-prefrontal cortex and ED expression in adults with ADHD, confirming the '↑ES → ↓FCs [amygR-PFC] →↓EC' relationship. LIMITATIONS Only self-reported scales and rs-fMRI data were included in these analyses. CONCLUSIONS Our findings provide preliminary evidence that in adults with ADHD, less frequent use of CR accounts for ED expression, while more frequent use of ES may play a unique compensatory role in emotion regulation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a highly complex and heterogeneous disorder. Abnormal brain connectivity in ADHD might be influenced by developmental ages which might lead to the lacking of significant spatial convergence across studies. However, the developmental patterns and mechanisms of ADHD brain connectivity remain to be fully uncovered. METHODS In the present study, we searched PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase for seed-based whole-brain resting-state functional connectivity studies of ADHD published through October 12th, 2020. The seeds meeting inclusion criteria were categorized into the cortex group and subcortex group, as previous studies suggested that the cortex and subcortex have different temporal patterns of development. Activation likelihood estimation meta-analysis was performed to investigate the abnormal connectivity in different age groups (all-age group, younger: <12 years, older: ≥12 years). Moreover, significant convergence of reported foci was used as seeds for validation with our independent dataset. RESULTS As with previous studies, scarce results were found in the all-age group. However, we found that the younger group consistently exhibited hyper-connectivity between different parts of the cortex and left middle frontal gyrus, and hypo-connectivity between different parts of the cortex and left putamen/pallidus/amygdala. Whereas, the older group (mainly for adults) showed hyper-connectivity between the cortex and right precuneus/sub-gyral/cingulate gyrus. Besides, the abnormal cortico-cortical and cortico-subcortical functional connectivity in children, and the abnormal cortico-cortical functional connectivity in adults were verified in our independent dataset. CONCLUSION Our study emphasizes the importance of developmental age effects on the study of brain networks in ADHD. Further, we proposed that cortico-cortical and cortico-subcortical connectivity might play an important role in the pathophysiology of children with ADHD, while abnormal cortico-cortical connections were more important for adults with ADHD. This work provided a potential new insight to understand the neurodevelopmental mechanisms and possible clinical application of ADHD.

Abstract
This article describes a digital workflow for fabricating an interim obturator after partial maxillectomy which utilizes the radiopacity of iodoform gauze, a common surgical packing material, to simulate postoperative oronasal defect cavities through a computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) workflow and to generate the interim obturator by 3-dimensional printing. This technique may serve as a promising alternative technique for the fabrication of an interim obturator and, in particular, benefit patients who have not seen a prosthetic specialist before surgery and present without a surgical obturator.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the utility of trio-based prenatal exome sequencing (pES), incorporating splice-site and mitochondrial genome assessment, in the prenatal diagnosis of fetuses with ultrasound anomalies and normal copy-number variant sequencing (CNV-seq) results. METHODS This was a prospective study of 90 ongoing pregnancies with ultrasound anomalies that underwent trio-based pES after receiving normal CNV-seq results, from September 2020 to November 2021, in a single center in China. By using pES with a panel encompassing exome coding and splicing regions as well as mitochondrial genome for fetuses and parents, we identified the underlying genetic causes of fetal anomalies, incidental fetal findings and parental carrier status. Information on pregnancy outcome and the impact of pES findings on parental decision-making was collected. RESULTS Of the 90 pregnancies included, 28 (31.1%) received a diagnostic result that could explain the fetal ultrasound anomalies. The highest diagnostic yield was noted for brain abnormalities (3/6 (50.0%)), followed by hydrops (4/9 (44.4%)) and skeletal abnormalities (13/34 (38.2%)). Collectively, 34 variants of 20 genes were detected in the 28 diagnosed cases, with 55.9% (19/34) occurring de novo. Variants of uncertain significance (VUS) associated with fetal phenotypes were detected in six (6.7%) fetuses. Interestingly, fetal (n = 4) and parental (n = 3) incidental findings (IFs) were detected in seven (7.8%) cases. These included two fetuses carrying a de-novo likely pathogenic (LP) variant of the CIC and FBXO11 genes, respectively, associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, and one fetus with a LP variant in a mitochondrial gene. The remaining fetus presented with unilateral renal dysplasia and was incidentally found to carry a pathogenic PKD1 gene variant resulting in adult-onset polycystic kidney, which was later confirmed to be inherited from the mother. In addition, parental heterozygous variants associated with autosomal recessive diseases were detected in three families, including one with additional fetal diagnostic findings. Diagnostic results or fetal IFs contributed to parental decision-making about termination of the pregnancy in 26 families (26/72 (36.1%)), while negative pES results or identification of VUS encouraged 40 families (40/72 (55.6%)) to continue their pregnancy, which ended in a live birth in all cases. CONCLUSION Trio-based pES can provide additional genetic information for pregnancies with fetal ultrasound anomalies without a CNV-seq diagnosis. The incidental findings and parental carrier status reported by trio-based pES with splice-site and mitochondrial genome analysis extend its clinical application, but careful genetic counseling is warranted. © 2022 International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Previous studies have revealed that mulberry 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) is important for a variety of physiological processes, especially carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. However, it remains unclear whether DNJ has a positive effect on insulin resistance and hepatic steatosis, and what the exact mechanism is. Male C57BL/6J mice were treated with resistin with or without DNJ. DNJ reversed the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR)-induced by resistin and significantly decreased triglyceride levels both in the serum and liver. A histological analysis demonstrated that lipid accumulation significantly decreased in the DNJ group compared to the resistin group. A mechanistic analysis showed that DNJ significantly inhibited the resistin-induced decline in enzyme activities of hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) and hepatic lipase (HL) in serum and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in liver. FAS and Acox13α were significantly altered by resistin but restored by DNJ. Furthermore, DNJ partially but significantly restored insulin-stimulated glucose uptake compared with the resistin group, suggesting that DNJ reversed the insulin sensitivity impaired by hyperresistinemia. Treatment of AML12 cells with DNJ significantly restored the expression level and phosphorylation of Akt. The transcriptional levels of InsR and IRS1, as well as the protein levels of InsR and Glut4 and phosphorylation of PI3K and GSK3β, were also normalized in the DNJ-treated group. In conclusion: mulberry DNJ significantly alleviated liver steatosis and insulin resistance in hyperresistinemia.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Inhibitors of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) are effective at preventing colorectal cancer (CRC). However, their high toxicity limits their clinical application. This study was aimed to explore the potential of microRNAs (miRNAs) as an inhibitor of ODC. METHODS miRNA array was used to identify dysregulated miRNAs in CRC tumors of mice and patients. Azoxymethane (AOM)/Dextran Sodium Sulfate (DSS) were used to induce CRC in mice. miRNA function in carcinogenesis was determined by soft-agar colony formation, flow cytometry, and wound healing of CRC cells. Mini-circle was used to deliver miRNA into colons. RESULTS MiRNA profiling identified miR-378a-3p (miR-378a) as the most reduced miRNA in CRC tumors of patients and mice treated with AOM/DSS. Pathway array analysis revealed that miR-378a impaired c-MYC and ODC1 pathways. Further studies identified FOXQ1 (forkhead box Q1) and ODC1 as two direct targets of miR-378a. FOXQ1 activated transcription of c-MYC, a transcription activator of ODC1. In addition to directly targeting ODC1, miR-378a also inhibited expression of ODC1 via the FOXQ1-cMYC axis, thereby inhibiting polyamine synthesis in human CRC cells. Phenotypically, by reducing polyamine synthesis, miR-378a induced apoptosis and inhibited proliferation and migration of CRC cells, while disrupting the association of miR-378a with FOXQ1 and ODC1 offset the effects of miR-378a, suggesting that FOXQ1 and ODC1 were required for miR-378a to inhibit CRC cell growth. MiR-378a treatment robustly prevented growth of HCC by inhibiting polyamine synthesis in AOM/DSS mice. CONCLUSION MiR-378a prevents CRC by inhibiting polyamine synthesis, suggesting its use as a novel ODC inhibitor against CRC.

Abstract
Thyme has medicinal and aromatic value because of its potent antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. However, the absence of a fully sequenced thyme genome limits functional genomic studies of Chinese native thymes. Thymus quinquecostatus Čelak., which contains large amounts of bioactive monoterpenes such as thymol and carvacrol, is an important wild medicinal and aromatic plant in China. Monoterpenoids are abundant in glandular secretory trichomes. Here, high-fidelity and chromatin conformation capture technologies were used to assemble and annotate the T. quinquecostatus genome at the chromosome level. The 13 chromosomes of T. quinquecostatus had a total length of 528.66 Mb, a contig N50 of 8.06 Mb, and a BUSCO score of 97.34%. We found that T. quinquecostatus had experienced two whole-genome duplications, with the most recent event occurring ∼4.34 million years ago. Deep analyses of the genome, in conjunction with comparative genomic, phylogenetic, transcriptomic, and metabonomic studies, uncovered many regulatory factors and genes related to monoterpenoids and glandular secretory trichome development. Genes encoding terpene synthase (TPS), cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (CYPs), short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase (SDR), R2R3-MYB, and homeodomain-leucine zipper (HD-ZIP) IV were among those present in the T. quinquecostatus genome. Notably, Tq02G002290.1 (TqTPS1) was shown to encode the terpene synthase responsible for catalyzing production of the main monoterpene product γ-terpinene from geranyl diphosphate (GPP). Our study provides significant insight into the mechanisms of glandular secretory trichome formation and monoterpenoid biosynthesis in thyme. This work will facilitate the development of molecular breeding tools to enhance the production of bioactive secondary metabolites in Lamiaceae.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the role of closed extension tube in preventing airway leakage during artificial airway clearance. Methods: The test lung was connected with a ventilator for mechanical ventilation. The pressure parameters were set as 16/5, 20/6, 24/7, 28/8, 32/9 and 36/10 cmH2O(1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa), respectively. The circuit was connected with an open extension tube or a closed extension tube. The ventilator was set with different pressure parameters to observe the changes of airway pressure and tidal volume during airway clearance. Results: (1) The pressure parameters were set as 16/5, 20/6, 24/7, 28/8, 32/9 and 36/10 cmH2O, and the airway pressures (in cmH2O) of circuit connected with open extension tube were (15.94±0.27)/(4.81±0.04), (20.09±0.23)/(6.05±0.16), (23.89±0.41)/(6.94±0.06), (27.90±0.22)/(7.71±0.18), (31.92±0.13)/(8.74±0.12)and(35.65±0.31)/(9.72±0.07), respectively.Under the same ventilator pressure parameters, the airway pressures (in cmH2O) of circuit connected with close extension tube were (16.36±0.06)/(4.85±0.04), (20.54±0.26)/(6.44±0.12), (24.36±0.24)/(7.01±0.33), (28.69±0.25)/(8.07±0.08), (32.97±0.33)/(8.93±0.09), (37.34±0.29)/(9.75±0.08), respectively. The airway pressure of circuit connected with open extension tube was lower than that connected with closed extension tube(P<0.05);with the increase of the pressure setting of the ventilator, the difference of the airway pressure between the two extended tubes gradually increased. When the maximum inspiratory pressure of the ventilator was set 36 cmH2O, the difference reached 1.69 cmH2O. (2) The airway pressures (in cmH2O) dropped from (15.94±0.27)/(4.81±0.04), (20.09±0.23)/(6.05±0.16), (23.89±0.41)/(6.94±0.06), (27.90±0.22)/(7.71±0.18), (31.92±0.13)/(8.74±0.12), (35.65±0.31)/(9.72±0.07) to (13.42±0.4)/(3.15±0.14), (16.81±0.6)/(4.30±0.14), (20.22±0.5)/(5.48±0.45), (23.73±1.4)/(6.25±0.22), (24.78±0.7)/(7.13±0.21), (20.83±0.4)/(6.61±0.19)when the suction port of the open extension tube was opened (P<0.05);and the tidal volume (in L) also decreased from 0.328±0.004, 0.580±0.012, 0.621±0.003, 0.626±0.003, 0.615±0.003, 0.603±0.002 to 0.272±0.008, 0.416±0.051, 0.487±0.047, 0.396±0.116, 0.507±0.022, 0.508±0.079, respectively (P<0.05). The decrease of airway pressure and tidal volume gradually increased with the increase of ventilator setting pressure. When the ventilator setting parameter was 36/10 cmH2O, the decrease of airway inspiratory pressure was (14.82±0.51) cmH2O and the maximum reduction of tidal volume was (0.164±0.021)L. (3)The airway pressure (in cmH2O) was increased to(15.70±0.23)/(4.80±0.33), (19.01±0.81)/(5.71±0.34), (22.27±0.62)/(6.85±0.44), (25.35±2.09)/(7.94±0.16), (28.38±0.46)/(8.96±0.23), (33.34±0.71)/(9.71±0.25) when the suction tube was inserted from the suction port of the open extension tube in the open state, and the tidal volume (in L) was increased to 0.340±0.016, 0.563±0.020, 0.571±0.030, 0.556±0.026, 0.514±0.021, 0.512±0.031 as well.The airway pressure and tidal volume of the ventilation circuit were higher than those in the open state, but still lower than those in the closed state. Compared with the closed state of the suction port, the maximum pressure drop and tidal volume decrease were (3.53±0.46) cmH2O and (0.101±0.011) L, respectively. (4) The pressure of the ventilator was set between 16/5 cmH2O to 36/10 cmH2O. The airway pressure (in cmH2O) was decreased from (16.26±0.04)/(4.85±0.04), (20.74±0.15)/(6.42±0.11), (25.09±0.31)/(7.10±0.13), (29.38±0.24)/(8.17±0.09), (33.80±0.16)/(9.02±0.17), (37.89±0.19)/(9.83±0.07) to(16.36±0.06)/(4.85±0.04), (20.54±0.26)/(6.44±0.12), (24.36±0.24)/(7.01±0.33), (28.69±0.25)/(8.07±0.08), (32.97±0.33)/(8.93±0.09), (37.34±0.29)/(9.75±0.08), respectively during the insertion of the suction tube from the suction port of the closed extension tube, and the tidal volume (in L) was decreased from0.361±0.005, 0.592±0.003, 0.631±0.001, 0.642±0.007, 0.633±0.007, 0.626±0.08 to 0.335±0.005, 0.588±0.008, 0.631±0.002, 0.638±0.004, 0.628±0.004, 0.618±0.005.The maximum pressure change of the ventilation circuit was (0.83±0.27) cm H2O and the maximum tidal volume change was (0.008±0.006)L. The changes of airway pressure and tidal volume were significantly lower than those of ventilation circuit connected with open extension tube under the same pressure parameters. Conclusion: The connection of closed extension tube in mechanical ventilation circuit can reduce the airway leakage during artificial airway clearance, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.

Abstract
The development of Internet technology has significantly impacted how people live their daily lives. How this disparity in Internet use affects the self-rated health of older adults needs to be further explored. This paper studies the impact of Internet use on self-rated health, aiming to examine the effect of Internet use and social support on the self-rated health of older adults in China. This study used data from the 2017 China General Social Survey (CGSS) to verify the effect of Internet use on older adults' self-rated health. The results showed that Chinese elderly who used the Internet had a higher self-rated health, and social support from relatives and friends significantly improved the elderly's self-rated health. This social support played a critical, partially mediating role between Internet use and self-rated health. In China, the effect of Internet use on older adults' self-rated health was heterogeneous. Among them, the impact of Internet use was more significant for the male elderly, younger elderly, and rural elderly. The results suggest that the government should formulate targeted policies to improve the utilization of the Internet and maintain a good Internet environment to enhance the well-being of older adults according to the trend of population aging and the popularity of the Internet.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological features of salivary secretory carcinoma (SSC). Methods: Ten cases of SSC confirmed in the Department of Pathology,Capital Medical University School of Stomatology from January 2014 to December 2021 were retrospectively included, including 5 males and 5 females, with a median age of 46.5 years. The microscopic morphology, immunophenotype, special staining and clinical follow-up of 10 cases of salivary secretory carcinoma were observed. Ten patients were tested with S-100, vimentin, mammaglobin, Dog-1, p63 and Ki-67, 9 cases with cytokeratin (CK) 8/18, 8 with CK7, 6 with calponin, 5 with smooth muscle actin (SMA) and GCDFP15, 4 with CK5/6 and 1 with SOX10. The ETV6-NTRK3 fusion gene was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Results: Seven of the 10 SSC were located in the parotid gland and 3 were located in the cheeks. Histomorphology showed solid, papillary-cystic, follicular, microcystic, and macrocystic types. In 7 cases, tumor cells were dominated by single arrangement type, while certain mixed arrangements existed in some areas. The cytoplasm of the tumor cells was rich in eosinophilic, fine granular or vacuolar shapes, and clear cytoplasm was seen in 2 cases. The nuclei were mostly oval-shaped vesicular nuclei, with nucleoli in the center. Immunohistochemistry showed CK7 (8/8) positive, CK8/18 (9/9) positive, S-100 (10/10) positive, vimentin (5/10) positive, (4/10) partially positive and (1/10) less partially positive, mammaglobin (7/10) positive, (1/10) partially positive and (2/10) some individual cells positive, Dog-1 (10/10) negative, CK5/6 (4/4) negative, p63 (7/10) negative and (3/10) partially positive, SMA (5/5) negative, calponin (6/6) negative, and Ki-67 index was 5%-20%. Secretions of 5 cases showed periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) and PAS with diastase (PAS-D) staining positive. All 10 cases showed ETV6-NTRK3 fusion positive. Six cases were successfully followed up for 32-91 months, of which 2 cases recurred after 28 and 74 months and underwent surgical resection again. All cases followed up are alive and disease-free. Conclusions: The salivary secretory carcinoma is a rare low-grade malignant tumor. In certain cases, morphology is atypical and mammaglobin is immunohistochemically positive in only individual tumor cells. Therefore, the diagnosis should be supported with morphology, immunohistochemical staining, and molecular feature preferably.

Abstract
The aim was to illuminate the difference in incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) of gastric cancer (GC) between the United States of America (US) and China. The multiple management was analyzed with stratification to explore an effective survival improvement strategy. The Global Burden of Disease Study data was analyzed to assess GC morbidity, mortality and DALYs from 1990 to 2019 in the US and China. The age-period-cohort model was established to generate estimation of metrics. Verification was completed and stratified analysis of the multiple management was performed by accessing data of Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database in 1992 to 2019. Continuous downtrends in GC incidence, mortality and DALYs from 1990 to 2019 and persistent uptrends in 1-, 3-year survival from 1992 to 2019 were observed in the US population. In the Chinese population, the overall trends of incidence, mortality and DALYs decreased with a fluctuating manner. The lower overall survival rates were observed in elderly, unmarried patients, distant disease and poor grade, as well as patients lacking of medical treatment (P < .05). In stratified analyses, single local therapy decreased and the other modalities increased over time across different stages. Moreover, combined treatment and single systemic therapy decreased, but single local and conservative therapy increased with age. The study quantified the incidence, GC-specific mortality and DALYs in the US and China and estimated stage profiles, 1- and 3-year survival in the US. The heavy burden on later-onset GC (>70) and potential increase on early-onset GC (<40) needed to be addressed. Combined modalities and single chemotherapy were becoming more widely used over time, however, their uses decreased with age because of poor physical fitness. Our findings provide new insights into management tailoring appropriately to specific subgroups contributes to the increasing survival rate.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Physical activity (PA) brings many benefits to pregnant women and fetuses; however, the majority of pregnant women do not participate actively in PA during pregnancy. OBJECTIVES This study aimed to: (1) assess the utility of Multi-Theory Model (MTM) to explain the intentions of PA behavior in Chinese pregnant women; (2) analyze the predictors in initiating and maintaining PA behavior based on MTM. METHODS A cross-sectional study including pregnant women was conducted from March to June 2022 at a university hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Participants completed measures that included a self-developed demographic questionnaire and a 29-item MTM questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha and test-retest stability. The construct validity was evaluated by using exploratory factor (EFA) analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). RESULTS A total of 450 pregnant women participated in this study. The score of the magnitude of intention to initiate and maintain PA behavior during pregnancy was 2.30 (1.08) and 2.24 (1.09). The overall Cronbach's alpha value was 0.857. A four-factor structure for initiation model and a three-factor structure for maintenance model were determined. Results of the CFA confirmed construct validity of subscales (initiation model: χ2 = 206.123, df = 140, p < 0.001, χ2/df = 1.472, RMSEA = 0.046, SRMR = 0.0432, GFI = 0.913, CFI = 0.982; maintenance model: χ2 = 49.742, df = 29, p < 0.001, χ2/df = 1.715, RMSEA = 0.057, SRMR = 0.0432, GFI = 0.958, CFI 0.985). The result of regression indicated that participatory dialogue (β = 0.030; p = 0.002), behavioral confidence (β = 0.128; p < 0.001), changes in physical environment (β = 0.041; p = 0.005), trimester (β = -0.192; p = 0.001), and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) (β = 0.408; p < 0.001) explained 52.1% variance in initiating PA behavior. Emotional transformation (β = 0.197; p < 0.001), practice for change (β = 0.083; p = 0.001), changes in social environment (β = 0.063; p < 0.001), pre-pregnancy exercise habit (β = -0.251; p = 0.001), and GDM (β = 0.298; p = 0.003) were significantly associated with pregnant women's intentions to maintain PA behavior and explained 49.1% variance. CONCLUSIONS The constructs of MTM were effective in explaining the intention to initiate and maintain PA behavior among Chinese pregnant women.

Abstract
To analyze the usage and loss of the COVID-19 vaccine in ten districts of Suzhou city from December 18, 2020 to April 30, 2021.The results showed the loss rate was 0.222‰ in Suzhou city. The loss rate of pre-filled packaging COVID-19 vaccine was higher than that of vial packaging. The loss rate of 40 packaging was the lowest in vial packaging. The loss rate of all kinds of COVID-19 vaccine in stable inoculation unit was the lowest. It is recommended to distribute 40 vial packaging COVID-19 vaccine for centralized vaccination to reduce the loss of COVID-19 vaccine.

Abstract
The tribological characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) under unsaturated lubrication of water and brine were studied. The friction coefficients and wear rates of UHMWPE at different applied loads and sliding speeds were recorded by field tests, and the effects of load and speed on the friction properties of UHMWPE were analyzed. The results showed that under certain liquid drop (about 150-170 mL/h) lubrication, the tribological behaviors of UHMWPE were better than those of dry sliding, and the friction coefficient and wear rate of UHMWPE were reduced by more than 39% and 10% respectively. The lubrication form of UHMWPE gradually transited from saturated lubrication to unsaturated lubrication with the increase in applied load or sliding speed. The evaporation of water caused by frictional heat affected the water content between the surface of UHMWPE and the counterface, which was the main reason for the change in the lubrication form. In the current work, the critical values for the change of lubrication mode were 70 N and 700 r/min for load and speed, respectively, beyond which UHMWPE was in unsaturated lubrication. Under brine-unsaturated lubrication, the anti-friction property of UHMWPE was better than that in water-unsaturated lubrication at high speed because the precipitated salt granules played a ball effect, which was opposite to that under saturated lubrication. The study of the wear resistance with surface profiler showed that the wear rate of UHMWPE under water-unsaturated lubrication was 9% lower than that under brine-unsaturated lubrication at 110 N load. While the wear resistance of UHMWPE under brine-unsaturated lubrication was better than that in water-unsaturated lubrication at high speed, the wear rate of UHMWPE under brine-unsaturated lubrication was 10% lower than that under water-unsaturated lubrication at 1100 r/min speed.

Background/Introduction
In out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA), bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BCPR) increases survival [1]. Understanding the social determinants of BCPR receipt can inform the design of public health interventions to increase BCPR. The association of socioeconomic status (SES) with BCPR is generally poorly understood.
Purpose
We aimed to evaluate the effect of SES on BCPR in OHCA using a building-level SES marker.
Methods
This was a retrospective cohort study based on the Singapore cohort of the Pan-Asian Resuscitation Outcomes Study registry, an ongoing long-term prospective registry for OHCA in the Asia-Pacific region, between 2010 to 2018. We categorized patients into low, medium and high Singapore Housing Index (SHI) levels. The SHI, which appraises a residential property value on an ordinal scale of 1 to 7 (low to high), is a building-level marker that has a robust association with income and residence value [2]. The primary outcome was receipt of BCPR. The secondary outcomes were pre-hospital return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) and survival – defined as survival to 30 days or hospital discharge, whichever occurred first.
Results
A total of 12,730 OHCA cases were included (Figure 1), the median age was 71 years and 58.9% were male. BCPR rate was 56.7%. OHCA patients in the low SHI tier were the youngest, most likely male, and least likely to have any medical co-morbidities (Table 1). Compared the low SHI category, those in the medium and high SHI categories were more likely to receive BCPR (medium SHI: adjusted odds ratio [aOR] 1.483, 95% CI 1.301–1.691, p<0.01; high SHI: aOR 1.933, 95% CI 1.669–2.240, p<0.01). As a continuous variable, every unit increase in SHI was associated with increased BCPR (aOR 1.142, 95% CI 1.110–1.174, p<0.001). High SHI patients had higher survival compared to low SHI patients on unadjusted analysis (OR 1.789, 95% CI 1.080–2.964) but not adjusted analysis (adjusted for age, sex, race, witness status, arrest time, past medical history of cancer, and first arrest rhythm). There were no significant differences in the proportion of ROSC across three categories of SHI (p=0.426). When comparing high with low SHI, females had larger increases in BCPR rates compared to males (ratio of OR 1.370, 95% CI 1.012–1.853). There were no significant associations between SHI and BCPR in the subgroups age ≥65 years, witnessed arrest, daytime arrest, and arrests after 2014, and no interaction effects were observed.
Conclusions
Lower building-level SES was independently associated with lower rate of BCPR. Higher SES was associated with higher 30-day survival on unadjusted analysis but not adjusted analysis, and this study may be under-powered for this outcome. Females were more susceptible to the effect of low SES on lower rate of BCPR, and community CPR training should focus on recognizing OHCA and performing BCPR in women in low SES communities.

Abstract
Cancer cells and their stromal microenvironment are mutually supportive. Either destroying cancer cells or damaging stromal components cannot guarantee a satisfactory outcome in the long-term treatment. Herein, we showed that the tumor-stroma crosstalk was disturbed by nanoparticle-based photodynamic therapy (PDT) in pancreatic tumor models, leading to the persistent inhibition of extracellular matrix (ECM) secretion and the enhanced therapeutic effect. By employing a conditioned medium method, we found that the nanoparticulate PDT at a sub-lethal dosage down-regulated TGFβ signaling pathways, leading to the decrease in drug resistance, proliferation, and migration of the cancer cells. Meanwhile, pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) were inactivated by PDT, hindering the secretion of ECM. Combining the results that PDT indiscriminately killed PSCs and cancer cells, we showed that the mutual support between the cancer cells and the stroma was interrupted. We further presented the inhibition of the crosstalk persistently enhanced tumor penetration in stroma-rich pancreatic tumor models. The loosened stroma not only facilitated tumor eradication by subsequent therapy but also improved the efficiency of gemcitabine treatment on monthly later recurrent tumors. Therefore, our work may boost the potential of PDT to be a valuable individual or adjuvant treatment for desmoplastic cancers.

Abstract
The metal-intercalated bilayer graphene has a flat band with a high density of states near the Fermi energy and thus is anticipated to exhibit an enhanced strong correlation effect and associated fascinating phenomena, including superconductivity. By using a self-developed multifunctional scanning tunneling microscope, we succeeded in observing the superconducting energy gap and diamagnetic response of a Ca-intercalated bilayer graphene below a critical temperature of 8.83 K. The revealed high value of gap ratio, 2Δ/kBTc ≈ 5.0, indicates a strong coupling superconductivity, while the variation of penetration depth with temperature and magnetic field indicates an isotropic s-wave superconductor. These results provide crucial experimental clues for understanding the origin and mechanism of superconductivity in carrier-doped graphene.

Abstract
Lnc-HUR1 is an HBV-related long non-coding RNA, which can promote the proliferation of hepatoma cells and the occurrence and development of liver cancer. In this study we explored the effect of lnc-HUR1 on the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by taking the approach of immunoblotting, quantitative real time PCR, luciferase reporter assay, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and flow cytometry. We found that overexpression of lnc-HUR1 significantly reduced the activity of caspase3/7 and the cleavage of PARP-1, while knocking down of lnc-HUR1 significantly increased the activity of caspase3/7 and promoted the cleavage of PARP-1 in HepG2 cells treated with TGF-β, pentafluorouracil or staurosporine. Consistently, the data from Annexin-V/PI staining showed that overexpression of lnc-HUR1 inhibited apoptosis, while knockdown of lnc-HUR1 promoted apoptosis. Moreover, overexpression of lnc-HUR1 up-regulated the apoptosis inhibitor Bcl-2 and down-regulated the pro-apoptotic factor BAX at both RNA and protein levels. In the CCL4-induced acute liver injury mice model, the expression of Bcl-2 in the liver tissue of lnc-HUR1 transgenic mice was higher than that of the control mice. The data from ChIP assay indicated that lnc-HUR1 reduced the enrichment of p53 on Bcl-2 and BAX promoters. All these results indicated that lnc-HUR1 inhibited the apoptosis by promoting the expression of apoptosis inhibitor Bcl-2 and inhibiting the expression of apoptosis promoting factor BAX. Further studies showed that lnc-HUR1 regulated the transcription of Bcl-2 and BAX in HCT116 cells, but had no effect on the expression of Bcl-2 and BAX in HCT116 p53-/- cells, indicating that lnc-HUR1 regulates the transcription of Bcl-2 and BAX dependent upon the activity of p53. In conclusion, HBV upregulated lnc-HUR1 can inhibit the apoptosis of hepatoma cells. Lnc-HUR1 inhibits apoptosis by inhibiting the transcriptional activity of p53. These results suggest that lnc-HUR1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma.

Abstract
UNLABELLED To explore the association of air pollution and hip fracture and related mortality in the UK. The average levels of PM2.5, PM10, and NO2 exhibited a positive association with hip fracture and short-term mortality while O3 did not. Our study highlights the association of air pollution and hip fracture. INTRODUCTION Until now, the influence of air pollution on bone mineral density and associated fractures has drawn little attention, and the consequences are controversial. To investigate the association between air pollution and hip fracture incidence and related short-term mortality. METHODS We constructed a cohort of all the National Hip Fracture Database beneficiaries (513,540 patients) in the UK from 2013 to 2018. Per year averages of PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2, and SO2 were estimated according to the person's residence. The incidence rate ratio with 95% confidence interval and all-cause mortality within 30-day post-fracture (ACM30D) rate ratios were estimated using generalized additive models. RESULTS The average levels of PM2.5, PM10, and NO2 exhibited a positive association with the incidence rate of hip fracture (IHF) and ACM30D. Whereas, this association was negative for O3 levels. Each increase of 5 μg per cubic meter in PM2.5, PM10, and NO2 leads to 9.5%, 9.2%, and 4.1% higher hip fracture rate, respectively, and also 9.3%, 8.3%, and 2.9% higher ACM30D, respectively. When we restricted the analysis to low-level exposure of air pollutants, similar results were obtained. CONCLUSION Our study found a moderate, positive association between IHF, ACM30D, and the levels of specific air pollutants in the entire National Hip Fracture Database population. A reduction in the levels of PM2.5, PM10, and NO2 may decrease the hip fracture incidence rate and associated short-term mortality in older adults. Our study highlights the influence of air pollution on hip fracture.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of driving pressure (DP) guided ventilation strategy on the patients with mechanical ventilation in the hospital. MATERIALS AND METHODS The articles published in PubMed, the Cochrane Library, the China National Knowledge Information (CNKI), Wei Pu, Wan Fang database and Web of Science from inception to September 2021 were retrieved. The Q test and the I² statistic were used to assess statistical heterogeneity. Risks ratios (RR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calculated for mortality. RESULTS Seven studies (n=1,405 patients) were included. Five studies reported an adjusted Risk Ratio (RR) of mortality. Compared with the control group, the DP guided ventilation group was associated with a decreased mortality (RR 0.56; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.39-0.79; p=0.001; I2 = 23%) using a fixed-effects model without significant heterogeneity. The control group had significantly higher driving pressure level than DP guided group (MD -3.03, 95%CI, -5.72 - -0.34, I2=100%, p=0.03); PaO2/FiO2 was significantly higher in DP guided group than in control group (MD 43.37; 95%CI, 12.58-74.15; I2=97%, p=0.006). There was no statistically significant difference in respiratory compliance, complications, platform pressure, duration of mechanical ventilation and the length of hospital stay between the DP guided group and the control group. CONCLUSIONS The results suggested that the driving pressure guided ventilation strategy could decrease the mortality and increase oxygenation index (OI). However, further high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are needed to verify the impact of driving pressure on mechanically ventilated patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Kupffer cells (KCs) protect against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by communicating with other immune cells. However, the underlying mechanism(s) of this process is incompletely understood. DESIGN FVB/NJ mice were hydrodynamically injected with AKT/Ras and Sleeping Beauty transposon to induce HCC. Mini-circle and Sleeping Beauty were used to overexpress microRNA-206 in KCs of mice. Flow cytometry and immunostaining were used to evaluate the change in the immune system. RESULTS Hydrodynamic injection of AKT/Ras into mice drove M2 polarisation of KCs and depletion of cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) and promoted HCC development. M1-to-M2 transition of KCs impaired microRNA-206 biogenesis. By targeting Klf4 (kruppel like factor 4) and, thereby, enhancing the production of M1 markers including C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2), microRNA-206 promoted M1 polarisation of macrophages. Indeed, microRNA-206-mediated increase of CCL2 facilitated hepatic recruitment of CTLs via CCR2. Disrupting each component of the KLF4/CCL2/CCR2 axis impaired the ability of microRNA-206 to drive M1 polarisation of macrophages and recruit CTLs. In AKT/Ras mice, KC-specific expression of microRNA-206 drove M1 polarisation of KCs and hepatic recruitment of CTLs and fully prevented HCC, while 100% of control mice died from HCC. Disrupting the interaction between microRNA-206 and Klf4 in KCs and depletion of CD8+ T cells impaired the ability of miR-206 to prevent HCC. CONCLUSIONS M2 polarisation of KCs is a major contributor of HCC in AKT/Ras mice. MicroRNA-206, by driving M1 polarisation of KCs, promoted the recruitment of CD8+ T cells and prevented HCC, suggesting its potential use as an immunotherapeutic approach.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIMS Intertumoral accumulation of regulatory T cells (Tregs) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of HCC. Because of poor understanding of the immunosuppression mechanism(s) in HCC, immunotherapy is largely unsuccessful for the treatment of HCC. APPROACH AND RESULTS Hydrodynamic injection (HDI) of c-Myc into mice resulted in enlarged spleens and lethal HCC associated with an increase in hepatic Tregs and depletion of CTLs (cytotoxic T lymphocytes). Malignant hepatocytes in c-Myc mice overproduced TGFβ1, which enhanced the suppressor function of Tregs and impaired the proliferation and cytotoxicity of CTLs. In addition to activating TGFβ signaling, c-Myc synergized with Yin Yang 1 to impair microRNA-206 (miR-206) biogenesis. HDI of miR-206 fully prevented HCC and the associated enlargement of the spleen, whereas 100% of control mice died from HCC within 5-9 weeks postinjection. Mechanistically, by directly targeting errant kirsten ras oncogene (KRAS) signaling, miR-206 impeded the mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MEK)/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) axis that drives expression of Tgfb1. By blocking the KRAS/MEK/ERK axis, miR-206 prevented TGFβ1 overproduction, thereby impairing the suppressor function and expansion of Tregs, but enhancing the expansion and cytotoxic program of CTLs. Disrupting the interaction between miR-206 and Kras offset the roles of miR-206 in inhibiting immunosuppression and HCC. Depletion of CD8+ T cells impaired the ability of miR-206 to inhibit HCC. CONCLUSIONS c-Myc-educated hepatocytes promoted immunosuppression by overproducing TGFβ1, which promoted HCC development. miR-206, by attenuating TGFβ1 overproduction, disrupted the communication of malignant hepatocytes with CTLs and Tregs, which prevented HCC. miR-206 represents a potential immunotherapeutic agent against HCC.

Abstract
Objective To explore the comparative clinical efficacy and safety outcomes of anticoagulation before (pre-) or following (post-) thrombolytic therapy in systemic thrombolytic therapy for pulmonary embolism (PE). Methods PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMBASE, EBSCO, Web of Science, and CINAHL databases were searched from inception through 1 May 2021. All randomized clinical trials comparing systemic thrombolytic therapy vs. anticoagulation alone in patients with PE and those that were written in English were eligible. The primary efficacy and safety outcomes were all-cause mortality and major bleeding, respectively. Odds ratios (OR) estimates and associated 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated. A Bayesian network analysis was performed using R studio software, and then the efficacy and safety rankings were derived. Results This network meta-analysis enrolled 15 trials randomizing 2,076 patients. According to the plot rankings, the anticoagulant therapy was the best in terms of major bleeding, and the post-thrombolysis anticoagulation was the best in terms of all-cause mortality. Taking major bleeding and all-cause mortality into consideration, the most safe–effective treatment was the post-thrombolysis anticoagulation in patients who needed thrombolytic therapy. The net clinical benefit analysis comparing associated ICH benefits vs. mortality risks of post-thrombolysis anticoagulation demonstrated a net clinical benefit of 1.74%. Conclusion The systemic thrombolysis followed by anticoagulation had a better advantage in all-cause mortality and major bleeding than the systemic thrombolysis before anticoagulation. The adjuvant anticoagulation treatment of systemic thrombolytic therapy should be optimized.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder. Many previous studies have shown that the comorbid status of disruptive behaviour disorders (DBD) was a predictor for ADHD persistence into adulthood. However, the brain mechanisms underlying such a relationship remain unclear. Thus, we aim to investigate whether the brain functional alteration in adults with ADHD could also be detected in children with ADHD co-occurring with disruptive behaviours from both quantitative and categorical dimensions. METHODS A total of 172 children with ADHD (cADHD), 98 adults with ADHD (aADHD), 77 healthy control children (cHC) and 40 healthy control adults (aHC) were recruited. The whole-brain spontaneous fluctuations in brain activity of each participant were recorded using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), and the functional connectivities (FCs) were calculated. We first compared the FC differences between aADHD and aHC. Then, for the regions with significantly abnormal FCs in aADHD, we further compared these features between cADHD and cHC. In addition, the correlation between these FCs and the conduct disorder (CD)/oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) symptoms were analysed in cADHD. Moreover, to render the results readily interpretable, we compared the FC differences among ADHDCD-, subthreshold ADHDCD+ and cHC groups, and among ADHDODD-, ADHDODD+ and cHC groups. Finally, we repeated the above analysis after controlling for other comorbidities and core symptoms to diminish the potential confounding effects. RESULTS We found that compared with aHC, aADHD showed significantly increased FCs in the VN, DMN, SMN, and DAN. The aforementioned abnormal FCs were also detected in cADHD, however, in an opposite orientation. Notably, these abnormal FCs were positively correlated with CD symptoms. Finally, the subthreshold ADHDCD+ group even exhibited a tendency of adult-like increased FCs compared with the cHC. The results held after controlling for other comorbidities and core symptoms. CONCLUSION This study provides functional neuroimaging evidence that CD might be a risk factor for ADHD persistence into adulthood. Our work highlights the importance of differentiating ADHDCD+ from ADHD and inspiring further understanding of brain development in ADHD.

Abstract
Candida auris is a multidrug-resistant human fungal pathogen responsible for nosocomial outbreaks worldwide. Although considerable progress has increased our understanding of the biological and clinical aspects of C. auris, its interaction with the host immune system is only now beginning to be investigated in-depth. Here, we compare the innate immune responses induced by C. auris BJCA001 and Candida albicans SC5314 in vitro and in vivo. Our results indicate that C. auris BJCA001 appears to be less immunoinflammatory than C. albicans SC5314, and this differential response correlates with structural features of the cell wall. Candida auris is a multidrug-resistant human fungal pathogen responsible for nosocomial outbreaks worldwide. Here, the authors identify differential innate immune responses induced by C. auris and Candida albicans in vitro and in vivo, which correlate with structural features of the cell wall.

Abstract
Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is a complex pathological process that is still not fully understood. The oxidative stress response has a critical role in the occurrence and progression of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. This study investigated the specific mechanism of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) regulation of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury from the perspective of proteasome degradation and its relation with the Keap1 pathway, a vital regulator of cytoprotective responses to endogenous and exogenous stress induced by reactive oxygen species (ROS) and electrophiles. Our data indicated that USP7 expression is increased during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in mice, while its inhibiting suppressed the generation of oxygen free radicals and myocardial cell apoptosis, reduced myocardial tissue damage, and improved heart function. Mechanistically, USP7 stabilizes Keap1 by regulating its ubiquitination. Taken together, these findings demonstrate the potential therapeutic effect of USP7 on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contribute greatly to the formation of pre-metastatic niche and tumor metastasis. Our previous study has revealed that tumor-derived ITGBL1 (integrin beta- like 1)-rich EVs activate fibroblasts through the NF-κB signaling to promote colorectal cancer (CRC) metastasis. Targeting ITGBL1-loaded EVs may be a new and effective therapy for treating CRC metastasis. Simultaneously, our preliminary clinical trial has demonstrated that Jianpi Jiedu Recipe (JPJDR) was an ideal alternative traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of CRC metastasis. However, the underlying mechanism of JPJDR in the prevention of CRC metastasis is not clear. In this study, we will investigate the regulatory effect of JPJDR on ITGBL1 levels in CRC-derived EVs, and to detect how JPJDR regulate ITGBL1-rich EVs mediated activation of fibroblasts to inhibit CRC metastasis. METHODS EVs derived from CRC cells with/without JPJDR treatment were obtained by ultracentrifugation, following by characterization with electron microscopy, LM10 nanoparticle characterization system and western blot. The migration and growth of CRC cells were tested by transwell assay, wound healing assay and colony formation assay. The effect of JPJDR on the fibroblasts-activation associated inflammatory factors including IL-6, IL-8 and α-SMA was detected by real-time PCR. The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and α-SMA in the cell culture supernatant were detected by ELISA. The protein expressions of TNFAIP3, ITGBL1, p-NF-κB, IκBα and β-actin were detected by western blot. Liver metastasis model in mice was established by injecting MC38 single cell suspension into the spleen of mice to observe the effect of JPJDR on CRC liver metastasis. Immunohistochemistry were applied to detect the expression of ITGBL1 and TNFAIP3 in the liver metastatic tissues. Tissue immunofluorescence detection was performed to observe the regulatory effect of JPJDR on the ITGBL1-NF-κB signaling pathway. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the liver metastatic tissues were sorted and characterized by platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFRβ) with flow cytometry, following by the detection of inflammatory factors including IL-6, IL-8 and α-SMA using real-time PCR. RESULTS JPJDR reduced the ITGBL1 levels in CRC cells-derived EVs. JPJDR inhibited the migration and growth of CRC cells via regulating ITGBL1-rich EVs mediated fibroblasts activity. Mechanically, JPJDR decreased fibroblasts activation by regulating ITGBL1-rich EVs mediated TNFAIP3-NF-κB signaling. Further in vivo experiments demonstrated that JPJDR reduced CRC liver metastasis by regulating ITGBL1-rich EVs secretion from CRC and blocked the fibroblasts activation by regulating ITGBL1-TNFAIP3- NF-κB signaling. CONCLUSION Our research demonstrated that JPJDR preventd CRC liver metastasis via down-regulating CRC-derived ITGBL1-loaded EVs mediated activation of CAFs, providing the experimental evidence for the clinical application of JPJDR in the prevention and treatment of CRC metastasis. More importantly, our study confirmed the great benefits of therapeutic targeting the EVs-mediated metastasis and warranted future clinical validation.

Abstract
We present a central-to-axial chirality conversion strategy for the construction of C-N axially chiral N-arylpyrroles via a gold(I)-catalyzed 5-endo-dig cyclization/dehydration cascade from amino acid derivatives. The reaction exhibits high efficiency on the central-to-axial chirality conversion. Density functional theory calculations suggest that the stereospecificity during the central-to-axial chirality conversion lies in the stability of the conformations of the amino alcohol and the corresponding low barrier transition state.

Abstract
Post anesthesia care units (PACU) are designed to handle the utilization of the operating rooms and provide a place for postoperative patients to recover consciousness. PACU first appeared in the 1940s, prevailed in the United States in the 1950s, and expanded gradually to Canada, South Africa and other places, and were popularized in the UK and other European countries in the 1960s. PACU were developed widely in China after 1990 and expanded rapidly after the 21st century. It is now taken as an assessment indicator for evaluating hospitals. A set of management systems for PACU was gradually regulated and established, such as anesthesia record sheets, equipment and personnel training in the process of PACU development. It is currently evolving towards centralization, economization and specialization.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infectious disease that is often accompanied by diarrhea, patients with symptoms such as diarrhea are more likely to develop severe pneumonia, while diarrhea is the most prominent among atypical symptoms. The incidence of diarrhea in COVID-19 patients is 2.0% to 49.5%. Moxibustion has been proven to have a therapeutic effect on diarrhea; however, there is no high-quality evidence on moxibustion for diarrhea in COVID-19 patients. This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion for the treatment of diarrhea in patients with COVID-19. METHODS Randomized controlled trials from December 2019 to December 2021 will be included without restrictions on language or publication date. PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, and VIP database will be searched. Two researchers will independently select studies, extract data and evaluate study quality. Cochrane risk of bias tool for randomized trials will be used to assess the risk of bias of included studies. Statistical analyses will be performed using the Review Manager V.5.3 and stata 14.0. RESULTS The results of this meta-analysis will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication. CONCLUSION This study will provide evidence for whether moxibustion therapy is beneficial to the treatment of diarrhea in COVID-19. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION Ethical approval is not required for this study. The systematic review will be published in a peer-reviewed journal, presented at conferences, and shared on social media platforms. This review would be disseminated in a peer-reviewed journal or conference presentations. PROSPERO REGISTRATION NUMBER CRD42022302933.

Abstract
The extensive use of nanofillers, such as graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), as plastic additives has led to the coexistence of microplastics (MPs) and nanomaterials in aquatic environments. However, there is a lack of studies on the adsorption behavior of MPs when coexisting with GO. Moreover, MPs and GO are prone to undergoing aging processes in real environments under conditions such as sunlight exposure, which changes their physicochemical properties and affects their adsorption behavior. In this study, the aging processes of MPs and GO in a real environment were simulated by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation and thermal treatments, respectively. The adsorption behavior of ciprofloxacin (CIP) on three types of MPs (polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), and polystyrene (PS)) before and after aging was explored. The MPs are ordered in terms of CIP adsorption capacity as aged-PA > aged-PS > aged-PP > PA > PP > PS, and the adsorption capacity of aged MPs was approximately twofold higher than that of pristine MPs. This paper also studied the adsorption performance of antibiotics in a coexisting system of aged MPs and GO/rGO, and the tetracycline (TC) adsorption capacity was increased by ~336% in aged PP-GO and ~100% in an aged PP-rGO coexisting system. GO/rGO with high degree of oxidation and concentration in an aged- PP-GO/rGO coexisting system are more conducive to the TC adsorption, due to the contribution of oxygen-containing functional groups. Surface and partition adsorption co-occurred during the TC adsorption process. The TC adsorption behavior in the MPs-GO/rGO coexisting system was strongly dependent on the solution pH, which was more favorable under acidic (pH = 3) or alkaline (pH = 11) conditions. This study improves the understanding of the environmental behavior of MPs, graphene, and antibiotics and guides research on strategies for preventing the migration of antibiotics in MPs-GO/rGO coexisting systems.

Abstract
BACKGROUND & AIMS Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized by intratumoral accumulation of regulatory T cells (Tregs), which suppresses antitumor immunity. This study was designed to investigate how microRNAs regulate immunosuppression in HCC. METHODS FVB/NJ mice were hydrodynamically injected with AKT/Ras or c-Myc and Sleeping Beauty transposon to induce HCC. The Sleeping Beauty system was used to deliver microRNA-15a/16-1 into livers of mice. Flow cytometry and immunostaining were used to determine changes in the immune system. RESULTS Hydrodynamic injection of AKT/Ras or c-Myc into mice resulted in hepatic enrichment of Tregs and reduced cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) and HCC development. HCC impaired microRNA-15a/16-1 biogenesis in Kupffer cells (KCs) of AKT/Ras and c-Myc mice. Hydrodynamic injection of microRNA-15a/16-1 fully prevented HCC in AKT/Ras and c-Myc mice, while 100% of control mice died of HCC. Therapeutically, microRNA-15a/16-1 promoted a regression of HCC in both mouse models, impaired hepatic enrichment of Tregs, and increased hepatic CTLs. Mechanistically, a significant increase was observed in serum C-C motif chemokine 22 (CCL22) and transcription of Ccl22 in KCs of AKT/Ras and c-Myc mice. MicroRNA-15a/16-1 prevented KCs from overproducing CCL22 by inhibiting nuclear factor-κB that activates transcription of Ccl22. By reducing CCL22 binding to C-C chemokine receptor type 4 on Tregs, microRNA-15a/16-1 impaired Treg chemotaxis. Disrupting the interaction between microRNA-15a/16-1 and nuclear factor-κB impaired the ability of microRNA-15a/16-1 to prevent hepatic Treg accumulation and HCC. Depletion of cluster of differentiation 8+ T cells and additional treatment of CCL22 recovered growth of HCC that was fully prevented by microRNA-15a/16. CONCLUSIONS MicroRNA-15a/16-1 attenuates immunosuppression by disrupting CCL22-mediated communication between KCs and Tregs. MicroRNA-15a/16-1 represents a potential immunotherapy against HCC.

Abstract
Secondary lower extremity lymphedema is a common complication of treatment for gynecological cancers. Conservative therapy plays an important role in the treatment of patients with secondary lower extremity lymphedema; in particular, complex decongestive therapy (CDT) has been recognized as an effective nonoperative technique for these patients. But CDT therapy for secondary lower extremity lymphedema remains a problem in China because this technique and its effectiveness have not achieved widespread use and popularity. Our goal was to assess effects of CDT in patients with secondary lower limb lymphedema after treatment for gynecological cancers. The retrospective study consisted of 60 patients who were treated with 20 sessions of CDT. Assessments included objective changes in limb circumference, degree of LE, imaging features, and incidence of erysipelas before and after CDT treatment. We found that CDT can effectively improve lymph stasis and promote backflow, and decrease circumference, interstitial fluid content, and incidence of erysipelas of lymphedematous lower limb. Our results demonstrate that CDT is an effective treatment method for patients with secondary lower limb lymphedema following treatment for gynecologic cancers. This technique should be more widely utilized and popularized in China to improve the quality of life of millions of patients with secondary lower limb lymphedema.

Abstract
Aims: This study was aimed to apply a Mendelian randomization design to explore the causal association between coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and three cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, including atrial fibrillation, ischemic stroke, and coronary artery disease. Methods: Two-sample Mendelian randomization was used to determine the following: 1) the causal effect of COVID-19 on atrial fibrillation (55,114 case participants vs 482,295 control participants), coronary artery disease (34,541 case participants vs 261,984 control participants), and ischemic stroke (34,217 case participants vs 40,611 control participants), which were obtained from the European Bioinformatics Institute, and 2) the causal effect of three cardio-cerebrovascular diseases on COVID-19. The single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of COVID-19 were selected from the summary-level genome-wide association study data of COVID-19-hg genome-wide association study (GWAS) meta-analyses (round 5) based on the COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative for participants with European ancestry. The random-effects inverse-variance weighted method was conducted for the main analyses, with a complementary analysis of the weighted median and Mendelian randomization (MR)-Egger approaches. Results: Genetically predicted hospitalized COVID-19 was suggestively associated with ischemic stroke, with an odds ratio (OR) of 1.049 [95% confidence interval (CI) 1.003-1.098; p = 0.037] in the COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative GWAS. When excluding the UK Biobank (UKBB) data, our analysis revealed a similar odds ratio of 1.041 (95% CI 1.001-1.082; p = 0.044). Genetically predicted coronary artery disease was associated with critical COVID-19, with an OR of 0.860 (95% CI 0.760-0.973; p = 0.017) in the GWAS meta-analysis and an OR of 0.820 (95% CI 0.722-0.931; p = 0.002) when excluding the UKBB data, separately. Limited evidence of causal associations was observed between critical or hospitalized COVID-19 and other cardio-cerebrovascular diseases included in our study. Conclusion: Our findings provide suggestive evidence about the causal association between hospitalized COVID-19 and an increased risk of ischemic stroke. Besides, other factors potentially contribute to the risk of coronary artery disease in patients with COVID-19, but not genetics.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) has been defined as disease localized to breast with or without ipsilateral axillary nodal involvement. Primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is rare to be diagnosed clinically. The role of surgery and radiotherapy (RT) as local treatment is unclear. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic factors and investigate the effect of local treatment in patients with primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. MATERIALS AND METHODS We identified patients with primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosed between 1998 and 2015 in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Propensity score matching (PSM) was performed to reduce possible bias between groups. The overall survival (OS) and disease-specific survival (DSS) were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to identify independent prognostic factors. RESULTS Altogether 956 patients with primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were included. Most patients were white women over the age of 60. The most common histological type was diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and most patients present with stage I disease. Furthermore, old age (>60 years), DLBCL histology and stage IIE disease were the statistically significant factors associated with worse OS and DSS. Surgery did not improve survival of patients, and surgery combined with RT did not achieve a better prognosis than RT alone. RT was associated with better survival in patients with stage IE DLBCL, but patients with stage IE MZL and FL and stage IIE primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma could not benefit from RT. CONCLUSIONS In local treatment, surgery offered no survival benefit for patients with primary breast B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, while RT is an effective choice because it can improve both OS and DSS in the stage IE DLBCL subgroup.
